“But i dont wannnnaaaaa goooooo!..” you whined as you declined your dad’s offer to go to his big company party. “Sweetheart this is a huge deal for me …” your dad countered. “… more over, mr.jeon is going to be there ..!” Your ears perked up at the mention of Mr. Jeon. The tall, tatted bachelor with his piercings and built body, who has been your dad’s best friend since his college days.
Since you were a teenager, you have had the biggest crush on him. He was perfect in every way. He was older. More wiser. Handsome. Just your type. The initial infatuation was small, but as you grew into your adult years, it grew stronger.
You were starting to dream about him. Not even the usual kind. Wet dreams.
He grew older like fine wine. Body covered in beautiful art. Built like an actual Greek god.
Surprisingly, he was not yet married, even though he was well off in his late 40s. He used to say 'no woman has ever caught my attention' when someone mentioned him still being single at his age—from what you've heard.
Your dad and him, being business partners, frequently bring him to your home. Always hanging out at the bar or in your dad’s study. You capitalized on these small visits and began attempting to attract his attention. Whenever he came over, you started hanging out at the bar. Offering to make him special drinks. Talking about his interests , which you found out through intense stalking just to impress him. wearing revealing clothes, buying him his favorite food and snacks whenever you visit his office to pick up something for your father. You got very close to him. Your obsession with him became stronger because he seemed so nonchalant about your little tactics. The worst thing you have ever done was hire someone to break off one of his relationships. Only you were meant for him. No one else.
Hearing your father say that he would be there was another opportunity to impress him. You shot up. “WHY DIDN’T YOU SAY THIS BEFORE???” You say as you rummage into your closet for the perfect dress. Your father believed that your attraction to Jungkook was innocent and similar to that of a child. You had always said you hated the smell of alcohol, so he thought it was strange for you to start hanging out at the bar. Despite noticing many changes, he dismissed them as 'innocence', so he expected you to join him if he mentioned Jungkook. He left your room with a satisfied smile on his lips. You finally found the dress. A satin spaghetti strap dress in black, his favorite color, with a dangerously low open back. The dress was revealing when you put it on; the side of your boob was peeking out, but it hugged your curves perfectly. As the time got closer, you finished up spraying on your most expensive perfume, taking a final look at yourself before leaving.
The party was classy. A huge venue with what appeared to be millions of waiters with champagne. Upon entering the venue with your family, your eyes immediately searched for Jungkook. It wasn't long before you spotted him in the middle of a small group. He seemed to notice your family and hurried towards all of you without delay. As he got closer, your heart was beating fast. “Hey hey! My man!” He said taking your dad into a tight hug. “You could have come a bit more later!” He said sarcastically, taking a jab at your dad’s late-coming habit. “Don't blame me! This one took too long!” Your dad exclaimed, hugging you by your side. Jungkook’s eyes landed on you. He stared you down. Taking in each and every curve, his eyes eventually landed on your chest before he looked at your face and smiled. “So glad you came! You look gorgeous tonight.” He said, taking in your hand and kissing the back of your palm slowly, in a sensual way, while deeply staring into your eyes. He pulled away and rubbed the skin with his thumb before giving you a smirk. You felt your insides melt and your brain malfunction at his simple gesture. You were frozen in place and didn’t know what to do. You shyly backed away and looked down , trying to hide your wide smile with your bangs, which Jungkook took notes on.
Time flew by as you watched Jungkook speak in front of the huge crowd with charisma and confidence. One of his best traits. He always caught everyone’s attention with his choice of words and tone. It was embarrassing for you to admit that, but it turned you on. Your legs were crossed, rubbing your thighs together from time to time, and no one seemed to notice, except for Jungkook, of course. He eyed you every time you made a small movement.
All the speeches and boring talks concluded, which made you run out onto the balcony for some fresh air. You stared off into the distance, thinking about what Jungkook had done to you earlier. Was it platonic? Was he just being nice? Does he have feeli- “did all those old men bore you out?” Jungkook was behind you. His voice husky. His lip and eyebrow piercing, shining under the moonlight. You were caught off guard and turned around to see ‘your man', “mr.jeon! Ugh you scared me!” You said dramatically, placing a hand on your chest. He gets closer with a charming smile on his face and hands in his pockets. “My apologies. I didn't mean to scare you!” He let out a soft chuckle. “How is your night going?” He asked you. “Hm? Oh good i guess, it’s kinda boring, but i would do anything for my father..” He chuckled and gave you a side eye. “For your father? Really?” it seemed like he knew the real reason why you were here in the first place. “Wdym really? I love my dad!” You said in a playful, offended tone.  He chuckled once again. “Fine fine! I know how much you adore him.” You sighed softly and smiled.
“I like that dress on you. It suits you a lot.”  He said while eyeing you. You blushed at his compliment, looking down and fiddling with your acrylic nails. “Thank you..” you mumbled under your breath. You feel him getting closer to you. “Sorry? I didn’t hear you,  sweetheart.” His hands were on your hips, squeezing them softly. You froze in place. Heart beating faster. Your legs threatening to fall. His hands creeped towards your ass. Groping it softly, not wanting to seem too pushy. “Mr.jeon…-“ you let out a shaky whimper at his touch. “It’s jungkook for you, doll.” He said leaning in closer to your ears. He took a huge sniff of your neck and hair. “Thierry mugler alien eau de parfum? You have good taste.” He said while softly chuckling in your ears before pulling away. He lifted your chin so you can look at him. Your eyebrows were slightly furrowed as you stared into his intoxicating eyes. “What did you want to say earlier?” You gulped before speaking up. “Thank you… jungkook.” He smiled at you before placing a kiss on your forehead. His hands went under your ears, caressing the soft skin gently. Your eyes widened, and you just stood there. “I’ll see you around okay?” He said smiling before he left. You were standing put, like a statue, your limbs refusing to move.
A few days went by, and you were still processing whatever happened with jungkook that night. His kiss. The way his hands caressed your body. His little nicknames. It was just too much to process. You didn’t see or hear much from jungkook since that day. There were small interactions, but he seemed to ignore you each time. You were starting to get worried. What happened? What did you do wrong? Did you fuck up? Does he hate you?. You never stopped overthinking.
One morning, you heard the familiar voice of Jungkook from the kitchen, laughing and giggling with your father. You quickly put on your clothes and dolled up, still hoping to impress him, before you went downstairs. “Ah! She’s finally awake! We were just talking about you!” Your father exclaimed. You observed jungkook as he sat on the kitchen island and ate what appeared to be lucky charms. His favorite cereal. He glanced at you briefly before turning away. You felt your heart shatter. After all that he did? Is this the way he treats you? . You walked past him and got yourself a glass of orange juice. “Did you sleepwell princess?” Your father inquired. Jungkook was still not looking at you. His gaze was fixed on the newspaper in front of him. “Yeah yeah i did.” You said putting on a fake smile. “Oh!” Your father exclaimed as he heard his phone ring. “Excuse me.” He said before rushing out of the kitchen.
You glared at jungkook and gulped down your orange juice before dropping the glass onto the table. Jungkook noticed your action, which made him put his newspaper aside and walk towards you. “What’s wrong?” He inquired, leaning onto the island. “Hmph!” You huffed, turning around. He let out a low chuckle, shaking his head. “Come onnn! Tell me.” He said while hugging your waist from the back. You let out a heavy sigh before turning back around. “What did I do wrong? Why do you keep doing this to me?” You asked. “Doing what?” “Are you seriously going to act like you don’t know?” You said folding your arms. Jungkook had a confused look on his face. “You are ignoring me damn it!” “Ohhhhh! About that! I just didn’t have anything to say.” He said shrugging. You rolled your eyes at him. “Admit it, Jungkook, you just want to play with my feelings. You don’t care about me. You never did.” You let it all out. It was weird for you to act like this, but you couldn’t help yourself. Jungkooks eyes darkened, and he stared at you. You gulp.  “You think I don’t care about you? Me? Not caring about you? You think i come to your house almost every other day for your father?” He said while pushing you down onto the island. He turned you around and hugged you close to his body; you could feel his clothed hard dick on your pussy. You shudder when he slowly grinds his hips into your behind. “Ya feel that doll? Thats how you got me everyday..” he said whispering into your ears. His free hand found your right tit before he gave it a squeeze. Tugging the thin white fabric of your crop top down to expose your hardened nipple. You hear him darkly chuckle in your ear before giving the sensitive bud a squeeze. His hips never seemed to stop as he continued dry-humping you. You felt yourself involuntarily lowering yourself on the island, pushing your ass back into him for more stimulation. He immediately pulls away, leaving you weak and clenching around absolutely nothing. You whined, turning around to face him with pleading eyes. “What?” He scoffed at how desperate you were. He got closer and fixed your shirt. He didn’t say anything and just rubbed your shoulders down before walking away.
A while later, you were napping in your bedroom. It was not uncommon for you to take naps in between the day since you were basically unemployed and didn’t have much to do, and you also needed one after what happened with jungkook.
All the blinds were shut, leaving the room completely dark. It was silent; the only sound that was heard was the faint noise of the air conditioner. You were in deep sleep and didn’t notice or hear Jungkook entering your room. You felt the bed sink next to you before you felt a cold hand on your hip. His hands, kneading the soft flesh of your ass before it grazed around your desperate cunt. You whine when you feel his fingers touch and draw circles on your sensitive part. “Shh..” he shushed you before pressing onto your pussy. He chuckles at how quickly you got wet. Your mouth was agape, soft grunts escaping every second. He slowly pushed you onto your stomach, climbing on top of you before pulling your pink panties to the side.
It was dark, and he couldn’t see much, but he could feel how soaked you were. He spread your cheeks and lowered his mouth down onto your cunt, sucking on it. Your eyes shot open, heavy breathing as you turned around to see the man of your dreams eat you out from behind. “Ju-jungkook..?” He shut you up by lapping his tongue over your dripping cunt. You let out a loud moan, your head falling sideways, already drooling even though he barely started. He lifted your ass up using his strong hands, making you arch your back. He dropped his head lower and started sucking on your clit, his big nose pressing into your soaking pussy. You grabbed a handful of his hair from behind and pushed him closer. He hummed into your pussy, making you gasp for air. Loud slurping and squelching sounds, along with his groans and your moans, echoed throughout the room. You were seeing stars. The way his mouth ate you out and the feeling of his cold lip ring on your pussy were beyond comprehensible. Your heart started beating faster as you felt your body warm up, and a knot formed in your abdomen. Jungkook took notes on your body language and pulled away. You cried out when you lost contact.
He leaned in and switched on one of your bed lights, finally giving the room some light. He observed your body. Your ass was still up, your pussy glistening with his spit and your arousal. It was clenching and unclenching around nothing. He let out a scoff before turning you around. Your face already looked fucked out. Tears painted your cheeks, and drool was all over your mouth. He hovered over you, placing a hand on the headboard. He used his other hand to wipe your face clean. “We have gotten ourselves a good hour; better make this quick, alright?” You nodded softly and wrapped your hands around his neck, pulling him into a soft and tender kiss. He kissed you back and hugged you closely to his body. His hands went under your tee, squeezing your tit. You whined into the kiss. “You are so sensitive, sweetheart…” he mumbled. You break off the kiss and cup his face. “Jungkook… want more..” He tilted his head to the side and stared at you. He put on a smirk before standing at the foot of the bed.
He took off his pullover, revealing his tatted arms and toned abs and pecs. The soft bed light that was illuminating the room was able to capture every detail of his body. You stare. Hand in between your legs, squeezed shut. You bit your lip softly before your eyes met his. He gestured for you to come closer, which made you crawl to him. Your face was now right in front of his hard dick. You could see the bulge growing. His hand went behind your head, grasping your hair gently. You looked up at him with your doe eyes, which instantly made him fold, but he kept his composure. He gave you a nod, pushing your head closer to his crotch. Your nose nudged the bulge before your greedy fingers hastily unzipped his pants. Your eyes widened when his cock sprung out and hit his stomach. He was big. Girthy. The tip was red, and you could see his precum peaking from the slit. Without wasting time, you took a stripe from the base of his dick until the tip before you sucked on it. He hissed at the feeling of your plump lips sucking on his sensitive tip. He was starting to get impatient and pushed your head down, filling your mouth even though he was only half way in. You looked at him with teary eyes as you choked around his girth. He almost lost it when you looked up at him with those eyes of yours. His other hand caressed your cheek, pushing himself further down your throat. You could feel him. Your jaws were hurting, and you grabbed onto his hips for stability. Your throat spasmed around his cock. He noticed how you were kinda struggling. “Better make me feel good, okay? I want that throat to show me what it got.” With that, he started thrusting into your mouth. You started choking and gagging around his length, which just turned him on even more.
He yanked your head off of his cock. A string of pre cum and saliva connected your lips and his cock head. You looked up at him and whined, wanting his dick to stuff your mouth again. He bent down to your level before licking your chin clean, swallowing the mixture before speaking to you. “On your knees and hands, baby girl." You obliged immediately, taking off your flimsy tee before throwing your ass in the air and arching your back for him. You felt the bed dip behind you, and jungkooks long dick landed on your ass, slowly grinding through the sheer panties. His wet cock making it translucent. You whimpered, already feeling yourself getting hotter. “You are such a dumbslut.” He lowly chuckled.
“You think it wasn’t obvious?” He removed your skirt and ripped your panties. You gasp at his sudden action. “All these skimpy skirts and tops.. and just when I'm around? Were you that desperate, princess ?” He said while pushing his cockhead into your sopping hole.
You let out a loud moan; his tip was enough to stretch you out. “Not gonna lie… i was very flattered” gripping your ass cheeks as he slowly pushed further, letting you adjust to his size. He continued. “I only kept my cool because you were my best friend's daughter, but—holy shit-“ he gets cut off as you clench around his length, tears already dripping down your face. Your mind fogging up. You were constantly letting out soft moans and whimpers as he slowly bottomed down into you. “Woah there-“ he chuckled. “im not even half way in sweetheart” he said while grabbing a handful of your hair and pulling your head back. You looked at him with teary eyes. Lips quivering. He smirked before kissing your cheek. He let go of your hair and pushed your head down into the pillow using his hand. The other hand was on your hip as he finally pushed all the way in. “Since you are begging for it— ” you let out a loud scream as he filled you to the brim.
Although it was painful, the pleasure made you forget about the pain. you felt warm spit fall on your pussy as he starts moving. “Gon’ fuck you silly, alright? Isn’t that what you wanted? Getting dicked down by your father's friend? What a whore…” You nodded incoherently. A loud cry left your lips as his hips thrust into you harshly. His pace was slow, but the way he thrust in was so... Your body was moving forward with every thrust. Sounds of wet skin slapping echoed through your room. You were not able to focus on anything. His pace increased, and so did the harshness of his thrust. You clenched around him, making him fall forward. He caged your tiny body under his larger one. “Fuck babygirl.. you are gonna rip my dick off..” he chuckled. “Jungk-kook… feels too good…” you managed to blabber out as he fucked into you like a madman. “Yeah? you like that? You liked getting fucked by older men, dont you sweatheart?” You whined as his large hands gripped your hair.
This was wrong. Very wrong. This man has seen you grow up. He has been there since you were a baby.
“Let me hear those pretty sounds…” he said while landing a tight slap on your ass, reddening the area almost immediately. You gasped and whimpered, letting out a loud pornographic moan as Jungkook hit a specific spot. His other hand found your swollen clit and started drawing rough circles on it. Pinching and tugging the abused nub. Your legs trembled, and your moans got louder. “F-fuck! Jungkook…don’t s-stop! Feels so good!” You babbled. Jungkooks eyes were focused on your pussy. The way you took in his length. Your milky white cream coated his entire length, collecting at the base of his cock.
He stopped thrusting in you for a moment. You whined as you felt him suddenly stop. Jungkook smirked before leaning over and whispering in your ears. “Fuck yourself on me, doll.” You cried in defeat. Jungkook placed his hands on his hips, waiting for you to start moving. You gulped before slowly rocking your body forward and backward. You could feel his every inch penetrating the insides of your gummy walls. His large tip hitting your cervix over and over again. “Thats all you can do? Wow.. so pathetic..” he scoffed. You shook your head furiously and started going faster. Jungkook let out a satisfied groan as he watched your ass ripple. “Play with that little clit of yours.” He commanded. You reached down in between your legs, finding the sensitive nub almost immediately. You slowly rubbed your clit, sending shivers down your spine. You moaned out as the stimulation of your pussy and clit was getting overwhelming. You fucked yourself faster on his cock. Mouth in a soft ‘o’ shape and eyes crossed as his cock hit your gspot every time you moved in and out. Jungkook was in a different world. His eyebrows were furrowed, and sweat dripped down his neck. He was close to cumming just by seeing you fuck yourself on him.
His hands spread your ass cheeks, before a glob of spit landed on your asshole. You shuddered and panicked, stopping for a moment. “J-jungko-?” “Just focus on fucking yourself; everything is going to be alright…” he reassured you. You nodded before going back. His long fingers toyed with your rim. You grunt when you feel his fingers prod into your asshole. “Shh- shh.. youre safe .. jus’ wan’ try something new..” You gulped and shut your eyes tightly as his fingers ventured further into your asshole. He shoved three of his fingers into you, making you moan out loud. “Fuckkkkk- so tight…” he whispered. You melt and crumble when you feel his fingers move inside of you. You buried your head in your pillow, muffling out any unholy noise.
Your pussy and asshole clenched around his fingers and dick, making him groan. “So damn sensitive… has any guy fucked you, this good princess?” You shake your head. “N-no sir …” Jungkook shot up at the name. His fingers increasing in speed. You let out choked-out moans and cries as his fingers curled inside your asshole. “Say that again, will ya?” His other hand found your hips and started stretching your pussy out again. “Please.. f-fuck me harder… sir.” That was all it took to make Jungkook go feral. His cock left your pussy and was immediately shoved inside your sensitive ass. Your eyes shot out, and you couldn’t make any noise as you looked back at jungkook with tears rolling down your cheeks. He pinned your wrists behind your back before moving in and out. He struggled, initially. curse him for not stretching you out more, but his cream-coated cock provided enough lube for him to start pounding into you smoothly. “Shits so fucking tight- gah-“ your lips quivered and legs trembled as Jungkook fucked into you with great strength.
You screamed out, finally getting your voice back after he fully plunged his cock into you. Your cunt was leaking arousal, dripping down your thighs. Jungkook didnt seem to stop. His heavy, cum-filled balls were slapping against your pussy. “Jungkoook…- its too- too much!” You cried out. “Take it. You are a big girl. Take it like a big girl. I know you fucking can. Look at your little ass sucking me in. So good. So fucking good.” He pulled your body back and pounded into you. Your face was a mess. You cried and moaned like a bitch in heat every time he filled you to the brim. You felt your orgasm approaching as the feeling of the familiar knot in your stomach began growing. “Jung-jungkook- gon’ cum…” you whined. “Go on princess… be a good girl and cum all over me..” you nodded weakly, focusing on reaching your high. Jungkook flipped you over, laying you down on your back. His hands pushed your legs up against your chest. You were in ecstasy as the new position had you seeing stars. You observed Jungkook's sweaty body and fucked-out face.
A slap was landed on your glistening, sopping pussy before two fingers were shoved inside them. His thumb stimulating your clit. “Ngh- oh fuck- jungkook m’ so close…!” Your eyebrows were knit together, and sweat dripped down your face. The overstimulation getting too intense. Both his hips and hands increased their pace, determined to help you reach your high. You saw white as Jungkook pressed down on your sensitive bud. Clear liquid gushed out of your pussy and landed on his abdomen. You screamed as he continued fucking you through your orgasm. “Yeah.. just like that.. so dirty.. you are such a dirty little girl..” Jungkook's movements got sloppier. Your orgasm turned him on by a mile, and he was close to cumming himself. You twitched under him, still not over your intense orgasm, not noticing that he had slipped out of you and was furiously jerking himself off. His head was thrown back, and soft moans left his mouth. His breath hitched when a load of his milky white cum shot out all over your body. Coating your stomach and your boobs. You moan as you feel his hot cum land on your body, taking the mixture in your shaky fingers and licking it off while staring into his eyes. Jungkook smirked at you with half-lidded eyes.
“My dirty little girl."

PART ONE **UNEDITED**
Tumblr media
┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
A word of profanity left your painted lips as the outsoles of your lace-up boots danced across the limestone floor of the palace, making haste but not in a manner that was unbecoming, your head held high despite your mood running low.
You reached the door of Her Majesty's room with purpose, hands fiddling with the satin of your dress to make sure it covered your shoes. It wasn't that you didn't appreciate the influx of garments your dear aunt had gifted you upon your arrival. Still, the heels Her Majesty had deemed in style this season were particularly uncomfortable. She would no doubt grow sour to see you parading in countryside shoes in her home.
"Your highness." One of the oldest guards snickered, his eyes flicking towards you knowingly as he and another guard moved to open the grand doors to their Queen's private quarters.
You crunched your nose, "Shh."
Of course, the guards had already read the paper… Rotten gossips.
Willing a smile onto your face, you were let into the room. Your aunt sat at her sofa, the furniture floral in design, its fabric dyed a luxurious red. Between her hands were the source of your dismay, the newest Lady Whistledown papers fresh off the press.
You hadn't had the pleasure of reading this week's issue personally, but word traveled outrageously fast in the palace; both maids and guards suckers for a good scandal. You knew quite intimately the matter of its content as you were the matter of its content.
"Ah. Niece. There you are.” The Queen called you over, setting the paper down beside her unceremoniously.
You walked closer stiffly, "Aunt Charlotte, you wished to speak to me?"
"You know I adore you, don't you? You're like a breath of fresh air in this miserably dull palace."
Your once tense shoulders relaxed instantly, taking comfort in knowing she hadn't called you in for a scolding.
"It is you that lights up every room you enter, your Majesty." You bowed your head slightly, knowing well that flattery was your best line of defense should the tides change against you.
"I do, don't I?" She agreed with a grin, before it fell off her face suddenly. "Sorry– whatever were we talking about?"
"Um–"
"Ah, yes! Well, there's no point mincing words. I'm sure you've seen it by now. I mean, can you believe it? That sorrowful sow Whistledown attempting to soil the reputation of my bloodline with such a frivolous title as… as…" She snapped her fingers, forgetting the word she was looking for.
The sound echoed throughout her enormous chambers, currently barren as your aunt was in the process of renovating.
"Ice Princess." You reminded her quietly. She tutted her tongue in recognition.
"How tactless, how tasteless! It is me who sets reputations. Not her. No, no, this simply won't do."
You watched in silence as she pinched the bridge of her nose.
"Remind me, darling. Why weren't you at the Danbury Ball?"
You shifted, thinking back on the excuse you had given her, "I was… ill."
It was a lie, of course. You had been feeling quite well actually when notice of the ball came 'round. But could anyone fault you? Ballrooms and gowns weren't exactly your area of expertise.
Growing up, your mother and your aunt couldn't be more different; you often heard stories of the two sisters butting heads from your grandfather. One sister went on to marry the king of England, the other a humble traveling merchant. One stood throne in England; the other lived simply in France's countryside. Despite their differences, it was no secret that your aunt loved her older sister dearly, writing to her often in hopes of convincing her to come move to England. When she learned that your mother was with child, she even went as far as to purchase land for her sister and soon to be niece.
But your mother was every bit as stubborn as she was kind. She loved her husband and the life she had built with him, staying by his side until she passed last year. Your poor father was grief-stricken; by eight months, the stress on his heart had become too much, dying nearly a year after your mother.
It was your aunt who had reached out first, offering her deepest condolences and, far more noticeably, all the money you could ever need and your very own suite in the palace.
You weren't exactly sure why you had agreed to such a lucrative proposal. You, much like your mother, adored the countryside and the small town you grew up in. And perhaps that was why you agreed, not to move in, but instead to visit. She was family, after all, something you didn't have very much of left, though you have since come to know of a cousin Friedrich, recently married to an Edwina Sharma that your aunt raved on and on about.
In the week you had been here, you had come to know far more about British aristocracy than you ever wished to know, entirely out of your element amidst the corsets and personal maids. Only recently had you managed to lower your number of attending maids to two, a far cry from the original seven you were greeted with.
You did your best to fit in, but you were no fool. You knew nothing of soireés– or how to dance for that matter, so the moment your aunt spoke of a ball, you knew you had to conjure up some excuse as to why you woefully must decline.
"Exactly! For heaven's sake, you were ill. How dare Whistledown suggest otherwise." She gestured at the staff in the room as though they were her audience.
The sound of the Queen's chamber doors being thrown stole the attention of everyone in the room. Unsurprising to you, two young maids barreling in, tripping on each other.
"S-Sorry, Your Majesty!" The blonde stuttered out.
The brunette nodded in agreement, "Our apologies, Your Majesty. We didn't know where her highness had gone–"
"–We came running as soon as we realized she had snuck off."
Isabella and Roselia. Of course. Your two personal maids. You had only just managed to shake them from your trail when you heard the news that the Queen had sent for you. You should have figured they'd inevitably catch up with you.
They were pleasant enough company, the duo were quite funny, actually, but the constant shadowing was something you learned you rather detested. You understood they were under strict orders by the Queen to ensure your every need was attended to but still… surely even nobility understood the concept of wanting to have a moment alone?
"Oh— Are we interrupting something?" Roselia's cheeks went pink, eyes running over the room as she took note of the Queen's pursed mouth. "We'll just… we can wait outside actually."
"Outside, right! We'll be just outside." Isabella chimed in, heading bowing as the brunette maid yanked her back and out of the room.
"Sorry for the intrusion!"
You stifled a snicker, watching as the young maids slipped back out of the Queen's chambers, shutting the grand doors as they went. Your aunt merely rolled her eyes at the bumbling maids.
Suddenly, her Majesty sniffed, and it was as if a switch had been flipped. All her maids ran towards her, offering handkerchiefs as if their life depended on it. You nearly laughed at such a ridiculous display of servitude, but seeing as you had spent well over a week in the palace, you had become accustomed to such theatrics.
"Whistledown is right about one thing, you know." Queen Charlotte said as her nose was blotted at. "Everyone needs to meet you. And meet you they shall."
In surprise, you pulled your eyes from the doting maids, "They shall?"
"Certainly. We shall have a ball. Here in the palace, of course."
You felt your stomach plummet into your leather-bound boots, your aunt's words echoing.
"All of London's marriage-minded ladies and lords are to be invited. We'll show Whistledown just how splendid you are. Oh! How glorious if you were to find a suitor! That certainly would put to rest that frozen title once and for all."
Just faintly, you could make out the sound of white noise buzzing, mixing with the words the Queen spoke. Anxiety flooded you, deafening your brain's attempts to self-soothe and rationalize that this wasn't the catastrophe you felt it was.
"Aunt Charlotte," you tried to swallow, but your mouth felt stripped of all moisture, "I… I'm not sure if that is wise–"
But it was as if she hadn't heard you, rambling on as if you hadn't objected, "I'll be arranging for etiquette and dance lessons since my beloved sister undoubtedly failed to do the same for you. Are you free this afternoon, darling?"
You stood for a moment, no doubt looking foolish as you struggled to get your words out, "I… I suppose I am…"
"Dear, you look like you’ve just seen a ghost. Are you feeling well?" The Queen cocked her head at you, eyes sizing you up with concern.
"I… I am not feeling my best." You admitted.
"That's the second time now. Growing up in the countryside— all that sun and dirt— it's made you weak of constitution. Hm. Very well. We'll wait until you're feeling better. In the meantime, I will begin planning!"
You averted your eyes politely as she bent over suddenly, inhaling a white powder off her tea tray through a nostril. She sat up with an exhale, eyes fluttering open with a smile.
"Oh, how I love having you come to stay in the palace for a change. I'm terribly bored these days, you know." She sighed. "Did you care to assist me with planning?"
Despite how you felt seconds from unearthing your already digested lunch, you managed an apologetic smile, "I'm not sure I'd be of much help. I'm afraid I've never hosted a party before."
"Yes, my dearly departed sister never cared much for such things, did she? Such a shame she raised you out of the aristocracy." She said.
A furrow found your brow.
"You're wrong, you know." You disagreed before you could think to hold your tongue. And just like that you had become a magnet, all eyes in the room snapping towards your frame.
"Oh? About?" The Queen offered you a pointed look.
"About the way I was raised. I wouldn't change a thing about it. My mother didn't fail me… she loved me. I had a mother and father who loved me. That was worth more to me than any new dress could ever." You said, gesturing to the gifted garment you adorned today, with perhaps a touch more spite than you should've.
Of two things those in the palace knew to be true. One— Her Majesty was not wrong. Ever. Her opinion was the first to seek and the only to matter. Anyone was someone because she said so, whether explicitly or subtly.
And two— her love for her niece ran deeper than even she anticipated, as watching you stand before her defiantly didn't fill her with rage as the staff in the room assumed, but rather with melancholy.
You looked like your mother just then. It seemed you reminded her of her sister more and more as the days rolled by.
"Your mother would be pleased to hear that." She merely replied, wondering if her sister might be looking down on you both at this moment. At her words, your entire demeanor softened.
"Very well. Off you go." Your Queen sniffed, a handkerchief at her nose within seconds.
Bowing, you moved to exit the room.
"And niece," she called one last time, causing you to turn around, "must you wear such unsightly footwear under your dress?"
You felt your face grow hot, muttering a quiet apology before exiting the room altogether.
┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
"Chin up, darling." Your aunt reminded you.
You followed her instructions coolly, hoping you didn't look nearly as nervous as you felt.
It was undoubtedly a soirée for the books; every square inch of the ballroom was gilded in gold, the chandeliers' gleam diffusing luxuriously as it bounced around the room.
Eligible men and women of all shapes and sizes had come from far and wide, donned in their absolute best; every possible hue of pink, blue and purple on display for Her Majesty. The ballroom looked akin to the royal grounds, you thought; the cool-toned dresses reminding you of upside-down bellflowers, floating across the marble floor in a synchronized dance.
Flocks of the most noticeable families and town figures had swarmed their way to the royal estate, drowning themselves in champagne as corseted woman fluttered their eyes at the Ton's lords.
But despite their poised smiles, neither woman nor man spared you more than a cautious glance and courteous bow. As the hours ticked by, you couldn't help but feel increasingly uneasy. Was it fear of Her Majesty sitting beside you that kept them away from you? Or was it the less than auspicious picture a certain faceless author had painted for them about you?
"It's rather hot in here, wouldn't you say?" The Queen spoke to you suddenly, looking larger than life from her magnificent throne.
"I suppose." You agreed absentmindedly, far too occupied with how a group of ladies' eyes flickered your way.
She continued, "Perhaps some champagne will cool you down. Why don't you fetch yourself a glass, dear?"
The meaning behind her words was clear. Go. Socialize.
"A splendid idea." You concurred.
Granting yourself one final shaky breath, you straightened up, walking towards the table where drinks were being freshly poured.
"What shall it be, my lady?" A servant greeted you politely as you reached it.
"A glass of champagne, please." You smiled, grateful for a friendly face, perhaps the first of the night.
The servant nodded, moving to open a new bottle.
"She doesn't even hold a title, you know. That Ice Princess."
You blinked, growing still as your ears caught wind of a conversation between party goers not far from you.
"But she's the Queen's niece?"
A sinking feeling washed over you, the kind that made all the other noise in the room disappear. You flirted briefly with abandoning your spot in the room altogether, but the bubbling pour of golden liquid into a glass kept you still. You thanked the servant with a halfhearted smile.
Bringing the glass to your mouth, you turned an ear to the three gossiping ladies, careful to avoid their gaze.
"Word has it her mother married out of the aristocracy." One of them babbled, pulling noises of disbelief from the others.
"Pity. Though, I suppose that explains the appalling way she walks in heels. You'd think she grew hooves from all that time she spent in the countryside." Another prattled. Stifled giggles rang around the group like they were all in some sort of secret, one that wasn't theirs to know. "Can you believe she thinks herself better than us?"
"One more glass, if you please." You asked the same servant, quickly making your way back to the Queen, now with a glass in either hand.
You approached her wordlessly, merely offering her a glass.
"Ah." She accepted the drink eagerly, and for a moment, there was silence, the two family members enjoying the cool velvety acidity of what was no doubt costly champagne.
"It appears the Ton thinks poorly of me." You blurted out.
You felt rather foolish telling this to your aunt. It wasn't as if you really cared what three cankerous aristocrats thought of you. But who else were you to tell? You knew no one.
Your Aunt Charlotte furrowed her delicately painted brow, "Darling, it'll do you well to realize that this Ton doesn't think. They merely reiterate what they've been told. They don't know you. Never mind what they think they know."
But her words went in one ear and out the other, merely background noise to the way you suddenly felt all eyes on you.
And suddenly, your dress was too tight, the ballroom too small. You felt your breath grow shallow, a sure sign of panic. How may others deemed you the subject of gossip tonight? What else were they saying about you?
"I think I should step out for a moment." You muttered.
"Take your maids with you!"
You were halfway across the room before you could even think to register your aunt's reply. Blinking away your tears, you pushed yourself through the crowd, muttering absentminded apologies as partygoers scoffed in protest.
┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
How small you felt sitting alone in the palace's rose gardens. You wept on a stone bench, wishing ever so badly that your mother was here, looking back with sorrow at how she used to pull you into her lap whenever you were upset. How she used to wrap her arms around you, and everything seemed better, if even for a moment.
How you missed her. How you missed your father. How you missed your life away from this shining, hollow palace.
But they were gone, and the simple life that awaited you back home was gone. Aunt Charlotte was all the family you had left. Without your parents, your home was gone.
"Oh! My lady… forgive me!"
A soft voice caused you to gasp, turning to face the man that had walked in on your self wallowing.
You were up on your feet in seconds, wiping away at your face.
"No… no, it is I who should apologize! I'm sorry you had to see me like that." Your cheeks burned.
"See you like what?" The mysterious raven-haired stranger pressed, a note of cheekiness to his tone. "Human? Heaven forbid."
You laughed gently, sniffling away your shame. You knew at once he was no threat to you.
The young lord wasn't exactly sure what had led him to the palace gardens; most of the event seemed to be taking place indoors as the night nipped and chilled unforgivingly. Still, a few stray bodies mingled underneath the string of lights that the palace servants had strung up. He had briefly greeted them, passing through the clouds of cigar smoke and small talk before bounding down limestone stairs.
He had tucked his hands into his pants pockets, sighing as the night's festivities grew quieter the further he slipped away, the crunch of wet grass kissing the underneath of his dress shoes. His mind was heavy with thoughts, hardly noticing where his legs had taken him.
It was the sound of your cries that pulled him from his thoughts and jerked him back to his senses.
He was in the Queen's rose garden; he immediately recognized the vibrant flowers and tall bushes. What he failed to recognize, however, was the weeping girl sitting on a stone bench, a look of embarrassment written plainly on her pretty face as she realized she was not alone.
He was quite handsome, you noticed despite your humiliation. He was younger than most of the lords inside, his face still featuring a certain softness despite his sharp features. His gaze was inherently kind, his warm brown eyes all but beckoning you to lower your guards.
"Lord Jeon.” He introduced himself with a bow, eyes never leaving yours. "Forgive me if I frightened you, my lady. I shall return at once and grant you your privacy."
You sank back down onto the bench, pulling the shawl wrapped around your shoulders closer. Your dress was beautiful— you were beautiful… puffy eyes, smeared makeup and all. He couldn't imagine why a lady like yourself would be weeping in the rose gardens unattended.
"It's alright. I supposed I'm not the only introvert at this party tonight. The garden is big enough for the two of us."
Lord Jeon shrugged, "A bit of fresh air is good for the soul."
You watched cautiously as he walked closer, sitting beside you on the opposite side of the bench.
"You know… I've been told I'm a decent listener." He said suddenly, brown eyes admiring the roses surrounding you.
You blinked, "Is that so?"
"Well… not explicitly. But I've got two ears, so I'd say I do alright." He teased.
You smiled softly, contemplating how much to reveal to this stranger.
"It's… I suppose I'm just a bit out of my element here."
"You?" He seemed surprised, a slight chuckle of disbelief accompanying his question.
"You laughed." You raised a brow.
He bit down on his lower lip as if contemplating his following words.
"Well, it's just… I can't imagine someone like you having trouble at these events." He confessed.
For a moment, you wondered what he could mean. Looking down at your lap, you realized he must be referring to your extraordinarily fanciful garments.
"Ah. These clothes were a gift, and this hair— well, none of this is me. Not really. Truly, I don't know why I came." You sighed.
He nodded, "Beginning to feel that way myself, actually. Most lose interest when they hear my name. I'm a bit of a nobody, it seems."
"Funny. It would appear you and I have the opposite problem." You nearly laughed.
"Uptown girl, are you?"
"I'm afraid I've got a bit of a reputation. And no one cares to know whether it's true or not." You said.
He let out a sigh.
"Terrible soirée full of terrible people. I can't say that doesn't happen here often."
You let his words hang in the night's cold air, your fingers intertwining themselves across your lap.
"Is that all?"
Your head turned to face him, growing warm to find him already looking at you.
"Forgive me, it's just," he continued, "your sadness… it feels heavier than you're letting on."
He watched as your body language changed, suddenly tense as if you had built your walls back up.
He was back up on his feet within seconds, his shoes coming into view by the bottom of your dress as he stood in front of you.
Swallowing down a sob, you allowed yourself to look up at him.
"May I?" He asked, extending a hand out as if wanting yours.
Hesitantly, you gave it to him, assuming you would be ushered back onto your feet. To your surprise, however, he merely flipped your hand over, your palm now facing the night sky.
Your eyes widened as he took a finger and traced a line onto your palm.
No. Not A line. A letter.
L-O-V-E-R-?
He wrote into your palm. You stared at your hand, skin still buzzing faintly from where his finger had run across.
His mother used to do such a thing when he was younger and much angrier, often struggling to say the words when something troubled him. He only hoped it would work for you the way he had for him.
Frowning, you shook your head. He wrote once again.
F-A-M-I-L-Y-?
A tear fell from you as if instinctively. You nodded your head, confirming his suspicions. Spurred on by his touch, you moved to grab his hand, flipping it upside down as he had done to yours.
L-O-N-E-L-Y you wrote.
"… I just wish I had a little bit longer with them." You found yourself saying once you had finished.
"No time is enough when it comes to the people you love." He spoke with heart as if referring to his own personal melancholy.
Another tear fell from your eyes as his thumb ran over your palm, not to spell anything but to offer his condolences.
"No. I suppose not." You sniffed, a shiver running over you as a crisp breeze passed the two of you.
He wrote into your palm again.
C-O-L-D-?
You let out a laugh, shrugging dismissively.
"Here." Lord Jeon suddenly peeled his suit jacket off his shoulders. You froze, stunned silent as he gently draped it over your shoulders, a gentle smile on his face.
Your chest tightened, moved by the gesture of kindness. But before you could think to thank him, his warm fingers were at your palm once more.
F-R-I-E-N-D-?
His smile tugged at your heartstrings. You wondered how anyone inside could possibly look down on him. You didn't need to know his name to see that he was kind, a worthy suitor for any marriage-minded aristocrat.
F-R-I-E-N-D. You wrote back.
Happy was the girl who sat on the cement bench of the palace's rose garden, wrapped up warm under the jacket of the first person to show you genuine, unconditional kindness since arriving weeks ago.
The two strangers sat in silence for a moment, enjoying the quiet of company. Neither of you knew the other, but there was comfort in the silhouettes of the adjacent shadows at your feet, knowing that neither had ill intent towards the other.
"Do you ever wonder what it might be like to live in a palace?"
You fell stiff, mute as you turned towards him, watching how he looked over at the illuminated estate.
"Lonely."
"You think?" He pondered.
"I'm not fond of big empty rooms. They tend to make me feel small." You explained quietly.
"Well, should I ever have a palace, there would be no empty rooms. Every room with music and the sound of children's laughter. I would decree it so."
"Children? And where do you figure you might obtain those?" You chuckled.
"Well, they'd be mine, of course." He grinned lopsidedly.
You grinned back at him. "Then the happiest of children they would be."
You suppose the young lord reminded you somewhat of a child. He was a man by every definition of the word, standing tall and proud, but there was something about the way his large eyes took in the palace that was decidedly childlike. Eyes wide and glimmering with awe.
You watched contently as he suddenly noticed the silver plated container that sat by the leg of the bench; an unopened bottle of champagne sat neatly in a bed of ice, several glasses along side it.
Your dear aunt thought of everything when it came to party planning, you were coming to find out.
"Shall we?" He smirked suggestively.
"I don't see why not." You laughed.
The two of you giggled as he attempted to open the bottle, champagne spilling everywhere. He tried to pour you a glass neatly, but your new friend had no future in bartending, champagne spilling over the glass' edge and onto your fingers.
Sticky but smiling, you brought your glass up, mirroring him.
"A toast." He decided, his own glass now only half full from his carelessness.
"To?" You questioned.
He contemplated for a moment, meeting your inquisitive eyes innocently. A boyish smile broke out across his face.
"To us, of course. Tonight's most undesirables." He declared, making you chuckle.
But before you could touch glasses…
"Your highness!"
Your eyes went wide, your stomach dropping as a certain blond maid came scrambling into the garden.
"Isabella! Please! Just 'my lady' will do." Heat rocketed up your neck, ears no doubt hot to the touch.
Her hands fell to her knees, clearly out of breath from running around the palace grounds, undoubtedly in search of you.
"My lady, I should advise you to return to the party. Her Majesty the Queen has someone she wants you to meet." She cautioned.
You cursed internally.
"Of course, she does. Give me just a moment then. I'll be over shortly."
The young maid's eyes flickered over to Lord Jeon, cheeks rosy.
"But your highness—"
"Thank you, Isabella." You cut her off curtly.
The young maid gave you two one more final look over before nodded, pardoning herself with a curtesy.
Hesitantly, you turned back towards Lord Jeon, unsure what to make of the look of disbelief clearly written across his face.
Awkwardly, you brought your glass to your mouth, taking a cautious sip.
"Your highness? You're a princess?" He gawked, eyes still wide.
"No!" You quipped. "Not… technically?"
The young lord merely blinked at you, his doe eyes telling you everything his mouth wasn't.
You were rambling before you could help yourself.
"M-My mother is the Queen's sister. Technically speaking, she held the title of 'Princess.' Though, I suppose if my mother were born a man then, yes, that would make me a princess— titles are patriarchal in nature, it's all… very complicated, really…"
You felt like you couldn't take in a deep enough breath, the chilly air now burning your lungs.
"So… not a princess. Just… daughter of a princess." He reiterated, clearly stunned.
You felt a frown form on your face, all your etiquette instructor's reminders of poise and manners slipping from your mind.
"I am the Queen's niece. We shall leave it at that."
The handsome lord had the most fascinated look on his face, eyes locked on the way your jaw twitched, mouth shut rigidly to hold back the slew of word vomit you instinctively felt compelled to let out.
The way he held your eyes – the intensity behind his dark orbs – made you uneasy yet engrossed you all the same.
You bit down on the side of your cheek, "Are you upset that I didn't tell you?"
He shook his head suddenly as if trying to shake off his shock.
"No. I'm not."
"Are you… disappointed?" You grimaced.
You hadn't the faintest clue as to what was running around in his handsome head.
"Disappointed?" He cocked his head.
"I'm sorry, I don't know what the hell you're thinking right now, and it's frankly unnerving." You frowned.
The raven-haired man let out a noise that toed the line between amusement and disbelief.
"I think you owe me a toast… your highness." He teased.
Rolling your eyes, you failed to fight back a smile, bringing your champagne glass up to meet his, his smirk assuring you that whoever your aunt wished you to meet could wait a moment or two.

inspired by the lovely Taylor Swift <3
You sit nervously at the edge of the frat party, twirling your hair around your finger. You didn't want to be here, but your brother Jake insisted that you come. Being a freshman surrounded by college juniors and seniors, you couldn't help but feel a little out of place. Sighing, you shrink yourself further into the corner you had claimed, praying to all the god's above for the night to end.
It wasn't all that bad; you had to admit that your brother's frats definitely took the top spot in throwing these parties compared to others. Any other freshman girl would kill to be in your position, but it wasn't your preferred scene. Snapping out of your bored daze, you notice your brother's best friend, Jungkook, a junior, making his way over to you. He was tall and handsome, with tattoos littering his muscular arm and piercings decorating his beautiful face. You had always had a crush on him, but you knew that nothing could ever happen between you, especially not with Jake's strict rules about his friends and you, his sister.
"Hey, Y/N," Jungkook said with a smile. "You look a little uncomfortable. Do you want to come hang with me and some of my friends?"
Against your better judgment, you nodded nervously, following Jungkook through the crowded room. You couldn't help but feel a little more relaxed as you chatted and laughed with his friends. Jungkook had a way of making you feel comfortable, even in a place like this. Jake went up to you, ensuring you were okay, and left only when Jungkook promised to take care of you.
"C'mon Jake! Let her live a little. She's fine!" Jungkook pulls you closer by your shoulders, and you send a small smile toward your leering brother. He sighs, putting his hands up and walking away.
As the night went on, you found yourself getting drunker and drunker. It felt freeing to let loose after such a stressful week full of exams and assignments. Before you knew it, Jungkook had dragged you out to the dance floor. You laughed and danced with Jungkook, wrapping your arms around his neck and pulling him closer. You knew it was wrong, and you knew Jake would absolutely wring both of your necks if he saw the close proximity between you. But then, out of nowhere, Jungkook leaned in and kissed you.
You were shocked at first, but then you found yourself kissing him back. It was like something had been building between you two for months, and now it was finally coming out. You broke apart, both breathing heavily.
"I shouldn't have done that," Jungkook said, looking guilty.
"Do you regret it?" You ask him, lightly scratching at the nape of his neck.
He huffs out a laugh, "No."
You smiled at him. "Then it's okay," you said. "I don't mind."
You spend the rest of the night together, stealing kisses between conversations. Your heart races every time you do, peering over your shoulder to ensure your brother isn't nearby. Jungkook just shook his head at you, pressing a hard kiss to the top of your head as he pulled you closer to him. As the party started to wind down, Jungkook pulled you aside.
"I should probably go," he said. "I don't want anyone to see us leaving together."
You nodded, feeling a little disappointed. You didn't want the moment to end but knew you had to be careful. As you turn to walk away from him, you feel a light grasp on your hand.
"Hey." He calls out to you. You turn around, facing the older man. "I'll see you later." He says, pressing a kiss to your hand before letting you go.
-
Summer passed quickly, and you and Jungkook continued your secret relationship. You would meet up late at night, sneaking around to avoid Jake and your friends. It was exhilarating. The thrill of it all made your relationship all the more illusory. You quickly confronted him, asking him what he felt about you and where he saw you two going.
"I thought it was obvious, Y/N." He replies, smiling. "I love you."
Those words cemented your decision to commit yourself fully and totally to him. Yet as the summer ended, you found yourself getting nervous. What would happen when you had to go back to school? Would it still be the same? It was his last year, after all. Would he really commit to you when he had so many options available once he graduated? He would always try to soothe your worries, though, never forgetting to make his feelings and loyalty for you clear. Yet your insecurities always lingered; try as he might squander them.
Sure enough, the new school year arrived, and you were now a sophomore while Jungkook began his senior year. You continued to sneak around, but you could feel the pressure building. Sometime in the middle of the first semester, Jungkook excitedly announced that his childhood friend, Dayeon, had recently transferred to your school. You were happy for him, it was clear that he was thrilled at the news, and he never failed to explain that she was like his sister. You weren't threatened. However, that all came crumbling down when everyone around him kept making it their mission to convince Jungkook to give Dayeon a chance. They kept telling him he had never had a "real relationship" and that Dayeon would be good for him. You wanted to yell in their faces, 'He has a girlfriend! Who he loves and cherishes! And who loves him back!' but all you could do was bite your tongue and tensely nod.
You tried to ignore it but couldn't help feeling like you were competing with Dayeon. You knew that Jungkook loved you. Hell, he had shown you in so many ways, even giving you a promise ring that you could only stare at because it would raise more questions than anything. Nevertheless, you couldn't shake the feeling that something would go wrong. Call it girlfriend's intuition.
You weren't going to go, even ignoring the pleas that rang from your phone's speaker as you rejected your boyfriend's invite, but seeing how you wrapped up before you thought you would, you decided to attend your brother's weekly house party. It honestly would do you more good than harm anyways. You had been so caught up in your schoolwork that you didn't even have time to see Jungkook the whole week. As you walked into the party, you heard the crowd cheering. Smiling, you follow the sounds of the shouting voices, eager to see the chaos that always inhabited your brother's parties. You looked over to where everyone was pointing and gasping and saw Jungkook and Dayeon standing in the middle of the room. They were being encouraged to kiss by the crowd, who egged the two of them on. Your heart sinks. He wouldn't, right?
You let out a tense gasp as Dayeon lunges forward and kisses Jungkook. You wanted to run away and hide, but your feet felt glued to the floor. When Jungkook finally pushed Dayeon away, your eyes met his, and his bashful smile dropped. You shake your head, trying past the crowd of cheering onlookers. Unbeknownst to you, Jungkook immediately chases after you, but his attempts prove futile as he's forced to see you drive away. He was too late.
You couldn't believe it. Your heart felt like it was breaking into a million pieces. Sure, he pushed her away, but you couldn't shake the feeling in the pit of your stomach as you saw his smile, how he looked at the girl as he patted her head and forced her to stop trying to lunge in for another kiss. Did he think you were a joke? That the whole relationship you had built was nothing but a nasty hidden secret?
You cried herself to sleep that night and woke up feeling empty and lost. You didn't know what to do or how to feel. All your doubts and fears about your relationship came rushing back, and you felt like you had been living a lie.
The next day, Jungkook gathered all your friends to discuss what happened. He admitted to kissing Dayeon but clarified that his feelings for you were real and that the kiss had meant nothing. Jake was furious when he found out about the relationship and Jungkook's subsequent cheating and punched Jungkook in the face. Jungkook didn't retaliate. He knew he deserved it.
Later that day, Jake sat down with you and admitted to hitting Jungkook. He apologized for not taking better care of you and for letting you get hurt by one of his friends. You were shocked, a little guilty, yet somewhat relieved to hear your brother's words. It did little to mend your broken heart, and you wanted nothing more than to check up on Jungkook, but you knew that the right time would come to sort it all out.
Finally, the time came for you to sit down with Jungkook to talk things out. You both had a lot of emotions to work through and as you sit in front of the older man, tears running down your face, you realize that this wasn't how your life was supposed to be.
"You know," you begin, wiping the trailing tears away. "I think that this was meant to happen."
Jungkook frowns, his eyes darting all around your face, trying to discern what you are trying to say. You nodded to yourself, gathering the courage to voice your following words.
"I want to break up." Your words cast a horrified look onto his face.
"What?" He whispers, and you just nod again.
"I'm done sneaking around, Jungkook. I'm done being nothing more than a secret. I deserve to be shown off, to tell my parents that I have a boyfriend who I love and who loves me." You smile, "And I just don't think it's going to happen with us."
“Y/N …” His eyes are piercing into yours, trying to see if he could recognize an ounce of hesitance. He felt as if he couldn't breathe. His heart was beating so fast that he wouldn't be surprised if it somehow managed to jump out of his chest.
"I'm sorry, Jungkook. I love you, I do." You move to get up, walking toward the door and holding it open. "But loving you isn't enough to fix what you've broken."

THE KISS CAM
Pairing : Jeon Jeongguk x Y/N
Genre : Fluff, dating au
Word count : 1k
Summary : you appear on the KISS CAM but with the wrong person…
Tumblr media
Weekends…
There was nothing special about weekends. For you weekends were boring. It consisted of you munching some potato chips, binge watching Kdramas, living up to your name of night owl. That was it. That was the end of it.
But that was until Jungkook came along, your boyfriend of 6 months. Weekends never felt so amazing…
Loving him was so easy…
It felt so natural…
He was shy. He was tired and messy hairs. He was oversized clothes and ripped jeans. He was whispers at 4 am. He was the smell before it rains. He was the love of her life. A love she never expected would be hers. A love so pure, that it feels to good to be true.
Author’s POV
Ding Dong
“Coming…” you yell loud enough for the entire neighbour hood to hear you before making your way to the door to open it.
There he was standing looking handsome, dashing, cool, amazing as ever… Words were never enough to describe him.
“Ready to go?” He enquired before complimenting how beautiful you looked. He always does that. He’ll call you beautiful even if you were ugly-crying some moments ago. He’ll call you beautiful even if you just woke up and ur face is all swollen up. You were always beautiful in his eyes.
“As ready as I’ll ever be.” You chimed in making sure to lock the door before you left.
Jungkook had been so into baseball recently, that he convinced you into going to one of the matches that was being held today.
Time skip
“There, that’s our seat.” He said pointing in the direction of two empty seats, both of you making your way into the direction.
The whole stadium was packed with tons of people. More than half of the population wearing their representative team’s uniform. It was spectacular.
“Y/N, is that you?” You heard a familiar voice beside you, hitting your eardrums, which made you turn your head in the direction.
“Yijoon?”
Hwang Yijoon, or more like your crush during high school. Although you did have feelings for him, but that was a thing in the past. As they always say, first love is never successful.
You grew up, your feeling changed. Both of you lost contact owing to the new chapter of adulting in your respective lives. You both got busy in the marathon of growing up.
You’ve told Jungkook about Yijoon once when he inquired who was the guy in your graduation photo, with hearts drawn all over him. Yes, it was you who drew the hearts, your only means of expressing your love for him.
“Omg, Yijoon-ah, how long has it been?” You were beyond ecstatic to meet him.
“I almost forgot about your existence.”
“Well, that was harsh.” He said placing his hand on his heart.
“You grew up so much Y/N, I almost couldn’t recognise you without your braces and bangs.”
“I’ll take that as a compliment.” You laughed swaying your hair.
Both of you got so busy in catching up that you never realised the game had started and that you had a human being accompany you today.
Jungkook’s POV
“Sigh…” this is the umpteenth time I have been sighing.
I’ve been trying so hard to concentrate on the game but all I can concentrate is on them. I know I shouldn’t be jealous, but it is her CRUSH being referred here. HER F**KING CRUSH.
I so badly want to go and sit between them and tell that guy, “hey dude, we are on a date, and if you don’t mind I’ll have my girlfriend to myself.”
Author’ POV
“Umm…Y/N? Who’s that guy? He has been eyeing us for a while now.” Yijoon inquired.
It was at this moment, she knew she f**ked up.
You quickly turned your attention towards Jungkook giving him an apologetic look.
“Yijoon, meet Jungkook, Jungkook, meet Yijoon.” You quickly introduced both of them.
“Hi, I am Jungkook, Y/N’s boyfriend. I’ve heard a lot about you from Y/N.” Jungkook gave a strong handshake to Yijoon, asserting himself, jealousy clearly visible on his face.
“Hopefully good things.” Yijoon replied.
Before you knew it, it was break time, or should I say KISS CAM TIME.
Numerous couples appeared on the screen, many of them eventually giving in and kissing, all the while, kiss me more by Doja cat played in the background.
“Aww, they are soo adorable.” You squealed clapping your hands, looking at couples on the screen have the time of their lives.
But that was until you appeared on the screen…
With Yijoon…
Oh shit…
You crossed your hands indicating you and Yijoon are not together. Yijoon even tried pointing at Jungkook. But no matter what, the camera wouldn’t budge.
Now even the crowd started chanting, “ kiss kiss kiss….”
That was the end of it. That was the final straw for Jungkook. He pulled you in for a kiss. It was sweet and soft. Our lips were madly in love and married. It didn’t involve tongue. All that was involved was love and longing. Longing for each other.
You could hear the crowd cheering and clapping in the background. But that was all white noise. All that mattered in this moment was you and him. It was your moment.
You pulled away after some time, running short of breath. Your eyes met his.
“Your face is soo…..red. Are you fine?” Jungkook quickly made sure to check your temperature by placing his hand on your forehead.
“I’m fine.” To which he nodded. You could feel your face pulsating, adrenaline still in your veins making a run for it. Conclusion- you were blushing.
“Y/N, you should know you have good taste in men.” Yijoon whispered beside you.

JJK- Baby Don’t Cry
Tumblr media
You and Jungkook had been arguing non stop for the better part of the past two weeks, you had forgotten why you were initially angry at one another instead you had both began to find things to dispute every day, each time it progressively putting you both in a worse position.
You were thankful his schedule had gotten busier in the last week, both needing time to clear your head.
You’d been with Jungkook since you were 18 and he was 19, you’d grown together, you’d had your first everything with one another. First date, first adult relationship, first time.
You’d supported him through the past 6 years of his career as he had yours, you’d started your own clothing business, Jungkook had invested into it, you declined at first but he insisted and eventually you gave in, it had succeeded and your own company had 5 stores in South Korea and 3 in Japan.
It hadn’t been easy, you both had always been under a lot of pressure but you made it work, things never got bad. Not until December 17th.
You knew how much Jungkook was worried about the future, the people he had surrounding him were suddenly about to be doing their own things. Of course he could manage without them, he is a full grown man. He isn’t a helpless child but it still hurt when he had to bid goodbye to his eldest Hyung.
For the first month you had both taken time off work to be with one another, you were close with jin. He acted as a big brother to you, always making sure you were okay. He included you in everything just as much as he did his own fiancé.
Jungkook had cried, gotten angry, refused to do anything and then eventually Namjoon came over with Hoseok and whilst they were all sitting there drinking beer and essentially counselling one another the phone rang.
It was Jin.
They all cried when he let out a “jwehope.” As much as they persisted that they had not cried and that the smell of the beer was just strong causing their eyes to water you knew how much it had effected them.
Jungkook because even more distant after that, he would go to the studio and not come home. A few times you’d had to go to collect him only for him to lock the studio door blocking you out.
Two weeks ago it had gotten the worst it ever had, he had missed your anniversary. He had chosen to go live for army and drink with them.
He had told you he was going to but he forgot to mention he would do it on your very own anniversary. You was furious when he stumbled home the next day complaining of a headache an exhaustion.
You felt awful as you took Bam to the vet for a check up that Jungkook was supposed to take him for. You hadn’t mentioned to him just why you were upset, that conversation was best left for when he sobered up.
You hadn’t anticipated that the second he did he would be back to hiding himself away, refusing to be near you, you felt unwanted. You couldn’t understand this sudden change but you knew one thing and that was that you was not going to let him treat you like this.
You sat on the couch, waiting for him to come home. Usually he would be home anytime after midnight so you prepared yourself for a long night.
It was 4am when he walked in the door, hair messy, his clothes wet most likely from the onslaught of rain.
He jumped seeing you sitting on the couch as he slid his shoes off. “You’re awake.”
“Yep, we need to talk.” You continued to stare out of the window even as you spoke to him.
“What’s wrong now?” He ask, slumping onto the couch opposite you.
You pushed yourself further into the grey corner chair that you had brought a few months ago, you found it comforting to sit and watch the city go by. “Us kook.”
“Nothing is wrong with us.” He defended.
You rolled your eyes, shifting to look at him. “Really? We haven’t stopped arguing for weeks, you forgot our anniversary. You are barely home and when you are you don’t talk to me.”
“It’s not like that.” He shook his head, looking guilty. He shuffled over to your side, pulling you closer to him.
You pulled away earning a hurt look from him, normally you’d rush to fix the problem you usually had amazing communication between you but right now all of those well developed skills no longer existed.
You raised your eyebrows In disbelief. “Then what is it?”
“I just feel so scared, I’m so fucking scared all the time. These next two years are planned out but no plans can predict how we will all feel emotionally, they have always been my family and it’s hard seeing them go one by one when they have already been through so much. I’m so fucking scared because soon enough it’s going to be my turn and what about you? You can’t tell me you won’t be here crying when I’m gone. Fuck we have had each other our entire adult lives, I can barely go a month without you, people don’t respect our privacy enough for you to be able to visit me. How do I know you will all be here when I’m back? I’ll be the last to go you could have all easily moved on.” Your heart breaks as his tears drop to the floor, his nose bright red from the crying.
You knew he had been worried, you knew the time apart for you both would be difficult and in all honesty it probably should have been something you both discussed sooner. You suddenly felt guilty, you’d been so caught up in your own worries that you had failed to notice his.
“Kook, baby don’t cry.” You pulled him in for a hug, trying to make him feel as loved as possible. “I know you’re scared and honestly I am too, I know we haven’t spoken about it but I just thought it would be easier to have this conversation closer to the time. I know the members adore you, I know just how special you are to them, bangtan without you is nothing, the same way it would be nothing if even one of you was missing. When it comes to us all I can say is I have been here since I was 18, you remember the day we met? Never in my wildest dreams did I think that I would end up falling in love with you the way I did. You were such a brat.” You both chuckled before you continued.
“I’m sure the bowling alley we went to on our first date was minuets away from actually collapsing, I still don’t want to know how you even knew that place existed.” You laughed again, he shuffled you around so you were resting against his chest. The faint sound of his heart beat comforting you. “Do you remember the way you invited me to your music bank performance? You handed me an invitation and walked off, I was so confused. I have never waited so long for something in my entire life but seeing you doing what you loved made me so much more interested in you.”
“Firstly, in my defence Namjoon Hyung had told me about that bowling alley. I argued I should have taken you to an expensive restaurant but Jin Hyung said it didn’t matter where you go with someone, it’s always the person that matters not the place. Besides I don’t remember you complaining about how the date ended.” He pinched your side, making you squirm. “Secondly, I was so nervous to ask you to come I even requested they hand out snacks and water so you would be okay. I didn’t want you to just want Jungkook of BTS. I was nervous you were going to sell me out.”
You turned to look at him, he seemed apologetic but you could understand the pressure he was under to maintain his image. “I never knew if you noticed this but I would always turn my phone off so you didn’t worry.”
“I did, after a few dates it became something I was both aware and thankful for, it’s crazy how we never think back to that time. It’s been years and this is the first time we have revisited our beginning.” He sighed.
You drew a breathe before responding, linking your fingers with his. “We are going to be okay, I’m going to be here waiting for you and so what if I cry in your overly expensive sweatshirts and ruin them all, I’ll be okay because at the end of it all we will have each other. We have always had each other Jungkook.”
You felt him relax behind you at your last sentence, as much as he hated to admit it he too craved reassurance the way you did.
“I don’t want you to regret waiting for me.” He whispered, his voice laced with shame.
You shook your head, climbing off him to reposition yourself. You swung a leg over his lap, placing yourself directly in front of his face. “Jeon Jungkook, I have ran away from paparazzi for you, I hid in a bush when you were approached by fans, we went to dates in the sketchiest places for the first two years because I was too afraid to go to anything remotely high end in fear we would get caught, I cooked an entire three course meal when I first met the members just to make a good impression only for you to bring home pizza. We have gone through tours, not seeing each other for weeks, our only time together being spent sleeping, we have argued and we have made mistakes but every single time it has only reaffirmed that I am utterly in love with you and I would wait an eternity to be with you.”
You lean into his touch as he brings a hand to caress your face, his lips pressing a kiss to your forehead, then your nose and your lips. His breath was hot on your face as he mumbled “I thought I was the luckiest person, I had fame, financial security, amazing friends, the ability to pursue my dreams but it all meant nothing without you, you were the final piece to my puzzle.”
“Much like all of those wonderful things I am not going anywhere, ever. Unfortunately you’re stuck with me.”
He shook his head laughing. “I’d be honoured to be stuck with you.”
You laughed with him but slowly it died down and you was left with your own worries. “Why was you pushing me away? You really forgot our anniversary.”
His face fell, his shoulders sagging. “I felt awful, I was trying to work on my album but nothing was working I genuinely thought it wasn’t for another week ever since jin Hyung left and hobi Hyung started to prepare to go time has gone by weirdly. I am so sorry that I wasn’t there for you I am going to do better, I think I was worried so much that you’d leave I started to push you away. I thought at least then I’d be able to prepare myself.”
You lightly smacked his chest. “You are so foolish, you are definitely going to have to make it up to me I am still very mad at you for that but I can understand.”
You knew how hard the last few months were for him. Coincidentally you knew how much of a perfectionist your boyfriend is so you knew he would make it up to you in the most extra way ever.
“What If I buy you a house?” He raises an eyebrow.
“We have a house” you retort.
He hums. “What if I buy you a car.”
“I don’t have my licence.” You laughed.
“What if I buy you a cardboard cut out of me, I see a video of an army with one in her room. You can hug that when I enlist.” He raises his hands as if to defend from an attack as he laughs.
You scowled at him rolling your eyes. “Why would I need a cardboard cut out? I climb into bed with you every day, besides I’m sure my imagination can muster up enough material.”
“You’re such a tease, I’ll make it up to you, you know that right?” He pulls you closer to his chest, his arms feeling like a safe barrier around you.
“I know you will. You know we will be okay? We will figure it out together. Always have and always will.” You smile, knowing that with him everything would all be okay.
“I’m sorry for being so emotional, I know I should have just talked to you. I know we will be okay.” For some reason you find comfort in his reaffirmation of your beliefs.
You pull back, your hands falling to the side of his face as you pull him in for a kiss. “Never ever apologise, you’ve gotten me through my worst and I will you.”
“Don’t cry baby.” He whispers mimicking your earlier words as he brushes away a tear that you had unknowingly shed.
“We will be okay.”
“Always will be.”

BTS Reaction | You’re Jungkook’s Girlfriend
Tumblr media
➭ Pairing: Jeon Jungkook X (F) Reader
➭ Genre: Reaction
➭ Disclaimer: All members of BTS are faces and name claims for this story. This is entirely a work of fiction and by no means is meant to be a projection, judgment or representation of real-life people. “This is Y/N my girlfriend I told you about” Jungkook holds your hand as his band members stare at you in awe. They have never met one of their maknae’s girlfriends before, this one must be serious. You looked at each of them individually and smiled warmly.
Tumblr media
Jimin: Excited. I feel like he would be the first one to introduce himself, give you a big hug and even compliment you on either your hair color or your outfit. He would then probably show you embarrassing photos of Jungkook throughout the years and Jungkook would probably get all embarrassed and shy about it.
Tumblr media
Taehyung: Quiet but friendly, probably watching you from afar for awhile before actually introducing himself. I view him as super chill and down to earth, so he would more than likely start small talk or introduce you to his Yeontan, maybe even take a few selfies with you and of course Jungkook.
Tumblr media
Jhope: Another hugger, but not as much as Jimin. He would probably ask you if you dance or sing and then show you some of his dance moves. He is a ray of sunshine so he probably makes a few jokes that makes you feel more comfortable. I also feel like he would be the one to comment on your beauty.
Tumblr media
Namjoon: Simple handshake, maybe even a side hug if you’re lucky. I view him as super mature he would probably ask you semi personal questions but nothing too intrusive, it’s just small talk to get to know you better. You would have to get to know him more to get more of a “reaction” out of him.
Tumblr media
Yoongi: Another quiet one, but this time I feel like he would wait until you introduced yourself or until Jungkook introduced him to you. I think he would smile warmly at you and say something along the lines of nice to meet you or maybe he would tease Jungkook about how much he talks about you to get the spotlight off of him.
Tumblr media
Jin: I feel like he would introduce himself as world wide handsome and then probably talk about himself or something that catches his interest. Maybe ask you who your bias is, and why it’s not him. Then go about his day, but not in a rude way.

A/N:
This was my first reaction ever so I hope you enjoyed it<3

↝ Warm sunsets mixed with cool breezes
Journeys home from college were always your favourite; the train was hardly vacant, the sunset was at its peak, and the scenery was as picturesque as always. The sun was setting behind the tall mountains, creating pinks, soft blues and golden yellows. You smiled to yourself as you gazed out the window of the train.
It was peaceful and heart-warming.
The book in your hand was a romance novel, filled with heartache and stained cheeks and love and smiles. It made you wonder what it was like to be in love, to live your life along with someone who meant the world to you.
Although you were merely a college student who studied fine art, you had a vivid imagination.
A low grunt brought you out of your daze, you were still three stops away from home, but now, someone was sitting next to you. When you raised your head to see who it was, you were met with lively, brown eyes and a genuinely friendly smile.
It was Jeon Jungkook— captain of the football team.
This was the first time you’d made eye contact with him for longer than ten seconds, not that you were counting or anything. He was handsome up close, captivating almost.
“I didn’t know you got the train!”
His voice was deep yet quiet and cheerful. It caused your heart to jump-start as if it stopped beating the moment you locked eyes… which was impossible, right?
“This is the only way to get home,” you told him. “It’s the quickest and easiest.”
He chuckled, eyes slightly disappearing as his smile simply grew.
“If I knew you travelled by train, I would’ve started using it earlier.”
You weren’t sure what he meant by that; Jungkook was someone who stuck with his small group of friends— he didn’t even spare his football team a second glance— so why would he want to talk to you?
“What are you reading?” He spoke again, eyes now on the book in your hand, “is it an action-packed drama?”
An inaudible laugh parted your lips at the excitement in his voice. You watched him lightly punch the air, presumably emphasising the word ‘action’.
“Actually… it’s a romance novel.”
Jungkook’s eyes met yours again; however, they were softer and gentler this time, and his smile was faint but still evident. You’d never seen this side of him before since he was usually very loud and full of laughs. It was a huge contrast, but you liked it.
The loud voice on the intercom announcing the next stop gained your attention. You turned to glance out of the window while shoving your book into your bag. When you stood up, bag over your shoulder, you gazed at Jungkook and smiled.
“This is me,” you said, smile shy and cheeks pink, “how many stops do you have left?”
The doors opened, and you stepped onto the platform. Jungkook was still smiling at you, hands in his pocket while standing next to the doors.
“I missed it,” he told you with a cheeky smile, “it was two stops ago.”
The doors gradually closed, your eyes wide while you watched the train slowly leave the platform. Jungkook missed his stop. He missed it so he could talk to you.
Is this what it felt like to have your heart racing for someone else?
↝ Autumn butterflies with a hint of orange
You knew Jungkook was soft that he was gentle— you knew because you saw that side of him on the train merely two months ago. But what you didn’t expect was to see him approach strays and play with them with so much sympathy in his eyes because they had been abandoned.
The racing of your heart and the heat in your cheeks drew you out of your gaze. When Jungkook’s eyes met yours, you realised you’d been staring.
“Hi,” he said.
His voice was soft and mellow like cotton candy clouds littering the sky when the sunset.
Your palms were sweaty, mouth dry, “hey,” you said back, simply earning a smile in return.
The cat’s fur was silky and long, you don’t remember when you let Jungkook tug you down by the hem of your dress to crouch next to him, but you weren’t complaining, the autumn air was cold, yet he was warm.
You listened to the cat’s soft purrs and long meows as it requested more attention, for more love and care.
“Have you named it?”
Jungkook shook his head, “I only found her last week,” he told you, “do you want to help me think of a name?”
When your eyes met, you smiled at him, “I actually have one in mind!”
“Really? Please share,” he responded in amusement.
“Marshmallow!”
Jungkook laughed loudly, the sound melodic and contagious as it brought a smile to your lips. It wasn’t the most unique name a cat could be given, but it was the best you could think of when you saw her purr in his arms.
“It’s better than what I would have come up with,” he admitted.
You chuckled to yourself, petting the cat on its head, “you’re unusually quiet today.”
And he was; Jungkook wasn’t his usual cheery, comedic self today. You noticed in the cafeteria when his friends were being loud, and he was sitting silently watching them.
“It’s just one of those days,” he voiced, eyes meeting again.
“I have them too,” you replied in understanding.
Jungkook made you want to hold his hand or simply hold him, but you couldn’t. You didn’t know him well enough. The last time you spoke to him was on the train two months ago.
“I got my driving licence,” he spoke up, answering the silent, ‘why has he not retaken the train?’ The question lingering on your mind.
“That’s great,” you beamed, “congratulations.”
“Yeah, thank you! I won’t have to ask Hoseok for lifts anymore, which is great, but it also makes me a target.”
You laughed at his joke with him. He looked so bright and beautiful when he smiled; the situation caused the butterflies in your stomach to flurry faster.
When his phone buzzed, you realised you wouldn’t get to spend a second longer with him. Of course, you would have liked to, but he was popular and busy.
He smiled at you when your eyes met once more, and you happily smiled back. The cat who was now napping on your lap woke up and stretched its tired limbs as if it knew it was time for it to leave.
Without looking back, you watched her slowly disappear through the bushes surrounding your university building. She got the affection she wanted, and she was satisfied.
“I have last-minute football practice,” Jungkook sighed. He stood up, and you quickly followed his movement. “I’ll see you around, yeah?”
“Yeah.”
He smiled at you once more before running around the corner towards the gym hall.
↝ Sweet coffee with a side of lingering feelings
The pungent aroma of coffee made you crave a cup even more. However, you weren’t sure what you were craving. The café had many options, many fancy names, and a lot of coffee.
You hummed to yourself while your eyes continued to scan the menu. Your mind changed every two seconds. Maybe, a caramel latte will satisfy you… but then, the pumpkin— no, the cinnamon coffee.
This was difficult. Especially since you loved coffee so much.
“I recommend the vanilla latte with a drop of cinnamon.”
You turned your head towards the voice and immediately found yourself smiling.
“You looked like you were having a hard time deciding.”
A light chuckle parted your lips while you nodded your head, “you’re not wrong,” you said, eyes darting back to the menu, “I have an unhealthy obsession with coffee.”
Jungkook’s grin widened, “I do too.”
You playfully gasped in shock, “captain of the football team drinks coffee?”
“I know, I know. Totally badass,” Jungkook joked.
You turned to look at him. The smile on his lips was faint but still genuine. He wasn’t wrong. It was pretty humorous, as well as endearing, you were learning new things about him, and it made you want to know so much more.
“Would you like to join me?” You asked.
Jungkook eagerly nodded his head as if he’d been waiting for you to ask him. It made your heart do this tingly, fuzzy feeling thing— a feeling you couldn’t quite explain, or rather… understand.
The seating area outside was pretty. There were fairy lights strung above the tables, just under the canopy. There was a lovely aesthetic with the sun setting, spreading a golden glow from the sunlight. The coffee went satisfactorily with the cold air, and, Jungkook’s laugh mixed with excited chatter was the perfect touch.
You wanted more days like this. You wanted to see Jungkook more often and talk to him about anything and everything. It was something that lingered on your mind for hours— sometimes days— after being with him.
It was an obvious crush, but you didn’t do anything about it and instead ignored it… until you saw him again. Then your heart raced again, and you would feel all these weird emotions you’d never experienced before…
… not that you were complaining or anything.
“I feel like I can be myself around you.”
Your eyes met Jungkook’s. He was glowing under the dusky, golden light. His voice was deep, low and soft while he spoke to you.
“I feel the same,” you confessed with a small smile, “you’re easy to talk to.”
“I think that’s just the way I am. I’m very outgoing,” he said.
In disagreement, you shook your head, “it’s not just that.”
He chuckled at your reply, not entirely understanding what you meant, but he hoped and presumed it was a good thing. You weren’t someone who would lie, and he knew that because that’s how you were growing up.
Although he never spoke to you, he paid close attention. You were the quiet girl in the back of the class who read her book and ignored her surroundings— you were different.
How could he not pay attention to you?
He remembers the first day you spoke to him, his laces were untied, and you were worried he’d trip over them. He remembers you getting out of your seat— a low huff leaving your lips— and tying his laces for him. He remembers you put your book down to tell him off for not being careful.
He remembers because of the way you smiled at him, gazed at him and cared for him.
Jungkook swore he fell in love that day.
↝ Soft music mixed with heavy rain
The walk to the record store was always one of your favourites. It was a cold and wet morning; the streets were washed with light shades of oranges and dark browns while fallen leaves littered the roads. You smiled to yourself as you admired your surroundings.
There were vinyls upon vinyl, posters covered the wall, and music played in the background. Your hands worked their way through the piles of records, album after album. You smiled at the various bands— some you’d never heard of, some your mum spoke fondly of and others you’d listened to while growing up.
It was one of those peaceful afternoons with nothing on your mind except what you would do when you got home. You contemplated what coffee you should drink and what album you should listen to when you got home. You subconsciously started humming to the song playing through the store.
“DEAN?” Someone next to you asked.
You raised your head and nodded with a broad smile, “music prodigy.”
“I’ll have to give him a listen then, won’t I?” He said while picking up an album, supposedly, for himself.
“You would be missing out if you didn’t,” you joked, “here, follow me.”
The boy with the rectangle smile followed you to the back of the store where you could listen to an album before buying it. After handing him the headphones, you placed the record on the turntable and let it play.
He moved his head to the beat as his smile grew twice the size, making you laugh. You knew he was one of Jungkook’s friends. You’d seen him annoy the oldest of the group many times.
You didn’t think you would ever talk to him, but you didn’t believe Jungkook would ever speak to you again.
“I like him,” he confirmed, taking off the headphones, “I’ll have to get the boys to listen to him too, especially Kookie.”
“Does… does he come here too?”
The boy nodded, “all the time, actually.”
You smiled in response feeling your heart rate increase at the thought of the said boy.
“That’s cool,” you said.
“Yeah… I’m Taehyung, by the way. I realised I didn’t introduce myself.”
“I’m y/n.”
Taehyung lightly patted your head after repeating your name multiple times into the quiet store. He seemed to like how it rolled off his tongue.
“Well, y/n! Thank you for your help!”
You chuckled in response and waved goodbye before making your own way home.
↝ Growing friendships collated with stress.
The library was empty apart from the two other students and you with Jimin. There was one more exam for the both of you before you could finally relax. It had been a long and exciting year, but you were more than ready for it to end.
It had been a tiring day; you’d been awake since 5:30 am due to stress not allowing you to sleep. A yawn left your lips, causing your eyes to water. Jimin smiled at you when your eyes met. He could tell you were beat and felt bad he’d dragged you to the library with him.
“Did you hear about the end of the exam party?”
Jimin was worn-out from studying, and because he knew you felt the same, he was confident you didn’t mind taking a break.
“Yeah, what about it?” You asked with a smile.
“I want you to go with me.”
You cocked an eyebrow at him, “you want me to go to a party?”
He nodded his head. There was an innocent smile on his face while he gazed into your eyes and waited for you to say yes— because any other answer was invalid.
“Okay, only if you drink with me,” you reasoned.
Jimin was a close friend, he was in your art history class, and you were the only one he spoke to. This wasn’t the first time you’d studied together. It was simply a natural occurrence after the first time— when he asked you for help on a deceased artist.
He knew a lot about you since you tended to spill all your secrets when you got drunk, and you’d been drunk more than once around him. Jimin was also the only one who knew all your secrets. Although he was someone who hung out with six other boys and didn’t spend time with you during school, he was kind of an essential person in your life.
And even if you never told him, you knew that he knew.
“It’s a deal,” he agreed, “I’ll be by your side the whole night, and we’ll drink till we get drunk.”
“Or can’t remember who we are,” you added, making him laugh.
Even though none of you voiced your emotions or feelings towards the other, you both knew there was a special friendship between you. A company only the two of you, understood and cherished.
“We’ll have fun like we always do,” he said.
Jimin wasn’t wrong.
“And… Jungkook will be there.”
Your eyes met his mischievous ones, he knew about the slight, growing crush on the younger male, and he never failed to bring him up.
“I told you to stop talking about him,” you scolded.
Jimin laughed, his bunny teeth in full view, “when have I ever listened to you?”
You sighed, “I hate you.”
↝ Alcohol ridden thoughts gardened with raw feelings.
The party was already in full swing when you arrived with Jimin. The majority were already drunk, while others were not far off. You followed Jimin to the back of the house and into the garden. He grabbed two cans of beer from the cooler next to the door before stepping out into the chill air.
“Here,” he offered, “let’s drink till the sun comes out.”
You smiled back, opening the can and taking a mouthful, “Who will care for us if we can’t walk?”
Jimin shrugged his shoulders while slipping an arm around your shoulders, “let’s just enjoy the night, my good friend.”
You laughed out loud, gaining attention from others who simply smiled at the sight— happy to see their fellow classmate/ student happy. Jimin pulled you closer to his side with a cheesy smile on his lips and the feeling of anticipation coursing through him.
He was going to make this night the best one yet.
“Let’s go and see if we can find people we know.”
With a smile still on your lips, you nodded your head and followed him back into the house, hoping you would get to see Jeon Jungkook.
It had been a while since you saw him, the last time was at the cafe when you invited him to join you. Of course, you saw him around campus, but he was either with someone or hurrying to practice, and you were too shy to approach him.
Jimin had stopped next to a group of boys, which you hadn’t noticed until one of them reached for your hand— attempting to get your attention.
His hand was soft, soft and cold.
You briefly glanced at each boy before staring at the one holding your hand, meeting his dark eyes and his dark yet friendly eyes. Your breath caught your throat while you stared at him, studying his features up close…
… Wow.
“It’s been a while.”
Oh god, his voice and that smile.
“It’s nice to see you again.”
Jungkook’s smile grew at your response while he intertwined his fingers with yours and tightened his grip on your hand.
“Likewise,” he muttered.
Your heart was racing in your chest and beating loudly in your ears. It was going to be a long night. However, you weren’t complaining. It had been a while since you saw Jungkook, and you were going to make sure you remembered every second with him. Who knows when you’ll see him again…
“I missed you.”
His voice was deep and low, as if how he felt was a secret to the world. A secret to everyone except you because, at that moment, you were the only one who existed in his eyes.
You turned to look at him with a shy smile, eyes shining under the dim lighting. He was surreal.
“I missed you too.”
It was a whisper, not because you were shy and embarrassed your friend and his friends would hear, but because he was the only one who needed to know. However, you really wanted to share your true feelings, how he made you feel when you were with him, and how you wanted to spend more time with him and see him more often.
What would he say, though?… What would he think?
“Do you want to get away from here?” He asked, hot breath melting your skin.
You met his eyes and slowly nodded your head, bottom lip caught between your teeth. He wanted to spend time with you, of all people… you needed another drink.
Jungkook led you out of the living area and towards the front of the house— where he knew it would be empty since everyone was somewhere in the home or in the garden. Of course, he was right. He always was.
It was nice. The cold air felt good against your warm cheeks and seemed to calm your racing heart. Jungkook was warm, his body close and safe.
You smiled.
“This is nice, isn’t it?”
He was sincere, a simple question with no strings attached.
“It is,” you agreed, squeezing his hand, “it’s better with you.”
Jungkook chuckled into the dark night. It was the first time anyone had ever said that to him. Sure, he knew people enjoyed his company because they always returned, but he’d never heard them say it.
But then again, he didn’t see you all the time.
“I like being with you, y/n.”
You shyly nudged his side, making him laugh once again, “don’t say things like that.”
Jungkook was shining brightly under the moonlight, but this was Jungkook, and he was always shining. He tucked a strand of hair behind your ear, his touch lingering on your cheek, stroking the soft skin with his thumb. His eyes were staring into yours, and you felt your cheeks burn even more.
You wondered if he would lean in and kiss you, but why would he?
“Kookie,” a girl giggled, interrupting your thoughts and time with the boy.
The first thing you noticed was that she was one of the more popular girls, she was a lot more confident than you, too, and you’d seen her with Jungkook before. It made you feel slightly insecure and angry…
Especially when he let go of your hand to talk to her.
He immediately forgot about you.
You watched her flirt with him and laugh with her. This is not how you wanted your night to go. Taking a deep breath, you turned around and went back inside.
Jimin was sitting next to Taehyung when you found him. He smiled at you before pulling you to sit on his lap. After handing you a can of beer, he wrapped his arms around your middle and lay his chin on your shoulder before slipping into his conversation with Taehyung.
You finished your beer and set the can aside while reaching for another. Maybe Jungkook was just supposed to be a friend and nothing more.
A sad love story waiting to be published…
♡ ♡ ♡
It made you laugh because Jimin and Taehyung together were two very funny drunks. Jimin snorted when Taehyung pulled down his pants. He swore he could feel something crawling up his leg.
“I feel something!” He yelped once more.
Taehyung wasn’t wearing his pants anymore. He was lucky his oversized jumper fell to his thighs. However, things only got worse when he set the pants on his head and started strolling down the street as if it was normal.
“Is this a new fashion trend?” You snorted, making Jimin laugh.
The tall male nodded his head, making the legs of the clothing item swing back and forth. This was so stupid, but it was hilarious, and you couldn’t stop yourself from laughing until your stomach hurt.
Jimin stood in front of his friend and tied the legs of the pants around Taehyung’s neck, making him look even more ridiculous than he already did. You would have felt sorry for your neighbours if you weren’t so drunk, but you were having way too much fun to think about them or anyone else, for that matter.
“You guys are too funny!”
Jimin smiled at you before throwing an arm around your shoulder and then Taehyung’s. He led the way to his apartment while murmuring something about new friendships and happiness. And really, all you remember is feeling super pleased that you made a new friend who was just like a lousy drunk as you and Jimin.
Jimin’s apartment was more significant than yours, but it only made sense since he shared it with Taehyung. They were neat boys, just messy drunks. You laughed again.
“You can sleep on the couch, Tae. Y/n will sleep in your bed!”
“Okay, but only after a goodnight hug,” the taller male insisted, holding open his arms and waiting for you.
You smiled widely and stepped into his arms, wrapping yours around his waist. He felt safe.
↝ Hangovers mixed with mistakes
Taehyung was snoring in your ear when you woke up, he was supposed to sleep on the couch in the living room, but he was too tired and lazy to walk that far. It made you laugh because you knew he wanted to sleep on his bed and cuddle.
It wasn’t the first time.
Jimin stepped into the room after knocking on the door with a glass of water and some painkillers. He had the same killer headache as you and Taehyung, so he was ahead of the game and caring as usual.
Which isn’t a trait you’d just learnt about him since this is something he kept letting you know.
“I hope you’re both up for going out because we have no food.”
Taehyung groaned, but you laughed.
“I’m up for going out,” you smiled, “I’m craving coffee.”
“You’re always craving coffee.”
You threw a pillow at Jimin before slipping out of bed and proceeding towards him. Taking the glass of water and pills from his hand, you thanked him with a smile. It’d been less than 24 hours, but it was nice to have good company with people like Taehyung and Jimin, and you were more than happy to have them in your life.
“I’ll meet you guys outside the dorms in 20 minutes,” you said, eyes meeting Taehyung’s briefly, “I need to shower.”
Luckily, you lived across the hall. However, Jungkook lived three doors down— which was something you’d just learnt last night while drunkenly trying to step into Jimin’s and Taehyung’s dorm room.
The memory of ignoring him when he called your name came rushing to mind when you saw him leaning against his door, talking to Namjoon. You made eye contact and felt your cheeks burn under his stare. He probably hated you.
While unlocking your door, you tried to ignore their muffled chatter and the loud laughter coming from Jimin’s dorm. You wished the floor would swallow you whole at times such as this. You glanced towards Jungkook once more before entering your room, and you swear, pinkie swears, swear on your life swear, you saw him roll his eyes at you.
He definitely hated you.
Hopefully, your coffee date with your friends will keep your mind off Jungkook. Maybe over time, you’ll simply magically forget him. As if that’s possible, he’s the football team’s captain, he’s popular, kind, friendly, he’s who everyone wanted to be and be with.
He’s way out of your league, and it took you way too long to realise.
With a deep sigh and some glue, you fixed your slightly broken heart and put on a fake smile. If this is what it was to like someone, you definitely didn’t want to know what it was like to be in love… on that note, maybe you could donate all the romance novels you’ve collected over time.
A loud knock on your door broke you out of your reverie, and muffled chatter and laughter on the other side told you it was Taehyung and Jimin, maybe Namjoon too. If you were honest, you wanted to stay home after sinking into your thoughts.
But you knew Jimin wouldn’t allow that.
You rolled your eyes when there was another knock on the door, followed by someone screaming your name. You told yourself before opening the door with a fake smile on your lips.
That smile didn’t stay on your lips for long, especially after making eye contact with Jeon Jungkook. When you make a mental note to strangle Jimin later, maybe Taehyung can help you.
“Finally,” the tall male exasperated.
You hit the back of his head, making the other two laugh— other two as in Taehyung and Namjoon because frankly, Jungkook wasn’t amused. This was going to be a long, long morning.
Unfortunately for you, the morning coffee date only got worse; you spilt your coffee on yourself. Then you didn’t have enough to buy another, so you had to sit and watch the others drink your favourite drink.
You merged into the background, eyes focused on the window as you watched people walk by, some with smiles and others looking as sad as you. It wasn’t until you felt someone tap your arm that you realised you’d completely zoned out.
“What’s wrong?”
All eyes were on you, including Jungkook’s.
For the first time, you didn’t feel your heart race… maybe the glue you used wasn’t strong enough to keep it together. It was laughable.
Laughable because it was one-sided, and there was no way he’d ever be interested in you, yet here you were with high hopes and a broken heart, which made it laughable.
Eyes meeting Jimin’s concerned ones, you smiled, “nothing, I’m fine.”
It was a lie, and you knew everyone knew it was… but what were you supposed to say? ‘Jungkook hates me, but I might be in love with him, and my heart is broken?’ Yeah, right, you scoffed.
“Do you want me to buy you a drink? Maybe some water?”
Jungkook spoke up this time, and for the first time that morning, he didn’t have evident hate in his eyes. You wanted to cry— not because there was a chance he didn’t hate you, but because you overthought too much for your liking.
“Water would be nice,” you answered.
He smiled… he really smiled, and your eyes widened as you watched him stand up to buy your water. So, maybe he didn’t hate you, but he definitely didn’t have feelings for you.
“What’s up with you?” Jimin questioned as soon as Jungkook left.
You sighed, eyes meeting his worried ones, “I think I’m heartbroken, and there’s no glue out there strong enough to fix it.”
Taehyung and Jimin shared looks before they moved in closer, “is there anything we can do to help?” Jimin asked.
“I don’t think so.”
Taehyung lightly clicked his tongue before tucking a strand of hair behind your ear and soothingly rubbing your back for comfort.
“You’re not alone, y/n.”
Jimin was right. You weren’t alone. You were stuck in a black hole and needed friends to help pull you out. Luckily, you had three.
Jungkook was confused when he returned with your water. Everyone was huddled together, muttering amidst themselves, trying their best to comfort you. His eyebrows furrowed together when he saw Taehyung lightly rub your back.
“What’s going on?” He asked.
Everyone pulled apart, eyes meeting the younger male’s as he glared at his friends.
“They were just trying to make me feel better.”
“Yeah!” Jimin added as he stood up, “there was no need for you to break her heart, man.”
Your eyes widened at Jimin’s words. Jungkook was never supposed to know that.
Jimin huffed to himself before leaving the café with Taehyung close behind. Namjoon glanced at you sympathetically before standing up.
“I think you two have a lot to talk about.”
You watched his figure leave, eyes dropping to your lap when he was out of sight. You could not make eye contact with Jungkook… not when Jimin shouted at him like that. This was all your fault.
“I think Jimin’s right,” Jungkook said, taking a seat in front of you.
“He’s never right,” you argued, making him chuckle.
Your eyes finally met his, they were as soft as they usually were, and for the first time that morning, you felt relaxed.
“I’m sorry. I didn’t think Jimin would shout at you like that. The boys said they wanted to help make me feel better.”
Jungkook slowly nodded his head, trying to understand what was going on.
“I like you,” you finally said, eyes still on his, “actually. It took me a while to realise that you’re way out of my league.”
You tried to laugh it off as a joke, but Jungkook was not impressed.
“Who said you were out of my league?” He asked.
“Me. I saw you with that girl yesterday, and she was so pretty —”
“Is that what this is about? Do you think I like her?”
“Don’t you?”
He scoffed loud and annoyed, “of course not! It’s you I like!”
You opened and closed your mouth, trying to think of something to say, but when nothing came to mind, you opted to keep your mouth shut. That was the last thing you expected Jungkook to say.
It was silent for a long time— okay, for a few seconds, but it felt like a long time before Jungkook spoke up again.
“I…,” he exhaled, “it’s the end of year football game tomorrow. Will you come?”
“Of course! Yes, I would love to.”
“Good,” he sighed in relief, eyes staring out of the window, “good.”
♡ ♡ ♡
If someone asked you about football and what you knew, you would have to say nothing because you were completely clueless. Sure, boys dressed up in big gruff uniforms, running down the field, fighting for a ball was ‘entertaining,’ it was just wasn’t your thing.
Jimin was in disbelief when you told him you were coming to the game— to support the team, not just for Jungkook, but of course, you would like to see him. That would be nice— this statement was followed by nervous laughter.
Of course, your friend didn’t believe you. You were here for Jungkook and Jungkook alone.
“I hate you,” you told Hoseok.
He laughed. He laughed because he’d caught you red-handed.
“I love you too,” he added with a wink making you roll your eyes.
The game was fun to watch, sure. Maybe your eyes were only on Jungkook, but you were still watching the game, which was all that mattered, right? Wrong; according to Jimin, you were supposed to see where the ball was and who had it.
Well, you live, and you learn.
“That’s it!” Jimin shouted, startling you in the process, “we won!”
Your eyes moved towards the field where you saw a group of boys huddled together, shouting with big smiles, but that’s not the important thing. The important thing was when you made eye contact with Jungkook, and he pointed at you and then himself while mouthing the words ‘you’ and ‘me.’
It seemed like he was asking you out on a date to celebrate his win, and he very well deserved one. However, you didn’t expect him to run up the bleachers… towards you when you nodded a’ yes’ to him!
There was a broad smile on your face, eyes still focused on his, and when he got closer, you felt your heart race and ring in your ears. Was this really happening? Yes, yes, it was.
Jungkook reached for your hand and pulled you towards him, lips sealed on yours almost instantly. It would have been as romantic as it was in your books, but you had Jimin screaming in your ear and half the school cheering the two of you on.
“Will you be my girlfriend?” Jungkook asked as soon as he broke away, “I would ask you after our third date like a gentleman, but I don’t have the patience.”
You chuckled at his honesty and kissed his cheek before nodding again, “yes, I’ll be your girlfriend.”
“It’s about time!” You heard Jimin yell.
Another mental note: strangle Jimin with the help of Namjoon and Taehyung.
♡ ♡ ♡
It had only been two months since you became Jungkook’s girlfriend, but you still felt those jittery feelings in your stomach when you were with him, and you were confident they would never leave.
“Are you okay?” Jungkook chuckled when he saw you chewing on your bottom lip.
Your eyes met his, and you smiled gently, “I’m great!”
“Me too,” he replied, hand interlaced in yours, “, especially with you.”
Jimin visibly cringed at the overly sweet words and affections, “gross,” he muttered.
Your eyes met your friend’s, and you smiled at him, “I’m telling Jin and Yoongi.”
He gasped, “you wouldn’t!”
“But she would,” Jin said as he’d overheard the conversation, “and you better believe you’ll get an earful from me.”
“Great,” the male huffed, earning laughter from the group.
Never once did you think you would have seven amazing best friends and one hell of a fantastic boyfriend you loved dearly. And never once would you change this for anything in the world, you were happy, and to be honest, that was all that mattered.
You were living in a romance novel yourself.

He was acting like nothing was wrong but every time you left the room he will show your friend how irritated he was. In the end, your friend ended up leaving without saying goodbyes to you and once she was out Namjoon told you everything she was doing and asked you to choose your friends wisely. Which you did and cut all ties with her.
Jin:

He was so uncomfortable being left alone with with your friend, to the point were if you offer to make coffee he did ask if he could do it. But when you had to use the bathroom he had no option but to stay in the living room with her. He was hoping she didn’t try to flirt with him but to his luck she did and that’s when he snapped at her and told her to leave and to get it in her head that he was with you and he will be stupid if he ever thought of leaving you for her to which she got mad and left.

Drabble 16 - Jungkook and Taehyung make a shocking discovery
warnings: swearing
FULL SERIES COLLECTION
It’s a Thursday night, Jungkook and Taehyung are sitting in Jungkook’s lounge watching hours upon hours of security footage from both yours and Kook’s apartment building that the private investigator has been kind enough to share with them. There’s leftover Chinese takeout food scattered across the dark wooden coffee table, it’s almost eleven pm, adrenaline and desperation are the only thing keeping the pair awake.
After your police questioning Jungkook rushed over to Taehyung’s townhouse, where you explained to him that you think Namjoon still may have a key to your apartment, making him (in Jungkook’s opinion) their number one suspect. Jimin was there too, he gave details of how he’d seen your ex and Jennie right outside the building, something that you’d told Jungkook previously but he hadn’t thought much of it until that day. That was a week ago now, and every night since after work he and Taehyung have dedicated what little free time they have to watching the security footage themselves.
Recently he purchased a new television for a date idea he’d planned, and executed perfectly, little did he know just how useful that decision would prove to be. Now there’s two huge televisions in his lounge, the usual one, mounted to wall with an electric fire underneath – and the new one, sitting directly in front of the fire on the hard floor. Your building security tape is playing on the top tv, Jungkook’s on the bottom. Between the two best friends they’re adamant that they’re going to solve this themselves, as the police and private investigators have proven to be useless.
“You’d better be prepared for the case of your life,” Jungkook mumbles, he’s sat back in sweatpants and a hoodie, legs spread wide open as he keeps his eyes fixed to the screens in front of him, “Cause’ if I see Namjoon on this thing I’m gonna kill him myself.”
At this Taehyung laughs sleepily, adjusting the thin gold rimmed glasses that he has to wear when concentrating to save himself a headache, eyes still glued to the screens, “You’ll have to find a new attorney cause if it turns out he did this, I’ll help you bury his body.”
“What I don’t understand is how somebody was able to get into my apartment to steal the camera and then Y/N’s to leak the video,” Kook rubs his face, reminding himself that he needs to shave in the morning, “Namjoon would’ve never been allowed in my building.”
“What about Jennie? She’s been here before right?”
“Mmm, somebody would’ve stopped her, it’s been over a year since she was last here and even then I think she only came over once.”
Taehyung takes a beat before deciding to change the subject, he needs a mental break from this whole situation that’s taken over his life, “So when’s Y/N moving in?”
“Haven’t asked her yet,” Jungkook huffs with an awkward chuckle, “It’s hard to find the right moment for something like that with this shit going on.”
Pretty soon after you’d first said ‘I love you’ he told his best friend he was going to ask you to live with him, not because you’re ‘technically homeless’ but because he dreads the days when he wakes up and you’re not here. Six months ago Taehyung would’ve been shocked at the fact he wanted to take such a big step in a relationship, but the only shocking part about this is how Taehyung has actually managed to keep it a secret.
“Does your mom know that she’s gonna be moving in?”
“Yeah she’s all for it, my dad tried to talk me out of it obviously but when have I ever cared about his opinion?” Jungkook scoffs, mostly to himself. He’s unsure why his dad doesn’t approve of his relationship but truthfully he doesn’t care, his father doesn’t approve of a lot of things he does and it’s never stopped him from doing them.
“I guess some people could say it’s a bit soon, you’ve known each other what six months now?” Taehyung leans forward, taking a quick sip of fanta before settling back into his seat.
“Ahh that’s true but…” Jungkook smiles, quickly checking his phone for any notifications, typing a quick reply when he sees your name, “When you know, you know.”
Y/N: I miss you ☹
Jungkook: I miss you too baby
“I’m jealous, didn’t know you were such a romantic.” Tae chuckles, cracking his stiff neck as Jungkook pockets his phone, “Hang on is that Jennie?”
Both men sit up straight, suddenly feeling wide awake. Jungkook pauses the screens, and there his ex whatever she is was – clear as day, unlocking the door to your old apartment with a key she’d pulled from her coat pocket. She was alone, glancing round the corridor before entering your private space.
“Ring the PI,” Jungkook instructs his friend, “That’s Jennie.”
“How hasn’t somebody picked up on this?” Taehyung frowns, he’s furious, already dialling the number of their private investigator.
“What’s the bet that she got that key from Namjoon?” Jungkook’s voice is raised as it all clicks into place, your ex-boyfriend is a dead man.
“Over the odds I’d say.” Tae mumbles, calling the PI again when he doesn’t answer the first time, “It must’ve been Jennie who stole your camera from your apartment too.”
But that doesn’t make any sense to Jungkook – there’s no way Jennie would’ve been able to get into his apartment without being questioned, all the security staff know to let you in because you’re his girlfriend, but her? There’s just no way. He’s frowning, checking the date of the security footage from your building so he knows exactly when the tape was leaked. It was the final day of your trip to Korea, of course it was, so that means his camera had to have been stolen before that. While Taehyung attempts to reach the PI one final time Jungkook rewinds the footage playing on the bottom tv, going back to the day before Jennie broke into your apartment.
“We’ve already watched this Guk.” Taehyung looks to him with confusion, somewhat sleep deprived.
“We must’ve missed something, the camera had to be stolen before that.”
Jungkook’s going crazy, all he can think about is the fallout of what Jennie had done. He’d almost lost you, important company investors, not to mention his mom was heartbroken to say the least. All the shit you’ve been through was because of her, her and Namjoon. His leg bounces as a distraction from his own intrusive thoughts.
“Guk the only person that goes in is Y/N.” Taehyung can tell his best friend is close to snapping, but he knows full-well that they’ve already watched the footage for that day and so he tries to rationalise with him, “We watched this two days ago, look it’s Y/N-“ He points to the screen upon seeing your figure arrive at the building wearing all black.
“Wait.” Your boyfriend pauses the television, Taehyung sighs, “Is this clip from the day before Jennie was at Y/N’s apartment?”
Tae freezes, frantically checking the tiny, barely noticeable date and times that display in the corner of the screen, “Yeah definitely… But we were in Seoul that day. Are you saying you think the tapes been tampered with?! How can Y/N be in two places at once? One of the security team must’ve edited—”
Jungkook zones out of the conversation, his racing heartbeat is deafening as the realisation hits him like a tonne of bricks – the video hasn’t been edited, but that’s not you in his building either. No, the truth is far worse than that. He pushes his hair back in a hurry, audibly exhaling, you’re going to be devastated.
“It’s not edited.” Kook’s voice is deep, he presses play on the remote, cursing himself for not noticing this sooner,
“Jungkook the date has to have been edited, that’s Y/N!”
“No, it’s not.”

Jungkook was quick to capture your lips as you finished licking up his salty cum. His tongue forcefully entered your mouth. Hunger was laced all over the kiss. You involuntarily climbed onto his lap as the kiss deepened. Your hands holding his head as his hands started removing your now drenched shorts. You gave him the liberty and started leaving soft hickies on his neck. He held your neck in his grasp and pulled you away. You whined and he pressed the sides of your neck gently before speaking up. “Go get your polaroid. Now.” He commanded and you nodded like a good girl before rushing into your closet to get the polaroid he bought for you.
When you returned you saw jungkook sitting on the edge of your bed, stroking his hardening cock. His clothes were discarded. God he looked so hot. You walked up to him and handed the polaroid, immediately kneeling infront of his crotch as he turned on the polaroid.
You rested your forearms on his thighs, bringing your face closer to his dick, licking up from the underside to his tip, capturing the aching head in your mouth. Jungkook hissed and kept the polaroid beside him, finally giving you the attention. “Ngh-.. you are such a good girl..” he said while bringing the camera back to his vision. “Smile for the camera baby..” and you shamelessly did. You smiled widely with his dick in your mouth. “Perfect..” he mumbled, seeing the pretty picture of you finally appear. He kept them aside and grabbed your head, thrusting in harshly. You choked and gagged at the sudden action. He pushed your head down till your nose hit his base, pulling your head back up after a few seconds, watching as drool slip from your mouth. You gave him your puppy eyes and a small pout.
“Sorry baby..” he giggled before guiding your head back on his dick. “You are just so fucking irresistible.” He said while dragging your mouth all over his length. His grip on your hair tightened as your throat spasmed around his thick length. He pulled your head back and you let out a loud gasp and coughed, finally getting the chance to breathe. He grabbed you by your chin, forcefully making you look up at him. You stared into his eyes with your doe ones. A soft yet hard slap landed on your cheek before jungkook kissed your forehead.
Jungkook pulled you up on your feet by your hair and was quick to throw you onto the bed. Your face fell flat on the soft mattress, your ass jiggled at the impact, and on full display for jungkook. He stood at the foot of the bed and grabbed your ankles, pulling you closer to him. A harsh spank landed on your ass, a signal for you to get into your position. you obliged, very well knowing what he wanted at that moment. You felt the bed dip on one side as jungkook reached over to grab his phone. You heard the record button sound and before you could comprehend, jungkook was spreading your one of your ass cheeks, the camera focusing on your dripping wet cunt. He groaned at the site of your cunt clenching and unclenching. “Mind spreading that beauty for me more, baby?” Your hands immediately reached behind, grabbing the fatty flesh in your grasp and spreading it open for jungkook to get a perfect view of your perfect pussy. “Thats right…” he groaned as he dragged his middle and ring finger up and down your glistening slit. You moaned at the sensation. “That shit turning you on baby? Wait till i give you this dick…fucckkk-“ he said as his fingers dipped into your soaking wet pussy. Soft squelchs were audible and you squeezed around his thick fingers. He curled his fingers into your gspot which made you gasp and moan out loud. He knew exactly where to touch you. He chuckled darkly at your sounds. He pulled his fingers out spreading your wetness over your pussy lips and hole. You felt something warm drip down from your hole and to your pussy, jungkooks spit. “Extra lube..!” He chuckled once again. You let out a loud whine, getting tired of his foreplay. “Mhmmm…i hear you sweetheart” he says while continuing to tease both of your holes, fingers threatening to dip into one of them. “Jungkookie….” You whine out again hoping this time he will give you his dick. “Alright alright…”. His tip pokes at your entrance. “Shits still tight.. gaah-“ he chokes at as he pushes into your sopping cunt. You moan loudly as he keeps pushing himself into you. Its been a while since you got pounded by this giant. “Please..please..please…fuckkkk” you kept babbling nonsenses as he bottomed out in you. A loud gasp left both of your mouths. Jungkook finding it hard to focus his camera on your pussy as the feeling of you wrapped around him takes over. He collects himself up before slowly moving in and out of you. The camera focusing on how your ass ripples every time you come in contact with his pelvis. His unoccupied hand on your lower back, guiding your hips back and worth. The pace starts off slow. Bunch of ‘fucks’ ‘oh yeahs’ and Moans were thrown around the room as your pussy spasmed around his length.
Jungkook leaned over again, placing the camera on the nightstand, balancing it on the lamp placed on table. In this new pov everything could be seen. Your perfect back arch and fucked face was on full display and most importantly the new angle showed how good he fucked you. His hips picked up pace. Hands now gripping your waist tightly. Your head was resting in your arms, eyes rolling back as he kept fucking into you. He grabbed a handful of your hair and pulled your head back,as he leaned forward. Your eyes and his meet, he kissed your forehead as his pace started increasing. You stared up at him as he went in and out of your pussy in an inhumane speed. Loud gasps and choked out moans were leaving your mouth. “Feel good baby yeah? You like it when i fuck you like this dont you? How many people have fucked you after me huh? No one. I know. Cus you are my cockslut. My fucking pussy. Only for mine to breed and wreck. Got that baby? Can your dumb little whore brain understand that?” He was telling nonsense at this point and you just nodded at his words. “Fuckkkkkk…..-“ you let out a loud moan. “Thats right… moan louder bitch. Im gonna make you cry on this cock, thats the only thing you’re fit for.” He says before pushing your head down with his hand. Tears and drool started staining your pillows as he got faster and his thrusts got harder. Jungkook himself was a moaning mess, as your pussy sucked him in and out he couldn’t contain in his sounds. Incoherent words left his mouth nonstop which just turned you on even more. His pace slowed down a bit, before grabbing you by the nape of your neck. His hand wrapped around your neck tight, as he made you face the camera. “Look into the camera baby.. yeah thats right.. show them how fucked up i got you… you just love bouncing on my dick dont you love?” your eyes were tears stained and there was drool all over your face. Bangs sticking to your sweaty forehead and eyes not being able to focus on anything else but just jungkooks dick. He kissed your forehead again and kept fucking you into the mattress. His phone was able to capture the way your face contorted every time he thrusted into you. Your mouth falls open as his other hand landed on your throbbing clit. You let out a choked out cry as he abused your bud. “J-jungkook…im gonna c-cum..,,” you drop your head. “Go on doll.. cum all over my dick.” His movements on your clit increased as he helped you chase your high. You felt yourself crumbling as you came over his dick. White liquid gushed out of your cunt as he continued fucking you. His pelvic region was stained with your arousal. Jungkook felt himself getting closer to his own high as he watched you come undone. “Hang in there baby…” he said while continuously rutting his hips. You felt his dick twitch inside of you. He hunched over your fucked out body. Hands landing on either side of your head. “Fuckkk…i love you so much-..” his head dropped and his hip movement stopped as he finally spilled his cum inside you. Ropes after ropes. You could feel jungkooks hot breath on your neck as well as his quite moans and whines. “Ngh..-“ he let out his final whine before collapsing on you. Gasps and breathing sounds echoed throughout the now quiet room. Jungkook picked himself up, reaching over for his phone before standing upright. He tapped your side and you immediately lifted your ass up for him even though you were extremely tired. He once again focused his camera on your cunt as he pulled out – a white gush of his and your arousal came out and dripped down. He landed a soft slap on your ass. “Good fucking girl.”
The next day, you were watching the kbs livestream of jungkooks arrival at music bank since it was his comeback season and he was scheduled to perform at music bank that day. You watched the livestream eagerly before you see a black van park and then steps out your boyfriend, in all his glory. But something seemed different. His phone was in his hand and there was something familiar on it. On closer inspection your eyes widen at the picture. The polaroid from the night before.

You and Jungkook had been looking forward to this trip to Hawaii for months. The two of you were excited to spend some time away from the stresses of everyday life and just enjoy each other's company. You had invited your friends, fellow couples Taehyung and Jennie, and Jimin and Jiyeon. Jungkook proposed, much to your dismay, that you could also ask Arin to tag along. Arin was his childhood friend, and as much as you tried to like her for your boyfriend's sake, it was so glaringly obvious how not so friendly her attraction was for him. You had brought this up to Jungkook when you first began dating, but he brushed it off, saying they both saw each other as brother and sister and that she was nothing to worry about.
You still had your reservations regarding her, but you didn't put up more of a fight, deciding instead to trust your boyfriend and his loyalty and love for you. The eight of you had just arrived at your hotel and were settling in your rooms. You and Jungkook shared a room, while Taehyung and Jennie, Jimin and Jiyeon, and Arin each had their own rooms.
"Baby?" Jungkook asks. You turn your head in question. "Do you wanna go surfing real quick? We have nothing to do today besides the dinner reservation later tonight."
You smile. The pair of you loved surfing, you began doing it together shortly after you started dating, and it became a sacred tradition you guys had. Every weekend, you would drive to the nearby beach by your shared apartment, surfboard in tow, and surf for hours.
"Of course, my love, let me unpack our clothes first and change into my bathing suit." He nods, squeezing your waist lightly. As you were unpacking, Arin came into your room to chat with Jungkook. Awkwardly, you shuffle into the bathroom to avoid unneeded interaction with her.
"So, have you decided what you want to do first?" Arin asks, trying to make conversation.
"I think we're going to hit the beach and maybe do some surfing," Jungkook replies. Your eye twitches, and you have to restrain every bone in your body from reaching over and slapping him over the head.
"That sounds like so much fun!" Arin exclaims. "Can I come with you guys?"
"Uh, sure," You say, trying to hide your annoyance. Of course. You feel your neck tighten in what you presumed to be pent-up frustration, yet, you know this was only the beginning. 'Whatever,' you thought. You were aware Arin couldn't surf, so you didn't feel bothered. You knew you could leave her behind to swim alone while the pair of you caught some waves.
You should've known that Arin wouldn't keep her mouth quiet, though, because soon enough, the whole group was clambering into your small room, all rambling about how excited they were to surf. You didn't want to sound rude, but you and Jungkook hadn't spent much alone time together recently, and the thought of spending at least a few hours by yourselves sounded so good. You plaster a fake smile, and Jungkook sends you an apologetic one.
The group of you headed down to the beach, and like you predicted, Arin kept trying to join in, but she wasn't very good and kept falling off her board. Your satisfied smile turns sour, though, once Jungkook moves to grab her by the waist and set her back on her own two feet. You wish you could dunk his head underwater and hold him there.
After a while, you all returned to the hotel to prepare for dinner. As you were getting dressed, Arin once again made herself at home in your room, chatting with Jungkook about how he needed to teach her how to surf. Your annoyance was bubbling over at this point because as soon as you walked out of the bathroom, you realized Arin was wearing a dress similar to the one you were in.
This, of course, wouldn't have been a problem; coincidences happen! Yet, you knew you weren't being dramatic in your anger because this was the very same dress you had bought in the resort's small boutique that afternoon when you guys first arrived. The same boutique that all eight of you entered at the same time and where you spent an hour deciding which of the dresses you and the other girls should get and wear for dinner that night. You had all, Arin included, picked out four very different dresses. Your dress was decided by both yourself and Jungkook as he gloated about how beautiful you looked in it. Did she … Did she really go back and buy your same dress?
"Hey, Arin, that's the same dress I was going to wear tonight," You say, slightly annoyed.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I realized later that the one I had initially picked out wasn't flattering on me," Arin replies, not sounding very apologetic.
You quirk an eyebrow, "Hmm, that's so weird because you kept saying how it made you look so good back at the store!" A fake smile on display, you brush past her and make your way toward your boyfriend, struggling to button up his shirt.
"Be nice," He whispers. You finish buttoning up his shirt and reach up to smack him on the forehead. He could be really stupid.
You tried to brush it off, for Jungkook's sake, and you all headed out to dinner. During the meal, Arin kept trying to talk to Jungkook, ignoring you completely. Gritting your teeth at another one of her aggravating laughs, you settle a hand on Jungkook's shoulder, excusing yourself to the bathroom.
Resting your hands on the sink, you try to catch your breath. One, two, three. Breathe in, breathe out. One, two, three. Feeling a lot better now and not like you were going to throw a plate at the annoying girl, you splash some water on your face. You hear the creak of the bathroom door opening, and you tense up, fearing it is the one person you don't want to see.
"Oh my god, y/n, you need to come back right now. I can't stand being near that wench for another second." Jennie whines, reaching to wrap her arms around your waist. With a sigh of relief, you turn around to crush her into a hug.
"Girl, I might throw myself out of the balcony any second. She's being so weird with Jungkook!"  You whine back, causing the girls to nod.
"I noticed. If she did that with Jimin, trust me she would be lost at sea." Jiyeon giggles, brushing my hair out of my face. You smile weakly at her, and the three of you link arms and return to the table.
"There's our girls!" Taehyung announces, getting the table's attention. Jungkook immediately looking over, reaching an arm out toward you and pouting his lips. You grab his arm and lean down to give him a light kiss, and he smiles into it.
"You okay, baby?" He asks. You reply with a curt nod. He frowns, noticing your obvious mood shift, yet before he can ask you what's up, his attention is again on Arin as she continues talking about whatever the hell she is talking about.
As the night went on, you started to feel increasingly uncomfortable. You noticed that Arin honestly did not care. She looked so pathetic, reaching over to slap a hand on his thigh as she laughed. Yet, you knew you looked even more pathetic just watching your boyfriend letting it happen. After dinner, you all headed back to the hotel. You and Jungkook return to your room, and you sigh in relief once your back hits the bed. Jungkook follows suit, the two of you lying silently and staring at the ceiling.
"Hey," He says, effectively getting your attention.
"Hm?" You ask, looking over at him. He sighs, reaching his arm up to cup your cheek.
"I'm sorry we haven't been able to spend time alone today." He whispers. Your heart melts at his large, apologetic eyes. You hum, turning your body to face him better.
"It's okay, baby. I can't say I'm not sad. It's been so long since we've been alone together." You pout, his thumb reaching down to tuck it back into place.
"We're alone now," He smiles, and you nod. He leans in, drapes a leg over your body to tug you closer, and kisses you. You two get lost in each other's touch, but a knock comes from the door before it can get any further.
You pull apart, chests heaving, and Jungkook pats your thigh as he gets up to answer it. You don't even act surprised at who stands on the other side.
"Hey, Jungkook, can I talk to you for a second?" Arin asks.
"Uh, sure," Jungkook says, looking confused. He looks back at you, smiling apologetically, before following after her.
You wait a few minutes, but when they don't return, you can't ignore your racing heartbeat and decide to see what is happening. As you turn the corner, you face one of the worst sights you've ever seen. Arin kissing Jungkook. You wouldn't be surprised if a heart-shaped hole manifested under you because you were sure it fell out and sank to the first floor.
"Jungkook?" You whisper. The pair break apart, Arin gazing up at you with wide eyes, yet not as wide as your startled boyfriend's.
"No, Y/N, it's not what it looks like," Jungkook tries to explain. You hold a hand up to silence him. You didn't notice you were crying until tears started falling onto your cheeks.
"I can't believe you would do this to me," You whimper out, shaking your head and turning around, running back to the room. You barricade yourself inside, holding your head as you sob your heart out.
You packed your bags that night and left the trip early, ignoring everyone's phone calls.
Back home, you were heartbroken. You try to wrap your head around why? He told you, no, he promised you he would never cheat on you. That was the last thing on his mind, or so you thought. You beat yourself up, how could you be so stupid? He was practically cheating on you that whole trip. That kiss was just the nail in the coffin.
Unbeknownst to you, your girlfriends had let Arin have it. They called her all the names in the book, cementing whose side they were on. Jungkook wasn't free from their criticism either. They had read him to filth, which resulted in their boyfriends having to drag them away before they legitimately beheaded him. They decided to end their trip short, too.
A day after you left, the group decided to all come to your apartment at once. They could see some unresolved explanations to be said, and if Jungkook's incessant crying was any indicator, maybe you had gotten it all wrong. One part of it was to have everyone explain their side uninterrupted. The other part was that if there wasn't some sort of mediator, they were sure you would throw your microwave at Jungkook and Arin's heads.
It leads you all here. Silent, sitting in your living room. You stare at the wall, trying to avoid Jungkook's piercing gaze. You know he's fighting every bone in his body not to jump over the coffee table and hug you. He always hated when you cried. You almost feel bad, his red-rimmed eyes and distraught demeanor tugging at your heartstrings. You remind yourself that he cheated on you and doesn't deserve your pity.
After a while, Arin clears her throat, getting everyone's attention. You set your pointed gaze on her, waiting to hear the stupidity about to come out of her mouth.
"I'm so sorry, Y/N. I never meant to hurt you. I just couldn't help my feelings for Jungkook," Arin says, tears in her eyes. Oh? You were confused. Is she admitting that Jungkook didn't cheat on you? You look over at him, and he nods.
"She's right, Y/N. I would never cheat on you. Arin kissed me, and I would've pushed her away! I swear! But you walked in as soon as she kissed me. I didn't even have time to process what had just happened." He's pleading, inching closer to the edge of his seat, almost as if he would pounce on you at any second.
You sigh, sitting up. You look at Arin first. "Arin," you begin. "I've put up with your antics for as long as I can remember. I always knew you liked Jungkook, but I set my feelings aside because I know how important you two are to each other. But this? This was too far. You kissed my boyfriend, Arin. MY boyfriend. You had no right to do that."
She bows her head, muttering another small apology. You turn to Jungkook. "Jungkook. I communicated with you about my feelings regarding your friendship with her. You told me she wasn't a problem, that she wouldn't try anything. Look where that ended us up." He bites his lip, nodding his head in agreement.
You sigh again. "Arin, I forgive you. I know you and Jungkook have been friends for such a long time, and that maybe that manifested into love or whatever, but I need to make one thing clear. If I want my relationship to work out with Jungkook, I need you to stay away from us for the time being. Not for forever, but for a while." She hesitates before nodding, looking toward Jungkook, yet he doesn't even spare her a glance.
"I forgive you too," You say, looking at Jungkook. "But you need to agree with my proposition to make this work. If you can't do that, I really don't want to even bother giving you a second chance."
"Of course." He says almost instantly. You nod.
The rest of your friends pipe up, apologizing for any part they may have played in the situation and promising to support you all in any way they could.
After everyone had left, you and Jungkookwere finally alone. The two of you sit down on the couch, and you let out a tense breath.
"I'm sorry," Jungkook says, taking your hand. "I never wanted to hurt you."
"I know," you reply, tears still in your eyes. "I just...I can't believe that happened."
"I promise you, Y/N, I love you and only you," Jungkook says, looking into your eyes. "Arin's feelings for me don't change that."
You took a deep breath and leaned into him. You knew he was right. Your love for each other was strong enough to overcome any obstacle, even something as painful as this.
"I love you too, Jungkook," you assured, feeling a weight lift off your chest.
You sat there for a while, just holding each other and talking about what had happened. The two of you agreed that you needed to be more mindful of boundaries in your friendships and that you would work together to make sure nothing like this ever happened again.
As the night wore on, you decided to order food and spend the rest of the evening together. You knew it wouldn't be easy, but you were both determined to move past this and come out stronger on the other side.
Arin did eventually come back into your life many, many months later. Thankfully, you all had another conversation in which you reaffirmed your boundaries, and she graciously agreed to them. In the end, your love for each other only grew. You had weathered a brutal storm but came out on the other side more committed to each other than ever before.
