The goal is to reduce 3-4 kgs, so it shouldn't be too hard, but let's see ~

~ weigh myself everyday before and after workout and update here
~ calorie count every day
~ don’t eat after 7 pm
~ 2 forms of physical activity every day
~ listen to subs while working out
~ drink water before and after meals
~ skip one meal atleast
~ min 10+ hour fasting
~ go on walks if you’re hungry
~ fidget and tap your fingers feet etc
~ cold shower
~ walk every 30 minutes
~ skip any food that’s optional

ugh i need cigs so badlyy, I have summer school for 5 days anymore but it gets me so annoyed that I need a cig but I ran out of money T.T I also wanna just do a cigs and liquids fast, but I can't bc then I wont have energy for hitting the gym.... yeah this was mainly a pointless rant XD

I was drinking like all the time and it made me start recovery now I’m sober again by choice from alchohol and the disordered eating comes back YAY when will I be free!? Anyways I use these to cope mostly with my gender dysphoria because I swear it feels like there’s bugs all under my skin and I feel so uncomfortable and need to tear my skin off and rip my insides out fr… when I was ⭐️bing myself before I did notice like my dysphoria decreased massively because I had less curves and looked more androgynous/masc 😭👆
