Notion page ideas !!
Tumblr media
For my girlies that have no idea in what to put in their notion, this is 4 u !!!!
Weekly planner
This is so convenient for anyone who doesn’t like repetitive routines!! Basically what i do is that I assign a theme to each day of the week, then add tasks that play into that theme. E.g Mindfulness monday, healthy tuesday, educational wednesday, spiritual thursday, rejuvenating friday, productive saturday and resetting sunday are mine <3
Weekly journal
Keeping track of the weeks in the year and how you feel about them is just so tiring on paper, so i decided to put them on notion instead. BEST IDEA EVER!!! Basically I just journal about my past week and what i except for next week. Heres the template I created that I use for my weekly journals !
Rate the week
Reflect (brain dump)
What didn’t go to plan?
How do you feel this week?
What good came out of this week?
What was I grateful for this week?
Write down next week’s plan
How can I improve myself next week?
How do I want to feel next week?
A mini library!!
This is literally so cute I'm telling you, especially if you love reading or want to become a more active reader. Basically, you keep a record of the books you read, how long you took to read them, review them and keep track of the books you want to read !!
Music library
Omfg this literally changed my life. Instead of just liking songs and following artists on spotify, I know keep tracks of my faves songs and artists. Now it’s literally so easy creating playlists that play into a specific mood + its just fun keeping track
A wish&need list
For my girlies that love to spend and shop !! Keep track of things that you need currently and things that you want to buy when you can. It’s so fun and convenient when you do actually go shopping.
Pt 2????

How to put your life together and become who you want ✰‧₊˚
How to start planning? ✰✰✰✰✰
Write down your basic daily activities (take a shower, brush your teeth, eat, etc) including how much time you spend on that.
Make a list of activities you HAVE to do, also including the time you spend doing those.
Set clear goals, list them and put them in a priority order and plan how you can achieve them.
Be honest with yourself ✰✰✰✰✰
⋅⟡⋅ You’re not a robot, so be real and honest: can you achieve all your goals working on all of them at once?
⋅⟡⋅ Make sure to don’t expect brilliant results in a short amount time. Sometimes it might happen but remember that these are exceptional moments.
Visualizing your plans ✰✰✰✰✰
After following those steps you can finally make a visual plan of your new routine. You can use a physical planner or a digital one. For those who want a digital one here are some recommendations that might help you (each one works in a very different way, so try some of them and see what works better for you):
Notion has many templates that you can use or create one your own. You can customise all templates but its functions are more focused on productivity than aesthetics. Also, the templates are made to be updated with your new informations, so you wouldn’t have to delete them, just the information in it (depending on the template, because some of them change every week or month so you don’t lose the information or have to delete them manually). You can access it by the app or browser.
Canva can also be accessed by the app or browser. It has many pretty and cute free templates. It’s perfect for those who want something very practical and aesthetically pleasing. You can edit weekly or monthly planners, or just delete them and create a new one in minutes. It’s very intuitive and simple to use.
Pinterest can be accessed by the app or browser. There you can find many template ideas that you can save as an image, but you cannot edit the template on Pinterest. It might help you on having some ideas to base on your own template or to find links of other templates.
Just do it! ✰✰✰✰✰
Now it’s on you to just do it! Make sure to not push yourself too hard and to stay healthy. You can do it!
✩°。⋆⸜✩°。⋆⸜✩°。⋆⸜✩°。⋆⸜✩°。⋆⸜✩°。⋆⸜✩°。⋆⸜✩°。⋆⸜✩°。⋆⸜✩°。⋆⸜✩°。⋆⸜
Hi! I just wanted to say that I have many things that I write about but I always keep them to myself and as someone who focus a lot in personal growth, I think it would be a great idea to share my growth journey with other people so we can help each other to stay motivated and focused in order to achieve our goals. If you have any suggestions or questions feel free to interact here. I wish you guys the life you want and deserve. Thank you for reading.
here’s an ice cube for you:  🧊

Tuesday 28th November 2023
After a long-deserved break, I am back! Hope everyone is doing well! In terms of coding, I have gone straight into learning Figma a bit better now (I know how to use it now, at least the basics) and now just planning my next project better~!
It's more of a personal project which is basically a bunch of productivity widgets on one page that's more designed as a dashboard. One step further would be that I turn it into an extension that loads whenever I open a new tab so it's always there, but that's more fetch for me right now, I know my current limits~!
Besides that, do check out some stuff I've made on a whim for my store:
Top Priorities List Widget | Notion Widget
Saint of the Day | Notion Widget
Simple Weekly Planner | Google Sheets Template
I'll be sure to keep posting updates, but still taking things slow~! Have a nice day and learn to code something today, IT CAN BE FUN believe it or not- 🤔💕

How to Keep a Routine without Motivation.
There are Four Laws of Behavior Change in the book, Atomic Habits. But today, I will be focusing on the Third Law: "Make it Easy".
You need a cue to trigger the habit loop.
It means in order to stick to a habit, you have to lessen the friction. Just like an alarm clock.
Throughout my self-transformation journey, I have had my fair share of trial and error and I will be sharing the system I built that has worked for me to achieve my intentions of the day.
Notion Recurring Tasks
You have probably heard stories about 'Notion being the best productivity app'. Notion is indeed the second-brain system where you can do a lot of things. It is versatile and easy to use since it syncs on both desktops and phones. But I have not seen anyone who talked about this new feature that helped me accomplish all my tasks and gave me more free time to achieve my higher self.
This has been the best system I built that is extremely helpful to my leveling-up journey. I was able to accomplish a lot of tasks and have more free time to achieve my highest self.
GUIDE: HOW TO CREATE A RECURRING TO-DO LIST
First, pick a task that you know you will be doing weekly, monthly, or yearly.
For example, every month you want to create a Monthly Workout Planner:
On your page, type /gallery and click the Gallery view.
Tumblr media
2. Click the drop-down arrow on the upper right side and click "New Template"
Tumblr media Tumblr media
3. Type your recurring task
Tumblr media
4. After that, click "Back" and Click the 3 dots to choose the frequency of the reminder.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
5. Your task will appear automatically on the specific day you set.
Note: You should check your daily to-do task every day because the app doesn't have a feature yet to remind you of the recurring task
Tumblr media
WHAT SHOULD I PUT ON MY RECURRING TASK?
I do tasks based on the planetary ruler of the day.
Astro girl coming in...
Have you ever wondered why a lot of people don't like going to work on Mondays? It is because Monday is ruled by the moon. The energy of the day is encouraging us to rest and take things slow.
Now, I'm not saying you shouldn't show up at work or sit on your couch for the whole day! It's about doing prioritized tasks intentionally and not putting too much on your plate. However, if you feel like doing a lot of things on Monday then do it and don't waste your energy!
I like doing Yoga, Meditation, and Journaling every Monday to honor the Moon so I put them on a recurring task.
Tuesday is ruled by Mars. It's good to keep things fired up by working out and accomplishing a lot tasks as possible
Saturday is ruled by Saturn so it is the best day to structure and plan for the next week, clean, and change beddings.
and so on...
This is a wonderful guide on how to organize your week based on the energy of the day.

Hi Honey,
[Long post incoming, skip to P.S, if you don't have time to read through]
I am trying to get myself more organised. I am used to living in messy bedrooms and cluttered closets (to be honest, I feel more productive that way, is it problematic, I don't know) but anyways I went through your Notion template and it resonated with me, only problem I am more of a book or binder girl and I did buy a new ruled notebook for this new year, one month went by and I didn't use it at all, Can you guide me through making a planner I have searched online and they have things like monthly, yearly and weekly planners and people plan their meals and all, I want it to be effective and your Notion templates makes sense to me and I have a feeling you would understand my way of working and I would love your help.
P.S: In short can you make a guide on making an effective planner.
Not trying to butter you or anything, just wanted to say genuinely grateful your blog exists, It has helped me a lot.
hi here-for-the-extravaganza 🫶🏽 so i hope this helps you out
MAKING AN EFFECTIVE PLANNER
buying the right planner ; for physical planners i prefer to buy planners that include lots of space for additional writing instead of just the date. yk those ones? make sure to get a binder/planner that u think is cute and has space for a to-do list, monthly overview kinda calendar etc.
if ur working from scratch with a binder you can buy a cute binder or decorate it with stickers and things of the sort. for the paper i recommend graph paper bcuz its neater in my opinion but whatever floats ur boat.
Tumblr media
on that paper make space for the following ;
monthly calendar (with a little column for monthly goals)
weekly agenda (you can create a new agenda every week if u have the time/energy to do so) but if u dont then you can try...
writing the days of the week and beneath them were gonna try and replicate the concept of a toggle list. its basically like writing "monday" and there are little sub-tasks written below, like what u have to do on that day.
so how i'd do it, is i'd write the day of the week as a header/title. then beneath it i'd use little sticky notes (bonus points if u color coordinate) and then i'd write my tasks on the sticky notes. that way, when a new week comes i dont have to create a whole new agenda, i can simply remove the sticky notes but still keep the structured agenda if that makes sense.
reflection space (to reflect on the productivity of ur month/week/day and what u can improve on and what u can keep doing)
my thing is, if u wanna do a physical planner, whether its an already made planner or a binder, just make sure that u have SPACE for things like that.
i hope you found this helpful 🙈

tips for managing time (ɔ◔‿◔)ɔ ♥
Disclaimer: these tips worked for me and based on my own experiences. It’s okay if this doesn't work for you!
Lets start with some methods;
Method 1 - Bullet Journaling: This is a great way/method to manage your time! I have used this method for a long time and it really has kept me consistent with how I manage my time. It is, however, annoying to bring your bullet journal everywhere or try to write in it all the time. The problem is about how much effort you put into your “journaling”. We all see online how pretty or aesthetic bullet journaling spreads are and when we look at our own journal we stop using it because it is not pretty enough. That doesn’t matter. Instead, look at how well it can help you manage time. If not, this is totally okay. Try switching to an online platform.
Method 2 - Google Calendar/Calendar app: Another tried and true method. This helps in organizing your day. Great way to manage your time, especially because you can edit your tasks and time-block your day. It is also really good because calendars can be implemented in your computer, phone, and other devices so you can check out your tasks on the go. They also have components for tasks, reminders, events and more. I really recommend this for a lot of people because it is a game-changer, especially for people who need something easy to use for managing time. I guess the only problem for me is that I feel guilty, sometimes, if I see an empty part of my day which makes me feel unproductive. That’s totally okay! You don’t have to be busy all the time, take some time off for yourself. Nobody is productive 24/7.
Method 3 - Notion: This is all the rage nowadays, so I checked it out for myself. It is a really great way to implement aesthetics and different parts of a journal. Unlike a calendar app, you can make lists, add other parts, add calendars and many other things. Its also accessible on many sites. Unfortunately, after making everything look very aesthetic, I didn’t use this platform as much except for keeping track of my anime and books. I do also use this to keep track of my classes and planning on-the-go, but it may work for you, so try it out!
Method 4 - Diary with template/Planner: This is a great idea for people who want to use something on the go, but also easy to use and still have room for creativity. Daily, Weekly, and Monthly planners are all great ways to manage your time. The only problem is the template itself for me. Let’s say you might not be doing anything one day or slack off. Personally, seeing that one blank spot makes me feel guilty and then I can’t keep up. If you feel like you might feel like this, that's totally okay! Try managing time at your own pace, or use another method.
There are plenty of other methods out there, but these are the ones I tried. I believe everyone should use something to help manage their time, because I have yet to meet someone who remembers everything they have to do in their head. Here are some quick-fire tips:
Try writing your tasks for every day the day before: Write out your tasks the day before. It helps you plan for the future and gives you a clearer head for the next day.
Use a reward system for completing tasks: Let's say you complete something big, make a reward system for that specific task! For example, if you complete a really hard chapter and do well on the quiz, that task deserves some reward!
Keep some time for yourself each day: Even I have a hard time doing this, but keep some allocated time each day for yourself. Relax, watch some tv, do something fun and wholesome. You deserve it.
Divide up your tasks if they are really big: This is such a repeated method, however it is super effective. Let's say you are trying to study for a couple of chapters in a subject. Try dividing them up along the week into smaller tasks. It makes the whole thing as a whole less daunting.
Try color-blocking your tasks: I use color-coding to divide my tasks on google calendar. For example, things for school/work are in green, and chores are in white. I think, at a glance, it really helps you think about how the day will go.
This was a long one, I hope you’re still here. Again, these methods may not work for you, and that's okay. TLDR; Explore your methods and figure out what works best for you.

The Best Notion Template for students in 2023 | Notion for Students | Notion Templates | Notion Progress Bars
Tumblr media
With this article, I intend to inspire you with some useful ideas, for you to implement and get Notion working for you better than how you were already using it. Notion is the best tool I’ve come across when it comes to organization and productivity.
I heard about it for the first time 2 years back, and since then with each new update, it has only made my amazement and expectations go higher and higher. It comes power packed with some really cool features which allow you to customize notion in the most unique and personal way possible. The wide variety of formulas and tweaky tools offer you to make a one-of-a-kind program that works for you, however, you want. It’s no less than making your own app that functions to make your life easier. Thousands of notion templates available on the internet are the best examples of what all you can do with notion. My Notion Template is just one of them.
Now, this program/app of yours can perform various functions in different domains, depending on your use case and needs. It can be a daily/weekly planner, life tracker, budget/finance tracker, business workspace, etc. Today, I’m gonna elaborate on one from the ocean of use cases, which is, academics. Something I used Notion the most for. When I first got aware of the possibilities that come with Notion, and many intriguing YouTube videos showing how people, particularly students, ace productivity using Notion, I decided to use it on my own.
It took me a little while to understand how different features on Notion work, and how I can mold them to work for me in the most efficient, modern, and automated way. But after much effort, I’m finally satisfied with what I have come up with. If you are a student, or anyone, learning anything, and want to have an automated system that keeps a track of your progress, your data, your tasks, reminds you of the deadlines, tests, etc., basically where you can have your mind free for innovation and productivity, and the not the tension of remembering them. Then you are at the right place. This Notion Template can start your Notion journey.
Below is my Notion template which is packed with the formulae, and functions required to keep me productive and able to multi-task, at the same time.
*It’s NOT a tutorial, just a walkthrough.’*
Overlook
I avoid having too many things going on when it comes to work and focus. Especially when I already have so much work to be tracked, like my progress, ongoing tasks, due deadlines, reminders, routine, etc. So I aim for a minimalist layout, which conveys everything, without being cluttered. One which is modern enough to have every function successfully automated, but at the same time not overwhelming. As you can see below.
Tumblr media
Apart from just reminding you of upcoming deadlines, this Notion template also has a table that populates with routine tasks due for the current day, out of the list of mundane tasks you will list down in the second table below the first one, to declutter your mind.
Tumblr media
The Course Structure and Notion Progress Bars
Tumblr media
The courses section, allows you to add new notebooks for every new topic/subject/project you start working on. Inside of it is a whole program sort of thing that shows the overall progress you made in that subject/topic/project, on the basis of the work, and the progress you made in the sub-tasks associated with it.
This is my favorite part of the entire database. This is the notebook template. Every time you click ‘New’, a new notebook is created with a fixed structure. But it’s not just an ordinary notebook that has pages for you to fill. But, it’s an entire program. Firstly it has an editable view of the ‘Notifications’ panel you had on the home page. A ‘Home’ button, to go back to the home directly. Then ‘Sources’ and ‘Notes’ sections, which, as the names suggest, are for having your notes and important sources for easy future reference.
The key feature though is the Template Button named ‘Create Subject Structure’. Every time it is pressed it makes a table. It’s not an ordinary table, it’s the whole and soul of my entire database. Because it is where you have your actual tasks and sub-tasks, and in return get the progress report. This becomes possible with the brand new ‘Notion Progress Bars’ feature.
It has 3 levels of difficulty columns, ‘Hard(H)’, ‘Medium(M)’, and’ Easy(E)’. The ‘Next Review’ Date column gives you a date based on the level of difficulty you choose for a certain topic. According to your understanding, it suggests a date of revision so that each topic gets as much weightage as required to make your grasp stronger in it.
Tumblr media
The progress column is very important because it not only shows your progress in that topic, based on the ‘Review Count’, but also is the base for calculating the overall average reflected on the cover of the Notebook.
The ‘Review Count’ is nothing but the number of times you have gone through one topic. If it’s your first time, then the Review Count will be 1, and so on.
At the end of the ‘Topics’ column, the number of entries is automatically calculated, these have their own importance in calculating the overall progress score. At the top of the Notebook, you are asked to enter the number of entries, in the ‘Total Topics’ row, and the sum at the end of the ‘Progress’ column in the ‘All Topics’ Progress’ row. This gives you the desired result.
Tumblr media
Overall progress, reflecting on the very cover of my subject notebook helps me decide which subject to prioritize and in which I am falling behind.
Extra-Curriculars and Relax
I also have a picture gallery section, this is optional, but personally, I feel that for small breaks in between your focus sessions, this is a very nice way to relax and refresh.
If you are a university/college student, you know how much is college life and extra-curricular important for you along with your studies. To keep a track of that, I maintain these very simple sections. I just add anything I am currently working on or involved in. Every new addition is made to form a page, so anything you do, plan, etc. can be easily stored there.
With these, all the things I need to care about, come together in just one page, which has an entire database inside. It keeps me productive, and on time, along with being easy, manageable, and fun.
Tumblr media
Lastly, as is clear by the screenshots attached, you should definitely utilize the ‘Dark’ and ‘Light’ appearance features in Notion, this helps you give an altogether different look to your Notion template. I have different color combinations for both modes, I find it to be another nicer way to play with Notion.
If after reading this you feel pretty confident about your Notion template-building skills, then you can build a high-paying side hustle successfully out of it. Click here 👉 to know more.
Thanks for reading. Hope you got some useful ideas and tips from the database design and tools of my Notion Template. Do let me know if you wish for a detailed article on anything mentioned in this article. Do share your thoughts and suggestions below.

Weekly recap: July 24 - 30, 2023 🍃🥥🖤
Tumblr media
Neutral
I think I hit a wall with Notion - I can’t figure out the formula part
Skipped 2 days of lifting this week, but soldiered on with daily walking (except for 1 day when it was raining hard and I had to cycle indoors instead)
Positive
Day 1 of walking 15 laps!
🍃🥥 Suman latik, sapin sapin, and sumpan pinipig from Bal
Ordered creatine ₱649
Ordered body fat caliper ₱100
Cleared my daily inboxes - I tend to put them off and it unfortunately piles up fast. Letting myself have a “slow day” helped me do the small 2-minute tasks I’ve been holding off
Organized Books I Want To Read (at the cost of not working the rest of the day lol). It looks so much better now! My TBR is drastically reduced and I re-checked a couple of titles to make sure I like most, if not all, of them.
Dusted off my StoryGraph app and updated my TBR list there 🥰
Created Passion Projects Notion template because I’m constantly getting ideas for my personal projects but I never know where to compile them in an editable fashion
Organized and decluttered my work phone apps
Found a safe nook in the shower area where I could prop my phone and hear the audio clearly even with the water running without getting my phone wet ☺️
Finally got my period!!!!! 😩🩸
Smoke. Gets. In. Your. Eyes. Memoir!!!!!! 🖤👏🏼🖤👏🏼🖤👏🏼
Found Helen of Troy audiobook - pretty enjoyable, just a lot of dislikable characters
Rearranged Books I Want To Read for the nth time and gained clarity over physical books I want to acquire
Discovered that I have a consistent cycling pace vis-a-vis walking - this gives me cycling as a good back up when the weather is too horrible to walk outdoors
Negative
Been getting belly ache from the rainy weather 😮‍💨
Hard to dry clothes because of rain every day this week
Anger tantrum on Friday: I fucking hate this day. I woke up late. Ugly rainy day. Distractions and favors are left and right. I FUCKING HATE THIS DAY.
I don’t have any physical copy of the books I actually want to read 😟 - on a good note, I was forced to review my TBR list to check which ones I could splurge on soon
