Honestly? I'm in LOVE with the idea that Lex is a KonTim shipper till death. It's hilarious, and most importantly, it has unlimited potential.

Kon keeps dating other people and Lex is always sighing and going "When are you going to realize you're losing the chance to date someone better?" & he's referring to that Robin boy who might be strangely similar to Lex in more than one thing 🤭

Tim: "Hello, Mr. Luthor! I saw your new battle suit on TV yesterday, brilliant work! I wish I had one"

Lex: "Oh, my, thank you, Timothy! Although you don't need one, my dear Conner will surely protect you"

Kon: "HE'S NOT MY BOYFRIEND!!!"

From behind Mr. Wayne's leg, it sprouted another kid. He had big blue eyes, pale skin, and untidy hair. He looked very delicate, and more like a puppy than someone trained to take down evil aliens.

Kon felt strange. He was sweating cold, his heart throbbing.

He had never felt like this before.

He stared at Tim. Tim stared at him. No one had dared to speak.

It was Kon who spoke first, "You are very pretty! You have the eyes of a cow!"

What could go wrong with organizing a playdate among the sons of the world's finest?

I did this idea with Jason but what if it was with Kon instead. Danny needs stable clone DNA to help stabilize Ellie; he finds Superboy and asks him to help stabilize Ellie. Kon is touched by the fact that he's trying to save her and agrees to help with it. Neither were told that Ellie would end up being the deaged or that the DNA would mix and that Ellie would technically become their kid. The two of them end up doing partial custody and getting to know one another well this is going on. whether they end up together or not is entirely up for interpretation.

I think because Danny is used to the weirdest option being the correct one and Kon is literally a clone they would think that everyone would automatically assume the weirdest option too. it would be funny for Kon to just off-handedly mention Ellie first and not make a big announcement. so everyone thinks that Ellie has been in his life a lot longer than she actually has been. I imagine that because of Danny's flightiness because of powers and probably him being in the ghost zone trying to stabilize Ellie it would seem like Danny had a hidden pregnancy. even if they did DNA testing any cloning signs would be put down to Kons DNA.

Kon's friends like Tim or Bart Meet Ellie during some sort of drop off. like Danny is going on a field trip and needs Kon to watch Ellie for the weekend. He probably mentions this and everyone is like can we go see your kid. I imagine that's how they would be introduced to Danny. it would especially be confusing if Danny is just very civilian but also so nonchalant about all of the hero stuff going on. Danny was very much raised by jazz in a very small town so any sign of obvious weirdness is very much not shown. Ellie is probably young enough that she doesn't really understand secret keeping even if she has her memories so she's probably floating around. Everyone takes that as a sign that Ellie is definitely Kon's.

If you go the Romantic route with Kon and Danny, Kon would mention that he's going on a date with Danny and for anyone to babysit. It is later revealed that this would be their first date and then everyone would question how the hell they even had a kid in the first place if this was their first date. it would make everyone think that Ellie is very much a one-night stand baby and I think that would be hilarious.

[An hour later]

Metropolis reporter: today's breaking news Batman and the Robins are chasing after Superboy while throwing profanities. Oh wait we see Red Hood let's ask him about the situation

Reporter: Red Hood what brings you all to the metropolis today?

Red Hood: oh it's just a family outing to promote tourism to Gotham not like we are trying to make Superboy disappear from the face of the earth and bury him somewhere. Now now where did our Superboy kid run off to now?

Reporter:

[In Kent house hold]

Kon: Dad...you know I love you soo much right?

Clark[sighing]: what did you do this time?

Kon: Dad you gotta protect me they are coming for me

Clark: they who?

Kon: the bat fa-

[Window breaking and batfam entering]

Kon[already using Clark as human shield]: they are here dad

Bruce: Clark stay out of this

Clark[confused]: what did he do for the whole bat family to chase after him

Damian: ask him yourself

Clark: so what did you do?

Kon[shyly grinning]: I complimented Tim's ass..

Clark: I mean I see where you are coming from..I mean Bruce also has a great ass..but that's not the point now.

Dick: guess it's time to end the whole Superman bloodline

Jason: deviation in the plan now it's both dad-son duo

Clark: Can I say something before I die?

Bruce[with kryptonite]: you may speak

Clark: Bruce I always wanted to tell you something, you look really beautiful, and last Thursday, you looked amazing in those black undies.

Danny has a job at the daily planet and clark is all work-dad around him

of course Danny eventually gets invited to eat at the kents, surprisingly, he and kon get along great

So Danny keeps getting invited, until one day both him and Tim get invited

And Danny? He immediately pings up on tim's "new sibling" radar, like a bright flashing point and tim asks him how he feels about getting adopted by a billionaire

"I have personal beef with any rich man, especially those guys that have an underground cave underneath their mansion, so if anyone fits either of those criterias? I'm out"

Tim silently cursing because damnit bruce, you check of both

Clark internally sighs a breath of relief, he did not say anything about him-

"Oh, I also don't like people who don't like clones"

Jon, Kon, Tim and Damian all chatting, and start musing on their various anxieties about going dark side and how they would stop each other.

Elle wanders in and only catches the last bit where Jon and Damian are referencing world domination and is just like:

Elle: Oh, are we going dark side? Who do you guys need me to fight? I can body just about anyone in the League but I'm pretty sure Batman had some tricks up his sleeve to deal with me so we'll have to account for that. I know you guys aren't gonna want to kill anyone in your families, but I'm pretty sure I could alter the nightmare dimension to be less, you know, nightmare-y while still keeping it inescapable so that's an option -

Jon: W h a t

Damian: We are not going "dark side" Nightingale...probably.

Jon: Definitely! Definitely no dark side!

Elle, relieved: Oh thank the Ancients, that was gonna be such a bummer

Tim: Jesus Christ you didn't even hesitate

Kon: You didn't even need any kind of justification. Did you just hear Jon say "take over the world" and that was all you needed???

Elle: I mean, yeah? I wouldn't be happy about it but I'm not just gonna let Jolly and Day go and take over the world without me.

Jon: I'm not sure if I should feel touched or worried...

Damian: Are you seriously saying your loyalty to us is greater than your duty to the world?

Elle: Day I would crack the universe in half and devour the souls everyone who ever so much mildly inconvenienced you two if you asked.

Danny ends up in the DC Universe with no way to get home so he starts setting up his own business to make money and so it's easier to get the supplies he needs to get home. along the way he gets mixed up with something that he doesn't quite realize is villainous and it gets crashed by Heroes. he gets away Scot free because he didn't realize it was villainous but the heroes think that he's not so innocent and are trying to prove it. I'm imagining the heroes to be Tim and Kon but this can work with other Heroes. They end up building a rivalry mostly because they keep crashing Danny's things to prove it and Danny sees right through them. I think the 5th crashing of Danny's plans Danny just prepares for them and that convinces them more that he's a villain.

Why I have specifically created this idea is so Elle/Dani ends up with Danny in the DC Universe later and she is very obvious about being a clone, she has no reason to hide it. I want there to be a fight between Tim and Kon of which one was cloned forgetting that they can, you know, ask Danny and Dani. They think Ellie is created for the same reason as Kon and are trying to help her when in reality she was created by Danny's nemesis to take down Danny. Tim and Connor are trying to take credit for Ellie and parent her but both Danny and Ellie have no idea why.
