i don't know who needs to hear this but when your stomach makes noise because you're hungry or starving, it doesn't mean your body is burning fat. it's just the normal movement of gas and fluids in your stomach and intestines. even if you're severely restricting food intake due to an eating disorder and experiencing extreme hunger or starvation, the noises from your stomach do not indicate fat burning. please stop being delusional guys and i love you <3
