❀I have had disordered eating my whole life; I started experiencing binging and restricting in the third grade. I'm not going to just wake up some random Monday morning and suddenly be able to change all my eating habits and my entire relationship with food. And neither are you. If you are struggling with anything regarding your weight, eating habits, or exercise habits: you will not fix this overnight. Especially if you are the type of person to say "okay, I will have just one more bad day then it will all change tomorrow." It won't.
If you have read Atomic Habits by James Clear you are familiar with the 1% rule. You need to be 1% better everyday and you will be nearly 38% better by the end of the year (1.01^365 = 37.78%). Start by changing one snack, or reducing the portions of one meal, etc. Your goal is to not just lose weight and have a healthier body - it's to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle that will last a lifetime. And this is how you do it.
❀ You need to stop spending all your time with people who constantly offer you validation and reassurance. No one has ever improved by avoiding being challenged or constructively criticized. As a (recovering) textbook people pleaser, this was a hard lesson to learn as I expected everyone to treat me how I was treating them (i.e., telling them exactly what they want to hear).
It is one thing to seek support when you need it, but it is an entirely other thing to surround yourself with people who will always tell you that you're in the right, that you have nothing to change, or that everything you're experiencing is outside of your sphere of influence. Sometimes you will be wrong, sometimes you will be over-reacting, sometimes you will be being avoidant, or sometime you will be coddling yourself, etc. and someone needs to tell you this. They might not always be right - but, it is always important for us to consider other perspectives even if we do not agree with them. People who really care about your progress a will do this.
However, you need to be able to tell the difference between valuable feedback with good intentions and rudeness, gaslighting, and/or abuse. I've spent years dwindling down my close social circle to only people I feel safe hearing feedback from because I can be reasonably certain they have good intentions.
❀ Stop coddling yourself. It is one thing to allow yourself time for productive emotional processing and healing, but it is entirely another to allow yourself to rot and make unhealthy choices as a sole coping mechanism for weeks, months, or even years then pat yourself on the back for the smallest of gestures toward health or normalcy.
For example: you can't just do nothing but eat junk food and scroll on your phone for months on end instead of actually doing the work to process a big emotion, then celebrate yourself for getting out of bed, brushing your hair, or drinking water.
You are holding yourself back by this. You are not doing your best, you are not doing great, you are not okay. It is insulting when people say this to us when we are at our worst because when you think about it, it implies that our worst is in fact our best. You should always try to push yourself, but not beat yourself up. You can do better and you owe it to yourself.

i'm gonna be honest, i haven't been feeling the best mentally. i also feel that a lot of my posts, although rooted in fantasy, are not exactly realistic or doable for a lot of feedee/feeders. that's why i wanted to explore the softer, fluffier sides of this kink, since these are a lot better to do publicly and help the efficiency/longevity of a feederist relationship.
-going out to dinner and ordering for your feedee. asking what they want generally, and deciding what they want based off their tastes. you can decide the amount, based on your budget. make sure the restaurant or eatery is one your feedee prefers (i.e. don't force them to eat Mexican food if they like Italian). by doing this, it 1) sets up a clear power dynamic between both parties that is healthy and mutually beneficial, and 2) helps both parties learn more about each others preferences. note: i would not recommend ordering alcoholic drinks for feedees, as they should choose themselves based on their own limits. overeating is a lot less dangerous than alcohol poisoning, and everyone's tolerance is obviously different.
-if you're planning on going out for drinks, plan to make them a meal beforehand. this shows that you not only care for their wellbeing, but also brings you closer emotionally before a night of debauchery. drinking alcohol on an empty stomach can cause a number of health issues, as well as exacerbating the negative effects of alcohol use. cooking together is also proven to strengthen relationships by enhancing communication skills and providing quality time alone.
-plan a charcuterie board together! take note of what snacks your feedee prefers, such as nuts, cheeses, dried fruit, crackers, dips, etc. you can also order one online if it's too much of a hassle. by planning a charcuterie board specifically, you can learn what type of snacks your feedee truly enjoys, as well as trying new foods alongside them (or just watching their reactions).
-pack lunches for work. if your feedee works in an office space or a job where there is a clear lunch time, prepare their foods for them based on their known preferences. this builds your relationship on trust, communication, and establishes a clear power dynamic. if packing lunches isn't your thing, or you don't have enough time or energy, set your DoorDash to their place of work and send them surprise orders (this is, of course, much more expensive, but can be a nice treat every once in a while).
-listening to your feedee's views on their journey throughout your relationship. sometimes, a feedee may discover that they aren't comfortable with this lifestyle, and that's okay! other times, a feedee may be comfortable with certain aspects, such as food play, but not others, such as force feeding. sit down and have a conversation with your feedee about their feelings regarding your partnership regularly. they trust you and place a large amount of power in your hands--the best way to reciprocate is to make them feel safe in your control. feederism may also just be a small part of your feedee's life, and they may only want to participate in it a few times a month. this should also be taken into account.
-encouraging confidence in their new body outside of kink. sometimes feedees have a humiliation or degradation fetish regarding their weight, but this should not continue in everyday situations, unless agreed upon. ask your feedee their favorite parts about themselves physically, but also mentally and emotionally. tell them your favorite parts about them, and vice versa. conversate about how this kink lifestyle makes them feel about their image of themselves, and orientate your approaches to feederism based on this.

👑: Apparently, Idia's been watching this anime that's about cooking. I wonder if he even enjoys it, though. Seeing as he's not really into food.
👑: I mastered table manners in elementary school. I can't even being to count how many times I've had to use them on the job.
👑: I make sure to use moderate amounts of oil when cooking. If you want nice, healthy skin, you need to eat high quality oil.
👑: It looks good, it tastes good - perfect. No doubt I'll get a great score. Now come on and let's get this over to the judge's table.
👑: What I love about green smoothies is how many veggies you can pack into them. And you can even add your favorite fruit and make up all sorts of new blends.
👑: I almost always eat my salads just with salt, vinegar, and oil. I haven't used store bought mayo in ages.
👑: Isn't this palette knife super stylish? All the kitchen utensils I use have to look good, too.
👑: I'm not wearing any fragrance today. Wouldn't want it to cover up how good this roasted cacao I'm using smells.
👑: Ugh, the cake's burnt. What, you think I should just use some chocolate to cover it up? Out of the question! That goes against my beauty principles.

Fat tip number 5 (pt 2): what type of fat should I eat?
Although there are many types of fat in foods such as: saturated fats, trans fat, mono saturated fat, polyunsaturated fat, and omega-3. The most important of the fats that we will be learning about are trans fat, saturated fat, and polyunsaturated fat. Now, why is this important, you may ask? Well, my piggies, this is a defining factor to whether or not you will be eating to an early grave.
Starting with the death piggies, the best fat you can enjoy and ensure your arteries get clogged up is to eat a bunch of trans fat and saturated fats. Starting with the best heart stopper of all: trans fats are well known for causing clogged blood vessels, heart complications, increased chance of insulin resistance, and inflammation. Some foods with trans fats include: fried food, cakes, ice cream, pizza, and microwave popcorn. Ya know, the process junk.
Saturated fats are much easier to find in everyday food, mainly comprised of animal fat, you only need to eat 25g of Saturated fat daily to be moderately healthy, to put this onto perspective on how easy it is to go above 25g... one apple fritter contains roughly 20-25g of Saturated fat, so just eating 2 will be above the recommended amount. Now this will only increase the rate of obesity but it will not kill you as fast compared to trans fat.

Now for some good and healthy fat! This is actually fairly straightforward, stay away from the unhealthy fats mentioned above and eat more veggies and meat. This will improve your overall health, and when eaten in excess, it will grow more subcutaneous fat which is very beneficial for you fatties!

You just got home from a tiring day at work.
The first thing you noticed is the welcoming smell of delicious food.
Your boyfriend has made you dinner after work.
Although Barou may not seem like the most gentle person,but he definitely has his way of showing affection and making dinner is just one of them.
He was wearing the apron you bought for him as a joke and it actually fitted his body soo nicely. Barou had a sleeveless shirt underneath showcasing his abs. The sight makes you giggle since the apron had little bear ears and a cute pocket with lace on it, contrasting his muscular figure.
Shouei had his hair down like he usually did at home and when he heared you coming into the house he came to greet you.
Due to his appearance you decided to joke around a bit since you love seeing his reactions of being annoyed and confused.
-Are you gonna ask me if I want a bath, dinner or......
Before you could finish your sentence you notice his reaction change a little.
-WAIT WERE YOU ACTUALLY!?
He just blushed and nodded, looking away which was totally unusual for a tall, muscular men like him.
You felt flustered yourself and then chuckled about how silly the situation was. You knew eachother for such a long time, yet still sometimes acted like this was just the beggining of your relationship. It made you feel nice inside, knowing that he actually cared and that you could enjoy life together even in these weird situations.
You started laughing at what was happening and after a bit cooled down.
-You know? I just keep getting more and more attached to you everyday.
You felt him soften up a bit after you sead this. You decide to hug him since you haven't been able to do anything in a while anyways.
-How about dinner then?
After that he hung up your coat and helped you remove your coat like a real gentleman, even cleaning up your pockets. Both of you go to the kitchen and eat the delicous dinner maid Barou had cooked up for you.
It was healthy(as expected from your boyfriend). He has made steak that was lathered with wine and the taste of the wine mixed with the meat was really amazing.
Barou noticed your eyes light up when you tried the food and smiled to himself at the sight.
-You like it? Meaby I should make more of it.
You blush as his smile. You didn't think that even his smile would make you feel this way.
-Y-yeah why not? Hey, you are really starting to sound like my mom now with the whole "I'll do it more".
He seemed surprised at this.
-Is that a bad thing?
-No, it just shows how caring you actually are. It's soo unsual for a man your size, yet it makes me feel soo comfortable.
Your boyfriend's smile grew at your comment and his eyes seemed to sparkle a little. Barou has always kept up the king attittude and been getting through life being being as tough so he can assert his place in this world and start a new generation of football.
You felt glad knowing that your boyfriend is stable enough to balance his emotions.
After you enjoyed the dinner by talking and eating the delicous food your personal maid Barou has made you decide to take a shower.
You get ready for the shower and put your bath robe on. Barou is in the other room watching TV waiting for you to shower.
You walk into the bathroom and to your surprise there are rose petals in the bathtub with a bath bomb on the side, waiting for you to start the water.
You blush just thinking about how toughtful your boyfriend Barou is.
You start the water and put your hair up. You enjoy yhe feeling of the warm water mixed with the florescent scent of the water. You start to get into your thoats after 5 minutes.
You haven't showered with Baroh in a while now. The last time was probably a month ago. You decide to ask him to shower with you and meaby even more. You call him into the bathroom and he comes to you.
-Did something happen?
He asks from the other side of the door.
-Why don't you join?
You say and feel his amusement from the other side of the door. There is a slight silence before he walks in and removes his clothes(he does the pull from the back thing that men do). You blush realizing just how attractive your boyfriend is.
He gets into the bath with you and pulls you unexpectedly. I mean he has been gentle all day today.
-Wh-what!?
You are a little startled by his suddenness and realize thay now you are on top of him in a bathtub, naked.
-I've been waiting for this for soo long and now I've finally got the chance. I've been holding back and planning on doing it after you shower but I guess you have other plans.
He seems excited and smiles a little as he seas all that.
He isn't the type to smile and it's actually really rare, but for you not soo much.
He is leaning against the tub with one of his hands around the edge of it and the other on the upper part of your arm, keeping you in place.
-Ba-......!?
You couldn't even finish what you were about to say and slightly gasp as he cuts you mid-sentence and pulls you in even closer. He kisses you passionately and leaves no air for you.
You back off a little to get a little air before he pulls you back in for more.
At this point you are gasping and getting groped by him all over. Your boyfriend's touch is gentle as an excited and rough men's can get. You feel the presure on your skin and let little noises out that taunt him even more.
He readjusts you like some type of toy and now you are sitting on top of his tights, his dick only a few centimetres away from you.
You knew what was coming next and soo did he.
You did it in the bathtub as water splashed all over the surface. You changed positions even going on to the counter at one point soo he can show you your fucked out face for his own pleasure. He didn't even wait a second after you agreed and straight up lifted the sheets from you, startling you a little.
He pulled protection from the night stand and ripped the package with his teeth(Ik that's cliche but it's still soo good).
You could tell by his eagerness, that this night was going to be a long one.
Next morning you wake up exhausted. Turns out the "relaxing" night Barou was planning of giving you had an opposite effect. Even more soo his dick was still inside of you as you have slept through the whole night on top of him.
He woke up and saw you trying to scoot out of the bed and not wake him up. Barou pushed his hips upward and did what was expected of a man starved from his girlfriend.

Sometimes it may be a hard to swallow pill, but there's a difference between self-care and self-indulgence:
🍭 self-indulgence: spending too much money on stuff you want, but don't really need, like clothes you'll wear twice and then leave in your closet, where all they do is take up space, books you'll never read, subscriptions you'll forget about
✨ self-care: saving money; planning your budget; buying less, but better quality; thinking twice, before buying something you want, but don't need: "Will I really use it? Do I have enough money to buy it, without worrying, that I won't have enough to buy something more important? I want it now, but will I still want it tomorrow?" (note: I didn't write "don't buy anything except necessities" anywhere. Buy the stuff you want, but do it consciously, plan it and think before buying.)
🍭 self-indulgence: eating fast food and unhealthy snacks; drinking soda pop, energy drinks, tea with a lot of sugar, or too much coffee; adding sugar to everything; drinking too much alcohol
✨ self-care: eating as healthy as possible; learning to cook; avoiding fast food, sweets, potato chips and other unhealthy snacks; reducing your sugar intake; drinking water, fruit juices, tea without added sugar; planning your meals; buying natural food (note: It doesn't mean "never eat anything unhealthy again, never add sugar to anything, never drink alcohol". You can treat yourself with some pizza, or sweets, or beer sometimes, but it should be a treat, not part of your everyday meals.)
🍭 self-indulgence: staying up until 3 AM to watch films/series, play computer games, browse social media, chat with someone, or even to do something, that doesn't involve technology, for example draw or read books; sleeping until 11 AM, because you went to bed too late; sleeping 12 hours at the weekend, because you slept 4 hours a day during the week; hitting the snooze button; laying in the bed for too long after waking up
✨ self-care: fixing your sleep schedule; waking up earlier; going to bed earlier; sleeping 7 to 9 hours every day; avoiding all-nighters; having a fixed wake up time and a fixed bedtime, the same every day, including weekends; getting out of bed immediately when your alarm clock rings (note: I know there are circumstances, that can mąkę having a fixed sleep schedule is impossible, or next to impossible, I also know in some situations it's totally normal to stay up late, like you don't have to leave a party at 9 PM just because you want to stick to your sleep schedule, that would be unreasonable. Do it the best you can under your current life circumstances, and remember, this is about everyday life, not some rare exceptions.)

There's also a difference between self-care and avoidance:
😨 avoidance: staying home all the time; not going to any events, because meeting new people is stressful; always declinig your friends' invitations
✨ self-care: not going to that big, loud party, because it's too overwhelming, but going to a pub with a few friends instead; inviting your friends to your home, when going out feels too stressful; declinig some invitations, when you don't have time and/or energy, but accepting others, when you feel better and have more time; gradually increasing the number of social interactions you have, to be able to meet new people with less stress
😨 avoidance: having no plans for the future; thinking, that there's no point in having any goals in life; telling yourself, that ambitions are generally pointless and hence you don't have to do anything and be good at anything
✨ self-care: having specific, short-term goals and an overall vision od your long-term future; knowing, what you really want to do and what you're good at, and sticking to these things; consciously choosing, what to learn and what to give up on, based on if it's important to you, not to other people; not distracting yourself with too many side plans, when you have one main goal; knowing, what is your passion and what is your ambition; knowing, that you are ambitious mainly for yourself, and only secondly for the society; believing, that you are capable of achieving your goals
😨 avoidance: not studying at all, because it takes time and energy; procrastinating until the last moment before the exam/test/project deadline; always talking the easiest way possible with no ambition beyond barely passing the exam/test; having no plan, no study schedule; never asking for help, even if you're failing, because you think asking for help is a shame, or you're simply too shy; dropping out of school/college because it's stressful
✨ self-care: knowing that you're studying for yourself, your grades don't define you and that real knowledge and skills are more important, than grades; focusing on these topics, that are important to you for your future studies/career, and being the best you can in these areas; being good enough to pass at everything, that isn't important for your future plans; planning your studying and starting early; taking regular breaks to avoid burnout; asking for help if necessary, but trying to do as much as possible and reasonable on your own; acknowledging that, despite the education system being flawed in so many ways, it also gives you many opportunities;
Of course, self-care includes bubble baths, eating cake, listening to your favourite music and slowly drinking tea, while watching the rain outside through the window and letting your thoughts wander, but these aren't only forms od self-care and definetely not the most important ones. Of course, sometimes it includes staying home with your cat instead of going to the party, sleeping in, instead of studying for an exam, because you're exhausted, or giving up on something, instead of trying again and again, but this should happen in some, specific situations, not be your default response. Real self-care should focus on improving your life, not escaping it or avoiding it.

Well , as you all know, I finally manifested my dream life (success story coming soon) , i finally have all of my desires but even if my blog is about loa, its also about SELF IMPROVEMENT.
So here is the habits of a master manifestor and a successful student /person/ect.
WAKE UP AT 7:00 or before
Even if you are tired. This will help you naturally develop a good sleeping schedule because you will be tired earlier. and sleep earlier. Thanks to this you are also gonna finish all of your assignment earlier and have more time for yourself.
SLEEPING EARLY
Whats up ? You're dumb? Sleep early. It helps w weight loss/maintenance. Makes you prettier. Make you look fresher . Makes you smarter w a better memory. And so much more. Sleeping early=sleeping more = pure benefits.
WORKING OUT
No. Working out isn't just for a perfect /skinny body. Working out helps with mental and physical health. So please, at least stretch. ( workout ideas for beginners; a simple warm up in the morning is perfect . If you want something more intense and you wanna burn calories I recommend to you a cardio/ HIT workout before taking your shower. Any 5 minutes workout or less is good but try to add more and more minutes everytime!)
MAKE TIME to affirm/meditate/spirituality
Give yourself every morning and night at least 20 minutes to affirm and visualize your desire or whatever you are manifesting in your 4d . Also meditate about you already having it ( no need to guided manifestation. Just slowly breathe till you feel calm/sleepy and think about the desire you already have).
DRINK water
Drinking water have MANY benefits such as : weight loss, reduce fatigue and increase energy, flush out toxins, improve skin complexion and more! Make hydrating fun with tea or lemon water.
EAT well
Not eating can kill you and eating too much too. Eat enough food ( till you feel satisfied but not full, it's not healthy) and try to eat healthy food (at least half of the plate should be vegetables. Also try to reduce processed food , cook & eat at home) .
DO things that put you in a good mood
Start your day by doing something you like , something that put you in a good mood for the day. Its really good for mental health, realising stress & being more positive through the day & what could happen in it.
READ a lot
It helps with a better vocabulary, developing imagination, better grammar & honestly just a very good habit.
LEARN something new everyday
Honestly anything even if its just a random fun fact or a weird diy but never go to sleep without learning something new. Even if it is something small or that you don't consider " useful ".

Despite the blanket covering your lap, you keep shivering from the cool air. Autumn slowly letting place to winter, December becoming colder day by day. It was one of the snowy days today. Those days you would love to spend home with your boyfriend.
Speaking of which, it was getting late, night already settled down. Yet he still isn't home. It isn't even surprising, he is part of the Hunting Dogs after all. You're used for him to get home extremely late, if just not coming home at all.
Sitting on the sofa, looking at some stupid TV show to pass the time, you're reading a book at the same time. You just want some background noises to not suffocate from the silence. You work too, of course, but your shift finishes at 5pm. It's already been two hours you're trying to kill time.
You have been waiting long enough, you're pretty sure he won't come home anytime soon. Placing down your book and turning the TV off, you make your way to the kitchen. Once again, you'd make food only for yourself. How long has it been since your last meal together ? A bit too long.
Picking each ingredient carefully, you start making yourself dinner, every so often glancing toward the window in case you'd see him come home. While waiting for the cooking to be over, checking from time to time in the oven, you pick your phone.
“I'll lock the front door. Be careful to not wake me up when you'll come home, if you even do. I have to wake up early tomorrow.„
You're pretty sure he won't even read it now. There has always been some ups and downs in between you, but it's been a while since the last good time. You couldn't help but doubt his words again. You sigh, feeling helpless.
Eating alone, you use once more the TV as only company. Does he love me? You question your own mind, knowing damn well it'll only hurt you further. But those questions keep repeating themselves in your mind until the next day.
Even throuhough your shift. You're tensed, so anxious it needs to end. He hasn't answered your last text, and didn't even went home.
Walking home, your head low, you don't want to see anyone. Holding the end of your scarf, you hurry back home. The cold air reddening your nose and ears, your fingers taking a blue tint. You even struggle to open your door, your hands shaking.
Rapidly closing the door behind you, you rub your hands against one another, yearning for some warmth. Without undoing your scarf or jacket, you make your way to the kitchen to make yourself a hot chocolate, only to see a tall figure waiting against the cupboard.
He is facing you, his arms crossed as a smirk adorned his face. “I can feel that you missed me, didn't you ?„ he hums. It isn't truly a question, he already knows the answer. Yet you don't plan on giving him one.
He raises an eyebrow when he hears your steps leaving to the bedroom, where you take off your scarf, jacket and shoes. He follows you close. “Aren't you planning on answering me ? Is it too much to ask to your little self?„
His smirk widens when he feels your heartbeat increase. He absolutely loves the way he can play your emotions like an instrument. So easy to read, and to control. “If you can't even utter a word, then what's the purpose of my presence. I thought you'd jump in my arms. Or perhaps... You don't truly love me ?„
He steps closer and closer, until his slender figure is hovering you, almost pinning you against the wall. Fluttering your eyes shut, anxiety rising in your body, your voice almost breaking as you speak. “I.. should be the one asking you that..„
He huffs in response, unsure of what you are trying to tell him. He brings his fingers under your chin. “Go ahead, word your thoughts then. I am all ears, darling.„
Your breath itchs in your throat. Feeling his soft yet hot breath against your nose, you muttered in a shy voice. “... I know your work asks you a lot of your time but.. You don't even text me...„
You see his expression not faltering even in the slightless. Instead, he just pulls away, sighing in disappointment. “Are you that needy ? Greedy for attention ? You should've known better when you desired to be with me. If you can't keep up, then I might just leave.„
His words sink in your mind. You turn your head away, barely capable to answer. “... I understand...„ it took you all your might to not let your voice break, but he knows better. He knows deep down you're dying from his words.
And even if he feels regret, speaking and admitting them out loud is another thing. He watches as you make your way to the living room, where you snuggle under the blanket and turn the TV on. He has always been cruel, but never going to that extend. Never expressing anything about leaving.
What if he truly does ? Would it make him feel better ? But you, in all that ? Does he think about how you feel ? You endured all his words, and his sadist behavior all the time, for only little to no comforting moment. You just have to handle it. Yet you are at your breaking point.
Drowning your sorrow and pain in that stupid show. It's all you can do if you don't want your mind to make you suffocate. The night quickly arrives, and with that, the cold breeze from the open window too.
Too absorbed into forgetting your aching heart, you don't hear the footsteps making their way to close the window. “Darling,„ his tone surprisingly sweet. “Here. I wouldn't want you to freeze.„
He places a hot chocolate in front of you on the coffee table, sitting down next to you. He doesn't try to touch you in any way though, surely knowing it isn't the time for it. You stare at the gentle treat he gives you.
You hesitantly reach for the cup, feeling its warmth spreading through your hands. You see him pick the TV remote to lower the volume. He lets out a heavy sigh, rubbing the back of his head in embarrassment.
“... Why do you act so kind suddenly ?„ you breath out, quietly blowing on the hot chocolate before taking a sip. You can hear him gulp. Perhaps he feels remorse now..
“... I didn't meant what I said.„ it's so hard for him to admit he's wrong. It makes you giggle, and you don't hide it, which makes him have a faint blush. He clears his throat, “... Don't laugh like that. It isn't fun.„
“Yet it would've been if I were the one to apologise.„ you sigh, keeping your eyes on that sweet drink he made you. He leans over you, his head almost resting on your shoulder.
“... I promise to make an effort, but please, don't leave yet. I want you to stay. It's better with you.„ it's the first time he shows himself being vulnerable. Yet, everyone has insecurities and weak side, right ? But he doesn't want anyone to see it. You're the only exception.
“If you don't push me to leave again, then... I won't. I love you also for your harsh words, but.. Just, don't make me feel like I'm a burden.„
He presses a gentle kiss on your cheek. You hope he'll change his behavior, but you can't be sure he will. You just allow yourself to doubt. He wraps his arm around your shoulder, rubbing it in a comforting gesture.
“You can't be a burden. You make me have another purpose than just serve for justice. You make me feel alive.„

HEALTH : ur health is easily the most important of these categories and ur own health must be prioritized in every thing that u do. health is wealth, and without health, ur quality of life will be very low.
eat foods that are good for u and that nourish you, pay close attention to ur body and how it reacts to certain foods cuz everyones body is different and u should have a vast knowledge on your own body and how it works. eat a variety of fruits and vegetables. a helpful ratio in eating that i like to use as a basic guideline is (80% of the time, eat healthier foods and 20% of the time eat what u crave)
stay hydrated and drink between 1-3 liters of water a day, about 15 minutes before u go to sleep drink a couple glasses of water, drinking water before bed literally CLEANSES you, it improves ur skin, helps ur heart pump blood more efficiently, and improves blood pressure and heart rate, which affects ur quality of sleep in a positive way
to continue on the note of ur sleep u should be sleeping 8-10 hours of sleep a night. sleep deprivation is NOT cute, so please opt to sleep at an earlier time and rise at an earlier time as well
aside from what u consume, take care of ur health by taking supplements, drinking lots of teas, sleeping enough, stretching ur body, dry brushing, lymphatic drainage massage etc

MENTAL WELL BEING : september is suicide prevention month so i feel like now is an AMAZING time to bring up mental health and ways that u can improve ur mental state of being.
i always talk about self concept and i always will because self concept truly is the foundation of everything. ur whole entire life is literally ur mindset. keeping a positive outlook, meditating and practicing gratitude sounds cliche but it does wonders for ur happiness.
understand that its okay to NOT feel happy 24/7 because happiness is simply a feeling, and feelings are fleeting. they dont stay forever. i talked about the science of dopamine and what it does to ur brain in a previous post but some things that u can do to improve ur happiness levels are :
cutting back on social media and screen time in order to experience the world around you
surrounding urself with people who build you up
consuming social media that impacts ur mental health in a positive way
if u can, invest in therapy and if u can't do some shadow work, and based on ur discoveries with shadow work use the resources that u have (like youtube) to learn how to heal from ur trauma properly. healing isn't an overnight process, its a journey but it will DRASTICALLY improve ur quality of life.
find ways to cope and deal with ur emotions in a healthy way if ur going through a hard time, if ur going thru a REALLY hard time please go and seek help bcuz u dont deserve to live in a constant state of sadness, and if u ever need encouragement my inbox is always open 💗
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE : ur physical appearance can greatly impact ur quality of life also so here's some way to maximize ur looks:
sleep, drink water, and walk everyday - the best way to be pretty is to be healthy so make sure ur taking care of ur nutrition and ur sleep schedule
skincare - build a solid skincare routine and be consistent with it, do ur skincare RELIGIOUSLY 2x a day and dont touch ur face with ur hands unless ur washing ur face. double cleanse and dont forget to apply spf &lt;33
haircare - learn what ur hair texture is and watch influencers or people who share the same hair texture as u and watch how they take care of their hair. once u know ur hair type then ur hair will thrive and be healthy
clean nails, long or short its all a matter of preference but keep ur nails clean and done nicely
wearing clothes that fit and complement ur body nicely, get ur clothes tailored to fit ur body comfortably
take good care of ur hair to keep it healthy, and learn how to do ur hair in cute hairstyles.
lastly POSTURE will tie all of this together, ofc these categories were rly broad but u can totally look into them more to maximize ur own looks and beauty
i know dear peachie on youtube has AMAZING makeup tips especially if ur a beginner she can teach u a lot

GENERAL : this is just a broad category of helpful things that u can do to improve the quality of ur life.
manifestation : when u learn about the way that the world works and operates and how ur mind creates ur own reality u will literally step into the power of knowing that you create. start committing to ur dream life and learning about law of assumption
finding little things to be happy about : i feel my happiest when im consciously living. and what i mean about this most of us just live our lives on autopilot out of necessity or habit, but paying closer attention to our lives and our experiences and romanticizing our lives will improve the quality of ur life
decision making : make decisions that will give the quality of life that u wanna live. for the future, make decisions that are good for ur future self instead of just focusing on making decisions that only look good in that one moment. ofc this differs depending on the situation but make an effort to make smart decisions that'll set the foundation for ur future

He softly ran his finger over the skin on your arm.
He admired you like you were a brand new doll. You were so pure and innocent, seeing the world through your eyes made him so happy.
Now, he finally had you back.
It wasn't his fault that he had to hurt so many people in the process, they knew he would be coming back to get what's his.
You were so precious and fragile, no one understood that but him.
Everyone treated you like you were an adult, but you were only 17! You were a child and no one had ever cared for you, he was the only one in the world that could care for you properly.
He watched as your face began to wake up, he knew you would be confused and afraid but you would understand soon.
"Easy, baby. Daddy's right here." He whispered as you opened your eyes and looked up at him.
"Marc? You whispered as he smiled softly.
"Hi, darling girl. I've missed you so much." He whispered, pressing a kiss to your forehead.
"You shouldn't be here, Marc. You know you're not allowed around me." You muttered tiredly as he ran his finger over your cheek.
"You don't need to worry about that okay, baby? I know your mother didn't want me to ever see you again but I'm your father, darling. I should be allowed to see you. And I know she doesn't treat you well, the court said she was the best person to care for you but she isn't, is she? Look at you baby. You're so skinny and pale daddy would make sure you're healthy and eat properly." He said as you stared at him.
You knew your father could be pretty possessive and because of his mental illness the court decided he wasn't good enough to care for you.
"I missed you." You whispered making him smile.
"Oh, sweetheart. I missed you too, so so much." He replied pressing a kiss to your hand.
"Do Steven and Jake miss me as well?" You asked making him chuckle softly.
"Of course they do, babygirl. We all love you so so much. Was your Mom treating you right, baby?" He asked, you looked at him and hesitated for a moment.
You didn't want him to get angry.
"She's just really busy with work that's all and when I have to talk to her on top of it or I need something it stresses her out. But, she works really hard and makes sure I have a roof over my head and food." You replied making Marc sigh.
"Babygirl, she should be caring for you so much better. You're so precious to this world and she treats you like you're just a roommate to help pay rent and clean." He said as you felt tears in your eyes.
You really had missed him, and he was right, your mother never really treated you like her daughter.
"I missed you, dad." You whispered as you began to cry.
Marc helped you sit up and he wrapped you up in a hug.
"Oh, baby. Come here, that's my good girl. You can stay with me, okay? Daddy will sort everything out, all you need to do is be good for me and relax and take some time off life." He said as you sniffled and nodded.
"What about school?" You asked as Marc held onto your tighter.
He hated the concept of school and never wanted you in one, he knew someone like you couldn't thrive in a place like that.
"You won't be going back, love. I know you've got friends there but that place isn't good for my angel it's too stressful." He said, to his surprise you nodded.
"Good, I don't want to go back. I don't have many friends and it's really difficult to go everyday." You cried out as Marc rocked you back and forth softly.
"Oh, my sweet girl. You don't need to cry, daddy won't ever let you go back there. You'll stay here, daddy will give you everything you need. Does that sound good, baby?" Marc asked as you nodded and nuzzled into him.
"It sounds perfect."
