identify your triggers
what causes you to procrastinate? is it fear of failure, perfectionism, boredom, or overwhelm? recognize your triggers so you can address them head-on.
2. break it down
big tasks can feel overwhelming, leading to procrastination. break them down into smaller, manageable steps and tackle them one at a time. progress, no matter how small, is still progress!
3. set clear goals
define specific, achievable goals for yourself and set deadlines. having a clear target to work towards will keep you focused and motivated.
4. create a game plan
plan your day ahead of time and schedule dedicated blocks for tasks. set realistic timelines and hold yourself accountable to them.
5. eliminate distractions
identify distractions in your environment and take steps to minimize them. whether it's turning off notifications, finding a quiet workspace, or using website blockers, create a conducive environment for productivity.
6. use the pomodoro technique
break your work into intervals, typically 25 minutes of focused work followed by a 5 minute break. this technique can help increase focus and productivity while preventing burnout. (this really helps me personally!)
7. practice self-compassion
be kind to yourself when you slip up. we're all human, and occasional bouts of procrastination are normal. instead of dwelling on past procrastination, focus on what you can do right now to move forward.
8. find accountability
share your goals with a friend, family member, or coworker who can help keep you accountable. having someone to check in with can provide an extra boost of motivation.
9. reward yourself
celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small. treat yourself to something you enjoy after completing a task or reaching a milestone. positive reinforcement can help reinforce productive habits.

Self-doubt or self-sabotage?
Conquering the fear of being seen so you can achieve your dreams.
Tumblr media
Historically, humans lived in small, close-knit groups or tribes, typically consisting of about 150 individuals, known as Dunbar's number. This limited number of social connections was manageable for our brains, allowing us to form meaningful relationships and navigate social hierarchies effectively. Today, we are constantly exposed to a vast number of people through social media, where we can have hundreds or even thousands of connections. This can overwhelm our brain's capacity to manage social relationships. Early human survival depended heavily on being part of a group. Being accepted by the tribe meant safety, resources, and cooperation. Rejection could lead to isolation and danger. In modern settings, being authentic in front of many people, such as on social media or in public speaking, can feel like facing a large, judgmental audience. This can trigger anxiety as our brains interpret this as a potential threat to our social standing. Authenticity often involves expressing opinions, emotions, and personal stories. The fear of negative reactions, criticism, or misunderstanding can make us feel exposed and vulnerable.
Here are some common examples of self-doubt:
- Impostor Syndrome - Fear of Failure - Comparison to Others - Negative Self-Talk - Perfectionism - Limiting Beliefs - Seeking External Validation - Setting Unrealistic Expectations - Fear of Rejection or Criticism
How to overcome self-doubt:
1. Recognise and Acknowledge Your Feelings
Start by acknowledging and accepting your self-doubt and fear of being seen. Understand that these feelings are common and normal, but they don't define you.
2. Challenge Negative Thoughts
Challenge negative thoughts and beliefs about yourself by examining the evidence that supports them. Question the validity of these thoughts and replace them with more realistic and supportive ones.
3. Self-Compassion
Treat yourself with kindness and understanding, especially when facing self-doubt or fear. Practice self-compassion by speaking to yourself in a gentle and encouraging manner, as you would to a friend in need.
4. Embrace Imperfection
Accept that it's okay to be imperfect and that making mistakes is a natural part of growth and learning. Embrace your flaws and vulnerabilities, as they make you human and relatable.
5. Set Realistic Goals
Set realistic and achievable goals for yourself, taking into account your abilities and limitations. Break larger goals into smaller, more manageable steps, and celebrate each accomplishment along the way.
6. Focus on Your Strengths
Identify your strengths and talents, and focus on nurturing and developing them. Remind yourself of past successes and achievements to boost your confidence and self-belief.
7. Exposure Therapy
Gradually expose yourself to situations that trigger self-doubt or fear of being seen. Start with small, manageable steps and gradually increase the level of exposure over time. Each successful exposure will build your confidence and resilience.
8. Seek Support
Reach out to supportive friends, family members, or a therapist for guidance and encouragement. Share your feelings and experiences with someone you trust, and allow them to offer perspective and support.
9. Visualise Success
Visualise yourself overcoming self-doubt and fear, and imagine yourself succeeding in situations that challenge you. Visualisation can help boost your confidence and reinforce positive beliefs about yourself.
10. Take Action Despite Fear
Take action despite feeling afraid or uncertain. Recognise that courage is not the absence of fear but the willingness to act despite it. Step out of your comfort zone and embrace new opportunities for growth and self-discovery.
11. Practice Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques
Practice mindfulness meditation, deep breathing, or other relaxation techniques to calm your mind and reduce feelings of anxiety and self-doubt. These practices can help you stay grounded and present in the moment.
12. Celebrate Your Progress
Celebrate your progress and achievements, no matter how small. Acknowledge your efforts and accomplishments, and recognize the courage it takes to face your fears and self-doubt head-on.

The Art of Manifestation 101
A guide that will change your life.
Tumblr media
Understanding the Basics of Manifestation
1. Clarity Is Key
To manifest effectively, you must be clear about what you want. Vague desires lead to vague results. Take the time to define your goals precisely. Ask yourself: What do I want to manifest? Why do I want it? How will it positively impact my life?
2. Affirmations
Affirmations are positive statements that reinforce your desired outcome. When used correctly, they can reprogram your subconscious mind to align with your goals. Create a list of affirmations related to your desires and repeat them regularly. Don't think "oh I'm manifesting my dream body". Instead simply say your affirmations like a reminder, for example: "all my dream clothes fit me perfectly because I have the perfect body type for them".
If you struggle with what to affirm like me I like to go on Pinterest and search "__ affirmations". Read some and choose one or two that resonate with you.
3. Visualization
Visualization is a potent manifestation technique. Close your eyes, imagine your desired outcome in vivid detail, and immerse yourself in that mental image. Visualization helps you cultivate the feeling of having already achieved your goal. It's important to not just imagine it but really feel it instead. Manifesting money? See it, touch it, smell it and feel the happiness fill your body.
4. Release Doubt and Limiting Beliefs
Doubt and limiting beliefs can block the manifestation process. Recognize and challenge these negative thoughts. Replace them with affirmations that empower you and support your desires. Self concept affirmations are really helpful, here are a few suggestions:
"I am limitless"
"I don't chase, I attract. What belongs to me will simply find me"
"I deserve the life I want"
"I am ready to receive blessings"
Tumblr media
The Manifestation Process
1. Set Your Intention
Start by setting a clear intention. State what you want to manifest, and be specific. Write it down and keep it visible to remind yourself daily.
2. Raise Your Vibration
Your vibrational frequency plays a significant role in the manifestation process. Engage in activities that raise your vibration, such as practicing gratitude, meditation, or things that bring you joy. Activities that allow you to connect to your body (such as dancing) or calming (painting etc.) can also be great for increasing your vibrations.
3. Detach from the Outcome
Manifesting often requires letting go of the need to control every detail. Trust the universe to bring your desires to you in the best possible way and at the right time. If you won't believe that the universe can do it then it won't.
4. Take Inspired Action
While manifestation is a powerful tool, it doesn't mean you can sit back and do nothing. Take inspired actions that align with your desires. These actions help bridge the gap between the spiritual and physical realms.
5. Be Patient and Persistent
Manifestation doesn't always happen overnight. It's essential to be patient and persistent. Maintain your focus and continue to believe in the process even when you encounter setbacks.
I would love to go into details so if you'd like to see a more in-depth explanation please like this post 🩷🩷

ᶻz﹒✦﹒ ⸱ # SOME OF MY TIPS FOR SHIFTING Ꜣ﹒⟡ 𐔌 ׅ ᧔o᧓ ˖ Principle 1: The power of your mindset, believe it or not, the beliefs we hold about ourselves, others, and the world can greatly impact our experiences. When it comes to manifestation and shifting, your mindset plays a crucial role in shaping your reality. When you hold limiting beliefs, you can unconsciously attract experiences that reinforce those beliefs. If you believe you're not good enough or do not deserve specific experiences, you may manifest experiences that align with these beliefs.
𐔌 ׅ ᧔o᧓ ˖ Principle 2: Energy and vibrations Everything in the universe consists of energy, including you and your thoughts. Every thought, emotion, and action carries a particular vibrational energy. The Law of Vibration states that everything is in constant motion and vibrates at different frequencies. When it comes to manifestation, your vibrational frequency is key. When your thoughts and emotions align with the energy of what you want to attract, you increase your chances of bringing it into your reality. 𐔌 ׅ ᧔o᧓ ˖ Principle 3: Law of Attraction, The Law of Assumption states that whatever you believe to be true about yourself and your reality will come to pass. Essentially, what you assume to be true will become your reality. This law emphasizes the importance of believing in your ability to manifest your desired reality. If you truly believe you can shift to your desired reality or manifest positive experiences, you're more likely to make it a reality.
𐔌 ׅ ᧔o᧓ ˖ Principle 4: Affirmations and self-talk, I know that when a shifter gives advice about shifting It's usually affirmations but, sometimes, the key to successful shifting lies in simplifying your affirmations or techniques. Instead of relying solely on basic affirmations, you might find that adding more personalized and specific affirmations can enhance your experience. there's no one-size-fits-all approach to shifting and manifesting. Sometimes, simple affirmations can work wonders, while other times, more personalized and specific affirmations may be necessary

Jujutsu Kaisen's Power System
Tumblr media
Welcome to the newly restored Power System Breakdown. My deepest apologies for accidentally deleting it. Hopefully I can make up for that by updating it with some of the information we've learned since it was first posted. (Spoiler Warning up to chapter 227!)
As always, all information in this breakdown is taken directly from either Jujutsu Kaisen's manga (including Vol. 0) or the official Jujutsu Kaisen Fanbook.
Now let's begin with a few definitions.
Cursed Spirits
Cursed Spirits (or simply, Curses) are beings created from the Cursed Energy that humans output in response to strong negative emotions. Stronger or older Curses tend to be sentient, but not all are.
Flyheads
Flyheads are Cursed Spirits that do not have enough Cursed Energy to be considered proper Curses. They are also not strong enough to be placed on the ranking scale for Curses.
Sorcerers
Sorcerers are humans that use Cursed Energy. You do not have to have a Technique to be considered a Sorcerer.
Curse Users
Curse Users are Sorcerers that have used Cursed Energy or their Cursed Technique to harm or kill non-Sorcerers.
Assistant Managers
Assistant Managers are Sorcerers that do not possess enough Cursed Energy to fight Curses. Also called Windows, they work as intermediaries for the higher-ups and take on the responsibility of teaching the students non-Jujutsu related subjects during schooling.
Higher-Ups
Higher-Ups are Sorcerers that make up the core governing body of the Jujutsu world. As of Chapter 223, the only known and still-living member is Yoshinobu Gakuganji.
Non-Sorcerers
Non-Sorcerers are everyday humans that cannot or do not use Cursed Energy.
Clans
Clans are families with a long history of Sorcerers within their bloodline. There are four known Clans; Inumaki, Kamo, Gojo and Zenin. The latter three make up the Big Three Clans and hold significant political power within Jujutsu society.
Tumblr media
Ranking:
Grades 4 to 1
All Sorcerers and Cursed Spirits are ranked on an ascending scale from 4 to 1 with 4 being relatively weak and 1 being incredibly strong. Sorcerers are always ranked to be slightly stronger than a Curse of the same grade.
Special Grades
Special Grades are the highest rank you can achieve within Jujutsu society. There are only 4 known Special Grade Sorcerers and 16 known Special Grade Curses.
Special Grade Potential Cursed Spirits
Special Grade Potential Cursed Spirits are Special Grade Curses that have not been confirmed to exist or have not been registered with the higher-ups. The Nature Curses (Mahito, Hanami, Jogo & Dagon) as well as mythic creatures like the Nine Tailed Fox all fall under this category.
Special Grade 1 Sorcerers
Special Grade 1 Sorcerers (or Supreme Grade 1 Sorcerers) are titles held by Sorcerer's that have collaborated with the Jujutsu Technical College. This title does not mean that they are stronger than a Grade 1 Sorcerer.
Promotions
Promotions to a higher rank cannot be given by the person in charge of you (i.e. a teacher) and before your rank is changed an assessment must be held. Sorcerers in the assessment phase of a promotion are given a Semi-Grade. (For example, Inumaki is a Semi-Grade 1 Sorcerer. His promotion was placed on hold after the Shibuya Incident.)
Tumblr media
The Basics:
Cursed Energy
Cursed Energy is energy created by negative emotions. It can be used by both Sorcerers and Curses to strengthen physical attacks or to reinforce their body and guard against incoming damage. All humans are born with a base amount of it, but few humans outside of Japan possess enough to actively use it, with the exception of Miguel and the tribe of Sorcerers in Africa that make the black rope.
Positive Energy
Positive Energy is essentially the opposite of Cursed Energy. Not much is known about Positive Energy beyond the fact it is not the same as Reverse Cursed Energy. It has only been used by the Ten Shadows shikigami, Mahoraga, at this point in the series.
Reverse Curse Energy
Reversed Cursed Energy is Cursed Energy that has been multiplied upon itself to emit a positive feedback. It is typically used in Reverse Cured Techniques to heal but it can be used instead of normal Cursed Energy to power a Cursed Technique. Doing so results in a  Cursed Technique Reversal, like Gojo’s Limitless: Red.
Cursed Techniques
Cursed Techniques are abilities that are written into your DNA at the time of your birth and require Cursed Energy to use. They usually manifest when you’re around five or six years old, but can be unlocked later in life by rewiring the necessary pathways within your brain. These pathways are typically blocked for non-Sorcerers, but that does not mean they don’t have a technique; they just aren’t aware of it and can’t use it.
Mahito unlocks Junpei’s Cursed Technique using his Idle Transfiguration in Chapter 21. Kenjacku later does this same thing in Chapter 136 to prep selected individuals for their involvement in the Culling Games.
Residuals
Residuals are trace amounts of Cursed Energy left behind after a Curse or Sorcerer uses their Technique. Think of them like fingerprints at a crime scene, but keep in mind that skilled users can hide or change their residuals to throw others off their trail.
Geto does this in Chapter 0.1 to conceal his involvement at the elementary school; Mahito also does this in Chapter 20 to lure out Yuuji and Nanami.
Cursed Corpses
Cursed Corpses are inanimate objects that have been imbued with a non-Special Grade curse. Cursed Corpses that exist naturally are hostile towards humans, but they can be created by Sorcerers by placing a core into an object to act as its heart. Artificial Cursed Corpses can act independently of the Sorcerer that created them until the Cursed Energy within its core runs out.
Muta and Yaga both have the ability to create Cursed Corpse, with the former preferring to use mechs while the latter typically uses dolls.
Abrupt Mutated Cursed Corpses
Abrupt Mutated Cursed Corpses are Cursed Corpses that have replenishing cores of Cursed Energy. This is achieved by copying the soul information of a (recently deceased) human being into three compatible cores instead of simply creating one core using Cursed Energy. These three cores will then monitor and regulate each other, ensuring that the Corpse remains stable and granting it sentience. Additionally, it takes three months for these Corpses to gain the ability to produce their own Cursed Energy.
Panda, along with Takeru and the other Cursed Corpses seen in Chapter 147 are all Abrupt Mutated Cursed Corpses.
Tumblr media
Techniques:
Inherited Techniques
Inherited Techniques are techniques passed down through your family or bloodline. Information on these techniques are often a closely kept secret, with training of new users falling to the responsibility of older users if they are alive to do so.
Gojo's Limitless, Naobito & Naoya's Projection Sorcery, Mai & Yorozu's Construction, and Nobara's Straw Doll are all Inherited Techniques.
Clan Techniques
Clan Techniques are extremely rare Inherited Techniques within the Jujutsu world and are highly prized within their respective Clans for how strong they are. They typically appear every few hundred to a thousand years and so far have never manifested outside a Clan's main bloodline.
Gojo's Six Eyes, Choso and Noritoshi's Blood Manipulation, Megumi's Ten Shadows and Inumaki's Cursed Speech are all Clan Techniques.
Innate Techniques
Innate Techniques are specific to the person that was born with them, i.e. they cannot or have not been inherited through a user's bloodline. It has yet to be confirmed if Innate Techniques transfer to a new "host" if the Sorcerer born with them dies before it is inherited; it's likely that they simply cease to exist.
Geto's Curse Manipulation, Nanami's 7:3 Ratio, Todo's Boogie Woogie and Sukuna's Dismantle are all Innate Techniques.
Maximum Techniques
Maximum Techniques are one of the strongest abilities that a Technique User can have and require a high level of mastery to achieve. These are not limited to a specific type; both users of Innate or Inherited Techniques can have them, depending on what Technique they possess.
Geto's Maximum Uzumaki, Jogo's Maximum Meteor and Eso's Maximum Wing King are all Maximum Techniques
Reverse Cursed Technique
Reverse Cursed Technique is the ability to heal yourself or others using Reverse Cursed Energy. It comes easier to Curses than it does Sorcerers due to them being born from Cursed Energy, but it is not impossible for Sorcerers to learn to use it as well.
Shoko, Yuuta, Kenjaku, Uraume, Gojo, Yuki, and Sukuna can all use Reverse Cursed Technique on themselves. With the exception of Gojo, they can all use it on others as well. Gojo is the only character at this point in the series that has used RCT to restore his own Cursed Energy, at the cost of being able to heal his body while doing so.
Combat Techniques
Combat Techniques are physical attacks that Sorcerers imbue with Cursed Energy to achieve a desired effect. Despite the strength of these types of attacks, they are rarely used, with most Sorcerers preferring to use simple hand-to-hand combat, Cursed Tools or their own Cursed Technique.
Yuuji's Divergent Fist and Panda's Unblockable Drumming Beat are both Combat Techniques.
Black Flash
Black Flash is a Combat Technique that can only be achieved when Cursed Energy is added to the impact of a physical attack within one one millionth (0.00001) of a second. This will result in spatial distortion as the Cursed Energy flashes black and multiplies the attack's output by 2.5 of its original strength.
Yuuji, Todo, Ino, Utahime, Nanami, Gojo, Mahito and Nobara have all performed Black Flashes. Yuuji and Nanami are tied for the record of consecutive Black Flashes at 4 in a row.
Tumblr media
Barrier Techniques:
Barrier Techniques (or simply, Barriers) are techniques that allow a user to create a wall, dome or sphere around an intended area to conceal the User or trap an opponent. Despite being one of the most common and easy to use Techniques, they have a very high skill ceiling with both Sorcerers and Curses rarely mastering them fully.
Curtains
Curtains are fairly simple Barrier Techniques that are often used by Assistant Managers to conceal Sorcerers from the public during missions. That being said, both Sorcerers and Curses can create them or imbue them into Cursed Objects.
Commissioned Curtains
Commissioned Curtains are Barrier Techniques created in advance and stored within stakes. They can have conditions set upon them when they are made, such as rule that blocks or allows the entry of specific individuals or groups of individuals.
Innate Domains
Innate Domains are Barrier Techniques constructed within a user's mind. (This is where Sukuna held his discussion with Yuuji after his death in chapter 9 and what allows him to keep his soul separate from Yuuji's within their shared body.) Manifesting an Innate Domain into the physical world using Cursed Energy is how a Sorcerer creates a Domain Expansion.
Domain Expansions
Domain Expansions are highly advanced Barrier Techniques that are created within the physical world in the likeness of the user's Innate Domain. With the exception of Sukuna's Malevolent Shrine, all complete Domain Expansions will erect a Barrier around the user and have the user's Cursed Technique imbued within them. This grants the Technique a guaranteed hit against an opponent as well as a buff to the strength of their Cursed Technique so long as they are within the Domain.
Domain Battles
Domain Battles are essentially a fight of wills between the Domains of two users. Entering into one of these battles is extremely risky as the stronger and more refined Domain will always win, but you can enter into a Domain Battle to force a hole into the Barrier of your opponent's Domain in order to escape. (Megumi does this in chapter 108.)
Entering into a Domain Battle will always deactivate the guaranteed hits for both user's Techniques as long as both Domain's are active. This does not remove the passive buff to either users' Techniques that is granted within the Domains.
Incomplete Domains
Incomplete Domains are Domain Expansions that exist in the physical world but do not have a barrier around them or a Technique imbued within them. The main disadvantage here is that the user loses their Technique's buff in strength and the guaranteed hit.
Domain Amplification
Domain Amplification is a Barrier Technique that covers the user in a fluid Domain with similar properties to a Domain Expansion. They are used to neutralize any and all Techniques that come in contact with it before they reach the user.
Hanami and Jogo use this technique against Gojo in chapter 84 to neutralize Limitless. Sukuna does the same in chapter 225.
Anti-Barrier Techniques:
Anti-Barrier Techniques are an area that a user creates to counter Domain Expansions, but they can also be used independently to counter incoming attacks without an Expansion being present. Additionally, there are two main types of Anti-Barrier Techniques, Secret Art and Simple Domains. Both can be used defensively and offensively depending on the user's wishes.
Secret Art
Secret Art is an Anti-Barrier Technique that creates a fluid "armor" of Cursed Energy around the user similar to how Domain Amplification coats the user in a fluid Domain. Instead of having a set radius, it only protects the user's immediate body from damage.
This Technique only remains active so long as it is being powered by Cursed Energy and can be overwhelmed with multiple rapid attacks.
Falling Blossom Emotion
Falling Blossom Emotion is a style of Secret Art that automatically counter-attacks incoming enemies, weapons and projectiles as soon as they touch it's field of Cursed Energy. It does this by reading and immediately matching an incoming attack's Cursed Energy to nullify it using a blow of equal force. If the incoming attack is strong enough to surpass it, the Technique will instead reduce a percentage of the damage taken by the user.
The training required to use this technique is a close kept secret within the Big Three clans. As such, it has only been used by Satoru Gojo, Naobito Zenin, and Ogi Zenin at this point in the series. In Ogi's case, he extended the Technique to cover his sword as well as his body during his fight with Maki in chapter 148.
Simple Domains
Simple Domains are Anti-Barrier Techniques that create a Barrier around the user in a set radius. They were originally created in the Heian Era by Sadatsuna Ashiya with the intention of passing them down through his family in secret and given the name "Domain For The Weak."
Ui Ui, Todo, Miwa and Kusakabe have all used Simple Domains at various points in the series with the latter two using Simple Domain: New Shadow Style specifically.
Hollow Wicker Basket
Hollow Wicker Basket is a precursor to Simple Domain. As such it is less refined, requiring the user to extend their arms and interlock their fingers to activate it. Taking the form of a woven basket in the shape of a sphere, it neutralizes the barrier of a Domain Expansion rather than the Cursed Technique would be imbued into it. Since it does not target the Technique itself, it is considered useless against Incomplete and non-lethal Expansions.
Reggie Star used this technique against Megumi's incomplete Domain in chapter 171. Hajime Kashimo considered using it during his fight with Hakari Kinji in chapter 187, but ultimately decided against it since Hakari's Domain does not outright attack his opponents.
New Shadow Style
New Shadow Style is a Simple Domain that incorporates iaijutsu sword stances into its deployment. Doing so requires that the full stance is completed (draw, strike, clean the blade, re-sheathe) with the user being granted an automatic attack with their blade in return as soon as the radius of the Domain's barrier is crossed. (Note: this attack can be avoided if your opponent is fast enough. It is not a guaranteed hit like what you'd see with Domain Expansions.)
Miwa unsuccessfully uses New Shadow Style three times during the Goodwill Event, with Yuuji dodging the automatic attack the first time and Maki forcing her out of her starting position before her sword could be drawn the second time. With the third use, Maki triggered the automatic attack with a kunai before crossing the barrier herself.
Gojo uses New Shadow Style twice during his fight with Sukuna, creating a safe space within Malevolent Shrine so that he could heal his body, then his Cursed Technique, respectively.
Batto Sword Drawing
Batto Sword Drawing is a stance (iai-goshi) of New Shadow Style that coats the user's sword in Cursed Energy. Doing so significantly increases the sword's drawing speed and sets it's automatic hit to target whatever opponent is in front of the user. This is the fastest technique within New Shadow Style.
Kusakabe used this stance in chapter 115 against two Curse Users, killing them instantly. He used it again in chapter 134 to successfully counter Kenjaku's use of Geto's Maximum Uzumaki.
Evening Moon Sword Drawing
Evening Moon Sword Drawing is another stance (tachi-ai) of New Shadow Style. The conditions and effects of this stance are still unknown.
Kusakabe started to use this stance in chapter 114 but was interrupted by Sukuna's fight with Jogo.
Tumblr media
Binding Vows:
Binding Vows are contracts made using Cursed Energy. These Vows can be made with yourself or with someone else, but they also occur naturally within the Jujutsu world. The effects of breaking a Binding Vow made with others is still unknown and something that both powerful Cursed Spirits and Sorcerers prefer to avoid. That being said, breaking one made with yourself will only result in you losing whatever you gained from the contract.
Binding Vows can be added to Barrier Techniques to strengthen the Barrier or to meet certain conditions that the user sets in the contract.
Overtime
Overtime is a Binding Vow that Nanami made with himself to limit his Cursed Energy during his normal working hours. If he is still on a mission once 6:00 PM hits, his output of Cursed Energy will greatly increase and in turn, make all of his attacks stronger.
Enchain
Enchain is a Binding Vow with three conditions that Sukuna made with Yuuji in chapter 11 in exchange for bringing him back to life. The first condition is that once Sukuna chants "enchain" he will gain full control of Yuuji's body for one minute. The second condition is that Yuuji will have no memory of making this vow. The third is that Sukuna will not kill or harm anyone during the minute he has control.
Malevolent Shrine
While not a Binding Vow itself, Malevolent Shrine is an example of a Binding Vow being placed upon a Barrier Technique. In exchange for creating an escape route for his opponent by not placing a Barrier when he manifests his Innate Domain, Sukuna's Domain Expansion gains a larger area of effect for his Technique's guaranteed hit with a maximum radius of 200 meters.
Revealing Cursed Techniques
Revealing Cursed Techniques is a Binding Vow that exists naturally within the Jujutsu world. In exchange for giving your opponent information on how your Technique works, your Technique is given a boost in strength. Using this Binding Vow is risky, but also completely voluntary.
Heavenly Restriction
Heavenly Restriction is another naturally occurring Binding Vow, but one that is involuntarily placed upon certain individuals at birth. What is gained and lost from this Vow varies from person to person. For example, Muta gained massive amounts of Cursed Energy and a wider area of effect at the cost of his body while Maki & Toji gained super-humans bodies at the cost of their Cursed Energy.
Tumblr media
Cursed Tools:
Cursed Tools are weapons or support items that have had a set amount of Cursed Energy or a Cursed Technique channeled into them. That being said, simply channeling Cursed Energy or a Cursed Technique into a weapon or item does not automatically make it a Cursed Tool if that is not its default state.
Miwa and Kusakabe's swords do not always have a set amount of Cursed Energy within them while Yuuta's does. Yuuta's sword would be considered a Cursed Tool while the other's aren't.
Additionally, all Cursed Tools are given a rank from 4 to 1 depending on the strength of their Technique or the amount of Cursed Energy stored within them. Higher ranked Tools are more powerful and rare, and therefore, more valuable. Tools owned by Clans are usually stored within the Clan’s own warehouse or leant to the the Tokyo Jujutsu school and stored within the warehouse there for safekeeping.
Special Grade Cursed Tools
Special Grade Cursed Tools are Cursed Tools that have a Special Grade Cursed Technique imbued into them. These are the rarest and strongest Cursed Tools that you can possess, with each having their own specific abilities when used.
Playful Cloud is the only Special Grade Cursed Tool that does not possess a Cursed Technique. Originally belonging to the Gojo Clan, it instead scales infinitely to match the strength of the person using it.
Black Rope
Black Rope is a Cursed Tool that negates any Cursed Energy or Cursed Technique that it comes in contact with for a brief time. Despite this, it is not considered a Special Grade Cursed Tool due to it's Technique not being derived from a Special Grade Cursed Technique.
Sword of Extermination
The Sword of Extermination is a Cursed Tool that uses Positive Energy instead of Cursed Energy. The strength of it's attacks will scale to match whatever Cursed Energy it comes in contact with, allowing it to destroy any and all Cursed Spirits that it hits.
This Cursed Tool is one of the two swords used by the Ten Shadows shikigami, Mahoraga. It has not been ranked as Mahoraga has never been tamed by a Ten Shadows user.
Cursed Objects:
Cursed Objects are items or artifacts with a Curse bound to them and are typically created from the remains of Sorcerers or Cursed Spirits. These Objects can exist alone or be used to bind other Cursed Objects and are ranked in the same way that Cursed Tools are. They can also operate under their own sentience, depending on their strength and age.
Talismans
Talismans (or Fulu) are Cursed Objects that take the form of paper tags. Using the Cursed Spirit within them, they are able to restrain and preserve the Cursed Energy of the Cursed Object that they are wrapped around. (Basically, fight fire with fire. Or Curses with Curses.) That being said, this method of preserving Cursed Objects is outdated, as eventually the Talismans will age and mutate to attract Cursed Spirits to whatever Object they are set to protect.
Commissioned Curtains are often wrapped in Talismans to help them maintain the effects of the Curtain before its use.
Special Grade Cursed Objects
Special Grade Cursed Objects are Cursed Objects created from the remains of a Special Grade Curse or Sorcerer. They are extremely rare and cannot be destroyed, allowing them to grow stronger over time. When one of these Objects is consumed by a Cursed Spirit, that Curse will become a Special Grade as well.
Sukuna’s Fingers
Sukuna’s Fingers are the remains of the King of Curses, Ryomen Sukuna. There are twenty Fingers in total, each with their own will and sentience that allows them to choose their host. Due to their vast amounts of Cursed Energy, they can attract other Cursed Spirits to them in an attempt to be consumed. Curses that eat one of these fingers become Special Grade Curses known as Finger Bearers.
Prison Realm
Prison Realm is a living Barrier created from the remains of the Buddhist monk Genshin (also known as Eshin Sozu.) This Cursed Object is capable of storing anything and everything within a timeless pocket dimension so long as the target remains within a four meter radius for a specific amount of time. That being said, Prison Realm can only hold one occupant at a time and it cannot be used again until that individual is released or takes their own life.
Cursed Wombs
Cursed Wombs are uterus-like Cursed Objects that eventually produce a Cursed Spirit. Depending on the strength of the Cursed Spirit they can grow and change their form, with Special Grade Curses typically going through the most changes. While not often, Cursed Wombs can be sentient themselves before they evolve into Cursed Spirits.
Dagon is considered a Cursed Womb up until he manifests as a Special Grade Cursed Spirit during his fight against Maki, Naobito and Nanami in chapter 106.
Cursed Wombs: Death Paintings
Cursed Womb: Death Paintings are a type of Cursed Womb that were created during the Meiji era by Kenjaku (then known as Noritoshi Kamo) using the aborted fetuses of a woman that could give birth to half-Curse half-human children. There are nine Death Paintings in total, with three of them becoming Special Grade Cursed Spirits upon their “birth.”
Choso, Eso and Kechizu are the only three Death Paintings that have become Cursed Spirits so far, with the remaining six still stored within the warehouse at the Tokyo Jujutsu school. Eso and Kechizu were killed by Yuuji and Nobara at the end of the Death Painting Arc.

And we're done!
I hope that this helped clarify some of the concepts within the manga for you or gave you some new info to think about. Reblogs are greatly appreciated, as I would prefer to have this restored and updated version take the place of the previous (now-unavailable) one.
Thank you for reading! 🖤

Beginner Class - Grounding 101
Ancient Craft & Occultism
Grounding 101
___
By KB
Tumblr media
Introduction
Welcome back to class everyone! Today, we begun Module 3! Another chapter down, 4 more to go. This module will break down different types of basic energy work in order to strengthen what we just previously learned. Today, specifically, we will be focusing on grounding & centering. We will get a bit more in depth on this lesson than we did in the previous module.
Centering
"What is centering?", you may be asking. Well, in simple terms, it is the reinforcement of your personal energy & the energies around you. It is a form of becoming balanced with oneself. In our day to day lives, we tend to take on large amounts of stress. This can disconnect us from ourselves and the energies around us. This is why grounding & centering are crucial to retain balance and energy within any kind of energy work.
When centering yourself, you're able to find a place within in which you're able to focus your energy to. It is the method of recollecting all of the stray energies from your body back to a single point. I like to think of it as reclaiming my power and personal energy. You'll notice that once this energy is regained, you feel much more focused.
Find Your Center
Sure, there's a lot of information out there about cantering, but I've rarely seen anything explain how to find your own center. We're going to go over a few ways you could do that here.
I, personally, always recommend journaling, as it allows you to externalize internal thoughts, which also allows for another perspective. Not only that, but it also allows you to analyze things in a visual sense. Here are just a few prompts for your journal, if you decide to go this route.
"Where do you feel the energy coming from?"
"Where do you feel your intuition coming from?"
"Is there a place in your body that feels a sensation when raising your personal energy?"
"When you relax, and allow your personal energy to flow where it wishes, do you feel a place it going to the most?"
Visualization is another very common technique used when centering. Typically, one will visualize the body flushing itself of negative energy and being replaced with personal, positive energy. Typically in the forms of lights & colors, although everyone is different in this aspect.
Breathing exercises are wonderful ways to refocus and reclaim your personal energy. It allows your mind and body to calm down and become aware of the present sensations.
Taking a warm, relaxing bath with aromatherapy, soundscapes, and set lighting can be a wonderful way to awaken and recall your energy.
Again, the body is wiser than the mind. Allow emotions to come up, and allow your body to react in whichever way it feels called to in order to get this energy out.
Grounding
Grounding can be useful for managing many aspects within our daily lives, even outside of our craft. It helps prepare us for productive work as well as allows us a chance to recharge our energy with the aid of our Mother. Grounding is to be energetically aligned with earth energy - focused, structured. It allows us to connect to our personal energies and also allows us a chance to channel that energy in a way that is balanced.
Throughout our daily lives, grounding can help us calm our minds, which in turn relives stress and allows us to be less irritable. We worry less when we're grounded. If you find yourself very restless with an excessive amount of energy, try to incorporate grounding in your day to day life and see if it helps any. Not only that, it's just a lovely way to get in touch with Mother Earth ♡
Ground Yourself
There are several ways to go about achieving the same goal. Let's go over a few of them together.
Get in touch with nature! Let your spirit go wild for a while. Lose yourself in the trees, the dirt, the wind, the water, whatever element you choose, lose yourself in it.
Take time to purposely do something nice for yourself, like a nice bath, or a good cup of tea. Be aware and mindful throughout the process.
Take the time to metaphysically cleanse your aura and your space, along with any items you frequently use.
Use natural herbs and woods as incense.
Read texts, poetry, or lyricals aloud.
Conclusion
Incorporating this practice into your daily routine can help benefit not only your craft, but your mental and bodily health as well. It allows you the opportunity to be in the optimal frame of mind. See you next lesson ♡

Hi! I have another quick question, so ik I'm not putting effort into me shifting, but idk how to put effort into it, if that makes sense, like I feel stuck and lost at the same time and idk what to do, if you have any advice i would be so grateful for any!
~🌸
☀️Q&A☀️
Tumblr media
Hi again 🌸! I totally understand where you're coming from. Feeling stuck and unsure how to put effort into shifting is a common experience. Here are a few tips that might help🌊:
1. **Set Clear Intentions**: Clearly define your goals and intentions for shifting. Write them down, visualize them daily and say them to yourself to keep yourself focused.👙
2. **Create a Routine**: Establish a daily routine that includes practices like meditation, visualization, or scripting. Consistency can help reinforce your efforts and keep you on track.🏝️
3. **Stay Relaxed**: Stress and pressure can hinder your progress. Find relaxation techniques that work for you, like deep breathing exercises, listening to calming music, or taking short breaks throughout the day.🏖️
4. **Engage with the Community**: Sometimes, talking to others who are also working on shifting can provide new insights and motivation. Join forums, groups, or chats where you can share experiences and advice.☀️
5. **Be Patient with Yourself**: Shifting is a process, and it’s okay to take your time. Celebrate small successes and be kind to yourself when things don’t go as planned.🐚
Tumblr media
Remember, the journey is just as important as the destination. Keep exploring and stay positive! Good luck!🌊🏝️ also if you wanna talk to me privately I don’t mind! I can help you like that as well! 🩵🩵

Gojo vs Sukuna Round 1 - Battle Analysis
(Chapters 223-230, eight parts)
This is going to be an analysis and overview of the first part of this decisive battle. Some points are going to be assumptions made by me with the current information available. If you have questions or corrections, leave a comment or ask me directly.
Tumblr media
Part 1 - Beginning
First attack: Gojo - 200% Hollow Purple (made with the help of other sorcerers). Sukuna on defence due to misjudgment of the attack, has to heal both of his arms.
Uraume has been missing since then.
Part 2 - Hand to Hand
Possibly the Mahoraga hand sign hidden in the gutter between the last panel of the first page and the first panel of the second page; alternatively, Sukuna has performed the hand sign earlier or at an unseen moment later. However, Mahoraga's wheel will be summoned before the Domain Battles start but as long as Sukuna's isn't the medium of the wheel, Mahoraga will not gain any adaptations.
Hand to Hand combat starts with cursed energy amplified hits and kicks. Gojo uses Blue and Red to pull and repel and has infinity activated. Sukuna uses Domain Amplification (DA) and Dismantle.
Domain Amplification creates an empty space around the user (a domain without a technique imbued in it) which lets cursed techniques (CT) flow inside which leads to their neutralization. Effective against Gojo's ultimate defense.
Part 3 - First Domain Fight
A Domain Clash happens when the domains' barriers, the shells, clash with each other. The user with the more refined Domain Expansion (DE) wins. Sukuna's open barrier domain doesn't have a shell so Gojo's and Sukuna's domains overlap with each other instead of clashing and because they're evenly matched, no one dominates.
Sukuna's open Domain expands past the shell of Gojo's which makes it a target of Sukuna's sure-hit attack on the weaker outside. Inside Gojo's Domain the sure-hit attacks cancel each other out everywhere they overlap but they don't overlap in 100% of the space!
Gojo is immune to Unlimited Void's (UV) effect, so his sure-hit covers the entirety of his domain but Sukuna's sure-hit doesn't. Sukuna willingly left the space he occupies inside the domain free of his own sure-hit. During the cancellation of the sure-hit commands, UV is not cancelled 100% and hits Sukuna every time he doesn't use DA.
Tumblr media
(Ugly drawing by me)
The way he shoulders those sure-hit attacks is by (as I understood it) dislodging his soul partly from Megumi's body. Normally, this would lead to Megumi taking over (if he still can after being submerged in evil) but because Megumi is hit by UV, Megumi's mind shuts down leaving Sukuna still in control.
However, by dislodging his soul from Megumi's body, Sukuna loses the ability to use his own CT (he needs a body for that) except the one already imbued in the domain. He probably doesn't use the other shikigami as well because he can't summon them without being in complete control of Megumi.
Important Note: this is the explanation that I have come up with. Sukuna only talks about using the 10 Shadows Technique to shoulder the adaptation onto Megumi. As of right now (chapter 230) we have no further explanation on what that means or how it works.
First Domain Battle, Winner: Sukuna (Malevolent Shrine (MS) still stands)
Gojo is hit by MS's sure-hit.
Part 4
Due to Gojo's CE reinforcement, Cleave only makes a moderate amount of damage but the damage still has to be healed. Gojo uses Reverse Cursed Technique (RCT) to create positive energy while he suffers from Cursed Technique Burn-out which prevents him from teleporting to safety.
Sukuna's sure-hit continuous Cleave attacks don't overpower Gojo's RCT
Gojo uses Simple Domain (weaker version of DA but uses more space) to cancel MS's sure-hit. Gojo uses both CE and Positive Energy at the same time.
CT Burnt-out can't be healed by RCT. It's an engine that runs too hot but there is nothing repair. To activate his technique earlier, Gojo destroys the part of the brain where Innate Techniques are created, then he heals that part again to start with a new CT.
Gojo uses Cursed Technique Reversal Red successfully on Sukuna.
Part 5
Gojo eggs Sukuna on to expand his domain to the maximum. At the same time, Gojo expands his own domain again with the conditions of the interior and exterior exchanged.
The sure-hit of MS inside UV'S range is turned off with a binding vow that increases the potency of the sure-hit outside. MS's maximum reach is also made smaller to increase the effect of the sure-hit active outside UV's shell. Sukuna bypasses UV's sure-hit by touching Gojo and destroys Gojo's domain from the outside again.
Second Domain Battle, Winner: Sukuna (MS still stands)
Gojo is attacked by sure-hit Cleave again but he uses Falling Blossom Emotion (FBE), a secret anti-domain technique first used by Naobito, to repel Sukuna's attacks making them extremely shallow.
Gojo activates his Domain a third time but this one becomes extremely large before turning tiny. By decreasing the size of his domain's shell to such a degree, Gojo increases the potency of his sure-hit.
Part 6
Sukuna is shrinking MS's effective reach to increase the output of his CT because UV's outer shell is still stronger. Sukuna attacks Gojo's domain from the outside until it breaks, this takes 3 minutes. In that time however, the fight inside the domain continues and in the same 3 minutes, Gojo injures Sukuna so heavily (crushing his heart) that Sukuna can't maintain MS.
Third Domain Battle, Winner: Tie (No domain stands)
The hand to hand part of the battle continues. Gojo wonders why Sukuna hasn't used any techniques like the 10 Shadow Technique (10ST) (or his fire arrow) while inside the domain battle to attack him or to destroy the weak interior of UV's shell.
The reason for that is, again, Sukuna not being in complete synchronicity with Megumi's body, making him unable to use his own techniques or those of Megumi. (Theory)
Meanwhile Mahoraga's wheel is using Megumi's soul as its medium to adapt to Gojo's techniques. This has only worked on UV because that was the only technique that reached Megumi. As long as the wheel isn't on Sukuna, attacks that reach him don't adapt Mahoraga.

Important question about this kind of use: is "the bottom of the abyss" where Megumi's soul is right now, more than just a metaphorical representation of Megumi's plight? It seems that it's a physical location, or enough of one at least, for the wheel to be used like that. Maybe it's both.
But if the wheel can get inside, then, theoretically, Megumi('s soul) can get out in the same manner. Through the shadows probably.
Part 7
Sukuna and Gojo clash in another domain battle with the same conditions as the last one. Sukuna is confirmed to use the same "destroy and heal your brain" method as Gojo to recover his CTs. The battle ends again in 3 minutes.
Fourth Domain Battle, Winner: Tie (No domain stands)
Another domain battles starts. Because Sukuna had to heal himself first, his domain expands 0.01 seconds later than Gojo's. Sukuna is hit by UV before he can detach himself from Megumi's body, making him just a tiny bit weaker than before. With this weakness, Gojo manages to collapse Sukuna's Domain after 2 minutes and 40 seconds.
Sukuna has not detached himself from Megumi in time to avoid being hit by UV and he suffers its effect for 10 seconds BUT he still detaches himself while under UV to finish the summon of Mahoraga who had already adapted to UV through Megumi as a medium. Mahoraga destroys Gojo's Domain before Gojo can kill it.
Fifth Domain Battle, Winner: Gojo (Gojo's domain gets later destroyed by Mahoraga)
Part 8 - The End of the Domains
On the second panel of the second page, Sukuna heals his brain. Gojo thinks that Megumi only "shouldered the adaptation" and wasn't effected by UV. I don't know if that is correct. One could argue that a soul alone can't be that affected by UV like an actual brain. We'll see if this part gets another explanation in future chapters.
Gojo points out that only Mahoraga has adapted to UV and Sukuna is still vulnerable to it and he prepares to expand another domain. This fails because Gojo overused his brain-destroying method of recovering his burnt-out techniques.
Sukuna wants to close the barrier of his next domain to prevent Gojo from running away. He also summons Mahoraga's wheel onto his body to make Mahoraga adapt to infinity while he fights Gojo.
Sukuna expands his Domain but it gets destroyed immediately. Sukuna was under UV for less than 10 seconds and healed his brain afterwards but the damage he received was so great that his DE destroyed itself with additional damage to his brain.
Hand to Hand combat resumes with the narrator saying that Round 2 has started.

It's that time of the year again – finals season! As students, we all experience a mixture of stress and excitement during this period. However, with proper planning and effective strategies, you can conquer your exams with confidence. In this blog post, we will share some valuable tips and tricks to help you get through your finals successfully.
1. Start early and create a study schedule: Procrastination is an enemy you must defeat when it comes to preparing for finals. Starting early allows you to cover material thoroughly without cramming. Create a realistic study schedule that allocates specific times for each subject or topic, ensuring you have ample time to revise before the exam day.
2. Organize your study space: A cluttered desk equals a cluttered mind. Find a quiet, well-lit area where you can focus solely on your studies. Keep all necessary materials like textbooks, notebooks, and stationery within reach so that you don't waste precious studying time searching for them.
3. Use active learning techniques: Instead of passively reading through notes or textbooks, engage in active learning techniques such as summarizing information in your own words, teaching concepts to others (or even imaginary friends!), creating flashcards, or practicing problem-solving exercises. Active learning enhances understanding and retention of knowledge.
4. Prioritize challenging subjects/topics: Identify the subjects or topics that pose significant challenges for you and allocate more study time accordingly. Tackling difficult areas first ensures that you have enough energy and concentration to grasp complex concepts fully.
5. Collaborate with classmates: Forming study groups with classmates can be highly beneficial as it promotes discussion, aids in clarifying doubts, and provides different perspectives on the subject matter. Explaining concepts to others also reinforces your understanding of the material.
6. Take regular breaks: Studying continuously without taking breaks can lead to burnout and reduced productivity. Divide your study sessions into manageable chunks of time, followed by short breaks to relax and recharge. Incorporate activities like stretching or going for a walk to refresh your mind.
7. Practice past exams or sample questions: Familiarize yourself with the format and style of previous exams or sample questions relevant to your subjects. This practice helps you understand the exam's structure, identify common patterns, and gain confidence in tackling similar questions during the actual test.
8. Get sufficient sleep and maintain a healthy lifestyle: Pulling all-nighters might seem tempting, but it ultimately hampers cognitive function and retention. Aim for at least 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night to enhance memory consolidation and concentration levels. Additionally, maintaining a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and engaging in physical activity contribute to overall well-being during this stressful period.
9. Seek for help when needed: Don't hesitate to reach out to teachers, tutors, or classmates if you encounter difficulties while studying. Asking for clarification or discussing challenging concepts can provide valuable insights and help clear any confusion.
10. Stay positive and manage stress: Maintaining a positive mindset is crucial throughout finals season. Avoid negative self-talk or comparisons with others' progress – focus on your own growth instead. Take regular breaks for relaxation activities such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, or pursuing hobbies that bring joy.
The path to success during finals lies in effective planning, diligent effort, and adopting healthy study habits. By following these tips and tricks, you'll be better equipped to tackle your exams confidently while minimizing stress levels along the way. Remember that preparation is key – stay focused, keep calm, and give it your best shot! Good luck!

𓏲࣪ ִֶָ ︎ִֶָ How to manifest with law of attraction 𖤐
Tumblr media
The Law of Attraction is a powerful universal principle that suggests our thoughts and feelings shape our reality. By focusing on what you truly desire, you can manifest anything into your life. Here are some tips on how to effectively use the Law of Attraction to achieve your dreams.
1. Clarify Your Desires
The first step in manifesting anything is to be clear about what you want. Vague desires yield vague results.
Tips:
Be Specific: Clearly define your goals. Instead of saying, "I want to be rich," specify an exact amount of money or the lifestyle you desire.
Write It Down: Document your goals in a journal. This act of writing helps solidify your intentions.
2. Visualize Your Goals
Visualization is a key technique in the Law of Attraction. It involves creating a mental image of your desired outcome.
Tips:
Daily Visualization: Spend a few minutes each day imagining your goals as if they are already achieved. See, feel, and experience the emotions of success.
Vision Boards: Create a vision board with images and words that represent your goals. Place it where you can see it daily.
3. Practice Gratitude
Gratitude shifts your focus from what you lack to what you have, attracting more positive experiences.
Tips:
Gratitude Journal: Keep a journal where you write down things you are grateful for each day.
Thankfulness Rituals: Begin and end your day by acknowledging at least three things you are thankful for.
4. Affirm Your Success
Affirmations are positive statements that reinforce your belief in your goals.
Tips:
Positive Affirmations: Create affirmations that reflect your desires. For example, "I am successful and attract wealth effortlessly."
Repeat Daily: Recite your affirmations every morning and night to embed them into your subconscious mind.
5. Take Inspired Action
While thoughts and feelings are powerful, action is necessary to manifest your desires.
Tips:
Act on Opportunities: Be open to and act upon opportunities that align with your goals.
Step-by-Step Approach: Break down your goals into manageable steps and take consistent action towards them.
6. Let Go and Trust the Process
Trust that the universe will bring your desires to fruition. Letting go doesn't mean giving up but having faith in the process.
Tips:
Release Attachment: Don’t obsess over the outcome. Focus on positive emotions and trust that what you desire will come to you.
Practice Patience: Understand that manifestation takes time and maintain a positive attitude throughout the process.
7. Maintain a Positive Vibration
Your emotional state influences what you attract. Stay positive to attract positive outcomes.
Tips:
Surround Yourself with Positivity: Engage with people and environments that uplift you.
Mindfulness and Meditation: Practice mindfulness and meditation to keep your mind clear and focused.
Engage in Joyful Activities: Do things that make you happy and raise your vibrational frequency.
