Trying a liquid fast tomorrow
I don't think there has been a day in my disgusting life where I haven't consumed anything. There has not been a period in my chaotic teen adolescence where for 24 beautiful hours I didn't let myself just survive on liquid like some sort of machine or better yet, a flower.
A sentence that might read as funny to some, and yet I'm sitting here drenched in my own shame and disgust. I've been struggling with ed habits for a few years now and sometimes I just plead with myself to have more self-control. I am not an anorexic girl. I'm a binging moron.
Again, I have not tried to fast, so I'm even a bit confused about how it works. What are the forbidden liquids (besides the obvious...)? What are the staple drinks of a liquid fast? How many calories are off-limits? How to survive school while fasting (this one is really important)? If anyone can educate me, I will be forever thankful.
So I guess that is it. I will blog my thoughts and what I ate tomorrow.  I'm sorry for dumping my somewhat unfiltered thoughts. Oh, also, English is not my first language, so I'm really sorry if my punctuation or spelling is off.

maybe this isnt very an4 of me idk but i feel like eating moderate amounts and working out is working better for me than eating super little where I can’t work out. Im gonna try for a week or so and see if I’m getting better results

just a reminder..
taking a 30min walk is better then not walking at all. doing a 10 minute workout is better then not working out at all. slow weight loss is better than no weight loss at all. fasting for 16h is better than not fasting at all. stop feeling bad about other people being "better" than you. eds can get really competitive i know that. instead, try celebrating small wins every day and dont give up. go at your own pace❤️
