AK anon is here -again- 🙊💛. I really wanna request a matchup with Amahisa but i have never done that before so kinda unsure how to do so but i will give it a go:

Orange (🍊): I am not very creative like you -🥺- so my ideas are very basic, but something like how he would approach a person like me ? I really can't imagine myself being with somebody like kousei who is so opposite. (personality wise). i think you and AMAHISA KOUSEI would be a perfect match particularly because you're opposites! he's a walking contradiction - whimsical but observant; carefree but invested; nonchalant but hardworking. so i think he'd really appreciate you being a bit of a contradiction yourself! sometimes he's so honest to the point that people can't tell if he's joking or not - so i think he sees your struggle in that area with being misunderstood or seen differently than you might think you act. and even if you don't think you're cool yourself - he certainly would, but not necessarily in the way others might perceive you. i think he'd want to get to know you at a raw, deep level - it might take you a while to be that vulnerable with him and open up, but he's determined to crack that shell and support you. and for someone who may get bored with one thing and move on to the next - he'd find you so interesting that he'd never get tired of you.

amahisa kousei is certainly one to say what he means, and you don't exactly understand that at first

his pickup lines aren't suave or clever - he'll literally tell you that you're pretty, smart, beautiful - with such a nonchalant face and then go back to doing his own thing

while you think you're gawking and panicking over what he's saying, you're really just staring at him with a straight face and a slow nod

"amahisa's always trying to get your attention... how are you always so cool about it? isn't he like, a big star on the baseball team?"

your friend taps your shoulder as you leave class, and you mumble back,

"he can't be that good at baseball if he has time to flirt like this all the time..."

your face is burning, but you play it off - sure, he's pretty handsome and charismatic. a bit of a mystery, even - but you do tend to wonder why he focuses on you specifically

it isn't until after you've parted with your friend and walked ten minutes to the bus stop that you realize something very important

you forgot your freaking laptop.

huffing, you start a light jog back but pause when you glance at your watch - there's no way you'll get there and back in time, and the next bus after that is in another half hour

and you definitely needed to grab your next batch of textbooks from home, or you'd miss your next class

"hey! you're pretty fast, you know? practically sprinted out of the classroom!"

when you look up, who else do you nearly run into but amahisa holding your laptop?

you blink once, twice. then you blurt out,

"you're a lot more thoughtful than you let on."

he lets out a full laugh, "and you're a lot less scary than you seem!"

you frown, asking what he means - to which he responds,

"everyone always says how intimidating and strong you are. but you're getting flustered right now, aren't you?"

"i- i- no i'm not! and i don't mean to look scary at all! that's just how people see me for some reason..."

you're feeling self-conscious, even when he gives you an easygoing laugh, and you're certainly thrown off when he ruffles your hair,

"you shouldn't care so much how people see you! except for me maybe, because i see you as pretty interesting."

you roll your eyes, taking the laptop from him, but can't seem to hide a slight smile from his watchful golden eyes

"see you later then, yeah?"

"we'll have to see about that. but i guess i owe you for this - so thanks... amahisa."

"it's kousei," he smiles before waving and taking off

"how am i supposed to talk to him if he doesn't even ask for my number..." you grumble

but when you pull your laptop out next class, a sticky note tumbles from it with his phone number and a "coffee soon?" on it - that boy certainly is full of surprises.

I have 800 followers and I'm a little stuck on my current requests. So: new event!

Welcome to: You filling out this form and I give you three matchups (everyone gets three, you don't have to specify)!

It can be platonic or romantic but:

Matchup 1: Partner. This can be either a partner for school, such as someone you'd work well with in alchemy, clubs, etc. Or it can be a romantic partner matchup. It entirely depends on your preference.

Hey! I see you open for match up so can I ask for one! I'm ENFP! My main talent more lean to art. I'm almost interested in everything? Like dancing, singing , playing instruments and etc! I like to read books most of the time. Like reading book in the evening while being accompanied with tea and some sweets! Since we are talking about sweets , I Also enjoy baking! Most of the time I prefer handmade stuff because I can be proud on how many effort i took and it's always satisfying to know someone appreciating your hard work! I was being raised in a very traditional family so you can really see me as feminine,,, I like doing chores and dress up but that doesn't mean I'm weak , rn I'm one of the athletes in my school! Back at my home there is a garden that I look after during my free time. I really love gardening and flower! Once a couple, you two do everything together. You both want to spoil each other and you usually succeed at it.

When you hear that Riddle enjoys sweets that especially had strawberries in them you offer to make him something, anything! He just needed to say the word since you couldn't read minds.

To him, it's the ultimate sign of affection to eat something he loves, made by someone he loves.

He would happily accompany you to the library so you could find something you could both read while enjoying tea in the rose labyrinth and then share your opinions on the books.

He is amazed at how versatile you are, reading poems and studying more plants and the history of magic, the list of genres you read goes far.

If Riddle hadn't been in Equestrian Club already, he would have loved to start a Literature Club with you... But the two of you could have a club of your own and if Trey, Cater, or even Ace and Deuce want to join then they could.

Um hi i know i havent been active like at all for a few months especially right after i started matchups but a lot of things have been going on in my personal life such as me recovering from anorexia and self harm at the same time not to mention my home life is super shitty so i hope i can get back on schedule and ill update some stuff

Warnings : i am not the most knowledgable on j-fashion but it has been my special interest since i was 7, i use different j fashions for each dorm,Fem reader, maybe mischaracterization, no sebek

Heartslabyul(Yami)

Yami kawaii, translating to sickly cute, takes doctors equipment, stuff used by the mentally ill, and cute clothes to promote mental health awareness in japan.

Riddle Rosehearts

Riddle doesn’t seem to be very interested in fashion at all so seeing you at first it might confuse him

Before he overblots he may not understand or even accept the style but after he will be at least interested in it

When figuring what yami kawaii is about he is very intrigued he doesnt understand that most fashion trends/styles have true and nice meanings such as bringing awareness to mental health

He doesnt really understand why someone would dress outwardly “different” but that doesnt mean he doesnt think it looks good

He’ll get you little gifts of accessories, shoes, skirts, dresses, etc on random occasions

Trey Clover

Trey may be a little caught off guard when he first sees the fashion but he doesnt think anything bad about it

He really likes that it promotes mental health awareness but he was super concerned at first without knowing that

He’ll help you dye your hair

Trey doesn’t really see anything wrong with dressing in what makes you happy

If anyone makes fun of you or stares he’ll defend you in any situation

Cater is surprised like everyone else yet he is excited to talk to you about it more

Deuce is super protective in general since you are the first person to just treat him normally so if anyone made fun of your outfit in anyway he’ll confront them

He likes showing you off to his mom in a ton of ways not just for your appearance

He called you emo the first time he saw a coord

Seriously i dont think he cares at all like anyone can wear what they want so why does that stop when you wear something different?

He does tease you though

Any time you dress up for a date, for school, or any other event where you can dress up expect him to be teasing you the whole way

Gyaru was started in the early 2000s as a movement against japans beauty standard on women, they instead of staying pale and modest tanned and wore all the less modest and bright clothes they wanted! Styles like mamba and ganguro were started by girls who liked the movement while a style, kogal, was started by rich highschool girls who could do whatever they wanted.

I know i keep saying this but leona does not give a shit what you wear

He does admire the effort you put into your appearance everyday, plus your a girl so he already has a ton of respect for you

If you are more a extreme style gal he may think its a little bit of an eye sore but he still thinks its good that you can express yourself despite others opinions

If you have a more toned down style then he may not even expect you were a gyaru (if he even knows what that is 💀) probably just thought you were some popular girl but doesnt even say anything

No matter what ever substyle you aren’t gonna be bullied, teased or even have anything some what bad said about you ever.

He thinks you spend to much money on it you should spend that much on him

He doesnt care about aesthetics or fashion he just wears what he can buy or what is most efficient

He does think that the effort you pit in everyday is admirable

He finds it pretty inefficient for PE or any physical work at all

SEASON 2

RULES:

- Only submit the same character once

- Multiple submissions with different characters are fine!

- Matchups will be posted as soon as I have enough submissions and will include the most submitted characters

-Resubmissions are fine as long as they weren’t on the tourney last time

- Please be as detailed as possible

I had issues on my end with some technicalities and media’s. eg a lot of characters from the hatchetfield musicals by team starkid were just submitted as hatchetfield which made it harder to search for them to identify them and get pictures etc. If those and similar fandoms could be submitted with what musical etc they’re from that would be great :)

This tournament includes 96 characters named James, Jim, Jimmy, and Jay (with some others too), and they will all be competing in 6 brackets of 16, and the winners of those will be participating in two semifinals, and the winners of the semifinals will fight each other in the final finals! it's not that you ever particularly disliked him - you just didn't know how to respond to such forwardness and decided to keep your distance from that cocky smirk. he was certainly a kind person, if not a bit perplexing at times

he'd had a reputation of being a bit of a playboy - with that smoulder, admittedly nice body, and outgoing personality, it wasn't a secret that he was well-liked among the school population

so when you end up recognizing him years later - behind the hoodie and sunglasses he sports as he stands in line for his coffee in front of you, you can't help but whisper-yell, "carlos?"

he tenses up, and you realize your mistake - after becoming a pro player in japan, he's definitely trying to stay on the down low

but when he turns around with a nervous grin, it slowly melts into a bright one and he calls out your name as if it's refreshing and familiar all in the same - like a spring breeze after a cold winter

you actually expected him to be the type to revel in all the attention, and you're sure he has his share of fangirls - but when he asks you a specific question on a project you've been working on only known to people on your socials, your interest is piqued - had he really been keeping up with you this whole time?

he has an air of maturity to him now, you note, as you fetch your drinks and begin walking outside. you expected some sort of line from him like, "it was always you", but the conversation flows naturally and effortlessly

"hey, listen. i have an interview to get to, but... can we do this again next time? like, longer? i know a good sushi place."

"like, a date?" you blurt out, and you see the always-confident carlos smile bashfully with a small nod.

something in your heart skips, telling you to take a leap. and you love the excited light in his eyes before he dashes away again when you smile,

"... i'd like that, carlos."

i feel like "meeting up with an old friend into possibly something more" was the vibe i got from the song, so i just went with it ehehe. also carlos is super underrated and tbh i'm jealous i gave him to you here LOL. hope you enjoyed!
