Teacher’s Pet(s)
toby x male reader x tim
reader uses he/him and has a penis
genre: smut, some fluff
content/warnings: college au, tim is a professor but everyone is adults, threesome, dub con if you squint but not really reader is just nervous and shy, they do it on the nasty school floor which i think should be a warning
To avoid any confusion, in my headcanons Toby has a stutter as well as but separate from his tourette’s. I am not writing his tics, I am writing his stutter.
When you heard your professor was being replaced, you immediately became worried. What if the new professor was mean? What if he was lazy? What if he was always late?
What if, what if, what if?
But Timothy Wright was none of those things. He was always on time, he made sure that everyone understood the material no matter what, and he always went the extra mile. He was perfect, and you always made an effort to tell him how much you appreciate him.
When Tim heard that he and Toby were going undercover at a college to collect data on one of the students, he groaned. What if he had to deal with noisy kids? What if there was needless drama that Toby would undoubtedly get caught up in? What if their target was some annoying bimbo with a hollow skull?
But that certainly wasn't you. On the contrary, you were an absolute sweetheart; you wanted nothing more than to help, and you made Toby so happy. Ever since the first day they both showed up, you'd never questioned Toby's tics or odd little habits, and you'd always stay after class in case Mr. Wright needed any help.
Toby wasn't particularly thrilled about the mission either. His only memories of school were bad ones. What if he got made fun of? What if he got angry and blew their cover? What if being around you was unbearable?
But none of those things happened. Instead, the first time Toby walked into class, his eyes immediately locked onto your smiling face. When he was done awkwardly introducing himself, you stood up and waved.
"There's an empty seat next to me, Toby!" And, of course, he took it. You never looked at him funny when he twitched, and you never laughed at him when he stuttered or struggled to express his thoughts. Instead, you'd gently grab his hand and say, "It's alright, take your time. The words will still be there when you're done."
They both adored you.
Luckily for both them and you, it wasn't looking like you were very interested in the slenderman myth, let alone urban legends. But, even though they were sure you didn't know anything, they were still supposed to see this mission to the end, so they were sticking around a little longer.
"Woah, Toby, are those your drawings?" You half-whispered, trying not to talk over Tim's lecture. Toby nodded, wide-eyed. "They're amazing! I can't believe I've never seen them before. May I?" You gestured to his notebook.
"Oh, uh, s-sure."
After he handed you the book, he couldn't help but look down at the floor. You seemed genuinely amazed, whereas most people would be freaked out by his dark scribbles of ominous figures. It was a little embarrassing to have someone take such an interest in his work.
"You've got a real talent, Toby." You said as you passed his book back to him.
"Um–thanks." He responded quietly, lifting the collar of his turtleneck to cover up his reddening face. "Usually, people think my drawings are weird or scary," He muttered.
"I think they're perfect." You replied, beaming. "Never stop drawing, Toby. You're gifted."
He always thought you were beautiful, but he especially liked how you looked when you smiled at him. He couldn't remember the last time someone looked at him with as much admiration as you did. He couldn't describe the feeling it gave him, but it certainly wasn't a bad one.
Despite how wholesome you were, even in such a sweet moment, his mind began to wander, as it always did when he looked at you for too long. Your perfect face was smiling at him now, but he was imagining it contorted in pleasure as he pounded into your–
The bell interrupted his thoughts.
"That's it for now, have a nice day, everyone," Tim said as he waved goodbye to all of the leaving students, immediately reaching for a stack of papers after. He had a lot to do, and he was already dreading it. Unfortunately, going undercover as a teacher meant he actually had to have something to show for it, or there would surely be suspicion. He sighed as he sat down in his chair, reminding himself that it would all be worth it once he and Toby's plan was set into motion, once they finally had you–
"Mr. Wright!"
Your voice suddenly brought him out of his thoughts, and he looked up to see you approaching his desk, Toby trailing a few steps behind you.
"Oh, hello, you two." He said, only giving you a glance before picking up one of the papers in the stack. He sighed again, this time loud enough for you to hear.
"You seem stressed, Mr. Wright. I'm free the rest of the day. Is there anything I could do to help?" You asked him almost every day, and he almost always refused, aside from a few minor errands like grabbing papers from the copying machine or helping him retrieve a book. This time, though, he nodded.
"Actually, that would be very nice. I've got a lot to do."
He watched your face light up as he spoke. You were such a teacher's pet. His gaze slowly fell from your eyes to your lips, taking in every move they made. Just like the rest of you, they were beautiful. Their shine caught the light just perfectly, and he couldn't help but imagine what they'd look like wrapped around his–
"If a-all you're going to be doing is chores, I'm out!" Toby called over his shoulder as he headed towards the door, flashing Tim a knowing smirk. "Have fun!"
"Bye, Toby!" You replied, waving him goodbye. Tim didn't bother waving. You would all see each other again soon enough.
"So, Mr. Wright, what can I help you with?"
A couple hours had passed since class ended, and both you and Tim agreed you'd been rather productive. Tasks that usually would've taken him days, although it would've only taken less than one if he wasn't such an awful procrastinator, were done in fifteen minutes, and getting to be alone with you was certainly a bonus.
"There's only one more thing, then I'll let you go free." He joked.
"Don't talk like that, Mr. Wright; I'm here because I wanna be." You insisted, sliding a book back into its place on the shelf. Your words instantly replayed in his mind.
You're here because you want to be.
You want to be here.
You want to be here with him.
"What else do we need to do?" You asked, turning around and looking up at him.
"Oh, uh, I need to get some papers from the copying room. I have a lot more than usual, so I figured an extra pair of hands would be helpful."
He had hardly finished his sentence before you headed to the door, pausing to hold it open for him before you were both making your way down the hallway. A very comfortable silence fell over you both as you walked, simply enjoying each other's presence. Forcing any small talk would make it awkward.
"After you," Tim said, opening the door to the copying room and stepping to the side for you. You gave him a polite nod as you passed, watching as he took the paper he'd brought with him and copied it. The machine beeped and whirred in protest.
"Damn this old thing." He muttered, but it seemed that one good hit was enough to get it going again. "There are two copies per person in every class, so there's gonna be a lot. I really should've split the load, but, y'know…" He trailed off.
You managed to keep a conversation going for a few minutes before the door creaked behind you. You turned around to see Toby standing awkwardly in the doorway, and he waved when he locked eyes with you.
"Toby? What are you doing here?" You asked.
"Oh, I-I uh, left something in the classroom, and I s-saw you guys when I was passing by since the door was half-open. I figured I'd s-say hi."
You accepted this explanation and turned back towards the machine. You didn't notice when Toby shut and locked the door behind him, and you didn't see the nod he exchanged with Tim.
They were both ready.
"So, what's up?" Toby asked, putting his chin on your shoulder. He expected you to pull away or tell him to cut it out, but you gladly accepted the gesture.
"I'm helping Mr. Wright take some papers back to the classroom." You looked back up at Tim, and he instantly averted his eyes and pretended to inspect the papers.
"Is that all?" Toby questioned, turning his head toward you a bit. You could feel his breath on your neck now.
"Um, yeah. We've been doing work for a while, so–"
Suddenly his arms were around your waist, dragging you back a few steps.
"Booooring!" Toby groaned dramatically, and you couldn't help but laugh.
“Toby, cut it out!" Usually, you'd love to see him being so sweet, but you were embarrassed that he chose to do it in front of a teacher. You wanted Tim to see you as a respectable, proper student.
Tim didn't seem to react, though. He only glanced up for a moment, not even long enough for you to notice, before he was back to looking down at the papers.
Suddenly Toby stopped laughing. He tightened his arms around you, pulling you close.
 "Toby?" You whispered meekly.
"You know," He began, putting his chin on your shoulder again, nuzzling into your neck. He took a deep breath, inhaling your scent before he continued. "We h-hardly ever see each other outside of class-s."
You looked over at Tim again. You noticed him looking at you before he began messing with the machine.
Why wasn't he stopping him?
He should have been yelling at Toby about school-appropriate behavior, but he let him continue.
You were brought away from your thoughts when Toby's lips just ghosted over your neck. You flinched, and his small chuckle told you that he noticed.
 "Toby, stop it."
"What's the matter? I'm f-finally being nice for once. I figured you'd l-like it."
"That's not the issue, it's just–not right now, I'm busy, and Mr. Wright is–"
You trailed off when you looked up to see Tim staring directly at you like he was waiting for you to finish. You couldn't.
Suddenly he was walking towards you, and now you were stuck between him and Toby. Tim put a finger under your chin and lifted your head to look at him. "Mr. Wright?"
"You can call me Tim." He corrected, his face stern as ever. He was much more intimidating like this, which sparked unease in you.
Unease and another feeling you couldn't quite understand yet.
"What's going on?" You asked, your voice barely above a whisper, but neither answered. They were both too focused on you. Tim was entranced by how your lip quivered when you spoke, your voice laced with fear, and Toby began pressing firm kisses to your neck and shoulder that sent shivers down your spine.
"Knees." Tim suddenly demanded.
"What?"
"Knees. Now."
This time he put a hand on your shoulder and pushed you down. You didn't fight him; you couldn't make yourself.
You didn't expect them to both follow you to the ground, Toby pushing you over onto all fours. Now your face was just inches away from Tim's, and you could feel his breath when he smirked and let a small chuckle slip past his lips. He grabbed your chin with a firm hand and looked into your eyes.
"Just sit still, alright?"
You didn't respond. You didn't even nod. You were still in shock.
You'd hardly processed his words when you felt Toby's arms wrap around you once more, moving his hands to the zipper of your pants. You glanced down to see Tim's free hand fumbling with his belt, quickly sliding it out and tossing it to the side. His arousal was obvious already, and you could feel Toby's bulge against your backside as he leaned over you.
"I don't understand." You rasped out. You could feel your heartbeat in your chest; it was loud in your ears and made your breath heavy.
When you felt Toby tugging your pants down, you panicked a bit, attempting to turn around, but Tim held you firmly in place. He didn't have to say anything; his stare was enough to make you freeze. You'd known him as a bit of a serious man, but this was completely new, and it lit a fire in you.
He leaned in close, his lips so close to touching yours, and he paused for only a moment to see if you'd fight him. When you didn't, he kissed you, and when you still made no move to pull away, he kissed harder.
It took a few moments before you realized what he'd done, and it took a few more for you to shyly attempt kissing back. Toby had your pants off now, and his hands were rubbing at your bulge, making you moan into the kiss. You heard him giggle behind you. Even in a moment like this, he was still a bit childish. You couldn't have expected anything else.
Tim had unbuttoned his pants and was now hooking a thumb under the waistband of his boxers. He pulled away from the kiss as his erection finally sprang free, cursing under his breath.
The hand on your chin moved to the back of your head.
"Be a good little student and suck it."
"What?!" You yelped but got no response except for Tim pushing your head down.
Toby scoffed as he watched you gawk at Tim's length. "I s-still can't believe you won the coin toss; I wanted his mouth," Toby whined, but he didn't complain anymore as he started tugging at your underwear.
"C'mon," Tim urged, grabbing his cock and guiding it towards your mouth, keeping your head still with a grip on your hair. You hesitantly opened your mouth to wrap your lips around the tip. You looked up at him for approval, and when he nodded, you went further. He let you take your time; he could tell you'd never done this before.
Toby, on the other hand, was not as keen on waiting. He had your underwear around your knees now. He popped two fingers into his mouth to get them wet before shoving them into you without warning. You yelped around Tim's cock, tears welling up in your eyes from the sudden intrusion.
"H-Holy shit!" Toby muttered, quickly pumping his fingers in and out of you. "I can already feel how t-tight you are. It's gonna feel s-so good when I–"
"You're drooling, Rodgers."
He looked up at Tim, ready to be mad about the interruption, before he realized that he was, in fact, drooling. He grumbled and wiped his face with his sleeve, immediately returning his attention to stretching you out.
Tim's grip on your hair tightened, gently encouraging you to go further. You took the hint and went down as far as you could. "That's it," He praised quietly, biting his lip when you swirled your tongue around him.
As much as you were trying to focus on Tim, Toby was making it difficult. He curled his fingers inside you, hitting as deep as he could. It wasn't long before he added a third finger, making scissoring motions and stretching you out. He was still searching for your sweet spot, and when he found it, you let him know by practically screaming around Tim's cock. Toby couldn't help but laugh at you.
"Looks-s like I found something."
He hit it again, harder this time, and you had to grip onto Tim's legs.
Again, again, and again he curled his fingers to hit that perfect spot, loving the way you tensed around him when he did. Tim loved the way it made your eyes roll back in your head as you squealed and desperately gripped onto him for some sort of relief, though he provided none.
Instead, he pushed your head down as hard as he could, forcing you to take him all the way. You choked, trying to protest, but there was no way to do so. Your legs were trembling now, your cock twitching every time Toby shoved his fingers back into you.
As much as Toby loved watching you choke, he could only enjoy it for a minute before he remembered how impatient he was.
"That's-s enough." He said, pulling his fingers out of you. Tim grumbled but nevertheless pulled you off his cock. You came off with a pop, dazed and out of breath.
They only let you rest for a second before Tim pushed you back against Toby, bringing your legs up and over his shoulders. Then, Toby was back to devouring your neck from behind, ripping your shirt open and sending a couple of the buttons flying. Unfortunately, he didn't have the patience to take it off of you.
"Toby!" You screamed, suddenly feeling the cold air hit your chest.
"I'll buy you a new one."
The next moment Toby had his pants and boxers out of the way, and now they were both lining up at your entrance.
"Wait, I'm not–! I'm not…" Your voice fizzled out when Tim leaned forward to kiss your forehead gently. His silent way of telling you everything would be okay, and you knew it. You sighed, reaching up to loosely wrap your arms around his neck.
"Just relax," He whispered. You did relax as best you could, but it didn't last very long before they were both pushing into you. You almost screamed, but the sound got caught in your throat. Tim silenced you with another kiss, a surprisingly caring gesture compared to how they were forcing themselves into you. On the other hand, Toby loved watching you whimper and whine as you struggled to take them. It seriously inflated his ego.
"Look at our p-pretty boy, he can hardly t-take it." He taunted before going back to marking you up.
They only took a moment to rest once they had filled you completely.
"T-Tight–! so fuckin' tight!" Toby muttered against your skin.
It didn't take long before they were both ready to go again, and before you knew it, they were pulling out, only to push back all the way.
"It's too much!" You whined, but it did nothing to discourage them. At first, they were sloppy and uncoordinated but quickly found a steady pace. Just as one of them was pulling out, the other was slamming back into you.
Toby couldn't keep his hands off any part of you. He was feeling around all over you, on your stomach, chest, legs, and anywhere his hands could reach. First, he would squeeze your thighs, then move to your chest, pinching your nipples, then his hands would be rubbing over your stomach, feeling the bulge his cock made inside you.
"Aw, you're s-so tiny! I can feel it in your belly." He laughed, pressing softly on the bump. You let out a high-pitched moan, gripping Tim's shirt hard enough to tear.
While Toby was busy teasing you and spewing obscenities in your ear, Tim hadn't said a word. Instead, he'd kept a firm grip on you, only letting out a few low grunts here and there.
You nearly lost your mind when he wrapped a hand around your cock.
You threw your head back, moaning his name through heavy breaths. "Tim! Too much!" You whimpered, but it only made him pump your cock faster.
Toby snickered at the way you squirmed, licking a long stripe up from your shoulder to your neck.
"I-I can feel him tightening up," He panted. "Is o-our pretty boy gonna cum? Hm?"
You nodded, unable to form words. Your mouth was wide open, tongue out as you panted. Toby drooled shamelessly over your shoulder, watching you fall apart. Neither you nor Tim cared enough to tell him to stop.
"C'mon, pretty boy, make a mess for us," Tim said, pressing his forehead against yours. You could only whine pathetically in response.
You could feel your release building, your words garbled as you tried begging them not to stop. They understood, though.
"Pretty pretty boy, p-pretty pretty boy!" Toby repeated over and over again before he suddenly bit down on your shoulder hard enough to draw blood.
You came without warning except for one last scream, releasing all over Tim's hand.
Neither of them slowed down, but you could feel their pace becoming erratic.
"Goddamn, I'm not gonna last much longer," Tim growled, nuzzling into your neck. His hot, heavy breaths set your skin on fire in the best way.
"M-Me either, holy fuck–!"
Their hips stuttered, and you had no time to brace before they both filled you with everything they had.
It was a wonderful, pleasurable feeling that you would never forget.
"God, fuck!"
They didn't slow down until they were both done, and for a moment making you wonder if they would ever stop. You felt full, warm, and exhausted now that you were coming down from your high. You fell back against Toby, who kissed your cheek lovingly.
"You alright?" Tim asked breathlessly, and you nodded. Toby trailed his tongue over the bite mark he'd left as a sort of apology for hurting you, even though you didn't really mind.
Tim moved your legs off his shoulders and rested them on the floor. All three of you stayed like that, catching your breaths and enjoying each other's warmth.
Finally, Tim spoke.
"We need to get going. We'll both help you."
After they'd pulled out and collected themselves, Toby ran back to the classroom to grab your stuff while Tim helped you stand and get dressed, letting you borrow his jacket since your shirt had been obliterated.
"I've, uh, got a car outside," Tim suggested. "I know you usually catch a bus home, but I'd feel bad just leaving you."
And with that, they both assisted you in limping out to the parking lot, where you laid down in the back seat of Tim's car, almost immediately falling asleep.
"H-Hey, Tim?" Toby asked quietly as he got into the front passenger's seat.
"Hm?"
“Be honest w-with me. On a scale from 1 to 10, h-how mad do you think the boss is gonna be?"

Katai was not a stranger to Yokohama police station. They practically had his number memorised. Since he's been coming regularly since he was in school.
"Name?" Asked the bored officer. "Kunikida" said Katai, putting his hands in his coat pockets. It was freezing in here, he'd been half tempted to bring his futon but luckily the line was short.
"Full name." Said the officer, even more annoyed. Katai resisted the urge to sigh, man you'd think you'd remember the guy, you arrested.
But Katai remained polite, if only to speed this up. " Doppo Kunikida He's tall, blonde" incredibly handsome "he probably lectured you on how to properly make a left turn on the way here."
The officer paused, recognition in his eyes and somehow he got even more annoyed. "Oh that guy, yeah I know him he broke my buddy's nose."
Truly that man was the love of his life.
"Yeah, that's him. I'm guessing it was because your buddy attacked an innocent protester." Said Katai, pulling out his phone as he did so.
"No it was for no reason. I think you're friends got something wrong with him." Now, Katai might be a nervous wreck but one thing he couldn't stand was when people talked bad about his friends.
Especially his boyfriend.
Katai didn't let his anger show though."Your buddy wouldn't happen to be the same one who's committed 15 counts of aggravated assault in the last week, now would he?"
It had the intended effect of making the officers face pale, but Katai wasn't done.
"And he's not your buddy, he's you're older half brother on your mother's side. Former doctor, wife and two kids, a third on the way. And you're-"
"Okay! Okay! Stop!" Yelled the now terrified officer. Katai put his phone down "turn yourselves in, or I will."
The nervous wreck was gone, replaced by a rather confident and focused man. The shift was scary to the officer "who are you?"
Katai pulled a badge out of his pocket "Katai Tayama of the Armed Detective Agency. And I'll say it again, turn yourselves in our I will." He said, calmly while the officer was anything but.
"Did you set this up?!" Katai snorted, actually snorted like it was the funniest thing he'd ever heard. "Pfft nah, this is just a happy little accident. Now go get who I came for."
The officer was out of his seat in seconds and bought back Kunikida in record time. Katai's entire demeanor shifted, softening and he smiled as his now freed man.
"Hey Doppo, took yourself long enough." He said, pushing the filled papers and leaving the station with him.
"Katai, thank you for coming." Said Kunikida, a soft smile on his face that Katai matched. "Course dear, bought some take out I figured you were starving in here." Kunikida chuckled "thank you, prison food is a crime in enough itself."
He subtly looked back at the station before looking back at Katai. "That officer, what did you do?" Katai put on an the innocent face that anyone else would easily buy.
But not Kunikida who just stared at him, waiting. "Fine, it was just a simple search." He grinned "you'll be happy to know the guy you punched is your next case."
Kunikida blinked in suprise before laughing. He took Katai's hand in his and gave it a kiss "our next case." Katai blushes, kissing his cheek "I like the sound of that."

"Jesse!"
Spencer rolled his eyes as he heard your squeals come down the apartment hall.
"Stop!" You playfully said, giggling.
Spencer sighed and closed his book, waiting for Jesse to say goodbye to you before he could go back to reading. Your happy squeals were too distracting for him to concentrate on what he was doing.
In the past month, everything you did made it hard for him to concentrate. Ever since he saw you walk towards him in the club, he couldn't take his mind off of you. He knew you were a fixation, so he didn't need to deal with his problems, but he didn't mind it for some reason.
You both didn't talk as much as you used to but you were always polite to him and offered him a smile when you saw him which was more than what you wanted, but it wasn't awful. Spencer was starting to become back to being his old self. You were still hurt by what he did to you, but you were happy that he was becoming himself again.
Jesse and you had started going out, mostly hanging out, but things did get steamy once or twice, never going over the line, but the makeout sessions weren't bad. You liked the way you felt with Jesse, but it didn't compare to how you felt when you were with Spencer and those still lingering feelings.
You hadn't forgiven him, but he also hadn't apologized to you either, so things between you were at a standpoint.
Spencer's phone went off as he closed his apartment door. He didn't bother to look at the caller ID before he answered, "Spencer."
"Spencer..." Y/N's voice came through the phone shakey.
Spencer stopped dead in his tracks at the sound of her voice. "Y/N? What's wrong?"
"A man," she hiccuped before taking a small breath in, "a man is in the school, and we're under lock down. I'm in a closet hiding. Please..." A sob broke through the phone, and Spencer swore he felt his heart break in two. "Someone is outside the classroom..." The line went dead.
Spencer's brain went into overdrive, and he was instantly on a call to Hotch, filling him in as he ran down the street towards the school you taught at. Within ten minutes, he was flashing his badge to a police officer who pointed at the man in charge.
"FBI Doctor Spencer Reid," Spencer said, breathing heavy as he showed his badge again to the police chief, "Has anyone been able to get in and see if everyone is okay?"
The police chief, a larger set man with sandy hair, nodded before speaking up. "We have a team of guys in there now sweeping the the area, no shots yet, luckily the school was closed for the day for a/c cleaning so it isn't filled with kids, but there are quite a few teachers in there." He pointed to a screen behind him, which showed images from the swat team's body cams.
"Spencer!" Morgan's voice rang out behind him. He turned around to see Morgan holding his gun and vest.
Spencer gladly took it and put everything on as the rest of the team got caught up with what was going on.
"The school is clear." A woman's voice rang through the speaker in front of them. "No sign of the suspect, but we did find something that is out of the ordinary in one of the classrooms. Room 204."
Spencer's heart stopped for a second when he heard the room number. It was your room number.
He was five paces ahead of everyone as he made his way down the halls to your classroom. He stopped when he saw what was by the closet door. A bouquet of red roses was left by the closet door with a small note card reading, "I love you," on the front of it.
"Did you find anyone in this classroom?" Spencer hurriedly asked the police officer next to her. "Y/N Y/L/N. This is her classroom, she called, saying she was in a closet. Did you find her?"
"Nothing so far, we're still getting a head count on who was actually here and who we have."
Spencer reached for the closet door in front of him to find it locked. He rattled the door some more but no give. "Can we get someone to open this? Now, please?"
One of the police officers stepped up and picked up the lock, then moved to the side for Spencer. He opened it to find you unconscious, mouth taped with colourful duct tape, hands tied with roped to your ankles with a wound on the side of your head that was bleeding. "We need paramedics!"
He gently took your head in his hands, making sure you were still breathing. A paramedic gently pushed him out of the way as they undid the duct tape and rope and then checked you over.
Spencer stood back as they looked you over, nervously playing with his hands. They picked you up and put you on a stretcher, then wheeled you out, Spencer one step behind them.
They lifted you into the ambulance, Spencer climbing in beside you. Hotch watched as they closed the back doors and drove away.
"Guys, let's get with local PD on this. Call Garcia and ask her to pull the surveillance footage. Let's figure out what happened here."
The team dispersed, JJ talking to the police chief on who made the 911 call, Morgan asking questions to the swat team who did the search while Rossi and Blake went back to classroom with Hotch.
"Red roses are a symbol of love and affection." Blake started as she crouched down towards the bouquet once they reached the classroom. "With a card saying I love you, it looks like something someone would give to their partner. Has Y/N been seeing anyone lately?"
"I don't think anything serious, but look at how it's laid. It's purposely laid there, like a shrine. It would be laying differently if she had dropped it when the alarm went off." Rossi said. "Why lock her in a closet for? Why take the time to tie her up and silence her with duct tape?"
"She had some type of wound on her head that knocked her out. She already wasn't going to make any noise or move, so why go the extra mile to be sure?"
Rossi looked at the inside of the closet, blood splattered on the side where your head was. "Enough of a hit to cause blood to splatter."
"Maybe he wanted to come back to finish whatever he had started." Blake said.
Hotch examined the closet. "Maybe, but how did he know where she was? This closet isn't very big, I wouldn't think a grown woman would fit in here, plus there were more easily accessible teachers he could have gotten to."
Rossi raised his eyebrows. "Maybe the unsub has a student in her class?"
Hotch nodded. "Let's find out who's in her class and if there have been any problems in the past with the parents."
They turned to leave when heavy footsteps running down the hall caught their attention as a large body came barreling into the classroom. A large man stood there out of breath, visibly shaking.
"Y/N. Where is she?" The man said just as Rossi spoke.
"Jesse?"
-------------------------- ~~ ----------------------------
"She has just a small concussion, nothing major. Just monitor her for the rest of the night." The doctor told Spencer and Morgan, who had been waiting for Y/N to be released from the hospital.
"Spencer, Hotch wants one of us to stay with her tonight. From what it's looking like, it's not just a random attack." Morgan said after the doctor left.
Spencer nodded, and him and Morgan waited outside of your room while you got ready. Once you were through, you checked out of the hospital and headed back to your apartment. Police officers were stationed outside of your apartment door, and you looked at Spencer questioningly.
"It's for your safety. Let's head inside."
Y/N nodded and was about to head inside when she heard her name called behind her. Turning around, Jesse stood there down the hallway with a worried look on his face.
"Y/N... I've been so worried about you." He came closer to you and ran a hand through his hair. "They wouldn't let me see you at the hospital."
"Jesse..." You started to say, but Jesse spoke, interrupting you.
"Let me stay the night? I want to make sure you're okay."
"Jesse," you sighed, "Spencer is going to stay the night with me. I'm fine. Please get home safely."
Jesse flexed his hands and curled them into fists. "You're going to let him spend the night with you? After how he's treated you. Come on, Y/N, just let me spend the night."
You looked up at Spencer, nervously crossing your arms around your body, hoping that he would see that you were uncomfortable. He looked down at you and cleared his throat. "Jesse, she'll be okay. It's late, why don't you go home? She'll have two police officers posted outside of her door tonight."
Jesse laughed angrily. "Sure, I'll see you tomorrow." He spat then stormed off.
Spencer turned to look at you worriedly. "Is he normally that angrily?"
"No, he's been getting that way since I broke things off." You said, rubbing your arms from the sudden chill you felt. "He's been coming by the apartment excessively for the past two weeks begging for me to let him in, but I haven't. He's even left me gifts outside my door."
Spencer nodded and brought you inside the apartment, "Why don't you go pack some of your belongings that you'd need for a few days? I'll be right here."
He watched you walk into your bedroom before calling Hotch. "Hey, look into Jesse Hammers. The last two weeks, he's been coming to the apartment trying to get in or leaving gifts after she ended things. He showed up to the apartment tonight and got angry when she rejected his offer to spend the night."
"Yeah, he showed up at the school earlier and got upset when we had him leave. Got even angrier when we wouldn't tell him where she was. We'll keep a close eye on him."
"Spence?" He turned around to see you standing by the couch with an overnight bag.
"Y/N, does Jesse know where I live?" You shook your head no. "Hotch, I'm going to take her to another location. Can we get a decoy in the apartment?"
"You want to make it seem like she's in the apartment?"
"Yes. I'll leave the lights on to make it seem like someone is here." Spencer said his goodbyes and hung up. His expression softened when he saw the look of fear on your face.
"You think it's Jesse?" Your voice barely a whisper.
Spencer cleared his throat before saying, "We don't know, but we are going to do anything to make sure you're okay."
You nodded and moved closer to Spencer, who unconsciously wrapped his arms around, holding you close. You nuzzled your head into his chest and let yourself take a deep breath and relaxed for the first time that day.
"It's late. Let's get you out of here." Spencer took hold of your hand and got the all clear from the two officers outside your door before getting you into his apartment.
It's been months since you were last in his place, but it still looked the same. You took a deep breath in. The smell of Spencer filled your lungs and gave you a sense of calm. You set your stuff down on the couch as Spencer locked the door and then drew all the shades in the apartment. He turned on a few lamps but kept the place mostly dark.
"Get some sleep, I'll be here if you need."
Spencer sat down on the couch, grabbing a book from the coffee table. He could hear you tossing and turning, but within an hour, you were asleep, small snores coming from his bedroom. He was happy you felt safe enough to fall asleep, and soon his eyes started to droop, and he succumbed to a dream land.
What awoke him next was the sound of two gunshots. He quickly sprang up, heading to his bedroom to check on you. You were wrapped up in a blanket standing by the door with a scared look on your face. Spencer held a finger to his lips, signaling for you to stay quiet.
He grabbed your hand and brought you to the bedroom's bathroom. "Stay in here. Call Garcia, tell her to get Hotch." He whispered. Spencer handed you his phone, then gave you a quick kiss on the forehead and left before you could process anything that had happened.
Your hands shook as you unlocked his phone and dialed Penelope's number. "Heyo, what can I-"
"Penn, shots were fired at Spencer's place... Send help, please."
"Sending them your way, love. Stay on the phone with me."
Spencer looked through the peep hole of his door while quietly unlocking it. He slowly opened the door and cleared the hallway before checking on the two officers that were shot down. One was dead, but the other bleeding. "Apply pressure here." Spencer said as he sat the police officer up and put the officer's hand up to his shoulder. "Did you see who did this?"
"Yeah, that guy from earlier who got upset and left. Came back one more time after you guys left, demanding to come in. He left and then came back. We told him to go home, and that's when he shot at us." The officer grunted. "I'll radio for help."
Spencer nodded, then got up, making his way in through the half opened door. The living room was clear, along with the kitchen. He then made his way to the bedroom, where he found a female officer alive and unconscious on the floor. He went to clear the bathroom when he heard a body hitting the floor from the hallway.
Creeping up to the door, he saw the officer he just helped lying on the ground, bleeding from his head where it looked like he was hit from a pistol. He stepped over the officer and noticed his door was opened, and then a scream filled the silent air.
Rushing forward, quickly clearing the rooms, he headed to the bedroom where he found Jesse pinning Y/N to the wall, a hand around her throat, slightly lifting her up off the ground.
"Jesse, FBI, put her down."
Jesse laughed, continuing to look at Y/N and not even bothering with Spencer. "Go ahead, shoot. But once you do, you'll hit both of us. If you shoot me, you also shoot her, so go ahead."
Footsteps coming into the apartment could be heard, and soon the team was behind Spencer, guns drawn. You turned your eyes to look at the team, seeing Spencer's eyes locked onto you with a worried but determined look on his face.
"Jesse," Blake spoke, "we know how you're feeling."
"How do you know? I know all about you. She won't shut up about you. None of you know how I'm feeling." He roared, tightening his hold on you, as he pointed the tip of his gun to your temple, causing a cry to slip through your lips as the cold metal touched skin.
"She rejected you, and now you're upset, which is totally understandable, but doing this won't help." Hotch said, walking closer to Spencer.
JJ spoke up next. "Why don't you let her go. Keeping her like this won't make her not reject you."
"Shut up!" Jesse screamed, pressing the gun harder to your head and his hold on your neck tighten, your lungs gasping for air as the tips of your toes no longer touched the ground.
"Jesse," Rossi chimed in, "We know you care for Y/N. You don't want to see her hurt. That's why you're upset about her spending the night with Spencer. That's why you came back tonight, right? That's why you came to the school and left her a gift. You knew she left you because of her feelings for someone else. You didn't want her to get hurt again like she did before. That's why you were going to take her away, so you tied her up and knocked her unconscious."
Jesse slammed your head against the wall. A scream pierced the room as he slammed your head once more. "It was the only way to keep her safe." He said through gritted teeth, spit flying into your face. "The way he eyed her at the club that night. I had to watch him watch her, and even though her attention was on me, I knew it was for him. I watched for months as she hung on to his every word, waiting for him while he talked to someone, watching as he slowly let her go. I had to step in. Can't you see just how precious she is?" He turned away from you, his hand slowly letting go of your neck as he turned to face Spencer.
The gun was still pressed against your head, and his body was covering yours. You knew if they shot, the bullet would hit you too. Your weekly trips with Blake to the gun range helped you understand that there was no way you would make it out unharmed if any of them took a shot, and they all knew it and so did he. It was a suicide mission. He would take you down with him if he had to. You read enough behavioral books because of Spencer to understand what Jesse was doing and what the team was doing to get him to calm down.
By now, the conversation they were having had blurred as your brain racked what was happening, and your lungs took in as much air as they could while he choked you. You took in a shaky breath as you turned your head slightly to look over at everyone.
"Let her go, Jesse. We both want her safe. You know, if we shoot that she gets shot also. You don't want to lose her. I know what you want. Let her go and take me. It's me you're mad at." Spencer said, putting his gun back into its holster. Jesse smirked, and you could see the hatred in his eyes, and you knew what he would do if he got his hands onto Spencer. And you couldn't let him do that.
But hearing what Spencer said, it triggered something in your brain. Anger. He said the same thing during the standoff with Maeve. He was treating you like you were her. Helpless and fragile. He couldn't bear to lose you because of how fragile he was, not because you were fragile. He wanted to rewrite what happened a few months ago with Maeve. He wanted a happy ending. He wanted to save the girl.
But you weren't Maeve.
And you didn't want to be treated like such.
You rebuilt yourself up all these months that Spencer was gone. You spent the last two weeks handling Jesse. Sure, it wasn't as long as what Maeve had, but you weren't going to hide away. You had a life to live, and you were going to live it. Jesse was a road block, but you sure as hell weren't going to let him stop you, and you weren't going to let Spencer treat you like you were still the shy, fragile girl he met all those months ago.
But he loved that girl. That was the girl who led to some of the best moments you have. The biggest smiles, too much laughter in one moment, and the large amount of love that grew for him. And you didn't want to see him get hurt again, not by Maeve, not by Jesse and not by you. You knew getting angry at Spencer right now wasn't smart, but it might help get Jesse to back down so he wouldn't hurt Spencer if he got his hands on him.
"Don't treat me like I'm her, Spencer." You spat. "I don't want you taking my place just so you can write a wrong. I'm not her, and I would never want to be."
You could see the hurt flash across your face and JJ nervously whispering your name as the room fell silent. Jesse turned to look at you, analyzing your face like it was a puzzle to be solved. You could see the wheels turning in his mind, just like Spencer was, trying to comprehend what you were doing. So you decided to push.
"I hate you, Spencer. I hate how you treated me for someone who couldn't even face you. Who couldn't even tell you the truth, or anyone else the truth. Look at where that got her and her ex-fiance. I loved you so much, but you threw it away for a voice on the phone." Spencer's face was morphing into something you wish you never had to see -pure agony. You knew every word hurt him, some of it the truth, but you could see the smirk starting to form on Jesse's lips, so you continued. "Jesse, at least, didn't hide his feelings. Told me what he wanted and didn't make me wait. I was too afraid to be hurt again, so I rejected you, Jesse, but you make me happy. I want to start over."
Jesse turned around to face you, his body still in a position that didn't allow for a clean shot if needed. He smiled down at you, which normally would make you smile but right now it made you want to throw up but you forced a smile on your face as one of your hands let go in his arm and went up to cup his cheek.
"Really?" He whispered.
You nodded, swallowing the vomit that was coming up at the thought of being with the man who had stalked you. "Really."
Jesse's hand let go of your throat, and the hand with the gun dropped to his side. His body still covered yours, so as he bent down to bring his face to yours, you did the most stupidest thing you ever done.
You rammed your knee into his groin.
It took a second for him to bend down as the pain shot up through his body, and you took your fist and punched into his diaphragm, causing him to gasp out as the air left his body. You reached for the gun, twisting your body around as his arm twisted, trying to hold onto the cold metal object. You took your heel and slammed it down between where his shin met his ankle and you slammed your elbow into his stomach area once more, causing him to lose his grip just enough for you to take the gun out of his hands.
Collapsing on the ground, breathing heavy as panic set in, you pointed the gun at him, his eyes growing wide as realization hit in.
"Y/N..." He whispered, confused, his knees collapsing beneath him. Morgan and Hotch grabbed him quickly, cuffing him up. They dragged him out as he screamed your name over and over
JJ and Blake rushed over to you, Blake taking the gun from your hand as JJ held you close as you broke down.
Rossi walked up to a stunned Spencer, who watched as both girls tried to calm you down. "Go to her. She needs you."
"You heard her. She hates me." Spencer said, turning away from you and headed to the bedroom door.
Rossi grabbed his arm, stopping him and pulled him close. "She said those things to protect you. She knew he would've killed you the second you gave yourself to him. She's the one who's loved you all these months. Go to her."
Spencer turned his head back to look at you, wrapped in a ball as JJ rocked you gently.
Before he knew what he was doing, his feet brought him over to you, crouching down next to you as Blake gave him space. His arms wrapped around your body and pulled you away from JJ and close to his body. "You're okay, Y/N. No one will ever hurt you again. Just cry it out."
You clung to his small frame and sobbed, your cries echoing throughout the apartment. Spencer shushed you as he stroked your hair. He pulled you on his lap and gently rocked you until your cries calmed down and the tears didn't flow as hard.
"You're okay, sweetheart. I won't let anyone hurt you."
An hour went by, and your body had eventually calmed itself down, but you still clung to Spencer. "Y/N, we have to get up. We need to get you checked out by the EMTs, okay?" You nodded slowly, not wanting to leave the warmth and safety of Spencer's arms. But before you could get up, Spencer hoisted you up and awkwardly got to his feet and carried you out and down the apartment building's stairs. The cold making you both shiver as you neared the building's front door.
"I'm sorry..." Spencer whispered, not looking at you. "I shouldn't have treated you like I did. I should've realized how stupid I was being. I hurt you, and I was too blind to see it."
"Spence..." Your voice barely audible through the wind.
"Y/N... I love you. It took me a while to understand that these feelings were more than just platonic. That I was scared to ruin what we had that I jumped to someone who made me feel even a fraction of what you made me feel. When I got the call from you today, it made my feelings and worries more apparent to me. I can't lose you. If I did, I'd lose myself. There would be nothing else in this world that could make me smile or feel loved. Not in the way that you do."
"Spencer." You said louder, even though your throat made it hard.
He finally looked down at you and stopped walking. You undid one of your hands that was wrapped around his shoulder and brought it up to his cheek. You ran your thumb over his sharp cheekbones and gave him the first smile you had all day. "I understand. I forgive you."
Spencer's face broke out into the biggest smile, and he kissed the top of your head. "Let's get you checked out."
-------------------------- ~~ ----------------------------
"Spencer, I swear to whoever is out there in the universe, if you don't get up, I'm leaving here without you!"
Spencer groaned and blinked his eyes, trying to focus. He could hear you yelling from the other room about getting up, but the smell from your bed was intoxicating, and he didn't want to leave it.
It's been half a year since he told you his feelings and everything with Jesse had gone down.
Things were better. Some days, you had your doubts and fears, and you would panic when a door would slam, but you both worked through it together.
Spencer couldn't believe he finally was with his dream girl, even if he was too stupid to notice it for so long, and he wasn't going to take it for granted. Every day was an adventure with you, and he loved every second of it.
He annoyingly got out of bed and got ready for the day to walk out of your bedroom to find you curled up on the window seat reading. You were wearing a floral dress with your hair slightly curled, and you looked gorgeous. He wondered how he got so lucky because you were always able to take his breath away.
You looked up from your book, and you gave him a smile. You got up and made your way over, wrapping your arms around him and breathing in his scent. It always made you calm, and you never wanted to go too long without it. When Spencer was away on cases, you'd go over to his place so he'd always be near, even if he physically wasn't. He was your happy place.
"You look so good. Are you sure we have to go?" Spencer mumbled into your hair.
"Sadly, yes." He unwinded his arms from you and have you a pout. "Come on, maybe if you're lucky, you'll get the corner piece of the cake."
"Maybe if I'm lucky, I'll get a piece of something else." He whispered, watching you walk away towards the door.
"I heard that." You called, walking out the door, causing him to rush behind you and quickly catching up to you so he could wrap his arms around you from behind.
His hands traveled around your body as he lips found their way to your neck, causing you to moan as he kissed his way around your neck. "See, this is way more fun than a kids' party."
You groaned. "Spence, you know that gets me every time."
"I know." He whispered his breath on your neck, sending goosebumps down your body. He pulled away and gave you a small kiss on the check as he gave a light squeeze to your body. He took your hand in his and smiled. "Come on, I want that end piece of cake."
You laughed, walking towards the stairs, and Spencer gave a light smack to your butt. "Spence!" You shouted, chasing him down the stairs, both of you laughing.
You both never thought you'd be this happy, especially with someone. Never thought you'd love someone this much. Someone who you could be yourself around and love you unconditionally.
Spencer stopped running and grabbed you, twirling you around. He stopped, his lips touching yours as he breathed heavy. "I love you, Y/N... I'm never letting this go."
"I love you too, Spencer."
He stroked your hair. "I'll always be there for you, sweetheart." His lips connected to yours, giving you the softest kiss as you mumbled out.
"And, I'll always be there for you."
Let me know what you think down below! I'd appreciate it! Seeing part one blow up like it did and seeing notifications daily that someone liked or reblogged my work makes me so incredibly happy. Thank you liking the things i come up with!!!! Wishing ya'll happiness and love -lizzy

I’m your host, Tiyoin and welcome back to everyone’s favorite game show!
HOW DID Y/N BECOME AN ORPHAN
👏👏👏👏👏
is it;
A. Missing child
B. You’re parents died in horrific accident
C. They abandoned you in the woods
or D. and my personal favorite WAS IT A HORRIFIC FAMILY CAMPING TRIP GONE WRONG!
Tumblr media
I mean it could really be any of those cause the reason changes with every joke 🤷🏻
You started living with the bears when they found you in their summer home, a cozy little log cabin on the banks of some lake somewhere in the Kingdom of Roses.
Bowls on the floor, chairs flipped over, with all the chaos they expected a large, scary beastman to be the culprit
Yet the bears were quite baffled, to find some scrawny 4 year old sleeping soundly in the youngest bear’s bed.
Like how did a 4 year old caused $3,000 in damages????
Of course, they decided it would be better if you stayed with them while the police investigated everything. The cuts, bruises and ticks that littered your body softened their little hearts like butter.
Not Koda though, oh no, he was the only one who saw past that quivering lip and bloodshot eyes act.
He was suspicious 🫵😳
Making some radical theories on how convenient it was that it was their cabin they were literally just about to use. How it was his bed, his toys, his clothes you had mainly tampered with… suspicious 👁️👁️
It was like you were… trying to replace him 🤨😮
“They're’ a disheveled orphan! Not some criminal mastermind!” Mama smacked him.
With the police investigation turning sour, they decided that it was time for their darling son to have a sibling (which saved mama bear the pains of childbirth. So it was killing two birds with one stone! 😝)
Though Koda was less than excited with getting the attention rudely snatched away from him by some bed stealing orphan.
Obviously, you were not a beast man :), and unfortunately for you, your new family were a bunch of…🐻🐻🐻
it did take a while for you to get used to the… larg furniture. Yes, as a child everyone was short, but even now, as a teenager you're still having to climb counters, use stepping stools to even reach the first shelf of the cabinet. (it wasn’t too bad, but it was higher than the regular households)
It was like a jungle gym- which mama bear really didn’t appreciate.
One time, she caught you hanging off the chandelier in the entry way???? How- How did you get up there???
(Papa had to act as abet to catch you)
They were Grizzly Bear Beastmen, one of the largest land beastmen there were. And as far as they were aware when house hunting, they didn't have a human child in their future plans
Sevens, the height difference is even worse. Since the bears in both the fairytale and movie are Grizzly’s. And as anyone who had a hyper fixation on a certain animal and knows a huge chunk of facts about them. Which, of course, mine were bears) Grizzly’s are the second largest bear species.
So your mom is 6’1, dad 6’6, brother 5’11 (middle school) while you're probably around 5’0-5’5?? … So it's always funny when your family tries to talk to you. At first they were used to just turning their head, maybe even tilting down to talk to each other.
But then you came in like a wrecking ball, causing monthly visits to the chiropractor
So they had a better idea, either picking you up or just texting / calling you. smart right 😼
They always had to watch where they were going, and it didn’t help that you were a quiet child. Like a rabbit who spotted a lazing bear, you were quiet, discreet, hopping to and from places as fast as you could, trying not to make much noise or cause too much trouble.
Though this got much better when you got older, now announcing your presence, or expertly weaving around them. You felt like a fairy in a world of giants. Or like you were exploring the tall red oaks of the forest. (Which you luckily went to over summer holiday!)
Also, lots of kudos to the bears for getting you the trauma therapy you deserve. 👏👏👏👏 (*stares at Crowley*)
Oh yeah, the bears, (legal last name) were filthy rich, owning chains of bake shops around Twisted Wonderland. They owned ‘Bears Bakery’’, a thriving family business in the baked goods industry full of pies, cakes, brownies and many more delicious sugar sweets. Although, everytime you asked about how they turned their small, humble bakery into what it is now…
“All you need to know is that it’s a family business my little cub” Mama bear would always coo, smothering you in affection as Koda smirked, shrugging at you in your peripheral vision.
This meant they could afford high quality, specially made furniture, vacations, special schooling, extra curriculums, and the luxurious clothes they lather you with, (Not matter how many times you tell them you don’t want that many clothes) oh yeah and the food bill…🧍🏻🧍🏻
Oh my. That’s another thing. They’re bear beastmen and professional pastry chefs. And if you thought they were only good at baking sweets, then you are horribly wrong. Your kitchen is a chef's wet dream. You had the best of the best in fresh produce, personally inspected eggs, the finest grade A meats, and a spice rack personally filled by some rich people because of some business deal.
So it’d be kinda hard not learned how to cook in a family full of cooks
Now for the moment you're all here- nrc!
You were utterly perplexed on why you were selected to attend. Like yeah, your father was an alumni, you went to prestigious private schools, have a rich influential family and are excelling in your hobbies. But like, you didn’t have a dick?? You were 100% positive you were gonna be accepted to Siren’s Cove, some cliffside girls school that overlooked the beautiful wasters of the Coral Sea
But I mean, this was better than nothing?
Your brother Koda was a grade older than you and was ‘so excited to show you the ropes!” (Mom made him)
And having that close ‘brother sister’ dynamic people already knew who you were. Koda was always groaning about his ‘demonic sibling’, how they were going to wreak havoc upon NRC.
Having Mr.Koda (Now 6’0 and currently 200 lbs)
Cause how did the Koda, all 6 feet 200 pound muscular (yet a little chubby cause mama bear is a baker) get a scratch from his sibling?? When asked how you looked after the fight Koda grumbled something about ‘not hitting you’ because of moral bullshit. (Ruggie caught the red tint on his cheeks as he looked away)
So expect some savanaclaw students to avoid you like the plague, or be strangely civil with you once you get into NRC.
Oh, you thought you’d be in Savanaclaw just because you were a beast man? oh no. no no no no no. No.
You’re in Heartsbyul! I think that’d be absolutely hilarious cause I mean. That already gives you an entry into the first year squad, and you get to fan the flames of your rivials to lovers relationship with a one Mr.Trey Clover.
Sighs dreamily 😻🫶
You definitely have a schitck about things being ‘just right.’ Sorry. It’s a given.
The classroom is either too hot, too cold, or just right. Sebek’s screaming is either too loud, too quiet (I dunno dawg) or just right, Riddle’s mad face is either too red, not red enough or just right. That guys is either too hot, too ugly or just dreamy enough so you don’t seem delusional.
Actually, wait, that's such a cute unique spell idea omg. “Just Right” where the conditions of something are just right. Like today’s weather, your outfit, conditions where you can land a nasty punch (Which explains Koda’s bruised and battered arms)
Speaking of hotties, if there’s someone who likes you- wish them well in hell cause there's no way Koda is letting you get a boyfriend. It’s even laughable that you think you’ll ever date.
You’ve tried complaining to mama and papa bear but they literally only encourage him. Telling him not to let any filthy boy near their darling cub
They’re just looking out for you sweets. cause if he doesn't have a trust fund or polished shoes, he ain’t worth it ✋🙄
My sevens do you have an appetite 😦 I mean, yeah. You come from a family of bear beastmen who own a massive baked goods enterprise. There’s no way in hell you're
1. Not at least a bit chubby
or
2. Muscular. Cause beating up Koda takes a lot of time and a lot of effort
That is all in my professional opinion (No I don’t own a mass baked good enterprise) but I do, however play sports and have a rather a slightly above average appetite and I’m shredded 🤭
And of course, you have gone rogue every once in a while, your poor tum tum grumbling in pain, tossing n’ turning in agony. :( so of course- you steal some food! May it be Riddle’s tart, someone’s lunch, and even free food Ruggie was about to snatch up, but unfortunately, you got to first.
I think Sebek's the one with the massive appetite? well, doesn’t matter cause y’all are having competitions. Not that you’re always a willing competitor. But with the way Sebek’s usually glaring at you across the table as you’re just trying to enjoy your food-
How are you supposed to let that disrespect slide??🤨🤨
You weren’t.
You’re the winner. every time. Usually you stop mid bite, shoot out of your chair and loudly whisper, ‘Malleus!’, which of course gets Sebek’s undivided attention and he immediately stands at attention looking like an idiot as you’re happily munching on your food.
I like the imagine a meter going down of labeled ‘Respect for Y/N’ everytime you pull that stunt
OH YEAH- you wrestle. You're already so good at it so why not actually wrestle? I can just imagine Epel helping you practice, already used to wrangling things in and all that junk (Deuce wants to help but he feels like that's not something a model student would do)
Speaking of Epel- definitely tries to get into business with you. I mean, if hes your families main apple supplier, than his family is set for life
So on more than one occasion you can see him trying to use a sales pitch on you
Besides that, there’s one more thing I’d like to mention
The bake off
dun dunnnn
Every unbirthday party (and birthday boy that requests it) you and Trey have bake off’s. whether it be baking cakes, macarons, tiramisu, you guys fight tooth and nail to create the best dessert for the birthday boy / Riddle to judge
Of course they’re put in metal dishes with lids over them, and brought out by dorm members so no one knows whose dish is whose until the winner is revealed
It’s pretty close every time
One time, a birthday boy got so stressed over which was better he had a nervous breakdown. I mean, they’re sweets practically made by professionals! Wdym they’re supposed to taste different when they both have that same, delicious texture that creamy tang-
So there’s been more ties than wins/loses
Of course, Azul Ashengrotto, the business deal hound has also approached you- numerous times.
He thought you’d be easier than your brother to cooperate with, making some kind of deal to personally improve the lounges pastries quality.. 😸
😸😺😸😺
Does… Does he think you’re that dumb??? Does he think you don’t talk to your brother??? That you don’t know who he is???
Especially the twins, you’ve heard all about them from your brother- which made it all the more hilarious when you said ‘no’ to Azul.
I mean, it wasn’t your business to hand out, and yes, you could talk to your parents about it but that would go into legality issues.
Over all, too much work yawn 🥱
Azul : It would be most beneficial-
You : 🥱 sorry not interested 🥱
you give him brain aneurysms

my childhood friends stobin au is all I can think about yet I've barely written any of it because I simply cannot figure out how this fucking thing is structured. anyway have a baby stobin excerpt under the cut
Sometimes after school Mrs. Buckley drove them to the park or took them to get ice cream, but most days she just walked them back to Steve’s house because it was closer than Robin’s. Usually they would play pretend outside while Mrs. Buckley made them a snack, or if it was too cold they stayed inside and watched Cinderella.
But today was hot, hotter than it had any right to be, so Mrs. Buckley hooked up a kiddie sprinkler and let them run around in it for a whole hour before they had to start their homework.
Their hour was almost up when Steve slipped on the wet pavement and skinned his knee.
“Oh no, that looks really bad!” Robin screeched, rushing to his side. “Does it hurt?”
“Yeah, a lot,” he replied, voice shaky. There sure was a lot of blood on his knee, and some rocks were stuck in it. He sniffled, but he didn’t want to cry in front of Robin because then she would cry too. “It really stings.”
She nodded solemnly, took a few deep breaths to ground both herself and Steve.
“Okay, Stevie,” she said. When they first met, she was so little she couldn’t say his name right, but it was nice to have a special nickname from his best friend. “Time to be brave.”
Her hands gingerly brushed the pebbles and debris from his wound. Steve watched as she cupped her hands and gathered water from the sprinkler just to pour it over his leg. Blood and water ran down his shin in long red streaks. It was scary to look at, but the water felt kind of good.
Steve said so, looking up at Robin expectantly.
“Well, if the blood doesn’t go away, we hafta cut it off.”
“Cut it off?” Steve felt his stomach drop to his toes. “What are you talking about!”
“That’s what happens on Mom’s shows,” Robin replied seriously. “Sometimes there’s too much blood and gross stuff and they can’t fix it. So they hafta cut it off.”
“Robin! I don’t wanna have only one leg!”
Robin shrugged like Steve wasn’t having a limb-related crisis.
“You can get a fake one and draw cool pictures on it,” she said. “I’ll sign it.”
“Robin!”
“Okay, okay! I’ll go get Mom. Stay here.”
Steve nodded, even though it wasn’t like he had a choice. His legs were shaking so bad and his head was spinning so much that if he tried to get up, he’d fall right back down again, and then they’d have to take off his other leg, and that was just too much for him to think about right now.
Not long after Robin disappeared into the house, hair still stringy and dripping wet, Mrs. Buckley came rushing out, a little red box clutched in one hand. She wiped Steve’s knee with a little cloth that hurt a lot, but it was okay because Robin held his hand. Then Mrs. Buckley spread some sticky stuff on it and covered it with a band-aid.
Luckily, Steve got to keep his leg, but sprinkler time ended a whole ten minutes early.

i have some questions and i hope you don't take offense, i'm just genuinely curious. is it scary having prosopagnosia, like not being able to recognize your family? do you just see their faces as complete strangers? also are you able to recognize celebrities for who they are or do you rely on something (like tags on tumblr or their voices in shows, etc) to be able to put names to faces? i remember with color rush, the kid could only remember his best friend by his hairstyle and then when his friend got a haircut, he wasn't able to recognize him. is that something you experience, too?
Hi, anon, I don't mind at all! Thank you for your questions. 💜 I'll try and answer them all but my experience with prosopagnosia might not be universal. It's more of a spectrum with some people simply having trouble remembering faces to cases even more severe than what I'm experiencing. If you're curious, the late (and absolutely wonderful) Oliver Sacks talks about it in this short video. He was a neurologist and psychiatrist and also had prosopagnosia.
That being said, I don't think prosopagnosia is scary at all. I've always had it (though there is a version of it that is acquired later in life through trauma and brain damage - that must be incredibly scary) and it's a part of me. Tbh I just always assumed everyone was like me and I was just especially bad at socialising - like there was some secret people refused to share with me. Much later I was in therapy for something unrelated and it came up. Luckily my therapist was a neurologist so she diagnosed me.
It's more... isolating and a bit embarassing. It wasn't so bad when I was younger because you pretty much stick with the same crowd in and outside of school anyway, so you learn how to tell them apart by their clothes and voices and where they sit, what number their sports jersey is etc. It's only ever really bad when unexpected things happen - like someone changing their hair or completely changing the way they look. Or when I meet people where I don't expect them to. I then no longer recognise them and that can lead to some awkwardness (like in the scene you described from Color Rush).
I remember that I once talked to a person who I thought was my dad for a whole few minutes until my actual dad showed up. I about died when I realised (so did the other person lmao).
It only ever became isolating when I went to uni and met lots of new people. I mostly met everyone once, got along just fine and then the next week (or out and about on campus) I no longer recognised them. I didn't make a lot of friends at uni. 🤣
But no, I don't think of family and friends as strangers just because I don't see their faces. Faces aren't really a part of my thought process. You'd probably have trouble telling apart your loved ones by their ankles or wrists but you wouldn't consider them a stranger because of it. Does that make sense?
As for favourite celebrities, it's a mix of voices and features that stand out. Pictures are really bad because then they're not moving and talking and that's such a huge part of what makes someone uniquely beautiful. I often have to ask @cytharat to help me out (and she's wonderfully patient and understanding). Maybe that's why I like making gifs so much?
Also, I like interesting faces and facial features that stand out: noses, moles, scars, asymmetry - things that aren't considered classically beautiful are incredibly beautiful to me because I can actually "see" them.
If all else fails I just compare ears because ears are actually a lot like like fingerprints. 🤣

If the boys have given Villian!Yuu anxiety, Elena practically sends them one foot into the grave every impromptu visit. Especially since the Supervisor’s minions can’t be trusted even after the example made of mutineers. They just can’t figure out how she keeps getting in. There’s some evidence of SOMEONE letting her in, *cough*Diavolo*cough*, but other then that, she sneaks in like a little mouse, and just remains there until one of her fathers can finally retrieve her. Elena is far more behaved then Yuu’s suitors, but it’s when the suitors meet Elena is the problem. She’s perfected looking like a perfect Angel in the Supervisor’s eyes, yet can be an absolute menace to the boys.
Thank you for the ask, dear anon!
Elena Blackwood is a very cheerful little girl, who loves both her daddies very much, and kitties, and books, and the bookstore, and chocolate, but especially birds and the Supervisor!! (Diavolo is her favorite bird, but shh!! Don’t tell the others!! They might get sad D:)
She’s so happy her daddies let her stay with the Supervisor when they were going out for their anniversary! She got to stay in their lair, which looks scary but has lots of super cool stuff in it, like robots, and cool clothes, and birds!! They have soo many birds, like, like a bazillion birds! Has she told you she likes birds yet? She even got to sleepover, it was so cool!! Emil and Bella and Percy at school were all sooo jealous when she told them about it!
In fact, she had so much fun, Papa said she can go back if she asks him and Daddy first, and the Supervisor first! But to do that, she has to go see the Supervisor first! Luckily, their lair isn’t too far from her school if she gets the bus, and Elena’s a big girl now! She gets the bus to school and home again practically every day. She just has to stay on a few more stops! And there’s so many holes that she can crawl into to get inside the lair! Most of them don’t even get her school tights dirty!
Plus the Supervisor makes a really funny face when she taps them on the shoulder, or yells boo! And then they phone up her daddies, and if Elena’s only sort of lucky, they get to drive over to the bookstore in their cool, super-fast supervillain car! But if she’s really lucky, her daddies will be busy, and she gets to hang out with the Supervisor for the whole afternoon! She does have to do her homework, but it’s always better to do homework when there’s a bird there!
And sometimes, the Supervisor’s best minions are there! The red minion is really funny, and shows her magic tricks, but he also plays pranks on her sometimes. The blue one stutters a lot, but he’s really nice about helping her get the hard problems on her homework, and he and the Supervisor help explain to her how to build a super cool robot! The white one looks scary, but he’s suuuper fluffy and strong and he makes the best snacks! The purple one is really pretty, but he doesn’t like it when she calls him that, so they get to goof off together and get revenge for the red one’s pranks, and he’s really good with apples! The robot’s super fun too, he can play games and music and all sorts of things, and he lets Elena touch his fire hair sometimes! The green one is strict, but he makes the most funny faces of all, it’s amazing! The cat is also cool because he can talk, but he keeps trying to make her his minion, and that’s not right! Elena just wants to be the Supervisor’s minion when she grows up!
The only bad thing about the Supervisor’s lair are them.
The ones Elena’s daddies call “those strange young men”, when they think she’s gone to bed.
They keep being mean to the Supervisor, saying things Elena can’t understand that make the Supervisor’s voice go all weird and high and squeaky! And no matter how many times the Supervisor tells them to go home, they just won’t!
But not to worry! Elena Blackwood is here, and no one’s going to be mean to the Supervisor on her watch! She and Diavolo swear it!

So, how did you end up stumbling into Monogatari as a series? And who would you say was your Favorite character before Ougi filled that spot? I'd love to ask more about Ougi but, y'know, personal spoilers and all.
oh oh oh yes i have an answer for this one
actually the answer to both is nadeko!! you are right that ougi is my all time fave but nadeko was acc my fave before them and still holds my second place slot!! talking about it below with spoiler talks of otorimonogatari
similarly to you i stumbled upon it in my teens like a while back. my first impression was like the memes and stuff of course with renai circulation and what not. which led to me seeing a comparison video of renai circulation and mousou express, which is super interesting and cool even without context. and scary for that matter mousou express is kind of terrifying. it leaves an incredibly lasting impression, and it certainly did on me back then. of course it helped that i like the songs too. i also saw a clip of her in medusa form which was intriguing (and also i love the design of it). this on its own though was not enough to get me to watch. actually no wait i think i tried to watch it but the order was so confusing that i started with like nise by accident somehow and i had no idea what was going on so i quit lmao. but i was still curious about the series partly due to nadeko and partly bc it was like one of those big shows that you hear about yk
then fast forward a while, i hear the kizumonogatari movies r comin out so im like fuck it lets watch even tho i have no context. luckily they turned out to be prequel stories and my experience was not totally ruined by this move lol. of course, they were really good, those movies are amazing. so now i was like more invested in the story, but only by a little bit more. the final push i needed to actually try to watch (again) was ultimately because i was so curious about nadeko. tbh she was also the reason why i finished the series in the first place. monogatari on first watch for me was overwhelming and very dense (i mean, its a dense show), and before otori i actually wasn't enjoying it like a LOT, especially not with all the weird bits the series likes to throw at you. not to say that i disliked it, it just wasn't like amazing to me. of course now i feel differently and love the early parts of the series very much too, but first watch was slightly rough at times and took me a while to complete. learning what was gonna happen with nadeko was a big motivating factor for me.
but then when i acc got to otori i was like HOLY SHIT ITS ME lmao. i mean id already liked nadeko the best from the very little id seen of her and the fuzzy spoiler memory of vaguely what was going to happen in her arc. but man otori was so good and resonated with me so much, every single moment of it was so gripping to me. i loved the stark contrast in nadeko's perspective from araragi's (esp noticeable in how she sees her classmates), how it's already set up at the very beginning as a story where she Gets Worse so there's a feeling of profound dread surrounding it, her outburst at school (my jaw actually dropped at the "shut up!" i was so shocked and then hyped lol), just like everything about kuchinawa, the incredible ost (not to mention that op of course). ougi actually did contribute to the enjoyment bc she brought up such interesting ideas at the beginning and is generally such an enigma, but shes not the focus here right now i just cant help but bring up ougi in any situation. but yeah otori hands down one of my favorite arcs, one of the ones i still go back to rewatch frequently for the profound effect it had on me and the comfort it brings
its like what you were talking about with hanekawa. nisioisin truly did an incredible job with his characterization to make so many very true-to-life and nadeko is absolutely no exception, she is very relatable to me. i've got a lot of experience in life being shy, quiet, socially anxious, generally anxious lol (although not anymore!), and as 'the sweetheart who can do no wrong', so it's very much nadeko's specific brand of avoidance and like... 'outward-facing personality management' that resonates with me, if that makes sense. i was completely aligned with her during that whole watchthrough of otori in terms of feeling how she felt. i was seeing myself reflected back at me from the screen lol. of course we have lots of differences too but the similarities were really capturing to me on my first watch through and kinda catapulted me to finish the rest. her later appearances only added onto my appreciation of her too. i'll leave it there though since you don't know so much about that yet. when u get there ill probably have more to talk about. but shes a wonderful character love her very much.
also. ghh. i wish i could say more about ougi. you have no idea. im so curious to see what you will think of them. im practically vibrating with how much i want to talk about them (a constant state of being for me). but i wont say anything yet. i will be Hush...

Let’s talk about Ben Hope
Tumblr media
Ben Hope has to be one of the worst characters (in my opinion) to ever exist. Like no villian can compare. Killed an entire continent? Still better than Ben hope!
But seriously, this guy makes me angrier than the strength of 1000 suns, so let’s talk about it.
The beginning
At the beginning of the show, Ben was introduced being on Charlie’s phone as an insta notification. We’re not really sure what his intentions are,( if you never saw the comics) but it becomes clear when they first meet up.
Tumblr media
They decide to meet up and Ben seems like a normal guy, until 30 seconds later. He interrupts Charlie who was talking about his Christmas break by kissing him without his consent. Then as soon as the bell rings, he releases from the kiss and wipes it away like a prick.
So now we know who Ben is. Ben is a guy who’s been hooking up with Charlie for what seems to be at least and month and he has toxic behaviors, but he can’t be that bad right? Let’s just say I hope Charlie finds a good therapist.
The hallways
Tumblr media
After that scene, later on Nick and Charlie were talking in the hallway and Charlie sees Ben and just wants to say hi. Well, Ben decided to ignore him and say “Why are you talking to me? I don’t even know who you are.”
This was the moment that made every fan of the show understand that Ben was a huge dick. It only took around 5 full minutes of screentime for him to show his true colors.
The girlfriend
Tumblr media
Then, after that he meets up with Charlie again to “apologize” for ignoring him in the hallway. They kiss and then Charlie talks to his art teacher Mr. Ajayi for help. Charlie talks about how Ben makes him feel and how he doesn’t want to be seen at wound Charlie. Mr. Ajayi just tells Charlie to talk to him about his feelings. As soon as he tries to talk to him about it, Ben is kissing some girl! This is when Charlie realizes how shitty his “boyfriend” is. After that, he runs home and texts him he doesn’t want to meet up anymore
The aftermath
Tumblr media
So after Charlie discovered that Ben was “cheating” on him, he decided to text him saying that he doesn’t want to meet up anymore. Then after Rugby practice, Ben finds him at school and they confront each other
Tumblr media
When he talks to Charlie, he tells him that he knows about his girlfriend and he’s sick and tired of him treating him like trash. Charlie says that he never cared about his feelings and never wants anyone to see them together. Ben proceeds to gaslight him by saying no one else would want to go out with him, then he kisses him not only without consent but proceeds bc after he says to stop. Luckily Nick addressed the situation and pulled Ben off of him, but it was still a pretty scary moment.
So yeah, to recap why Ben Hope is the worst character ever created let’s list off what makes him such a terrible one.
-doesn’t want anyone to see him and Charlie talk
-verbally abusive
-a cheater
-gaslighting behavior
-doesn’t care about Charlie’s feelings
And there you have it. The worst character created, and if you don’t agree, I hope you and Charlie both get some Therapy!

Finding Equinox
A Sun & Moon X Reader Story
Chapter One: Dawn of a New Day
Next
Word Count: 6363
Summary: You have a new job at the famous Fazbear Mega Pizzaplex! Surely this will be a normal retail job. Unfortunately, that notion is quickly disproved, as you find yourself severely underqualified for the position Fazbear put you in. But on the bright side, the sun-themed animatronic in the Daycare is nice.
Author’s Note: I’ve been talking about this fic for a while, now’s the time to post it. I’ve never written an X Reader fic before—heck, I’ve only used self-inserts a handful of times before. But I’ve been inspired by a lot of good fics I’ve seen centered around Sun and Moon, and I wanted to throw my had in the ring ^-^ This is going to be a longer series with a bit of a slow burn on the romance part. I mean, you gotta get to know the guys before you date them, right? I hope you all enjoy it, I’ve had a lot of fun writing this :D
------------------------------------------
Freddy Fazbear’s Mega Pizzaplex. It sounded like something out of a children’s show. Some place where the characters would hang out in between going to school classes and fighting supervillains...or something. But no. It was a real place, a massive building that was a cross between a mall, a theme park, and a robotics lab.
It was also the site of your new job.
Honestly, you hadn’t expected them to actually look at your online application. Fazbear was notorious for using robots whenever possible, and you’d heard all about the Mega Pizzaplex’s STAFF bots. You weren’t really sure why they were hiring in the first place if the STAFF was oh-so amazing. But you needed a job to pay rent on your brand-new apartment, and your current one sucked. At least the Pizzaplex was willing to pay more than minimum wage. Surprisingly.
So, when they emailed you back with congratulations on getting the job, you snatched it up. Sure, it would mean commuting to the Pizzaplex outside of the city five days a week, but you liked driving. And you would be lying if you said you weren’t fascinated by working for the Fazbear Entertainment. The company that spawned a million ghost stories—not to mention multiple genuinely scary horror games. The legend appealed to you, as terrible as the rumors were.
Your first shift was on Monday, starting at 3pm. A decent enough time. It took a solid forty minutes to drive out to the Pizzaplex, though, and you weren’t sure if there’d be trouble getting in, so you left at 1:40. Luckily, the massive building—seriously, this was probably bigger than your college campus had been—had an employee parking lot nearby. You found a decent spot, then gathered your items for the day.
The email you’d gotten from Fazbear Entertainment said you were allowed to bring or wear whatever you wanted, as long as you acknowledged that Fazbear Entertainment wasn’t responsible for lost or damaged items. And you’d done your research on the Mega Pizzaplex shortly after getting the job. In accordance with your research, you put together a little Survival Pack:
Work uniform. It was really just a T-shirt with a logo on the front and back that read “Fazbear Entertainment Mega Pizzaplex Employee.”
Company-issued FazWatch. It had been sent to you in the mail along with the shirt, and looked a lot like some of the novelty toys that Fazbear sold. That wasn’t going to be confusing at all. But apparently it gave you security clearance.
Headphones. Connected to your phone via Bluetooth, so you could listen to music or a podcast while you worked, and hopefully drown out the sound of the large crowds that went in and out of the Pizzaplex each day.
Charger and portable battery. Headphones wouldn’t be much good if your phone died.
Sunglasses. Looking at the promotional pictures on the website, you knew that there would be bright light galore inside the building. And you would prefer to not have to stare at those for your entire shift. The pair you brought today were especially big, with round lenses that covered almost the entire upper half of your face.
Face mask. Just in case you needed to dull some strong smells or avoid breathing in any sort of particles.
Zip-up hoodie. Allowed the logo on the T-shirt to be seen. You hadn’t been sure if the Pizzaplex would be too warm or too cold, so you brought this just in case of the latter.
Backpack with packed lunch. Sure, the email said that food would be provided for you, but you’d been screwed over by messages like that before, so you brought something just in case.
With these powers combined, you gained the Ultimate Ability: Getting Customers to Leave You Alone Unless You Approached Them First.
Walking in through the front entrance was easy. The logo on your T-shirt allowed you to skip the massive lines. You strolled right in through the glass doors...and stopped short. Wow. This place was...really, really cool. And funnily enough, looked a lot like the pictures on the website. You’d been half-expecting some Expectations Vs. Reality shit, but no. On the surface at least, this place was incredible.
Also very, very loud, and very, very bright. You mentally patted yourself on the back for thinking of your Survival Pack. You glanced around, unsure where to go, before calling one of the elevators. The email said to go to the atrium when you arrived. So, one short elevator ride later, you stepped out onto the center balcony, overlooking the massive neon-lit expanse of the Pizzaplex.
“Hello New Employee.”
You jumped at the sound of a robotic voice behind you. Spinning around, you saw one of those patented STAFF bots: simple robots with painted-on facial features and wheels for feet. “We are glad to have you here as part of the Fazbear family,” the voice continued. “Take a map.” The bot held out a folded sheet of paper in one of its clamp-like hands.
“Uh...suuuure.” You took the offered map. Surprisingly, your FazWatch beeped. You glanced at it and saw a notification, telling you that a map of the Mega Pizzaplex had been added. “Huh.” You looked back at the map in your hands. Yep, it was paper, alright. How did it connect with the watch? Or did the bot do that?
“Your company-issued Freddy FazWatch will alert you to any tasks you have to complete on your shift,” the STAFF bot said. “All tasks must be completed before ending your workday. New tasks can and will be assigned at any point during your shift. These tasks may include janitorial services, transport of goods from storage using the utility tunnels, animatronic maintenance and repair—”
“I’m sorry, what?”
“—and upkeep of devices such as arcade cabinets, musical equipment, and any internal systems of the Mega Pizzaplex. Remember to smile, you are the face of Freddy Fazbear’s Mega Pizzaplex.”
“Wait a minute, what was that second-to-last one?” you asked. But it was too late. The STAFF bot had already rolled away, and was hounding the incoming customers to “take a map.” You almost pursued it, but decided against it. The bot probably wasn’t programmed to do anything more than give you that introduction and map.
Still...was that really it? You weren’t going to have any training or anything? Were you even going to meet your supervisor? Did you have a supervisor? You stand there, confused, for a good few minutes, looking down at the atrium and getting in the way of incoming families. Well...guess you would have to make do.
You shuffle off to the side, pass through a few doors, and somehow end up in a gift shop full of kids asking their parents for plushies. Another STAFF bot behind the counter seemed to be handling the transactions, thank god. You’d manned the register before in other jobs, and it always made you feel awkward. Well, nobody was looking for you, so you take a moment to pull out your phone and put on your most energetic music, cranking up the volume until only the loudest of children’s screams pierced the barrier of sound. Then, you decided to check out this FazWatch.
The interface was easy enough to figure out. You had a tab for tasks, a tab for the map, and a tab to remind you of your schedule. It seemed you had a fifteen-minute break scheduled for six o’clock. You could also clock in and out from this tab. Right now, it was 2:50, so you tapped the “Clock In” button. Nothing wrong with being early, right? There was also a gear icon in the bottom left for settings, and a lock icon in the bottom right that told you your security level. It was Level Four...which seemed a little high for what the job description was, but you weren’t going to complain.
Now. Onto the tasks. Cleaning the glass in Rockstar Row...fixing a STAFF bot that some kids messed with...restocking the ice cream parlor in Bonnie Bowl with new ingredients...and a few other things. Most of it didn’t sound too hard, but you were a little worried about that STAFF bot. Sure, Fazbear liked to brag about how their animatronics were extremely advanced yet simple to use, but you didn’t think you were qualified to work on anything robotic-related. You hadn’t even taken any math classes in college.
Well. Better get to it. If that STAFF bot from before was right, new tasks could show up at any moment. You shouldn’t let them pile up.
Sure enough, all the tasks you’d been assigned were simple to figure out. The biggest obstacle in your way was navigating the damn Pizzaplex. The Faz-map on the FazWatch was Faz-awful. Terribly low resolution. This company was worth billions of dollars, but it couldn’t spare ten bucks for the map. And the paper map you’d been handed only showed areas customers were allowed to be in, it was no help for the employee-only parts. But once you figured out where you were going, it was just a bunch of manual labor. Even the broken STAFF bot only had its wheels jammed. Jabbing about with a screwdriver fixed it right away.
Sooner than you thought, six o’clock approached, and with it, your fifteen-minute break. You were pleasantly surprised to see that you’d already completed all your assigned tasks. Maybe you could take a longer-than-mandated break. If you were really lucky, you might even be able to just chill for the rest of your shift.
You looked around. Your last task had been fixing a machine in customer service. Apparently a teenager stuck a magnet on it and completely broke it. Honestly, you hadn’t been sure what to do, so you just turned the machine off and on again. Surprisingly, it worked. Hopefully. You’d hate to make some other human worker—of which you had seen none the whole day—fix it. Now, you were standing near the elevators in the lobby, staring up at the massive golden Freddy statue. Customers were standing around, waiting for the elevators to arrive. A few little kids were looking at you, probably wondering why this strange person was wearing sunglasses indoors.
Alright. Logically, you should take your break in the break room. That would be great...if you knew where one was. In the three hours you’d been wandering around the Pizzaplex doing menial tasks, you hadn’t seen anything even like a break room in any of the employee-only areas. So...that left you at a loss.
A loud noise pierced the sound barrier you’d set up with your headphones. You jumped and glanced around. One of the kids waiting for the elevator was screaming and pulling against his mom, apparently scared of getting in the moving metal box. A few other customers were watching the scene. Some of them noticed you staring and stared right back. You quickly looked away, feeling irrationally guilty.
Ah, screw the break room. You just needed a place that was quiet and empty of customers so you could eat your lunch (dinner?) without any unexpected noises or staring families.
You looked around for an area without any people. Obviously, the lobby and main atrium were a no-go. What else was there? Gift shop, lost and found, daycare—daycare?
Partly out of curiosity, partly out of noticing nobody was heading that direction, you walked over to the big garage door. It opened on its own, doing that thing where the doors recognize your security level and let you in accordingly. You ducked under before it fully opened.
You found yourself in a long, wide hallway. The floor was a pattern of purple colors, while the ceiling resembled a night sky full of stars. There was a series of planters with palm trees—probably fake—and various decals on the brick walls. One was a rainbow logo with an arrow pointing further down the hall, reading “Superstar Daycare Pick-Up.”
While you could have sat on one of the planters to eat your lunch, you headed further down the long, wide hallway, wanting to see if there’s a better place at the end. You glanced around at the wall decals. They seemed to be advertisements for some sort of...candy? Sunnydrop Energizing Candy and Moondrop Sleepy-Time Candy, each featuring cartoon mascots styled after the sun and moon respectively. It was pretty cute, actually, but you couldn’t help but wonder what made this candy “energizing” and “sleepy.”
Drugs?
No, probably not.
But honestly given the rumors surrounding Fazbear Entertainment and child endangerment, you wouldn’t be surprised to hear they were putting something weird in the candies. Maybe too much of something that’s regulated for good reason.
The hallway ended in another one of those garage doors, decorated with a sun and moon motif. This also opened automatically, and you were immediately greeted by a pair of golden statues. Kind of like the one in the lobby, but much smaller. And instead of depicting any of the headlining Glamrock animatronics, these are replicas of some sort of...sun and moon...things. With puffy pants. Oh, wait. They were probably the same characters on the candy advertisements. Duh.
You stepped further into the room. There were a few tables and chairs here, and you took off your backpack in anticipation of sitting down for what must have been the first time in three hours. But before you did, you looked around some more. The area overlooked a larger playplace, walled in and with netting covering the top. You stared down at it. Looked pretty nice, honestly. You would have loved something like this as a little kid. But where was the entrance? There was a slide up here that leads down into the playplace (labelled “Slide Into Fun!”) but that doesn’t help with getting out.
Still holding your backpack, you pushed through the turnstiles and walk down the stairs to what must be the ground floor. More tables down here, sweet. And an oversized pair of wooden double doors. Good. That solved that mystery. With your curiosity satisfied, you sat down at one of the tables and pulled out your lunch.
You ate peacefully, unbothered by any customers or tasks, completely content to sit here and avoid the possibility of being stared at. Your music blared in your ears, so you turned it down a bit, since it didn’t need to be as loud in this quieter area.
While you sat there, you wondered if you’d ever get to meet any of those famous animatronics Fazbear was known for. They’d been completely absent so far; you hadn’t even seen them in their rooms when you cleaned the glass on Rockstar Row. Strange. You knew the Pizzaplex had closed for a while about a month ago—something that was heavily complained about on social media. The official excuse was “maintenance” and “upgrading systems,” but it had all been very vague. Even the email you got upon hiring hadn’t said much. It was very mysterious. Maybe something happened during that time it was closed, something that put the animatronics out of commission, but Fazbear decided to reopen without the animatronics anyway. You wouldn’t be surprised.
Once you were finished, you checked the time on your phone—surprisingly, the FazWatch didn’t have a space for the time. 6:08. Huh. Speed-eating, hell yeah. Now, with some time to kill before your break ended, you put your lunch bag away and stood up.
Movement flickered in the corner of your eyes.
Your head whipped towards it. Where did that come from? Was it...inside the playplace?
You approached the wall cautiously, peering through the glass at the play area. At some point during your break, someone had shown up inside there. Or...maybe it would be more accurate to say something. Your wondering about the animatronics must have called to the universe, because now there was one only twenty feet away from you.
The animatronic had its back turned to you, but you recognized the design immediately. It was the same as the golden statue on the floor above. Tall, with long limbs and a circular disc of a head, triangular metal bits jotting out from the side to imitate sunrays. Puffy striped pants and frills around the waist and neck made it look like a clown or jester. Currently, the animatronic was fussing with a stack of toy barrels, bent over and carefully nudging them. Which was a little strange. The barrels were already perfectly stacked.
For a moment, you just watched, intrigued. This wasn’t like any other Fazbear animatronics you’d seen pictures of. It was much thinner and lacked an animal theme, but also...well, its colors were a bit duller than you were expecting. Especially for something themed around the sun. You would have expected bright colors, like the candy advertisements, but instead it was all pale yellows and grays, with darker reds and oranges in the pants and frills. Maybe all the animatronics weren’t quite as colorful as their ads depicted.
As you continued to stare, the animatronic stood up straight, putting its hands on its hips and nodding. It spun around...and immediately stopped when it caught sight of you through the glass wall.
“Oh. Uh...” You were once again surprised by the inaccuracy of the decals on the walls. Yes, the animatronic had a sun for a face, divided in half with one half looking like a crescent moon. But unlike the ads, the animatronic’s eyes were just blank white. No pupils to be seen. It was a little unsettling, but you got over it. Slowly, you raised a hand and waved. “Hi,” you say, feeling awkward.
To your surprise, the sun animatronic immediately jumped into the air and began waving back enthusiastically. It followed this up with several excited gestures, even doing a little dance where it hopped back and forth on its feet. You couldn’t help but smile; something about this was endearing. But as the animatronic continued to gesture, you realized it was probably talking to you.
“Oh! Hang on.” You dug into your pocket, pausing your music on your phone and taking off your headphones. Now you could hear ambient music playing from overhead speakers: a catchy, bouncy tune that was fitting for a daycare. “What were you saying?” you asked.
The animatronic had paused for a bit while you rooted around in your pockets, but once it had your attention again it instantly resumed its excitement, waving its hands back and forth and rotating its face—rotating its face?! Yep, surprisingly, that circular plate of a head could rotate all the way around. That was kind of cool. You wondered how it worked. But, sadly, you still couldn’t hear anything. Was this glass soundproof?
You glanced at the big wooden double doors, but then hesitated. Pulling out your phone again, you watched the time change from 6:11 to 6:12. Then you checked the FazWatch on your wrist. No new tasks had shown up...You wouldn’t have any work to do until one appeared. And that might be a while. You considered it...and then muttered “Why not?” under your breath and walked over to the doors.
Unlike the garage doors leading to the daycare area, these wooden ones didn’t open automatically upon your approach. For a moment, you worried that your security level wasn’t high enough. But then you grab the handle of one of the doors and pull, and it opened without resistance. Well...without much resistance, at least. It was still a very big door, and you grunted with exertion as you gradually pulled it open.
The moment there was enough space, you slipped through, letting the door slowly shut behind you. You coughed, waving your hand in front of your face as dust floated through the air, and then pulled on your emergency face mask. Good thing you’d thought to bring that. The overhead music was even louder inside the playplace, looping along, echoing through the completely empty area.
Well. Almost completely empty.
“Hello new friend!” The sun animatronic from earlier appeared in front of you, grabbing your upper arms and lifting you off your feet. “It’s so good to meet you!”
“Holy shit!” you yelped.
“Sorry!” The animatronic instantly let go, and you fell to the floor, jolting at the one-foot drop. It backed up a bit. “It’s just so exciting to see someone new!” Even as it continued to talk, it couldn’t stay still, bouncing on its feet and fidgeting with its hands. “We can color, play hide and seek, order pizza and eat until we can’t anymore! It’ll be so much fun!”
“I—okay, uh, yeah.” You reached up and massaged the spot on your arm where the animatronic grabbed you. Its grip hadn’t been too tight, but the metal hands made it feel much worse. “Uh...Who are you, by the way?”
“My name is Sun!” The animatronic said cheerfully. “But you can call me Sunny or Sunshine or whatever else you want! And what’s your name, new friend?”
You gave it—him?—you’re going to go with him—your name, and then moved on. “Yeah, I, uh...I’m glad to meet you, too, dude. I-I just started working here. I, uh...haven’t seen any other animatronics yet.”
“Oh, it’s your first day?” Sun gasped, despite not having the breath to do it properly. “And I’m the first one you’ve met? I’m so honored! A-are you here to help reopen the daycare?!”
“Um...nnno.” Sun instantly deflated. Guilt curled around your stomach. "S-sorry. I didn’t even know we had a daycare until now. I just kinda wandered in ‘cause I didn’t see anyone else heading over here. Uh...but! It’s really cool that we have one!” You put a happy spin in your voice, trying to cheer Sun up. Though you weren’t sure if it’ll work on an animatronic...
It worked. Sun perked up. “It is really cool! The Superstar Daycare is the bestest place for all the little ones to play and have fun!”
“Yeah, it looks nice.” Though, now that you were actually in the daycare...you noticed just how empty it is. There was quite a bit of dust in the air, and a visible layer of it over on a nearby desk. And besides the occasional stack of toy barrels, there was nothing on the ground. You gave Sun another look. Close up, you realized that his colors aren’t naturally dull. Instead, the paint on his body was chipped and faded, covered in a layer of grime. What did he say? ‘Are you here to help reopen the daycare’? How long has this place been closed?
“Of course it looks nice! I keep everything nice and orderly!” Sun stood to the side, holding his arms out in a ‘Look at this!’ gesture, indicating the entire playplace. “See?”
“Yeah, I saw you messing with some of these barrels through the glass,” you said.
“Yep! It’s important that everything’s just right! Very important, ho ho ho!” Sun laughed. “Oh, but where are my manners? What would you like to do, new friend? I-I have puppets, and paints, and all sorts of supplies!”
“Well...” You checked your FazWatch. No new tasks had shown up, but... “Um. Sun. You know I’m...on the clock right now, right? That means I might have to leave to do something at any moment, and eventually I need to clock out and go home...”
“Oh.” Again, Sun’s posture slumped a little. “No, I...I know, new friend. I-I just thought I’d offer.” He tapped his fingertips together, looking down at the ground. “You don’t have to stay, but if you want to, we can do anything you want! I-I promise it’ll be fun! But it’s up to you.”
Even though his expression didn’t change from a smile the whole time he talked, he looked and sounded so dejected that you immediately felt bad. Could an animatronic feel sadness or was it just a programmed response? Well, either way, your heart was too soft to just ignore him. “Hey, I didn’t say I was going to go right now,” you said, giving him a smile. “I have some free time to hang out.”
“Really?!” Sun looked up. “Oh wow! That’s great news, friend!” He jumped into the air, arms outstretched towards the sky in excitement, and landed with a solid thump! “We’re going to have so much fun! What do you want to do? I can go get some toys—oh, you’re probably a little old for them, though. I also have arts and crafts supplies, like fingerpaint and glitter glue! Or we can play games! I know a lot of different ones!”
“Um...yeah, sure, I’m down for some arts and crafts,” you said. “But nothing too messy. Do you have, like, markers or colored pencils or something?”
“Hmm, I don’t know. I’ll go check!” With that, Sun spun around—quite literally, his torso and head rotating 180 degrees before his legs caught up with the spin—and skipped off. He was gone before you could even say anything.
You blinked in surprise. What? Where did he even go? “Uhh...okay, then. I guess that’s how superheroes do it.”
With nothing to do but wait, you give the playplace another look, walking around some of the play structures. There was a ball pit. Sweet. Part of you was tempted to jump right in, but there could be anything hidden in there, bugs or worse. If you were a kid, though, you wouldn’t have hesitated. The play structures themselves were pretty sturdy, despite the daycare being closed for god knows how long. It would probably be a bit cramped for an adult like you, but again, as a kid you would be all over them. Stacks of toy barrels were all over, which you avoided touching due to how concerned Sun was over keeping things orderly.
Other than all that, the only thing of note in the daycare was the big desk by the wooden door. You wandered back over, stepping behind it. The dust on the surface looked even thicker up close, though there were areas that weren’t as dusty. Most notably around a small Freddy Fazbear head that looked like it was supposed to hold something. That was a little weird...why that specifically? And not something like the computers or drawers?
“Oh, new friend? I-I don’t think you’re supposed to be behind there.”
You looked up. Sun had returned, carrying a big plastic box and a stack of plain white paper in his arms. He was standing some distance away from the desk, bouncing in a more...anxious way than before. “I’m not? Why not?” you asked. “I’m staff.” You pointed at your shirt for emphasis.
“W-well, um...” Sun paused. “It’s...just for security! And I don’t think you’re security, you would have a different uniform if you were.” He laughed, but it sounded a bit strained.
You raised an eyebrow. “For security? Really?”
“Yep.” Sun’s bouncing grew faster, his mechanical joints making a clacking—and jingling?—sound. “And we don’t really need the desk, anyway! We can just sit on the floor and draw!”
“The floor’s soft,” you pointed out, glancing down at the mats that covered every surface.
“We can use the box!” He shook the box he was holding. Something inside clattered against the plastic sides. “If we just...stay out here.”
You stepped out from behind the desk, noticing the way Sun stopped bouncing the moment you did. Something behind there was making him nervous. There was no doubt about it. “Are...you okay?” you ask slowly.
“What do you mean, friend?”
“I mean, like, do you have deskophobia or something?” You raised your hands. “Don’t get me wrong, I’m not gonna go back there if you don’t want. I just want to...be sure. That everything’s good here.”
“Oh!” Sun sounded pleasantly surprised. “Thank you for your concern, friend! No, I’m not afraid of the desk. I’m just...not allowed to go back there. A-and we can’t spend time together if you’re hiding behind the desk!”
“Huh. Okay, then.” You nodded, but there was clearly something more going on. Sun was scared of you being behind the desk. Was there something back there that he didn’t like? Well...this wasn’t the time to bring it up. You didn’t want to give a robot a panic attack. “Alright, we’ll just sit down here then.” You lowered yourself to the floor, sitting on the soft mats.
“Alrighty!” Sun sat down across from you, folding his long legs and setting the plastic box and paper in between the two of you. He took the lid off the box, revealing its contents: a mismatched assortment of markers, pencils, and crayons, colors and brands all mixed together.
“We’ll have to dump these out if we’re going to use the box as a table,” you said.
“That’s okay, as long as we clean it all up after!” Sun didn’t hesitate to tip the box over, spilling coloring supplies all over the floor. “Here, you can use this! I’ll use the lid.”
“Okay, if you insist.” You laughed a little, doing your best to keep the various supplies from rolling too far away.
Silence fell for a while as you’re quickly sucked into drawing. It had been a while since you’d drawn for fun, outside of an art class. It was nice to doodle whatever you wanted. Sun was quiet as well, except for a slight jingling sound that you soon realized came from bells tied on ribbons around his wrists. He went through a lot more paper than you did, only spending five or ten minutes on each page.
Eventually, you noticed he wasn’t coloring anymore. You looked up and saw his face leaning over you, looking at your own drawing. “Oh fuck!” you gasped, surprised. “When did you get here?!”
“Um, friend, I-I was nice about it before but language like that really shouldn’t be used in the daycare,” Sun said.
“Even when there’s nobody else here?” you muttered under your breath.
“Even then!”
“Oh. I-I didn’t realize you could hear that.” Great, now you’re embarrassed about sassing the daycare animatronic. “Anyway, uh. Sorry. You just surprised me, leaning so close.”
Sun immediately leaned back, quick enough that you were mildly surprised he didn’t fall over backwards. “Oh I’m so sorry! I should have realized. I just wanted to get a better look at your art. You’re a very good artist, friend! That’s a wonderful drawing!”
“Haha. Thanks, dude.” Your face grew a little warm. That sounded like the sort of compliment someone would give a little kid during crafts time in school. But hey, Sun was probably programmed for interacting with small children, so you didn’t pay it much mind. It sounded genuine coming from him, not condescending like it might coming from another adult. “It’s just doodling.”
“If that’s just doodling than your other art must be amazing!” Sun leaned a bit forward again. “I really like this one.” He pointed at a drawing of a flower you’d done in one corner of the paper. “And this one!” Now he pointed at a sketch of a person, smiling and waving in another corner.
“Daw, stop it, Sun. You’re so sweet.” You laughed a little bit. “I’m just practicing poses and colors and stuff.”
Before Sun could say anything else, an intercom overhead crackled to life. “It is now seven o’clock. The Superstar Daycare is officially closed,” said the familiar voice of the announcer. “The Daycare lights will be turning off in five hours. Have a wonderful day here at the Freddy Fazbear Mega Pizzaplex.”
“Seven o’clock? Really?” Surprised, you checked the time. Seven o’clock indeed. You’d been sitting here for forty-five minutes. It hadn’t felt like that long at all. More importantly... “Wait, isn’t the daycare already closed? I mean, hadn’t it been closed for a while? What’s up with the announcer?”
“Oh, don’t worry about that, friend,” Sun said. “That always happens at this time! It’s just a scheduled thing! Yes, the daycare has been...closed for a while...but it might open again soon! You have to be prepared. A-and don’t worry about the lights going off! They don’t turn off anymore.”
“I...wasn’t really all that worried about the lights turning off, but thanks,” you said slowly. “My shift ends in two hours, anyway, so I wouldn’t be here long enough even if they did.”
“Good!” Sun sounded oddly...relieved? “The lights have to stay on.” His peppy voice suddenly became very serious. “On. On.”
“Okay, okay. You’re really serious about that, aren’t you?”
“It’s very important,” Sun added, still in that grim tone.
You blinked, confused. You’re about to ask him why it was important when you’re interrupted by a quiet ping! sound, followed by a voice coming from your wrist that said, “New task added!”
“Huh?” You lifted up your arm, looking at the FazWatch. Indeed, a new task had just appeared. A few machines in the East Arcade had run out of tickets and needed refilling. “Oh shi—shoot.” You stand up, only now realizing the pins and needles in your legs. “I have to go.”
“Already?” Sun stood up as well, much more fluidly than you did. “But you haven’t been here that long!”
“I know, I know. I’m sorry.” You bent over and started putting the coloring supplies back into their box. “But you know what they day. Duty calls, and all that. Call of duty. Call of Duty Shooter Man.”
Sun’s face rotates a bit to the side, perhaps confused by your last remark. “Well, do you have to go right now? We can keep coloring! Or if you want, we can do something else!”
“It’s tempting, but I really shouldn’t.” You sighed.
Suddenly, Sun reached forward and grabbed your arm. “A-are you sure? I have more crafts supplies! I-I can go find them!”
“Jeez, dude, be careful with the grabbing!” You pulled your arm away, discreetly looking down at the spot where he grabbed you to check if it left a mark. Luckily, it didn’t.
“I’m sorry!” Sun retracted his arm, stepping backwards. “I-I’m really sorry.” He put his hands behind his back, as if to show that he wasn’t going to try again. “Heh. O-of course, you probably have...very important technician things to do. Go ahead. Sorry.”
“...wait, what?” You weren’t sure if you heard him right. “What do you mean ‘technician things’?”
“Well...because you’re an animatronic technician,” Sun said.
“I’m a what?!”
Your shout echoed in the empty daycare, but you didn’t care much about your volume at the moment. You weren’t supposed to be a technician! You weren’t remotely qualified for that! That wasn’t even the job you’d applied for! How in the Fazfuck were you a technician?!
“Did you...not know that, friend?” Sun asked hesitantly. “I-I mean, it’s possible that you were incorrectly entered as one in the database! Or that my scan was wrong!”
“Your scan?” you asked absentmindedly, more concerned with the whole technician thing.
“We automatically scan any face we see!” Sun said proudly. “That way we can identify a child’s registered guardian and also any staff members with their information in the company database!”
“Right. Okay, that makes sense.” You looked down at the FazWatch again. “Oh my god, is that why my security level is so high? Because it thinks I’m supposed to work on the animatronics? Ffffffrick. Frick, man.”
“Friend, are you...alright?” Sun asked. “Is there anything I can do?”
“No. Thanks for offering, though.” You rubbed your eyes, suddenly feeling tired, and pulled off your face mask. “I’m just...going to go.”
Sun said nothing. When you looked up again, he was staring at you, perfectly still with his shoulders hunched. He seemed tense.
“I’ll come back,” you reassured him. “If not after I take care of this, then tomorrow. I have another shift at the same time, I can stop by to visit.”
“Promise?” Sun asked.
“Promise,” you said, smiling.
“Oh that’s great, friend!” Sun clapped his hands together, the motion accompanied by jingling bells and metallic clanking sounds. “I’ll be prepared next time! Oh! Do you want to take your drawings with you?” He bent over, carefully picking up your arts projects from the floor and holding them out for you.
“Sure.” You took the offered pieces of paper. “Thanks, Sun.” After a moment’s pause, you turn around and head back to the big wooden doors. “Well. I’ll see you later, then.”
“See you later, friend!” Sun waved cheerfully as you pushed the door open and headed out.
Unfortunately, you were not able to return to the daycare before the end of your shift. After you’d refilled the arcade machines with tickets, two more tasks had appeared, instructing you to fix the lights in El Chip’s and clean a whole crowd of STAFF bots that had been attacked with cake at a kid’s birthday party. And after that, the tasks kept coming. You barely managed to finish them all before it was time to clock out at nine o’clock.
You wanted to stop by the daycare before heading home—which surprised you. Sun had really made a strong impression, for you to already be attached. But it was going to be a long drive back, and to be honest, walking around late at night made you pretty anxious. Even if it was just a short way from your car to your apartment. You didn’t want it to be any later than it already was.
Still, you felt bad just leaving. So you quickly ran back to the daycare area, stopping by just long enough to peer through the glass walls into the playplace. Sure enough, Sun was there, fussing with the stack of toy barrels again. He quickly caught sight of you and waved. You waved back, then pointed to the side, indicating you were leaving. It was hard to tell from this height, up by the “Slide Into Fun!” slide, but it almost looked like Sun’s shoulders slumped. Was he disappointed? Well shit, now you just felt worse. You waved harder, then slowly backed away and disappeared.
You’d make it up to him tomorrow.

Ossynia's eyes could barely open up under the cover of the bright sunlight, she raised her head and stretched it for a moment, leaving out a small growl. She looked around for a moment, then having her attention was the kobold village, everything was very quiet, weird but comforting in her opinion.
'Ugh, what a night... This little nap has done very little to my...' She thought...
"By Tsshar's holiest fire, the storytelling with the kids!!!" She bursted out her wings and immediately got up and walked into the village. She soon realized the kobolds were hiding from her since last night, a mix of guilt and rightfulness had her for a moment, but she decided to be diplomatic.
"Kobolds, I am... I... Apologies for last night roar, I hadn't sleep for several days, so I was wishing for a nice night, didn't count with you little ones working day AND night. I... I will not hurt anyone for this!"
Her words convinced few, but from a corner, speaker Torn had appeared to talk with her.
"Ah, speaker Torn, I was searching for you, specifically."
"And here I am, Ossynia. I was wondering what was going on right now."
"Yeah... About that. I scared everyone last night, I was angry but, I mean, you do know that, I am now afraid the younglings will be terrified of me, should I just forget the storytelling idea?"
"No, no! Ossynia! They are fine, I do know what you mean. They are at the school right now."
"School now? Wait, what time is it??"
"Right now, our sun clock shows 9:17 a.m."
"9 a.m.!!! Oh my god, I am late already!"
"Ossynia, wait! Calm down!"
Torn tried to stop her, but he could do little against a massive dragon now on rush. She was tired, sleepy and volatile, now going on the fly to the school, where Elya and Ebu were in with the other younglings of the village.
Suddenly they felt a considerable quake on the ground as Ossynia landed nearby the school, scaring many kobolds within.
"Oh no... Ossynia has arrived and I doubt she slept well in 2 hours..." Elya whispered to Ebu
"No sleep" he whispered back
The ceiling started to crack up as massive talons appeared in the opening, lifting the entire roof with easy, Ossynia put her head within the roof-free school.
"Hello kids! Sorry I am late..."
She smiled for a bit when she realized the little ones were terrified of her, some hiding behind Elya and their desks, while small rocks of the roof were falling on them.
"Oh Tiamat... I am so, so sorry little ones, I... I..." Ossynia, after so long without dealing with kids, was running out of words to say. Despite their size difference, the mighty drakkar was too embarrassed by her actions.
Suddenly, Elya stepped up to Ossynia.
"Ossynia, the story telling will be outside..."
Ossynia's eyes grew wider as she realized
"Oh... Sow-... Sorry..." She said, quite sleepy and accidentally let the roof fall to the outside, causing a huge crash sound, luckily nobody was hurt but she wasn't making her presence safe or comforting for the younglings.
"Eh... For the third time, sorry..."
"Its fine, Ossynia" Rirta said.
"Oh, mother Rirta, I am glad you are here... I am in... Need of some help, as you can see hehe..."
"Kids! Organize outside! Elya, please help them!" She pointed to Elya then returning her attention to Ossynia, "I will meet with you outside."
The kids slowly organized outside, while Rirta went outside to inspect the entire ceiling on the ground.
"Well, that will take a while to fix... And we are short in workers after yesterday's attack"
"I will offer any help I can, Rirta..."
"Thank you Ossynia..." Rirta then inspected Ossynia.
"Apologies for talking to you like this, Ossynia, but, I am good at uncovering fear and stress on my students, can you tell what is wrong?"
Ossynia let out a soft smile, she was a broodmother too, Rirta was better in this kobold affair than she could ever be.
"Oh, Rirta... I am afraid THEY are scared of me, I am large and scary and I just keep unintentionally scaring them, I have fallen out of being used with kids, and the little ones are so fragile, I could have severely hurt them back there... Or worse..."
Rirta smiled back, she understood it all
"I see Ossynia, far from me to tell you how to run the show, you are here longer than my and Torn's ages combined, but worry not." She said as she put her hands on Ossynia's large talon, "Yes, they are scared of you, we all are a bit, especially after yesterday, but don't you remember they also were so curious and glued to watching you? They like you, they love the idea of a drakkar that are our friend and protector, they will warm up with you again, trust me, kids change their mood quite easily!"
"Thank you, Rirta" Ossynia nodded, "My age matters not now, we all still learn new things every moment, always."
"I wish more drakkars like you existed, Ossynia, willing to admit your flaws and that you have things to learn..."
"Rirta! Ossynia! Why the ceiling is... Out of the school?!" Torn arrived in the scene.
Both of them looked at each other for a moment, "Oh hehehe... Sorry Torn, I... I did a little mess..."
"I knew you would, somehow I did" Torn smiled.
"My love, its 9:30 a.m. right now? Huh?"
"Yes, Rirta"
"Alright, Ossynia, you may rest and organize your thoughts now, I am going to take the kids to their break, they might be hungry already."
"Please, Rirta, go for them. I will do my own here, thank you." Ossynia walked into the clearing and went on flying.
"May you explain to me what happened, Rirta?" Torn walked on her side to the kids.
"I will. But in this long-short story, Ossynia may be old, but she isn't flawless, no one is."
"No one is hurt, right?"
"No one. Why?"
"Zurku... He is angry we are letting those drakkars within the village, if they hurt someone, he would spill out to the others. I am afraid not many kobolds are fine with it... Or fine with my pacifist stance..."

The police finally found out about an aunt and uncle who can take care of her but they live back in the family's home country which made everyone involved in the case feel uncomfortable, so she stayed in the care of Jazi as a semi foster care home until they found a better option. As expected, Jazi ad Sha grew attached and when hearing she might be given to the system to be adopted he stood up and volunteered to take her in. The judge allows it and the two became a odd family. This was also helpful due to Jazi's boss having a little girl her age that plays with Sha when he brings her to the office to work.
Sha got spoiled rotten by Jazi and his boss as she went to good schools and got great grades and often help with Jazi's work load when she was old enough to help read numbers. This led her to soon get a job as a second assistance that more helped with certain paper work and got coffee/tea when needed and hanging out with the boss' daughter while Jazi did the more personal and important stuff for the business.
Currently she still has that job and goes to college with her friends. Her family's murder was never caught

Buddie Teen AU (Sims 4)
As promised, I am sharing screenshots of my latest Sims 4 save, where Eddie and Buck meet as teenagers for the first time. I made a master post for it, too, and each post will be tagged “my buddie sims” and “buddie teen AU” in case you want to find it.
As a preamble, I spent a lot of time building houses and creating sims for this save. The Diaz family house is loosely based on what we saw in 5x17, although it looked like a one-storey house there. I made it 2 stories because that always works better in the sims when you want several bedrooms. Also, Adriana should be smaller than Sophia, but we don’t have that much variety in the Sims, so they look like they’re the same age for now. Eddie, who’s a teen already, is a bit shorter than his parents, still. I had a mod that made teens shorter (no idea if it still works after the Highschool Years update).
Also, this story is gonna be pretty long. And it includes both Eddie and Buck figuring themselves out, having teenage crushes and flings before (and after) they meet. But of course, no one will ever compare to what they mean to each other, and how they are simply meant to be, despite all obstacles throughout the years.
But now, without further ado...
Our story begins in El Paso, Texas, in the beautiful suburban home of the Diaz family.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Adriana, l, and Sophia, r)
It’s a beautiful summer. Ramon has a few days off work and is enjoying his time with his family.
Tumblr media
And later that day, Eddie is grilling smores with his little sisters and watching a movie with them before he tugs them into their camping beds in their fun little tent in the backyard.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
During the summer, his abuela comes to visit them.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And while he has time, Ramon even plays with his daughters and their doll house.
Tumblr media
While Eddie is taught how to fish at the pond not far from their house. It’s something every man should learn to do, after all.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Eddie has two best friends, Dylan...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
... and Alma.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And if Eddie’s stomach flutters a little sometimes whenever Dylan is around, it definitely doesn’t mean anything. It’s normal to feel warm and fuzzy when you have great friends around, right? Although he doesn’t exactly feel the same way about Alma, whatever that means.
Although they can be a little annoying sometimes, Eddie does love to hang out with his sisters, too. In the mornings, they sometimes dance in the middle of the living room.
Tumblr media
And Eddie also helps Sophia with her summer school project.
Tumblr media
And in the warm summer evenings, they sometimes sit together by a fire in the yard, roasting sausages or marshmallows, and their dad tells them fun and slightly scary stories that Eddie is a little too old for, but as long as his sisters enjoy them, he’s happy too.
Tumblr media
As the summer moves on, and when his dad is back to work and on a business trip, Eddie is allowed to host a yard party with some friends.
Tumblr media
They watch (more genuinely scary) movies. And maybe it wasn’t the best idea to let Sophia watch them with them. Their mom allowed for her to stay up a little longer, since it’s the summer holidays, and luckily, Sophia wasn’t looking when the scary creature on screen jumped at the teenagers trying to get away from it.
Tumblr media
Dylan shows Eddie his ‘Snake’ high scores on his Nokia 3310 (He actually showed him photos, but this is like 2004, so no)
Tumblr media
And Eddie finally gets a chance to properly talk to Andres, who came along with one of his other friends. Andres is new in town and is going to start at the same school as the rest of them after the summer.
Tumblr media
He seems really nice, a little shy maybe, honest and humble and very kind.
Tumblr media
After the party, they spend a lot of time texting or talking via ICQ, and Eddie feels that he and Andres really have a connection. They like the same movies, and Andres is a bit of a dreamer, and Eddie wants to get him know even better.
One day, they go to the pond to hang out, and they chat about this and that for hours, lying on the ground and watching the clouds.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And then Andres asks Eddie, a little shyly and very carefully, if he’s ever thought of boys the same way he thinks of girls. And Eddie’s stomach does the same little flutter it does when Dylan is near, just ten times stronger. He gets so excited about feeling seen and understood that he wants to throw caution entirely to the wind, wants to admit that, yes, sometimes he has those thoughts, and maybe there’s nothing wrong with it.
And the way Andres looks at him...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
... or what it feels like when they hug - very differently than he’s ever hugged Dylan or Alma before - it just makes something tumble inside of Eddie’s chest.
Tumblr media
And maybe there’s nothing wrong with it either when they touch a little more than Eddie would with Dylan. Or when, both lying in his bed when Andes stays for a sleepover, their feet touch under the blanket, and it sends tingles up his legs. It just feels so nice, so warm and exciting, and maybe Andres thinks about kissing him as much as Eddie does.

Cabinet of Curiosities — An Episode-By-Episode Review
Tumblr media
Lot 36
RATING: ★★ / ★★★★★
There isn’t a lot to say about Lot 36 — of all the episodes, it has the least to offer in terms of scares because the horror elements don’t show up until the last five minutes. Yup, it’s one of those horror stories — the ones where the first 90% is just building up to the possibility of a demon or a ghost or a [insert scary creature here], and then the scary creature only shows up during the last 10%.
Luckily, it’s short, and Tim Blake Nelson does give a good performance — although hoo boy, does his character feel straight out of an after-school special. Did you know that racism is wrong? Because racism is wrong. If you didn’t know that, allow this episode to show you it’s wrong by having the protagonist Nick constantly commit racial microaggressions throughout its runtime.
It really does get ridiculous, especially when (you guessed it) his racism ultimately leads to his demise. Still, it doesn’t exaggerate its themes as much as it could have (see the later episode The Outside for how much worse it could’ve been) and the demon does have a really cool character design. It’s too bad it only shows up by the final few minutes — this episode ends too soon, right when it starts getting good.
Tumblr media
Graveyard Rats
RATING: ★★½ / ★★★★★
If Lot 36’s biggest flaw was that it did too little, Graveyard Rats’s biggest flaw is that it tries to do too much. Without going too much into spoiler territory, this episode starts out with just rats as its main source of horror but then introduces a new supernatural creature during its third act. Really, the rats were enough.
As for its first and second acts, Graveyard Rats flaunts stellar costumes and set designs but is a little hard to take seriously given how unintentionally campy everything feels. Several moments of cheesy acting and dialogue, combined with the Harry Potter-esque look and score and admittedly silly plot about rats stealing bodies from buried coffins, make the episode feel like a children’s tale.
Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing — children’s tales can be scary — but this definitely wasn’t what director Vincenzo Natali was going for. (Otherwise, that scene with the neighbors having sex would be quite the decision.) Add to that a couple of predictable scares (Gee, that scary thing disappeared, I wonder if it’s going to show up in the next scene right beside him) and Graveyard Rats ends up being a disappointment all around.
Tumblr media
The Autopsy
RATING: ★★★½ / ★★★★★
Now we’re talking. The Autopsy is Cabinet of Curiosities’s first real sign of greatness, but while it’s a great episode, it makes a few questionable decisions that stop it from being a fantastic one. But let’s start with the great — The Autopsy features some really creative cinematography, along with some likable characters and a strong and alluring “King meets Lovecraft” vibe.
This episode also features some delightfully stomach-turning scenes — if you don’t have the guts for it, I highly recommend you skip this one during your binge. It also ends with a pretty kick-ass ending, easily my favorite ending out of all the episodes in the season.
Unfortunately, The Autopsy is too long for its own good. At nearly one hour, the episode features scenes and storytelling decisions that feel like they’re there only to pad out the runtime. Even the stomach-turning scenes get tiresome after a while. Our protagonist Carl performs an autopsy on a dead body — and then he does so again, and again. After a while, you start to wonder, Are autopsies all this episode has to offer in terms of scares?
Luckily, this isn’t the case, but the episode could’ve easily been shorter with the proper editing in both screenplay and scenes. While it may be too lengthy, The Autopsy boasts inventive shots, great writing, and a dark and thrilling atmosphere.
Tumblr media
The Outside
RATING: ★½ / ★★★★★
Lot 36 may have had one character straight out of an after-school special but The Outside has characters, dialogue, and a plot straight out of an after-school special. See if you can guess what the message of this episode is just from its summary: A bank teller named Stacey starts using a lotion called Alo Glo, a product that the TV quite literally promises will make her beautiful (the commercial stars actually talk to her through the TV), and doesn’t stop using it even if it irritates her skin and makes her itch all over.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to get what The Outside is trying to say, and yet, the episode seems obsessed with spelling out its themes, even going so far as to have Stacey give a speech to her husband about how men can be ugly and nobody cares but women aren’t allowed the same luxury. There is not a hint of subtlety throughout its runtime, it really does lay it on thick with its themes.
On top of all that, this episode is just repetitive and boring. The entire thing is just her using Alo Glo, the product making her skin itch, and her refusing to stop until she becomes beautiful. It’s exhausting to sit through, especially since the premise is just so unscary. (Is lotion supposed to be scary now?) Still, The Outside features a pretty fun Christmas setting and a great performance from Kate Micucci as Stacey.
Tumblr media
Pickman’s Model
RATING: ★★ / ★★★★★
Beautifully shot but suffering from a serious lack of confidence, Pickman’s Model often feels like director Keith Thomas wasn’t sure if his scares would land, so he added loud screams and confusing video effects in order to make the viewer feel even more unsettled. It doesn’t work and instead feels desperate — If the director himself isn’t creeped out by his film’s own scares, why should we be?
Failure of scares aside, most of the episode feels aimless and meandering, not really knowing where it wants to go. A lot of plot points show up only to never get brought up again — were they only there for scary imagery? With no real explanation for some of the nightmares and visions, the entire thing feels directionless, a bunch of elements mashed together with no clear purpose or story to tell.
Still, Pickman’s Model looks beautiful — the costumes and sets all look on point — and there are some stellar performances here, particularly from Ben Barnes and Crispin Glover. It’s unfortunate that the episode feels too half-baked and underdeveloped to keep your attention.
Tumblr media
Dreams in the Witch House
RATING: ★★★★ / ★★★★★
Deliciously gothic and dripping in atmosphere, Dreams in the Witch House is a scary fairytale for adults done right. This episode is a serious high point for Cabinet of Curiosities — all throughout its runtime, I couldn’t look away from the screen. I was in a serious trance.
The only hour-long episode in the season to really feel like it’s earned its length, Dreams in the Witch House doesn’t waste a single minute of its runtime. It has a tight story to tell and tells it well, with great build-up in its first and second acts and a third act filled with tension and thrill, all topped off with a really fun ending (my second favorite ending out of the season).
Really, this entire episode was fun.
Not to mention how gorgeous it all is. The forest scenes, especially, are mesmerizing to look at, and the witch has a fantastically creepy character design, what with her being made out of roots and branches and such. The only thing stopping me from giving this a higher rating is that the cast tends to overact at times (sorry, Rupert Grint) and the witch’s rat looks silly, an odd turnout considering how great the witch herself looks.
But those things are easy to forgive. Should Cabinet of Curiosities get a second season, this is the kind of episode I hope to see more of — tight plotting, strong directing, and creative visuals.
Tumblr media
The Viewing
RATING: ★★★½ / ★★★★★
It might be set in 1979 but The Viewing is drenched in 1980s atmosphere — the neon lights, retro-futurism, and synthwave soundtrack all feel straight out of a movie from the aforementioned decade. Even the camera quality is decidedly low, with director Panos Cosmatos seemingly wanting to really capture the feeling of watching an old movie.
It works really, really well. If I didn’t know any of the people involved and you had told me this was an underrated film from 1982, I would’ve believed you. Unfortunately, all that atmosphere can’t disguise the fact that not a lot really happens in this episode. Similar to Lot 36, this is another one of those horror shorts where the scary thing only appears during the final act, but unlike Lot 36, it’s the last fifteen minutes and not just the last five.
It’s an effective ending but did we have to go through so much talking just to get there? Most of this episode is just the characters sitting in a circle and talking before the viewing finally begins. Half of what they say doesn’t even play anything into the climax, feeling like they’re only there for, you guessed it, padding. Despite that, The Viewing features a stellar cast — and I just can’t resist that 80s atmosphere.
Tumblr media
The Murmuring
RATING: ★★★ / ★★★★★
While not all of them were successes, the last six episodes at least had creative and unique enough horror experiences, so it’s a little disappointing to have Cabinet of Curiosities end with an episode centering around a haunted house. Haunted house films are a dime a dozen in horror these days but that doesn’t mean they can’t be good, especially if they do something new with the setting.
The Murmuring, unfortunately, is not one of those films. Everything about it feels so familiar: a couple suffering from relationship problems moves into an old house (for a short while, anyway) and the wife starts seeing and hearing the ghosts of the previous family who lived there. There are no surprises here — every plot point feels like a box ticked off from a haunted house checklist.
Old letters? Check. Creepy little boy? Check. Husband explaining all odd occurrences away with “logical” explanations? Check.
All that said, The Murmuring still features some really gorgeous cinematography, along with superb performances from both Essie Davis and Andrew Lincoln as the wife and husband. There is some stellar atmosphere here but it’s too familiar to really impress as a finale.

Stranger Things
Unlike in his main verse Dodge is not new in town. He has lived in Hawkins his whole life. So has his family. They are very stereotypical for a small town in the midwest, in that they are a cowboy family. They used to own quite a bit of land near the edge of Hawkins that you have to drive by as you enter city limits.
He is known around town as being a cowboy. He is known in high school for being the Rodeo kid. He looks it. He may not always be wearing flannels and button up shirts, but he is always in boots. Luckily cowboy attire is pretty timeless. The town knows who he is, and who their family is as they do on occasion make the news because they are good. His sister is the best barrel racer in the region, and he has one his fair share of rodeos and titles that he has some notoriety among the community.
His dad died by bull rope, and Dodge was the one who found him and cut him down. They keep his true cause of death a secret. Most people just think it was a roping accident. And that is what Dodge will say when asked. About a year later Dayna got in an accident when she was t-boned driving to school, the cops could not figure out who hit her, she wouldn’t say, and thus it is an unsolved crime though Dodge has his suspicions.
His mother is the mistress of the sheriff from another county and thus is sparse, or that car is often on their property. After Dayna’s accident the Mason’s had to sell a large portion of their land, and their horses to help pay for Dayna’s hospital bills. They were told it was unlikely she would be able to walk again let alone be able to ride again.
S1
Dodge is one of the many that goes to search for Will at night, as he is familiar enough with the woods. And honestly he feels for Jonathan, while Dodge and Dayna are closer in age than Will and Jonathan he understands what it is like to an extent to be worried for a sibling.
S2
Part of the remaining land that the Mason’s house is on is poisoned by the tunnels. Dodge having a shaky history with the Hawkins police department goes to complain to be dismissed and of course it pisses him off. They don’t have much left and what they do have is being ruined for some reason. His sour mood is definitely noticed at school.
S3
Dayna is one of the flayed. When she can suddenly walk again, Dodge’s mom was grateful but Dodge was suspicious. They were told it wasn’t possible, basically. So for Dayna to suddenly be able to walk with no trepidation like she had never been in accident he was suspicious. Again he went to the cops but they were useless. He tried talking to the paper, because his mom was wanting to spin some miracle story, and Hawkins needed a good story.
He walked in on Dayna knocking their mother out and he overpowered her briefly by knocking her out. He again called the cops but they were again not helpful. He didn’t get much farther because on 4th of July Dayna disappeared. He tried looking for her, at the Fun Fair but was unsuccessful.
He was later told that she died in the Mall Fire. He didn’t believe it for one second. Everything surrounding her death was wrong. And he was determined to figure out what the hell was going on.
S4
Dodge’s mom was not coping well with Dayna’s death. Sometimes he thought the only thing that kept her going was that she didn’t want Dodge to be an orphan. Dodge was not equipped to take over the home as she would say.
version 1 (primary): Follows the canon of the show, and Dodge’s mom dies in the “earth quake” in front of him, he couldn’t save her. Their home and property was destroyed. He takes to staying at Hawkins High for shelter because he’s basically homeless now. He doesn’t believe the earth quake story. Not after Dayna’s death.
version 2 (secondary): For all my lovely canon character fans, as I am one, Vecna moves on from any of his original victims. They don’t know this. His next target is Dodge’s mom, because Dodge is so good at compartmentalizing that its kinda scary. He has not processed anything that has happened to him and his family, but he doesn’t allow himself to either. His mom is a different story.
She is distraught at the town hall meeting, and while not fully feeding into what the basketball boys are saying, she does believe it, especially after Dayna’s death. Dodge smells a whole bunch of bullshit. Its a breaking point for her, if she is alive at that point she may already be dead depending on which victim she replaces.
He watches her and there is nothing he can do about it. The bullshit the basketball boys spread is so strong. He didn’t believe it especially with what he saw. The cops weren’t helpful, he knew this, so he took to not calling them, not that he really had a chance to because as soon as she died the earth quake happened. Again she may already be dead depending on which victim she replaces.
He wants fucking answers. And he will get them.

Omphies how did I stay up until 1 am avidly watching Shadow. I finished ep 4 and I guess to avoid saying spoilers I’ll put a cut in here. I think everyone should watch it though. It’s beautiful and very interesting. I’m gonna talk about my predictions and impressions at this point.
I have found the mix of supernatural vs reality very interesting in the show. I know that’s the point but it feels like we the viewers are in between like Dan. The lucid dreaming is fascinating. I keep thinking well has dan been possessed by a piece of the Brother’s soul? Maybe the mom wanted them to be bond some way. So he’s worrying about Trin and Dan’s dad because that’s what the Brother is actually stressed about. They have police at the school and the brother has responsibility for Dan a teen with severe trauma.
The bullying of Nai really takes me back to highschool middle school when looking at someone too long would get you called Gay. It was just common bullying in the early 00s. It’s especially bad at Catholic school because 1 your body is evil 2 your thoughts are out to get you 3 don’t be tempted by your gay thoughts just don’t give in. Complete bullshit. But those scars get internalized and make homophobic adults and kids afraid that they might be the ultimate sinner and experience that shame. So been having fun thinking about how fucked that is.
Oh another Catholic detail I like is Dan not supposed to ask questions. I have gotten the well you just need to believe line when I would ask questions about certain things. Also I’m hoping for possession btw my grandma claimed I was probably possessed as a teen so you know it happens Dan shouldn’t feel too bad hahah. I was possessed because I was depressed and therapy wasn’t working. 🤷🏻‍♀️ luckily my parents don’t believe in that kind of stuff so there was no exorcism. But my grandma said mental illness is caused by satan so I find it interesting brother Dan is a psychologist or is he? Idk? I wonder if that will come into play.
I still love Fiat btw every time he’s on screen I know he’s supposed to be scary but it’s like I’m the dog in up when he sees a squirrel.
