AHHHHH UNDER 50

IM 49KG FEELS SO GOOD LIKE I STOPPED CALCULATING CALORIES AS I TRIED TO GET MY HEAD OUT OF THIS SPACE AND I'VE BEEN ACCIDENTALLY EATING LESS AND NOW IM UNDER 50KG!!!!! I love summer so much as I can just drink all my calories and if I'm drunk I dont need to eat!!!!

Dinner: 100g wholemeal spaghetti (135) 2tbs pesto sauce (160)

Total kcal: 432/500 SW/CW: 55.7kg / 122.8 lbs

Yesterday (Monday 13 June '22) I decided to give de abc diet another go. I tried it a couple of years ago but didn't go through with it. I forgot to log my results in here so here it is. Stay safe xoxo

He wasn't supposed to fall in love with him.

Day 9

Morning weight: 86 Kg

Loss so far: 3.2 Kg / 7 lbs

Calorie limit: 500

So I treated today as a bit like a last supper haha. I find it easy to fast but not when I’m on my own with nothing to do :( I’ve got no friends that live around me so all I’ve got is a tv and an iPad or my PC.

I’ve just smoked all day really, went to the tip because we have a ton of rubbish and our bins were full, then went to Morrisons and got some crates of Monday ultra mango.

Breakfast: 500 cal

2 egg whites 38

Ketchup 5

Lunch: 109

Twister mini 39

1/2 Homemade cake 70

Dinner: 340

ugh i need cigs so badlyy, I have summer school for 5 days anymore but it gets me so annoyed that I need a cig but I ran out of money T.T I also wanna just do a cigs and liquids fast, but I can't bc then I wont have energy for hitting the gym.... yeah this was mainly a pointless rant XD
