i weighed myself this morning and i am 199!! i know this is a small win, and later in the day ill be over 200 with water and some food, but i am just so happy to see progress!

Downloaded a fasting app and started doing it, for now fasting drop 8 pm to 9 am even tho it's not always convenient giving my uni schedule but still
I also will try to simply eat better, not necessarily less but better quality at least

the diet / rules that have worked best for me:
-> 500cal goal + 700cal limit ~ the rules below help me stick to my goal
-> coffee in the morning with 35cal creamer cause i cant drink it black ~ any suggestions for lower cal creamer is appreciated
-> i usually get cravings around 2-3pm, so i give myself just enough that my stomach has something to process ~ a couple of crispy minis, carrots, or veggie sticks, around 15-30cal
-> a 300-400cal supper with lots of veggies, some meat, and low-cal carbs like rice or whole wheat wraps
-> IF i feel like i need a snack after supper, i will just have the low-cal snacks i have mentioned above ~ i used to binge at this time, so it prevents me from feeling the urge to binge
by following these rules, i have found that i have no urges to binge, and i have been able to stick to my 500cal goal. if i go over, i also give myself grace. that's why i have an ultimate limit. the longer you go without eating fatty foods, sugar, and carbs, the less you feel like binging.
the biggest thing ive learned: figure out your strengths and weaknesses in this process and work with them :)

foods i am no longer buying (or heavily limiting) to get to my gw
"craveable carbs": there is no excuse to be buying bread, cookies, ice-cream, pasta, pizza, or candy. this is my biggest weakness so it's best to avoid buying this stuff in the first place. (exception: bitter dark chocolate, rice cakes, english muffins, oatmeal, & lean cuisine meals).
"snacks by the fistful": all snacks other than fresh fruit/vegetables must be individually wrapped to be under <200 calories to avoid overeating.
"medium/large size fast food": all fast-food other than soup/salad should be a kid's meal or a dollar menu/size small. eating one regular sized fried meal will completely wreck my limit for the day, so just don't do it.
"foods rich in f@+": avocados, butter/oil, nuts, etc. should be avoided or eaten in a small amount only a few times a week since they are cal0rie-b0mbs.

i am terrified of loose skin.
i am 21, and around 200lbs, and i want to lose 50-70lbs. does anyone have any experiences with loose skin after losing weight with a large calorie restriction?
i figured that its best to do this now, because if i wait any longer, i will definitely have loose skin :(
