HABITS TO IMPLEMENT 
Movement (yoga, running, Pilates, walking, gym, etc. Anything that allows you to move your body 
Reflection- make a note of things you would like to improve on. This could be self-love, relationships, 
STAY CONSISTENT
Consistency is key. Make sure to stick to your plan and keep working towards your goals every day. Even small steps are progress. Try to make your goal part of your daily routine. 
HOW TO STAY CONSISTENT 
SCHEDULE- Setting schedules helps really well with consistency. Make a schedule for the tasks you need to do daily or weekly to achieve your goals. This can help you make your goals a part of your routine, making it easier to stay consistent.
STAY ORGANIZED- Keep track of your tasks and goals. Use tools like calendars, to-do lists, or apps to help you stay organized and remember what you need to do.
DISCIPLINE YOURSELF- Sometimes, you won't feel like working towards your goals, and that's okay. The key is to maintain discipline and do the task anyway. Remember, consistency is about doing the task regularly, not just when you feel like it.
START SMALL- Don't overwhelm yourself with huge tasks. Start small and gradually increase your workload as you build consistency.
DON’T BE TOO HARD ON YOURSELF- If you miss a day, don't beat yourself up. Instead, acknowledge that it happened, understand why, and move on. Consistency is about long-term progress, not perfection.
CREATE A PLAN
Once you know what your goals are, create a step-by-step plan on how to achieve them. Break down each goal into smaller, manageable tasks. This might involve creating a timeline, setting deadlines, or identifying resources or tools you might need.
LEAVE THINGS IN THE PAST 
In 2023, I’m sure everyone has had ups and downs, but not letting them define you as a person is something that has to be done in order for you to become a new person.
HOW TO LEAVE THINGS IN THE PAST
ACCEPTANCE-  Acknowledge the past and accept it as part of your life story. Understand that it's something that has shaped you but doesn't define you.
FORGIVENESS- Forgive yourself and others. Holding onto resentment only harms you. Letting go of grudges can bring a sense of peace and open up space for healthier relationships.
LEARN FROM IT- Every experience, good or bad, is an opportunity to learn. Reflect on these experiences and use them as stepping stones to better decisions in the future.
FOCUS ON THE PRESENT- The past is unchangeable, but the present is in your control. Concentrate on what you can do now to create a positive future.
SET NEW GOALS- Create new objectives for yourself. This gives you something to work towards and helps shift your focus from the past to the future.
PRACTISE MINDFULNESS- Mindfulness is about staying focused on the present moment. Practices like meditation can help you stay grounded and prevent you from dwelling on the past.
ADJUST YOUR PLAN AS NEEDED
It's okay if your initial plan doesn't work out exactly as you thought. Life happens, and it's important to be flexible and adapt your plan as needed. If you find that a certain approach isn't working, don't be afraid to try something different.
PRACTICE SELF CARE
Remember to take care of yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally. This can include things like getting enough sleep, eating healthy, exercising regularly, and taking time to relax and do things you enjoy. Don't forget that self-care is an important part of reaching your goals.
WAYS TO PRACTICE SELF CARE-
BALANCED DIET-  There is no need to restrict yourself from foods but eating a healthy, balanced diet is crucial for maintaining physical health. Try to include plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains in your diet.
EXERCISE REGULARLY- Regular physical activity can help reduce stress, improve mood, and boost overall health. This doesn't necessarily mean going to the gym - it could be anything from a brisk walk to a yoga class
GET ENOUGH SLEEP-  Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Establish a regular sleep schedule and create a relaxing bedtime routine to improve sleep quality.
STAY HYDRATED-  Drinking enough water each day is important for overall health. Try to aim for at least 8 glasses per day.
TAKE BREAKS- Make sure to take regular breaks throughout the day, especially if you're working or studying. This can help prevent burnout and improve productivity.
DO THINGS YOU ENJOY- Make time for hobbies or activities you enjoy. This could be anything from reading a book to playing a sport to painting. 
  CELEBRATE SMALL THINGS
Don't wait until you've reached your big goal to celebrate. Celebrate small wins along the way to keep your motivation high. This could be treating yourself to something you enjoy, or simply taking a moment to acknowledge your achievement.

It’s a top!!! Pretty cute right? No!😡
The problem with it is that it’s not made out of clothing fabrics so it doesn’t fit very well and it turned out veryy revealing sadly. I made the halter neck too long. Oh well I’ve gotten a lot of experience from this and it’s a good first try for not having a pattern to follow. 🪡 🎀 🧵 🪡

During this project I’ve learned how to sew buttonholes!!!!!! lol I always misread that word. When you sew buttonholes you use a special presserfoot. The picture in the middle are practice buttonholes. 🪡💕
That’s all!!! I’m hoping to actually find some sewing patterns soon as this was a bit of a struggle but other than that I did alright!!!😊

i'm obsessed with becoming better and this isn't in a completely selfish way (although it 90% is). i wanted to becoming a better community member. i wanted to show up even more than i knew i could for my loved ones.

3 ways to take your power back
1. Stop over-explaining
❌ just... ❌ but... ❌ because...
Cease the habit of over-explaining yourself in every situation. Frequently using words like "just," "but," or "because" might lead to unnecessary justifications or trying too hard to convince others. Ask yourself: are these explanations truly necessary, especially if the audience might not value or appreciate them? Are they even worth it?
2. Stop expecting people to always read your mind
✅ I need... ✅ I'd like... ✅ Let's...
Avoid setting unrealistic expectations for people to always understand your unspoken thoughts or needs. Instead, actively communicate your desires, expressing what you need. Stop isolating yourself. Initiate conversations, expressing your preferences.
3. Stop ignoring your intuition
logic + intuition = 👌
Acknowledge and respect your intuition. While logical thinking is significant, our bodies and subconscious often provide signals that are closer to the truth. Tune in to your instincts and gut feelings, as they can often provide valuable insights that purely logical reasoning might overlook. Practice listening to and trusting your intuitive responses in various situations. Trust your guts.

Let people say and think whatever they want about you, Even if they're wrong, Even if it upsets you and makes you want to chase them just to confront them and fix the way they think or talk about you. Never do that to yourself, just find peace in knowing that the past belongs in the past and we're not in it anymore. You're evolving and becoming a better person than you were in the past, even if they don't want to see it. Some people are willing to stay blinded forever in their own circle just to make themselves feel good about whatever happened in the past. If that gives them peace let them. Let them feel at ease away from you. No matter how much you're hurt by them and their actions, you have to move forward with your life. You'll be okay, I promise.
What's important is that you know you're a good person who was brave enough to try and put an effort into fixing things and even sincerely apologized for your past behavior that caused others pain, that's the only thing that matters. You were strong enough to face the consequences of your actions no matter how unbearable the pain felt while doing it. You became honest with yourself by holding yourself accountable, acknowledging all of your past mistakes, truly forgiving yourself for what happened and finally starting your healing journey to fix and improve yourself and be the best version of yourself for YOU. That's enough.

How can I establish a morning routine? I’m just always stressed and half asleep in the morning
Hey there Anon!
So I know that it seems like online you need to stand up in the middle of the night, down a liter of saltwater, go on a run and write an entire book, but ultimately you really just need to focus on what makes you feel good.
Your morning routine shouldn’t be a list of things you copied from someone else that you’re now working through. Of course you can try to work in some healthy habits into your routine, but actually think about wether or not they actually help you personally to start of your day. That’s why the first thing you’re gonna wanna do is
Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to do a certain amount of things in the morning. Just get up, get ready, eat something, get to work/ school or think about what you want to do that day
If you’re always tired in the morning try to get in more and better sleep
Try to prepare as much as possible the evening/day before; prepare breakfast, lay out what you want to wear etc.
Presumably you already have a morning routine (because falling out of bed, brushing your teeth and running out the door with a protein-bar also is a routine) so try to ad onto that one habit at a time
Reevaluate when you want to wake up; if you don’t have enough time, try getting up earlier. If you always need a half hour to get up, because you keep falling asleep again, try to set your alarm for a little later so you get a bit more sleep
Again don’t just blindly copy people, but you can find inspiration in other morning routines; that can help you find things that could also work for you

2024: a year of transformation
I think one of the best ways to transform your life is to discover yourself spiritually. But this can be difficult, especially if you've never considered a spiritual side to life. Introducing: spirituality and the soul. (Disclaimer: I reference God a lot because I personally believe in God, however as mentioned in this post you may not connect spiritually with God, so substitute some things I say about connection with spirituality for your own beliefs).

You may be thinking, is spirituality solely religion? What if I'm atheist? Spirituality is the belief in something greater than oneself, and that is different for everyone. For me, that is God. I'm hindu, meaning I'm polytheistic but still believe in a central God of hinduism. For you however, it might be the universe, it might be the earth. Regardless of what it is, the being greater than self should provide you with peace and purpose.
1.) Discovering spirituality: Religion
If your currently not religious but believe that God exists, this section is for you. A lot of people may believe in God but don't feel a connection, or know what religion they may feel peace with. This is completely valid, please know this. Many religions have similar values, in different ways. It is believing that God is everywhere, guiding us, within us, and is everything.
If you want to discover where you find peace with God, I think the best and only way is to experiment open-heartedly. Go to different religious centers and learn about different religions. Learn about the practices and ways of connecting with God. Read different holy books like the Quran, the Bible, etc. Speak and connect with people of different religions and spiritual values. When you do this, you not only open your mind but also allow yourself to find the beauty within religion. When you feel connected to a specific religion and gain peace from it, you won't need to back away.
Religion aims to guide us to live good and peaceful lives with the belief that a greater, higher power leads the way. The beauty of religion is the vulnerability you can experience with God and those who are of the same religion, it truly can feel like soul-to-soul connection.
However, I can't tell you this and have you believe it. This is the spiritual journey with God that each and every person embarks on for peace. To everyone it is different, and people gain different things from it. If you allow yourself to experiment with different religions and open yourself up to faith and vulnerability, you may begin to discover your soul, your relationship with God and yourself, and where you find peace. Each person discovers a love for religion differently, please keep this in mind. Don't be afraid to explore, because once you find something that gives you peace of mind and purity of soul, you transform on an other-worldy level.
2.) Discovering spirituality: Universe and Existence
Maybe you just don't feel a love and connection to God, and that's ok! However, you can find peace in other ways. You may discover that the Universe and beyond is what you feel connected to. Maybe its the simple idea of your consciousness and existence which gives you peace and guides you. What matters most is your recognition that we as humans are not limited to our bodies. Again, not everybody may gain peace with this statement, but majority of those who are spiritual religious and non-religious realize this in their journey. Whatever being greater than self that you believe exists and guides you, is within you. After all, it is you who felt a connection to the being. When you feel a connection to something greater than yourself, whether it be God, the Earth, the Universe, etc, it's because your soul and conciousness were meant to be aligned with it. They exist as one. If you believe in God, God is within you. The universe, the earth, everything is within you. You just have to discover it. We as human's are not the external but the internal. We are beings, we are consciousness, but we are not limited to the body. We are experience, we are existence, we are but a soul. Accepting this, and discovering it internally are major in spirituality. But once again, I cannot simply tell you this without your own experience of it. Experiment a little, with your beliefs, the universe and/or God, and find out where you lie in it all.
3.) Developing a greater connection with spirituality and yourself
Spirituality, as mentioned before, allows us to reconnect and discover ultimately ourself and our existence through surrendering our control to being. From this, we let go of that which holds us back and allow ourselves to fully experience life knowing that we are eternally guided within out souls. To connect with God, for example, spend more time with God. If your Muslim, read the Quran and apply its teachings to your life with more awareness. Go to the temple more or church more or the mosque more. Place yourself in places where God/Universe if everywhere. You'll eventually feel the presence of eternity and high vibration.
Gratitude is an amazing way to thank God and the Universe for providing you with the beauties of life. Gratitude makes us aware of all of the things to love in life and can reconnect you with God/Universe. Practicing gratitude has many benefits, so being grateful and practicing it every day can really bring you closer to God/Universe and your soul.
Talk to God and the Universe more often. For me, I talk to God and pray daily. Eventhough I believe that God is always with me, I still talk to Him everyday. I pray to all of the Gods of my religion in the morning which I personally feel brings me closer. Asking for guidance, praying to the being in which you believe, can expand your love for the being.
Recognize miracles in your life more often. The way I see it, everything happens for a reason. Recognize this and be thankful for it. You had good coffee today? Say thank you for it. Smile for it. Raise your spirits for it. Life becomes amazing when you see its miracles, and sometimes all it takes is recognition for you to feel peace.
Meditate. Be present more. Being with yourself can allow you to gain a connection to yourself and gain peace. That can bring you closer to God.
Allow yourself to experience. This is the most important way of becoming closer to God. What is spirituality if not experiencing a life guided by something greater than self? Allow yourself to fail and learn. Allow yourself to experience all emotions. Allow yourself to exist and you will find peace. Open yourself up to all walks of life.
4.) A final note
Whoever and whatever brings you peace is worth discovering. Trust me. Your journey may be bumpy, and will be different than everyone else. But I personally believe to discover yourself spiritually and to recognize yourself as only a soul bring utmost peace and happiness. Don't rush this process and try to make sense of it all, all at once. Go through life gaining a deeper understanding of everything through experience. The world is yours. Add meaning to it, find purpose, operate at a high vibration, and overall strive to be a good person. As the day goes by, and you try and apply these, you just may feel a whole lot better. I don't think there's an easy way to describe the way you feel when your spiritual and feel a spiritual presence. It's freeing, it's faithful, and can really get us through hard times. I hope that 2024 can be your year spiritually. I hope that you are really able to transform yourself. I also hope that this was helpful and hopefully not too complicated. Lastly, I hope that you become closer with your soul and existence and love yourself, because you 100% deserve to. Have a blessed day and lead with love! MAKING THE BEST OF AN EARLY MORNING
Waking up early can be so beneficial too your daily routine. Sometimes, when we wake up early we aren't sure what exactly to do with all of the time we have on our hands.

BENEFITS OF WAKING UP EARLY Getting an early start to the day can do so many things to improve your routine. Rising early allows you to make the most of your day and feel a sense of accomplishment before bedtime.
HOW TO WAKE UP EARLY: TIPS
Get enough sleep- Making sure you're getting at least 8 hours of quality sleep will ensure you are well rested so your will be ready to rise early.
Just get up- This may be harder than it sounds but just get up. Not thinking about and immediately sitting up once your alarm goes off with help you not feel so drowsy.
LIGHT!- Right when your alarm goes off, open your blinds or turn on a light in your room so your eyes can adjust and help you feel awake.
Different clothes in the morning- After you do your morning skincare, shower, etc. make sure you change into some clothes so you don't feel like you are about to go back to sleep. I know everyone can't do this but this is scientifically proven to help.
Alarms- This one may be controversial but don't set several alarms, this is to make sure you don't automatically go back to sleep since you know you'll have another alarm go off soon.
Water- Immediately when you get up, drink some water, it will help you wake up. I prefer to have a water next to my bed so I can have easy access to my water bottle.

Habits to get into in 2024
Drink enough water People usually say you’re supposed to drink 8 glasses a day, but that is more of an arbitrary number. It can be an orientation, but ultimately just drink the amount of water that makes you feel good
Get (at least) 8 hours of sleep This one is not an arbitrary number. Go to sleep! It’s important
Simplify your skincare routine While a lot of ppl online make it seem like the more products the better, that doesn’t have to be true for you. You could wash your face with water or do the classic “cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen”. This also produces less waste and costs less time
Go for a walk everyday Getting in movement and fresh air everyday is important for both your mental and your physical health
Do stretches/yoga everyday Additionally stretches can help improve your mobility and reduce back pain
Eat nutritious meals Food has to be filling and delicious. Remember the formula of protein, carbs and fiber
Be kind to yourself and the planet waste separation, public transportation, buying secondhand etc. you know the drill
Practice consistency Focus on discipline instead of motivation and actually keep up with your goals. A habit tracker is helpful to do this
Give yourself breaks You can only be productive if you allow yourself to not always be productive. Take breaks and actually find things that help you relax. You deserve it
Be kind & open towards new people You attract the energy that you put out. Be kind
