I feel like a pig :( I had a couple chunks of chicken before my shower and it makes me feel rlly yucky :( I haven’t had a protein in weeks so ngl it was a little nice
Also, to whoever told me to have protein before the shower to not pass out, thx it really helped, I was sick at the end but I could stay in longer. It’s kinda disgusting but I’ve been having trouble showering which makes me more depressed yeah, but it’s getting really hard to stay standing and move around.
Thank god my session at uni is ending it’s getting really really difficult to walk to class 😭
