New rules for the new year! (Posting this to keep myself accountable!)
- In any situation possible, CHOSE 馃憦FRUITS馃憦 when I HAVE to eat
- ONLY water, diet soda, zero sugar Gatorade, energy drinks, or zero sugar drinks for drinks
- 300 cal limit no matter what the day is, besides the day I break my fast I aim for 600-800 (only because when I don鈥檛 eat enough after my fast my body dosent break it down and make me sick because after a fast I always end up throwing up and tmi but having diarrhea馃槶)
- 5k+ steps EVERYDAY
-no matter how long before ALWAYS fast on the days I see my situationship (this man is a literal TWIG)
-take vitamins EVERY
- SAY馃憦NO馃憦 TO馃憦 FAST馃憦 FOOD馃憦
-lower carb intake AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
-no shortcuts walking anywhere
-CHEW馃憦GUM馃憦INSTEAD馃憦
- stay OUT OF THE KITCHEN
-try to burn 500 cals (Atleast) every single day
