I see majority of you have already manifested a few things out of your list but there seems to be one or two main ones you are still working on bringing to reality. Be prepared for some major changes because to get these manifestation into reality I see a tower and death card moment that needs to happen. You have done a lot work when it comes to trying to manifest this in your life. However, the vision I’m seeing is for these manifestation to come to reality it’s not only practice but also a detox as they would not fit in your current life. March and April. Be prepared to see one of two of your major manifestation to come to reality. I don’t see you being surprised as you have been putting the work in. There is a strong inner knowing. Congratulations!

Pile 2:
Nurture: Feminine energy, Inner Child
This group has not yet seen anything come to reality as of yet. Some of you have one goal and one goal only but are struggling to understand why your manifestations have not come to light. I'm here to tell you there is a blockage in energy, one that has to do with personal inner growth and healing. I see a gray cloud near your sacral chakra and throat chakra. This group would do well to start writing daily in a journal. I also sense this group may overthink the manifestation method too much, trying multiple methods to see if they're doing it wrong. The key here is you need to be in the right mind space to start receiving from the universe or God, depending on who you believe in. Your manifestation will come to reality six months into creating a healthy routine that includes catering to your feminine energy and inner child healing (the inner child part will be painful to go through but also refreshing at the same time).
Key to make this work faster: Play subs during the night while you’re asleep, Journal literally everything in your life, start working on self care, stop overthinking about others and focus on yourself, speak your mind OUT LOUD and clearly, take walks in nature, start scripting from an “I AM” point of view including gratitude.

Experimental: The Fool & The magician 
key word: Consistency
Collective from this pile feel like new energy, new to the practical side of manifestation or have done a full reset and want to start from the beginning. Most of you have studied and explored the mindset point of view when it comes to manifestation and would now like to test the practical side of it. I see a lot of you being very sceptical due to an influxes of information coming in regarding manifestation. When it comes to the practical side of things and the work you put in it’s important you meditate on which methods you would like to start of with, which methods spiritually calls to you, not every method works for everyone. List all the methods that call to you and truly mediate of which one would best serve the manifestation you’re currently looking to achieve. One you have made the choice… practice consistently. This pile definitely rely on logic and practicality, so I see you guys being successful at this. There is a strong magician energy to you all, an academia background. You guys may even make a book documenting how your journey is going, what you’ve notice, what you would try in a different ways. There is no time frame because it doesn’t really seem like this pile is looking for a time but mainly a method to which works best for them. After mediating on a time frame and pulling a few cards, I feel you manifesting your first goal in 10 weeks to 12 weeks, Congratulations!
Key to make this work faster: Consistency is very important here: it should be part of your daily routine, part of your lifestyle, mental diet: learn about your mind and how you communicate to yourself

Pile 1 ❤️‍🩹

There is a really strong need for REST here. Whether it is a physical or mental break, it is very clear that you have reached a point of great stress and exhaustion in both your body and your mind. Maybe it was a lot of work, study or overthinking and anxiety. Either way, you need to calm your nervous system urgently by walking, sleeping, meditating, deep breathing, being in nature, etc. You also need to appreciate your body and your mind for helping you work and do your daily activities. CELEBRATE your achievements but also your body and your health.
This pile has a good intuition which is helpful in making the right choices for your health. Your balance between your physical and emotional body is good. You have the need to understand the connection between your mind, body and spirit health and the multiple dimensions each of these have. For example, when people think of hormones, they most likely think about the sex and fertility aspect/dimension or hormones. But hormones are emotions, actions, and a lot of other things, so they both affect and are affected by all aspects of health. Your fertility is specially high, so if you are facing fertility problems atm, this may be a sign that you are improving and you should keep focusing on your current treatment and trusting the people who are taking care of you. Determination to quit unhealthy habits and start engaging in good ones is key for you now. You need to gain confidence in your health choices. You are capable of everything, especially rn. Everything that you want for your health is within reach, you just need to trust your course of action and be committed to it.
You need to know that you reap the fruits of the work you do on your health. If you do a good job on taking care of your health, you will feel good. If you don´t, you will not feel good. Also, if you are facing a health problem, you need to evaluate your lifestyle, routines and daily habits to find the root cause.
Finally, be grateful for the work your body does for you everyday. Thank the parts of your body that are working and healthy, instead of just focusing on your sickness/the parts that are bothering you.
Pile 2 🌿
cards: Temperance, Five of Wands, Queen of Wands, Ace of Swords, The Devil.
You may be going through a mysterious health issue, or maybe you are not listening to your body´s messages. It could be that you are ignoring a symptom, and you gave up getting a diagnosis because doctors couldn´t find the problem or had different/contradicting opinions. If that resonates, this could be a sign to not ignore it anymore, because there is a new opportunity to find help, a diagnosis, or a treatment. There is also a new opportunity to start taking care of your health, whatever that means for you
If you had a surgery, you are recovering impressively and completely. There is a lot of regeneration and transformation about this pile. It is possible that you will be cured of an illness. There is some waste in your system that is being removed and eliminated too.
Moderation is really present here. If you want to start eating healthy, quit smoking, or practicing a new form of exercise, I see you doing it gradually. This can be done in the form of reducing your portions or the amount of cigarettes you smoke daily. Your determination is high as well, you are really convinced you can reach your health goals and you probably wont stop until you make it!
Also, be careful with unprotected sex and take care of your genital organs. Avoid promiscuity by channeling your passion with other activities like working out, creating and mindfulness. SLEEP and EAT nutrient dense, building foods for regeneration. Don´t use sex to deal with every emotion. Learn about hormones and how to have healthy hormones/menstrual cycle.
Pile 3 ⭐
cards: Judgment, Two of Pentacles, King of Pentacles, Three of Swords, The Tower.
Health must be a priority as much as your work, your family and your social life are. Maybe this is something you forgot, or something you are starting to remember and being aware of now. There is a need for balance and having fun. You need to find joy in your health routines and be intentional about them. Find the joy in being in nature, playing, moving your body, making healthy meals and taking rest. Be responsible with your choices and priorities.
It is possible that you faced a sudden change in your life or a health issue that left you feeling nervous and anxious, or that you experienced a sudden anxiety attack or some kind of emotional disturbance that affected your health. If you resonate, relaxation is key. Also, it could be that you just realized you need to start therapy because you can´t deal with a problem on your own. The Tower in this pile may indicate muscle tension, stress, high blood pressure, grief, depression and spine problems for some of you. Im getting detoxing as well.
If you resonate with going through grief, pain, depression, heartbreak or a difficult emotional time, allow yourself to feel your emotions. Release them by crying, screaming, punching a pillow, writing, or whatever way is helpful to you. Acknowledge your hurt, your pain without getting lost in it. Practice gratitude. Reconnecting with nature is another good thing to do, since nature is something greater than ourselves and also incredibly beautiful, mesmerizing, and healing. As you can see in the picture you picked, grounding and walking in a forest is adviced. Get exposed to natural light and natural springs. Drink a lot of fluids, get enough minerals. Drink calming, soothing teas. Planning your health routines will be beneficial.
Lastly, take care of your joints by maintaining a good posture, moving your body and strenghtening your muscles.

“MAYbe I CAN” Challenge
Hey Tumblr I’m serving up another mental/physical challenge for the month of May.
The Challenge:
Pick something you’ve been wanting to do for your mental or physical well being. It can be something you’ve been wanting to get back to doing or just wanting to try but just never started.
Do that thing for 15 minutes EVERYDAY in the month of May. Just 15 minutes that’s it.
Keep it feasible and within the realm of possibility given your circumstances. But it should also be somewhat challenging and give you a sense of accomplishment.
Here’s some basic Physical or Mental Examples to help get you thinking.
15 minutes of walking or running. Workout or exercise, Meditation or yoga. Reading, crafting, doing a favorite pastime you just don’t make time for anymore and so on. Whatever it is it should have a positive mental/physical effect on your day to day life.
Staying Accountable:
Keep accountable by reblogging and adding onto daily posts. OR journal your own daily updates about what you did in your 15min. Use the tag #maybe i can to make it easier for others to find or tag me @m0tiv8me. If you wish to keep it more private and not post publicly feel free to DM me updates and I’ll respond with some words of encouragement.
Of course anyone is welcome to spend more than 15 minutes on their chosen activity if they wish. But aim for at least 15 minutes each day.
The GOAL:
The purpose of this challenge is to foster healthy habits through consistency and hopefully open the door to long term improved mental/physcial quality of life. Big changes often start small and it’s easy to become overwhelmed in this busy world. Take 15 minutes of time for yourself each day and start to believe “Maybe I Can” do those things I’ve always wanted to do.

The days blend together beneath Mount Tonglu. Time stretches and bends, one day feeling like a week feeling like a shichen feeling like a year. Nothing changes. Aside from Mei Nianqing’s daily visits, there is only Jun Wu in the dark with his thoughts.
Which is why he notices immediately when something changes.
He does not often sleep, preferring meditation, but he will sometimes slip into unconsciousness without realizing. Only after having jolted awake, reaching fruitlessly for a sword he no longer has, will he remember where he is and why he’s alone. It’s familiar. He’s used to it.
It’s different today. He struggles into wakefulness, eyes refusing to open despite how he wills them to. And he is no stranger to pain—the faces of his old vassals act up often enough, making his head ache and jaw pound—but this is something else entirely. He feels weak. And he can barely breathe through his nose and his blood seems to be boiling. Eyes still closed, he pulls at his collar in an attempt to bare some skin. It’s too hot, he’s too—
“Hold on,” Mei Nianqing says. Cool hands cover his, clinically pushing them aside to help remove heavier-than-usual robes. “There we go. Is that better?”
Jun Wu cracks sore eyes open. “Tell me if I’m dying.”
“No, Your Highness.” Mei Nianqing smiles, patting Jun Wu’s arm. “You have a cold.”
“That’s impossible.” Talking hurts. It’s as if the inside of his throat has been covered in shards of glass. “I have not been sick since—”
“Two thousand years, give or take. It’s nothing to be ashamed of, Your Highness. With your spiritual powers sealed, it was bound to happen sooner or later.”
Jun Wu can’t believe this. It can’t be a mere common illness that causes such suffering. It must be more serious. He pushes up onto his elbows; a sudden wave of vertigo nearly sends him crashing back to the bamboo mat below. His stomach clenches but will not be sick. Besides, he practices inedia. There’s nothing to throw up.
Mei Nianqing clicks his tongue, pushing Jun Wu to lie back down. “Your Highness, what do you think you’re doing?”
“I need to…” Jun Wu tries to clear his throat. Bad idea. “...figure out who cursed me.”
“Nobody has cursed you.”
Jun Wu finds this highly unlikely.
Mei Nianqing reaches for a nearby bowl of water. Jun Wu grabs it. Or he tries to. He thinks about it. His limbs don’t want to respond to his desires. Mei Nianqing takes pity on him and holds the bowl to his cracked lips, tilting a trickle of bitter liquid into his dry mouth. Jun Wu leans away, suspicion clouding his mind.
“Refusing to take your medicine at this age?” Mei Nianqing sighs. “Your Highness, I ground the herbs myself. There is nothing in this mixture that will do you harm.”
Mei Nianqing knows him well. But Jun Wu’s doubts are not assuaged. “You drink it, then.”
“Fine. If that’s what it takes.” Mei Nianqing takes a sip and, holding the medicinal liquid in his mouth, leans down to kiss Jun Wu. Lips part, a reflex, and that awful bitterness coats Jun Wu’s tongue.
He swallows, unable to spit it out.
“There.” Mei Nianqing pulls back, one hand splayed on Jun Wu’s bare chest. His thumb rubs light circles against heated skin. “Was that so difficult?”
Jun Wu holds back the urge to cough. Giving Mei Nianqing a wan look, he asks, “Are you not worried I’m contagious?”
“Not at all.” Mei Nianqing sets the bowl aside in favor of fetching a damp cloth. He blots at Jun Wu’s face, carefully avoiding the remains of their old friends. “Besides, I am far too healthy. Your Highness, how many times have I told you about—”
“Do not mention your special tea.”
“It’s a good blend! I harvest the leaves myself. Two cups a day will keep you strong and in perfect health.”
Jun Wu flicks his eyes up, too tired to manage a full roll. What Mei Nianqing neglects to mention is that, healthy or not, the tea tastes absolutely disgusting. He is already trapped beneath a mountain, cursed shackle binding his powers. Why should he add more to this divine punishment?
“Rest.” Mei Nianqing folds the cloth and drapes it across Jun Wu’s forehead. “I will go brew us a pot.”
Jun Wu grasps his wrist. It takes no effort at all for Mei Nianqing to pull away from Jun Wu’s grip, taking his hand instead. How embarrassing. To be so weak. He hates this. And even more than his physical weakness, he hates how his heart stutters at the idea of being left alone in this state.
“Your Highness…”
“Don’t leave,” Jun Wu says. A quiet order.
Mei Nianqing squeezes his hand gently. “I will be right back.”
Jun Wu grits his teeth, the headache and the fever feel too much like when his vassals act up. For all he knows, they might be contributing to the pain. He can’t exactly see them.
Mei Nianqing looks at him for a long moment, expression softening. His free hand slides up to stroke Jun Wu’s hair. It unearths ancient memories. Those same hands, sliding through a forgotten crown prince’s damp hair, coaxing him with sweets to get him to swallow spoonfuls of medicine.
“Later,” Jun Wu nearly whispers, voice hoarse, “I will drink your terrible tea.”
“You don’t have to.”
“I will.”
Mei Nianqing considers this, a soft smile rising. “Then I suppose I can stay until you fall asleep.”
Good. The exhaustion of illness may be pervasive but Jun Wu is stubborn, and he has difficulty sleeping on a good day. “That may take a while.”
“I know.” Mei Nianqing presses a chaste kiss to Jun Wu’s temple, just shy of the compress. “Rest, Your Highness. I will not go anywhere.”
“Until I fall asleep.”
Mei Nianqing shakes his head. “Not even then. Everything else can wait.”
Jun Wu’s doubt is no small thing but he pushes it aside, looking up through tired eyes at the one man who has chosen to stay.

i was inspired by HBR's "energy crisis" checklist but i wanted something more positive and affirming 🥰 so i ripped the thing apart and put it back together with (self) love 💕
bonus tip: don't try to incorporate too many new habits at once! start with just one or two and once you find yourself doing those easily, you can add more!

Show Your Body Some Love 🤗
🛌 I regularly get at least seven to eight hours of sleep, and I often wake up feeling well rested.
I have a strict bedtime, even on the weekends, and start my night routine at least thirty minutes to an hour before.
I follow Best Zesty's night routine. 😉
🍴 I eat a healthy breakfast.
I wake up thirty minutes to an hour before my day actually needs to start so that I have time to prepare food and eat at the table/bar.
I eat fruits/veggies, carbs, protein, and take my supplements.
🏋️‍♀️ I work out enough (at least four sessions a week that are a mix of strength and cardio training).
I follow workout routines that are safe and body-positive.
I consult with a doctor or trainer if necessary.
😌 I take regular breaks during the day to truly renew and recharge, including a relaxing lunch.
I listen to my favorite music.
I go for walks in nature.

Show Your Emotions They're Valid
🧘‍♀️ I am able to let go of feeling irritable, impatient, or anxious at work, especially when work is demanding.
I take time to meditate, practice mindfulness, and/or breathwork.
I recognize that I have a distinct identity that is independent of what I create/produce.
💕 I am fully present with my family and loved ones.
I enjoy deep and frivolous conversations with my people.
I put away my devices when sharing physical space with others.
🥰 I have enough time for the activities that I most deeply enjoy.
I schedule and protect my focus time for both my work and my hobbies.
I run my life like a well-organized engineering sprint. 😉
🙏 I stop frequently enough to express my appreciation to others or to savor my accomplishments and blessings.
I write thank you notes (or text messages) for the people in my life.
I keep a gratitude journal.

Show Your Mind It Is Powerful
🌲 I am able to focus on one thing at a time, and I am not easily distracted during the day.
I use technology to my advantage with apps that help me focus.
I start every day with a to-do list I made the night or week before so that my transition between tasks (a.k.a. the black hole 🕳️) is seamless and distraction-free.
👀 I spend much of my day focusing on activities with longer-term value and high leverage, rather than reacting to immediate crises and demands.
I regularly say "no" to optional activities/tasks that I know do not serve my long-term goals.
I plan for the future to prevent crises from arising in the first place.
🤔 I take enough time for reflection, strategizing, and creative thinking.
I keep a morning pages journal.
I regularly engage in a creative hobby/collect inspiration.
🚪 I don't work overtime, even if it's just answering/reading messages.
I have a strict clock-out time and snooze my notifications on a schedule.
I schedule activities after work that help me unwind and/or think about something else.

Show Your Spirit What It's Capable Of
✨ I spend enough time at work doing what I do best and enjoy most.
I am honest with my manager/mentor about my career goals so that they can help me align my daily tasks with them.
I keep a daily log of my activities at work so that I am aware of how I'm spending my time.
💖 There are no gaps between what I say is most important to me in my life and how I actually allocate my time and energy.
I have a vision board to remind myself of what is most important.
I keep a mood tracker so I can find patterns in what makes me happy and what doesn't.
😤 My decisions are influenced by a strong, clear sense of my own purpose rather than external demands.
When making a decision, I take time to articulate my own opinion to myself before soliciting the opinions of others, which I then consider from multiple angles.
I know that we don't just "find" our purpose in life, we create it by the little things we do every day.
💝 I invest enough time and energy in making a positive difference to others.
I regularly volunteer to help others and/or set aside time to help others when they ask.
I share quality time, physical affection, helpful information, etc. with others.

Converting Your Suffering into Strength: Exiting Survival Mode and Entering into The Soft Life .

Remember, transitioning from survival mode to your strong nurturing feminine energy is a process that takes time and patience. Each step you take towards healing and self-empowerment is a step towards living a more fulfilling and balanced life. It's important to note that healing trauma and embracing your feminine, nurturing energy is a deeply personal and diverse process. Each individual's journey may look different, and it's important to honor and respect their unique experiences and perspectives.
Let’s start with the HOW:
1. Acknowledge and Validate Your Experiences: Recognize the impact of generational trauma, personal trauma and fears on your life. Find safe ways to validate your experiences and emotions without judgement.
2. Seek Support and Healing: Engage in therapy or counseling, to address and heal past traumas. Find support groups or communities where you can connect with other women who have experienced similar challenges. Surrounding yourself with supportive and uplifting individuals is crucial for your growth and healing journey. Seek out mentors or even community leaders who embody the strong nurturing feminine energy you want to cultivate. 3. Embrace Self-Expression: It’s time to cut out the toxic patterns ladies! Find creative ways outlets to express your emotions. Create new hobbies to get your feelings out (journaling, painting, exercising, dancing etc.) This will help you connect with your inner voice and nurture your feminine energy.
4. Practice Self-Compassion: Accountability is a part of this process but please give yourself grace. Be gentle and kind with yourself. If mistakes were made handle yourself the way you would handle a loved one. Practice self-care activities that nourish your mind, body and spirit. Create a self-care routine that can help you feel strong, safe and soft.
5. Cultivate A Positive Aura: (The LUXURY Mindset/Becoming HER) Develop a list of positive affirmations that counter the negative beliefs and fear that are keeping you bounded. Write your affirmations, favorite bible verses and loved ones on sticky notes and put them on your mirror. Remind yourself everyday. Download an affirmation / Bible verses app on your phone and turn on the notifications for daily motivation. Visualize yourself at your highest, honorable, healthiest and successful level. Surround yourself with HER support system, ideas, body and etiquette. Make a vision board both physical and virtual (we recommend using pinterest!) and post it everywhere you can see it (bedroom, locker, screensaver etc)

An infodump about Generalized Anxiety Disorder?

Generalized Anxiety Disorder is an often chronic mental health disorder marked by excessive, exaggerated anxiety & worry about everyday life events - the worry is often unrealistic or out of proportion for the situation.
The everyday life of people with GAD becomes a constant state of worry, fear, and dread, which obviously has a strong negative effect on the persons well-being.
Symptoms:
Excessive, ongoing worry & tension
Unrealistic view of problems
Restlessness or a feeling of being "edgy"
Troubles with concentration
Tiring easily or being fatigued
Increased crankiness or irritability
Insomnia or other sleeping problems
Muscle tension or muscle aches and/or soreness
Stomach pains, headaches which are linked to constant worry & fear
Shallow, uneven breathing
Increase in heart rate & blood pressure
sweating
Feeling nauseous or sick
Trembling & shaking
Treatments:
Treatments often include a combination of medication & cognitive behavioural therapy. Also, your daily habits can make a difference!
Cognitive behavioural therapy: You learn to recognize & change thought patterns & behaviours that lead to anxious feelings. This type of therapy helps limit distorted thinking by looking at worries more realistically
Medications: They aren’t a cure, but they can help ease symptoms. Your doctor may recommend drugs called benzodiazepines (short-term treatment because they are addictive/ sedating, which impacts memory & daily life). They work by curbing the physical symptoms of anxiety, such as muscle tension & restlessness. Common benzodiazepines include alprazolam (Xanax), chlordiazepoxide Hcl (Librium), diazepam (Valium), and lorazepam (Ativan). These drugs, when combined with many other medicines, can be dangerous if mixed with alcohol! Certain antidepressants are also used to treat GAD for longer periods of time. They may take a few weeks to start working, but they're safer & more appropriate for long-term treatment of GAD. Yet common side effects of antidepressants can include sleepiness, weight gain, nausea & problems with your sex life .
Daily habits: Exercise, Yoga, Meditation, healthy eating habits, etcetera; basically all the boring good stuff for your mental health. You know what I'm talking about & you also know how great I am at not doing these. /s *nervous laugh*
Causes of generalised anxiety disorder:
Biological, psychological, social & cultural factors all appear to influence the development of GAD. The contributing factors may include:
Personality: Research suggests that people who were inhibited or reserved as children may be more likely to develop GAD as adults. Personality traits such as emotional sensitivity & shyness also make worrying more likely.
Learned Behaviour: Our habitual ways of thinking are learned as we grow up & are influenced by a range of environmental, social & family influences. A tendency to be preoccupied with imaginary worries can train our mind, over time, to habitually worry.
Family: Anxiety (as a trait) may be inherited & the family environment (including the role models provided by parents) may influence the development of GAD.
Brain Chemistry: Some research indicates that anxiety is associated with altered brain chemistry. However, it is unclear whether anxiety causes physical changes or whether physical changes cause anxiety. Therefore, some include GAD under the neurodiversity umbrella!
