Hey guyssss. So I’ve been gone for a few days! If anyone noticed. Prob not.
So yeah I haven’t been posting for a couple days because tbh I’ve completely fallen off the band wagon. Which has put me down in the dumpssssss. I’m haven’t dealt with binging in like genuinely 2 months. Not that I thought the habit was kicked, but I’ve definitely lost the most amount of weight I ever have by NOT binging within this lil while. Buuttttt then she came for a visit.
Yes, I actually recognize why it happened. Anyone who’s asked me how I do it my #1 RULE OF THUMB is I do NOT fast. It just makes you hungrier and it’s not a good time. Well I broke my #1 rule when I went out to my anniversary dinner with my bf. I fasted for way longer than I should’ve before. (I will not talk numbers due to the competitive nature of issues) ANYWAY, that night i was SO hungry and I guess lost control for these past 2 days. I won’t get into specifics. An old habit I had was always to fast before a restaurant, so I didn’t even really think about it. But yeah not smart.
I am human, I am just like all of you. I fall and when I fall it’s shit but the important bit is to get back up and continue on like normal. I’m not going to beat myself up for it because mistakes happen. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want to fast to make up for it, but that’s what got me into this mess. So I will not be doing that even tho I feel as I should, and I will NOT be cutting out any food groups either. All that is just one big recipe for disaster.
Anyway, I always try to be as transparent as possible and show my falls. It’s not all glamorous with me in zkinnyville 💀. As I get back on the band wagon take this pic of my arm. LOL.
ON A MORE POSITIVE NOTE, i finished my 3rd year of uni. WOOOO

alright ive got it down to a science (for my b0dy type)
-i take vitamin d, c & multi vitamins every day. i stopped counting c4ls for those bc it made me spiral.
mon/tue: 500 c4l limit with c4rdio
wednesday: 700 limit with heavy c4rdio
thurs-sunday: l1quid f4st with just walking & lots of sleep
(if i need something these days its just fruit & ill do c4rdio to make myself feel beter)
-i plateau at every 3 (113, 103, 93, etc)
so when i hit those, i bump the limit up 200 for a week
(mon/tues: 700 & wed: 900)
& do extra workouts so my body isnt adapting to its sm4ll intake
for MY l1quid f4sts i don’t count c4ls, ill have:
-coffee or tea with whatever i want in it to keep me happy
-chicken broth or b0ne broth w hot sauce
-any N/A drink. i dont count them.
-i only c0unt steps, i dont push myself during this
-i get a lot of sleep
i very rarely go over my limits, because my b0dy has gotten used to the amount i c0nsume (i started with higher limits) & the m3als i have are filling & good for digestion (all my r3cipes were on my old acc, i only found & reblogged one, but ill be reposting them as i have them)
but if i do go over, i do extra c4rdio. i don’y subtract from any other day because it messes with me. also, i hate working out so i will usually just stay in my limit lol

Today was alright. I spent the whole day almost sleeping. I’ve been so tired lately. for dinner today I got subway :). Which may seem like an odd dinner choice considering the last two days (if you seen my last post) and it is an odd choice, but the way to get back into things is slowly and steadily. Definitely don’t try to jump back in the deep end after drowning. Build ur way back. I got a 6’ rotisserie chicken on flat bread, all the veg, no cheese, and hot sauce. 🙌🏼🥪Someone tell me WHY subway took away crispy chicken…I just wanna talk🔪That was my FAVOURITE. grrr.
Today could’ve been “better” sure. But like to me this is what works. No harsh punishments, just keep on keeping on. Ew, I hate I said that. This isn’t 2015💀💀💀💀💀
