Man, one of the biggest f4tsp0's ever is working out and feeling your fat jiggle...
Ive burnt about 400 cals so far, I cant do much more for now considering the hEDS pain but its enough
Even if im starving myself and being brutal to my body, I still need to understand my limits

💞 LOOSE SKIN & STRETCH MARKS TIPS 💞
you can use these to prevent/get rid of loose skin & stretch marks !!
loose skin~
Derma-rolling
you can find derma-rollers on amazon i highly suggest this!! once every 2 weeks use the derma-roller and roll it all over where your loose skin is, put vitamin C oil on the area before and after rolling. u need to space it out, dont do this everyday, ur skin needs time to heal which is why its every 2 weeks! this promotes collagen and tightens your skin and also apply vitamin C oil to that area everyday! some people do say that it promotes hair growth but i never experienced that so i think its just a myth 🎀
Creams
B-flat!!! all u have to do is apply it to the area u need it, and it is meant to feel burning or tingling so dont be alarmed if its ur first time trying (burning only lasts a few mins)! its a little pricey n spicy but it lasts a long time 🎀
Supplements
i suggest taking collagen while doing these things u can get it in powder or pill/capsule form! 🎀
Exercise
i havent tried this yet but im going to, but i heard exercising and building muscle in the area(s) u have loose skin can fill up that space where ur loose skin is and minimize it 🎀
Stretch marks~
Oils
COCONUT OIL ! im telling u i used to have deep purple stretch marks when i was a lot bigger, i massaged coconut oil on them everyday after my shower and over a few months they faded SO MUCH 🎀
Vitamin E oil
u can mix this with the coconut oil!! Vitamin E is known for anti-aging and regenerating ur skin! 🎀
Bio-Oil
im sure u have heard of this but if not its okay! women use this specifically for stretch marks after pregnancy and it has hugeee effects!! this is another one of my favorites 🎀
Massage oils
on amazon u can find different massage oils for things like cellulite and stretch marks! i have the M3 NATURALS anti-cellulite oil, i use this all over my body everyday and it smells summery!! 🎀
Lotion
remember to keep ur skin hydrated and moisturized! 🎀
these are all things i have done over the past few years that have helped me a ton, i hope this helps u too! 🫶🏻🫶🏻
