ackk thank you so much i’m glad you loved it. as i always say to anyone who mentions adepti’s guide, it’s one of my fav works and i plan on updating someday, just probably not anytime soon.

and about navia, i love her!! didn’t really have much of an opinion on her when she was first leaked and ppl started calling her taylor swift for some reason. but after doing the archon quests, i just fell in love. i love how she isn’t afraid to cry and how she stood up for herself multiple times, and she had the balls to speak up against neuvillette. i was honestly sad during the first part of the 4.0 archon quest where she asked traveler and paimon to be her partners in finding the missing girls and traveler declined. like, she was so hopeful!! and the way she still treated them to a meal even though budgets are tight. she’s a real one.

Once again, I’m really glad you like Leikata! I think this is the first ask I’ve ever received relating to him— so congrats!! Tbh, I’d love to make more Leikata content and showcase more Pomefiore Student C shenanigans— but because of circumstances (injury + school), I’ve chosen to prioritize Cloche since she’s the most well-known. ok first this i funny bc i think the last ask i js put in was not as an anon which is fine bc it's really not that deep but i signed it as my anon name (which i adore btw tysm for that) and i js think that's quite silly

ANYWHORE....

so as we all know midterms are a terrible rotten creation and the person who made them deserves to burn in hell (maybe that's a stretch but they certainly get zero brownie points from me 😠) and ofc you absolutely feel that way when you're studying for them. and YES okay, you studied bc failing bc you didn't study and failing bc you don't understand the material are two very different things. the minute you find out you're absolutely CRUSHED bc you work sooooo hard in this class and are always studying and doing what's required of you but it just doesn't make a single ounce of fucking sense in your brain. so you trek back to your place all mopey and sad and on top of that you have work tonight, and don't get it twisted you love your job (otherwise you wouldn't have met harry) but all you want to do rn is curl up in a ball and shovel loads of junk food in your fat gob and wallow in the feelings of pity and being a failure :(((((((. but you can't bc for whatever reason the government says you're legally and big girl and have to take care of yourself (fuck that) so you put on your little uniform and walk the few blocks it takes to get to Pleasing. ppl can tell you're sad and just not your regular chipper self when you come in, but they also know it's best to leave you be in these situations bc you're bound to start SOBBING if someone asks what's wrong and as much as your coworkers love and care for you they cannot afford to be down a staff member so you crying is not any option 💀💀. so you're going through your shift and it's honestly better than you thought it would be bc it's keeping your mind off your grade and how bad it is and your friends and making you laugh, but then the snob of the night just has to come in and ruin the whole mood. you already know you won't like serving him the minute he opens his mouth, all "listen honey..." and you tune out the rest of his words until he finally orders. his date looks bloody miserable, and you wish you could tell her to run for the hills, but at least she's getting a free meal from a five-star restaurant. so yada yada yada things are going relatively fine with the customer until *uh oh* his pasta got messed up. he asked for his cilantro on the side and it, unfortunately for you, came with none at all. you're on the verge of apologizing when he starts chewing you out "what the fuck is your issue? are you really that dense? i get you're just some dumb waitress but you have to have at least half a brain to work at a place like this...." he's so unbelievably rude, causing a scene and grabbing the other customers attention, making them stare as he just yells and yells and yells :(((((. eventually, one of your coworkers, jenny let's say, comes over with the cilantro and slams it on the table and "we're sorry for the inconvenience sir, please enjoy your meal" he doesn't thank them or apologize to you (though his date does which is unnecessary but appreciated) and jenny ushers you away and is all "go see harry hun, it's fine" bc she's one of your closer friends from work and knows more about your relationship with harry than the others. so you run over to his office with a short nod of thanks to her and you don't even bother knocking before you push the door open. and harry's about to scold you until he sees you're crying (which you hadn't realized until just then) and he's pushing away from his desk and rushing to you and "puppy? what's wrong, my sweet girl?" :(((( and so you run down the whole day, from your failed midterm to the shitty customer just a few minutes ago, crying and blubbering into his pristinely pressed shirt. you don't notice that he makes a short call during your rant to get the customer who yelled at you kicked out, but it doesn't matter bc it's short and his full attention is back on you in no time. "baby, m'sorry, so so sorry about your midterm and the mean customers" :(((((( and he wipes your tears away until your cries have settled down to soft hiccups and "c'mon puppy, we're ending the night early"

okayokay you know he's going to be STRESSING about this for days before the actual thing

he feels clueless when it comes to romance. he's seen it before, he knows what he's /supposed/ to do, but it's all so hard to do when he's with you!! it feels like everything he knows just goes out the window as soon as you're beside him

so yes this is on his mind for ages before he even works up the nerve to ask you, and even more so once he finally gets the question out. when you say yes he's honestly surprised, even though he definitely shouldn't be because both of you are probably painfully obvious about it 😭😭

anyway. planning.

he doesn't want to do it at fishenships because he's there literally all day almost every day. not the prime location for something important to him. so he talks it over with frank and decides on something simple that you can both enjoy

beach date !!

he invites you out for a summer evening hanging out the docks and the beach. the two of you eat a packed meal he brought from the tavern as a special little picnic, which he also planned the hell out of. bought those cheap little plastic candles to hold the blanket down and for some nice mood lighting. he plays it off like it's a joke, mostly because he loves the way you smile when you see them.

you finish eating a little before sunset, and the two of you kick off your shoes and decide to wade along the waterline as the sun sets. it casts the shoreline in an otherworldly glow of oranges and reds and pinks, and noah watches as it lights up your features like nothing has before. you're in the middle of talking about something, and the sound of your voice paired with the lighting just. yeah. he's down bad.

you end up splashing him at some point. he definitely ends up losing his glasses in the tide. that's a whole ordeal to find but you do. speaking from experience, nothing bonds u better than life or death hunt for glasses in the waves lmaoo

perhaps. a kiss while the sun is setting. the pink of the sky edges into the purples and blues of nightfall, the first stars twinkle high above, and the two of you stand ankle-deep in the water and share a kiss. perhaps.

he walks you home, too, and makes sure you get inside safe :) wishes you goodnight.

literally cannot get the blush off his face the whole walk home, though. his whole family knows it went well because he's smiling the rest of the night.

first off, we know he's a romantic at heart. he's definitely going to show up with flowers to walk you to the date.

pablo would definitely take you out to the tavern to start off. he's there often enough that it's comfortable for him and if you're close, it's safe to assume he's invited you plenty of times, too. he just loves the atmosphere! the food is great, the music is good, the vibe of the whole place is nice–it just feels like a good, neutral spot to start.

the two of you meet there a little after sunset and order some dinner! you sit together in a corner booth so that you can still observe what's happening without feeling obligated to join in conversations outside the two of you if you don't want to. it's a great start to let both of you feel comfortable. plus you know the food is some of the best you're gonna get in starlet town 😌

conversation comes really easily! there's really no tension; it's not formal in the slightest and pablo is such a charismatic guy that he can take any lull in conversation and make something work. it's obvious that he's a little more nervous being on a /date/ with you, though. you can probably see him fidgeting like crazy when he doesn't think you're paying attention and he's always looking for some assurance that he's doing well, even if it's just in your smile or the sound of your laughter when his jokes land.

you share a round of drinks, and by the end of the meal the both of you are feeling good 😎

if you want the night to continue, the two of you can head back to his place 💪 he's got a great setup in his garage for the two of you to hang out in. he'll play you all kinds of music, maybe even watch a movie or two. he will DEFINITELY do the yawn-stretch hand around your shoulders thing lol. he'll melt if you rest against him while you're watching anything together.

once you're tapped out (if you don't decide to just spend the night) he'll offer to walk you home. the two of you take the most scenic route you can, half because he wants to hear you point out all the little things you pass along the way and half because he wants the night to last a little longer

he just loves the sound of your voice tbh. man is down bad

he'll walk you up the porch and say goodnight, and, if everything's gone well, he'll sneak you a goodnight kiss in the dim glow of your porch light before he sees you off

he's head over heels by the end of the first date though. no doubt. man is a hardcore romantic at heart.

To start, I absolutely loved "Cold Hands, Warm Heart" (vampire Jun has my heart, and the whole world you created around the idea was beautifully executed and described) and "Under the Sun: Woozi" (this series has to be my favourite of all time and I can't wait to read the other parts when you get there in your own time). It's one of my Resident Evil games. I know it's not overly scary and it wasn't well-received by diehard fans at its release, but I personally liked it. The co-op is fun, I enjoyed the split pathways, and it did a lot of fun things (Sherry, Piers, and Jake). Anyways, gaming with the HHU would be so fun and you captured their personalities perfectly in your drabble. I love your writing so much. You try to be as quiet as you can, opening Remus’ door. It clunks aggressively, louder as it closes.

“Fuck,” you mutter, and with his appearance in the doorway, “sorry, Remus, I didn’t mean to slam the door. I can’t ever get used to- oh. This is nice.”

Remus presses his warm cheek to your wind bitten forehead, arms wrapped around you tightly. “I missed you,” he says brightly.

“I missed you too,” you tell him, heart split by a lurching tug and a buzzing pleasure.

The hug is, to your disappointment, very brisk. When he pulls away he takes your cold face in his big hands, cradling your cheeks. The way he looks at you - like you’re a marvel, like he just can’t believe it - makes your thoughts blurry.

He unbuttons your coat, has you stripped out of its damp fabric quicker than you can comprehend, hand slipping down your arm to catch your hand.

“Your timing is perfect as always, my love.”

You almost trip over your own feet, surprised at his adoring tone.

He leads you to the kitchen where two plates of steaming food and their respective silverware beckon you forward. You slip into your seat and Remus sits beside you, and your elbows knock as you eat.

You keep apologising and he keeps shaking his head. It’s boggling.

“How was work?” he asks.

You swallow a mouthful of water cold enough to hurt your teeth and nod as you say, “It was okay. S’quiet.”

He flashes a grin and moves in for another forkful. “Yeah?”

“Sorry, I’m always so boring when I-”

“I wanna hear it.”

He says it so earnestly. You swallow roughly and struggle to say what you mean. “It’s fine there. I mean... I doubt they’d notice if I didn’t show up,” you say, joking but not really joking.

“More fool them. Stay home tomorrow, then, and I’ll have you all to myself,” he says, nudging his elbow into yours with a smirk.

Of course Remus is fond of you, he’s your boyfriend, but sometimes you wonder why. This is one of those times. You sneak peeks at him throughout the rest of the meal and then some more when he sequesters you in the small living room.

He sits on one end of the sofa and you sit at the other. It’s barely five minutes before he’s shuffling towards you, dropping his head on your shoulder.

“Are you okay?” you ask him.

He peeks up at you. “I’m perfect. Why, is something the matter?”

“No, nothing. I just- I feel like you have something to tell me.”

He frowns, puzzled, and then something charming lines his eyes. “Oh, I love you. Did I forget to tell you this morning? I’m sorry, dove, I was half asleep.”

“No, you told me twice. And once on the phone.”

He looks relieved. “All's right with the world, then.”

You nod though you don’t understand. In fact, this conversation has confuddled you tenfold. “Right,” you agree. “Um, can I shower?”

He frowns again. “Can’t it wait?”

“I- yeah. Yeah.”

“Are you sure there’s not something wrong?”

“No,” you say honestly.

He lifts his face from your shoulder, smile turning awkward. “What? What is it?”

“Is the shower broken?”

Bewilderment, pure bewilderment. “No?”

“So why does it need to wait?”

Remus pouts in his confusion, voice gentle as he explains, “Because I’ve missed you all day? A lot. A lot a lot.”

A rush again, that awful tugging feeling. That doesn’t make any sense, you don’t say. That doesn’t make any sense. People don’t want me like that.

“I missed you,” he repeats, like he can tell you don’t believe it. “Dove, I miss you all the time. All the time. I wait for you to get home. You know?”

“Of course I know,” that he waits. That he’s kind.

He sighs loudly and twists, dropping his shoulders into your lap. You’re surprised but you love him, and your hands know that. Your fingertips brush over the sides of his face, your knuckle running over his cheek.

“I’d be willing to let you shower now if I can come with you,” he says teasingly.

You bend down until your noses are touching and shut your eyes.

“Can’t it wait?” you ask.

His laughter is hot on your lips.

you could only watch in embarrassment as CHILDE sings an ed sheeran song with his whole heart while strumming a guitar in hand below your window, his smile never fading away from his face. you prayed to celestia above that no one around the neighborhood is currently sleeping due to how loud he was— especially when he suddenly yelled out “DO YOU WANT TO BECOME MY PARTNER FOR PROM?”

you could only admire the look of your boyfriend’s face as KAZUHA starts reciting another poem that he wrote just for you under the maple tree of his yard, feeling relaxed from your surroundings — until there was one phrase from the poem that made your eyes widen in surprise. the man above you lets out an amused chuckle when you pointed the certain line out. “yes, i was asking if you want to go with me to prom… i do hope you’re planning on saying yes.”

nothing is as shocking as the sight of many roses that forms a phrase “be my date to prom, y/n?” in the schoolyard. you could care less about the fact that your schoolmates are seeing such a surprising sight, how could you say no to your boyfriend, KAEYA, who’s standing a few steps from his work with a grin etched on his face?

the ones with the best dance moves — eula, tartaglia

you could watch in awe as you watch EULA dancing on the center of the dance floor as though no one is watching her (in reality everyone else was watching in amazement). your awe expression immediately turns to shock when she suddenly came up to you and reach her hand out towards you, gesturing you to come dance with her as a slow song starts playing.

you and TARTAGLIA were simply swaying in each other’s arms as an ed sheeran song in the background, enjoying each other’s presence throughout the song. it wasn’t until the song suddenly changed to a dubstep when your boyfriend suddenly switched up from being whispering sweet nothings to you into challenging a nearby dancer with a smirk on his face. “hey you! come and have a dance off with me!”

the ones with the food — raiden shogun, itto, and zhongli

in comparison to slow-dancing and sit with the one and only RAIDEN SHOGUN, you pretty much prefer sharing each other’s tricolor dangos with her as the both of you watch people dance in the dance floor, listening as your prom partner talks about whatever comes in her mind and let you get to know her as more than the cold and mysterious student of your batch.

you honestly wish that you take back what you said when you told ITTO that it’s impossible to eat ramen upside down as you currently watch him trying to prove you wrong. unnoticed to you both, some people around you were watching the scene as well in surprised, only for them to cheer loud when itto actually finished the ramen upside down. you could only watch him with your mouth agape as he sends you a proud smile. “what’s my reward for proving you wrong?” my heart it seems, you thought to yourself with a smile.

you paid no mind to the fact that your meal is growing cold as you continue to listen to ZHONGLI ranting about history, nodding and adding comments here and there to let him know that you’re listening attentively and definitely not simping for his super nice voice. your cheeks then warmed when he suddenly grabbed your meal and scooped some of them towards your mouth. “as much as i appreciate you listening to me unlike most people, i wouldn’t want you to starve on such a peaceful night, hm?”

the ones with the crown — jean and diluc

you immediately cheered when your girlfriend is announced as the prom queen, watching as her jaw drops down to the ground in shock and became unsure on what to do. you couldn’t help but feel amused when everyone started chanted JEAN’S name much to her embarrassment as she continues to stay on her seat and not take the crown. it wasn’t until you offered to escort her there when jean had the courage to go up to the stage with you on her side.

when DILUC was announced as the prom ruler, you could only laugh your ass off from the look of his tired face. however, your laughter only lasted for such a short time when you too was announced as the other prom ruler, causing his mouth to twitch upward from the turn of events. it truly was a sight to see you and diluc defeatedly accepting the crowns.

the ones with the getaway car — thoma, itto, xiao, and albedo

you weren’t sure if your palms was the one that’s sweating or THOMA’S as the both of you run down the stairs towards his car, grinning from ear to ear from the fact that you dipped out from the school’s prom night party. your smile could only grew wider when the both of you thought out loud of going to the same place together. as thoma starts the car and instantly drives away to the night, you could only hope that the school didn’t choose you or thoma as the prom rulers right now.

when you and ITTO have grown bored of tonight’s party, you casually asked him if he would like to visit your place and order some pizza together, only for him to immediately accept and offer to drive you there. it’s safe to say that you did not regret spending the whole night watching rom-com movies with itto instead of partying with your schoolmates.

you immediately said yes without a second thought when XIAO asks if you want to ditch the party and come with him to a nearby arcade place that he found while driving his way to the school. you later on found out that your classmates did not lie when they said that your prom partner was a god in games. by the end of the night, you and xiao walk out from the place together with prizes in hand and feelings perhaps.

you honestly don’t know how you ended up talking to ALBEDO about your experiments in your laboratory in the corner of the gymnasium— you don’t even know the guy much and yet here the both of you are; talking to each other as though you two are old friends reuniting. you then realized that you automatically said yes when the mysterious man asked if you wanted to see some of his experiments, feeling your cheeks warmed when he suddenly grabs your now-sweaty palm and head towards the exit of the gym, ranting about the experiment that he’s planning to show you, not noticing how his mouth suddenly twitches upward that his plan on talking to you worked.

You hadn't talked to Sanji in days. To anyone else, this would have seemed fine. To you, however, it was a rarity. The man could barely keep his eyes, hands, and thoughts off of you, he was like a puppy who constantly needed your attention. It's one of the things you loved most about him.

Although, now you didn't know if you wanted to see him.

In your guys’ most recent fight he'd become someone else entirely. You watched him start to slip away from himself, becoming more like the experiment Germa had always wanted him to become. You knew in your heart that it wasn't his fault, but how could you unsee something like that? The kind and caring boyfriend you had fallen in love with had disappeared right in front of your eyes. He became a machine, a man-made killer. It horrified you.

And he realized it.

Later that day when he tried to ask if you were okay, you outright avoided him. When he attempted to serve you a meal that night, you politely declined. You hadn't looked him in the eyes in forty-eight hours.

Sanji was no idiot, he was the exact opposite. He quickly put the pieces together, realizing that his actions had caused you discomfort. He was wracked with guilt and regret. He wanted nothing more than to hold your hands and plead for your forgiveness. He wanted to prove that he was someone you could be safe around. But after that moment, how would it be possible? How was he supposed to know for absolute certain that he wouldn't hurt you again? He didn't know how so all he could do was follow in your footsteps and avoid you.

It was painful for both of you, more than either of you would've expected.

Sanji spent this time mostly alone. If he couldn't be around you, he didn't want to be around anyone. He would never admit it to anyone else, but in the loneliness of his cabin, the tears didn't stop flowing. He hated himself for being this thing. He hated Germa for making him into something he never wanted to be. Something you didn't want him to be. It was a pill he had never been able to swallow and he knew trying now would be useless.

He hurt you. He made you feel uncomfortable. Unsafe.

That was the one thing he hated more than his modified genes.

He could barely bring himself to cook, let alone be a friend to the rest of the crew. Without you, his whole world crumbled around him, he felt useless, pathetic, weak. Just like he'd been told during his childhood.

Sanji didn't think he would ever experience worse pain than he already had. What could've been worse than abuse from his own family? What could be more terrifying than starving on an island for a month with no guarantee of survival?

This. This is what was worse.

Not only having to acknowledge that Germa had in a sense won, but that in them doing so, he had lost you too.

The regret bubbled in his stomach until it ate him from the inside out. Every moment he spent awake he was nauseous. Every time he tried to sleep he was woken up in a pool of cold sweat. His heart never stopped racing, his leg never stopped shaking, and his brain never stopped screaming.

But all of that was worth it to him as long as you felt safe.

But you didn't.

You didn't feel safe. Not here, not on any other island, not with anyone else. You could feel the tension in the air when you walked around the ship. You had to barge through every wall of strain just to talk to your friends. Being separated from Sanji had taken a larger toll on you than you wanted to admit.

You wanted to run in his arms and squeeze him tight as you had so many times before. You wanted to see his warm smile, feel his soft skin against yours, hear his bold laugh echo through the kitchen walls.

You wanted Sanji back. Your boyfriend. The man you fell for oh so long ago.

But was it even him anymore? Was he still the same guy that's saved your life on countless occasions? The same guy who memorized all your favorite recipes just to satisfy you? You had no way to tell.

Living in the hell of ignoring him seemed like the only option. It made you sick to your stomach. Despite this, you stuck by your choice. You valued yourself and understood when your feelings had to come first, even though they may be the hardest emotions you've had to shove down.

A full week had passed. You hadn't gotten any better and it seemed like Sanji hadn't either. You hadn't seen him act like his normal self since the situation started. His food tasted just as amazing as always, but the presentation of it was lacking. Every day broke him down further.

He couldn't stand it anymore. If you and he were going to cut each other off for good, he at least wanted to attempt to make things right first. Nobody else on the crew had been affected by his sudden power awakening and he found it bitterly ironic. Ironic that the one person who he cared about most had been the only one to get distressed due to what he had done.

He needed to talk to you, he just hoped you'd let him.

You heard a knock on your cabin door. Expecting it to be Zoro, or Nami, or Chopper, or anyone else but Sanji, you spoke a soft “Come in.”.

You watched your door creak open and you had to clench your teeth together to keep your jaw from falling to the floor.

Your boyfriend (ex-boyfriend?) looked awful. It looked like someone threw him into a lion’s den and told him to try to fight them off. His hair was messy, the glint in his eyes was gone, he didn't look anything like himself. You felt your stomach twist in tight knots. You were terrified that your worries were about to be proven right.

“Sanji..?” You asked, cautiously. You whispered, afraid that raising your voice any higher would shatter any glass in the room.

He didn't say anything. He just looked at the ground and shook his head. Long golden curls fell over his eyes as he avoided eye contact.

“You can come in.” You reiterated, even more carefully.

As much as you knew what you could be getting yourself into, seeing Sanji stand there like a shell of himself was heartbreaking, too much for you to simply do nothing.

He nodded his head softly and walked into the doorway. You tapped the spot on the bed next to you and he trudged over, keeping his eyes on the floor as he took each step.

You heard the sniffles get louder and watched as tears dotted the ground. Only then did you realize he was crying. You couldn't remember the last time you saw Sanji cry.

He sat down next to you with all the care in the world. He planted his feet and fussed with the bedsheets in his hands. He sat a big distance away from you, doing everything in his power to try to seem like he wasn't going to hurt you.

You swallowed a thick lump in your throat. You had no idea what was about to happen.

“(Y/n), do you hate me?” You listened as Sanji choked back a sob.

Your heart cracked and your eyes welled with tears almost instantly. Why would he ask you something like that?

“I don't hate you. I've never hated you.” You keep your tone hushed. You have to force each word out.

Then Sanji meets your eyes for the first time in what feels like forever. His eyes are glassy, his face is splotched with red patches, and his bottom lashes are stuck to his under eyes. He looks like he's been through hell. A man dragged through the deepest pits of regret and drowned in guilt. Your stomach flips queasily.

“I scared you, didn't I? That's why you're avoiding me.” His lips quiver as he speaks so quietly you can barely make out the words.

You clear your throat and nod, not knowing how to respond to his statement. He was right, of course, but how could you admit that to his face?

“I expected as much…” His voice cracked. He wiped the drops leaking out of his nose and cringed at the disgusting feeling. “I'm sorry, (Y/n). For everything.” He looked away from you once again as he poured his heart out onto the messed-up bed below.

You stayed silent but you felt the hot tears begin to roll down your cheeks.

“I didn't know-” His words cut off short. Whatever he was going to say was something he didn't want to talk about. You didn't push him, but you were curious.

“I didn't know that would happen. I didn't think it ever would, I didn't want it to, I never wanted it to!” His hands gripped the mattress as his speech picked up in speed. He was a timer ticking down, and fast. “If I would’ve known that suit was going to ruin me I would've..I wouldn't have…” The scattered thoughts in his mind weren't able to form before they spilled out of his mouth.

“I would've gotten you out of there. I would've made sure you never had to see it. I wasn't able to protect you… you shouldn't have even needed protecting in the first place! I-... I’m sorry I’m not safe to be around.” His ranting came to a halt. All fire in his eyes turned to heartache. His knuckles slowly gained color again as his clutch on the bed loosened.

You didn't even think as you grabbed one of his hands and grasped it tightly within your own. You felt him shaking. Any thoughts you thought about him before had washed away at this moment. None of it mattered. What mattered was him, helping him. Maybe you were still scared and maybe you still had your doubts, but what you were one hundred percent sure of was your love for this man. Genetically modified or not, this was Sanji. Right here, right now. These emotions were his own and you knew it.

You looked at him and tilted his chin towards you with your free hand. The glint in his eyes came back as you moved the strand of damp hair out of his face.

You gave him a weak smile and held his hand tighter. The tears pooled at the bottom of your face and dripped down onto your skirt.

“Sanji, it's alright…It's going to be alright.”

Tysm!! I really appreciate it. This is honestly a cute idea so I’m happy to write some HCs:

Modern!Claude and an S/O with a sweet tooth:

He would honestly love it; he would definitely buy his S/O their favorite candies as a small surprise or whenever they want.

Claude wouldn’t make any comments about it; at worst, he hopes that you can sample his own sweets. He loves to cook and bake, so he would hope to get his S/O to eat something that wasn’t candy now and again.

In my version of him, he can taste despite not needing to eat human food. Because of this, he himself has a big sweet tooth. Claude, however, prefers chocolate and baked goods. If S/O also loves chocolate, then they’re a great match.

All the candy holidays are a great excuse for him to go all out and get his S/O’s favorites, but he would definitely try and get them to try some adventurous candies with him. Even if they’re less than pleasant or downright gross, he would at least want them to have the experience. He also gets a kick out of it, snickering to himself whenever S/O has a bad or funny reaction.

He would definitely try some of their favorites and grow to love them. That is, of course, if S/O shares. If not, consider separate candy stashes because Claude would 100% take a piece now and again. Being devilish, he would probably take some more often if S/O didn’t like to share.

Now whenever he sees certain candies, he thinks of S/O and feels fuzzier than he ever thought he would.

If they live together, then the home is full of sugary stuff. It’s all neatly organized since it’s Claude - he would be into the current trend of reorganizing everything into different jars and containers - but it’s definitely a dedicated section.

Tbh I can see Claude really being into sour candy, forcing his S/O to listen to him monologuing about the duality of it.

“The sweet turns into sour, the sour turns into sweet… it’s malleable, such is the way of-” meanwhile S/O just wants to eat their candy in peace LMAO

Claude knows what to do during an S/O’s sugar crash should that happen; I don’t think he would know what to do for himself. He’d suddenly get one for the first time and wonder what was going on.

There’s actually an adorable Claude x reader Drabble in which Claude and Reader eat a lot of Halloween Candy; I’m getting a little inspiration from it so here’s a link.

Basically just indulging S/O in their sweet tooth and allowing himself to do the same with his; of course, he makes sure to supply enough nutrition for them during meal times.

Osamu

Osamu loved you and you both knew that, but he wasn’t one to always be vocal about it

Not that he didn’t like saying it but his actions always spoke louder than his words

The way he cared for you, cooked for you, and the soft touches he would leave on your skin told you everything you needed to know

And he knew you felt the same way about him, he was very secure in your relationship and trusted you deeply

But he didn’t realize just how much you meant to him until he saw all your little gestures

He’d had a long day at the opening of one of his restaurants

You came by to cheer him up during his break and your presence was just the boost he needed to get through the rest of the day

He didn’t have to ask you to come by, you just did it

And instead of leaving him, you helped out around the register to aid his tired staff

He was so grateful to have you and couldn’t stop smiling at you the whole time

When it was time to close he told you to go home and he would meet you there, not wanting to take advantage of your kindness

Admittedly he was a bit upset when you obliged and immediately left but he knew he’d see you soon enough

And when he came home to see you had prepared a hot dinner for the both of them, he could feel his chest tighten

“I wanted to make a warm meal for us instead of eating leftovers! Besides, I’m sure you’re tired of onigiri by now”

He actually almost cried right there

He knew he wanted to always come home to you and have a meal with you

It was such a small thing but that was the moment he knew he wanted you by his side forever

He started planning the proposal while you were eating and by the time you finished he was already thinking about ring designs

Sakusa

It is not easy to weasel your way into Sakusa’s heart, but you managed to do it

He felt secure with you and appreciated that you never scolded him for his germaphobic ways

The first time he realized he liked you was when you went out of your way to make sure you had sanitized your hands and had a mask on before approaching him

And it truly paid off, because now he had no qualms about being near you

He didn’t care about any germs you may have because it was you

He always felt a sense of pride and deep love when he saw you picking up his cleaning and hygiene habits

Then the unthinkable happened

Sakusa Kiyoomi got sick

You were both absolutely flabbergasted

He had told you to just leave him in the bedroom with some supplies like medicine, tissues, and some water and he would be fine on his own

But you absolutely refused and stayed by his side even when he tried kicking you out

He was at the very least able to convince you to wear a mask

You were there to remind him when it was time to take another dose of his medicine, made meals for him, and even fed him when he didn’t feel strong enough to do it for himself

He was grateful but couldn’t help but think of all the germs he was passing onto you

You kept telling him you didn’t care, that he meant more to you than any silly germs

And besides, with all the hygiene habits you picked up from him you knew you weren’t going to be getting sick

He always knew he loved you but what absolutely sealed the deal for him was when his whole body ached and he felt like he was dying and just couldn’t fall asleep, you came to the rescue

You crawled into bed with him and pulled his body close to yours, resting his head on your chest while you lovingly stroked his hair

He was too weak to push you away and he honestly loved the contact

You pulled your mask down to leave soft kisses on his forehead and whisper reassuring comments to him

Just before he drifted off to sleep he concluded that he always wanted to fall asleep with you by his side

Kageyama

Kageyama is not good with words and to most people who don’t know him the way you do, he’s terrible at expressing his emotions

And those statements are not entirely untrue, but in the time you’ve been together you’ve gotten him to open up

And while he still isn’t great at verbally expressing himself, the way he always makes sure you’re happy and by his side shows just how much he loves you

He still gets flustered whenever you tell him you love him, but he’s getting better at it

He actually really appreciates you and everything you’ve done for him

Before you, he never imagined someone loving him unconditionally and putting up with his obsession with volleyball

But the way you always offered to toss a ball for him to practice his setting and patiently waited and watched his practices made his heart soar

You respected him and his dreams and always supported him

He very nearly cried the first time he saw you at one of his games in his jersey

But he always felt uneasy because he knew he wanted to pursue volleyball on an international level and he wasn’t sure how you’d react

Of course he wanted you by his side no matter what but how would you feel about moving to another country so he could join a foreign team?

He had no choice but to tell you, and it was very hard to get the words out when he couldn’t even look you in the eye

His heart raced at a million beats per minute until he felt your soft hand caress his cheek

His eyes shot up to look at you and stared back lovingly at him

“I’m so proud of you Tobio and if you don’t mind, I’d love to come with you”

He blinked in confusion

“You would have to move to another country”

“I know, but it’s okay as long as I’m with you”

He couldn’t believe the love of his life wanted to be with him no matter what

He asked you to marry him right then and there

And how could you say no?

Kenma

Kenma is also someone who doesn’t use his words to express his love for you as much, but he still surprises you with an ‘I love you’ from time to time

No, Kenma much prefers to always have you wrapped up in his arms instead

Contrary to what most people think, he loves to cuddle, especially when it’s with you

Whenever he’s online or playing a game he absolutely has to have you in his lap or in between his legs so he can hug you whenever he feels like it

And he likes when you straddle his lap so he can feel your arms wrapped around him and the rising and falling of your chest

It also lets him leave little kisses on your forehead and temple whenever he feels like it

And he always feels like kissing you

And when you nap together? He is like a koala who will not let you go

As ironic as it is, he’s honestly a lot like a cat

He loved you and loved that you didn’t mind being a homebody with him and that you didn’t feel neglected when he played games

You played with him and it was how you two bonded and spent time together

He really couldn’t ask for anything better than this simple life with you

But god he really fell for you one horribly early morning when you woke him up as the sun was rising

He was cranky and wanted to scold you for waking him up so early but when he opened his eyes and saw your smiling face, his heart immediately softened

“Kenma! Look! I got it”

In your hands you were holding a new game that had just been released that day and he was confused

“What? How did you get it already?”

“I got up early to go buy it for you!”

His heart melted and he pulled you back into bed with him

“Thank you, but let’s sleep some more now”

You didn’t protest and nuzzled into his arms, falling into a light sleep almost instantly

But he couldn’t sleep anymore, not when he just realized he was definitely going to marry you
