A sturdy, sleek tote that fits your laptop but isn't too bulky (with at least one closable interior pocket)
Laptop, AirPods/earbuds, portable charging system for phone/laptop
Laptop stand (changes the game, tbh)
Protective laptop case/sleeve
A planner and a black pen/another color pen for marking up your notes
Another notebook/pad for random notes or a running to-do list

Tips for hair growth

Massage your scalp for 5 minutes a day. This increases the blood flow in the scalp. Your hair follicles derive their nourishment from the blood which delivers oxygen and hair-building nutrients, so the more blood circulation their is, the more nutrients the hair gets, which leads to hair growth👌👌👌.
Regularly oil your hair. Sebum is a natural oil that is produced from the sebaceous glands in our scalp that helps maintain our hair health. Sebum is meant to help by moisturising and lubricating hair as a natural conditioner. But when it’s not produced in balanced amounts, hair feels extra greasy or super dry and flaky. This is where hair oiling can be helpful. A quality hair oil will mimic the effects that natural sebum provides. Because we all produce sebum, hair oiling works for all hair types. When you coat the strands, it seals in the moisture instead of having it evaporate. This properly nourishes the hair deep within the strands and scalp. 
Consistently eat pumpkin seeds. Pumpkin seed extract is a gentle yet effective ingredient that has been scientifically proven to block the 5-alpha reductase enzyme that produces DHT, a byproduct of testosterone that causes hair loss.
Don't wash your hair with hot water. Hot water in the shower can contribute to over-stripping the scalp and hair of natural oils, which can make hair feel brittle and scalp dry.
Remember that you won't see hair growth results immediately, it takes a few months to a year, just remember that consistency is the key!

Hello everyone!
When I was a teenager I struggled a lot with body odor, didn't take care of my personal hygiene much because my mother never taught me these type of things, she always told me it was because of the hormones and never helped me by buying products or teaching me how to take care.
There's nothing to be ashamed of, it's never too late to take care of yourself and everyone has to learn. Some people don't have sisters, present mothers or anyone that teaches them.
Apple Cider Vinegar: if you struggle with body odor, apply some acv with a cotton on the parts you sweat most before you shower. Also you can use acv for your 🐱 BUT DON'T APPLY IT DIRECTLY, pour 1/2 glass of acv into your bath.
Towels: use a different tower for your hands, body and 🐱. After using them, let them air dry and wash them twice a week. I prefer to clean my downpart with water and a towel (only use soap after s*x and when I'm on my period). Make sure to dry it well to avoid infections and fungus.
Oil pulling, tongue scraper and floss: literally changed my life ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Rinse your mouth with coconut oil for 10-15 minutes, it's one of the first things I do when I wake up but you can also do it at night. Tongue scraper everytime I wash my teeth, be gentle! Little pressure is enough. Remember to floss everyday.
Double cleanse: double cleanse your face and body.
Wash your back after conditioning: the rests of conditioner may cause back acne.
Dry exfoliating: exfoliate your skin with a shower glove before you shower.
Try to use unscented soaps or shower gels: products with perfumes tend unbalance your ph. So be careful with the products you choose, I personally recommend the Pure Castille soap as shower gel or the Dove bar soap.
Scents I do not recommend for deodorants: coconut, lemon and rose. I think that the sweat mixed with those scents make the smell worse.
Always carry baby wipes.
Antiperspirant deodorant. I recommend the Vichy antiperspirant deodorant, fun fact: the men's collection is actually better. But wash it off before you go to sleep, so your pores don't spend too much time clogged.

I have no friends on Tumblr currently, but even if I did, I also wouldn't want to scroll through messages either. So I made this— an account I- (and also you if you like) -can dedicate as a "save for later" option. I'm not making any changes to this profile; I have no reason to log back into this account as I will be able to look at the things I send here in my main account
To anyone reading this— I hope things are going well for you. If they aren't, I hope things start to look up for you soon.. you are worthy and are deserving of good things, and are beautiful in the ways that actually matter. You need to be kinder to yourself. I know it's hard sometimes, but you need to take care of yourself, even if you can only do so much at a time. That is enough.
You are the one love of your life, even if you have trouble loving yourself sometimes. It doesn't make you unlovable. The way people in your life have treated you, doesn't make you unlovable either even if it feels like it. The way you feel is valid even when you can't always trust how you feel or how you think, especially whenever it's about yourself. You are loved, and you are important.
I know it can feel like all it ever does is rain, and all you ever get is the cold of the storm that never ends. But I promise you, the only way it'll never end is if you give up before the storms over. The sun is always behind even the darkest clouds. You just gotta keep going long enough for it to peek through
