Having a crisis at 8 pm on a wednesday while watching House MD.
I have no friends, no partners, no one to talk to.
I'm alone most of the time. At home, cleaning, working on projects, or sleeping.
My best friends are characters in media, stuffed animals, my own creations and my scruffy poodle.
I'm failing most everything in school and am several months behind.
I have no mother or father figure. Only empty shells named mom and dad that take care of my basic physical needs.
I am only 15 and I am already incredibly mentally ill.
I haven't eaten normally my whole life. I'm either binging or starving.
I am just so desperate to get it together. To be at a place where I'm happy with life.
You know your just a teenager who's going through shit, you know it'll pass. You know you'll get through this and be satisfied.
Oh god. Please just let me be happy one day.

• Drinking a ton of water and tea (I love peppermint, green, and ginger tea 😽🍵☕️)
• Oil pulling (oral hygiene)
• Read a book
• Going to bed early + waking up early - sleep affects everything, it is so important. Early to bed and early to rise is better for your brain and makes you more productive.
• Stretch out those strong muscles, girlllll
• Positive self talk (giving yourself compliments) - helps you respect, accept, and love yourself 🩷
• Do some journaling
• Facial yoga + facial massage
• Engage in fun activities that make you feel like yourself (Sports, video games, drawing, swimming, dancing, etc.)
• Deep breathing and meditation 🧘‍♀️
• Make yourself a delicious, healthy, nutritious meal
Performing any of these habits/activities makes me feel good and helps to get me out of any slump I may be in.

To embody daily "that college girl" during the second half of my semester! My focus is flexible achivement according to my energy and time available.
Do my morning and night routine
Affirm positive affirmations and practice gratitude x2 morning and night
No shit talking + Complaining
Use my phone less than 3 hours
Follow a healthy diet: 4 meals, one fruit, healthy snacks and drink water only!
Indulge in movement: do a pilates workout or a stretch workout
Practice self-care: look good for the day, take care of my hair, body, skin, teeth, smell good
Maintain a clean space all day
Self-develoment: read, journal, listen to a podcast, practice meditation or/and invest in hobbies
Education: Learn about educational topics, complete my homework or/and study Italian.
