roy in titans 99 is so funny to me because it’s like he got a daughter (lian) a while back then went “wait lowkey i love this parenting shit” then decided to get a teenager to parent (grant) because nobody else was doing it and he felt he could’ve done better by the kid then went “i need someone to look after my little girl” so at the event held to celebrate his newly self-actualized ex/best friend he picked up YET ANOTHER teenager (rose) like that’s the funniest found family known to man, actually. and he fought rose’s dad at least once during that same comic and took out his anger at the cutout of rose’s dad. AND he’s got insane amounts of baby mama drama. nobody is doing it like him. if they’d kept grant around for longer we could have had a great family dinner.

People will really go out of their way to find ways to complain about how people ship. "oh but there's canon this (which is what I want to ship)" great, bud. Ship away. There's a tag for you! "I don't like this ship, why can't they just ship (this ship I like)?" Because shippers gonna ship, there's still a tag just for your preferred ship!

Trust me, I feel it. One of my faves has a super popular ship I don't vibe with. Know what I did? blocked that tag and let them ship without bothering me about it. We can leave character tags neutral and ship in ship tags. It's a good setup here. Enjoy your ships.

You can even block headcanons you don't like! It's why we love tags here so much (and get a little pissy when people abuse them - use tags appropriately, this isn't insta or tiktok, you're not influencing the algorithm here.) It helps keep things organized when you use tags to tag just what you want (and whatever algorithm there is here learns only what you want).

Surround yourself with what you want to see in your tumblr experience and you'll be a lot happier that way, trust.

I saw this TikTok using this audio being like oh I’m in jail I need your help and the person on the other end being like wait your in jail so this means this is your only phone call and the person in jail is like yeah and then the other person hangs up the phone someone was like this is Jason and tim and I was like nah Jason not calling Tim 🤣 I was like Jason’s calling Roy not Tim but he still don’t answer and someone was like yeah but then he’s still calling Tim after and I’m like he can’t if that’s his one phone call 🤣 SO BECAUSE OF THAT TIKTOK HERES A LIST MY BF AND I MADE OF WHO JASON IS CALLING WAY BEFORE TIM!
