I’m thinking of trying to go back to intermittent fasting. The only reason I haven’t is because I like to have coffee with milk n sugar in the morning for energy and also I LOVE coffee and I obviously wouldn’t be able to drink it if I was fasting.. but honestly that’s just an excuse and I need to stop making excuses.
If I was to do intermittent fasting how long would be a good length to do?

I know I said I wasn't going to weigh today but I did anyways.
200.4 lbs ⬆️ 0.6 lbs
I knew I was going to go back over 200 lbs. But I haven't eaten anything at all today, and I'm not going to, so hopefully, tomorrow, it'll be back down.

I went all day today, completely fine. Only had a passing thought about eating once, and it wasn't even bad. Wasn't hungry at all. Why can't that be all of the time?

Feeling like shit today. Woke up so light headed and found it hard to breathe. Feel so fat even though I've lost weight. I need to be skinnier. I feel anxious and depressed and so stressed.
I have a cheat day coming up since I'm going to IKEA with my friend, and I'm scared I won't be able to to control myself and gain all the weight back. I'll try to stay in the 1400 calorie radius, but I don't know if it will happen.
I also have a show coming up in 2 weeks and it's been a lot to handle on top of my obsession with food. All I think about is food! And I can't think about anything else. Not acting, not singing. Nothing I love matters anymore, because all I fucking think about is my weight and how I look.
Well fuck this was a rant and I kinda just typed away, but it doesn't matter because I don't know anyone who reads this. Hopefully.

Weighed myself after a few days cuz I wasn’t rly able to and were back to 48kg so that’s -2kg since begin of this week. I’m getting my control a bit back and I’m trying to eat some healthy meals regularly instead of fasting all the time and it ending in a binge so I’m glad it’s kinda working.
I still do fasts when I’m able to but mostly just 24h and then mostly eat a bit later.
Yesterday I ate like 250 cals at school and then started a fast till now cuz my parents weren’t home and I wasn’t hungry. I hope I can keep it going a bit more today cuz I’m not sure if I’m gonna have to have lunch with my parents cuz they’re quite buzzy but I’ll see. I’ve got a meal planned so yea.

Progress on my 336 hour fast!!
Ive been fasting the last two weeks of April, that’s a total of 336 hours. You can go three weeks without food so I’ll be alright. I’m drinking lots and lots of water while suppressing my appetite with black coffee in the mornings. I’ve already lost two pounds in the first 100 hours so I feel euphoric beyond belief!! 226 hours left to go :) wish me luck edblr!!
I haven’t had any huge hunger pangs yet so that’s good, yesterday was a test of willpower though because my family went to Dairy Queen but I simply had a Diet Coke and said I already ate 😊😊 I’m so proud with how far my self discipline has come
