"Early mornings are so cold", I thought as I exhaled, only to see my breath in the air. I shivered when a gentle breeze blew. Suddenly, my eyes caught sight of someone familiar. I called out to him—

Mc’s pov:

I’m losing myself; I can’t bring myself to eat, sleep, or move in general.

I haven’t looked in the mirror but I can imagine what I looked like. Messy hair tossed and knotted and every which way, eyebags, and lifeless eyes.

I’ve been staring at my blank white wall for days that bragged on longer than normal. The brothers would knock on my door to tell me that dinner is ready.

They never asked me if I was okay because they knew that I wasnt. My best friend had died and I didn’t have a chance to say goodbye.

And worst of all; I had to hear it from Lucifer rather than her family. Vivian was her name, but we all called her vivi.

she was the most gorgeous girl; Black hair that went down her back, ocean blue eyes that would light up when she got excited over little stuff, and she was extremely kind and sweet to overs. Too bad they weren’t kind to her back.

She had a shit life since we were kids. Her dad was always yelling and screaming with the occasional throwing stuff, Her mom didn’t like her as a person, but loved her because that was her daughter.

We had everything planned out since we were 15. We would change our identities when we turned 18 and move countries and disappear. Well I disappeared to hell, while she had her life disappear.

I haven’t been myself. When vivi died a piece of me died with her. I didn’t strive to live anymore but didn’t have the strength to kill myself; So I survived.

I heard a knock on my door, I didn’t move and I didn’t say anything. I knew that it was my boyfriend, Lucifer but I couldn’t seem to care.

I was so focused on the picture of me and vivi before I left for hell. When we were 19, I saw a glimpse of what could have happened if I wasn’t dragged to hell for a stupid exchanged program.

I heard Lucifer sigh and open my door. I left the worry linger in his stare, I knew he was sitting at his desk worring about me.

He didn’t say anything, he just sat at the foot of my bed. He looked at me like I was glass that was about to break.

I could hear the brothers from my room. they’ve been loud and normally I’m loud with them but I can’t stand it; not while I’m grieving the loss of my best friend.

He knew the noise was bothering me, it was like he could read my mind. He knew me like the back of his hand. Her gently picked me and the blanket up.

I didn’t protest, I didn’t move, I just let him carry me. But the familiar scent of my boyfriend was comforting at the very least.

I heard the brothers quiet down when Lucifer carried me down the stairs. I felt the pain that they felt, the worry to know if I’m okay. I couldn’t see their facial expressions since my face was in Lucifer’s chest.

I knew asmo, beel, and mammon are on the verge of crying for me, satan was probably frowning with a worried look, belphie looked like he didn’t care but if you looked in his eyes, you’ll know that he feels my pain. Levi was internally freaking out and it shows.

Lucifer nor I said anything to them as he walked past. He opened the door and sat me on his bed. It familiar room, cursed records that produced soft music, the overall look of his room was so comforting to me but not comforting enough.

He slid next to me and held me tightly like I was going to disappear. I knew I was safe, I knew that I could cry and scream as loud as I wanted and he wouldn’t judge.

So I did, I cried. I was sobbing,my throat hurt, my eyes are all puffy and red, I’m grabbing onto his shirt like if I let go then he would disappear too.

And he made a ‘sh’ sound while rubbing my back, the only way he knew of comforting me.

It worked, I was still crying but I wasn’t sobbing, hiccuping, or trying to breath because it felt like my lungs aren’t getting enough oxygen.

I eventually fell asleep and Lucifer never left. I knew that we I left this room, I would be bombarded with questions and concerns by the other 6 brothers. But I wasn’t thinking about that. I was thinking about how grateful I am for a loving boyfriend.————————————————————————————————————

Child MC Slidey Socks

(Part 2)

Child MC was bored, so they put on their socks and slid around on the wood floors. How do the brothers react?

Belphie

He learned of MC’s slipping and sliding when they accidentally slid into him while he was napping on the floor in the hall. He got up to see if they were okay, then went back to sleep. But he kept an eye open to ensure they wouldn’t hurt themselves while sliding around. He eventually became an obstacle on the floor that MC would try to circle around or hop over.

Beelzebub

Beel is nervous. He knows how delicate humans are and worries that MC would hurt themselves. So he sits on the stairs overlooking the halls as MC slides around and jumps over Belphie. He brings some snacks for himself and MC for when they get hungry. If MC falls, Beelzebub is there to catch them.

Asmodeus

At first, Asmo was less keen on sliding around with MC since falling was really bad for the skin… and face. But when MC asked him to be a beautiful skater for them, how could he refuse? He slid around in his socks, pretending to be a gorgeous skater with MC, also using the sleeping Belphie as something to beautifully leap over. He fell only once but it was worth it.

Satan

Asmo pretty much dragged him into it so he could take a break on the stairs. Satan would have refused but after seeing MC’s big begging kitty cat eyes, he caved. He mostly slid around with MC to make sure they didn’t fall too much and was even beginning to have fun. He even used a spell to add classical music, like a real skater.

Leviathan

Levi originally was just popping out to get some snacks for his new anime binge, when he pretty much spotted Satan and MC sliding around. It was so adorable that he had to get it recorded on his D.D.D! He even slid around with the two for a bit… until Satan noticed what he was doing and began chasing him around to get the recording deleted.

Mammon

He was surprised to get back from his recent casino trip to see MC sliding around and Leviathan being chased by Satan. He decided to get in on this action and dared MC to a race! MC accepted. They started at one end of the hall and Asmo subtly (pretty much lectured) reminded Mammon to not go too fast. They ended up racing each other from one end of the hall to the other! Mammon always went slow enough at the end so that MC could beat him. Only for MC though! When he and Beel raced, he went at full speed!

Lucifer

It had been a long day of work at RAD, especially when dealing with Diavolo and Barbatos. He just wanted a nice rest with some coffee- “LOOK OUT!” Suddenly he felt Mammon and MC both slam into him as he walked through the front door. They all fell to the ground. With a groan, Lucifer got back up and checked to see if MC was okay. All the other brothers had already scattered at this point, except Mammon.

“MAMMOOOOON!”

After Mammon was properly hung up, Lucifer gave MC a small lecture on why sliding around in socks was dangerous. MC pouted but agreed to no more sliding. They look so disappointed and sad. Lucifer picked them up and put them on his shoulders, taking off his shoes, and slid around the house for a bit. After all, it was okay if HE did it. This seemed to make MC feel better, which was all that mattered.

With a microphone in hand and your DDD in the other, you matched into Lucifer’s office and upto his desk holding the microphone to his face and asking, “Mr. Morningstar! What does your google history look like?”

His eyes narrow a little in surprise, “Why would I give such private information to you?“

He turns away and goes back to writing on whatever paperwork attempting to ignore you.

But you just stand there waiting stubbornly and Lucifer glances up at you before he lets out a deep, slow sigh.

“Fine. If you really want to know this badly, I will answer your question. But I don't owe you anything. My search history is filled with information about this human world, as well as research into many different topics, such as human relationships and love.”

You blush, “Awww, Luci!” You lean down and kiss his cheek, “Did you look into that stuff after we started dating?”

He turns back to face you, fully now his expression softening a little as he speaks and a light blush creeping up his own cheeks.

“...Yes. After we met, I spent some time researching how I should handle such a relationship. Even now, I still occasionally look up various things and tips on how to show you the love and respect you deserve.”

You set the mic down and cup his face with both or your hands, “You’re too sweet Lucifer. I’m lucky to have you.” and kiss his lips~
