Sleep Talking - Leona x Reader

The school bell chimed across Night Raven College.

It was now your free period and you decided to spend the next hour among the exotic flora of the Botanical Gardens. You hadn't been there since the Fairy Gala and that was an artifact retrieval mission. Therefore, you hadn't really gotten the chance to take in the scenery. This seemed like a perfect opportunity to do so.

You entered the glass structure; You eyed the hanging planters filled with roses and pansies while strong, stately trees adorn the path you tread. You continued your trek, taking in the calm and relaxing environment; your ears picked up a faint and sort of gravelly sound.

You ventured on, the sound growing louder. You arrived at the garden's Subtropical Zone and soon came across the source of the sound you'd been following. Tucked away amongst the shrubbery, is Leona Kingscholar.

"It would be you, wouldn't it?" you chuckled.

You watched the slumbering beast man, his long brunette locks strung across the cool green grass. He actually looked rather cute like this, his ear twitching and tail swishing. You would reach out to stroke them if you didn't know he'd kill you about it.

You saw him stir slightly, a growl passing through his ivory fangs. "Horned bastard," you heard him say. He was surely referring to Malleus. "(y/n)..." It was a surprise to hear your name pass through the sleeping prince's lips. "...I won't let him have have you. You're meant to be mine."

You felt your cheeks flush red at this unconscious confession. Leona's jealousy towards Malleus was vast but you never thought that included having feelings for you. Especially after all the times he's been cold or mocking towards you. Now you knew that it was just a way to hide how he really felt.

Not really knowing what to do in that moment, you simply turned around and went back through the garden. All you could think about for the rest of the day were those five words:

"You're meant to be mine."

A Host Club Valentines feat. Twst characters Vil’s Route

So you chose Vil, the “Princely type” beware!

Back to prologue

After getting seated and picking your host for the day, you were shocked to find out that this was what your dorm leader did in his free time. Looking him up and down in his host outfit you felt the sudden urge to take a photo of him in his attire.

You: *pulls phone out* I must preserve this forever… Vil: If you want a photo of me, let’s take one together.

Pushing your shoulders closer together Vil crept into the picture frame and quickly took a picture of the two of you. Lifting your chin with the tips of his fingers Vil looked directly into your eyes to question your presence here.

Vil: Tell me what brings you here to the host club _____? You: Um… I just wanted a quiet place to study. I thought no one came here? I’m not that sure why I stayed to be honest. What is this place anyway? Vil: I could tell you that, but that wouldn’t be all the rage now would it, Darling? You: Darling? Oh god who are you and what have you done with Vil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jade: That’s Vil alright. There’s nothing to worry about. *scribbles in notebook* Unless, you’re willing to make a deal to know the truth? *Grins widely* You: I’ll pass. Vil: Darling, don’t you let your eyes wander from me. Didn’t you request me and not Jade?

Taking a sip of his tea, Vil picked up a cookie and pushed it into your mouth, almost as if to keep you quiet. Then, looking in Jade’s direction he said in a low voice,

Vil: Also, Jade don’t go giving this Princess any ideas about the real reason behind this operation. *whispers to Jade* You: Hmm, did you say something Vil? Vil: I’ll give you all of my attention for the next 10 minutes princess, I’m all yours. You: I can’t tell if you’re supposed to be the princely type or if you’re trying hard to keep me distracted. Vil: *sigh* Princess, I’m a queen not a prince.

You: There’s the Vil I know and love! So, the truth is?

Turns out the Headmaster had arranged this as a special service for Valentines Day. All those who were gathered here had been drawn with the luck of a hat. Not a single member would be allowed to skip out of their duties. Vil was given the princely type, but he strayed a little far from that. Still, there was a hidden motive behind this.

Once his activities finished Vil was supposed to head back to the dorm like normal and he requested you pretend nothing had happened. Everything truly felt like a fever dream.

Leona slept away in his favorite spot at the Botanical Garden, opening one eye when he heard giggling, smelling someone familiar. He got to his feet and yawned, smirking as he flicked his tail back and forth. "Is there a Little Hunter around here"Leona grinned deciding to play along with little Livia. Livia giggled, smiling at Leona as she stalked closer, keeping her body low to the ground like Rook taught her. "I can't believe the hunter as become the hunted!"Leona gasped looking around. "RAHH!"Livia yelled leaping out, Leona falling over onto his side. "Oh no!"Leona grinned looking at her. He chuckled, couching down beside her, correcting her hunting pose. "Lower, lower..."Leona grinned. "Now pounce on this leaf when I blow it away"Leona says setting the leaf down.

He blew it away, the hybrid girl leaping from his side, slamming her hands down on the leaf. She beamed at him, her eyes sparkling. "Nice job Little Hunter!"Leona smiled nodding. He laid back down, Livia giggling as she tried to catch his tail he flicked back and forth in front of her. He opened one eye, smiling at her, his expression softening at the sight of how happy she looked. "Guess this brat isn't so bad"Leona muttered. "Guess I'll let her stick around"Leona chuckled. "HEY!" He opened his eyes, finding three Delinquents from his dorm there now. "You must be out of your mind putting your dirty hands on our Dorm Leader, you Diasomnia scum!" Leona scowled, snapping when one of the delinquents shoved Livia down, causing her to scrape her arm.

He roared at them, standing over the frightened first year, looking scarier than usual. "Touch her again and I will personally turn you three into sand...leave"Leona snarled his ears flattened back, fury showing on his face. He turned away, checking Livias arm silently, taking his bandanna off from around his waist and using it as a bandage. "Come on"Leona says. He gave her a piggyback ride to the school, her arms wrapped around his neck. Livia yawned, resting her head on his shoulder as she fell asleep, her ears drooping. "Thank you Big Brother Leona..."Livia mumbled. He looked at her his eyes widening in surprise. "I wanna be a tough dorm leader like you one day"Livia says smiling in her sleep. "Ugh, how dare you be cuter than Cheka"Leona sighed shaking his head.

He walked into Diasomnia, Malleus looking over in surprise. "Special Delivery, your package got lost and found its way to the Botanical Garden, thought I'd return it"Leona says Silver taking Livia. Livia dropped Po, Leona picking up, handing it to the girls brother. "Thanks for returning her, she loves to wonder away in order as to not come back to Diasomnia, we called Epel and Ortho but they said they hadn't seen her, same for Azul and Kalim along with Rook"Lilia sighed. "Hm...welp now you know she came bothering me at the Botanical Garden"Leona snorted shaking his head unsurprised. "Sorry about that it won't happen again"Malleus nodded. "No, it's fine, she's fine"Leona says. "Welp time for Big Brother Leona to return to Savannaclaw"Leona grinned Malleus and Lilia staring at him stunned. He rubbed the back of his head, smiling slightly. "Big brother eh?"

• its as if chenya never leaves him alone about this! his face is nearly always red everytime the idea of getting married to you gets brought up as a tease. whats worse is that he does want to marry you. so riddle can't even deny it! trey has his back on the occasional manner, whenever chenya brings up the idea of a happy marriage with you, it leaves riddle fuming for two separate reasons.

"what am i telling you trey? they're purrfect for eachother." chenya laughs, "i can't im-eow-gine them separating."

LEONA KINGERSCOLAR + farena

• leona is not a fan of his brother meeting you. why were you so insistent on meeting his family in the first place? it could've all been avoided. (he would sigh, but in the end there's some warmth in his heart seeing you fit in so well). for the most part, leona was phased out of the conversation. choosing to just instead lay on your side lazily, eyes shut.

• "you and Leona would make such a cute married couple!" farena casually throws out into the conversation, the dumb smile leona is so used to destroying his brothers face as his lions ear twitches., a scowl painting upon his face.

• he rolls his eyes, scoffing perhaps. classic leona behavior (the kind you grew to love), but if you took the time to translate it over to the language of love. leona would love to make you the ruler of his heart, for you already conquered his life.

AZUL ASHENGROTTO + mother / father

• azul was embarrassed. he knew his parents were less then... casual, but of course he loved them (as he loves you, which is why he hoped this interaction would go well: it did.), though he never expected for the topic of marriage to be brought up either in conversation. and the idea sent him into a romantic spiral, for how his heart beat at the thought of putting a ring on your finger. a ring to signify he was yours, and you were his.

• "M,,, mother! You shouldn't say things like that..." he stumbled, word tumbling over word. His mother merely laughed, his step-father joining in, and don't think azul missed hearing your chuckle from the side.

• "i'm sure you two would be adorable, married."

• azul did not deny, for he knows you'd make the perfect spouse for him. you'd make him the happiest man in the world, but he's not ready to discuss that with you... not until he has found the perfect ring.

KALIM AL ASIM + siblings

• kalim is utterly ecstatic knowing he has so much support behind his back, and when its suggested that his siblings thinks of you and him as an adorable couple? and even suggest marriage? oh how quickly it propels him to the marriage rot. if anything you should expect a proposal by the end of the visit for how much the thought of marriage excites him, even if you decline he's perfectly happy by your side..! marriage isn't always the result of love, just an existence between two people is enough for him.

• "big brother! you and [name] are so cute together!" "yeah, when are you two getting married?!" "I hope soon! they make you so happy!"

• kalim loves his family dearly, and he wants to welcome you into his own as well (jamil isn't as welcoming with that idea as his kalims arms are...)

VIL SCHOENHEIT + dad

• vil had no doubt in his mind his father would love you, and he wasn't wrong. his father was utterly welcoming at the idea of you and vil as a couple, in fact he even brought up how cute you two would be married, (vil can't deny how happy it made him, even if it doesn't show.)

• "i think you and [surname] make a cute couple, i wouldn't be surprised if you two got married."

• as vil moves his gaze over to you, he can't say his father was wrong... oh how happy he would be if he could lockdown and secure you as his. a beautiful wedding, taking you as his spouse. yeah, vil likes that idea. "maybe one day."

IDIA SHROUD + ortho

• "you're perfect for my brother! I can already see you two being in a happy marriage!" ortho happily exclaims, unaware of how those two simple sentences destroyed, and crashed his brother. feeling as if he made a fool of himself, he finds himself wishing to lock himself in his room away from everyone, and never bare to see your face again because omgimaginegettingmarriedtoyou?!

• he's not.. against the idea, but at the same time! is it really that casual of a thing to be brought up!? an actual marriage?! not like.,, a silly online one or one with a fictional character?! imagine if you did want to actually marry him!

• he catches a glance over at you, through his pinkish, blue hair. and when he see's your smile, he wonders if you truly were meant to share the same last name... surely that day will come... right? [Name] Shroud...

• that thought sends him spirally again.

MALLEUS DRACONIA + lilia

• lilia commonly teased you and malleus about marriage. much like how a close friend would ship a couple, funnily enough malleus never caught on. in fact, he's already under the impression your engaged, and lilia is hyping up the ceremony. you don't have the heart to admit he never proposed (who knows? maybe he did, just in some type of fae courting system). so you let the teases happen.

• malleus is utterly blissed, the fact that lilia is so accepting of your marriage (that's not even legalized), and ready to support makes him happy! if anything he's already booking a venue, with lilia helping him with the organization (you think lilia's only doing this for his own entertainment at this point)

• malleus must've already foresaw a marriage from a long way ago, for every time he looks at you, its as if his eyes say "i do."

CUDDLES

Featuring: Dorm leaders

Plot: The way how different twst characters sleep with and without you and their sleeping habits.

Cw: fluff, spooning(Riddle and Vil), snoring (Leona and Azul), mentions of boobs (Kalim), drool (idia)

Note: You can obviously tell who my favorite is.

RIDDLE ROSEHEARTS:

Before you:

He sleeps like a old man. Like, fingers crossed over his stomach, or he sleeps like a corpse. He is very silent when he is sleeping only letting out very soft breaths.

With you:

Riddle is either sleeping fetal position into your arms or being spooned. I feel like after having an extremely long day, all he wants to do is be held.

Without you:

He has zero clue what to do with his hands. So all he does is take one of his pillows and cuddles with that. Sometimes he gets mad just as he is about to fall asleep and just chucks the pillow across the room.

LEONA KINGSCHOLAR:

Before you:

He snores like a dad. Like, you know you sometimes when your dad is busy snoring and then he chokes on his own saliva mid snore... yea... thats Leona. Also he sleeps like a hot mess. Half of his body is off the bed and the other is barely hanging on.

With you:

Living blanket. Like, he just lays his entire body weight on top of you like a blanket. At first it felt like attempted murder, but after a while you got used to it and now you can't fall asleep without weight on top of you.

Without you:

He twists his blankets into a long noodle so that it (kinda) feels like he's cuddling you. Also, his tail is swishing the same way an angry cat does the entire time he is sleeping.

AZUL ASHENGROTTO:

Before you:

Completely normal. Maybe a hand under the pillow(?) Snores. The tweels used to make fun of him for that when they were kids but got used to it eventually.

With you:

Koala mode: activated. His legs are twisted through your legs and arms attached to your torso like superglue. He nuzzles his face in the crook of your neck and sometimes even leaves little kisses there.

Without you:

He refuses to sleep without you. Period. He got so used to sleep with you in his arms that it has become a condition for him to sleep. He will either stay in his office, busy with paperwork, studying for an upcoming test or reading a book you recommended him in his bed.

KALIM AL-ASIM:

Before you:

I headcannon that he sleeps fetal position. But like, on his stomach. His face is smashed into the pillow, which causes bedhead and he becomes scarily still (Jamil sometimes comes in and checks if he's still alive.)

With you:

He does not give a shit if you have tiddies or not, he is shoving his face into your chest like it's no-one's business. You have never slept so damn good until the day you started sleeping with Kalim in his fucking king sized bed made from swan feathers or something close to it.

Without you:

Tosses and turns, ruining the sheets and making it dirty. He usually gets up and starts pacing the room, trying to tire himself out, but failing miserably. Kind of just lays there.

VIL SCHOENHEIT:

Before you:

Looks like a fucking angel. His hair perfectly frames his head and he just looks so damn peaceful. I bet he listens to nature sounds whenever he can't sleep since him losing sleep is a big no-no.

With you:

He likes to spoon. He only big spoons, if not, then he's pushing you (affectionately♡) off the bed. He has gotten accustomed to your light snoring, kind of using it like a non-verbal lullaby.

Without you:

Can sleep, but not as nicely as when you do. Kind of turns a bit, but he does fall asleep normally. Gets a sad gut feeling whenever he wakes up without you next to him.

IDIA SHROUD:

Before you:

Probably never sleep willingly. He probably would just pass out from exhaustion ever once-in-awhile. But when he does sleep, he drools like a fucking dog. Like, entire pillow case damp from his drool. He has gained mild control over this, but is still considered a problem.

With you:

He wants to cuddle like how anime couples do. He specifically likes it when you sleep on his chest, your weight feeling the same as when a cat lays on him. He also gained a condition in order to fall asleep. He must stroke your hair gently while you mutter in your half-asleep state on how much you love and adore him.

Without you:

After he started dating you, he finally decided to get a better sleep schedule so he could spend more time with you, rather than being passed out, looking half dead. So he got a plain body pillow (He didn't get a cover as he thought it would be a betrayal of your trust) He cuddles the body pillow the same way he does to you.

MALLEUS DRACONIA:

Before you:

He slept the same way as Riddle, like a corpse. He is completely silent and does not move at all in his sleep.

With you:

He became absolutely addicted to cuddling once you introduced it to him. He would shove you into his chest, kind of like the two of you were hugging, but he has an absolute death grip on you.

Without you:

The skies have a green hue to them as lightning cracks. He is pissed at who or what made you not want or have the time to sleep with him. He would sneak out of his dorm and (break in) sneak into your dorm. He would then climb into bed with you and then instantly fall asleep.

Winter’s Fate Azul Mini story 1

That couple outfit you went out of your way to buy Azul and you, gone! The scarf you knitted, gone! You had accidentally burned them while practicing your fire magic. Turning to your vice dorm leader for help he was quite perplexed as to what to do.

You: Lilia! Lilia: That is quite a problem we have… You: I got these couple outfits for me and Azul and that scarf… I just finished that for myself. Lilia: Look on the bright side, your fire magic is much stronger now! *puts out fire* You: What should I do? I’m supposed to go give him this when we meet in town later. After explaining everything to Azul the two of you went shopping around to purchase what had been lost in the fire. It was quite fun to walk around with your lover trying on different outfits. As time went on Azul’s stamina failed to keep up with yours so you went to purchase a refreshing drink for him to replenish his energy.

You: Azul here, I got the lemonade with no sugar and low calories! Azul: Thank you, here you can have this in return.

In Azul’s hand was a piece of paper decorated beautifully. Seems like he had been planning on giving this to you for a while. Without a moment to lose you opened the letter to read what the contents said:

It truly is a gift to have you as a lover. You give me so much that it feels as if I’ve been lacking in giving you anything. I’m sure there’s something you want, whatever it is please write it down on the next line so I can purchase it for you.

You: Azul… Azul!

Giving your lover a big hug, you also placed a kiss onto his right cheek. Stunned by the surprise action, Azul was perplexed until he saw you finished reading his letter.

You: All I want is you Azul! I don’t need anything special at all. Well I would like certain things, but out of everything I want you. So, here. *writes down his name on the paper* Azul: Are you really fine with just me? You: *nodding your head yes*
