Feminine Tip:
Smile
- Some women get offended when they're told they should smile (for some reason)
- This may seem small & insignificant but smiling more makes you look more pleasant & inviting
- The feminine is beautiful & nice. It's more masculine to having a rough facial expression, mean mug or a resting btch face(which most don't notice they're doing)
- People will treat you nicer
- Men will also be more likely to approach if they're interested
- You may even start to feel better by smiling more

Light and Dark Feminine energy
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If you've been on the internet in the past month or so, you've probably come across the terms light and dark femininity. You asked for it so let's talk about it! <3
Feminine energy is about behaviour but also about how you present yourself. While we all have both energies, most people have one that's more dominant than the other. I'm going to list some traits of both, so you get a general idea.
Light feminine energy:
Angelic
Forgiving
gentle
Compassionate
Intuitive
Dark feminine energy:
Seductive
Magnetic
Passionate
Powerful
Mysterious
Divine feminine energy:
Okay, so what's divine femininity? As stated above, most people have one dominant energy; this does not apply to everyone!! You have to view femininity as a spectrum, divine femininity is the perfect balance between both light and dark energy.
Creative
sensual
communicative
wise
accepting
Masculine energy
To get in touch with your feminine energy, you first need to let go of the masculine energy. In today's age, masculine energy is praised, spending most of our time working hard, chasing things, avoiding emotions, and fixating on accomplishments.
But Malu, what's the point of all of this?? Let me tell you, being in touch with whatever feminine energy works best for you will help you become the best version of yourself, feel more confident, and manifest quicker. However, getting in touch with your feminine energy is a longer prosses; you have to get to know yourself better, visualize your goals and the person you want to become and work towards that.
Signs that your NOT in touch with your feminine energy:
You are insecure
You chase validation from others
You have no set boundaries
You avoided strong emotions
You constantly try to please others
You are bad at making decisions
The beauty of femininity:
The beauty of this all is that it can be expressed in many different ways. You can decide who you want to be; soft, kind, loving but also strong, seductive and confident. Celebrating femininity and working on your energy can give you purpose and strength to reach whatever goal you have set for yourself.
In my next post, we will discuss HOW to get in touch with your feminine energy so stay tuned for that <3
As always, feel free to add something positive in the comments, but if you don't have anything nice to say, please keep it to yourself. I hope you have a beautiful day! :)

Feminine Kitty Tips 😺
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
If there's one thing the world is obsessed with, its making women feel ashamed of their normal and natural bodily functions. I'm going to give you a no bullshit girl talk today about your private parts - what smells are normal, and when to see a doctor.
"Normal" kitty typically has a mild, slight musky smell that is unique to each individual. It is typically described as heady, with a slight sweet scent, but it's important to remember everyone's body varies, due to your diet & where you are in your cycle. If your kitty doesn't hurt, itch, or smell that makes you uncomfortable - you're probably normal.
If your kitty has a foul, strong, or "fishy" odor, it is likely a sign of infection or bacteria that has gotten out of hand. Despite the misogynistic memes, a kitty infection does not make you gross, dirty, or disgusting. It is a very common medical problem. See a doctor and they will be able to prescribe you medicine to get everything all cleared up!
Other Signs You Need To See A Doctor
Burning or Pain When Peeing
Swelling or Redness of the Lip Area
Bleeding Outside Of Your Cycle
Foul Smelling, Odd Colored Discharge
Happy, Healthy Kitty Tips
Do NOT use Summer Eve's products. Your kitty is a self-cleaning organ! You don't even need to use any kind of soap directly on your kitty. Washes and douches kill off the good bacteria your kitty needs to keep your pH balanced and to help fight infections. Use a mild, fragrance-free soap to clean the EXTERNAL are. Remember to clean from front to back.
Wipe from front to back when using the restroom.
Wear 100% cotton panties. Breathable fabrics, such as cotton, will improve air circulation, allowing you to be more comfortable.
Change out of wet clothes as quickly as possible. Especially after swimming or exercising. Changing out of wet clothes quickly prevents bacteria from growing that would otherwise lead to unpleasant odors.
Incorporate probiotics in your diet. Fermented foods like yogurt and kimchi are rich in probiotics, which promotes a healthy balance of bacteria in the body. This makes infections less likely while improving scent.
Change your sanitary pads and tampons often. Changing your menstrual products often will help avoid the build up of odor causing bacteria.

Feminine Tip:
Accept Help
- Women nowadays are taught to be independent, strong & never look to others for help. But this is the opposite of femininity
- The feminine woman receives help & assistance.
- The feminine woman is okay with getting help from others instead of trying to be strong and prove that she can do it all herself
- She knows she's not weak just for receiving help.
- We are only one person. We can try to do it all but usually end up tired and struggling.
- If you need help, ask.

Ladies, 2024 is personal.
Dear Besties and future Besties,
We're starting FRESH this year, I want to encourage each and every one of you to dedicate 2024 to becoming your best self, from the inside out. This is your ✨IT Girl era✨, a time to prioritize self-care, personal growth, and breaking old habits.
Start by investing in your mental and emotional well-being. Consider therapy or counseling to unpack any past traumas, explore your innermost thoughts and feelings, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Remember, healing is a journey, and seeking professional help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Let's focus on our physical well-being. Make time for regular workouts and prioritize your health. Whether it's hitting the gym, practicing yoga, or simply going for a walk, physical activity not only benefits your body but also clears your mind and boosts your confidence.
Breaking old habits is never easy, but this year, let's challenge ourselves to do just that. Identify any negative patterns or addictions that hold you back and take the necessary steps to overcome them. Seek support from loved ones, join our group, or even consider professional help. Remember, you have the power to change your life. ✨💞
In the midst of this transformation, it's crucial to practice being more private and working smarter. In a world that often values constant sharing and busyness, find solace in quiet moments and focus on the tasks that truly matter. Prioritize your goals, streamline your efforts, and eliminate distractions. By doing so, you'll find that you can accomplish more in less time, leaving room for personal growth and self-care. You are not for everyone, be selective with your energy this year babe. 🩷
Financial stability is vital, so let's make it a priority this year. Save your money, create a budget, and invest in your future. By being mindful of your spending habits and making smart financial decisions, you'll be empowering yourself to live a life of financial freedom and security.
Remember, peace is the REAL luxury. Prioritize your mental and emotional well-being above all else. Surround yourself with positivity, cut out toxic relationships, and embrace moments of solitude. By cultivating inner peace, you'll radiate strength and tranquility, attracting positivity and abundance into your life.
Lastly, love on yourself. You are more precious than rubies and daughters of the most high God. Embrace your worth and never settle for less than you deserve. Set boundaries, demand respect, and prioritize your own happiness. By loving and valuing yourself, you'll attract those who do the same.
In the upcoming year, let's remain humble, determined, and refuse to accept anything less than what we truly deserve. 🥂
We will continue to work with you on becoming the best versions of yourself! Please take advantage of all of our guides/ resources (click here) & there’s plenty more ahead, stay tuned!
Xoxo,
The Black Feminine Society 💋

HAVING AN INTENTIONAL ROOM
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Your room is the most important place in your life. You sleep, wake up, heal and experience many emotions just in your room. You have to take care of your room, so it is spiritually the ideal place to grow into the best version of yourself.
KEEPING YOUR ROOM CLEAN
Keeping your room free of mess is an act of mindfulness and self-discipline that supports your overall journey and connects you with your higher self. It helps with promoting clarity, and cultivating inner balance and is an everyday self-care ritual.
Make your bed every day. You have to respect the place in which you sleep and heal.
Hang up clean clothes after the day or put any dirty clothes in your laundry hamper, avoid tossing them on the floor.
Find a place for everything, and know where everything is. If you do not know where each thing in your room is located, you either have too much clutter or you’re disorganised.
Tidy up your room daily, neatly putting everything away in its place. If needed, buy a few organisers.
Don’t leave rubbish for extended periods. Treat your room like a temple, don’t disrespect it, and pick up after yourself.
Try to avoid eating meals in your bedroom. We forget the dirty dishes over time, and it stinks and attracts unwanted bugs.
Change bed sheets regularly. Once a week at the most, for more hygienic reasons though.
Remove unwanted items on your bedside table. Keep it minimal and intentional with anything you want to place on it.
Regularly clean up the dust in your room, using a duster or a damp microfiber cloth on all of the surfaces.
ENCOURAGING GROWTH IN YOUR LIFE
A room designed to encourage inner growth serves as a physical reminder of your commitment to self-improvement, personal development, and overall well-being. It creates an environment helpful to improvement, self-reflection, and positive change.
Keep specific areas of your room designated to one task in your life. For me, my desk is for productivity, my bed is for resting or relaxing and my bedroom floor is for mindful activities.
Throw away any items that do not serve a purpose to you anymore. Avoid keeping items that bring you painful or harmful memories.
Minimise the presence of technology in your room. I suggest having zones in your room which is device-free or having a time of day in which devices are not allowed in your room.
Create a vision board poster in your room that you can see every day, which helps to visualise and motivate you to create your dream life.
Place meaningful quotes, affirmations, mantras or prayers as reminders of the values, mindsets or intentions you wish to cultivate in your life.
Display personal achievements. If you won any awards or certificates, place them in a way in which you can view them every day. If you have done something in your life that you think is an achievement but have no award to display, just simply create your own. Buy some balsawood and glue it together to create your own medal.
Place items that align with the habits or routines you want to cultivate in your life so that they are easily accessible. Put a workout mat in the corner, always have your journal on your desk or have a cold water bottle ready to go when you wake up.
3. DECORATING YOUR ROOM TO REFLECT YOU
Decorating your room in a way that reflects your true self brings a sense of authenticity and comfort. It creates a nurturing environment that allows for self-expression, reflection, and personal growth which ultimately contributes to your journey of inner development.
Make a mood board or vision board of how you would want your room to look, how it supports you and how it makes you feel. Choose a colour scheme in this process as well.
Add candles or incense that you think embodies who you are, or who you want to be. For example, if I want to be a cleaner person, I would choose a candle that smells like fresh linen.
Put up posters of things that you like, people who you look up to or anything that expresses who you are.
Add a canopy to your bed while you sleep. So cute, and I believe it helps protect you from any unwanted energy entering through you while you sleep.
Add a rug, even if you already have carpet, to enhance the cozy ambience of the room.
An ottoman at the end of the bed can elevate your room to look more expensive, if needed, it can also be an organiser for your extra things.
Put life in your room, adding low-maintenance plants or flowers can liven it up. A little extra, research some plants or flowers meaning’s and pick one that resonates with you.
Display any of your favourite jewellery, bags, clothing pieces, or make-up around your room. A nice way to appreciate what you have, without actually using them.
