the real fakes and attention whores of the ED community are the 4n4orexics who stuff their face with garbage, sugary and greasy foods and drinks. like, no darling, if you’d actually want to be skinny, you’d start eating right and exercising, but here your lazy ass is, thinking you can hide under the blankets of your bed gouging on literal poison.
your don’t have an ED, your just pathetic.

I want to glow up before school starts in June, so here are the rules, and I'll update every day until school reopens.
The goal is to reduce 3-4 kgs, so it shouldn't be too hard, but let's see ~
♡ rules ♡
~ weigh myself everyday before and after workout and update here
~ calorie count every day
~ don’t eat after 7 pm
~ 2 forms of physical activity every day
~ listen to subs while working out
~ drink water before and after meals
~ skip one meal atleast
~ min 10+ hour fasting
~ go on walks if you’re hungry
~ fidget and tap your fingers feet etc
~ cold shower
~ walk every 30 minutes
~ skip any food that’s optional

~ sit straight it burns cals
~ don’t eat more than 700 cals
