JJK MEN AS DADS
How they are with their kiddos/babies ! ft. gojo, geto, choso, toji, and nanami
content: no curse!au fluff, established relationship (marriage), children, families.
Tumblr media
Gojo Satoru
"Look at my little boy, he looks just like me, what a heart stopper you'll be when you get older!" He praises his two year old, Kenji Gojo.
"'Toru stop trying to manifest our son into a hoe." Satoru turns to you with a loud gasp, eyes wide, and it causes your little boy to giggle.
"How could you say such words, in front of him? Don't listen to Mommy. Daddy was never a player. Never ever!" Kenji has no clue what's happening he just laughs at his father's dramatics.
"Oh brother, I hope he doesn't turn into a drama queen like you. And yes you were a player before I got with you. Remember when you kissed my friend then like ten minutes later tried to kiss me?" Satoru was a menace in college. Every time you bring up that specific college memory he always says-
"Ugh, blame Suguru! He was the one who made me take shots when I didn't like to drink." There it is. That was excuse for two-timing you and your best friend back then.
"Save it for someone who believes you. Kenji, don't be like Daddy when you grow up, okay?" Your husband knows you're joking but he can't help but whine and feel like you're being against him.
"Otay Mommy! Daddy is hoeeee. Hoe hoe hoe. Merry Christmas!" Your poor little boy thinks he's saying the noise Santa makes instead of a derogatory term and it's hilarious.
Of course you encourage him, "Daddy's a what?"
"Hoe!" Kenji screams out with a smile on his face. Satoru frowns loosing his playfulness.
"I-i guess my family just hates me... no one loves me." He sighs loudly to sell it to you guys but you don't buy it. He sits in the corner pretending to cry. "Boo hoo..." Kenji waddles his way over to his father patting his head.
"No cry Daddy, you not a hoe. You Daddy." Satoru fakes a loud gasp when he hears his son comfort him, thinking Satoru is actually crying.
"Really?!" He asks the little boy standing next to him.
"Yeah, Daddy is cool!!" Satoru chuckles, picks up is little boy and tosses him into the air. The small white haired child screams in delight as his father catches him, and you can't deny that all the trouble you and Satoru had in your relationship was worth seeing this.
Geto Suguru
"And then, the monster ate the twin girls who didn't go to sleep at their bed time-"
"Ooooookay. I think that's enough bed time stories from Papa." You say ushering your girls to bed, Hana looks scared out of her mind but Kana's eyes are sparkling with curiosity.
"Awww, Mommy, it was just getting good!" Kana whines, you know she wants to hear whatever else Suguru makes up on spot but he scared Hana who looks like she wants to cry.
"I know sweetie, but I don't think Hana really liked that story." The girls are six and full of energy at any given time.
"Come on baby, let me tell Kana the rest." Suguru matches his daughter's tone, knowing you'll give in.
"Alright, fine, but you need to apologize to Hana, look at her." Your husband looks at his younger twin daughter and he does feel kind of bad for scaring her like that. Suguru likes telling scary stories and myths to his girls just like his father had done to him. He always thought they were super cool.
"Oh, Hana, sweet girl. Papa's sorry. I didn't mean to scare you like that. How about I tell you and your sister a different story?" Hana looks a little doubtful as do you, but Suguru grants you a smile. He knows you trust him so you give him a stern look before kissing his forehead.
"Don't take too long, I need my cuddles." He smirks, kissing your hand, "Of course my dear."
The twins coo in unison at their parents romantic gestures, they think it's the coolest thing ever. "You girls have your stuffed animals?" He asks them and they nod together waiting for his story.
He tells the two about a princess who needed saving. Her long lost sister came to save her from a scary dragon and they lived happily together.
"That sounds like me and Hana!! I fought the scary dragon and Hana was the princess!!!" Kana says with excitement. Sometimes Suguru sees two little girls he used to foster in his own girls. He wonders how they're doing these days. They're probably grown up by now or at least in their late teens.
"I really wish Mommy had let me name you guys Nanako and Mimiko." He whispers with a soft smile. Kana looks at him in confusion rubbing her tired eyes, Hana's already asleep.
"Huh?" Kana asks.
"Nothing my dear, good night, little one." He tucks her into bed and gives her a tend kiss on the forehead.
"Night night, Papa." She says with a yawn and Suguru makes his way downstairs to join you.
Kamo Choso
Choso bites his lip looking down at his son, the boy looks a lot like you he thinks. Ryuji is his name, you let him name him. "I didn't mean to break it." He whines to his father. Choso has a soft spot for his boy. He reminds him a lot of his little brother Yuji.
"I know bud, but what will we tell Mom when she gets home?" Ryuji had accidentally broken your favorite ceramic mug. Choso was not sure what he signed up for when he got you pregnant but it sure wasn't this.
He and his son were always getting scolded by you. Every time Ryuji gets into some kind of trouble it also happens to be Choso's fault for not watching him closely as you always say. The truth is, Ryuji seems to get into trouble even with his father watching him closely.
"Um... we can tell her it was at the edge of the counter and i walked past it and it fell down. Then it will be her fault for leaving it by the edge." Choso smiles at his devious ten year old. He knows lying is bad but if you heard what really happened you'd scold both of them.
What actually happened as that Ryuji was playing in the kitchen, even though you've warned him against it many times and he knocked your mug down onto the ground.
"Good idea, kid. I don't want to hear Mom yelling again. I might get couch treatment again." Choso shivers at the idea of sleeping on the cramped couch rather than in his warm bed with you.
"You remind me a lot of your Uncle Yuji." Choso says ruffling his son's hair. "You and Mom keep saying that and I don't know if that's good or bad."
"It depends. Yuji can be both." Choso chuckles. His son gives him a crushing hug.
"I love you dad, you're doing great." And Choso didn't know how much he needed to hear those words but they were getting to him.
Fushiguro Toji
"Quit kicking your Ma, ya little brat." He threatens your swelling belly. He gives you a questioning look when you glare at him. Those emerald eyes challenge yours in a staring contest.
"What is with you and threatening our unborn children?" Your question is followed by a giggle.
"Gotta let the brats know who's in charge." He blows out a breath and puffs his chest, you find the whole ordeal ridiculous. The man is a girl dad for crying out loud. Even his oldest, your step-son thinks his father is a clown. And before Tsumiki died there were three daughters in his life.
He thinks your third one is bound to be a boy, but you're secretly hoping for a girl just to further sink Toji's idea of having a little boy to boss around. Megumi comes around maybe twice a month to see his little half-sisters, which means Toji is surrounded by girls all the time.
You like to joke around with him and say, "What do you know? Girls seem to follow you wherever you go." He always grumbles about it being stupid and unfair.
"As I was saying-"
"DAD!!!!! MY HAIR OH NOOOOOOO." Toji's up off the couch in seconds answering at his daughter's beck and call.
He walks into her room to see her braid was messed up. "What happened, Doll?" He asks her, undoing the braid so he can redo it.
"Yui undid my braid!! She took my hair tie and ran to her room!!!" She squeals, in horror at her little sister's thieving.
"Oh did she now? I'll go have a talk with her once I braid this back up." He's gentle with his tender-headed daughter. He quickly braids her hair back up, the pattern memorized. 100% self indulgent bc im tender headed.
"I have this green hair tie, is that okay, sweet girl?" She sighs quietly. "Where are the blue ones?" Toji clicks his tongue. "I can go get one real quick if you hold the end of this braid." He tells her and she's quick to do it. Her favorite color is blue after all.
She cheers when her father returns with a blue hair tie. He ties it up quickly, "Okay let me go talk to Yui." Nami nods brushing out her baby doll's hair.
Toji makes an appearance in front of his four year old's door, she's making her dolls scream at each other. "What was da reason?!!!!" She screams pretending to be one of the dolls, "I had a reason." She makes the other say.
Toji rolls his eyes, his daughter has been watching too much TV with you. "Excuse me miss Cardi B, why did you steal your sister's hair tie?" His hands are on his hips and his eyes are squinted to add to his authority.
"Whattttt, Dad, you know dat?" She asks as if her dad lives under a rock.
"Tch I'm not old, I know what memes are. Now answer the question." She rolls her eyes. You tell Toji she gets her attitude from him.
"If you haf to know I needed it, so I could give Sprinkles a ponytail." Sprinkles is the dog Toji said he was NOT going to get for his girls but caved in and got anyway.
"Ya coulda asked me or your Ma for one rather than stealing it right from your sister's hair." She shakes her head in disagreement. Toji wonders what's going on in her head right now.
"Dad you don't get it! It had to be that one!"
"Why that specific hair tie?" She goes silent turning away from her father and mumbling something Toji can barely hear.
"Speak up, princess." She scoffs and sighs and folds her arms. Wow the sass is unreal.
"Sprinkle thinks Nami is super cool so she wants what Nami has." Toji isn't stupid he knows his daughter is using the dog as a place holder for how she admires her older sister. Yui doesn't like to admit it though.
"Are you sure it's Sprinkle who thinks Nami is super cool?" He gives her the chance to be open with him and she sighs taking the bait.
"I guess. I think Nami is super cool." She murmurs and Toji smirks.
"It's alright to think your sis is cool, Dad didn't get to grow up with any cool siblings. Just annoying cousins."
"Mai and Maki are cooler than you, Dad, not annoying!" The man in question raises his brow his smirk never leaving, "Okay since I'm not cool. I guess I won't take you out for treats anymore when Ma says no."
Little Yui gasps, bursting upward like a rocket and running toward her dad. She hugs his leg, her little head looking up at him, "I was kidding Dad. You're super cool. Please don't stop taking me for treats!!"
Toji smiles, picks up his little girl and tickles her. She screams out for him to stop, "Huh? I can't hear what you're saying."
"Nami help!!!!"
In seconds Nami's attacking her father in a playful manner, "Let go of my sister!!"
"Okay then." Toji holds his daughter upside down by her feet, as she screams some more. "MA!!! HELPPP!!!!"
"Toji put her down." You say in a half-hearted manner.
"She is down. Upside down."
Nanami Kento
"See, you're getting the hang of it, Hiro." Kento softly encourages his son who's struggling with his math homework. You had tried to help him but he screamed that what you were saying didn't make sense. So of course you yelled back, letting your emotions get the better of you.
Kento had stepped in to keep you two from ripping each other's heads off. Plus all that screaming had woken up the baby. You could hear her crying.
That was about an hour ago. You quietly walked into the dining room with your seven month old baby girl cuddled up to your chest as you held her tight.
The sight of your husband helping your son warmed your heart, but you also felt guilt hot in your stomach for yelling at him, he's only twelve.
"Hey, Hiro. Can I talk to you, hon?" You ask softly. Both your son and Kento turn their heads upon hearing your voice. He nods at you and you inhale deeply, "I'm sorry for yelling at you, bud, I didn't mean it."
His eyes soften as do Kento's.
"I'm sorry too, Mom. I started it. You were just trying to help me." Kento's smile encourages you to walk closer to the table which you do.
"We should have had Dad come help in the first place, huh? I'm not good at explaining." Hiro shares a laugh with you, and Kento cups your cheek.
"Explanations might not be your strong suit but you're still a good mother, baby." Hiro gags at his father calling you "baby" he hate when you two get sappy.
You move your head a little so you can kiss his palm. As expected Hiro covers his eyes and making more throwing up noises.
"Oh hush, one day you'll find someone for you, and you'll be just like me and your mother." Kento says rolling his eyes and you giggle. Even though you guys have your differences you guys always forgive each other at the end of the day.
Your little girl coos quietly and Kento holds out his arms gesturing for his little girl.
"She's just had dinner, so she might fall asleep on you." Your warning doesn't bother him at all, if anything, you'll probably have more pictures to add to your baby gallery on your phone if she falls asleep in his arms.
She's already a dad's girl and she's only seven months old. You thought maybe Hiro would be a mama's boy but he's definitely his daddy's son.
You don't mind though, well, sometimes you're a little jealous that you have to share your man with your kids. Kento's a very lovable man though, so you can't blame them.

“Daddy?”
Atsumu immediately leaps a foot in the air from the small voice of your son, standing on the side of his bed, small arms cradling a stuffed duck. You’re not quite sure what woke you up- your husbands leap of terror, or your son’s tiny, frightened voice.
He groans and smacks a hand over his face, “bud, it’s the middle of the night. It’s too late to try and scare daddy to death.”
“Sorry,” he pouts. You close your eyes and sit up with a grunt, and he offers you a small wave, “hi mumma.”
“Hey, Kousei,” you hum. You press your fingers into your eye sockets, “what’s going on, sweetheart?”
The three year old digs his foot in the carpet, before flicking big brown eyes up at his dad, “know how look f’ monsters, daddy?”
Atsumu nods exhausted, “yeah, I do. What about them?”
“Man in my closet says no sleep.”
Atsumu immediately tenses up, your own eyes flying open as you look down in terror at Kousei.
“….who said that?” Atsumu chokes.
“The man in my-“
“Yeah, okay,” he squeaks. “Good to know I heard you right.” He looks over at you, eyes pleading for support, but when you nod towards the door, he shakes his head in fear. “Just- okay. Come on in bud.” He lifts the sheets for Kousei to climb in, which the small boy does.
You scoff, “isn’t that something you should discuss with your wife first?”
“You can go talk to the man in his closet, I’m all set,” he mumbles, kissing his son’s head.
You sigh and scrub your eyes, “should I get hisako?”
“No. She’s braver than us, she’ll be fine.”
“Alright.”

"We're going to daddy's work!" the kids sing on the back part of your familiar car as you keep driving through the busy Tokyo streets, searching for the Japan Volleyball Association's offices building. You debated with Tetsuro yesterday about if it was a good idea to bring the kids on the "take our children to work" day on his office. They're little, and especially frets, restless and rascals. Tetsuro's position on the association is way too important to have two tiny kids running around his office, but still, he was excited for today - even more than the kids. - since it's the first time they're celebrating this kind of day.
A call enters on the free hands of the car, your older son getting to read the name on the little screen before sharing what he saw with his sister. "Is dad, is dad!" You answer the call hearing your children's whispers behind.
"Love?" Tetsuro's voice sounds around the car, making you smile softly. "Did you find the office?" he asks. You take a quick look to the signals in front of you, unable to find anything that gives you a clue about your husband's workplace.
"I think we're lost." you admit. Tetsuro laughs softly. You used to drop by his office when you didn't had the kids and your way of moving around was walking. Your first work used to be pretty near to his, but getting to it by foot from the subway stop was way easier than getting there by car. Taking the right lanes, the right positions on traffic lights and avoiding passing the intersection.
"We're near a sports center." You keep explaining him what you can see, as he gets an idea of where you are, getting the exact point shortly after. He guides you through your phone, helping you to get the right directions and keeping a background conversation with your kids. Once you arrive to the building, a well-dressed Tetsuro is waiting outside, phone on his ear and all his height escaping from the sun under a tree. He waves your hands towards the car as soon as he sees you, making your children shout with happiness while you park. Tetsuro opens their car door once you shut off the engine, taking your soon to the pavement and unbuckling your daughter's chair straps, carefully taking her out of the car. He looks at both of them before his cheeks blush.
"They insisted to use this." You say, smiling, as you walk around the car to stand next to him. The kids smile showing their t-shirts, both having their surname on their backs and the characteristic color of his dad's volley equipment. Tetsuro's eyes scan softly his children, and a subtle shine appears on his eyes. Taking your phone, you kiss his cheek before pushing him softly towards them.
"Go, go. I'll take a pic of the three of you."
Tetsuro takes your face on his habds before pecking your lips sweetly, leaving towards your kids with big steps and keeling berween both of them. Your daughter gets her little arma tangled around his neck and your son sits on his knee. The three of them smile while you take the pic, smiling to yourself, feeling way too lucky to be part of this family. Tersuro stands up and calls you. "Come, we'll take a pic." You follow your husband's voice and, giving the phone to him, you take your youngest between your arms. Tetsuro picks up your older soon while he tries to get the four of you on the frame, clicking the camera button when all of you smile. "Done!" looking at the clock on his wrist, he sighs. "I'm sorry, love, but we have to go back inside. My break is over."
You kneel near your kids, arranging their backpacks and their clothes, and whispering softly some instructions.
"Don't bother daddy when he's talking with other people, and ask nicely for things. Don't leave his office without him and don't paint on papers you didn't ask for. Have a good day and make sure dad eats all his meal!"
The children laugh and hug you, giving kisses to your cheeks and assuring they will be good at dad's work.
Standing up, Tetsuro gets close to you, tangling his arms on your waist and kissing your lips. "Take care of them, and if you need anything..
"
"Call." he finishes, against your lips again. He gives a new kiss to you, before letting you go sadly. "I'll see you in a few hours." He parts sweetly before reuniting with his kids again.
He takes the children's hands on his own, walking with them towards the office, and you can't help but take a pic of the three, holding hands, giving their back to you and talking while they disappear inside the building. Your new wallpaper welcomes you when your phone gets a notification from Tetsu.

[11:49 AM] As you type something on your laptop at the dining room table, you watch dad!Jaehyun console his daughter, who stubbed her toe on a nearby wall. Tears threaten to fall down her youthful cheeks while she sits on the floor, Jaehyun rubbing her toes and cooing. "That wall was mean," she wines in her four-year-old voice. With a cartoonish grimace, Jaehyun sternly points at the wall. "Bad wall!" You can't help but softly chuckle to yourself at the whole ordeal.

[8.17] dad!mingi (ft. dad!wooyoung)
⇀ one kid is one thing. two kids is another thing. three kids ???
⇁ he thank the gods above and below from the past present and future that minjae was such a good first child. what makes him think his eight-month-olds would be the same ??
It was barely morning and Mingi was already up. Minjae, his six year old son woke him up by slapping his cheek (not gently). "Dad," he called out, sitting back as he waited for Mingi to wake up. Mingi groaned and blinked rapidly, trying to wake himself up. "Daaaaad," Minjae called again. Mingi finally sat up whilst nodding his head, "Yeah, yeah, I'm up, I'm up. What's wrong?" He coughed slightly, throat feeling slightly dry.
Minjae scrunched his nose as he pointed to the opened door, "Minhyun and Minhyuk smell funny," he mumbled, still slightly sleepy but awake enough to check on his baby brothers. With a sigh, Mingi sat up and rubbed his face harshly to wake himself more. "Why didn't you wake mommy up?" Mingi's voice was raspy and slightly lower and muffled due to his face being covered by his palm but Minjae heard it loud and clear. His dad's words confused him and he couldn't help but scrunch his nose in confusion, "Mommy's not here, daddy. Mommy's on a mom trip," he stated simply, causing Mingi to pause in realization of the truth. He had forgotten you left last night with your other mom friends. It didn't even occur to him until Minjae mentioned it because he was distracted almost immediately after you left. He was bummed while cleaning the apple sauce off the floor from when Minhyun and Minhyuk threw a tantrum, all the while making sure that Minjae was able to help him out.
Maybe it was truly a good idea that you and he waited four years before trying for another kid because neither of you was expecting twins. It was good that Minjae had turned five years old when the twins were born which was old enough to help the both of you around, especially with his brothers.
"Okay, come on little buddy," With a groan, Mingi got himself up from the bed and stretch slightly before joining Minjae with a grin on his face, "Ready for battle?" Minjae nodded enthusiastically with a big grin on his face.
To say that Mingi was nervous to be left alone for three days with his boys was a huge understatement. He was terrified. He was okay when you left him with Minjae for two hours, six hours tops but three kids is a whole other rodeo. But his nerves immediately melted away when he was actually doing the job. And again, it was mostly because Minjae was there to help him by doing his big boy duties, but still, it was justified. Mingi had managed to wrangle his twins from their beds and brought them to the couch so he could reward Minjae with cartoons as he change his twins' diapers. "Buddy, can you help daddy get the Diaper Genie?" Mingi asked without looking away from his twins. "Sure, daddy," Minjae answered and soon his voice was followed by the soft patters of his steps.
"Okay! Daddy isn't as bad at this as uncle Sannie, huh?" Mingi was so focused on cleaning his boys and putting clean diapers on them that he started talking to himself. It was a habit that he never realized until you pointed it out and it seemed that the habit appeared more once he had his boys. As if they understood, Mingi heard giggles from Minhyun and garbled gibberish from Minhyuk like he was replying. "Aww, thank you, boys. Now we can show mommy that daddy isn't hopeless!" The more he spoke, the more his twins enjoyed it, replying on and on like they were having a conversation.
It wasn't until Mingi heard a groan from behind him that he shifted his attention from his twins. Minjae was trying his best to be independent, being the big brother that he was by doing the task his dad had given him without any help. Though, it was VERY obvious that he was struggling with how his eyebrows furrowed and his tongue stuck out the side of his mouth, grunts and groans following his steps. "Whoah there, little man," Immediately, Mingi left his twins to aid his eldest but Minjae whined stubbornly, "No! I wanna help! Big brother duty!" despite Mingi trying, Minjae was trying his best to avoid his dad's grasp by moving around. Though frustrating, Mingi could only chuckle at how adorable he was being so he backed off and tried to guard his son from tripping or falling. As a dad, Mingi had the luxury of laughing things off and letting his son (and later on, sons) be as rambunctious as they wanted because he has you who knows what to do. But in this situation, he was a solo parent on a solo mission so if anything were to happen, it's his ass on the line and possibly on a stick when you come back home. Each step Minjae took with the empty and light yet large-sized item in his hand was like the devil increasing his stress level. He trusted that his son could do the simple task but he didn't trust the furniture to not injure his precious babies.
When Minjae finally set the Diaper Genie down, Mingi was finally able to let out the breath he was holding. A sudden rush of relief washed over Mingi and he felt a sense of pride for himself for being able to handle the stress so well and for his son who did his duty well.
"Dad, where are Minhyun and Minhyuk?"
Until that moment.
The couch where Mingi had put his clean babies was empty and there were no signs of them anywhere, not a cry, not a giggle, not a peep. "Oh God, okay, where are they?" panic was evident in Mingi's voice as he started looking under the couch for his twins as Minjae helped, both very confused and worried about the twins' disappearing act. "Where could they be?" Mingi huffed, trying to think of where his babies who were barely able to crawl could be.
"Daddy, I found them!"
Mingi rushed to Minjae's side, looking at where he was pointing to see both twins perfectly fine on the nook under the side table of the couch. God knows how they both got there, but they didn't look distraught and that was what was important. It was rather odd though as the couch and the floor had quite the height difference and one should assume that if babies were to fall off, even onto the soft carpet under, there would at least be a soft thud and a cry. After all, it was still a fall. "How did you boys get here?" It was quite the attempt to take them out carefully, not wanting to hurt them or even leave a mark on them. With steady and careful hands, Mingi took one twin out and handed him over to Minjae who placed them gently on the play mat that he had dragged close and then took out the other and put him on the mat himself. On Mingi's part, it was rather worrisome, thinking about the how, the why, the ifs, and the what of the ordeal. But to the twins, it felt more like a fun ride than anything else, they were giggling and smiling happily at Mingi, happy to see their dad and brother.
Even when Mingi left the twins to play on their own with Minjae close to them, he still couldn't shake the anxiety that something had happened to the twins. Something he didn't realize. He must have not realized it because he was never left alone with them before. Anything and everything that happened was ALWAYS under your watch and you know every red sleep line, every mark, every weird feeling of soft bumpy baby head that belonged to either one of your twins or your eldest. You got mom instincts and honestly, the only thing Mingi can have is the anticipation of having the hot dad bod in at least a decade. It was starting to freak him out, the worrying over his babies. Maybe their lack of cries is a sign that they had trauma and that they were just still in shock. Maybe Mingi should have immediately brought the twins to the ER. But then the hospital would contact you and then you'll know that he's incompetent and was incapable of being left all alone with your children.
"Okay, yeah no, I'm not taking any risk."

Wooyoung grumpily stomped his foot to the front door where he know Mingi was due to the incessant panic knocking and the fact that he saw Mingi's panicked face in his doorbell monitor, demanding Wooyoung to open his door and help him. It didn't occur to Wooyoung that Mingi would have his twins strapped onto his chest and back while Minjae was grinning brightly at him on Mingi's baby-bag-free side with his hand in Mingi's grasp.
"You've got to help me," Mingi said, pushing past Wooyoung into the apartment despite not receiving an invitation to come inside. "Hi, Mingi, pleasant to see you again. I've had an awesome morning with Woohee and we are in the middle of having breakfast. Would you and your offsprings like to come in?" Sarcasm dripped from Wooyoung's voice as he rolled his eyes and proceeded to close his front door. "Woohee, sweetie," Wooyoung called out to his daughter who was enjoying her dad's homemade waffle, passing Mingi who was putting his damned Jesus sandals away as he instructed Minjae on how to store his own shoes, "Look who came by! It's your friend Minjae!" A gasp was heard from inside the house and within seconds, a little girl in pigtails, a missing front tooth, and bunny pyjamas with matching bunny ears appeared with a large grin that matched her dad's. The second she saw her friend, she squealed and rushed to envelop Minjae in a tight hug that was reciprocated equally. The two children ran off together, possibly to the dining table so Woohee could finish her waffles and Minjae could have a bite.
Wooyoung was about to ask what happened when Mingi suddenly grabbed him by the neckline of his sleeping shirt and pulled him close to his face, "Help me!" he exclaimed, still panicking. "Whoah, whoah, whoah! Easy there!" It was hard, but Wooyoung managed to shove Mingi's strong grip off of him, "Tell me what happened." The speed Mingi was talking was inhuman, it was too quick for Wooyoung to follow but thankfully, he had years of practice by hearing Hongjoong and Seonghwa scold him long into the night and only focusing on the parts that mattered. So far, Wooyoung got '(y/n) on mom trip', 'alone with babies', 'barely looked over', 'babies off the couch', and 'trauma-induced state'. "Okay, so?" Wooyoung was confused as to why Mingi was so panicky and out of breath and it frustrated Mingi slightly. "Don't you see? I think there's something wrong with my babies from the fall and I don't know what to do! And I can't just go to the hospital because what if they called (y/n) and then called the CPS on me?" it was obvious that Mingi was too distraught to make sense but Wooyoung had to admit that it was a rather entertaining sight to see.
Understanding Mingi, however, Wooyoung took a second to look at the twins who were strapped on his body. Both twins were facing forward with Minhyun on the front, and Minhyuk on the back with his face peering over Mingi's shoulders. Wooyoung looked at them closely one by one, inspecting them to see if he could see anything alarming but the twins were simply grinning and giggling happily at them. "Honestly man," Wooyoung shrugged as he crossed his arms in front of his chest, "I can't see anything wrong with them. They seemed perfectly fine to me." Mingi's jaw dropped and he scoffed, "No, you don't get it," huffing, it was as if Mingi couldn't accept that Wooyoung was not seeing what he was fearing, "They're not crying, man. They suffered a fall and they're not crying! They haven't been crying since their mom left and I think I somehow messed them up!" Mingi's voice was slowly increasing an octave each second and hearing this, his twins giggled happily as they thought it was funny.
Now understanding Mingi's subtext, Wooyoung groaned and threw his head back in frustration. "Good God man, they're not crying because they like you! They're happy with you! Because you're a good dad!" he pointed out, emphasizing each word as best as he could so Mingi would understand. Honestly, that possibility had not registered Mingi's mind and he was in denial over the fact. "B-but..." when he looked down on one twin and peeked at his brother on his back, he saw them looking at him with nothing but happiness, "They're not... Crying..." it was clear that the possibility of his twins being happy with him was a rather foreign concept and honestly, Wooyoung couldn't blame him. But he was still petty because his friend had interrupted his peaceful morning with his princess. "Dude, why are you not listening to me? They're not crying because they don't have any reason to cry! You want cries? Here," Wooyoung proved his point by taking Minhyun from his chest carrier which immediately caused him to cry and with that, as an automatic response, Minhyuk began crying too. "There, they're crying now," Wooyoung stated simply, placing Minhyun back in his carrier that seemed to lower the volume of his cries because he was finally returned to the safe embrace of his dad. Mingi immediately wrapped his arms around Minhyun as he rocked his body in to calm Minhyuk down too. Though Wooyoung had deliberately made his twins cry, he couldn't help but grin widely as he finally accepted the fact. "Hey, they're not crying because I'm a good dad!" his tone was much lighter and he sounded much happier with the notion, realizing that Wooyoung was in fact right.
Despite it being a happy moment, Wooyoung still couldn't believe how ridiculous his friend was being. Though, he liked seeing his friend so happy with the realization that he was in fact a good dad and he was capable of handling his own children. "Good for you man, now you may join us once your children calmed down," was all Wooyoung said before he walked off to join his daughter and Mingi's eldest for breakfast.
Still rocking his twins, Mingi couldn't help the seemingly permanently etched grin on his face. "Don't worry babies, the bad man is gone now, daddy's here to protect you from the gremlin who made you cry," he cooed. "I heard that," Wooyoung loudly grumbled mid-bite of his waffle but Mingi couldn't care less.

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
trevor was always a goofball. he never took anything serious. this became a problem as he got older. he knew when he was very talkative and liked to crack jokes. he was amazing at it after all. he knew he could get out of anything by simply just, talking or telling a few one liners to save the day.
you not so much. you were dramatic, sue me. you worried about everything. it was in your nature. trevor was never careful. he was never aware of how serious things can get. you solved problems with reason and strategy. you never had a reason to not stress.
trevor was your best friend. the only man you’ll ever let that close to you. you were childhood friends who did everything together. of course you had your girl friends that you loved dearly, but trevor was your soulmate.
Tumblr media
september 2019 - Boston University
you loved rainy days. you would spend all day watching movies or even reading. rainy days made you feel zen, at peace.
today was not one of those days.
you sat on the cold tile floor, makeup smeared, and tears lining the brim of your eyes. you couldn’t breathe. this couldn’t be happening.
it was one time. one fucking time.
you shakily lift the third pregnancy test you’ve taken today.
= pregnant
“fuck, this can’t be real,” you sob holding the stick close to you. you shake breathing in trying to hold your sobs in.
it was nearly twelve in the morning and you had class early. you really hope you don’t wake up your roommate but you really can’t stop sobbing. you have only been here for 3 weeks and you already fucked up. you parents were going to kill you. there was no doubt about it. the worst part of this all was the fact that you had to tell trevor.
oh trevor…
you slowly stand up from the floor and set the stick down. you open the bathroom door to see your roommate kayla staring ar you with worry in her tired eyes.
“hey babe what’s going on,” she quietly asks with a hoarse voice from sleeping.
you sniffle before hugging her. “i’m pregnant,” you sob breaking down once again. she gasps and pulls you back.
“y/n, what?” she looks up with wide eyes. you bite your lip nervously handing her the pregnancy test. she looks down at it and sucks in a breath. “it’s trevor’s?” she questions.
you had told her about your little sex adventures with your hometown best friend, not even thinking about the consequences of having raw sex. raw sex with your best friend. raw sex with someone you’re going to lose… your heart breaks at the idea of telling trevor. you don’t even want to tell anyone. you felt trapped and scared.
“he’s.going. to hate me,” you sob in broken sentences. the pounding in your head gets louder the more you cry.
kayla grabs your hands and holds them tightly. she looks into your eyes and tells you a story about her mom. you knew from over the summer and talking to her that her mother was 17 when she had her first child. things weren’t easy but she did it.
“you are so strong, trevor is a good guy,” she smiles softly holding your jaw lovingly. “he’s still your best friend, just talk to him,”
little did she know that the friend ship sailed away months ago after you started hooking up.
y/n
can we meet for lunch?
trev <3
yeah ofc meet me at frankie’s?
y/n
yeah 11:45 don’t be late
trev <;3
yes ma’am 🫡
you chew your nails waiting for trevor at the cafe near campus. you look out the window and see trevor walking towards the building. he was dressed in sweats and a hoodie. god he looked so good.
trevor makes his way inside and looks for you. he smiles when he sees you sitting there. you try to cover up the fact that you’re nervous as fuck. he makes it to the table and sits down across from you smiling.
“hey cutie,” he says fixing his beanie.
“hi,” you say quickly avoiding eye contact with him.
he frowns looking at you with confusion. you were never this quiet. sure you were not as loud as trevor. no one was. but you were chatty around people who made you happy. this was odd. this wasn’t you.
“y/n what’s wrong,” he frowns deeper heart beating out of his chest. were you mad at him? was he in trouble?
you sigh feeling the tears starting to well in your eyes. you shakily breathe in and out before looking him in the eyes. “i’m going to tell you something z, you have to promise you won’t get mad,” you say holding back tears.
“yeah, yeah. of course. what’s going on?”
trevor feels sick. what could she possibly have to say. the first thing he thinks of is that you have a boyfriend and you have to stop fucking. that thought quickly brought a sour taste to his mouth. he felt a huge tang of jealousy hit his chest. no other man should have their hands on you. you were his.
you slowly lift up your purse pulling out the three tests setting them on the table. he sucks in a breath, eyes wide looking at the blue and white device on the table.
“are these…” he whispers lifting one up to make sure he wasn’t dreaming. you bite the inside of your cheek nervous.
“yeah, they’re m-mine,” you whisper holding back sobs.
he feels his heart swell up with something. happiness? pride? love? he couldn’t pin point it. this was news that he never thought he’d hear, but he wasn’t one bit mad about it.
“please say something,”
“baby this.. this is crazy,” he smiles looking at you.
“what..?” you breathe a shaky teary laugh.
trevor gets up and moves into the booth with you. he grabs you and pulls you into him kissing your head a million times.
“we can do this. no, we will do this.”

april 2020
you make your way through the halls of yours and trevor’s shared apartment. waddling your way through the days. as covid 19 was taking the world by storm you and trevor have had nothing but one on one time. talking, singing, rapping, reading, you name it. anything to your belly. after 3 months into your pregnancy trevor took you out on a real date and asked you to be his official girlfriend.
your parents were not thrilled with the news. they called you all kinds of names and made you feel extremely small and stupid. they told you that if you dropped out of school they’d disown you. they even went on to say that they don’t know if they can be in your life if you choose to keep the baby and not give it up for adoption. you have cried and cried about your parents not being excepting. you worried day and night about them. heart broken at the fact they didn’t want anything to do with you.
julie and gary have been nothing but loving and supportive. they were scared at first. worried how this would affect trevor’s future. but after getting drafted they no longer worried. they knew their son could take care of you. he was a good man, he takes care of his siblings in ways that made you feel safe knowing he was going to be the father of your child.
your pregnancy was fairly easy you had little trouble. you dealt with little morning sickness and even went to the gym with trevor as often as you could.

july 21, 2020, dylan mae zegras arrives.
8lbs 3oz, 23 inches long. a perfect baby girl. she came quick and dramaticly.
you were watching tv in the living room waiting for trevor to get home. you were slowly packing things up for the big move to anaheim. you felt wettness pool in your pants. you groan thinking it was probably sweat from being 9 months pregnant and sitting with a heated blanket. you stand up slowly feeling a contraction hit you like a truck.
“no, no, no,” you cry holding your belly. “this can’t be happening,” you cry out walking towards the kitchen. you unlock your phone and call trevor. he was at weight training and wouldn’t be home for another hour.
“hello,” you hear him on the other line. just as you were about to speak another contraction hits, harder. “baby are you okay?”
you whimper out a “it’s happening,”

“pst—pst—y/n—sweetheart—“what chris?” you groaned, moving away from the warm body infront of you who was whispering in a sort of panicky way.
“d-don’t freak out, but he’s coming down with a fever.” he whispered, and you immediately sat up, alert from the information. “morgan?” you asked, and he nodded.
you went get up before your boyfriend stopped you with a hand to your chest. “he’s sleeping right now.”
you grumbled and crossed your arms over your chest.
“let me see him?” you silently begged, and he nodded softly, leaning back to let you stand up and take the lead on seeing your son.
you were dressed in one of chan’s shirts and sweatpants, hair frazzled and looking like a tornado passed through you, but to chan, you never looked more adorable.
you had morgan at only seventeen years old, and practically grew up with him, chris alongside you promising he’ll never leave you, you know he won’t, anyway, you’ve never trusted a person so much in your life.
you two moved into an apartment courtesy of yours and chan’s hardwork, you working as soon as you after having morgan, and chan juggling two jobs, it was hard at first, lots of tears and shouting from frustration, but it worked out, and you two moved in together just shortly eight months after having morgan.
you’ve always doted on your son, and in return he’s been a momma’s boy since he was born, always preferring to be in your arms.
he fell asleep on the couch after being at his grandparents all day, and when chan saw him to tuck a blanket, he felt the heat radiating off his son.
coming down the stairs, you located your son asleep on the sectional, curled up innocently and you frown instantly, he looks a bit sweaty and in pain even in his sleep.
you make your way over and kneel down infront of the sofa, locking your eyes on your son’s face, soon after placing the back of your palm on his forehead.
chan kneels down as well and studied his son’s face, moving his now sweaty bangs out of his face.
he was turning three this year in november, and you two were planning on throwing him a party considering he wanted one last year but you couldn’t because nobody could made it so the three of you raided ice cream store after ice cream store until you all were giggly, bloated messes.
“he wasn’t this sweaty when I last saw him, it’s progressing quick.” chris whispered and you nodded absentmindedly, picking him from the couch carefully, stopping your movements when you saw signs of him waking up.
he subconsciously wrapped his arms around your neck, as if he knew it was you who had come to pick him up.
you held back your nurturing instincts as you and chan walked to the kitchen, your boyfriend looking away for the fever patches you have stored in one of the cabinets.
you heard a small whine from near your neck and turned your head, seeing morgan start to wake up before nuzzling his face into your neck.
you shushed him softly, rubbing his back as you motioned for chan to hurry up and find the patches.
“found them.” he mouthed, walking up to you and softly taking morgan out of your arms and sat him on the counter, keeping his arms around his body to prevent him from falling.
the toddler started to open his bleary eyes from the movement, and looked up at his dad. “papa.” he whined, chan’s eyes melting and taking him in his arms before putting on the patches, rubbing his back.
“shh, it’s okay baby.” he cooed, pressing a kiss to his temple before placing him back on the counter.
morgan was half awake and half asleep, making it easier to put on the patches on his forehead and on his nape.
he turned and finally saw you, reaching out his arms and making grabby hands, his eyes glossy and his nose runny.
“hey honey.” you soothed in a low voice, picking him up and chan filling up his, yours and morgan’s water bottles, knowing his son was gonna be in between sleep.
the three of you went back upstairs into yours and chan’s room, doting on your son as he curled up into your chest but kept his hand wrapped around his dad’s fingers.
the next morning he had somehow rolled onto chan’s chest and was practically absorbed into his father, small whines tumbling out of his lips from being sick.
you smiled and moved his bangs out of the way, pressing a kiss to his forehead before looking up and seeing chan look at you with the most love-filled eyes you think you’ve never seen anybody ever muster.
people have to experience atleast once in their lifetime you were sure, because being loved was one of the most special and important things that has ever happened to you, and you were even more certain that you’d do anything to never have this taken away from you.

New to this (Akaashi version)
○●○●○●○●●○●○●○●○●●○●○●○●○●
Tumblr media
Premise: Akaashi Keiji falls in love with a single mother and realizes she's all he wants for his life.
Word Count: 4528
Notes: Ok, so this story will be part of a series. It will be laid out like an otome game, meaning there will be three different routes for the same premise, different endings. The first story being with Akaashi.
Also I'm a bit rusty, so apologies in advance.
Chapter 1: Brighter days ahead
Spring season comes around once more, your favorite time of the year. Sunny days with unexpected rain, beautiful flowers everywhere. A light breeze heaves in through the kitchen window, making you shiver slightly at the unexpected cold and bringing back thoughts you normally throw to the back of your mind on most days.
Being a single mother isn’t exactly easy. Specially at such a young age. Being in your early twenties, you have been able to raise a very smart and gentle hearted toddler. You glance around the tight space, smiling as you see remains of the good life you have had with your son. A jar full of seashells that the two of you picked up on your last trip to the beach. Family portraits drawn by him when he was just three. Polaroid pictures littering the wall above your small tv, all smiles and blue skies, and of course, not to forget that blurry one of a beetle he found at the park the other day. Simple details, yet full of love.
Seeing all this makes you think how it all happened so fast, you can’t believe he’s already five, and thinking about the early stages of it all is still a thorn stuck in your heart. You can still remember being madly in love with the child’s father, waking up to his handsome face close to yours every morning, those tender kisses that you can still feel on your skin and even if time keeps moving forward, they still hunt you on your sleep.
You love your son, he is the best thing that ever happened to you, and you would do anything to see him smile. His eyes are beautiful, honey colored, soft, gentle, with long lashes and they crinkle when he smiles, always scrunching up his nose like a little rabbit, he is just adorable. You decided to let his hair grow a bit longer this year, he was starting to look just like a small version of his father and that was just too much for you, you couldn’t take it, not yet at least. Suppressing another shiver, you turn to your shared closet looking for warmth and silently wishing he never takes a liking to bleached hair.
In the same closet hung the uniform your son was to wear this morning, “Seiji” read on the bright yellow flower tag pinned near the sleeve. His first day of kindergarten, it feels like such an accomplishment for you to be standing here, proud of your son reaching another milestone, one he has been looking forward to for years now. It was difficult getting all the way here by yourself with no one’s help, but this felt like such a reward, he is growing up to be a wonderful little person and you were the only responsible for that. Always knowing you wanted kids one day, you assumed you’d be a good mother, but reality hits hard when you had to do everything by yourself.
The melancholic morning goes on as you push around your eggs with the fork, absentmindedly staring at your baby boy with a sour smile painting on your face as you think of the past. Your parents didn’t want to hear anything from you when you told them you were pregnant and haven’t seen them ever since. They didn’t even know where you lived nor met your son. Your boyfriend left you claiming he was definitely not the father of the kid, and that fact still bewilders you, how can he not be though? He was the only one for you and you thought he knew that. More images of old dates with Atsumu come flooding in, when he confessed to you on the rooftop of the school in your third year. Your first kiss. The first time he told you he loved you. How he used to hold your face in both of his hands and just stare into your eyes for hours. The sound of his shallow breathing when he was asleep. Tears threatened to come out and that’s your cue to get up and clean the table, urging your son to get up and dressed for school.
Turning to the sink, you discard your untouched breakfast and look through the window while rinsing the dishes with soapy water. More memories come, painful ones. “(Y/N), how can you cheat on me like this? Pregnant? Are you fucking kidding me?” said Atsumu getting up from the kitchen table of your shared studio. The cup he was drinking soda from shattering on the floor, making you jump from your seat. You were a nervous wreck, so confused. But most of all, hurt, from the way he was behaving. “I- I don’t know how this happened, but it did. Maybe that one night when I told you I felt a leaking…maybe the condom teared a bit?” you were now walking in circles, chewing at your thumb, “There’s no other explanation for this.”
“Oh, there is, (Y/N). Can’t believe you would cheat on me…” he scoffed, looking at you like if you were a miserable piece of garbage needing to be stepped on and thrown away. He then grabbed his jacket and left, slamming the door shut and causing a small planter to fall from its hanger on the wall. That was the last time you saw him. You waited for him to come back, he had to, all his stuff was still there. But you waited days, weeks even. You weren’t eating properly, barely sleeping thinking he would be back any second and you couldn’t miss it, but he didn’t come back.
Feeling dead in your own skin, you reached for your family thinking your mother would know what to do, having a baby was a lot of work and you didn’t even know where to start. But the first thing she asked was if you were actually having it. Hearing your mother say that to you was even worse than seeing Atsumu leave, of course you would have the baby, it was yours and a product of love, regardless of how things ended he was still the man you loved, your first and only boyfriend and a piece of him was inside of your now growing belly. Disappointed in your reply they gave you the cold shoulder, cutting off the money they would send you every month. “If you want to have that creature then work for it, a daughter of mine wouldn’t get pregnant so carelessly. Don’t ever call us again, (Y/N)”. You still remember how hearing that felt, you were alone, completely on your own. But that wouldn’t stop you.
You sit on the dining table once more, a simple looking Ikea table with just two chairs. Seiji has stopped needing his highchair a while back but still sits next to you and you can’t bring yourself to get rid of it. Gliding your fingers over the soft wood triggers more unwanted memories. When the child was born and you saw him for the first time, you knew you had to try and contact Atsumu again, it was impossible for him to think this was someone else’s baby. He looked just like him. Those beautiful honey colored eyes and tiny puff of dark hair on the crown on his tiny head. Even his sleeping face was like seeing him napping on a summer afternoon. But your attempts failed, most likely getting another number tired of seeing your missed calls and messages. Unnerved, you tried dialing his twin brother, Osamu was always so loving and supportive, he would certainly get you to him, but the same thing happened. How can they just disappear like that? Was it your fault? You were just so tired of this whole thing. So, once you got permission to leave the hospital, you took your son and moved to Tokyo. A bigger city full of new people, new beginnings.
You had to quit college, it was impossible to pay for rent, bills, food and college with a couple of part-time jobs. Besides you couldn’t get any job that would involve you leaving the house, otherwise you would need to pay for a babysitter and that was out of the question. It was rough, and probably the reason why you feel like you can’t throw away the chair you keep on staring at, you worked so hard to get everything you have now and even if it isn’t much, is home. Home for you and for your son, the true love of your life.
And today was his first day of school.
“Seiji, come on we gotta leave soon or you will be late on your first day!” you half yelled, sipping on the last remaining coffee in your mug, now cold and murky due to all your overthinking. And once again you think how beautiful spring morning it is, today will be a day you will always remember and you’re glad the weather is on your side. “Mama…” he looked at you with a not so amused expression on his face, making you look down at him and back from your little breakdown. He looks just like his father but reminds you more of his uncle most of the times and for this you were grateful, “You always tell me I can’t go out of the house without brushing my teeth properly. I need 5 more minutes.” he declared, climbing on his stool to reach the sink.
Your heart swell just a little with pride and suddenly that tightness in your chest just breaks, you have Seiji, you always had, even when all those hurtful memories were your day-to-day reality, he was already inside of you. And you realize, after all this time, that you’ve never been alone.
───  ⋅ ∙ ∘ ☽ ༓ ☾ ∘ ⋅ ⋅  ───
Once the toddler finished getting ready, you two left the house in a hurry and you could see how nervous he was. Your son was fiddling with the straps of his backpack while he walked next to you in complete silence, something rare for him. You wanted to reassure him, but this was a new experience for him, there weren’t many kids his age around the neighborhood so being surrounded by kids was something he was both excited and terrified about. So, you settled for taking his smaller hand in yours and pointed all the little things you could find on your way to the school. “Seiji look!” you pointed to the only cloud lurking around a vast bright blue sky. “Doesn’t it look like the bunny we saw yesterday at the petting zoo?” you grinned at him happily, causing your son to grimace a bit, “Heeh? You think so, Mama? I think it looks more like a koala chewing on some leaves” you tilted your head to the side analyzing said cloud. If you were being honest, the cloud was just a blob that looked like nothing to you, you were just trying to distract him from his anxiousness. “Leaves? Hmmm…more like poop. Don’t you remember that show we watched the other day? They said koalas eat their own poop”. Your son looked at you puckering his lips out, simulating he was going to be sick, causing you both to laugh loudly at each other, the cloud long forgotten same as his worries.
And without noticing you were now staring at the gates of his school. Reassuring your son, you let him go inside the class with his teacher, “I’ll be back at 3, be a good boy!” you shouted after them and he turned his head to look at you, “This is it…” you thought, he was going to cry and run back to you, you’ve seen plenty of that in tv and you honestly don’t remember how your first day of school was but you were fearing this would happen to Seiji, but instead, he gave you his wide crinkled eyed smile, the one you love so much it hurts you every time. He would be just fine and so would you, you have each other after all.
Today was a complex day for you, full of mixed feelings and bringing out all your insecurities. Paying for his school tuition and all the things he needed for school was a difficult task with your current income, so you thought of looking for another part time, just one more, you can certainly have three now that he is in school. “I wish I could just get an actual full-time job with a good pay rate instead of needing three part-times…” you sighed, looking through the job listings in your phone. Everything was dreadful, long hours, low salaries, and on top of that you had to pick Seiji up at 3, there was no way around it. You found a bench near the closest convenience store and sat there after getting a bottle of tea from the vending machine next to it. You found a delivery job, for a flower shop, it wasn’t great, but it would definitely help. So, you called the phone number listed on the contact section and you actually got it without much hassle. The shop belonged to an old lady that had hurt her knee and wasn’t able to take the flowers on her own with her scooter. Since you knew how to drive one around and you mentioned your son’s school was very close from the shop, she just couldn’t say no to you.
───  ⋅ ∙ ∘ ☽ ༓ ☾ ∘ ⋅ ⋅  ───
In a blink of an eye a month had gone by, you were exhausted but your son seemed happy. Today you made pizza toast for dinner since he has been begging non-stop for pizza and you were currently in no position to spend money on that, so that’s all you could give him right now, and he took it. You loved hearing him tell you all about his day in school. And he was now telling you about how he met this one girl who’s in the daycare section of the school, a year under him. “So, we read together during lunch break. Well, I read to her, she still doesn’t know all the words” he says between bites of toast, happily pulling it away from his face to look at the stringy cheese.
“That’s great, love. I’m sure she is very happy to have such a reliable upperclassman.” you chuckle quietly when you notice how he puffed his chest out at your words. He is such a sucker for this sort of compliments. He just can’t wait to be an adult, and you can just pray the time doesn’t go by that fast. You bring your hand to his face, swiping sauce off his cheek.
Seiji nods, beaming at you “She even shared her apple slices with me today! But they didn’t have bunny shapes, like the ones you do for me.” he pouts a little before shoving more toast in his mouth. You normally cut his apple this way as you know he loves animals, little things like this are his favorite and you could sense his sadness towards his friend not being able to enjoy them like he does. Such a gentle hearted boy.  “Well, maybe her mom is busy or doesn’t know how to make bunnies. If you want, I can cut bunnies for you two another day, I bet she would like that!” you try to cheer him up, his eyes lighting up at the idea and he hugs your arm “Thank you, Mama. I would like that very much.”
───  ⋅ ∙ ∘ ☽ ༓ ☾ ∘ ⋅ ⋅  ───
The next day you received a very unexpected call that left you in quite a shock. “He did what???” you were taking your break sitting on the stairs of the back room. You couldn’t process what she was saying and asked for confirmation, needing the teacher to repeat what you just heard. “He pushed his classmate to the ground and his mother is making a fuss at the principal’s office. Can you please come?” you could hear the annoyance in her voice and loud screams on the background which you could just assume was the mother of the child yelling at the school staff. “I’ll be right there” you informed the teacher and explained everything to your boss. She told you to take the day off, she wanted to close early anyways to watch a parade in the tv.
You ran as fast as you could. It was about a 10-minute walk from the flower shop to his school, but you made it there in 3. Panting hard, you opened the door to the principal’s office, trying to catch your breath. And you noticed two adults and three children sitting on multicolored chairs, all looking at your unannounced entrance.
Your eyes darted immediately to your son who was jutting out a cut and bloody lip. You gasped at the sight and ran to his side, “Seiji, oh my god. What happened to your face? Are you ok, my love?” he nodded and buried his face on your thigh. Running your fingers through his silky hair you scanned the room. A very large woman with an expensive looking outfit, diamond rings, a designer bag with a tiny poodle inside of it and a large brim hat, huffing like a buffalo next to a just as large kid, with a band-aid on covering his elbow and a deep scowl on his chubby face. He couldn’t possibly be the same age as your son, “he’s gotta be at least 7…” you thought while moving your eyes to the chairs closer to you. There seated a tall handsome man, deep blue eyes, messy black hair, with what you assume is his daughter. A lovely little girl, who looked just like him big blue doe eyes, long braided black hair adorned with two hearts held by bobby pins. She was still crying, clearly scared by the whole situation, and you could see now what was going on.
You decided to sit next to the man, not looking at him but towards the little girl, “Are you Kimi by any chance?” you asked, smiling down at her, who scrunched up her nose to hold in her snot and nodded to you. “It’s nice to finally meet you, I’m Seiji’s mom. I heard you’ve been reading a book about butterflies.” you say trying to distract her and get her to stop crying; the principal clears his throat, snapping you out of the moment before the man had time to even introduce himself or thank you for helping.
“I summoned you all here to discuss the incident that transpired this afternoon” the principal says fixing his glasses up his nose without looking at any of you, whatever he was reading on his phone was clearly more interesting for him that this whole situation, “(Y/L)-kun pushed, Sakamoto-kun onto the ground, causing a scrap on his elbow. His mother here,” he signalizes grandly over to the fancy looking woman with an outstretched arm, posing dramatically “is looking for monetary compensation”.
That caused you and the man next to you to scuff loudly at the same time. “Seiji, did you push Sakamoto-kun?” you looked down at your son, rubbing soothing circles on his back to encourage him to tell the whole story. You were 100% sure that he did, otherwise he wouldn’t be sulking on your leg, but you know your son, he isn’t someone who would just hurt someone, he even avoids stepping on ants when you two play at the park.
He nodded and let go of your leg, stretching up to his full size and looking at you and Kimi’s father with a serious glint in his eyes, like he was about to give a speech and you knew what was coming. This would be interesting. “Remember when I told you this morning, I was going to finish reading the book we started yesterday?” you hummed in acknowledgement and your son continued, “Well, here I was, walking through the courtyard” his expression caused the man behind to grin slightly, very much intrigued by the toddler’s display, “I was looking for Kimi, who said would look for the book, and THEN” he changes his tone, making it more dramatic, causing everyone to be immersed in his story. This kid was something else. “I see Sakamoto-kun pulling at Kimi’s hair! I had to do something, mama. So, I ran to them and asked him nicely to please stand back from my friend as he was clearly hurting her. But what did he do?” he brings both of his hands to his face, pulling his cheeks down in despair and continues, “Instead of letting her go, he punched me on the face” both, Kimi’s father and you gasped at this bit of information and Seiji just nodded as if confirming how grave the situation was. “I weighed all my options and all I could do was push him to get him away from her. And that somehow got us all in trouble. I know violence is a bad thing, you say that to me all the time mama, but detective Connan once said” he air-quoted, “It’s not violence if you get struck first, its self-defense.” Satisfied with his recount of the facts, he sits on the chair next to his mother and crosses his tiny legs, closing his eyes and waiting for the adults to get to an agreement, he’s done his part.
The man next to you heaved an airy laugh, it was refreshing, you’ve only seen him scowl since you got there, “Seiji-kun, are you really just five?” he questions the child with an amused grin on his face and to this, your son only nods, opening one of his eyes in acknowledgement.
He is definitely something else.
“So let me get this straight” says the man beside you, now sitting up straight and glaring at the principal and the obnoxious kid across the room, “My daughter was being bullied by an older kid and this very brave young man stepped in to save the day. Why is this woman here requesting monetary compensation for a scrap? We both could sue the school for not being able to protect your students from bullying. Right…?” he looked at you, realizing he didn’t even know your name yet, “(Y/N)” you said with a small smile, looking straight into his eyes and ignoring the rest of eyes now all on you. “And yes, of course, I’m with you all the way. Kimi is 4, she shouldn’t even be allowed near older kids, is dangerous and totally the school’s fault.” Seiji let out a loud gasp, getting both of your attention and making you chuckle “Unless that older kid is my son, clearly. As he is willing to protect her no matter what” you said, glaring at the bald man behind the desk while patting your son’s knee, signaling not to worry about not being able to hang out with his friend.
But this was Kimi’s breaking point, she started bawling her eyes out again “MAMA!!!” she suddenly screamed and ran straight into your arms. This confused you, to say the least, but held her close, nonetheless. “I bet you were so scared” you said to her gently, rubbing her back while stealing a glance to her father who shut you an apologetic glance. “Let’s get your hair all pretty again, come here.” you lifted her small body over, getting her to straddle your lap. Pulling a wet tissue out of your purse, you cleaned her tear-stained face, and combed her hair, re-doing the braid that had been pulled by the violent five-year-old. “There! Now you look just like a doll once more.” smiling down at her, she returned your smile, proudly saying “Papa always makes sure I look cute, so he made my hair like this for me today!” a thought came right up to you “Papa, huh? So, this is why her apple slices aren’t bunnies. Her mother is probably very absent, that’s why she’s a bit confused right now, hearing I’m Seiji’s mom mixed with all the stress of the day probably triggered something inside of her.” in thought you beamed at her without making any unwanted comment and went to put her back down but, clinging to you for dear life she refused to leave your side and so, you let her be.
The man assessed the whole situation, how you looked at his daughter with such an adoring expression, like she was your own. He was also very impressed on how you managed to calm her within seconds, it always takes him at least an hour to get her to stop crying. And he suddenly was very aware of how beautiful your smile was and became grateful that you were there, otherwise he would probably have to take Kimi out of that school as he would of punch a hole in that ridiculous looking principal.
“So” he cleared his throat, “I expect Sakamoto-Kun to at least get a disciplinary action for his behavior if you don’t want us to sue the school or call the press. Now if you excuse us,” he held a hand behind your back, motioning for you to get up with both toddlers hanging from you, “We have better places to be at right now.” Following his lead, you excused yourself and held your son’s hand, walking out of the building.
Once you had picked up their backpacks, you headed over to the front of the school where the man was waiting for you.
“Akaashi Keiji” he said, looking at you like if it was the first time. You saw his eyes sparkle a little, the side of his lips curling up slightly. “Kimi’s father as you might have noticed.” he starts walking and you trail behind him with a nod. “I was thinking…what do you guys think of getting some pizza?” he looked back at both toddlers with a wicked smirk on his face. Your son letting out a screech now clinging to Akaashi’s leg, probably his favorite person in the world right now. “I think that’s a yes” you said, chuckling at your son’s excitement. “He’s been thinking about pizza for weeks now” you cradle the sleepy toddler in your arms and ask her softly if she would like to go to get some pizza with Seiji, this waking her up instantly and making her bounce excitedly, clinging to your neck.
“It’s a date then.” Akaashi mumbles quietly only for you to hear and begins walking towards the Pizza shop. You noticed the scowl on his face from before was no longer there, making you smile. Wait, what? “It’s a date?” you repeated after him, jogging a bit to catch up with the gang, now walking next to each other. You haven’t had a date in over 5 years, you start derailing with silly thoughts about your hair and make-up choices for today.
Anybody looking at you right now would only see the perfect family out for some fun, even if that was very much far from reality.

Pink | SKZ Kids
genre: fluff
summary: Miran & Areum try to dye Miran's hair for the first time
ages: Miran & Changmi = 14 / Areum = 14 / Haein = 18
warnings: none
_______________
"Miran-ah! I'm going into the shop, do you want anything?!" Areum called, spotting her cousin walking across the road from her.
Miran looked up, her face lighting up, "Areum-ah! Wait, I'll come with you."
Areum chuckled, watching as Miran crossed the road clumsily, finally grabbing onto Areum's arm once she'd made it across.
"What are you gonna get?" Miran asked.
"Uhh, kimbap and cola I think," Areum nodded, heading straight for the fridge aisle. Miran nodded, following and grabbing a banana-flavoured milk wordlessly.
The pair wondered through the next aisle, looking for snacks to take home.
Miran stopped suddenly, looking at the cosmetics products in front of her, Changmi had been complaining about not having any dry shampoo for days.
"What are you doing?" Areum asked, trailing back to Miran, "ooh, are you gonna dye your hair?!"
"What? No!" Miran laughed, "I was gonna pick up some dry shampoo for Changmi."
"Shame. I think you'd look good with pink hair."
"Pink?" Miran asked, peeking at the box Areum had in her hands, "I'd have to bleach it first," she said, lifting up the ends of her jet-black hair.
Areum hummed, putting the box back.
"Wait," she said, grabbing Areum's wrist, "I want to."
"Really?!" Areum exclaimed, "I wanna help! Oh my god, wait, I'll get the bleach too!"
Miran laughed, completely forgetting about Changmi's shampoo as she followed Areum to the till.
______________
"Wait, don't get it in my eyes!" Miran shouted, currently upside down over the side of the bath.
"I won't!" Areum yelled, "cover them if you're so scared!"
Miran fake cried, placing her hands over her face as Areum continued to wash the bleach out her friend's hair.
"Hey Changbin, is Areum here?" Seungmin asked, letting himself into the Seo house.
"Yep, she's upstairs with Miran," Changbin nodded, sat with Chan in the living room.
"Thanks," Seungmin said, walking upstairs and peering round, "Areum?!"
"In the bathroom!" Areum called.
"Don't let him in!" Miran exclaimed.
"Why not?"
"What if he tells my dad?!" Miran cried.
"Uhh, I think it's a bit late for that," Areum scoffed, putting the shower head down and looking at her friend's now blonde hair - not too noticeable as it was dark from being wet, but definitely visible as not being black as it was before.
"Areum, can I come in?" Seungmin asked.
"Yeah," she chuckled, looking at Miran's panicked face.
"What are you two—" Seungmin paused, "oh."
"Uncle Seungmin, please don't tell my dad!" Miran freaked.
"Seriously, are you an idiot or something?!" Areum exclaimed.
Seungmin laughed, "Miran, it is far too late for that."
Miran groaned.
"Mum just wanted me to tell you that dinner's nearly ready," Seungmin smiled, looking back to his daughter.
"Am I okay to stay here? I wanna see this through now."
Seungmin chuckled, "sure. I wanna tell mum now as well, but don't worry Miran - I won't tell your dad about your blonde hair."
Miran pouted, looking at Areum in regret, "why did you make me do this?"
"Me?! You're the one who said you wanted to! Now come on. Pink will definitely look better than blonde."
Miran groaned, sitting on the lid of the toilet as Areum pulled on a second pair of gloves, beginning to pour the dye straight on Miran's hair.
"Does school even allow dyed hair?!" Miran asked, "oh god, why did I do this?!"
"Stop panicking," Areum said, rolling her eyes, "you'll look good, and isn't that the most important thing?"
Miran rolled her eyes, "sure."
_______________
"What if my dad's out there?" Miran whispered.
"There's a towel on your head, you fucking idiot."
"Are you two done?! I need a shower!" Haein shouted, knocking on the door.
"Yeah, just coming out," Miran said, Areum opening the door and the two stepping out.
"What are you even—" Haein looked at the pink stained bathtub, "oh my god. Changmi! Did you know this?!"
"Shhhhh, Oppa, shut up! Mum and Dad don't know!" Miran whisper-yelled.
"Oh you're fucked," Haein laughed, "I'll try and wash some of this away so you'll be a little less fucked though."
He grinned and Miran fake cried, going into her bedroom.
"Okay, all we have left to do is dry," Areum smiled, pulling the hairdryer out as Miran pulled her hair out of the towel.
"Do you think my parents will be angry?" Miran sighed.
Areum ran the hairdryer all over Miran's head, using her hands and a hairbrush to make sure it wasn't tangled.
"Nope," Areum laughed, "cause this looks... amazing."
"Shut up," Miran grumbled, flipping her head so Areum could get the underneath.
When she was done, Seungmin's daughter flicked the hairdryer off and stepped back.
Miran looked in the mirror and her eyes widened.
"Woah."
"I told you," she laughed.
"Dad!" Miran shouted, "Dad, look what I just did!"
"Hmm?" Changbin responded, exiting the kitchen and looking to the stairs where Miran was running down, "what?!"
His mouth dropped open, coming towards his daughter and touching her hair, "Miran what on earth?! Are you even allowed this at school?"
"I have no idea!" Miran laughed, "but... don't you like it?!"
"Come on, Uncle, you have to admit it suits her."
Changbin laughed, "it really does, Miran! You look amazing!"
Miran giggled, "where's Mum? Mum!"

10 weeks | CHS ~ Seung & Yong
genre: mignon, légère anxiété
résumé: tu annonces à Hyunsuk que tu es enceinte de Seung & Yong
âge: Seung & Yong = fœtus (3 mois)
avertissement: grossesse, langage grossier, mention d'avortement
*•̩̩͙✩•̩̩͙˚ ______________________________________________ ˚•̩̩͙✩•̩̩͙˚*
"Bébé ! Je suis rentré !" annonca Hyunsuk.
Sursautant, tu replaça rapidement ton t-shirt sur ton estomac légèrement arrondi et quitta la salle de bain.
"Salut, Suk," tu souris, Hyunsuk s'approchant et te serrant dans une étreinte.
"Tu m'as tellement manqué aujourd'hui," râla-t-il.
"Pourquoi ?
"Quoi ?!" s'exclama Hyunsuk, "De quoi tu parles ?!"

"DADDY I THREW UP"
How they react when their little ones throw up ! (we all know gojo is gonna be overreacting) ft. gojo, geto, choso, toji, and nanami
content: TW: vomit, no curse!au fluff, established relationship (marriage), children, families. (divider by kim jiho) same kids from jjk men as dads
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Gojo Satoru
Satoru's on daddy duty for the next week and a half while you're gone, and so far he's actually doing quite well. Currently, he's making dinner from a simple recipe in the recipe book you've been making throughout the last few years.
Two year old Kenji waddles into the kitchen and tugs on Satoru's sweatpants. His head whips around to look down at his little mini-me.
"Hey Kenji, what's up little guy?" He puts his attention back on the wok with noodles in it to make sure he doesn't burn dinner. As he's stirring the food around with chopsticks Kenji starts to form a sentence, "Um.. throw up."
Satoru freezes. "W-what?" He knows exactly what Kenji said but he's scared to turn around. Kenji whines a little bit, "Throw up. Kenji throw up." Usually Satoru would find his toddler's 3rd person speaking cute but right now he feels himself breaking out into a cold sweat.
"Oh... um.. It's okay? Where is it?" Kenji's little feet waddle away from the kitchen expecting his daddy to follow after him. Satoru turns the heat down to low so the food won't burn, and follows his little boy to the 'crime scene'.
Kenji sticks his thumb in his little mouth and points to the throw up on the carpet.
"O-oh god, I think I'm gonna-" He gags and runs into the bathroom. Nothing comes from his mouth so he shudders. He needs to calm down, it's just a little throw up from his own kin, he'll be alright. The faucet runs and he splashes some water on his face.
"I can do this. I can do this. I can-" He hears the telltale sign of someone throwing up. Kenji is definitely sick. The throw up is followed by loud crying. Satoru's dad instincts kick in and he runs back over to where his little boy is.
"Hey, hey, hey, little guy. It's gonna be okay. Let's get you a bath, then I'll call mommy, okay?" Kenji nods. It breaks Satoru's heart hearing those little sniffles that leave his baby boy.
Geto Suguru
"PAPAAAAA!!!! Hana threw up!!!" Suguru looks at you and you stare right back.
"Don't look at me, I cleaned Hana's vomit yesterday while you were working late." He fights the urge to roll his eyes at you, because you're being childish in his mind.
Suguru makes his way to the kitchen so he can get the carpet cleaning spray out of the cabinet. "Fucking hell." He mumbles without realizing his six year old daughter was near by.
She gasps dramatically before yelling, "OOOOOO PAPA SAID A BAD WORD!!!" He screws his eyes shut, agitation was slowly seeping in.
"I'll put a dollar in the jar, but please stop screaming, Kana. Your sister doesn't feel good and the screaming is hurting Papa's head." He has retrieved the spray and a damp rag to clean up the soiled spot on the carpet.
"Sorry Papa." Kana's voice is lowered drastically. Being a curious little thing she follows her father to go check up on her little twin sister.
"You alright, princess?" Suguru sits close to her little pink bed and poor little Hana shakes her head 'no'.
"I don't feel good, Papa." She whines quietly. Suguru can tell by the way her eyes water, the sweat beads grow on her forehead and the way she frowns deeply that she definitely is sick.
"Why don't you go brush your teeth for me, princess? Then Papa will get you some medicine." Suguru understands his daughter very well. He'd always get sick while eating curses, sometimes they were so bad he would vomit all over the place. LOLLL no curse au so he aint gotta suffer.
She nods hopping from her bed to go brush her teeth in the bathroom. Suguru gets to work cleaning up the carpet.
Kamo Choso
Ryuji's school had called you because your boy threw up in school, which he was very embarrassed about because elementary schoolers always know how to make a big deal out of something small. Many children were crowding your son where he threw up some gasped in horror others laughed. Luckily the teachers were able to get the students under control once more.
They sent him to the nurse and she dialed you, "I'm so sorry, baby. Mom's out of town, give the phone back to the nurse so I can give her dad's number, okay?" He utters a quiet response before handing the phone over.
You chat with the nurse for a little bit giving her the information she needed then you told your son goodbye and hung up.
The nurse is quick to dial Choso and he picks up after the fourth ring. "Good morning, Sir. I'm calling because your son Ryuji Kamo threw up and he isn't feeling too good. We called Mom but she said she won't be able to come pick him up. Do you think you could check him out or do you have another trusted family member who could pick him up?" She's got a pen and notepad ready to write down another number if Choso couldn't make it.
"Oh dear, yeah I'll be there in about twenty minutes. Is his stuff packed already or..." He trails phone pressed to his ear, he hadn't been doing anything too important since he'd already finished up his meeting.
"No Sir, we'll send him right up to pack up. He'll be waiting for you in the main office."
"Alright, thank you." Choso's starting to worry, does he need to take Ryuji to the doctor? Should he stop at the grocery store and get soup? Should he make soup? Do you have kids cold/flu medicine at home? Your husband can't remember the last time Ryuji had vomited and he's pretty sure you'd taken care of it anyway.
"Hey Siri, how do I take care of my sick son?" She responds with 'here's what I found' he quickly scans over an article and the main idea is comfort him, make him something light, make sure he's hydrated, and gets plenty of rest. He could do that. Choso's not the best at emotions but he'll do what he can for his boy.
Eventually the two make it home, and Choso is quick to act. "Change into your pjs and I'll get you some medicine. How do you feel?" He needs a basic idea of what he's dealing with.
"My stomach reallyyyyyyy hurts." He whines holding his abdomen area tightly.
"Like you need to go to the bathroom kind of hurt?" Choso thinks it might be a stomach bug because his so shakes his head 'no'.
"Nuh uh, feels like someone is stabbing me in the stomach." His brows knit and a frown covers his face. it hurts to see his son suffering.
"Alright, I've got you kiddo. I'll take care of you." He promises to his growing boy.
"Thanks dad."
Fushiguro Toji
"Dad come look! I threw up! It's so cool!" Four year old Yui says, which is odd, no normal little kid is happy after throwing up so Toji is suspicious.
"Tell your brother to clean it up." Yui crosses her little arms and pouts.
"I already told Megumi and Nami!! They told me to go tell you!!!" He doesn't want to clean it up. He already has his work cutting out for him changing his newborn's diapers, cleaning up vomit was not on his list of to dos.
He would have told her to go ask you to clean it up but it's sunday and you usually go out for brunch with your friends. So, unless he somehow coaxed his stubborn son, Megumi, he'd have to do it himself.
When he finally reaches the bathroom, he groans in annoyance at how she just barely missed the toilet had she run a little faster she would have made it. To make matters worse it looks like she tried to clean it up herself and just spread it all everywhere.
"Oh, Sprinkles threw up too! Cuz he ate some of mine."
"Are you fucking kidding me?" A deep unsettling groan rips from his throat. Yui finds the whole ordeal funny, she's giggling and cooing at her father.
Bonus: A few days later you're walking past Yui's room and you hear her yell, "Are you fucking kidding me?!"
You instantly stop, "Excuse you little girl, who did you hear say that?"
"Dad said it when he had to clean up my throw up!!" She smiles brightly at you. She's so innocent she doesn't fully understand the weight of what she's said.
"That's a bad word sweet girl. Don't say that anymore, got it?"
You're given a little nod to indicate she understands.
"TOJI WHERE ARE YOU?!" He's about to get an earful from you.
Nanami Kento:
"Hey guys, I came as soon as I could." You exhale deeply as you set your keys on the rack and slip off your shoes. Kento had picked up your son because the school called saying he'd thrown up.
Kento appears from the hallway with a finger on his lip telling you to "shh".
You lower your voice to a whisper, "Is Hiro alright?" Kento walks up to you and gives you a comforting hug which you really needed.
"Yeah he's resting right now. He threw up in the car. Twice. I was going to go clean it up right now. Emmie should be waking up from her nap soon, though." You're so grateful to have a husband you can rely on in a time of need.
When Hiro's school had called you, you were in the middle of a very important meeting so you couldn't leave. Nanami had left work early to go pick up your son.
His smile is so intoxicating. You pull him by his collar and make his lips meet yours. He immediately reciprocates by bringing his hands up to cup your cheeks and kiss you back.
"Thank you, baby." His eyes are so beautiful and if you didn't have to go make sure to be there for your baby girl you would have continued to stare at them.
"Of course my love. Parenting is a two person thing for a reason."
"I bet by next week we'll be sick too." You say chuckling dryly.
"Most likely, yeah." He says shaking his head. He begrudgingly walks out to his car to clean up the vomit in the backseat.

Suna Kaiya kicks. Like a lot.
In your tummy, she kicks like you wouldn’t believe, far more than Akito ever did, and it fills you with so much excitement to know she’s happy, she’s healthy, and she’s excited to meet you both.
She’s moving more than usual today, and your hands come up to cradle your stomach, smiling down and letting your thumb soothe over it.
“Morning momma,” Rintaro says, and you smile as Akito sits happily perched on his dads shoulders.
“Morning, mumma!” Your six year old chirps, and you laugh at the duality of them. At the sight of your hands, two pairs of green eyes fall to your stomach, and two wide smiles grow. “Is Kaiya kicking?”
“She is bud,” you beam, moving to pour him a cup of juice as Rin sits him down at the table. “You wanna feel?”
“Yeah!” He says excitedly. With his juice you walk over to him, letting his tiny hands press against your swollen stomach, and he giggles at the feeling. “My baby sister is crazy!” He takes the juice from your hands and brings it to his mouth to sip.
“Rin, you are wanna come feel?” You ask, and he chuckles and shakes his head. He’s always loved your baby bump, loved the kicking of his babies that are growing inside of you, but lately, at his touch, Kaiya’s been kicking more furiously, roughly, and it’s taking its toll on your back.
He’s thrilled she’s already in tuned with his touch. But he hates the effect it has on you.
You roll your eyes, “Rintaro, Kaiya will always kick and hurt my back, you may as well feel her while she’s active and not resting.”
He gives you a small nod and a nervous sigh, stalking over to you and gently resting his hands on your belly. Instantly, the baby kicks at the warmth of his hands, but you’re sure to not pull a face or shift away while he does.
“She’s going crazy,” he laughs, looking at the bump fondly.
“Told you,” you say, gently carding a hand through his hair.
“Dang,” he chuckles, leaning over to kiss your head. “We really made that…”
“How?”
Both of your eyes widen and instantly dart to look at Akito, who’s cheeks are stained with strawberry juice and dark brown eyebrow quirked in interest.
“Uhh-“
“Time to get dressed!” You chirp, moving from Rintaro’s grip to meet your son, whose eyes are curved in confusion.
“But I haven’t had breakfast yet!”
“Breakfast in the living room today, whoo!” You quickly say, looking at Rin nervously who merely laughs at your distress, shaking his head before he starts making breakfast.

genshin dads! -> part one! part two here
• just some parent fluff for some genshin chara! feat. Xiao, Itto, Kazuha and Diluc! mentions of husband because that way i kill both the husband and the dad brainrot lmao
Xiao
at first, he was even scared to hold the twins. but now, they're such a daddy's girls, and he puts his daughters before anything.
their gestures are so similar to their dad's that you're starting to worry about them converting into mini-Xiaos. they chew with the same calm he does, they have that same way of looking at something with curiosity and interest, and they, for real, inherited their father's energy.
they go nowhere without their dad, and the way the three of you miss him whenever he has to leave for work changes into a lot of kisses and tears the moment he arrives.
"Dad is here!" the little twin says, near the main door, hearing your husband's quiet and silent steps. You're amazed by the thin ear of your daughter, capable of hearing even the silent and measured steps of their dad. The other twin jumps with excitement when she hears what her sister said.
"Is it true, dad came back?" before you can even answer, the main door opens, revealing your husband. His face shows tiredness, and his body seems about to faint, but he manages to close the door and smile to the three of you, kneeling on the floor to let your twins hug him and kiss his cheeks.
"Hi, my treasures." he says, quiet and serene voice as he hugs the girls back under your attentive gaze. He smiles to you from above one of the twin's shoulders. "Hello, love."
"Dad, we missed you so much." one of the twins cries, taking her black hair away from her little face, as the other one starts to pout when she sees her sister crying.
"I missed the three of you so much too, honey." he lets them cry on his shoulders, as his hands caress their tiny backs and she tries to calm the hiccups one of them got. Looking from the corridor, you can't help but smile to your family. You feel way too grateful to have them.
Itto
the baby looks way too tiny on his big hands, and you could never get used to it, even when it's the second newborn your husband holds.
your older son wants to be like his dad, and honestly, the tiny horns that appear in between his messy hair are nothing more than a prediction of the way he inherited all the arataki things he could.
the baby, on other hand, seems to be calm and serene, what can easily change whenever she learns how to walk and to follow her big brother up on trees and exploring under rocks.
"Dad, look, there's a bird up on that tree! Should we help him? He seems stuck!" It's true that, in one of Inazuma's pretty cherry blossoms, a blue bird was stuck with one of it's poor wings between two sticks. You felt bad for the birdie, but you couldn't let your son climb that blossom and risk himself to loose all his baby tooth in one hit. You look around, fixating your gaze on two soldiers that walk around behind you.
"Oh, it's true. We should go and tell someone from the..." your husband's deep voice interrupts you.
"More to the left, buddy, put your arm on that... Exactly, very good!" You turn around, with your daughter between your arms, who claps and cheers on her brother, that climbs the tree way faster than the last time you caught him doing it. Your gaze slowly moves until it stops on Itto's back, giving instructions to your son.
"Itto, I think we've talked enough about letting the kids climb trees, didn't we?" Your husband turns around, giving you a big smile and a quick peck before putting his eyes on your son again.
"No worry, baby, I have him on sight. He has a good technic, and, if he falls, I'll be here to get him and cheer on him to stand up. That's what dads do, isn't it?" with a quick gaze again, and a wink, he goes back to the cheering and the instructions, but you notice how he moves around the tree with your son, always ready to catch him and not let him get hurt. With a sigh, you boop your baby's nose, making her laugh. He might encourage them to to all this things, but he always have their backs. Before you can realize, you're smiling.
"He's really the best dad for you two, after all."
Kazuha
your child has definitely inherited your husband's calm and soft character.
she loves to hear her dad's poetry, and most of the time, she's eager enough to identify that he's writing about you, about her, or about both.
she draws so beautifully that it isn't the first time she has illustrated some books on the Liyue Editorial, and also, her dad's poems.
she likes to sit outside, hearing the wind and drawing, specially whenever his dad has to go back to Inazuma.
"She's outside, and she will probably love to see you came back earlier." leaving a kiss on your lips, Kazuha puts his katana and little luggage on the nearest sofa, walking towards your house's terrace, with you behind him. And there she is, sitting on her usual place, with her blonde hair braided and the red lock standing out of the hairstyle. She has one of the brushes you bough for her on her birthday, and a little ink bowl rests next to her hands. You don't know what she's drawing, but you're sure that the wind has inspired her. You find beautiful how dad and daughter had find such a curious but lovely way to always remember each other.
She desires to visit Inazuma, the place where her dad grew up, and were he took you when he decided to travel all Teyvat by your side, and it's not the first time you've caught her painting those landscapes she only knows by hearing. You would love to take her there, but Kazuha has told you about the current politic situation that they all try to end as soon as possible.
He puts his hand softly on the top of her hair as a silent salute, trying not to bother her, but indicating that he's gonna sit by her side. Their interactions are always calm and soft, they never yell, they always try their best to understand the other. She shows him the piece she has been working on: a beautiful landscape of Liyue, as it can be seen from your terrace, extremely detailed andrattle o all made with ink. Kazuha calls you, so you're sitting by his side.
"I've bought some presents for you on my trip to Inazuma." he takes a little bag from his pocket. Your hand is the first one he takes, leaving a cherry blossom earring that shines with the little sunlight left before the night enters in Liyue. It's beautiful, and you can help but smile and hug your husband. Once you part, you look expectingly to the bag on his hands. It's way bigger, and you smile when you realize what it might contain.
"Is it a Kimono? From Inazuma?" she says, taking the cloth out for you to see it. You smile at your husband with a little nod, as he looks at you.
"We're visiting Inazuma this spring. The three of us."
You daughter looks at you, as if she is searching confrimation from you. You take a red lock away from her eyes.
"And don't forget your brushes. You will surely want to paint the cherry blossoms, hm?"
Diluc
Diluc was attentive before, but it's another world with the two kids now.
he's always there for them, he helps with everything that concerns raising them and making them good humans for the future.
he's the most lovely and tender dad ever, and your children adore him as much as he adores them.
"Wait here, I'll go." your husband whispers on your ear before kissing your cheek, and a second before, your bed feels cold without his body cuddling yours. He always hears the kids before you, and it sometimes makes you feel bad, but he always reassures you.
"I wake up with the sound of a fly, and you're tired. It's alright since, most of the times, it's just a little sound, not even screaming or crying."
And it's true, he identifies fast what the sound was: the pacifier falling from your little girl's cradle, your son moving on the bed with the rattle on his hands, a soft sneeze or a tiny kick against the wooden surface of the bed. Even when he knows none of those sounds mean danger, he prefers to check personally what is happening on the little kids' room, walking silently towards there, messy scarlet hair up on a bun and sleepy eyes scanning the cradles once he's there. But he gets surprised when he finds your son, that took his favorite blanket with him and sat on his little sister's cradle, hugging her wet face as she keeps sucking on the pacifier, hiccups attacking her.
"Dad, I didn't want to wake you..." the kid says, and Diluc takes the little girl on his arms, calming her. "I... I thought that if I helped her the way you help me, she would stop crying because of the nightmare, so I gave her the blanket and sit with her to fight against the monsters of the nightmare."
Diluc's expression softens as he kneels near the cradle, being able to look at his son in the eyes, smiling at him and extremely proud of who he became.
"You're the best big brother she could ask for, and I'm sure she felt way more calm when you went to sleep with her. Dad was tired, so it took a time for me to wake up, but I'm glad you managed the situation this way. Still, you need to sleep, so if it ever happens again, you should call us, alright?"
Diluc tries to sleep the little girl without success, as the girl looks to her brother and stretches her little arms towards him. Diluc sighs and, taking your son in the other arm, he walks again to your bedroom, leaving both of them in the big space that the bed leaves, and lying on the other corner. The sudden contact of your daughter's cold little feet wakes you, turning around to face both of them there, cuddling next to you and hugging their dad. You fall asleep again with a smile.

Bucky Barnes Daughter Headcannons
Bucky and his daughter. That's it. That's the post.
Listen
You have your dad wrapped around your little finger
He knows this
Does he care to admit it? Not really
But he knows
He loves you with all his heart
Would put his life on the line for you
Can and will embarrass the shit out of you
Means well, sometimes fucks up
Apologizes profusely
Forgets you're not like him and you didn't experience the same awful things he did
Extremely protective (i.e., has to know where you are and who you're with at all times, doesn't like it when you're out of his line of sight in public, etc.)
Steve has to remind him to let you have some freedom
"She's just a kid, Buck. You can't keep her shielded from the world forever."
Bucky knows this, he really does, he just doesn't want anything to happen to the one good thing in his life
He makes sure to take you to do stuff
You want to go out for breakfast? Sure thing. Wanna go to the mall? Okay, but only for a little while.
He takes therapy very seriously because of you
He wants to make sure he's doing as much as he can to heal himself, even if it's only partially, so that he can be the best father possible to you
AUNTY NATTTTTTTTT
Natasha is the only person besides Steve that he's comfortable leaving you with
He's always suspicious of you two though
Oh, there's bleach in my shampoo? Wonder who did that. -_-
Has to refrain from tearing up when you get hurt, physically, emotionally, or psychologically.
Can't stand the thought of his baby in pain
He's always there to bandage your bruises
I don't see Bucky as the physically affectionate type, but with you, hugs are mandatory
Going out with friends? Hug.
Leaving for school? Hug.
Going to sleep? h u g.
Overall, Bucky is a wonderful father, and he loves you very much

⇀ yechan is such an excitable, happy baby. well, maybe a little too much but nothing jongho can't handle. besides, you both are trying something new on yechan today, that should be fun. right?
⇁ you've heard of hammer time. now is impulse time

buy me coffee ?
From the moment Yechan was able to walk, both you and Jongho know that you got a particularly hyper baby in your hands.
No matter how much you and Jongho whine and panic over Yechan running away at any chance he got, the both of you are actually very glad your son is a happy baby. Sure, the motto in your house has changed to "oh god, where's Yechan?" and you both had to come up with strategies frequently in case Yechan found a way to break free once again, but you just love him so much to actually complain or hate his little quirk. This was why you came up with a weekly trip to the park so that you can bargain with the little bugger to calm down the rest of the week and let loose on that one day in the park. Well, you voiced your concern to your husband's friends and Yeosang jokingly suggest letting the 'pup' have all the fun he wants in the great outdoors. Little did he know, you'd take the suggestion seriously. Of course, Jongho complained about how his hyung had just insinuated that his son needed to be taken for a walk like a dog, but even you can't deny the boy has some puppy qualities to him.
Unlike his 'cousins', the moment Yechan was strong enough to stand, he immediately tried to run off. This was expected as the baby had once crawled around the house so quickly like a crab running from predator. That day, you and Jongho spent the whole day losing, finding, and caging your son who seemed to be able to slip away no problem. Jongho even boasted that one day his son can be a pro athlete to which Mingi joked that it can also mean that Yechan can potentially be a successful thief. Everyone agreed to Jongho almost immediately, after Jongho pinched a large and very dark bruise to Mingi's back.
Yechan, being the smart kid that he is, was fully aware of the days he was going to be out at the park with his cousins based on how the previous night and morning went. Usually, he'd be tucked into his bed in the middle of his cartoon and in the morning, you'd make him pancakes and let him use as much syrup as he wants and his dad would always have to help him not drown the pancake in a lake of syrup (much to his disappointment). Then, after wiping his mouth clean, you'd carry him to his room and let him pick out what he wants to wear from the selection you've put out. After he was done putting his clothes on, his dad would bring him out and sat him down on the couch to watch his cartoon as you and Jongho got ready yourselves.
Usually, that was it. The moment you said 'let's go, boys', Yechan would get off the couch and have you or his dad put his sneakers on his feet. But today was different, he saw you wearing a dress which you usually won't wear especially when you all were going to the park. And Yechan couldn't help but panic when he saw you putting on high heels with him and his dad just standing there, watching.
"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Jongho asked, sighing as he helped you slip your feet in your shoes without crouching down by holding your hands. You nodded at him as you straighten up, "Yes, and because it's a gift, we are going to try it, okay? See if Yechannie likes it," you turned to look at Yechan who was looking at you with much confusion. "Mommy, let's go?" he asked, tilting his head and raising his arms as if he was asking you to carry him. You cooed and opened your arms to which he immediately ran and hug your legs. Gently, you pat Yechan on his head as you explained the situation, "Mommy needs to go meet some of mommy's friends so you go meet your hyungs with daddy, okay?"
The pout on the baby's face almost foiled your plans of not joining them at the park. But thankfully, Jongho stepped in by grabbing the baby up into his strong arm and pulling you into a quick kiss, "Okay, I see where this is going and you are meeting up with your friends, you're not cancelling," he then gently pushed you to the front door and even opened it to let you out, "Yechan and I will be fine so you just have fun, okay?" This time, it was your turn to pout at your husband. "Fine, but please let me know if anything happens, okay? Especially if any one of them makes fun of Yechan," you huffed. Jongho raised an eyebrow confusedly, "Baby, I don't think Yechan's cousins are going to make fun of him, they're great kids," he defended. You rolled your eyes and sighed at your husband's blatant confusion, "I'm talking about your friends, honey. Particularly the one that sounds like a tea kettle," to which Jongho nodded in understanding. "Don't worry, I can handle him just fine, now you go before you're late." Before you could turn to walk away, Yechan squealed and almost threw himself out of his dad's arms. "Mommy, kiss!" he pouted, arms spread widely and eyebrows furrowed in utter displeasure. You couldn't help but giggle at your baby's adorable clinginess that he definitely got from his dad (much to his denial) and took a step back to properly blow a raspberry to your son's cheeks which made him giggle in delight before leaving.
Soon after you left, Yechan was put back on the couch as Jongho cleaned up some things before going into Yechan's room to retrieve something. When Jongho came back in front of Yechan, he looked back and forth between the item in his hands and his son a couple of times, clearly hesitating to do something. Yechan could only stare up at his dad in confusion, not understanding why his dad seemed so concerned. "Daddy?" Jongho snapped out of his trance at the sound of his baby calling for him, "Let's go?" he grinned widely, excitedly awaiting their departure to the park. Jongho smiled at the innocent boy and nodded, signalling that he could get off the couch and that they both were going out.
Just as Yechan was about to walk to the shoe rack, Jongho stopped him and crouched in front of him. "Buddy, you need to wear this before we go," Jongho said as he began attaching the item in his hand to Yechan's body. Yechan looked down, unsure of what the thing is but didn't feel disturbed. Out of curiosity, Yechan tugged on the straps and felt around to feel where the contraption was but before he could even understand what it is, Jongho had scooped him up and placed him on the porch to put both his and Yechan's shoes on. Once Jongho deemed that everyone was ready, he took Yechan in his arms and locked the door before walking off to the elevator to the car, ready for a day of having fun with his son and his friends along with their kids.
The ride to the park wasn't long, they all had managed to find the perfect park not too far from where they were all living separately and the kids love the place to bits.
As per usual, Jongho got off the car first before he rounded the car to his son's side to get him out of his seat. With the clasps of the seat off, Yechan was just about ready to jump off and run to find his friends when Jongho pulled him so that his head was leaning onto his dad's strong shoulder, exposing his back. "Okay buddy, I only need to attach this to you and then we're good to go," Jongho said. Yechan heard something clicked but he didn't know what it was because he couldn't see what was going on. Nevertheless, the thought was wiped away when Jongho carried him in one arm as the other arm carry his diaper bag before closing the car door and locking the car.
Even from simply looking at the leaves Yechan was already excited. The thought of playing tag with his cousin Hunter and Sumin ran through his head, he also wanted to know what toy his cousin Junmin brought that day or what clashing colours is his cousin Minjae wearing. The closer they got to the rendezvous point, the jumpier Yechan got. This is what you would call the equivalent of a race car warming up before taking off and whenever Yechan does it, it never failed to make Jongho chuckle because it was just too precious.
"Yechan!" Yujun screamed when he finally saw his cousin Yechan in Jongho's arms approaching them. Hearing Yujun call Yechan out, the rest of the boys ran away from their parents and out of their games to greet Yechan even though he was still quite further away from the rest of them. Yechan was more than happy to be welcomed though, he started wiggling around, trying to get out of his dad's grasp to run off and meet his cousins halfway. Any one of Jongho's friends would say that it's hard to get out of his grasp but as Yechan is his little baby, Jongho tends to be more gentle and less restrictive on him which was why Yechan was able to jump off and run free towards the nearest boy, Seeun.
One thing Yechan didn't account for was the contraption Jongho put on him not too long ago.
"WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT?" Wooyoung's boisterous voice rang as he fell into Yeosang who was trying to figure out what it was they were seeing. Seonghwa smacked Wooyoung on the backside of his head with his eyes widened in shock, "Can you not say the f word in front of my kid?" he scolded. Wooyoung could only kept laughing though, pointing at Jongho and Yechan, "How can I when the fuck i meant is Jongho with his kid on a leash!"
With that, the rest of the adults on the table; Seonghwa, Yunho, Yeosang, and San snapped their heads to gawk at Yechan who was being pulled to the playground by his cousins as Jongho tailed behind with something in his hand that was attached to Yechan's body.
The closer Jongho got to his friends, the hotter his face felt. It was a huge relief that Yechan didn't seem to understand why his uncles found it so funny that he was tethered to his dad like so. Because Jongho was damn embarrassed for the both of them.
"Don't say anything," Jongho grumbled as he placed Yechan's diaper bag on the picnic table. Wooyoung was trying so hard to hold his laughter in, to the point that he looked like he was trying so hard to not shit his pants. Yunho and Yeosang were in a similar situation but not as severe, both of them sporting dumb grins on their faces as they watched the youngest dad trying his hard to not scream out of embarrassment. San on the other hand was still trying to figure out what it was he was seeing. "Is Yechan on time out or something? Is he being punished?" he asked, looking up at Jongho, not quite sure what he was actually seeing. Maybe Jongho forgot to unlatch the straps of Yechan's car seat and he's just THAT strong that he managed to rip the straps off?
With a groan, Jongho braced himself with the fakest smile he could muster. "No, it's called a safety child tether, it's supposed to-" Wooyoung cut him off before he could say what it's supposed to do, "It's a damn leash, Jongho, I bought Hunter's puppy's the same model but in a different colour," he laughed. At Wooyoung's words, Yunho burst out laughing while Yeosang turned to Yujun as a way to hold his tongue for the sake of the toddler. Thankfully, before Jongho could send Hunter home to his mom with a message that his dad is now floating in the next galaxy, San shoved a sandwich into Wooyoung's mouth to successfully shut him up. "Dude, Yechan's not a dog," he scolded his friend, receiving nothing but a scoff from him but thankfully no backtalk. Just as Jongho felt glad that at least one of his friends is defending him, San turned to look at him and stated with a deadpan look, "But yeah man, that's a leash." "It's not!" Jongho cried, plopping himself on a vacant spot, simultaneously pulling Yechan off of Junghoon and closer to him, "It's a child safety tether and (y/n)'s friend bought it when she heard that we got a runner in the family." Out of curiosity, Seonghwa took a seat closest to Jongho after handing Junmin his juice box, "Wait, which friend?" he asked, to which Jongho simply answered, "The middle-aged lady with like 6 succulents on her desk and always wear that red coat." All of his friends almost simultaneously smacked their foreheads in disbelief and it took Yeosang saying something to make Jongho understand, "You mean the lady with 6 dogs and counting?" It was then that Jongho looked down on Yechan and remembered what you told him after you brought home the so-called present, something about your friend using the same thing on her misbehaving child. "But she does have kids!" Jongho tried to defend himself. "Those dogs are her kids, Jongho, we all saw her Instagram page!" Yunho said, shaking his head.
Defeated, Jongho could only stare at his son who was staring up at him innocently. He felt bad and almost like he was responsible for putting him in such a position. Almost.
"And look who we have here!" Jongho heard Mingi call out.
He turned slightly and saw Mingi and Hongjoong walking towards them whilst carrying a cooler together. Wanting to greet them, Yechan let out a squeal and was about to take off on his own but he ended up flopping onto his stomach with an 'oof' instead because the tether held him back.
Sumin squeaked and ran to Yechan's side, followed by Hyunwoo who left his sister Soohyun with Junghoon to check if the toddler was okay. Jongho was about to jump in and hold the boy in case he cried, but Yechan only looked up and grinned goofily at everyone around him. Even as Sumin and Hyunwoo help him up, Yechan only giggled until Mingi crouched down in front of him.
"Why hello there... Puppy?" He joked, almost making Wooyoung choke on his water. "Hyung..." Jongho warned but Mingi just waved him off, "Look at you all happy!" Mingi pointed out which made Yechan giggle louder and stomp on his feet side by side, "Your tail's a-wagging!" Mingi exclaimed, causing Wooyoung to burst into another fit of laughter, surprising Hunter who wanted to ask him for his water bottle. San and Yunho had to drag him away before he burst his stomach. "Hyung, I swear," Jongho warned, pouting at how his friend was making his son seem more like a puppy. "Oh, lighten up, Jongho," Hongjoong chuckled, "You know your son is a good boy. A very, very good boy and we just want to appreciate that," he smirked. Realizing that Hongjoong had jumped in, Jongho could only groan and bury his face in his palm. "I swear, you guys are KILLING me," he grumbled into his own hands. Yechan took notice of his dad's posture and pouted, momentarily leaving his uncle Mingi to tap on his thigh, "Daddy, okay?" worry was obvious in his voice, not liking that his dad seemed distraught. "Maybe your dad just needs a drink, Yechannie. Here, fetch!" Mingi reached into the cooler and was about to pass Yechan a bottle of cold water. Thankfully, Jongho heard the command first and his head shot up to glare at the two people before him, "No, don't! Yechan, stay!"
The adults froze when Jongho slipped a command at his own son. They all needed a moment to process what had just happened but once complete realization was made, not even Seonghwa could hold in his laughter, he had to turn his body so as to not laugh even more while Hongjoong doubled over, holding his stomach. Yeosang was clutching his chest as he continuously slap Jongho's shoulder in amusement, laughing at both Jongho's situation and the fact that Mingi was on all fours on the ground, heaving like a cat trying to pass a furball. On the other side, a little bit further away, Yunho was laughing at how San and Wooyoung were completely on the ground, clutching their foreheads in pain as they laughed. They had managed to bump their foreheads together clumsily but not even that could stop them from laughing their asses off.
"Guys, please, you're all ADULTS with CHILDREN!" Jongho scolded angrily but the shade of red on his face indicated that he was rather embarrassed.
Confused, Yechan tugged his dad's pants and tilted his head to the side, "Uncles okay?" behind him stood Sumin who could only stare at his dad on the ground with his eyebrows furrowed. Hyunwoo had run off when he heard his dad laughing whilst saying 'ow', concerned and curious. Of course, Jongho would be more than happy to explain to his child that his uncles are crazy or that they were possessed, but Yechan was just a child and it would be such a shame to waste a good excuse in this situation. With a sigh, Jongho smiled at the boy and pat his head before removing the tethe- fuck it, it's a fucking leash, he removed it from his son's body before sending him and Sumin off to play, a cover because he was about to kick some grown-up ass.
Safe to say, you came home later in the day with the child leash ripped apart and shoved into the trashcan followed by Jongho ranting about how the day went. Even you had to admit it was funny but with your husband's passion for his son's justice, you decided to keep quiet and tease both him and Yechan at another day. Most likely the very next.
