"Hi beautiful people! I'm Zach, and that is Dan, and welcome to the studio for the first time after many requests, Y/N!" Zach began with his standard intro, the camera moving away from him and onto Y/N, who was sitting comfortably on the couch facing her microphone.

"Hii, wow... I've lost count of how many nights I've spent hours watching your show, Zach, so being here is an honor! Thank you so much for having me." Y/N spoke with a smile on her face, her eyes shining with excitement.

"It's amazing to have you here too. Believe me, the honor is ours." Zach replied, smiling just as much. "But tell me, how is life? Crazy, I imagine." He asked with a smile, taking in Y/N's features.

"Don't remind me, literally crazy! As I have Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube to manage and post content every day, at least in one, I haven't had time to stop much, you know?" Y/N spoke while gesturing with her hands. "But it's been incredible. Over the past five years, I've loved every moment of it."

"I can only imagine, especially since you have a knack for fashion too, right? I see you a lot at events." Zach commented, taking a sip of his water.

"Yes, exactly. My content is a little bit of everything: humor, fashion, relationships, makeup, Q&A, day-to-day life, etc. I like this really mixed stuff." The girl let out a laugh when she finished.

"Yes, I think that's what attracts so many audiences to you too, right? You have subjects that cover all audiences." Zach commented, receiving a nod from the influencer. "And tell me a little about how it all started, from the beginning."

"Well, I've always been a person who loved to talk, my friends at school joked that if I sat next to an unknown person for ten minutes, within the first minute I would come up with a random topic and start a conversation." Y/N smiled when she heard Zach comment that that was something super interesting and traits of an extroverted person. "Plus, I've always liked having an audience and social media. I had Musical.ly many years ago, where I posted short makeup and hair videos."

"Wow, Musical.ly, I completely forgot it existed." Dan commented, laughing along with the other two.

"Yes, it looks like it was a crazy dream." Zach nodded, glancing briefly at Dan before returning his gaze to Y/N. "I saw some videos from that time. You once mentioned that you took makeup courses, right?"

"Yes, I took makeup courses at Make-up Forever Academy while I was at school. It's always been my favorite hobby." Y/N said, as she stirred her Starbucks coffee cup, her drink still warm. "And on Musical.ly, I only posted that, but over time, the app lost popularity, and people started looking for me on Instagram. At the time, my Instagram was pretty empty, I didn't post almost anything there, just some also makeup things. But then, I needed to change that since Instagram gave me a lot more tools to create more expansive content. It was the moment that I completely lost my shyness with cameras, you know? That's when I started talking about other things besides makeup and hair, and the audience grew. Famous people started following me as well, I remember I panicked about that." She paused, laughing, accompanied by Zach, who was listening intently.

"And my followers started asking for a YouTube channel, where I could make longer videos and each one about something specific. I thought a lot about it, but I took courage and created my channel, and it totally exploded, almost all of my followers from Instagram started to follow me there, but on YouTube the number of people doubled."

"It caught the attention of the public who only used YouTube, right?" Zach commented, nodding in understanding.

"Exactly! And I was just with this two social medias for a few years, until I discovered Tiktok, that's when I discovered that it was like an improved Musical.ly, and that a lot of people made content just on it. I remember thinking: why not? I was already fully on the Internet, and it wouldn't hurt to have another social network. The audience continued to grow, and there were shares all the time, likes, and comments, and with that, we reached 16 million subscribers on YouTube and 6 million followers on Tiktok and Instagram." Y/N finished, her face showing a smile as she momentarily remembered her long journey there.

"Your history with the Internet is truly incredible, you are one of the biggest influencers in the United States and well known all over the world, having started at 15 years old and fighting to grow and gain your own space." Zach praised, clapping playfully as Y/N waved her hand like it was nothing, her face turning red in embarrassment. "But you mentioned a subject I wanted to bring up: celebrities." He said, laughing when he saw the girl take on a fearful look.

"Jesus, what are you going to say?" Y/N asked with a smile on her face, she had already opened up her life and tastes so much to her audience, that she knew she would definitely have said something about celebrities that she didn't remember at that moment, but that Zach would bring up.

"There was a video on Tiktok where you were answering a question from a fan, who had asked what your favorite YouTube channel and your celebrity crush were." Zach began, approaching the microphone to his face. Y/N widened her eyes, taking a sip of her drink to hide her expression, vaguely remembering the video in question. "And you answered that your favorite channel was the Sturniolo Triplets and that your celebrity crush was Matt Sturniolo, is that correct?"

"Oh my God." Y/N muttered, hiding her red cheeks in her hands. "Yes, it is." She let out a nervous laugh. "The triplets are super funny, I just love their content! I'm not going to lie, I've never missed a video of them. I saw that Chris came here this year, right? I think their journey with YouTube is incredible." She said, Zach nodding as he confirmed that Chris had been on the show recently.

"They really are incredible people. Their content is gold. But, is Matt still your crush?" He asked again, looking at her with a smile on his face.

"You're not going to let this go, are you?" Y/N asked as she smiled sheepishly. "Yes, he's still my crush. I mean, have you seen that man? He's hot, has an incredible sense of humor, and is kind! Just perfect, just no more than Harry Styles." She counted the characteristics mentioned with the fingers of her right hand, laughing when she mentioned the British singer, trying to take all attention away from her admission about her crush.

"Yeah, guys, it seems like if you're not Matt, or Harry, you don't enter Y/N's list." Zach joked, looking at the camera, receiving laughs from the other two there.

The triplets were lying on the sofa in their home, each in a corner of the space, while using their phones. Sounds of tiktoks and reels echoed through the walls.

Nick was on his tiktok, browsing his For You, watching the millions of edits that his fans made for them, some videos of other subjects appearing from time to time. The boy let out a laugh when he saw an edit of himself with clips taken from the last car video, double-clicking on the screen to give it a like before scrolling his thumb up, Y/N's voice suddenly sounding from his phone.

Nick took his thumb away from the screen momentarily, paying attention to what one of his favorite influencers was saying, smiling as he heard her tell a little about her history with social media.

His smile was replaced by wide eyes seconds later when the girl's comment about his channel with his brothers and about Matt sounded.

"What?" He asked loudly, catching the attention of Matt and Chris, who had confused looks on their faces.

"What what?" Chris asked, locking the screen of his phone and tossing it to the side.

Matt only looked up from his own phone screen momentarily, returning his attention to his Instagram feed.

"You know Y/N?" Nick asked, his eyes darting from Matt to Chris quickly.

"That super famous influencer that Matt has had a crush on for years? Yes." Chris agreed, nodding his head as he adjusted himself in his seat, receiving a slap on the arm from his brother, who lowered his cell the moment the girl's name left Nick's lips.

"She knows who we are, and not only that, she talked about us on Zach's show." The redhead said with wide eyes.

"Zach Sang?" Matt asked, receiving a nod from Nick, who got up and walked closer to his brothers, sitting between the two and raising his phone, increasing the screen brightness and volume before hitting play on the tiktok again.

The video was a compilation of the show's favorite moments with the influencer. The triplets watched in silence until they got to the part where Y/N talked about her channel, also confirming her crush on Matt. Chris quickly turned his face to Matt with his mouth open in shock.

"Matt, THE Y/N has a crush on you." Nick reinforced, pausing the video and turning to his brother, who had wide eyes as he looked at the phone that had Y/N's face on the screen, a disbelief look on his own face.

"That's crazy." He muttered, shaking his head in denial. "It's not possible that my longtime crush has a crush on me, too. That only happens in movies. Right?" Nick rolled his eyes at the comment.

"It might be crazy, but it's not a lie. She wouldn't talk about our channel and reveal her crush on you if it was a lie or a joke." Chris commented as he fixed the hood of his sweatshirt, earning a nod from Nick.

"Next week, there will be that huge and super chic party for the biggest influencers and YouTubers in the United States here in LA, and we received an invitation. I'm absolutely sure she will be there. It would be a great opportunity to make contact with other YouTubers and get to know her, maybe even ask her to participate in a video with us." Nick reminded his brothers of the invitation, locking his phone screen and looking at the two.

"Are you sure about that?" Matt asked, an expression of uncertainty on his face. Out of the three, he was the least fond of parties, although none of them were very fond of it either.

"It would be great for the channel, Matt." Chris reinforced, shrugging. "It wouldn't hurt to try. If we don't like it, we can leave right away. But meeting Y/N seems amazing to me right now, and it would be a great opportunity for you."

"Okay."

"Are you guys sure about this?" Matt asked after turning off the key in the ignition, keeping his hands on the wheel as he looked ahead, his ears picking up the loud sound coming from the party.

"Matt, it's just going to be a test, okay? It's interesting for us to make more contacts." Nick responded from the backseat, resting his hands on the sides of the front seats as he looked in the rearview mirror, waiting for Matt to look back.

Matt looked up, focusing on Nick through the mirror, who had a neutral expression. The boy shifted his gaze to Chris beside him, who was already looking at him.

Chris offered a reassuring smile, taking his left hand to Matt's right shoulder, squeezing the area.

Matt exhaled deeply as he mentally prepared himself. It had been years since he had attended such a big party.

It didn't take long for the triplets to get out of the vehicle. Matt locked the doors before they started their walk to the mansion where the loud sound of pop music was coming from.

Nick quickly pulled from the pocket of his jeans the invitation he had received in the mail that stated his and his brothers' names on expensive-looking paper and beautiful writing, holding it ready to present to the security guards at the front.

After being granted entry, the three entered the house, stopping for a few seconds at the beginning of the living room while their eyes traveled over the people there, recognizing some of their social media.

The mansion was extremely chic, decorated with golden tones and diamond chandeliers, long marsala red curtains covered the huge windows and columns that resembled those of Greek temples were spread throughout the space, along with two staircases in each hemisphere of the room with wooden handrails and a red carpet that led upstairs.

Youtubers, influencers, and celebrities filled the space, talking or dancing, some drinking, dressed in extravagant and expensive clothes.

Chris surreptitiously pointed to a specific point, making his brothers look there.

"That's Y/N, right?" He asked, earning a nod from Nick.

To Matt, the earth seemed to have stopped spinning, and the world seemed to have become static. The celebrities in the room suddenly stopped, the sound became muffled, and the smell of drinks and perfume disappeared. His breathing seemed to catch, and his throat felt dry.

Y/N looked perfect, having opted for an all-silver outfit: a mid-length skirt with a thigh-high slit from Diesel draped in synthetic silver along with a white crop top also from Diesel adorned her body. A pair of thin silver high heels decorated her feet, complemented by a silver Diesel bag and jewelry in the same color.

She looked like she came out of one of those galaxy movies, but much prettier than its characters.

Matt could have watched her from afar for seconds or minutes, just admiring her beauty and every detail of herself, but it still seemed to be too quick for his liking. Nick woke him from his hypnosis with a weak slap to his chest, getting his attention.

"You definitely don't know how to disguise it." He commented, rolling his eyes.

"Shut up, Nick." Matt responded quickly, frowning and briefly looking at Y/N again, before turning to his brothers. "I'm going to get something to drink, are you coming?" He asked, needing a cold soda at that moment.

Chris nodded, answering for himself and Nick, following his middle brother to the bar that was in the separation between the kitchen and the living room.

The space was extremely chic, a circle-shaped bar with a gold colored counter decorated with details in yellow and navy blue tiles, giving an air of wealth. At the front there were stools with synthetic gold upholstery and at the back, after the space where the bartender circulated, there was a large circular and high table filled with all types of drinks, including the most expensive ones.

Matt leaned his hips against the counter, choosing not to sit down, and glanced briefly at the bartender.

Nick sat on the stool next to him and Chris sat next to Nick, the two starting a conversation about a subject that Matt didn't pay attention to, his attention focused on the people around him, or rather, on one specific person.

His blue eyes went back and forth to Y/N's silhouette, admiring her from afar as he wished to be by her side, accompanying her and being the person she was talking to.

The girl next to Y/N and who had been talking to her since the moment Matt entered the room walked away, saying something while blowing an air kiss to the influencer, who smiled in response and turned around, facing where Matt was, but not looking directly at him, running her eyes around the people while taking sips of her drink, probably alcoholic.

Matt took a deep breath as he gathered his courage, straightening up and starting to take long steps towards the girl, crossing the room and passing among the famous people there.

"Matt, what do you want to- Matt?" Nick began, turning to where Matt was and stopping mid-sentence when he saw that his brother was no longer there.

"He's on his way to get his pot of gold." Chris commented, poking Nick with the index finger of his left hand and pointing at Matt, who was already approaching Y/N.

The brunette stopped next to Y/N, turning so that he was also facing the people around and shoulder to shoulder with her, a few centimeters between them. His hands were in the front pockets of his jeans as he breathed slowly, trying to calm his nerves.

And then her voice sounded like it was the easiest thing she'd done all day. Her voice was silky in person, so inducing that it sent goosebumps across Matt's skin.

"You were working up the courage to say hi..." She lifts the glass, taking another sip, her lips shiny with gloss and bright red lipstick, her tongue escaping her mouth momentarily, licking the residue of the drink there. "Or would you just stare at me all night?" She turned around, facing him.

Matt almost choked on his own saliva as he heard Y/N confirm that not only had she noticed he was there, but she had also noticed that he had been looking at her this entire time. A weight settled in his chest. Perhaps it was shame or lust due to the way she said that without reservation.

"I didn't mean to disturb you. You seemed quite engaged in your conversation." He made up an excuse, knowing full well that he could have gone to the girl from the moment he arrived, but his fear of what would happen held him back.

"Engaged? In a conversation about who here has the most money and fame?" Y/N threw back, furrowing her eyebrows.

Matt looked around them, stopping his eyes briefly on the girl who had previously spoken to Y/N and who was now watching the people with a gaze torn between judgment and desire. A loud laugh escaped his lips as he shook his head in denial, the pettiness of some people impressed him.

"For what it's worth, you're the only famous person here that interests me." Matt commented, his blue eyes focusing on Y/N's face, analyzing her closely. An expression of satisfaction came over his face as he saw a red color take over her cheeks.

"You flatter me, Matt." Y/N looks back at him, their eyes meeting for a few long seconds, before hers travel across Matt's face, mentally taking note of every detail she could notice in the few seconds.

The boy smiled arrogantly when he saw her eyes on him, receiving an eye roll in response.

"Do you like what you see?" He asked, his voice taking a deeper tone and his pupil dilating as his lips stretched into a smirk.

"Don't let it go to your head." Y/N responded as she scoffed playfully, allowing the beginning of a smirk to emerge on the right corner of her lip.

At that moment, Matt felt like he could do something, anything, that would make her smile like that again or smile a bigger smile. He thought of a million possibilities of what he could say to cause that reaction in her, longing to feel the butterflies in his stomach again.

"You look beautiful tonight." Matt praised, his blue eyes traveling over Y/N's body momentarily, returning to her eyes. "Not that you just look beautiful tonight. You always look beautiful. But today you..." The boy tried to justify, getting caught on his words. "Look perfect."

A sigh escaped his lips, an apologetic look taking over his eyes as his right hand scratched the back of his neck lightly, feeling like a complete idiot for getting tangled up in front of the girl he has a crush on.

"I'm sorry, this isn't how I pictured myself meeting you." He groaned, looking at the ground in shame, hoping something would surge and save him.

"So you imagined meeting me?" Y/N smiled, feeling arrogant. She bit her bottom lip, feeling smug as she watched Matt blush and his eyes widen. "I'm kidding. You look beautiful tonight, too." Y/N let out a low laugh, returning the previous compliment, running her tongue between her lips, wetting them as her eyes traveled over Matt, pausing lingeringly on his exposed collarbone with the tank top he was wearing, the necklaces that decorated his neck made her mouth water.

Before Matt could even open his mouth to answer her, the sound of footsteps approached, catching both their attention. Y/N tore her eyes away from Matt's blue ones and looked ahead, seeing the same girl from before approaching again, holding herself back from instantly rolling her eyes.

The boy realized that the conversation would change direction and that, perhaps, he would no longer be included in it. A subtle sigh escaped his lips, and he tucked his hands into the pockets of his jeans again, looking at Y/N briefly, realizing that she was already looking back.

"I'm sorry." She asked, pressing her painted lips into a thin line before a beautiful, wide smile replaced it. "Text me on Instagram. You will be my priority to respond." Y/N spoke before being gently pulled away by her "friend", turning her face back quickly and sending the brunette a wink before looking forward again.

Matt watched her from behind as her high-heeled legs took long, quick steps away from him, a goofy smile taking over his features. He would definitely send that text.

yandere! aaron drives a crazy nice sports car, he got when he signed on for the military, and it’s so attractive to you when he drives, his big arms flexing, jaw clenched.

yandere! aaron stalks your location, even though he knows where you are. He still checks it every hour. If you stopped sharing your location with him or your phone died. He would show up to wherever you last were. He also has the app that let’s him see your battery percent.

yandere! aaron get’s very upset if your phone dies or something else happens and he can’t contact you, especially if he’s deployed and you don’t answer his call’s. If it happens again he will put a tracker on your car, camera’s in your house, and even more extreme measures.

yandere! aaron has your intitals embroidered on your seat in his car, on the short sleeve of his white tshirt’s he wears under his uniform. He would have your name tattooed if you let him.

- but at night he loves burrying his face in the crook of your neck with one armed wrapped around your waist and the other placed diagonally on your back while his hand covers the back of your head, almost looking like hes protecting it.

anyway guess this is a good time to let my many au’s free

1) ATLA Au (+gender flip)

{gender flipped Arthur} is Princess of the fire nation (uther is obviously ozai). Her sort of adopted (or maybe cousin? Idk) brother-not-really {gender-flipped-Morgana} speaks out against some injustice and gets burned for it. Then mysteriously disappears. Years later a runaway {Morgana} and his friend, a non-bender earth kingdom citizen who’s brother and father are off fighting in the war, (it’s Gwen) find the avatar. The avatar (Merlin) is a water bender (don’t ask why, I don’t know) and both water tribes have been decimated (the air nomads are fine. They’ve been mostly staying out of the war)

anyway redemption arcs ensue, firelord overthrowing and avatar ig happen. And Obviously merthur shenanigans.

2) The sorcerer and the sword that once-was-but-is-no-longer in the stone

Loosely based of webcomic I read (swordid I think?)

basically: sorcerer dude made Excalibur, the weapon got super Out of hand and eventually his apprentice merlin took the sword and stuck it in a rock, then gave his life to ensure it would only be used by the Worthy (no he does not know the criteria for the “Worthy” at this time but he’s trying okay). later a prince needs the sword, it gets passed around a bit more and then Eventually picked up by Arthur.

they go on adventures, stuff stuff lake, wow merlin is no longer in the sword awsome

3) Mandalorian Au (and kinda in a way a roleswap but not really)

uther is a mandalorian. After ygraine is kidnapped a year after Arthur is born he kinda goes crazy searching for her (uther deadbeat dad. Wow). Uther dies, Arthur is raised by gloris . Bam there’s a Small Jedi. It’s Merlin, he and his master (gaius) got separated. Merlin and Arthur go on awsome adventures, get kidnapped, beat up slavers, and blow shit up.

they don’t see each other for another 5 years (yikes) and when they meet again Merlin is Not Okay. They go on more adventures, uncover sith plots, reveal tragic backstories (just because uther is dead doesn’t mean Merlin is safe hehe), and do stupid merthur stuff.

oh ALLISON my lover my darling. i am constrained by the prompts of these hcs but allison is my wife. my darling. my muse. id die for her.

realistic headcanon: allison has a really low tolerance for how much she can take people talking about or doing drugs in front of her. since seth's death, she gets triggered really easily when drugs are mentioned around her. she is terrified of other people overdosing in front of her/not noticing that somebody is overdosing. if she's at a party and knows somebody is on coke or MDMA it drives her crazy because she will obsessively watch them all night to make sure they're okay, or she'll give herself really bad anxiety when she can't find them thinking that they've overdosed. (she gets really into harm reduction and stuff once she's left college and maybe works with college athletes to keep them safe if/when they're doing drugs)

may not be realistic it is hilarious: she had a notes app note in her phone of evidence to support her case that andrew and neil were a thing before it'd been proven. she knew from the moment of the kathy ferdinand show that something was up and she started documenting it all like

day/month: neil went out clubbing with the monsters for a second time. willingly.

day/month: neil stared at andrew again today. for way too long btw.

day/month: andrew looked like he wanted to kill neil today. but like. endearingly?

it's really long and Dan thinks she's literally insane until she reads it all and goes okay...maybe i see where you're coming from now...

heart-crushing and awful, but fun to inflict on friends: allison noticed kevins weird relationship with food INSTANTLY. she confronts him about it after a while because it was really starting to bother her, he tells her she's seeing things, and so she goes to andrew about it because she's freaked herself out that kevin is going to pass out during a game or something, andrew obviously laughs at her and tells her to fuck off, but after a while of just watching she talks to him about it again. for some reason he decides to explain the truth to her, and she understands that it's not really a body image issue for him, but a bad habit he's kept from the nest. she tells him about the dietician she's worked with, and they get to know each other a bit better, and even though they """hate""" each other, they actually get along pretty well. they understand each other in a weird way. i think they're way more alike than they think tbh!!!

unrealistic, but I will disregard canon about it because I reject canon reality and substitute my own: allison and kevin? they fuck. if they're drunk n horny they'll 100% hook up with each other. maybe they quietly hooked up in the cabins too. they'd never date but they're 1000000% each other's #1 booty call.

i actually appreciate you so much for this :( it's def not a new conversation bc i think this has happened with me + every other writer i've been friends with here. there's a huge amount of entitlement with some people where we are expected to just take everything with a grain of salt, whether it's praise or not... and that's not very easy. it's also only human nature to focus on the negative, though i have stopped caring as much and do actively try to love on the people who love on me rather than focusing on....yknow....ppl treating me like a pornhub search bar ;o;

When I was little, I read the graphic novel American Born Chinese. And today, I just finished watching the first season of the tv series American Born Chinese. It was a very different story, which changed things very radically. It added lots of new characters, created many new sub-plots, introduced a main antagonist when I don’t think I remember remember one existing, showed existing parallels in new ways, gave old symbols different meanings, created new plot points, and added many, many more fight scenes.

But at the same time. It was still exploring the same themes as the original story, and still did so extremely well. I think it’s a pretty great examples of how an adaptation doesn’t need to be 100% faithful to be good adaptation. It just needs to be told in a way that understands the strengths of the new medium, and why people love the base material. I really loved how in the original graphic novel, it followed three seemingly unconnected storylines, until the climax revealed the ways in which they were connected, while also resolving the conflicts and illustrating the themes. I was disappointed they didn’t do it this time, but keeping it as a singular narrative made it easier to follow, and adding things like the fight scenes, and the scenes with the soccer club, made it more visually entertaining for a tv show, a medium that doesn’t really do inner monologue well, while still showing things like Jin’s difficulties trying to fit in. And it also still included the sitcom vibes in a way that felt very natural.

Adding to the ways in which I felt the themes of the original novel were either preserved or even enhanced, Ke Huy Quan’s character’s role and speech felt extremely poignant, perhaps moreso than Sun Wukong’s talk with Jin at the end of the original graphic novel. Why? Because I was coming into it having heard, previously, about Ke Huy Quan’s own lived experiences. After his role as Short Round in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, he stopped acting because he felt there weren’t any good roles for Asian actors, and only felt that had changed upon seeing Crazy Rich Asians. And in his role in this show, he gets a monologue about how, despite playing a role in a sitcom that the talk show host calls ‘iconic’, everyone else in the show gets lots and lots of roles opening up for them, but he just gets to play nerds and comic relief. Never the hero. And he goes on to hope that his work will help pave the way for kids like him to be heroes too. Or, I probably paraphrase. My memory is not great.

My point overall being! I went into it noting basically everything that they had changed, because I had recalled quite liking how everything came together in the graphic novel, but I came out of it appreciating that it was a funny and, I think, well-made series, and rather meaningful for the time it’s being released. Both in terms of strides being made of roles opening up for Asian actors, but also in terms of. Both the graphic novel and the series is very much about Chinese-American kids trying to find their places in American schools while not giving up their identity, and we are. Very much still in a post-Covid world. In addition to other stuff, like people hating on Tik-tok for being a Chinese-owned company, rather than acknowledging that its problems are very much also problems found in American companies and apps too.

tl;dr I think it was a good and timely adaptation and I think it was chock full with great actors. I hope they can go on to do a lot more really cool and good projects. And I should really get to researching my growing list of mythologies I keep MEANING to learn more about and not getting into--

May I request? Bonten executives react to finding out their asocial/distant (or chill/reserved) son (or gn) is being bullied (ex. Physically, Socially, S3x^4lly, etc) at school by gang delinquent students. Not just bullying, they're being treated so harshly and reader doesn't even tell their father for reasons of your choosing. Various finds out through either a friend, reader comes home way later at night injured, they see the damage for themselves, or worse. And it's crazy because reader could easily defend themselves, but they either feel like it'll be a waste of time, they deserve it, or again whatever you want.

This makes me so sad cos people often go through stuff like this and never tell anyone because of how it makes them feel or seem n I think it’s heartbreaking.

“Well what the fuck do you want can’t you see I’m busy?” He snaps annoyed that he had to stop his conversation with Kakucho on the other end to listen to the snivelling subordinate standing before his desk.

“Uh so I was out earlier ‘no think I saw ya kid being dragged into one of those abandon factories with a load of kids in gang uniforms…” The man trails off when he sees Rans horrified face, his phone clatters to the floor as he frantically pushes away from his desk and heads straight for the door.

“You’re fuckin tellin me that you saw my fuckin kid being dragged into gang territory by some pathetic fuckin kids and instead of going to get them you decided to come all the way to my goddamn office to tell me?! If some things happened to my fucking child I’ll kill you!” Ran snarls already dragging his underling into the car to direct him to you.

When he sees you laying there on the floor covered in bruises, cuts and blood he goes berserk

Screams down the phone at Rindou to find the fuckers who hurt his kid

Immediately makes the other guy drive you to the hospital while he cradles you with tears streaming down his face

Begs you to tell him who did it and why you didn’t fight them back

He knows you’re very reserved when it comes to talking about yourself but he can’t cope with the through of how long this may have been going on

Can and will have the shit kicked out of every member of that gang

When you eventually tell him that you didn’t want to fight back because you didn’t want to end up like him, in a gang with murder convictions, he is beside himself with grief

Considers leaving Bonten to raise you better, he’s not around much but the threat of his family being hurt is always there and having a kid was always going to come with the consequence of people expecting them to be like him

Will move your schools and try to keep a much better eye on you

Might even get you a bodyguard

Installs a tracking app on your phone

Takeomi Akashi

Sees bruises staring to appear when you come home later than usual

Type: ostracised and abused by a gang at school, has thing thrown at you during class and even the teacher says noting

“Hey kiddo you’re home late again… what the fuck is that?!” Takeomi’s drink misses the table and shatters on the ground as he shoves out if his chair to meet you in two strides, his eyes filled with fury when he sees the large bruise forming under your eye socket.

“… noting dad, ‘m fine..” Your voice is muffled and tired, large warm hands cup your face so you have to look at your father’s worry filled face.

“This isn’t nothing! What the fuck, who the fuck did this to you?!” His voice is loud and ear shattering but filled with despair, worry and fear… your dad a man who’s taken on gangs… a executive in Japans worst criminal organisation. His voice is dripping with fear. Your eyes start to well up, you stutter before trying to brush him off once again. Takeomis hands grip your shoulders tightly forcing you to look into his eyes.

“Speak to me kid… I’m your dad just tell me what’s happened Yeh? Please I’m begging you.”

“At school… someone- someone found out who you were… I- they… they’ve been b- I can’t anymore…. Dad…” You wail finally breaking, tears stream down your usually static face. Takeomis horrified expression turns hard as ice.

He’s in his car before he can breath, barrelling 100 over the speed limit as he tracks your phone. Tears threatening the spill over his eyes at the thought of something happening to his only child, his life.

“Rin… I need you all to follow me right now…

I don’t know what I’m going to do but someone is about to die and I don’t want my kid seeing that.” Sanzu snaps into the phone when he rings Rindou on the way to you.

Infront of him sits a blacked out derelict building, at the door three boys in matching uniforms stand laughing between them.

“Fuckin stupid bastard deserves it! Shoulda just called their dad like we asked now look at em gettin fucked by the boss!”

The words spewing from from the filthy pieces of shit in front of him have Sanzu seeing red, sword put in seconds their blood soaks his pyjamas to the skin. The doors are broken down and screams and shouts echo throughout the braking building.

Your screams. His baby’s screams. The child that he raised by his self. Screams of pure terror. And laughing someone’s laughing.

Pure hatred seeps into his veins as he barrels around the corner to see the worst nightmare a parent has. Horror, disgust, hatred. The barrel of his hun is shoved down the throat of the man pinning your screaming, thrashing form down in seconds. Another hun is ripped from his holster to mow down my one who dares to get close to him, he stares into the soul of the bastard before ripping him away from you. A heavy blood soaked coat lands on your body as your father pins the now shouting and pleading man below him.

He’s feral when it comes to his child

Doesn’t stop till everyone’s dead apart from the rapist below him

Would not hesitate to slice and dice anyone

Tortures the remaining gang members for weeks

Rindou and Ran get there and have to seize the rest of them

They try to grab your dad but he’s by your side before anyone can speak

Curls you under his chin as your shouts, screams and wails echo throughout the blood soaked room

“I’ve got you kid. No one will ever get to you again. I promise. Dad will do anything for you. I’m going to make them feel all the pain you’ve felt…” His eyes are ablaze as his voice seeps with pure malice.

Rindou can also be pretty distant so he never questioned it until Ran pointed out a hand shaped bruise on your wrist one day

From then on he was always watching for a sign that someone was hurting you

Bored eyes follow you when you get home from school, your dads eyes stare straight at you. His eyes are searching for something, making you unbelievably uncomfortable as you go to try leave he speaks.

“Are you being bullied? Is someone hurting you? Kid I need to know, your uncle Ran saw a bruise on your wrist last week… I need to know if somethings happening at school… please chick just tell me I’m your dad.” Rindous voice becomes gentle when he addresses you.

“No… I’m fine dad.” You mutter quietly before leaving to change. A text message lights up your phone, then another and another.

*get to the fucking park now*

*don’t ignore me you fucking retard*

*now or I’ll fucking kill you*

You sigh but never the less get ready to leave once again. Rindou looks up from the stove before stopping you in your tracks.

“Uh where ya going kiddo? It’s like 7 at night… and I cooked food!” Rindou practically wails gesturing at the food cooking. Mouth agape as you walk away out the door with a mere ‘I’ll eat later’.

Follows you after your out the door, quietly.

Sneaks around like a stalker, makes Ran come and catch up with him so they both follow you

Both of them hide in a bush when you stop in the park

A group of clearly wanna be gang members come to stand around you

“Took your fucking time Haitani! How annoying.” One of them snaps before smacking the back of your head. The others laugh in agreement punching or smacking you upside the head as if it was funny.

Rindou and Ran are seething behind the bushes, Ran grips Rindos shoulder as he surges forwards.

“Go buy us a fuckin drink! God you’re nothing like your dad are ya?! No way you’re a fuckin Haitani!”

“Must be adopted”

“Nahh bet the twats mum got knocked up by some other fucker!” Shouts and jeers fill the opening as you shove through, head down as you enter the shop next to the park.

The bushes rustle as Ran and Rin finally make their presence known, if looks could kill those fuckers would be 6ft deep n pushin up daisies.

“Well hello motherfuckers! Hope you’re ready to get the shit kicked out of you, pathetic fucking cunts. That’s my fucking kid you’re bullying” Rindou snarls already cracking his knuckles and throwing his coat off, Ran does the same and pulls his trusty baton from his waistband.

Each and every bastard had their shit rocked within the time it takes you to buy drinks

When you leave the shop you see two figures sat on a large pile of bodies

Your dad and uncle sit atop of groaning gang members who’ve been abusing you for months in and out of school

Ran waves happily at you with bruised knuckles and a grin

Your dad however looks more than furious as he looks up from where his chin had been resting on his hands

“What the fuck were you thinkin… did you think you’d just wait it out and they’d stop? Or they’d give up? Why didn’t you lay them out? I taught you to fight, I know you could have dealt with these weak fuckers easily, so why didn’t you kid?” Rindous voice is angry but he never raises it, never once does he shout at you.

“I’m not you dad. I’m not you, I don’t want to hurt people.” For once on your life you snap in the face of your dad and uncle.

He wants to cry but hold it in

Realises that not everyone wants to throw fists when they’re annoyed or dislocate joints without a thought

Ask if you want to switch schools and goes through them with you before you choose

Tries to keep you away from any gang or violent activity

how to romanticize college and other helpful tips

hey guys!!!

this is actually an assignment for my social media class i am taking this summer, but i thought it would be a good idea to share how to romanticize college and some other college tips to go with it.

first...dorm room ideas

i recomend making a shared pinterest board between you and your roomates (if you chose to live with others) before you guys start buying your room decor.

you need to start the romanticization of your college experience before you even sit down in a classroom and start taking notes. make your dorm room a space you enjoy. so decorate it exactly how you want to and make the space your own. don’t be afraid to have your interests as a part of your room decor. your part of the room is a reflection of you.

now for fashion

if you haven’t found your personal style yet (me my freshman year of college) or you have a pretty set sense of style already, you need to be aware of what the weather is like where you are going to school. i go to school in northern indiana and had to learn (as a socal girlie) that sometimes you have to give up being fashionable when it comes to crazy weather conditions like extreme heat or snow (in my case). even when you have to sacrifice for the weather you should always try to look your best in your own style while still being comfortable in your own skin. i know the sweatpants are calling your name bestie....they do that to me too....of course they are amazing to wear to stay comfy, however, they shouldn’t be an all the time thing when it comes to outfits.

when you look your best you’ll feel your best and when you feel your best you’ll do your best. save the comfy clothes for long nights studying in the library. i’ll link some pictures to give you guys some ideas

now onto school bags!!!!

this last school year i had a tendency of carrying both a backpack and a tote bag. i would keep essentials like my wallet, keys, water bottle, the book i was reading at the time, and my makeup bag in my tote bag and leave all my school stuff in my backpack. for this coming school year i found something super awesome it’s the green wellness tote by typo. this thing is GIANT and can carry everything i would carry in both my tote bag and backpack while still keeping everything organized. it has huge front pockets and a removable pouch on the inside of the bag so i can hold everything.

i mean EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!

but you can’t forget to personalize your bag. i use pins, pocket bac holders from bath and body works, and keychains to personalize my bag and put my own unique twist. trust me when i say having hand sanitizer on hand is extremely important so make sure you’re carrying yours at all times. i personally like the bath and body works hand sanitizers and the pocket bac holders for them are super cute. they actually just put their fall and halloween stuff out and i’m a fiend for that kind of stuff.

now for some study tips

first things first you are going to college to get your degree so studying is important!! i feel like the best way to study is to make it fun for yourself. have your study spot, have a couple good playlists, noise canceling headphones, a study timer app, and get to it. i’ve found for me using apps like notion (you get the unlimited version of notion free if you use a school email) to take quick notes in class and then physically writing them out and make them as aesthetically pleasing as possible. writing pretty notes makes you want to look at them more and actually study from them.

a study timer is extremely important!!! especially if you keep a study planner/journal like i do. it spaces out your study time and holds you responsible for your studying. i use the pomodoro method and am an active user of the forest app. if you guys want to be friends on forest i’ll put my friend code in the link section of this post. it’s honestly such a helpful tool for holding yourself accountable. if you don’t want to purchase an app there are a ton of free versions of the app out there that work just as well as forest.

- didn't stop talking to the girl who very visibly made moves on him and hit on him and would leave our fts to talk to her and noah

- for a while flirted with me and then said we were just friends-- "i wouldn't date u but ur hot"

- makes me feel like shit about myself and i cry over him constantly

- didn't immediately tell me he didn't cheat on me when i asked him

- says all these things "i wish i was with you" and dhit but then never starts anything when he - very often- comes to [my town he used to live in] (even if he is seeing family- he'll still see his friends and not me)

- comes to {my town he used to live in} constantly and i've only seen him ONCE since we broke up and it was only for an hour before he insisted he had to go

- i will literally beg for him to see me and he knows how much i want to

- either he knows how much he's hurting me and doesn't care or is oblivious to my feelings - both awful

- doesn't ever really take it seriously when i'm trying to have a serious talk with him

- awful at responding

- never calls me and says no to ft

- i love him and i don't think he loves me.

It is interesting how people treat Colby and how people treat Sam.

I mean Colby is generally the more liked, popular and more beloved of the duo HOWEVER he gets oversexualised and basically treated like a disgusting man whore by the fandom like he's some kind of k-pop star who's signed all the clauses not to do all that stuff when he hasn't and he's doing perfectly normal behaviour for a man of his age (and it really is none of our business what his sex life is like so it's truly disgusting how obsessed with it people are)

Meanwhile on the other side, Sam gets none of the cross examination of his sex life stuff but he gets way more hate in all other aspects across all social media (i've seen so many posts saying truly horrible things about the man, from just insulting his looks, to saying how awful a person he is, to saying he's a terrible friend, to saying Colby doesn't need him etcetc). And half the time the hate he gets doesn't even make sense? I'm like 'at least give good reasons to hate the man?' He's also less popular and generally ignored by the fandom and I've often seen him referred to as the 'spare'. So all this is very weird to me, I don't think I've seen another fandom duo where the duo gets the same bad treatment as these 2 men. (It amazes me that SnC still like their fandom honestly considering how shitty a lot of the fans are).

But one thing I note from this is how it's understandable that neither of them are particularly active anywhere anymore when they both get a lot of hate (for different reasons) and harassment from crazy fans. Honestly I don't think I would want to be either one of them, cos one is ignored and hated for no reason, the other if overly sexualised and harassed and cross examined constantly in regards to his sex life, neither of those options sound fun to me, lol.

While I agree with you that Colby is the more popular and more oversexualized of the duo, and that Sam generally tends to be overlooked or more left to the shadows, I have to respectfully disagree on the hate thing.

While Sam does occasionally get barbs thrown his way, and people say rude things sometimes, nothing has ever or could ever hold a candle to the way Colby is treated. Colby has a very polarizing and unique experience with internet fame, in that he has the highest of highs, on the most extreme side of the love spectrum...but with that comes some of the ugliest lows I've ever seen anyone get.

I'll give you a handful of examples that I have readily available of the real disparity between the way the two are treated, below the cut (these are just off the top of my head things that I have available, not even a full list of everything that goes on):

Only one of these two men have gotten multiple viable, detailed, and fandom sanctioned and even celebrated public death threats...and it wasn't Sam.

Colby was once literally sent a public death threat so vile that he straight up left social media for over a week directly because of the hit it took to his mental health. You know what people did with that info? Created "tea room" accounts again and again with the express purpose of posting it around, and continuously tagged him and all his friends in it until Sam had to intervene and ask them to stop.

The death threat was still one of the ugliest things I've seen on the fandom side of the internet, and no I'm not re-posting it. Just know that it marked a turning point in how Colby interacted with fans that hasn't been course corrected to this day.

There was another occasion where he wound up trending on twitter because "fans" were telling him to kill himself over some silly little Twitter drama or another, and the whole thing got so out of control that it wound up being reported on Def Noodles.

He had his journal stolen in SF and posted about it, and people were literally tagging him in shit telling him he deserved it and that it should've been worse.

Do you know how many times Colby had to trot out the notes app and do the apology tour on twitter because he did such aggregious things like wished women a Happy Women's Day, said he didn't like stick figure art, went for a walk on Jan 6th, the whole "queerbaiting" saga (which ONLY Colby caught flack for, btw...Sam participated in that shit too but not one person came at him tooth and nail over it. He also, btw, let Colby out to dry for that one as well)? There was a point in time where the only time he was ever on twitter was to apologize for something that only he was getting straight up hate for....cause sorry, but I don't think telling someone to kill themselves over something is "calling someone in" or whatever the fuck you want to call it. Sam wasn't posting about the Jan 6th riots either, Sam never spread a single piece of misinformation about [insert event here], but only Colby was sent hate and vitriol over that.

There was a period about 3 years ago where Colby spent about 20 minutes pretending to be dating Amber Scholl. Both she and Colby immediately started getting death threats, to the point where he had to make a video addressing and apologizing for pretending to have a girlfriend for less than a day.

A few months later, Sam and Kat spent a MONTH pretending to be engaged to prank their fanbase. The response they got? "Oh haha, you silly gooses, you got us good! What a fun prank, thanks for that!"

Here's a couple comments I saw recently while casually taking a look at Colby's cancer free post from people wishing he had straight up died from the cancer (I've seen countless other comments like this across instagram and tiktok; I shudder to think what's being said on twitter). I didn't even have to scroll for these. They were right on top. Im sure if you scroll, there's more:

There are fan accounts on other social media sites that will tag Colby in shit regularly, calling him stupid, calling him a whore, going after his looks. They've boiled him down to the dumb hot one: a bag of meat and sinew with a pretty exterior and nothing inside, and then they shame him for the looks when they've already got hom thinking that's all he brings to the table. He grows a mustache? He's an asshole. He gains 5 pounds because of medical issues (or for any reason, really)? He's now fat and ugly. He got acne, how fucking dare he get acne, I never liked him anyway especially now that he's ugly. He stops dyeing his hair, or dyes it a color they don't approve of? High treason.

The fandom treats him like a character in their little Sims game that they can control and puppeteer the way they want him, and they also treat him like their little punching bag at the same time. He's their little y/n fantasy, but only if he fills the pre-requisites and doesn't step even one toe out of line.

They definitely ignore and overlook Sam sometimes. They definitely say some rude shit about him, too, here and there. But overall, the fans that do acknowledge Sam treat him like he's a human being, which is already stratospheres away from how they treat Colby on either side of the spectrum.

If I were given the choice? I'd prefer not to walk in either of their shoes, lol. But, if pressed, I'd walk a mile in Sam's shoes easily. I wouldn't even look at Colby's, let alone put them on.

Now, does it all even out? Colby gets a hell of a lot more love and attention overall, yes. Is it worth the death threats and the hate and the constant meddling into your life to the point where you're having nervous breakdowns over it? I don't know that it is.

Is it better to spend your life playing second fiddle to someone like that, but to also not have to deal with the constant scrutiny and the death threats? I don't know, I guess it depends on prerogative. Either way, to your last point: this is definitely why neither one of them are a heavy presence on social media these days, and fans have nobody but themselves to blame for it.

Stalker!Tony AU rambles from my notes app

Jantonio (Jack/Tony) based delusions from my plagued mind :3 Enjoy at your own risk.

stalker Tony au where he actually works part time at the gas station (like 4-6 hrs a day kinda shifts) but stays longer just to hang out/talk to the cute overnight manager who he usually takes over his shift. As he works there longer and longer, Tony realizes something: staying in that building doesn’t make you crazy, it brings out whatever crazy that was already in you. It takes some fucked up, repressed shit buried deep in your subconscious and brings that motherfucker into the light (example: Calvin Ambrose)

In Tony’s case? His little crush on jack is suddenly a full-on obsession. It’s a gradual spiral, but he doesn’t notice until it’s too late. In the beginning he catches himself trailing after Jack around the store, and he’s a little confused and embarrassed when he’s asked about it, telling Jack it’s the lack of sleep that’s making him weird, which Jack laughs at with an “I can relate to that.” He subconsciously begins going after anything Jack-related after that; a pen he chewed on here, a paper coffee cup he’d tossed after his shift there, even a few articles of clothing from his emergency kit in the closet (Jack would probably blame the missing shirts on Jerry, anyways). He doesn’t even notice he’s taking these things until he goes home and realizes his bag is a little heavier than when he first got to work.

At this point he starts to realize he’s losing it. He’s trying to reason with himself with the reminder of, 'how fuckin creepy this is with your face shoved into your coworker’s shirt while you're grinning like a psychopath,' but there’s a giddy, sick sort of glee he’s getting from it that overpowers his logical side, so he starts to up the ante.

It’s super easy to get pictures of Jack since his head is either buried deep in a book or in the clouds. Tony couldn’t be more thankful for his uncaring (if not a bit airheaded) nature. He thinks about getting a Polaroid camera so he doesn’t have to print photos off a flash drive somewhere public, and he knows if Jack heard the shutter and click of cameras, he wouldn’t question it. Hell, he’d probably just stuff in some earplugs to ignore the sound. But he holds off, reasoning that it’d be playing too risky. In the end, he settles for home-printed pictures on printer paper, which he obsessively pins to his room walls.

Tony never admitted to himself what he was doing was considered stalking until he actually started stalking him. It wasn’t even on purpose… at first, anyways. He’d been driving around town when he spotted Jack getting dropped off at the local bookstore, and that’s where it started. Tony’s phone camera was trained on his friend before he even registered his actions.

He told himself that this was a one time thing, that he’d be content with seeing him at work, but with every day and every “just one more time,” he knew he was fighting a losing battle with himself. (Jack doesn’t have many outfit variations so his photo gallery folder of him at New Pages looks like they’re all from the same day. Tony cherishes them all the same)

Since jack doesn’t go many places when he’s not working, it was only a matter of time until Tony eventually followed him home and found out where he lived. He thinks it’ll be difficult to get in when he’s not home cos he assumes he’s living with family, but after a long stakeout with no other sign of life in the house he concludes that Jacks living all alone.

He’s actually really proud of Jack for being so careful and prepared for a break-in with his three-lock system, but simultaneously disappointed at how easy it was to get in through the back door. It’s here that he starts taking more things to fuel his infatuation: from socks, loose hairs and even a few pieces of silverware that he’d assumed jack had used that day. He knew how fucked up and overboard this was starting to become, but he was long past the point of trying to reason with himself by now.

He’s torn between liking Jerry for his loose-lipped tendencies and hating him for his friendliness. On one hand, Jerry sucks at the whole privacy thing, which benefits him. Tony usually sugarcoats his questions about jack, disguising them as offhand comments about their manager, but sometimes he thinks he doesn’t even have to with the way the blond will easily blabber on about the tired man. On the other hand, there’s a jealous rage in the pit of his stomach every time he watches the ex-cultist bound towards Jack and start goofing around as if they were best friends.

Tony being jealous of how close Jerry’s getting to Jack, but not being able to get closer to him himself bc Jack throws him off whenever they talk (eg: The bar invite was supposed to be a date but Jack made it weird and Tony got infected by the awkward and didn’t know what else to say)

(I could link it back to cannon by making his obsession somehow lead to him getting in contact with Roger :eyes:)

Hi!! Idk if this is weird but i saw you mentioned once that you work out and I wanted to ask some advice. My New Year’s resolution is to work out more. Im not necessarily trying to lose an excessive amount of weight, as I’m at a normal/healthy weight, just want to start a new hobby and be more healthy. I’ve never really been a “workout girly” lol, I’ve worked out a few times in my life, but never consistently. I was just wondering if you had any tips for a beginner, or how to create my own exercise routine, or any exercises for a beginner. Thanks for any advice and happy holidays!☺️

Not weird at all. I love your resolution. ♥️ It's a very healthy one that will benefit your mind, body and spirit.

First and foremost I would recommend priming your environment because it will, in turn, prime your mind.

What I mean is: Post pictures of your ideal body in places you can easily see them. This includes your phone or laptop/pc wallpaper. Just ensure they are images that make you feel good and remind you to exercise,e are not meant to pressure you but rather promot your mind towards your set goal so be careful that it doesn't become something toxic, if it feels off to you just avoid this step. Same goes for everything else I wrote, we're all different.

Move the treats and sweets some place where they are complicated to reach. Notice I didn't day stop eating them, it's important to enjoy the good things in life, just be balanced. If you tend to overeat then make it harder to reach certain foods and set days when you indulge because those are also important.

Set up and area in your home specifically dedicated to work outs and decorate it accordingly.

Ensure your workout clothes, gear and post workout stuff are all easily reachable and preferably somewhere in sight.

Select workout clothes that are fun to you, that you look forward to flaunting.

Prepare a playlist of songs that get you moving, songs you can't resist. Be careful about the lyrics as whatever your hear also affects your subconscious so pick motivating songs with positive lyrics, feed your mind energy basically.

Do a short warm up. Doesn't have to be crazy just ensure you warm up.

Start with small workouts, 5-7 minutes of HIIT should do the trick(you can find so many on Youtube, for example, Lucy Wyndham is a great one), it will raise your heart rhythm and then switch intensity which creates excess post oxygen consumption and this will ensure that looong after your workout your body will be burning even more calories than you did during your workout so you will be raising your metabolic rate. These workouts are actually more effective then drawn out ones.

You don't necessarily need to use equipment, in fact, the best HIIT exercises rely on engaging your core and muscles and require no equipment.

Commit to doing the exercises daily (they are short and easy to include throughout your day so if you feel like doing more go for it) and rest during the weekend. Reward yourself each time you finish a workout, this is important because it conditiones your brain to associate workouts with pleasure rather than pain.

Consider possibly using a printed tracker or a task app and always note the session you complete. Those little victories will energize you.

Hydrate properly. This is key.

First few days even a 7 minute workout will seem challenging if you are a beginner but they will go by very fast and, in no time, you will feel more confident, in shape and your strength and endurance will increase. Your body will feel fit and your mood and energy will improve.

Over time, if you feel inspired to, you can increase the duration but keep in mind that exhausting the body isn't necessary as you can burn more calories by doing a HIIT than by engaging in long work outs precisely because of the heart rhythm thing.

You could also consider jump rope and, if you do, then I would recommend 15-30 minutes per day if weight loss is your goal.

If you love music you could consider searching for choreographies of your favorite songs and commiting to learning those as opposes to doing a regular work out. Bonus is you get new moves to show off during parties.

Swimming and especially pool exercises are fantastic.

Basically any activity that raises your heart rate for at least 30 seconds and then lowers it will help you get in shape so consider what you naturally love to do, maybe you prefer rising a bike or hiking, whatever works for you commit to incorporating that at least 3 times per week and do it for as long as you feel inspired to.

If you plan on losing weight then keep in mind that diet plays an important role so choose healthy foods. I do see you've written you're already at an ideal size so continuous seven minute AMRAPs (as many rounds/reps as possible), HIIT and 20 sec fully engaged 10 sec rest moves (tabata) will help you increase flexibility, strength and endurance and obviously will benefit your mind, heart, muscles and joints not just increase your metabolic rate.

Remember to stretch afterwards.

Have a fallback routine for those days where you don't really feel up to complete certain workouts. For example, I love to use small weights and incorporate self defense moves in my work out when I am uninspired on what to do or can't pick. Also, some days I have long sessions, others I stick to small workouts, it depends on how busy I am and how much energy to burn off I have but please know you should increase duration gradually once your body is ready and also, as mentioned previously short workouts can be even more effective when done right.

Post workout, it helps if you develop a self care routine that will have you looking forward to successfully completing the work out so you can then enjoy those relaxed, self care moments.

If you feel more inspired when doing things with others then consider creating a mini group and working out together, try online over Zoom if covid has you under restrictions.

Some online platforms and trainers offer free workout sessions within their online communities so you also have that as an option.

If there's something particular you want to reach, let's say if you are actor looking to develop a certain body then I would recommend hiring a trainer that will design specific session for you but please know you can absolutely work out from home, without spending money and be just as effective. It's all in how commited you are.

Finally, I would also suggest hypnosis, more specifically work out focused ones as it helps prime your mind and if you aren't into that then simply remember everything you tell yourself influences your body so choose to think empowering thoughts about working out because that instructs your brain into developing the preference. So if, let's say, you hate working out or feel like it's hard then "self hypnotize" yourself by only carefully focusing on thoughts like " the benefits of this far out weigh the effort", "I'm going to feel fantastic while enjoying this and even better after", "My body is incredibly capable", " I deeply appreciate where I am right now body wise and I look forward to the improvements that are coming" etc. because how you choose to filter the experience greatly impacts your body's ability to reach homeostasis and access deeper resources.

I guess I should have just distilled the whole post into one single suggestion: Have fun! 🤣 Because the more engaged you are the better the experience.

It's up to you how often you exercise and how long but I would recommend starting with a daily short work out and then expanding into a more personalized routine once you are comfortable.

Important: There will be days when you need rest and self care more than working out so please ensure you follow your own body's rhythm.
