Match-Up Commission for @unfinished-projects-galore!

Hi, thank you for the matchup request! Just a reminder, matchups are commissions on my blog!

Hm, out of the characters I feel like a lot of people could be good matches, but here’s the two I chose for you...

HxH — Feitan

Surprisingly, he’s quite an artsy guy (he was actually reading an artbook in one of the Yorknew scenes). While yes they usually come in brutal or unconventional forms, he does have an appreciation for them, perhaps that’s one reason why he got so close to Chrollo too. Either way, if you happen to be into painting or drawing, he’ll likely be drawn to you from the start. He isn’t much of a reader but he likes artworks a lot, the weirder or darker they are the better for him. But if you like to make wholesome illustrations he does have a soft spot for them too, so really the limit is the sky haha. He won’t be able to outright say that he likes your work since he’s so emotionally constipated, but he will definitely be watching you do your work from afar. He probably doesn’t really care too much about your schoolwork since he isn’t really into academics, so whether or not you study for exams isn’t his business.

Speaking of which, he probably looks for people who are independent or are able to be by themselves for long periods of time. He can’t stand people who depend on others for too many things, almost like they’re not able to function without the other. Because of this, he likes that while you do give him some time you also let him do his own stuff. If you aren’t part of the troupe, this will be even more important because he a) doesn’t want you to get hurt if you follow the troupe around and b) he knows he can’t always be there for you because of troupe operations. He’ll check up on you from time to time because while he hates admitting it, he does like hearing your voice. Expect random calls from him at like 2am or 6pm, it really doesn’t matter when he’ll just pick up his phone and call you haha.

Another thing you two share is liking to be in smaller groups or by yourselves. He feels safe around the troupe even though they’re a big group because he’s known them forever, but if he’s supposed to survive in a room with more than four people he doesn’t know, he’d rather kill them. He values the strong, intimate connections people make when in smaller or 1-to-1 relationships, so you two won’t have a problem there. He likes spending time with you without a lot of people around since it helps him feel like there’s some privacy in the relationship. He doesn’t like knowing others are peering into his private life that much.

Speaking of privacy, he will want to keep things like PDA to a minimum. He loves you yes but he also doesn’t want people snooping into his private life. Because of that, the most PDA he will do outside is pull you closer to him if he thinks you were about to get hurt but that’s it. Hand-holding? Maybe if you’re lucky and only the troupe’s around, but no hugging and definitely no kissing is to be done when others are able to see you two. He’s surprisingly soft when it comes to physical affection, maybe he’s scared to break one of your bones. He also values time spent with you. He doesn’t see himself as a good gift-giver because he tends to think gifts = practical things one might need, so you might not get a fancy dress or new shoes for example. However, he does think that spending time with you is important, so he’ll go out of his way to make as much time available as he can with his busy schedule. If Phinks starts asking him where he goes half of the time Feitan will give him a quick glare but not say anything (he might be blushing slightly).

TWST — Vil

Look, it’s Pomefiore! This bold dorm leader likes you because you two share similar hobbies but also because it’s sort of like an opposites attract moment. He has no issues being in the spotlight, having to converse with fifty new people at once, etc. But at the same time, he wants someone who will give him a bit of calm in his already chaotic life, which is why he values people that might want smaller groups of friends, more intimate relationships, things like that. He sees you as an escape from more or less the harsher world because he can be himself around you without putting on the perfect persona, and because you are chill he’s able to chill out too haha.

I think you two would have all-nighters talking about your favorite books or favorite artworks. He’s a big reader, he just doesn’t have all the time in the world to pick up as many stories as he would want to. Because of this, if you happen to have books you liked that he hasn’t read yet, I think he would appreciate it if you just talked to him about those stories, even stories you want to rant about he would love listening to you. He also is a big film critic, so if you have any films you want to watch, it might be fun seeing it with him. He points out different aspects of the film that you might not have thought about before, but he also likes to just appreciate the movies silently. It might be a good idea to do the classic movie date with him!

Something that might scare people away from Vil would be his cold exterior or his extremely rigid criteria for what is “beautiful.” However, I highly doubt he would actually judge people for looking differently from him or from the conventional beauty standards. If you wear things or style yourself in ways that make you comfortable and in ways that you like, I think that would be good in his eyes. He probably sees beauty as more of a “can you be confident in what you like” or “do you appreciate yourself” more than just “does it look aesthetic.” He will make you do skincare with him if he thinks you would be interested and he might enjoy doing your hair from time to time (he likes experimenting with styles bear with him lol), but in the end he thinks what you do with your fashion is what he’ll support. Now if he thinks what you wore that day was horrendous, he won’t cut corners, but that literally never happens since the only person he thinks has bad fashion is RSA HAHA! I think he would actually like your hairstyle, mainly because it’s so bold in his opinion.

He definitely has no issues with PDA unless fans or snooping news reporters are around. He loves holding your hand, playing with your hair, just sitting next to you. He might honestly be touch-starved because he had to grow up so quickly and be independent for most of his life, so I imagine any form of soft affection would make him flustered. He’s emotionally constipated, so he won’t know how to express he wants you to hug him, expect him to just give you a long stare as if you are able to read his mind. He likes giving affection through quality time the most though, mainly because he never had a lot of connections in his past and values getting to know someone.

Speaking of which, similar to Feitan I think he would want someone who can be independent. He’s extremely busy, which means he doesn’t have all the time in the world to take care of you. He tries to make as much time for you as he can, but in the end he still ends up with way more tasks than he asked for. If you’re able to take care of yourself when he’s not around, he’ll definitely appreciate it and find a way to make up for lost time. He loves you for who you are, and would honestly love every minute he gets to spend with you.

Hi! I hope that there's still a spot available for the matchup event :) If so, I would like to be matched with someone from Hunter X Hunter! The only characters I wouldn't feel comfortable with are from the Zoldyck family.

By the way, my pronouns are she/her, and I'm straight. I think of myself as extroverted and outgoing. Maybe I get a little quiet or anxious at big parties, but if I see someone matching my energy or willing to talk I just can't shut up, so much that I worry that I might overshare. I like to tell jokes and make friends laugh in general. I can be a bit impulsive sometimes, jumping right into things when I'm not ready yet. And also I kinda tend to forget things, like signing up to exams 😭.

I love collecting vinyls, mainly rap and hip hop ones, and going to concerts. And in the meantime I love spending time with friends to go out and have a drink :) That's why I like more extroverted guys who have no problem in chatting and getting along with people. ♡ chrollo might be... amused on your pranks and jokes. he thinks your pranks are cute-- somehow he turns it into a competition to see whose pranks are better. his pranks are horrible, though. they are subtle, and sometimes you won't realize you're being pranked for days. as for your jokes, though. he is patient and usually just laughs your jokes off. however, if he feels irritated by your jokes, he'd tell you gently that he doesn't like it.

♡ veryyyy protective towards you. he's good at reading people. as soon as he senses you getting too deep into your mind, he'd gently pull you out. if you feel awkward in a conversation, chrollo would step in and grab you away.

chrollo is gentle and appreciative. he’d appreciate when you walk around with him that you make sure nothing bad happens even if it’s the slightest and smallest thing.

Hello again! I am here for the match up trade we spoke about; the fandoms I would like to be romantically matched up in are HXH(no Hisoka!!!!), black butler, jjba(part 4), One piece, Oran high school host club, danganronpa 2, final fantasy 7, devil man cry baby, demon slayer(I would love a demon), and blue lock.

I am panromantic with a male lean, I don’t really care for pronouns(but I mainly use she/her), and I’m an ISTP Aquarius.

I have chin length curly blonde hair with green eyes and ivory skin tone; I’m extremely insecure about my face and body. I’m 5’5” with a mixed grunge aesthetic. I’m built strong and stocky with longer legs. I have scars on my shoulders and back that I’m not a fan of showing to people.

I am relatively an introvert and tend to keep to myself and the people I care for, I enjoy having my time alone but I enjoy having verbal and physical connectings with others. I am quite nice and enjoyable to be around but if you start off or get off on the wrong foot with me at any time it is very hard to change that. I do have a slight bit of anger issues and will lash out at those who tick me off. I protective over those I care for and will do anything to make sure they are happy, even if it means I’m not. I can also be pretty chaotic and have surges of energy; but those drop quickly

I enjoy music like grunge, rock, indie and alternative, but I will listen to most others if I’m introduced to it. I enjoy drawing both digitally and on paper along with story writing and making characters. I enjoy nature and bug anatomy(but I love staying inside all warm and comfortable on my couch). I love cooking and baking by myself and with other people and I enjoy just talking with others about what we like to each other

I dislike red meats, people who are full of themselves or wanting to be topic of conversation always, people who are loud and noise for no reason at all. I dislike being out in public for long periods of time and I dislike disloyalty in relationships.

If I were to think of my ideal partner, I want someone who is loyal to me, who will always be there for me when I need them. I want to be able to be both best friends with them and partners with them. I want someone who can keep up with me but also just cuddle with me and be there. I want someone who won’t right away trust me, but I want someone who once they will, they will be open with me so I can help them with what ever they need help with.

You said, pressing a kiss onto his cheek. "I-I'm just a little scared," he admitted. You were the only person he would tell if he was scared of anything. "We can just ride a couple! And then we can get food and stuff!" "Alright." He eyed the rollercoaster the two of you were walking to and his heart began to pound. "You don't have to ride this if you don't want to." You told him, hugging him while you waited in line. "No, I want to... It's just... I haven't been on a rollercoaster since I was a kid." "I'll be right next to you. And don't worry, this one isn't scary at all. No loops or anything." He swallowed and took your word for it. "A-Alright." When it was your turn to get on the ride, you and Knuckle buckled in tight and you promised you would hold his hand the whole time. Sure, he screamed through the entire ride, but when you got off, you saw a dizzy smile on his face. "That was fun." He giggled, grabbing onto your arm. "Wasn't it!!!" The rest of the night went a lot like that: riding rides, eating food, playing at the arcade, but it was also a lot of sitting and just enjoying the scenery and each other's company. You two would take time just to sit and talk while watching the stars and the neon lights above. There was no one you would rather spend this time with then him.
