Malleus edited with my headcannons vs original

so what i changed:

-Lighter skin. He's a lizard in lack of sun what more do I need to say.

-SCALES. I love Malleus headcanons with scales. I added some under his eyes and in his neck

-Bigger fangs. I want him to stick his teeth into my neck-

-lightened his hair a bit and made the back hair longer. long haired men my beloved

-Ok so. His eyes glow a little and he has more eyelashes tho it's probably not visible

-I added earrings and i wanted to make the ears longer but my limited editing aptitude said no.

anyways i thought if i added my own headcannons he wouldn't look always on drugs when i drew him in my style.

Twisted Wonderland Rambles #3

I finally got Silver’s dorm uniform card yesterday!!!!! I’ve been waiting to get it since it was released so I could show it along with Malleus’s broomquet card.

Malleus’s card took 20 card draws to get while Silver’s card took 58 card draws! 😭😭

I also groovied both cards!!

I’ve also got one billion Ceremonial robe Silver cards out of those 58 cards it took for me to get the dorm uniform card-

My mom was happy when I finally got his card!

I’ll put the cards under a cut for those who don’t want any spoilers!

Let’s start with Silver’s card cuz I’ve struggled to get it-

He’s sooooooooooooo pretty🥹😭✨💕💖💗❤️♥️ (how many emojis do I need to use to convey his beauty????)

I think my struggle was worth it in the end-

Look at him! LOOK!

(I think I’ll need to save up a lot of diamonds and keys so I can get Malleus and Lillia when/if they have dorm uniform cards that are to be released.)

The way I gasped when I realized that his duo magic was with Sebek-

I LOVE when I can duo two cards at the same time.

Let’s say I choose Sebek and Silver for a battle (among my growing army of high level Malleus SSRs). Their duo magic icons show up when I’ll choose the two characters that’ll attack. I tap Sebek’s icon and Silver’s (or the other way around), then they both just use their duo magic at the same time. That just makes me happy for some reason. It’s probably because I view the Diasomnia boys as a family and when they help each other, it makes me proud!

I’ve ranted enough-

Let’s move on to Malleus’s Broomquet card.

He’s so cute and beautiful and I’m just going to go cry in a corner-😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

The outfit, the smile, the light, his hand reaching out to the sky while trying to touch the snow-

I’ve never been more proud of being born in January-

Malleus just has a special place in my heart, he reminds me so much of myself.

I have this particular card as my wallpaper for the Lock Screen!

Every time my mom sees it she goes “aww he’s so cute like my cute daughter!” and I almost cry every single time-

I’ve also created my own wallpaper for my Home Screen!

I made two cuz the second one was too small. The first one is the one I’m using. Feel free to use them as wallpapers or for anything. I used picsart to do the effects and crop the image of Malleus’s avatar, I used canva to get the black background in the first pic. Just search for wallpaper in the template/canvas size thing.

briar valley doesn’t know what to do.

the capable, dark fae are proud creatures. they pride themselves in being ‘superior.’ able to adapt to anything anyone could throw at them…

and yet;

it’s sunny out

for the first time in thousands of years, it’s sunny out.

the citizens of briar valley didn’t know what to do with this event. was it a bad omen for the impending future? was another war going to break out? did those fae come to attack?

all wrong and pessimistic.

it was because, for the first time in thousands of years, a draconia was happy. smiling, besides himself with joy as he stared into your crinkled eyes.

eyes which he found himself searching and scanning for any signs of deceit, any signs of ill intent or mistrust.

to give him a reason to shut you out and crackle his way back into his palace. but there was none. because as the sun peeked its head from the clouds like water being dropped onto watercolor, the more your eyes seemed to shine like those very colors.

as the light touched your face your eyes seemed to glow, to sparkle, to swell with so much love and adoration he could tell that the tears sliding down your face weren’t sad ones. but happy ones.

he’s only heard of humans crying from joy. believing it to be another one of lilia’s tall tales. and yet, there you are once again smashing his expectations.

his lips felt chapped.

yet yours, looked delicious. like a freshly baked cream puff young clover would used to give you. he himself didn’t care for the lightness of the pastry, yet he’d always remember the way you lit up once you chewed the treat.

he could almost chuckle at how you ravaged it. it’s remains spilling from your lips as you chewed happily. he remembers commenting about how ‘ruthless you humans were to cute things.’ you had laughed at the comment, cutting malleus off before he could finish. yet he decided to save that second part for much later, as having you laugh was enough for him.

the cream puff felt like sand paper on his fingers compared to your lips. they almost felt like jelly when he swiped his thumb across the bottom of your lip. your eyes slowly widening as you tensed up. your eyes followed his as he sat back down on his chair.

his eyes trained on yours as he swiped his thumb across his tongue before he commented about its flavor.

yet compared to now? your lips were softer than the pillow the princess of dreams slept on. they were smoother than the finest silk, and lusher than the rose queens prized possessions.

he had to tear his eyes away from your grinning face as he stared at you as a whole. you were jumping up and down, hands intertwined with one another as he stared up at you.

there was a pit in his stomach, an ache to his limbs, especially his tail. but most notably he felt a a burning in his chest that got hotter with each new ray of sun.

Man I've been postponing this for so long, I don't even remember half of what my process with this one was like. But I concluded that if I don't post this now, the loss of my mental notes will only get worse with time, so here you go, putting this out there once and for all lol

For a general picture I wanted Malleus' vibes to be more fairy tale-like. (He ended up reminding me a bit of Faybelle too, in a way.) The colors of those iridescent black feathers go well with him, I think. And did someone mention Howl's moving castle? Yeah, Howl's monster form.

I got this one ask before, reccomending the Cockatrice monster for Malleus, and searching a bit about it, is apparently also often taken as a synonymous with the basilisk? So like, Wyvern meets Basilisk, but it is also giving fae, idk. Listen, the idea inside my head is like, if you're asked to imagine a mythical creature that roams around a dark forest, outside the castle of a cursed princess, it's him. He's the creature.

And I'll admit I have not been catching up with the Diasomnia's chapter :( so give me 50 years at least so I can make up some more in-depth lore for his MH au counterpart (or maybe I'll just read a resume out of the wiki). Malleus enjoyers are free to drop headcanons onto him, you guys' knowledge of his character are always so astronomical it never fails to impress me /gen

Lilia Vanrouge:

He would follow your pace and what you’re comfortable with. If you asked him for a kiss, he would gladly give it to you.

But careful, he’s the type to be passionate and once you open this pandora’s box, let it be known that never have you not needed to hold onto him for support.

He would wonder why he waited so long to kiss you and now he can’t get enough. So expect a kiss from him in the morning and at night at the very least.

His favorite spot to kiss is your hands. As a knight, he treats you as if you were nobility. You have his highest regard. But sometimes, you can’t help the shiver that runs through you as he nips at your wrist. His eyes conveying he wants so much more.

Sebek Zigvolt:

He has always been a loud one, hasn’t he? But with you? He’s quiet and tender. Not always, and surely not in the beginning, his passionate persona and determination would sometimes be difficult to handle.

But your patience with him and your comments would always be noted. He appreciates you. He knows how he can be given what others and especially Silver say.

So he takes his time with you. As you learn about him, he learns everything about you. Always the dutiful studious types.

He especially pays attention to what kinds of kisses you like, especially the ones that leave you asking him for more. The urge to consume you wholly is always there. He hungers for you and only you can satisfy it.

He loves marking you, but let it be known, that his favorite place to kiss is your eyelids and around that area. Because you have always seen him, haven’t you? When others didn’t and when he himself couldn’t, you have. With your eyes on him, he can hold himself proudly always.

I didn’t realize how long this became 😂🫶💞

Though this became more of a dating/kissing/favorite places combo didn’t it? 🤔😂 But I like how it turned out nonetheless. 💞💞

i spent way too much time editing mal's eyes into crowley's face that my SEEING BALLS are tearing up and then it's making me question my damn life choices rn i hate myself sm for making this what even made me do this i don't even think the eyes are symmetrical but WHATEVER

ANYWAYS, i figured mal didn't get meleanor's eyes shape so i think he got them from levan. according to lilia, he heard levan but he saw meleanor in malleus with a mix of levan so i went okay must share traits of the parents

AND WHILE I WAS EDITING MAL'S HEAD INTO CROWLEY'S they have the same face shape or at least similar haha gets shot i'm scared AND when i placed mal on top of crowley and lessened the opacity on mal's pic it...blended way too well to crowley's body/head and i froze for a good 2 mins and went...shit

i pray. I DAMN PRAY this won't come true because i am 100% in denial but also interested in the "crowley is levan" theory but 😭😭😭 take this game away from me

Crowley whenever shit hits the fan and he has to delegate problem solving to immature teenagers: “This is fine.”

At last… I can make my own TWST version of the dog sitting in a room on fire meme 😈 The smoke cloud overhead is actually an asset taken from the Guest Room fights; the green fire is taken from the Diasomnia dorm assets. I thought the green color was more fitting than the red or blue, given that Malleus is the final boss of book 7 and Crowley is still useless that far into the main story.

Analysis of Crowley and Malleus’ Voice: “I heard Levan’s voice”

When OB! Malleus broke into Lilia’s dream, the very first thing that Lilia says is that he has Levan’s voice, but looks like Meleanor. General Lilia was not one to mince words; and considering how close of a companion he was to Levan, we can take this as a fact that Malleus sounds like Levan. Plus, it was just his immediate first reaction without hesitation (*⁰▿⁰*)

So being the silly Crowley/Levan truther that I am haha, I compiled several clips of OB! \(//∇//)\Malleus and Crowley speaking. I think a lot of people miss just how fluid Crowley’s voice is. Miyamoto Mitsuru (Crowley’s voice actor) depicts a large range for Crowley, from high-pitched and whiny, to deep and ominous. Crowley hardly ever speaks in his deep tone- with these clips that I gathered being majority of the rare occasions that he does. This deep tone is different from the stern one he uses in serious situations (e.g when he got taken away from STYX) or scolding the students. So it feels purposefully special.

And since Crowley speaks in this rare deep tone when speaking to the mirror in the prologue, I assume that it’s closer to his natural voice, as he is not putting up any performances for anyone. He notably speaks in this deep voice when talking about mirrors. The Culinary Crucible one was more of a bonus, as he is being purposefully dramatic, but I put it in to show that Crowley can comfortably speak in the this deeper tone.

Levan is currently a wildcard. Levan could just be a new character! However, I feel like Crowley’s deep tone is the closest voice to Malleus so far, and I am intrigued if this is indeed purposeful 👀🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛ Since Levan was described as “kind” once again (using the same exact word that Crowley constantly uses to describe himself in Japanese), I feel like almost every hint we get about Levan is…something to keep in mind ＼＼\\٩( 'ω' )و //／／
