--- I apologize for not posting in a while,,, things have been absolutely awful at home recently :( buuut I think everything is finally getting a bit better, so I had enough energy to make my food look cute today ^-^
Pear is one of my absolute favorite fruit ever!!! It's so sweet and the texture is so lovely! I just chopped it into cubes and ate it with some plain yogurt (if you don't like the taste, you could have it with low-fat flavoured yogurt!) It was like having dessert for lunch :D
I hope everyone's been alright and your life isn't falling apart like mine is ;-; I adore you and please eat something today and drink lots of water and take care ≽ܫ≼₊˚⊹♡

Sesame Chicken and Green Beans ₊˚⊹.✩

--- I don't have exact measurements fr this since I made it a while ago but I'm gonna describe what I did and you can use measurements based on the portion size you choose to make! ^-^
For the chicken itself: I seasoned a piece of chicken breast with salt and black pepper for about 30 min although it's not exactly necessary. Then instead of frying it (because that adds calories), I roasted it in the oven at 200°C for about 15 min (or just until it's cooked through). I then cut it up into small pieces so the sauce can coat it better!
For the sauce: I added soy sauce, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, and some chicken seasoning (really though, use whatever spices you prefer). In bowl I mixed a tsp of cornstarch with some cold water and slowly added spoonfuls of the mixture it into the pan and let it simmer until it thickened up, then tossed in the chicken and toasted sesame! The sauce is entirely up to you, you could use barbeque sauce as well if that's the taste you prefer!
For the green beans: I just steamed it for about 20 min and then added salt (pls add salt.) and some black pepper!
