To my girlies (and boys) who wanna lose weight I've got a tip for you so you can feel full without having to overeat. Before eating always drink water, drink as much as u can. if you can drink an entire bottle of water go on it will help you feel bloated and you will feel full really quick plus most people that starv3 die from dehydration and drinking before each meal can prevent it and last if you feel like you wanna eat even though u are fast1ng drink an entire bottle of water (until you feel bloated) it will give you the same feeling as when u over3at and then you feel disgusted by food.

weight lose tips
Losing weight can be a challenging but rewarding journey. It's important to approach it in a healthy and sustainable way, focusing on long-term lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes. Here are some general tips to get you started:

Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. These foods are low in calories and high in nutrients, which will help you feel full and satisfied.
Limit processed foods, sugary drinks, and unhealthy fats. These foods are high in calories and low in nutrients, and they can contribute to weight gain.
Reduce your portion sizes. This is a simple way to cut back on calories without feeling deprived.
Eat mindfully. Pay attention to your hunger and fullness cues, and avoid eating when you're not hungry.
Exercise:
Get regular physical activity. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week.
Find activities you enjoy. This will make it more likely that you'll stick with your exercise routine.

Get enough sleep. When you're well-rested, you're more likely to make healthy choices.
Manage stress. Stress can lead to unhealthy eating habits. Find healthy ways to cope with stress, such as yoga, meditation, or spending time in nature.
Stay motivated. Surround yourself with supportive people, set realistic goals, and reward yourself for your progress.
It's important to remember that everyone is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. If you're struggling to lose weight on your own, talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian. They can help you create a personalized plan that's right for you.
Here are some additional tips for weight loss:
Keep a food diary. This can help you track your calorie intake and identify areas where you can make improvements.
Cook more meals at home. This gives you more control over the ingredients in your food.
Drink plenty of water. Water can help you feel full and satisfied.
Don't skip meals. Skipping meals can lead to overeating later in the day.
Make small changes. Don't try to change everything at once. Start with small, manageable changes that you can stick with over time.
I hope these tips help you on your weight loss journey
