!! CHAPTER 7 / DIASOMNIA ARC SPOILERS !!

I am not in the mood to study so yeah (Part 3):

The senate (which are just these 3 floaty thingies) start to blame him for Meleanor's death and they punish him by banning him from the capital (which makes Silver and Sebek realize why Lilia can't do certain things). BUT BAD NEWS GUYS THE BLOT IS BACK and it's forming around Lilia with him muttering that he'll join them (Meleanor and Leverne) soon...

All of a sudden the ring (yknow the one Silver has) teleports them to another old memory, taking place 10 years after the war where Lilia was secretly called by Maleficia. Apparently Malleus eggo stopped accepting her magic and that direct touch and love would be more efficient

Baul wants Lilia to travel to various to find ways to hatch Malleus eggo and also reminds Lilia of Meleanor's last words where if she's gone, Lilia will be the one in charge of hatching him (as well as acting like a married couple with Leverne OKAYYYYYY)

Lilia tells the eggo that if he ends up in the stars before Lilia returns, eggo's parents are going to scold him so he asks Malleus to hold on AND MOTHERFUCKER

Lilia travels around the world, but everytime he brings up the egg people immediately shum him out, saying that dragons only exist in fairy tales. But every time Lilia comes back to Malleus eggo, Baul notices that the magic increases. Then Lilia suddenly brings up that Meleanor was a picky eater while Leverne was a honor student but in reality the dude hid his veggies under the table 😭😭😭

A rumor goes around that there was a castle holding dragons so Lilia goes to check it out, but he was too late. He then breaks down asking if anyone knew how to hatch the egg until magic suddenly overflows and boom we got the origin story of Lilia's UM. He uses this to his advantage to find more research to hatch Malleus

200 years has passed and Lilia was succesful

MALLEUS COMES TO LIFE LET'S GOOOOO (AND LEONA WAS RIGHT HE DOES LOOK LIKE A LIZARD (AFFECTIONATE))

Lilia breaks down cuz after 200 YEARS MAN HE FINALLY DID IT , MALLEUS GAVE HIM HOPE 🥹

Silver finally understands why the dream turned out like this, Lilia lost everyone but his happiest moment was bringing Malleus to life. The senate praise Lilia for being a hero but something happens

OVERBLOT MALLEUS IS BACK AYEEEEEEEEEEEE I MISS YOU BOO

LILIA LOOKS AT OB MALLEUS AND THOUGHT IT SOUNDED LIKE LEVERNE BUT MALLEUS LOOKS LIKE MELEANOR

Malleus pretty much goes nuts here because the senate and Maleficia were lying to him. He then asks Lilia what dream does he want: One where Meleanor and Leverne lived or something else that makes him happy BUT SILVER AND SEBEK MANAGE TO INTERVENE AND SNAP LILIA BACK TO REALITY YEYYYYYY

With Lilia now back to us, the group proceeds to run away but while that was happening Lilia mentioned this

Then Silver promises Lilia that they will meet again and activates his UM BUT THEN A HOLGRAM OF ORTHO APPEARS TO THEM

THEY'RE ALL BACK AND IGNIHYDE WITH IDIA SAYING "time for the main event~~~~" LET'S GOOO THE SHROUD BROS ARE BACK BABY

Manifesting real hard for the next update being the Shroud bros segment cuz if you think about it Idia didn't need any assistance to escape the dream LIKE BRO ACCEPTED THE FACT HIS BROTHER IS DEAD AND THAT'S HARD

This was surprisingly short (or maybe I was rushing) with only 3 parts but hope you guys enjoyed it!!

Whenever I see you Asexual Malleus, I just remember that there IS a lizard that does that.

The species males literally doesn’t exist anymore, just females, and they lay eggs and are effectively nature 3D printer.

So, there is a chance that Malleus can have an heir asexually. Idk how his biology works tho.

You. You get it. You see my vision!

Like not even just as a sexuality, but he is literally a creature who can asexually reproduce!

It would also explain why he looks so much like his mama...and why his mama looks a lot like maleficent (who I believe is his grandma until canon ruins it). In theory, through the magic of love, they are photo copying themselves. And since whoever levan is isn't a photo copy or a draconic fae (presumably) it would explain why Mal is slightly different, not a perfect photocopy.

Also! The idea that all it takes is the love of a couple to make an egg hatch? It's so romantic to me? Like only true love can bring a new life into the world? Ahhhh!!!!!!

Realistically, the human or non draconic fae couldn't lay an egg. So if my theory is correct, Mal could have a baby Malleus with any gender he wanted, and the magic of love would put a piece of you into it.

Again these are just my opinions don't talk me out of it or I'll cry

Crewel- Mr. Crewel; Prof. Puppy!; Dad! 😁 (Jokingly assigned a family member to each of the teachers, did it front of them and everyone thought it was kinda funny until Baby made Crowley whine, was switched back to Prof. Puppy!)

Trien- Mr. Trien; Cat Dad!; Peepaw (was surprisingly happy about this, it was changed back to cat dad after Crowley's out burst.)

(Translation by Cymr)

Covers ears at Baul shouting at the soldiers to teleport.

"I don't know..."

"Of course." to "What?"

Returned back? What are they talking about? That person? Alice is confused.

Grabs Grim by his ribbon and pulls him away. "Sorry about him. We need brooms and possible supplies. Could you point us to the right direction?"

Furls brows in wonder, then a stomach growls. "I doubt that." "My stomach doesn't growl like that."

(Silver is very precious ;-;)

I don't think we need to do that since this is a dream. Talks about Silver's talent. Okay, nevermind.

"Be careful and don't get hurt."

(I freaking love this scene. It makes me remember the scene in Shrek 3 where Snow White calls upon the animals to attack the tree guards.)

"I'm counting on you, Grim." Alice is holding onto the broom, not really Grim. (HC: she has a special broom for flight lessons and since that broom isn't here, Grim has to take the lead.)

"Don't get too confident, Grim."

She feels uneasy at the sight of battle.

Looks at the background. ...why does this feel familiar?

"Shit."

(Alice has 20/20 vision in the dream world, heck yeah.)

(He's fucking ugly. Seriously, this guy makes my skin crawl. When he said he wanted the dragon egg, I literally said fuck you. I hate him 😭)

(I actually knew right away that the knight of dawn wanted nothing to do with this attack just from his body language. The slight movements made me, "oh, yeah, he doesn't want to be here," before he opened his mouth.)

"I think I lost my stomach."

Alice freezes in place, her heart sinking slightly with the question of why does that sound familiar?

Stops, then backs out to hide outside the room.

Baby Malleus, he in an egg ;-; (is standing in the doorframe, away from the princess, she scared)

Alice doesn't say nothing. Falls to her knees and repeatedly thinks I hate this as her breathing seems blocked. When released, her breathing doesn't seem to change very much.

Now taking a moment to really look at her. I see where he got his good looks from.

Listening to Lilia and Meleanor's conversation, Alice grabs her sleeve tightly as she remembers Malleus grew up without her. She was strong, but wasn't strong enough. Her heart hurts.

("Think fast, chuckle nuts." I didn't expect the animation or Lilia to hold egg Malleus, so I'm happy they did it, I love it 😭)

She's not worried because she knows Lilia survives and the egg was unharmed. So, when Silver protected Lilia and got hurt, she was concerned and confused.

Starting to think about Lilia hatching the egg, but then panics at the vines and getting wrapped up in them. Didn't get to hear what Meleanor said.

"I can't see." (Smells like shit.)

Alice is sad ;-;

"Not really, I can't freaking breathe."

Uh oh. She is currently on the ground from the shaking knocking her down.

Wait wait wait wait wait.

Is the knight of dawn Silver's father?!

Turns at Silver stopping and comes up to take his hand to pull him along. "Silver, you can have a crisis later. Let's go!" Is pulling on his hand to move, but no avail, he's too far gone. Her heart breaks at his cries, releasing his hand and jumping back at the darkness, calling out to him before he's claimed.

"Damn it!"

(Malleus, you mean. You probably looked like a slimy lizard. For your rudeness, you get to babysit and make a wholesome scene for me to cry to.)

(Malleus is like don't cook for this child.)

(😭 baby silver, the little kiddo is precious. Malleus hated humans to being jealous of Lilia for an acorn bracelet made by a human.)

Why is everything feeling familiar to me?

"Grim, behind you!"

"Lilia was dedicated to raising Silver, huh."

"Didn't need to body slam me, Sebek. I appreciate the help, though."

She is seen holding Grim's paw and slightly laughing at Sebek.

That was cute.

"Basically to them, the child they grew to care for is actually the child of their enemy probably would reopen the wounds caused by the Knight of Dawn. They maybe even treat Silver differently because of this information. Of course, that's just a possibility and not a fact."

"A memory, maybe?"

"He's getting dragged in!"

"We have to do something before darkness can get a hold on us!"

Picks up Grim like a football and runs a good distance away.

"Why the fuck are they fighting?"

Sebek, stop hurting me like this.

"No, not even close. Why did we have to fall?"

I have brainrot request: Mom Friend™️ MC always having snacks on hand for her first year besties and their dorm leaders being like “where’s mine?”. (Love Leona and Vil so much….) bonus if MC points to herself and says “right here”

{please i love this awlbhgaerjh- keep snacks on hand for The Babies tm}

Ace and Deuce learned long before anyone else not to even think about being hungry around MC because she'd always have snacks

Jack appreciates it honestly, it's good to have a consistent and healthy food source so he can keep working

Epel likes that somehow MC always has his favorite snacks and candies no matter if he can never find them anymore

Sebek is nervous to take food from her at first, but he gets used to it pretty easily once it's obvious she isn't trying to poison him

it's more unusual to not see MC pulling a snack out of her bag for one of her adopted freshmen

she's memorized all their favorites, where to get them, and even when they go on sale so she can stock up

Leona is the firs dorm leader to ask her for a snack of his own, complaining that she was playing favorites

"What about me, herbivore? Where's my snack?" he asked teasingly, tail flicking behind him happily

"Uh, right here? duh." She responded, gesturing to herself before walking off to find Jack

Riddle is next, shyly approaching her and asking if she had any snacks or tarts for him

"No tarts, but I have a snack for you here." she said casually, pointing to herself and grinning at his flustered response

Vil approaches her one day, requesting his favorite snack (which Epel had mentioned she knew where to get)

"Nah I don't have that. I have me though." she responded smoothly, laughing as the dorm leader rolled his eyes, trying to hide his flushed cheeks

Malleus smiled as he approached her one afternoon, eager to see if she really had a snack for him if he asked

"Oh sorry! Just gave out my last one. I have a special snack for you though." she said, grinning and gesturing to herself as the overgrown lizard flushed and laughed along with her

hello everyone inty here with some mana potions that I brewed myself hope you enjoy!

because of his past if you raise your hand at Riddle (like stretching or trying to get something) he will flinch, only trey knows the reason

riddle drinks a lot of chamomile and lavender tea so he can relax

deuce still has a couple of friends of his ex-“delinquent gang” they are proud of him for looking for a better future and tease him about that when he became a police officer he will go easy on them

ace has a lot of nightmares

cater has a deep-rooted fear that maybe he is not the “original” carter and is just a clone or that people gonna start liking one of his clones more than him

when Trey started to learn to bake he almost burns down his parent’s bakery

cater has a secret magicam account where he posts more personal things

all of the heartslabyul gang baby-talks to the hedgehog and flamingos

ace has a low pain-tolerance

Savanaclaw

Jack genuinely believes in soulmates

Ruggie is trans

Leona really cares about Ruggie in a brotherly way because he sees him as the little brother he never had

jack is demisexual

the only pictures that Azul has of his childhood are the ones he is with the twins

Kalim is good at drawing

Jamil has the softest hair in all NRC

Kalim is more flexible than Jamil but Jamil has more stamina

after Jamil overblot, Kalim became his personal cheerleader (he even made pompons)

Kalim has this little notebook where he writes step by step how to do certain things and once he can do it alone he rips the page and puts it in a little box, he dreams of the day that his little notebook has only the cover and no pages

Kalim has only eaten food that hasn’t been taste-tested made by Jamil and the mc

Jamil likes red poppies and flowers in general

Pomefiore

Rook is really good at sewing

Vil eats in a weird way so he won’t mess his lipstick

Rook knows a little bit of Spanish

when Epel feels lonely he craves apples in the shape of things he remembers from home

since the beach incident in episode 5, Epel and Deuce became really good friends, and they hang out on the weekends

Epel has a “green thumb”

Ignihyde

Ortho likes Nintendo more while Idia likes pc more

Idia favorite game saga is “the legend of Zelda”

Ortho records every time he sees his brother smile

Idia has dyslexia

Idia has a collection of weirdly specific enamel pins

Idia doesn’t really need to sleep unlike Ortho that needs to recharge every couple of weeks

Idia has a notebook with “stats” of every person he knows

Ortho made Idia start to use glasses for screens he didn’t like it at first but now he has like 10+ pairs

Diasomnia

Lilia doesn’t know how to cook because of how many time he has been alive so his brain got all the flavors mixed and in war, you can’t actually have the luxury of cooking the tastiest food so he learned to do what he can

when silver or Sebek has nightmares they go to Lilia’s room

Malleus discovered what cuddles are and REALLY wanna do it with the mc but is too awkward to ask (omg I love so much this lizard)

Lillia has horrible taste in fashion and he dresses up like a weird toddler

Malleus has another Tamagotchi that he named after us!

when malleus came over for the first time at ramshackle dorm and saw the horrible state that was, he commissioned the headmaster to renovate it and in the meantime, mc can stay in diasominia! (i should write a fic about this)

Silver favorite animal are baby ducklings

Sebek went from “HUMAN!” (degradation) to “HUMAN!”(affectionate)

Silver has a little plushy Lilia gave him when he was just a baby
