What's y'alls favorite things to do when fasting? Like, I'm trying so hard not to eat what i really am craving rn but it's kinda hard without having anything to distract you from eating. So what do y'all do while distracting yourself from eating/thinking about food?
ik going on walks and exercising helps mostly but like, i wanna know what other things could distract me, at least a little.

Sometimes when I want to eat something I shouldn't, I just stare at it. I look very closely, the color, the shape, the way the light reflects off of it...
Then I imagine how it would look if I ate it, if I chewed it up and spit it out, and God forbid I actually eat it, the way it would look in my stomach. Digesting, turning into disgusting, yellow, sickening fat.
Why would I make something so beautiful into something so ugly?

Story time**
Been losing weight finally. About 4 lbs in a week!! After being stuck in plateau for over a year. My appetite has been gone because of nausea.. here’s the punch line.. found out I have a *tapeworm*!!!😱 it’s freaking me out gross! But I’m finally losing weight fast, so I kinda wanna keep it awhile. 😏😩

I lost the battle but I won’t loose the war
These past few months I’ve been eating non-stop because I work at a retail store & omg the amount of junk food I was consuming because of how hungry I was & the fact that I was fully aware of what I was eating is so shameful
I wish I had a fast metabolism ughhh I want to diet but I don’t know how, I live for some diet plans, but because of my environment & income it’s so hard to find healthy foods, not to mention I live in butt fuck America, iykyk.
Like I have a Pinterest board dedicated to the body type that I want, I don’t even care about being slim thick, I want to be as skinny as a broom stick, I want to be perfect & be so skinny that brandy Melville clothes are too big for me. I hate hate HATE the way my body looks
I wish my stayed the way it did back when I was 17; young, naive, skinny & I didn’t feed of food, but instead on whole west bread, apples, granola bars & coffee. But when I try to go back to that habit I lost so much hair
