I want to drown. Not in the ocean but in the poems written by you. Not in the lake but in the bed beside you. Not in the sea but in your eyes, don't care if they are even blue. Not in the river but in your voice. And like that I want to drown all of me in all of you. Drowning in you does not makes me dead it makes me alive.

I looked over
And saw everything that had hurt you.
Everything you have overcome.
Everything you are yet to be.
I looked over
And saw the moonlight reflect against your skin
I watched your lips curve into a smile as you laughed
I felt your wall coming down.
I looked over
And saw everything I want..
I saw a future.

Your bouquet of flowers are still safe with me
I still haven’t thrown out the bouquet of flowers you gave me.
They still sit on my dresser and have been sitting there for quite some time now.
I still care for them the way I used to care about you.
I change the water for them.
I clean up the fallen petals that they leave.
I take care of them even though I know they are already dead and there’s nothing I can do to save them.
I just can’t bring myself to throw them out.
I still find beauty in them even as I watch them fade away until they’re gone forever.

Quick Thoughts
I am full of love
I will reach for you
In solitude
Do you see me now?

In twilight's tender embrace, our souls entwine, A symphony of whispered secrets, yours and mine. Beneath the moon's soft glow, we write our story, In verses spun from stardust, boundless and free.
Your eyes, twin galaxies, map constellations, Guiding my heart through cosmic revelations. Each touch, a comet's trail across my skin, Igniting galaxies within, a cosmic sin.
Our love—like auroras dancing in the night, Paints the sky with hues of passion's light. I trace your name in meteor showers' descent, A celestial promise, forever meant.
And when the sun awakens, golden and true, Our love blooms anew, like morning dew. For in this cosmic dance, we find our place, Two souls, celestial, bound by love's grace.

“i did not wait for you—
i didn't know you were coming.
when you walked into my life
i didn't know it was you
because i didn't know there was a you
you were never a list
a goal, a dream or
an expectation—
you were a surprise
a gift, an adventure,
a beautiful new beginning
to a story i never thought l'd have.”

Your drink lastnight was filled with champagne
Mine was filled with tears
I want you here
And you want me there
So I’ll pass you my shot of tears
As you hand me your glass of champagne
So we can trade each other’s poison
So we both know each other’s pain
I want you here
And you’re over there
Bottles and bottles on the floor
All kinds that I started to pick up and adore
My eyes are running so sore
And my mind is running out and I’m torn
But fuck you
Seriously FUCK YOU.

He is the sun.
Stretching
tangles of warm limbs
up and up and up
To brush
past the planets
between us
and grasp
the night strands
of my curling hair.
I am nothing
but reverent vibrations
until he wakes
to burn me,
forms flesh of
whispered want
and allows me
to peek
around the edges
of star strewn tresses
into a galaxy
I am ashamed to admit
I hardly understand.
I curl
around the peeling heat
of him,
crescent moon body
singeing red
at his approach,
bleeding blue
each night
as he slips below
the curve of our
shared earth.
This
is our cycle,
passing each other
like touch starved ships
in the night,
sales blown wide
in quiet welcome
but lips
sealed shut.
I want to say:
“Please”
“Look at me”
“Touch me”
I have never
felt more akin
to shunned Pluto.
Instead
I resign myself
to the discomforting comfort
of our well-trodden
orbit
Ever hopeful.

I exist in between the deep breaths-
Underneath the rage or hope;
I exist in the maybes and the somedays
the nevers and the always
I come alive in the blank spaces between words
The “ands” and “ifs”
I exist in the spaces between the chords
I live freely in the memories
In the hellos and the spaces after
and in the spot where the sky meets the earth
