Riddle Rosehearts

He thought you were absolutely beautiful, and this man always got so flustered when you brought out your sparkling red outfit. You only ever wore it for a fancy occasion, like his birthday or a date night. He secretly loved seeing you in that outfit because you only wore it for him.

Whenever you call him ‘darling’, he absolutely melts. He has never had any affection shown to him as a child, so you even calling him a sweet nickname like that has him wrapped around your finger. Riddle would prefer it if you kept ‘honey bunny’ behind closed doors, because he goes red out of embarrassment at how much he likes it.

The way you were able to slip in suggestive and flirtatious words into your sentences was baffling to him because it always left him speechless. You thrived for the blush that was always present on his face. Don’t even get me started about how he almost passes out whenever you sing to him…

Trey Clover

He spoils you by baking things for you. Whenever you catch a hankering for something sweet, he will stop baking whatever he’s working on and start on your craving. If you offer to help him, then he will do that thing where he will go behind you, pressing your back to his chest, as his hands go on top of yours to assist you in mixing whatever it was.

Whenever you call him ‘darling’ or ‘honey bunny’, he will call you ‘sweetie’ or ‘Mr/Mrs/Mx. Clover’. Very rarely do either of you call each other by your actual names, not even when you are upset with each other (which is a very rare occurrence). It’s only when you or him get hurt that you call each other ‘Y/N’ or ‘Trey’.

I feel like he’s pretty good at flirting, but nowhere as good as you were. He says things that can be taken multiple different ways, and so it leaves your imagination wandering. Indirect flirting, if you will. And that shit works too; the places that your mind has traveled because of his words are places you never thought you would be going to. You’re not complaining, though.

Ace Trappola

He doesn’t want to admit it, but he is a simp. He acts like he doesn’t think about you at every waking moment. He craves your love and attention, so he does stupid things to make you laugh. Speaking of your laugh, he loves it. It’s the most beautiful sound to him.

He likes calling you ‘babe’ because he’s basic and the last relationship he had was in middle school. You, however, call him ‘darling’ or ‘honey bunny’, and it makes him have that big, dopey, lovesick grin all day. It’s his dopamine fix for the day.

This man tries to flirt with you but fails horribly. He does cheesy pick-up lines while you actually flirt and act seductive to try and fluster him. His face always ends up more red than the heart on his face, and you smile with victory every time.

Deuce Spade

He has most definitely told his mom about you. He is just so wholesome. Also, he is a simp, and if he had a t-shirt saying that then he would wear it with pride. You are up there in importance alongside his mother. He already thinks of you as his spouse.

Deuce doesn’t really call you by terms of endearment, but he doesn’t mind you doing so. He actually likes it a lot, especially the ‘honey bunny’ name because it just seems silly and adorable and it’s perfect for him (I think we can all agree).

Imma just say it: this man can’t flirt when he tries to. However, it’s when he’s not trying. Like when he places his arm on your seat when you sit with him in the Lounge, or when he gets you a bouquet of flowers because he thought you would like them. However, his mama taught him right in that this is the bare minimum.

Leona Kingscholar

This man worships the ground you work on. You were a beauty, and you were his. This means that he’s also very protective over you. He will escort you to your classes to make sure that you get there safely and without any issues. As you walk, he will have an arm around your waist as he pulls you closer to him.

Whenever you call him ‘darling’ or ‘honey bunny’, he will act like he absolutely hates it, but please don’t stop. It gives him reassurance that you don’t mind his slightly protective tendencies and that you view him as #1 rather than just casting him aside as his kingdom did to him since he was the second born.

Oh, you both flirt more than you hold a normal conversation. 99.99% of the things that come out of either of your mouths are suggestive and flirtatious, and everyone wishes that you both would get a room. Don’t worry, they’re just jealous that Leona scored someone as great as you as his significant other.

Jack Howl

Whenever he sees anyone eyeing you up and down with romantic interest, he’s the type to hoist you over his shoulder and carry you away, and you had to admit that you liked seeing the hot scowl on his face. As you were set down, you reached up and gently grabbed his face in your hands to reassure that you would never leave him.

When you call him either ‘darling’ or ‘honey bunny’, he is hit with mental images of a possible future with you. Since he came from a big family, I feel like he would want one (adoption or biological is a-okay with him). In his eyes, you were his mate for life. That meant you were already his spouse before making it official.

He gets so flustered whenever you start flirting with him because he just doesn’t know what to say in response. He just freezes up, but his tail is wagging so you can tell that he is absolutely eating that shit up. Also, please place yourself in his lap and lightly trace his muscles while praising him for how strong he is. It gets him riled up… if you know what I mean.

Azul Ashengrotto

He always dresses up, so if you decide to dress up as well then he will absolutely die. Especially in your signature red outfit; never fails to make his nose bleed at least a little bit. Do your sashay, pull him in by the tie, and greet him that way and he is just red.

Azul doesn’t mind being called ‘darling’ out in the open because it’s a very formal and sophisticated, dare I say elegant, term of endearment. ‘Honey bunny’ doesn’t fit in that category though, so please refrain from calling him that in public lest you make him feel like a flopping fish out of water.

If you start flirting with him, then he is done for. It’s the final punch to the face. He is passing out right then and there until someone (you) splashes cold water in his face. Then, once he sees that you were his saving grace, he’s passing out again because he thought he died, went to Heaven, and saw an angel. Good luck.

Jade Leech

If you ever decide to visit him in the Lounge, he will always make time to come and give you a kiss on the lips at your table before carrying on with his job. He might take his 15 minute break so that he can have time to actually come and talk to you.

He absolutely loves it when you call him ‘darling’ or ‘honey bunny’ because it just has a very nice ring to it. In return, he loves to call you ‘my dear’ or ‘lovely’. When you both use your terms of endearment for one another, everyone wishes you would go and get a room

Jamil Viper

You make him flustered all the time. He always tells you that you are the reason why his heart beats; the reason why he continues on with the grueling work that he carries on his shoulders. Every single time he scores a point in his game, it’s always for you.

If you ever call him ‘darling’, then he responds by calling you ‘my shining star’ because of how he tells you that he wished on the stars for you to accept him as your lover. If you call him ‘honey bunny’, he definitely gets flustered and freezes up.

When you decide that you want to make him flustered, call yourself a little mouse who is at the mercy of a viper. Play his unique magic by saying that he has hypnotized you and now you feel as though you could never love anyone besides him. His face goes so red, it’s almost like you’re trying to kill him.

Vil Schoenheit

As one actor to another, he wishes that he could spend more time with you but his schedule keeps him busy. So, he just chooses to star as your main love interest so that the chemistry between the two of you in real life can be portrayed through the screen.

He loves when you call him ‘darling’ because it just sounds beautiful the way it comes out of your mouth. ‘Honey bunny’ is reserved as more of a code name between the two of you so that the public doesn’t know that the two of you are together.

When you both flirt with each other, it just sounds so smooth and sexy. The two of you go back and forth as though it were casual conversation that you were indulging in, while everyone who hears it gets flustered.

Epel Felmier

Everyday, he wonders how he managed to get with such a beautiful and wonderful person such as yourself. He always felt emasculated by the guys around him, so you being with him is reassurance that you saw him as a man.

Along with referring to him as ‘my man’, you like to call him ‘darling’ and ‘honey bunny’ which is something he loves. You would think that he hated it, but no. He actually enjoys it and will call you ‘love-cup’ just like Roger does with Jessica.

If you decide to be seductive and flirtatious towards him, he freezes up and doesn’t know how to respond. His face is red and there might be some blood trickling down his nose. He doesn’t flirt back because he can’t even speak since he’s too flustered.

Idia Shroud

You are wearing the pants in the relationship, and I hope you are okay with it. You take the initiative 99.99% of the time. Idia always wonders how someone like you is totally okay with being seen with a shut-in otaku like him.

He melts whenever you call him ‘darling’ or ‘honey bunny’ because it reminds him of a married couple (which is definitely something he is striving towards once you both graduate). You loved seeing his cute reaction, so you call him those names more than his actual name.

Don’t expect him to flirt back when you act super seductive. He can barely talk to you without stuttering, so flirting is definitely out of the question. However, if you were to place yourself in his lap, he won’t refrain from using his sharp teeth to make little bite marks along your neck and shoulder.

Silver

Honestly, you both kind of live in a blissful fairytale life. You act like a married couple, what with how you both make sure that the other is safe or not injured, you kiss each other as one has to leave for class, and he has even taken you on a horse ride with you sitting in front of him as he wrapped his arms around you while holding the reins.

When you call him ‘darling’ or ‘honey bunny’, he knows that you are safe and out of harm’s way because you never called him by his actual name. He likes to call you ‘darling’ as well as ‘my love’, maybe throw in ‘my sleeping beauty’ to mix things up.

I feel like he’d be a bit flustered whenever you flirted with him, but he’s kind of indifferent towards it. I mean, half the time he’s asleep, so yeah. Kiss him like the prince does the princess in the story to wake him up and that’s how you get him. He’s already on his knee with a ring.

Sebek Zigvolt

This is actually very interesting because I feel like he’d go soft for you. Mans follows you like a guard dog, so you get scary guard dog privileges. He is your knight just as you are his fair significant other. He stays near you just to make sure that you aren’t hurt or injured.

He would prefer to be called his actual name out in public, but he might allow ‘darling’ because it shows others that you are his and his only. ‘Honey bunny’ is to greet him after a long day to let him know that he is home and in your arms.

Sebek definitely gets flustered whenever you flirt with him, but he will retaliate through little poetic notes that make your heart swoon. They lead you on a little treasure hunt to try and collect them all, and you have a lot of fun.

Hi! I saw how some of your more recent posts discussed TWST more on the production side of the game and I was wondering if you knew anything about the artists who work on the game? Like the people behind the cards, backgrounds, and the models. I really love the art in the game and I've always wanted to know who the people behind it were.

I've been especially curious about the artist or artists behind the Broomquet cards regular and groovy art, but I wasn't sure where to find that out.

Yes! If you visit the credits page in-game, there is a list of the names/aliases used by Yana's five creative assistants!

・Hioki Jun

Information: "Affiliated with creative studio D-6th. Responsible for writing/supervising event scenarios and vignettes for the game app 'Disney Twisted Wonderland.'" (ref: hmv.co.jp )

Hioki is also the author of the two Twisted Wonderland novels.

A search for "Hioki Jun" does not turn up any other work that they've done outside of D-6th, so this might be a pen name.

・Hazuki Wakana and Kowono Sumire

Information: Yana explains that Hazuki and Kowono "...are staff members involved in art production for background settings, cards, and more in the Twisted Wonderland app," in addition to being the illustrator and designer of the Heartslabyul and Octavinelle arcs of the ongoing manga series.

There do not seem to be any SNS accounts or other published works associated with the names "Hazuki Wakana" or "Kowono Sumire," so they might be aliases for use in their work with D-6th.

Yana says that they are both also staff members that have been working with her on her manga, Black Butler, for many years, and Hazuki is listed (along with Hioki Jun and Sorano Tsuki) in the credits of that manga. (There is a reason why "Hazuki" is being spelled "Haduki," but that would get into a looot of language talk.)

The two artists will sometimes have messages to fans posted through Yana's Twitter account, like at the conclusion of the Heartslabyu arc and the start of Octavinelle.

Information: Was not able to find any information on the creative assistant using the pen name "7."

・Sorano Tsuki

Information: In addition to being a Black Butler collaborator and filling an unspecified role in the Twst game, Sorano is also one of the artists in the second anthology manga (far right, the story featuring Stargazer Trey and Deuce). I was not able to find anything else published under the name "Sorano Tsuki."

The Bloom/Broom Series

Yana says that she participated in concept design, costume design, and card art direction of the Bloom/Broom series, but the flowers used were special bouquets designed specifically for each character by a professional flower artist.

It is not specified that the flower artist was someone on the D-6th team, so it might have been someone that they brought on specifically for that one project.

In an episode of Twisted Radio Station it was explained that each bouquet is physically crafted and then reference photos are taken. They said that the illustrations are very detailed, with every petal and leaf individually drawn.

Bonus - Osakabe Wataru

Twst's logo designer / user interface designer / emblem designer / icon designer (etc) Osakabe Wataru designed the characters' personal emblems and club emblems that can be seen on their letterman jackets in the Birthday Jacket series.

They also contribute to the novels and manga (both serialized and the anthologies), other published works such as all three visual books and the Design Note, designed the logo for Twst Channel and anniversaries, the logo and emblem for the Night Ravens music group and do the monthly rotating advertisements in Tokyo Station.

Osakabe is a prolific graphic designer and, unlike Yana's assistants, their other work is very easy to find. Their website and portfolio are here:

Lilia Vanrouge’s Flower Bouquet Meaning

Twst Bdays Flower Language Masterlist

Lilia, in true Lilia fashion, surprised us all with news of his birthday card release. I wasn’t expecting his card to release for another few days at the least. But of course, he had to go against those expectations.

As Lilia is one of my faves of twst, I will be writing a lot more than I usually do and will be adding possible theories along the way and mentioning Book 7 and other cards that have been released, so heed spoilers for book 7.

At first glance, his happy smile and the pinks and greens of his bouquet stood out to me. After book 7 release, it was nice seeing seeing him happy.

As I looked further into his bouquet, I kind of wished he had more flowers but that's more of a personal preference. The flowers and foliage they have chosen for him though fits him perfectly as you will see. It’s full of meanings that really personifies what we know of him so far and some of the symbolism found in his bouquet can possibly give us a clue as to what’s to come in the future (please my heart).

Some observations from the get go, Lilia’s flowers are mostly pink and green. Usually, Lilia has a habit of being a mix of pink and blue as a homage to Sleeping Beauty and the Fairies.

In this case though, you see that Lilia’s bouquet mainly consist of pink flowers. As Lala and I discussed, it seems that to us, this bouquet shows that he is not in between anymore. As if he had finally made a decision, and if we consider what happened in book 7, maybe it is a sign that Lilia had decided to leave NRC.

Now of course, we don't know for sure what is going to happen in book 7 and this is all theorizing, but considering that Jamil is his interviewer and DUO. It makes sense if they went this route. Jamil and Lilia both have something in common and its that they want/love traveling. So it would make sense, if Lilia decides to leave NRC after talking about his traveling experiences and wanting to retire to do so.

Now another color we see is green, which can represent the green fairy, but as mentioned before usually Lilia can’t decide between pink and blue. Hence his shoes in his Union Birthday card. The one time he did choose green over pink and blue was in his SR groom card when Silver and Sebek couldn’t decide between Pink or Blue that would fit him best suit-color wise. Though technically, Lilia does have all the colors of the fairies. The pink and greens in the bouquet and his clothes are blue, representing all three.

In the SR Groom card, Lilia had a flower with his green suit which was a White Rose. In Flower language, the White Rose can mean protection, truth, purity, and honesty. Additionally, white roses can also mean remembrance and reverence. It can also convey respect, pays homage to a new start, and expresses hope for the future. With the new content drop, it is rather telling isn’t it? In Japan, white roses have additional meaning of devotion and innocence.

On another note, I am curious to see his groovy and his flying capabilities given that in book 7 he said his power was depleting and he couldn't teleport anymore. Though, birthday cards can’t be taken seriously when it comes to time continuity anyways, but seeing him flying in the groovy will bring aches of pain and tears to us, the viewers, given what we know for now. (I know I will, that’s for sure!)

Now, onto the flowers 🌺💕💚

[As usual, my disclaimer from before stands, flowers have many different meanings depending on region and color, so the meanings I have might differ from the meanings you know]

His flowers are kind of hard to tell, so I put whichever ones I thought they might be. Get your hearts ready and anything you have that you can yeet that has Lilia’s face on it because this Fae just...you’ll see.

Flower Colors:

Pink Flowers: Giving thanks, happiness, gentleness. Pink flowers are usually given on Mother’s day because of these associated meanings. As Lilia can be seen as a parental figure/father to Malleus, Silver, and even Sebek at times. It fits, wouldn’t you say?

Lavender/Purple flowers: Success, royalty, admiration, and tradition.

Green Flowers: Health, resilience, good fortune, and youth. Lilia and his always trying to be cute antics and Silver always wishing for his father to be healthy (don’t look at me, I am swimming in feels).

Bouquet:

Pink Roses: gratitude and admiration, for those that you appreciate the most. Get well, healing, I’m sorry.

Pink Carnation: Thank you, I will never forget you, heartfelt gratitude

Peonies: Good luck, prosperity, also know as the ‘king of flower in Japan’ and is known for bravery and honor. Peonies can last over a hundred years, often outliving the ones who planted them. (Which fits Lilia, doesn’t it? How many loved ones has he outlived?)

White Roses: Reverence, remembrance, homage to a new start and expresses hope for a new future, devotion and innocence. (Man, my heart.)

Amaryllis: to sparkle, pride, strength, determination. These flowers blooms every year despite looking frail and it doesn’t take much to have them grow year after year. An interesting story is about a maiden who fell in love with a cold hearted man. She pierced her heart with a gold arrow and visited his cottage. After 30 days, her droplets of blood became beautiful flowers and the man fell in love with her and she was healed. Another type of Amaryllis is the cluster ones, we know it as the spider lilies. Common ones are the red spider lilies which is basically a red flag because it it means usually death and last goodbye. In this case though, it is pink meaning love and passion.

Butterfly bush: rebirth, resurrection, and new beginning. (possible tie in with book 7? Most likely considering the theme and the fact that Lilia is slowly dying. This flower gives me hope)

Hops: These are said to have divine powers that give deeper insight of dreams while sleeping. (which is very very interesting considering the possibilities). Other meanings: injustice, pride, healing, sleep, and mirth.

Purple Bell Flowers: Elegant, wealth, gratitude, and faith.

Baby’s Breath: everlasting love, be present in this moment, breathe, love.

Lavender Sprig: Calmness, devotion, silence, purity.

Gerbera Pastini Venezia: Hope, perseverance, always moving forward, Gratitude, devotion, sublime beauty. (Thank you @irafuwas and this post for the info ☺️🥰🌺)

Random Fact: Anniversaries could also be considered, since its the 3rd bdays for all the boys, their flower will be Sunflower: strength be well, happiness, male healing, confidence, self-esteem, assertiveness. Sounds just like them, doesn’t it?

And I posted this some months ago...and I'm theorising that Lilia might die, because of his age...and those words and also Silver words about his father not being so well anymore, make me think about it more and more...

SILVER MINI CHARACTER ANALYSIS below

An important note on Silver character:

In the fandom , obviously for meme, Silver is always portrayed as an himbo... I can't think of anything more wrong. Silver probably in whole twisted wonderland (with Ace) is the most emotionally intelligent , witted and belligerent person. We superficially see him as an himbo because he has not malevolence, he literally lived in the middle of nowhere with a fae trying to understand how to grow up a human... thus justifying Silever mindset to not take as evil malevolence. Faes are in myths and common knowledge creatures who, for fun, make a lot of mischievous acts, not to damage people or hurting but because of their very nature as beings whose live for centuries and have different perception of things, (Disney also portrayed it with Tinkerbell), so as result of living among faes is totally understandable why Silver has this kind of mindset where he doesn't see/ perceive malevolence as something threatening or enouth serious to give to it importance. Yet emotionally Silver, as told before, is really emotively intelligent (and we can understand that from all his vignettas, and cards and events; remarkable is the Halloween event of last year scary monster, if you don't remenber it please read it again expecially his interaction with Jamil);

Silver is really perceptive of others, here we see how through Lilia he understand Trein sensei circumstances, no one except him noticed and gave importance about this, so the "short-comings" we all in the fam give to Silver are misgiven, Silver's short comings are due his narcolepsy and through the fact that he lived more among other species than humans, so he only lacks experience, not intelligence, he's not an himbo.

In conclusion I want to make you notice how mature he is respect Malleus; Silver always noticed and told us plenty times that Lilia was aging and he tell it being aware and ready for what it will happen... following the natural flow of life, Silver is ready for it to happen, Malleus no, if Lilia pass away for Malleus it will be a traumatic strike, he is immature and for him, for faes being essentially immortal and infallible is a given, death is something that for him is way distant and evanescent...

Thus where my observations. Before part seven. I'll rewatch all about Silver's cards, events ect. And I'll make an exclusive character analysis about him. Because it's DEFINITELY not true that we have only few clues about his character.

I personally think that he is one of the most underrated, by superficiality, character in twst, when instead is a character fully studied and soo well written that deserve to have a lot more.

He is definetly one of my favourite characters, at the start I underrated him really badly, because to me he was the less outstanding character among the cast, yet he really managed step by step to grow on me, he is an amazing written character, my upmost respect to everyone who worked on his characterization🙇🏻‍♀️

You had fallen in love with the white-haired, bushy-tailed male that came into your flower shop every week. He was a caring soul. One that despite his huge frame, he would always treat everything that came across his path with care and respect.

Jack, as you learned his name through one of his calls—you never meant to be nosy, it was just kind of hard not to listen when he was the only one in the shop and his calls were on speakerphone—always had a keen eye for the cacti you kept in your shop, although when he went to the counter to check out he had never bought one. Instead, he would buy a bouquet of red tulips. But sometimes it would be carnations if he noticed you only had a few bundles left.

A week ago, Jack bought his first bouquet of roses from your shop. Red roses. That's when you knew you had no chance. You were hoping that those flowers were just for a friend or something, but when he bought the roses... your dreams were crushed.

This week though, when Jack came into your store, his mannerisms were completely different. He was squeezing his phone tightly and had dark eye bags.

Instead of wandering back to the cacti section like usual, he sauntered up to the counter in a grouchy manner before slamming down 20 thaumarks.

"Uhm... sir...?"

"What's the best 'fuck you' bouquet I can get for 20 thaumarks?" his voice came out rough, like he had been crying the night before. And you knew you shouldn't be excited about him potentially breaking up with someone, but you couldn't help it.

"Oh I have the most perfect idea," you smiled at him, leaving your spot from behind the counter. "We'll just need some geraniums, foxglove, meadowsweet, yellow carnations, and orange lilies."

And as you watched him leave your shop, you couldn't help but stare in longing. Maybe this time. This time. You would have the chance to capture his flower-filled heart.

A/N: Hey everyone. I know I have requests backed up to the nines but was my birthday and I need some comfort teehee (I am also SO mad that twst doesn’t have a thing for the MCs birthday >:( ). Some are longer than others because the inspiration train hit, but I really don't care. I love me my boys, what can I say? I hope you guys can read this for your birthdays and be happy :)

Kalim Al-Asim

This man enlists his entire dorm to arrange a surprise party for you. The issue? He's way too excited and does a terrible job at hiding it.

It ends up not being much of a surprise, but that's alright. You have an entire dorm singing you praises and a buffet fit for a king. Is that ice sculpture in your likeness? Yes. Yes it is.

Kalim couldn't remember what your favorite type of treat was, so he ordered them all! Get ready to taste each because he guilts you into it.

Many pictures. He's carrying a disposable camera around and trying to capture the party in full. He wants the moment to last forever, and watching everyone be happy makes it all worth it. Is this party for you or for Kalim?

Whole table of presents. He was also indecisive on what to get you, so in the end he tried an all around approach.

To Jamil's annoyance, he makes you leave the party with him early. Then you're soaring the skies on his magical carpet, with him trying to extend the night as long as possible.

After all, there's no guarantee that he will get to spend your next birthday at your side. A bitter truth, but it makes him appreciate every moment.

"Did you have fun?...Jeez, I don't want to go home. I want to spend every moment with you. I want everyone to know just how much I love you…that’s it! Let’s stay out all night so it doesn’t have to end!”

Did anyone say breakfast in bed? Jamil basically breaks into your dorm the morning of to prepare a meal from your homeland. You had told him about your favorite dishes here and there, so he took it upon himself to try and recreate them.

It’s absolutely the nicest thing he has ever done for someone other than Kalim. No strings attached, and all his idea. He can’t guarantee the taste to be exactly as you know it, but he puts his whole jamilussy into cooking that morning. He even makes a bit for Grimm so that the cat doesn’t try to pick from you plate

This is the ONE day where he is not a snarky little turd. You are treated like royalty that entire morning. Before your brain can even process that someone’s cooking downstairs, he is pushing open your door with a tray of goodies in hand. He’s so extra with it too. He props up your pillow so you can sit up, opens the window to let in a breeze, arranges the tray so you can eat easily, and even has a small bouquet of flowers to put on your bedside table

He won’t offer it, but if you ask him to feed you then he will. Jamil tries to act like the request doesn’t bother him and will scoff at it. After a few bites he can’t go on and needs a second to calm down.

His present is an anklet. A gold-plated chain with a scorpion charm as the clasp. He gives it to you after you’ve finished your meal. Cherish the moment, because the moment he leaves it’s back to sassy Jamil mode

“Don’t get too comfortable with this kind of treatment. It’s bad enough that I have to watch over Kalim—you need to take better care of yourself. However, if you are still with us next year then I am not opposed to doing this again,”
