Things that are going to make you think highly of yourself

People always tell you "just be confident", but part of begin confident is to think highly of you, the other part it's goe to accept you shadow side and the third is how to recognize your flaws (I'll make separate guides for each one of these), it's easy to be confident, but it's hard to find the procedure to be confident, so I'm here to share with you the first steps, that I used to become more confident.
୨୧Positive affirmations୨୧
This is a basic step and a very useful one, sometimes we don't get enough words of encouragement from others, try to show those lovely words to yourself and oversaturate your mind with uplifting affirmations.
୨୧Hygiene୨୧
This is a very important point. Smelling good can make you way more confident, it makes you feel take care of yourself compared to the average individual. When you smell good people want to be more around you and you also want to be more around people, which makes you feel social, enjoyable and cared for.
୨୧Hobbies୨୧
When you have hobbies you feel interesting and have a more arguments to talk about, it helps connect with others,and if you have solo hobbies you will start growing into loving yourself and feel comftable in your own company.
୨୧Help people when they need it and when you can୨୧
Help people but not in people pleasing way, but in a "I want to help you cause I love the feeling of begin able to make someone's pain less relevant", helping others in your means makes you feel good.

My love and I had a gorgeous 3.43 walk
I didn’t hit my active calorie Apple Watch goal but I am still so fulfilled by getting out for the time we did, it was also my therapy day so I try to give myself even more grace on those days
