simple answer? you don't.
you do not take criticism from anybody. nobody has the right to comment on you, your life and your actions because they aren't you, and nobody ever will be. they don't get a say.
say for example somebody has a problem with the way you dress or an interest you have. you think about it and get insecure or upset about it, and then you try to act differently. this is letting someone get to you all based on their opinions, their views, their life, their experience. not yours.
ml do not listen to a word anybody says about you. the way to deal with people if theyre trying to judge you, hurt you, mock you, ridicule you or anything else? you don't.
this is YOUR life, not theirs; everything we do is based off of what we've learnt, what we've been through, and so on. nothing gives them the right to judge you because they know nothing about you and they never will. you are the only one who really knows you and who will ever really know you, so the only one who has the right to judge you and comment on you is you.
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ HOW TO DEAL WITH CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM
despite the fact criticism & constructive criticism are two sides of the same coin, the two are very very different. unlike criticism, constructive criticism is something you should accept, acknowledge and actively encourage at every opportunity.
constructive criticism is very important to grow and learn as a person. even if external opinions are irrelevant, they can sometimes be helpful for personal growth and correcting mistakes and learning from them.
if you are somebody who gets offended very easily and find yourself in a position where you are being criticised, take a moment to puzzle out whether what they are saying is constructive or if its just them being shitty. if you can learn from it, its constructive. if it just hurts you, its not.
🐰𓂃 ࣪˖ HOW TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE
constructive criticism is often kinder and more of a suggestion than a judgement. it is often something you can change like fairly quick, like cleaning off your clothes or changing an answer in a test.
criticism is often phrased more harshly and isnt something you can change quickly, like your weight or personality etc.
all in all, dont take shit from anybody. listen and learn but an ounce of disrespect and you're gone. you're worth more than that babe 💓💖💞

Tips on how to be Goody Two Shoes and Pure in the society's eyes:
If you ask me personally I feel we girls should know how to camouflage cause it will just not save your life but also open lots of doors for you. Society loves obedient, docile and submissive women. It villianizes the ones who don't fit in this category. It's difficult to change the patriarchal society so easily thus as we fight for our rights how about we smartly use it for our advantage by selling a delusion?
Don't we say, delulu is the only solulu.
So here are some tips for you:
1) Be a nerd. Literally nothing screams Goody two shoes more than this.
2) Believe in purity culture (even if you don't, publicly act like you do). When someone asks you for casual sex react as if he has asked for your life.
3) Be religious. After all if you are faking a personality make sure you nail it down to perfection.
4) Don't indulge in sexually provocative behaviours or flirting.
5) Delude them in thinking you are a pushover. Do not exert any kind of power or assertiveness until it's absolutely necessary. Fake weakness.
6) Be kind and soft spoken. Treat people lower than your status with love and be receiving towards them. This helps in establishing influence and being perceived as a kind, gentle and elegant lady.
7) Don't let men touch you easily and casually. Be a little reserved. It automatically elevates the way people look at you and gives off a little conservative vibes.
8) Identify the thin line between modernization and traditions. Tread on it carefully to appeal to both the masses.
Disclaimer: I am not preaching to people please but rather use the society's biases to our advantage. The foolish rebels while the smart ones beat them at their own game.
9) Dwell in both sides of the world. It will give you an instinct on how to act where. Explore both the dark and light sides of the human society. The extreme liberalisation and the extreme conservatism this will teach you how to blend both of them for your benefit.
10) Be pretty. It can be in anyway. Make sure the way you are showing up is confident, attractive and showcases your best self. Pretty privilege is real. The amount of times I got out of situations, things and extra work by using pretty privilege, acting cute and dumb coupled with my other techniques is unreal. Leverage the shit out of it.

🧼 First things first, after you wake up make sure to drink water to boost your metabolism throughout the day! Also, create a mind movie so you can watch it everyday after you wake up.
Now, take your journal and start writing about your dream, ideal higher self, ask yourself questions like ‘What reality do i want to create?´ 'Who do i look up to?’ ‘What is the behavior I need to change about myself?’ ‘What's a new habit that I would like to create?’ ‘What is a thing I can focus on right now?’. After we have in mind who we want to become, it's important that every little decision you make today is centered to achieve your goals, and become your dream self. You can listen to a podcast while doing this so you get motivation!
💶 Then, head to the bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror and start repeating positive affirmations, such as ‘I am so beautiful’ or ‘My hair looks so pretty today’, even if you don't believe it, having a positive mindset is going to help us to stay in track with our goals!
Take care of your teeth, Liz says that our smile is one of the most important things in a person, and one of the key things that is going to make you more attractive! so, make sure to brush your teeth, floss, clean your tongue, etc.
🛣 Liz has a rather simple skincare routine, since her skin is so sensitive, it only consists of using a foam cleanser, moisturizer and eye cream to help with her eye bags.
Next step is to research and find our own personal clothing and makeup style, find out your body type, personal color, face shape, etc. It doesn't matter if you have to mix multiple styles that already exist to make your own! The most important thing is to feel comfortable while wearing those clothes or having that type of makeup on your face.
🏔 Liz doesn't like to force herself to have breakfast, she just dont eat if she's not hungry, however if you are hungry rather than focusing on calories focus on how nutritious your meal is. Whatsoever if you are not hungry and you are not going to eat, make sure to always take your vitamins and supplements!

Yes, it's time to drink a little more water!
⛰ Liz doesn't have a settled study routine but, it's important to spend our time wisely, if you can finish an assignment way before the time it's due, DO IT! Also, she emphasized that knowledge leads to confidence. If you put effort in your studies, every little thing in your life will slowly fall into place.

First, set healthy goals, like toning up your body or building muscle, try not to make ‘just being skinny’ your goal.
🧩 second, don't measure yourself with a scale or measuring tape and focus on how you look in the mirror, are you satisfied? if you are then you are done with the intense workout routine!
Liz goes to the gym and has her own personal training program, but here’s some kind of exercises she recommends; weight training, pilates and dancing with her main focus being toning up her abs and butt.
🏄‍♀️ Remember to drink water and that consistency is more important than perfection, go at your own pace, it doesn't matter if you can't do a 2 hour workout and look snatched in 3 days and you can only do a 5 minute workout, every little effort adds up!

✸ ꒰ shower and self care routine ꒱⋆ ࣪.* ࣪.⋆
Before showering, do dry brushing to exfoliate your skin and increase circulation (1-2 times per week). Then use shampoo and conditioner, research to find the best one for you, what may help others won't help you. Liz also uses a hair mask 1 to 2 times per week to get that shiny silk hair.
🎾 After showering take some time to shape and pluck your eyebrows depending on your face shape and what impression you want to give! 
Liz uses face masks 1 to 2 times per week to cleansing her face deeply, then she does her skincare. After applying all the products do a lymphatic massage on your face and neck, you can also cool down your face with massagers or cold spoons for an extra depuff.
🍾 For self care, you can journal again, search for shadow work prompts, think of what things you should unlearn and relearn and don't forget to practice gratitude. Or you can take time to clean your room or house, you deserve to have a clean safe place! 
Oh! and don't forget to drink water again.

✸ ꒰ night routine ꒱⋆ ࣪.* ࣪.⋆
🧃 Time for dinner! (only if you are not full yet), again, make sure to focus on nutrients rather than calories. Don't forget to drink a glass of water with your dinner. You can watch a documentary while eating to keep gaining even more knowledge.
Now, do your oral hygiene routine again. Also, put on eyelash conditioner and serum to wake up with perfect lashes! Then wear a silk cap or do a protective hairstyle to protect your hair from getting damaged while you're sleeping.
🍵 Then get in bed and drink a cup of tea with collagen to start relaxing your body. and it's finally time to manifest! watch your mind movie again and use your most useful method (affirming visualizing, subliminals, etc.), don't forget to ask god, the universe or whatever you believe in for signals and help!
Afterwards, you can read an inspirational book like ‘atomic habits’ or ‘the art of thinking clearly’ to keep nourishing your brain. keep a reachable goal like reading 5 pages everyday and then decide if you want to continue reading or not.
🥬 Before sleeping listen to a guided meditation, liz have one to be more confident and one to attract money, choose one that aligns with your goals!
Finally fall asleep in a healthy sleeping position, Liz sleeps in her back looking at the roof, but you can choose your favorite position, don't forget to get a pillow that fits the position (example: tall and lofty pillow -> for sleeping on your side)

I. YOU CAN’T NATURALLY MATCH WITH EVERYONE
First things first: You can’t be friends with everyone. apart from the obvious “a friend to all is a friend to none”, it’s quite unrealistic to expect everyone to like you, and that’s okay! You just have to acknowledge that you aren’t meant to be liked by everyone.
Find people who are like-minded, who give you the same energy back, who have the same values, people that have healed and don’t bring their baggage and toxicity into the friendship. quality >>> quantity. Not everyone is meant for you and that’s okay, because we are not seeking quantity, we are looking for quality friends who have all the values i listed before and the ones you also find important.
The world is your oyster. in this era it’s easier than ever to make friends: meet a lot of people, say yes to plans, go to events, network, etc. The more people you meet the more you will realize that you can’t match naturally with everyone, some people are just not your vibe and the more people you meet the more likely you are to find someone you do mesh well together with. I completely understand that it might be harder for some people who are introverted or have social anxiety to socialize, but in that case I really recommend to work firstly on yourself because a lot of the times those things are triggered by insecurities and a bad relationship with oneself. I also recommend to practice with people online or people who know nothing about you, because that’s the thing: they know nothing about you. If you’re insecure, they don’t know that. If you’re acting in a confident way even though you’re not, they’re also not going to know because they don’t know the way you think or act.
Maybe the problem is YOU. Ifyou’re always losing friendships and struggling to maintain them, maybe the common denominator is you because you have issues you need to introspect. Focus on yourself for some time and fix all the issues that might be making you repel high-value people such as being insecure, romanticizing your sadness, having toxic and jealous behaviors…
II. WHERE AND HOW TO MEET PEOPLE
Like-minded communities !! You need to utilize the resources you have to make friends. friends that last are the ones who think in a similar way and who share similar values and interests, and you’re more likely to find like-minded people in like-minded communities. Build up the courage to go and do things alone so you become comfortable in going to places to meet people alone.
Some like-minded communities can be classes in which they teach hobbies of yours because when there’s a community of people whom you have to coexist with you will be forced to work together in a team and talk to each other and that will make it a lot more easier to make friends. Plus, you’re taking the same class so you’re going to have an interest/hobby to bond over which means automatic conversations without any awkwardness. Another option is to become a regular literally ANYWHERE. Ranging from a coffee shop to a gym, when you become a regular you familiarize with the staff and other regulars.
We’re living in an era in which technology can help you with almost anything. Use this to your advantage! Make online friends, use social media to search for like-minded people, download apps to make friends such as bumble bff…
III. HIGH-VALUE FRIENDS.
Now that you’ve prepared yourself and know where to find friends, let’s talk about how to know when someone is right for you.
Look for people who strive to be the best version of themselves and who are surrounded by positive energy. You are who you surround yourself with, so make friends that bring you positivity and who inspire you. Make sure that you both share how you want your future to look like and have similar future plans. Meshing well with them is a must. For example, someone who prefers and feels more comfortable having low maintenance friendships won’t match with someone who prefers to have high maintenance friendships.
And of course, respect is needed. You cross my boundaries? You’re out. Any sort of toxic or jealous behavior is NOT normal and you should not be friends or be influenced by that type of people.
IV. WHAT TO TALK ABOUT AND HOW TO BE A GOOD FRIEND.
Do NOT come off as desperate. “What if they don’t like me?” Thinking like that will only make you be so immerse in your thoughts that all of your confidence will disappear. Focus on having a “How can I make them feel comfortable and understood?” mindset, you’re now not thinking only about yourself and being self-conscious, so you’re going to appear more confident and since now you’re focusing on listening and making the other person feel comfortable you will make an amazing first impression.
Ask them questions about themselves. People love talking about themselves and this will immediately make them like you. Do not make it look like an interview, tho. Make sure you provide your input too which shouldn’t be hard because every question you ask is going to be redirected to you. You can also start the conversation with a compliment!
Friendship is a two way street. It needs to go both ways and you need to follow up with each other. What are they offering you? What are YOU offering them? Think about what can you give without forgetting what can you receive. The type of friend you want is the type of friend you need to be
V. HOW TO MAINTAIN FRIENDSHIPS
Everyone has the type of friendship maintenance they feel more comfortable with, but it's a fact that low-maintenance friendships are tho ones that last. Even if you feel more comfortable having high maintenance friendships, make sure that both of you can accomodate to having to maintain the friendship even when both of you are busy.
COMMUNICATION!!! I assure you that there's probably going to be a lot of hardships and misundersatings in your friendships (And that's not bad, we're human) and no proper communication will lead to the deterioration of the friendship.

Manners and Body Language! Legs are together, arms close to body, head high. Of course, I can’t forget good posture. No matter your body language, always make sure your posture is good. Manners are just as equally important. A simple, excuse me, please, thank you, pardon me, makes such a big difference!
Signature everything! Signature jewelry, perfume, color, bag, hairstyle, EVERYTHING you can think of. Make your own iconic look. When people see you, they know that you own that look. Everything, about it says ME!
Take care of your health and focus on you! Health is wealth!! Take care of your body, mind, soul, heart, skin, hair, nails, teeth, etc. Focusing on yourself will change your life, I PROMISE. I recommend you watch self development videos/youtubers. Just like, TheWizardLiz, Tam Kaur, Simonesquared, Persephonesmind, etc.
4. Look presentable/make a strong first impression! I will never forget when Song Jia first walked in on the island in Singles Inferno. Her hair was done, nails, outfit looked fresh, makeup was done. Not to mention, she walked in with confidence, a smile, good posture and stayed to herself. She carried herself so well. She greeted everyone with a beautiful smile and graceful bow.

5. Stay true to yourself! Treat yourself with love. If you’re looking for someone to feel your void, fill it yourself. Learn to love everything about you, even your imperfections. Appreciate the little things in life, like dancing in your room alone, your grwms, picking out your outfit, the trees, sky, laying in your bed, living life. Celebrate your life everyday.

Creating and Embodying your Ideal Self
Create an alter ego, give them a name if you want. Decide on everything you want to embody in the future and make sure your alter ego have all of that. They can have everything, your desired appearance, wardrobe etc but most importantly their mindset. How do they act and what are their thoughts? How do people perceive them and how is their life overall? Figure out their whole attitude and how they react to challenges as well as their routine. What is their success recipe? How are their relationships with others and how confident are they in themselves? Do they love and trust themselves?
After you have determined everything about them and their whole life, try acting like them. When faced with a decision, think: "what would x do if they were in my situation?" Take it slowly if you need to, you'll start seeing a big shift in your life after adopting their mindset. As i've said before, your mindset is everything.

𓏲. i dont think people quite understand the importance of having a good morning routine. how we spend our morning sets the tone for the day and its a very important, peaceful, underrated & overlooked part of life i think we should appreciate more !!💕

𖹭 sets the mood for the day
𖹭 develops healthy habits
𖹭 boosts productivity and energy levels
𖹭 helps to manage work & schedules

...anddd much much more. i love love love mornings so maybe i'm a liittle biased but they're so overhated & have so many positive benefits we should def make use of!
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ 1. gratitude
idk if its just me but waking up early and prioritising my mornings makes me a lot a lot more grateful for everything i have in my life. appreciate just how lucky we are to be able to even have a bed to wake up in in the morning. be so grateful for being able to see the sunlight through your window and being able to see another day. its a luxury, privilege and blessing to be alive.
🎀𓂃 ࣪˖ 2. dress up!
getting ready is always my FAVOURITE part of the morning. "but im not going anywhere" "im just going to school" "theres no point" no. idc. why do you have to have a reason? why cant you just do it for yourself? when i look cute i feel cute & when i feel cute i feel good. dress up do ur hair do ur makeup (if u wear it) ! look good -> feel good. 💖

🐧𓂃 ࣪˖ 3. time management
set the perfect time for you. that revolves around the time it takes you to get ready, to travel to your destination, etc. and set that back by 30 minutes. so for example say said time would be 7am -> you'd then change that to 6:30. that way youve got the extra time to just focus on yourself and sort out your day, choose what youre wearing, eat a lovely breakfast, drink something yummy, exercise, pilates, tidy up, etc. ♡
🩰𓂃 ࣪˖ 4. romanticism & enjoyment
id say this goes hand in hand with time management but make it so that you aren't rushing and stressing in the morning. enjoying the little things makes life as a whole so much more enjoyable. mornings often set the tone for the day, so if you have a calm and gentle morning, youre more likely to have a good day! ♡
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ 5. clear mind
the third sibling of time management & romanticism is definitely being able to go into the day with a clear head. dumping down all your emotions in a journal, in your notes, whatever you use & having your day clearly planned out is a massive motivator for me. i use notion since im more of a visual learner and enjoy having things laid out pretty and neat in front of me but it can be anything you like! (notes, paper, journal, etc.) this ensures you go into the day without a ton of thoughts and worries weighing on your head already before you even start.

so maybe im a little biased because i really love mornings but think about it. feeling the sun through your window in the early dawn, watching it rise and listening to the birds, having some downtime to clear your mind and just be free for a little while before chaos of life begins again. i love you and wish you the best in all you do today 🫶🩷💕

We are femenine beings, our energy levels aren't like the ones of men, so we have to stop managing our life like them (same energy everyday, be quick, focus on achieving, etc..) and do it in a way that let's us do our tasks based on our necesities and letting our energy be free!
My tips
Plan your day according to your energy levels
Prioritize the hardest tasks + Use the Eisenhower matrix
Make a to-do list, focused on 3 mainly tasks
Reward yourself
Positive and clean environment
Get rid of distractions
Take breaks
2 minute rule - It takes less than 2 minutes? Do it
5 minute rule - Apply a timer and do that task for 5 minutes
Apply deadlines for yourself
Create systems to keep track
Already working on something? Try to do something else (for future ease and saving time)

Switch mindset: Discipline < Devotion
Good mood changes everything. Things will be easier and faster and you'll be more focused.
Good health transforms you. Without it, there's nothing
Focus on the positive to attract good things
Focus on what causes and impact in your life
Let yourself prioritize time to have fun and rest
