i'm aroace, sex repulsed and don't get traditional romance or find the need for it, but I still often think how it would be neat to have a gf/partner for other purposes that arent romance and sexual. but it seems impossible to make someone want to date you if you take out those things????
sometimes I think it would be nice to have a gf to do cute gay cosplay photoshoots with. there would be mouth smooching and you usually can't do that with a friend and I don't really want to either, so a gf would be useful for that.
then there's hating showers because they exhaust me and it would be nice to have a gf to wash my hair and stuff for me??? can't call up a friend to do this every time I need to shower. that won't work and I doubt they'd want to/be comfortable doing that.
most friends will end up putting all their priority into their partner and/or family they create. I want someone that will make me their priority and not run off with someone else they start dating and abandon me??? something like that. their priority is cleaning our home together, hanging out together, going shopping and other domestic/partner stuff. they don't do that with someone else or use me temporarily until they can find a partner. so it's essentially dating/being partners. but it looks different from your typical expected romance and partnership.
doesn't matter how aroace I am, I have accepted that a relationship is beneficial in many ways and there's certain things that you can't expect friends to cover and they can't fill. but I have zero interest in looking for a partner in traditional ways that requires small talk/flirting/dates/etc. so that makes me realize i'll most likely not trick someone into partnering with me lmao
the internet seems to call this kind of thing "queer platonic relationship" (did I remember it right?) and you just need to find another sroace person to do it with. but either way, there's no textbook to study for how to get that and where to find these people. it seems harder than the puzzle that is regular dating tbh.
there's that saying "there's other fish in the sea" but i'm a worm in a puddle the other worms got out before they drowned. there's no fish here lmao. my options are so limited that I haven't met a single option yet in my life. there's barely any chance the first aroace person I meet irl will be compatible, or the first compatible person will accept a relationship with an aroace. you know what I mean? any other aroace that's interested in some kind of relationship/partnership and feel like you don't get that whole sea to choose from like everyone else and only have a dried up puddle? 😅

so honestly most of my thoughts on them are just stuff i came up with in my head because they dont have any canon interactions :( but i dont think it's very far-fetched to say that they did interact, considering how close they both are to Diomedes.
i did say this in my other post but Sthenelus is violently jealous of Odysseus at first. he sees how well they get along, and how quickly they become close friends, and on top of that they share a patron goddess. so Sthenelus is maybe just a little bit afraid that Odysseus will steal Diomedes from him. Sthe does have friends outside of Dio (iirc somewhere the Iliad states that he is "kindred spirits" with another character named Deipylus) but Dio is his best friend, and he's maybe a little hurt and jealous when Dio referrs to Ody as his best friend.
Ody is pretty keen on sensing this jealousy (it's not very hard to tell) and isn't deterred by this at all. He probably thinks it's funny because he really has no intention of stealing Dio from Sthe, i mean, obviously. He has a wife and a son at home who he really misses. and flirting with Dio is fun, but most of it is kinda just going over Dio's head. Neither are really in it for any kind of commitment, it's just all in good fun. So Odysseus gets the bright idea that he's going to try flirting with Sthe. He's hot tempered and a little arrogant but Dio must like him for some reason and besides that Odysseus does think he's attractive. he's also trying to put himself between them so he can maybe play a little matchmaker because its utterly ridiculous how DioSthe are pining for each other, but these two don't really know anything about love and they're not budging.
But anyways, Ody flirting with him definitely doesn't go over Sthe's head as much as it does with Dio. It gets him flustered and riled up which is very entertaining to Ody so he just does it even more. and slowly over time Sthe stops resisting it so much and even pokes back at him sometimes. They become friends eventually, even if it takes Sthe a while to open up, but all three of them end up being really close.
and its sort of at this point where Ody is kinda like. well fuck. i might've caught feelings for both of them. which is really unfortunate for him because DioSthe definitely don't realize they've caught feelings for him too. these guys are in so much denial.
and i wish i could say they get a happy ending where polyamory wins! but the whole Palladium Stabbing Attempt happens, and that ends up being really fucking messy. Dio is utterly heartbroken and betrayed and Sthe goes back to violently hating Odysseus for trying to stab his best friend, and won't let him anywhere near Dio. it does bring Dio and Sthe a lot closer to each other though, even if its not necessarily the romance Odysseus wanted for them (that doesn't happen until after the war), so in a very bittersweet way Ody is happy for them.
and thats...kinda the end of it all, as sad as it is. canonically Dio goes to Italy after the Trojan War and they never see each other again. un-canonically he might go to Ithaka in the hopes of reconciling with Odysseus only to find out he's still lost at sea. Sthe probably goes with him and isn't stoked about it because he still really hates Ody but he's not about to part ways with Dio. But at least Penelope is there :)

i reblogged that post kind of in solidarity with other writers cause i know insecurity is something everyone deals with. it’s weird because I feel like at all times I’m simultaneously confident and insecure about my writing lol. I have enough experience/training that I know I can like put together sentences and paragraphs lol but I still fret over pacing and style and characterization and stuff like that a lot. the insecurities make me feel kind of silly bc I feel like at this point i should be over them!!! but I can’t help worrying about how my work will be received by the audience. i am always at least a little nervous to post something new, and sometimes I am very nervous! Cause I just don’t know if it’s gonna land the way I intended.
And the most frustrating part for me is when I read something REALLY good and sometimes feel like pouty and jealous I guess lol going “ugh I could never write like that! I should just give up!” I feel like such a baby!! but I get over it quickly and I’m sure I’m not the only one who falls victim to Pouty Little Binch syndrome. (I mean I hope I’m not the only one or that would be extra pitiful 😂)
Anyway it helps me to remind myself that it’s a good thing that I don’t write the same way my fav writers write! we all have our own ways of thinking and expressing ourselves, and even when we take inspiration from someone else, the Us-ness of our work is always gonna come through. If that makes sense. like if my fav writer is So-and-So, it’s really awesome and cool to enjoy the So-and-So-ness of their work and break down why I enjoy it so much and even incorporate some So-and-So-type flavors in my own writing, but at the end of the day my writing will always be full of carpisuns-ness and that’s cool too! I just think as creators we are so close to our own work and we’re so in the weeds about it that we don’t get a clear view of it like a reader does when they’re coming to it fresh, and that makes us sometimes judge it unkindly. More often than not, your work is better than you think it is. Sometimes when a creator I admire feels down about their work I just wish I could let them borrow my eyes and see it how I see it, because it’s really amazing and makes me feel so much!!
Anyway, I probably got off topic lol but I just wanted to shout out to all the writers who are feeling down about their work. You are doing amazing sweetie!! Better than you think. Dont stop writing.

ok so my crush is my best friend ive known since birth. i dont even know where to start with him because he feels like everything to me. crush doesnt even feel anywhere close to describing it i genuinely feel hes the love of my life and he does so much for me i sometimes wonder if im bringing anything to the table (i am and i know i am) juet because he makes me feel so much more complete and capable and whole and ahhh everything. i know he cares about me and loves me and we say it everytime we talk and what started as joking about getting married and being in love is now 100% genuine to me and i know hes not lying per se but im not sure how deep it goes on his end and ive tried genuinely confessing several times and its just so similar to the way we talk to each other regularly that it doesnt go anywhere bc he just takes it as banter. hes said to my face that hes terrible at identifying flirting and people need to be direct (which. why did he feel the need to tell me that LOL) and theres a million things i can say and ive asked out everyone ive ever dated and i KNOW no matter what ill be the one to make the first move (this is not a bad thing, im a very honest and forward person and im used to it and like it this way it just gets a bit stressful sometimes) but like. ok this is kinda late to mention but hes aro but weve both talked about our complicated feelings about romance and relationships and such bc i have a very hard time maintaining feelings for someone after we get together (idk why its pretty annoying lol) and he can be very interested in dating one day and have no interest the next and i dont want to ask him out and him to feel guilty for not being interested in a romantic relationship with me or like. at all and i really dont want him to feel guilty and i know he will if i can manage to confess outright and the answer is no bc anxiety 😭😭 and if we did get together im terrified of losing feelings for him because he means so much to me and to lose that seems dreadful and i genuinely cannot imagine a world without him because he like. is the only person who helps me focus and got me to do college dorm stuff and a million other things i couldnt convince myself to and also like. were moving into dorms together this fall 😭😭 like if i ask him out and it goes sideways for any reason were going to live together and like. hes my oldest friend and i doubt our relationship would be so easy to destroy but im scared ill do it anyways ☹☹

i agree that i dont think a romance confession would destroy your relationship, though, even if you get turned down. most of my exes and i remained amicable after breaking up, and when i turned people crushing on me down, i never got the impression that we should stop being friends. the line between friendship and romance is pretty thin.

So I had surgery yesterday and have to be stuck in my room not doing much for a bit so I plan to try and write lots of things and I thought why not start with Obey Me. Hope you enjoy, these are also kinda short since it was so many people! CW: Spoilers and slightly dark
Lucifer
Dating Lucifer is a bit of a struggle at the start
He's headstrong and cruel even to those he care's about so it can be hard to get into a relationship with him
Once that bond is formed however its a different story though he is still blunt and a bit harsh he's more open
He enjoys classic dates candle lit dinners walks under the moon or swaying in his office with his records on
Lucifer adores when you visit him in his office just to spend time with him while he works
Not much PDA but not fully against it will wrap an arm around your waist and might kiss your head if he's feeling really soft that day
Supportive even if he's harsh he wants the best for you in his eyes you deserver the world and then some
Mammon
Mammon is very open about his feelings

like i wish the bank teller thing couldda been longer/better but i got plenty of time to make other kuroo things

Because I'm falling back into the trap of simping for kuroo, have some thoughts that I half assed with the only line divider ive made
BEWARE BC I CURSE IN THIS, now, 🎆messy kuroo headcanons that i did in 10 minutes🎆
FEM READERS (SHE/HER, SHE/THEY), DO NOT INTERACT
⭄ Kuroo always has pens on hand. It's random, you've got no fuckin clue where he gets them, but they're there
⭄ We know hes a nerd, right? Yeah well if you ever go over to his house, the sheer amount of science/chemistry books laying around are almost scary. And he's read like all of them more than once.
⭄ It doesn't matter if you're taller than him or not, (I personally am not), he'll still mess with your head. Play with your hair, rest his hands on your head, lightly push you around by the back of your head, etc.
⭄ Because some people at school/university, (whatever time period you want), think he's a huge playboy, he'll sometimes try to fall into that role. Like flirt with you tirelessly. He's actually not even that bad at it, but he usually breaks character when he says such a stupid pick up line that he can't even handle it
⭄ Kuroo doesn't have any pets, but he's always really wanted a black cat. If you ever live together he'll pester you to get one
⭄ Kuroo is very big on pda. Like, very big. He'll kiss you every time he sees you for apparently no reason, usually saying corny things like "hey handsome" or "Whats a pretty guy like you doing here all by yourself?" If he's not borderline trying to make out with you, he's giving you side hugs or hiding his face in your shoulder or leaning against you, etc. Any form of pda to be given, he'll give it. If you're uncomfy though he'll back off.
⭄ He really likes stupid cheesy teen romance movies, but at the same time he'll rag on rom coms. (he also likes anime/horror, he's kind of a tv junkie). But you can bet he's picked up some habits from those movies. Like I'm talking throwing pebbles at your window, or showing up in the rain with flowers, stuff like that.
⭄ Any nickname he can think of for you, he will use. Like my guy will call you pretty boy, handsome, love of my life, and supreme overlord of my heart all in one breath. He really likes handsome though.
⭄ Insecure? It doesn't matter about what, maybe your weight or gender identity or face or skin, he don't care. He'll pick out every little thing he likes about you, and if you have any insecurities he'll talk those away too. Maybe it won't be forever, sure, but in the moment he'll distract you from whatevers bothering you. It don't matter what you look like, sound like, act like, or anything, you're worthy of love and happiness and anyone who says otherwise is a troll <3. (I fully endorse that message)
⭄ He definitely brags about you to kenma. And the whole team, but kenma gets it the worst lol
⭄ Because he likes pda a lot, that means private affection is like UP UP. If you're trying to study with him he'll shove his face in your hair or neck, and just kinda sit there. Kind of like a cat. He'll kiss you everywhere on your face and then some. Dude does NOT LAY OFF. (Unless you're uncomfortable ofc ofc).

he looks at you and the cognitive function for speech just disappears
maybe its your cute face accelerating his heartbeat or maybe its the all the nerves in his body going haywire because all he wants to say is how much he really really likes you

sometimes he’s lucky and members who understand this younghoon lovestruck glitch are around can save him

because they finish practice and everyone is clapping and changmin looks like he’s going to crush the speakers with his bare hands

falls head over heels for you and expects you to read his mind about it
you walk into a room and he sits up a little straighter and is like ok one step two step ok come over to me, look at me, pay attention to me
and you - because you are not a mindreader - go to talk to juyeon first
and chanhee is like OH I SEE HOW IT IS and gets all moody there on out
honest to god he probably knows he’s overreacting but he just does not get why you cant tell how he’s feeling
and he asks like everyone this question and theyre like what? because you aren’t making it obvious at all?
and chanhee is like what the hell do you mean i totally make it obvious and everyone is like did you ask them out? did you get them a gift? did you compliment them?
and chanhee crosses his arms like no......but like......i smiled at them in a way i dont smile at the rest of you clowns

either way, you start to notice this pattern, that when chanhee is not getting your attention he gets a little like a cat and curls himself away from you
so you, much like one with a cat, start to shower him in attention
and he just uncurls and gets all giddy and swats anyone away who tries to get into your little bubble with him
and its a bit entertaining really lol but you think its just chanhee being chanhee
till it keeps happening over and over and over again and you’re like ok wait
and chanhee is like hmm and you’re like why dont we just go somewhere alone together like on a date or something if thats what you like so much
and chanhee, who has been under the suspicion you have been going on dates sitting together in the tbz practice room is like
“oh right! a date, um i guess sure!”

does not waste time, he puts his detective hat on and makes a plan
for one of the youngest members he probably puts the most diligence into liking someone
its not just lovestruck butterflies and running away whenever you’re around
haknyeon swats all that gooey-mushy stuff away and is like ok lets see what movies do you like? what kind of food do you like? he has to know so that when he asks you out he is ready to impress
it shocks some of his other members, sangyeon has never seen haknyeon almost bite younghoon’s hand when he tried to as him to get off the shared desktop
haknyeon just wants to know everything about you - which kevin says he could probably do by talking more to you
and haknyeon is like go away grandpa and kevin is like WH-
either way, when it all comes to a head and haknyeon has memorized what he’s going to say in his confession to you for the one millionth time
he does not prepare for what actually happnes
which is you bound up to him with your arms open and you’re like let’s hang out! just the two of us!
and he’s like ok ill go get the other- wait
haknyeon.exe has stopped working
because truth be told he’d spend so much time trying to research and be perfect when all you really like about him is how fun and eccentric he can be
so you just ask him out first and this was not in the plan, but haknyeon is not about to let go of your warm hand as you pull him along beside you

swears to deny it to his grave because one) it’s embarrassing and.........no that’s it. it is embarrassing to have feelings

and unlike younghoon who just goes silent around the people he likes or juyeon who tries to find sangyeon to hide behind

everyone is just like he’s complicated, it’s just who he is and he’s young so just ignore him
but it makes you sad that sunwoo just doesn’t want to be your friend
and in sunwoo’s head he’s like I DONT WANT TO BE YOUR FRIEND BECAUSE YOU ARE MY DREAM PERSON BUT THATS SO FREAKING CORNY TO SAY SO LET ME JUST MAKE GRUMPY FACE
he also has such a bad luck, even when he’s not trying to come off mean he probably accidentally spills something on you or breaks something of yours
and instead APOLOGIZING like everyone is telling him to do he just yoinks out of the room and you’re like damn :(
to be honest, i think the more you guys get distant the more sunwoo falls deeper into it because even with everything
you are always so kind and sweet and how? like how? how are you doing that?
it probably takes a miracle or actually just like someone spilling the beans to you that sunwoo stayed up all night trying to fix the bracelet of yours he broke for it to all change
for you to find sunwoo and hug him and thank him for trying to fix it and the minute you touch him its like

thinks you’ll never feel the same way so he does the next best thing, he tries to be your bestest friend
for someone so spunky and confident in himself most of the time you’d think lovestruck eric would just GO for it
but more than he is like outgoing and brave, he is devoted to people he loves
and losing you as a friend over confessing his feelings would probably spiral him into a dark place
so he’ll just take his spot as a super close friend, and horrible wingman

alrighty so sorry for not posting for the past week! first we thought i had covid i do not, then i started throwing up like twenty times a day so that was fun, then yesterday i think i threw my back out so i can hardly move! yay! anyway thanks for reading!! pt 2 will be out if you guys like this!
hinata shouyo
the childhood friends to lovers
so yall are probably neighbors and your rooms are across from each other
so hinata being hinata is probably the one to start the interactions to get to know you
now he has some manners, so he knows it would be weird to knock on your front door to ask you to be friends
so he probably does that thing where he writes a question on a piece of paper and tapes it on his window
and when you post your answer and continue with another question?
this boy is pratically shaking with happiness
so things quickly set off from there
even of the two of you dont have a ton in common I think it would still be super easy to get along with hinata
so soon the two of you are like super comfortable with each other
like the type of comfortable where you can change in the middle of his room with him in it
as long as he isn’t facing you because he got a nosebleed and passed out one time when he forgot you were changing and turned around to ask you a question and found you in a shirt and underwear
so yeah
super comfortable
anyway you start having sleepovers and cuddling is big thing for you two
natsu asks hinata very loudly when he’s gonna ask you out at breakfast so you can offically become her big sister
he almost passed out the first the first time she asked
you both have keys for eachothers houses

so something probably happened where one of your friends left you to struggle by yourself in a sticky situation
So like when you go to confront him about it, he’s probably on his way to volleyball practice after his last class
so you rush up to him, your nostrils flaring and eyes burning with anger as you reach up and yank on his shoulder so he stumbles and is now facing you
as you fold your arms across your chest, ready to demand answers, you freeze

yall just stand there for a good five minutes with awkward asf eye contact
before you finally snap out of it and immediately your face flushes with embarrassment as you bow and spew out apologies one after another.
so after you finally stop apologizing and explain that you had mistaken him for someone you were upset with
he kinda understands? like he still confused on how you mixed up your friend with him but whatever
so after you explain you ask if you can make it up to him
and he’s probably wary at first cause like? you almost physically harrased him? even if you mistook him for someone?
but after you follow him around for the rest of the day and insist that you make it up to him, he gives in out of annoyance and makes a deal with you
the deal was for you to buy him milk at lunch everyday for two weeks
so yeah
you guys start eating lunch together
and he eventually realizes he likes your company somewhat?
and like your surprisingly good with reading people so he has you come to practice sometimes
but yeah the two of you just start hanging out and eventually he asks you out one day when you were at the park at 2 am cause you wanted mcdonalds

and thus WW3 has begun
the two of you litteraly eat lunch together and you go to volleyball with him just to fucking bicker with each other

if your at volleyball all the boys (except yams cause hes loyal sometimes) will join on your side and bicker with Tsukishima as well
eventually Daichi will step in (maybe suga) and your honestly the type of people who will just throw dirty looks and make silent death threats at each other

so it’s probably about midway through the school year when you stay home sick
and Tsukki’s just looking around the whole day trying to find you when Hinata tells him at practice that you stayed home sick
and he’s just like ‘oh good riddance’
but then its been almost a week now and you still haven’t come back to school?
and he’s lowkey worried and he almost showed up at your house the day before with a slice of strawberry shortcake and he realizes he’s getting kinda lonely at school (despite Yamaguchi’s attempts to help)
so when you actually do come back to school (turns out you had a really bad cold), you sauntered right up to Tsukki all smug and stuff since you expected him to be in a bad mood
“did ya miss me, Tsukki?”
he just chuckled and plops and hand down on your head to ruffle your hair
your honestly too caught up in trying to pry his hand from his head to notice yamaguchi down the hallway taking pictures-
so he finally moves his hand from your head and wraps his arm around your shoulder before pulling you into a bone crushing side hug
and as your repeatedly smacking him and yelling at him to let go cause you ‘can’t breath’, you almost miss his reply
“I sure did pipsqueak”
so you two start hanging out
and of course you still have your competitions but now the two of your are literally flirting and the team thinks its kinda gross but also good for Tsukishima cause he managed to find someone that for some reason likes him? whatever
so your probably at a cafe with him a while later, its an unofficial date the team is even at a booth on the other side of the cafe to keep an eye on the two of your, and Tsukishima ordered a slice of strawberry shortcake obviously
so probably wanting to tease him when he got to the last couple bites of his cake, you picked up your fork and before he could stop you, scooped up the cake and shoved it in your mouth with an innocent smile
so he just smirks and mentions that you have some frosting on the corner of your mouth, but you cant seem to figure out where
so instead of wiping it off with a napkin like a normal person, or using his fingers to wipe it off like some cliche romance novel, this mf curls his hand around the back of your neck, leans in and full on kisses you
somehow during the kiss he manages to snag some of the cake back so when he pulls away he’s chewing
he just smirks and says ‘delicious’
the team just starts screaming incoherently-

Hopeless Romantics
HiHo friends! I mostly wrote this piece for @iaminlovetomhollandmarvel because she's like my one consistent reader. Once again, I'm still fairly new to writing so please be kind, and send in requests for any characters and actors/actresses you want and I'll write for you! I also used writing prompt 707 from @creativepromptsforwriting and its highlighted in bold, there is also a Sylvia Plath poem in here!

"Hey Y/N, what're ya doin?" Arvin asked as he walked up to you as you sat reading on the steps outside of the school.
"Not much, just sittin' here enjoyin the warm weather. What are you doin' Arvin?"
"Well you looked pretty lonely over here, so I was thinkin I could keep you company but I can go if you want."
"I don't mind, come sit down I promise I won't bite."
As he sat down next to you he linked his arm with yours to see how you'd react. When you didn't pull away he scooted closer to you, to the point of being able to see over your shoulder.
"Y/N L/N what on Gods green Earth are you reading?" he laughed at the content you were consuming.
"If you must know, nosey josey its a romance book," your cheeks started turning red with embarrassment as he laughed.
"I don't know much but I do know one thing; people do not talk like that on dates."
"I wouldn't know, I've never been out on a date before," you turned your head away feeling shame. 17 years old, and never been out on a date while some girls in your class were out here getting married.
Arvin felt bad, he did know that you didn't go out much but he figured that the most beautiful girl he's ever seen would've been asked out at some point.
"Thats about to change. C'mon Y/N get up, I'm taking you out on a proper date," he offered his hand to help pull you to your feet.
"Arvin are you insane, what would even do?"
"Anything you want. We could go to dinner, a movie, we could go to the library, I could get a picnic together really fast and go to the lake, we can go skinny dipping," he winked at you.
"Skinny dipping is a third date activity young man, I think you know this," you shot back at him matching his cheeky smile, "I wouldn't mind a picnic by the lake, I just need to stop by my house and tell my momma where I'm goin."
"Your carriage awaits m'lady," he help open the car door for you and helped you in.
"Before we do this I need to know, why are you doing this Arvin?" you asked him, very worried about getting hurt.
"Cause its Friday night and I'd rather spend it with the prettiest girl in school than at Church with Lenora."
An hour later after you dropped your stuff off at home and got a picnic and blanket you and Arvin were sitting by the lake looking out over the water.
"Y/N will you please read your book to me? 'ts just I've heard you read in English and I really like your voice. Please?" he was so kind and quiet that there was no way you could deny him of this.
"I won't read you my book but I'll read you a poem, how's that?" he nodded happy with the trade off. As you pulled your poem book out of the small bag you packed, he laid down in your lap looking up at the sky.
"This one is called Mad Girl's Love Song by Sylvia Plath.
"I shut my eyes and all the world drops dead; I lift my lids and all is born again. (I think I made you up inside my head)
The stars go waltzing out in blue and red, And arbitrary blackness gallops in: I shut my eyes and all the world drops dead.

Arvin stared at you in awe. He had never felt feelings like this before. In the moments that you were reading to him everything felt right, as if you wrote the poem for him.
"Y/N that was absolutely beautiful," he gushed to you.
"Aww you don't mean that, now c'mon enough with all this gushy stuff. Its hot and i want to cool down with a swim."
"But we dont have our swimsuits and I thought skinny dippin was a third date activity miss," he was getting real cheeky now.
"Thats very true, but I wear undergarments, and those cover the same amount skin that a swimming suit do. Arvin, do you wear undergarments?" you asked as you started to unzip your skirt.
"You sure about this?" he wanted to go swimming with you more than anything but he didn't want you to feel uncomfortable.
"I've never been more sure about anything in my life Arvin." you were completely undressed, except the matching bra and panty set you were wearing. Arvin was awestricken with you. "Hurry up, I want to swim and your taking forever."
In record speed he took off his jeans and shirt, grabbing your hand and running into the water with you. You guys splashed in the water for a long time, well into the night. At some point you guys just floated, side by side holding hands. No one had ever made you feel the way Arvin did, like you mattered.
"Y/N your shivering, let get you dried off," he helped you onto the shore and wrapped a towel around and rubbed your shouders. "Heres the keys to the truck, you can changed in there. 'm gonna go into the woods to give you some privacy." he truly was the sweetest boy.
Once you both got changed and were sitting in the car, he asked you something you never thought he'd ask. "Will you dance with me? I can turn up the radio and we can dance outside." you nodded your head and lept out.
He took your right hand, in his left and wrapped your left arm around his waist. He placed his right hand low on your back yet high enough to still be respectful.
"Arvin, real talk and I want a real answer from you this time. Why did you ask me out tonight?"
"I asked you out because I've been infatuated with you, but i was never sure to liked me back so I started to flirt with you."
"What? We barely even spoke before today, how did you flirt with me?"
"I mean, I looked at you... sometimes you looked back."
"Arvin I don't know what to say, you could've talked to me."
"I wanted to, so badly Y/N its just that... I didn't want people to get the wrong idea about you because you deserve the whole world and I cant give it to you and people say I'm dangerous and I swear I'm not I just don't wan-"
you cut him off with a kiss. An earth shattering, mind blowing kiss. his lips were so soft and molded perfectly to yours, and he could taste the cherry chapstick you always wore. It lasted forever it felt like. When you both eventually pulled apart he rested his head against yours. "Woman if you keep doing that you're gonna kill me."
"I hate to ruin this absolutely perfect first date but, its past my curfew and I have to be home," disappointment clear in your voice.
"All good things must come to an end eventually I suppose."
The whole way home, you didn't leave his side. He even walked you to your door and kissed you goodnight. "Can we go out again tomorrow, ya think?" he asked so hopeful you'd say yes.
"I would absolutely love to Mr. Russell but I don't know if my mom will let me after gettin in so late after I was supposed to be home. Give me your number and Ill call you tomorrow if I can."
He gave you his number and you two parted ways. He sat by the phone all weekend waiting for you to call, disappointment shattering his heart when you didn't. He found you by your locker first thing Monday morning at school.
"Hey, I figured that Id come say hi to you. Ya know, just make sure everythings still good between us?" He had never been this nervous in all his life.
"Yes of course everythings good between us why wouldnt it be?"
"Well you never called, and I got really worried. Why didnt you call?"
"My mom said I wasnt allowed to use the phone because I broke curfew. I promise you I would've called Arvin, I had the best time of my life on Friday. I would do it again in a heartbeat."
"Really, you want to go out with me again?"
"Well, yeah. Of course I do. There's still a second date we have to go on, before we get to the third." you winked at him as you shut your locker and turned around and walking in the opposite direction. Leaving him there, wondering what on Earth he just got himself into.

Okay, lets try these!
•Im really a introvert, quiet and shy person but there's times when i can be the social one with another person so a conversation can start. Actually im really playful with the ones i trust and everytime I go to them and ask for love or well, cuddles. Totally more of indoors person but i can't lie of liking to go outside.
•My hobbies totally are drawing, writing and cooking but I also love taking care of my garden, having movie marathon can count as a hobby? I love dressing up for myself and using heels but since everything is for myself i dont use any of whatever I just put in other events and that.
•I dont like too messy stuff because first, i doesn't look good and second, how anyone can find things there? Too crowded people in one place since that start making my anxiety pops out, too much bugs. But I totally hate so much noise, yes I totally like a little noise but a lot makes me grumpy and i can't do things while im grumpy.
•One of my biggest strengths are that i can be calm in the most nervous situations but yeah sure, im dying inside but at least im calm outside, im really good with children like- they like me just with seeing me, i dont think that counts but I put it too lol, my imagination, just that, my imagination can create something with just one word and boom, writing stuff. But my flaws are that if im working in something and someone rush me im gonna get mad because i can't work like that and everything starts falling apart, i take things too seriously sometimes and the fact of talking two languages make me mix up the words.
•Some qualities i like... well, If they don't mind some cuddles when I feel down or me sharing my ideas every couple or seconds its okay.
•When im in a relationship I became more clingy and cheesy- I draw them things and tried and failed to write poetry for them but i also let out my motherly side and I need to have a puppy at least because my garden go include lol

Mutt is a huge cuddle bug. He’s easily in the top five of cuddliest guys. He’s a bit of a flirt though and likes to tease his partner when he has them in his grasp.
Mutt has a thing for rescuing and rehabilitating wild animals. He loves animals of all kinds and is definitely down to get a puppy with you. And if the relationship lasts, kids are a possibility. He hasn’t thought of them for himself, but he would never say no if his partner wanted them.

❤️ i talked a bit about the singles here and i feel like what i wrote for Lola is pretty much the idea i have for her love life... shes a Mystery to me.. she ahs an offscreen gf who no one sees ever. she never brings her over cause she hates most of her roommates, sometimes all of them. if i had to pick someone in strangetown for her to date maybe id choose crystal? just cause they share their aspiration, and maybe vidcund or lazlo introduced the two. but also what kind of sister would go with her brother's crush? a shitty one forreal
💔 i cant see her with ANY man of strangetown. NOT A SINGLE ONE. LESBIAN HOUSEHOLD. i especially dont like her with ajay, that guy is kinda boring like, she deserves better. also, i think both erin and kristen had kind of the hots for her at one point or another, but she never reciprocated
🥘 i think she has kind of a sweet tooth, but she prefers stuff like pies or like, carrot cakes over cupcakes or the like. she doesnt really like cooking, but enjoys jennys baking a lot
🎵i dont think she listens to that much music, except for when shes working. she usually picks instrumental music, like movie scores playlists, to help her focus. i think both her and chloe picked up some instrument to play as children/tennagers, but lola didnt like it very much
📱i think she uses social networks a lot, and she uses mostly stuff like twitter, i can see her getting argumentative with some rando on some specific issue on the internet. i bet shes active in political subreddits too
🔮 her and chloes used to swap identities for a day really often when they were kids, but for some reason people always seemed to catch on it. it took lola way too long to realize they still had different hair colors...

❤️ talking about otps with chloe is like, a SIN to me. shes THE romance sim, she dated half of strangetown, like i cant even think of her settling down with one person. but i really like the idea of her and erin dating at some point, both cause a) that sweet, sweet enemies to lovers dynamic and b) the way both pascal and loki would GO CRAZY knowing their sisters are dating.
💔 mmmmh i cant say i have a notp with chloe, i ahd to ask my gf who shes usually shipped with and she mentioned general grunt which,,, i honestly cant envision it, like first of all he hates aliens but also hes way too uptight for her.
🥘 i think she loves greasy, junk food. she snacks a lot, and she loves going to diners and ordering huge milkshakes and massive cheeseburgers. i think she likes cooking, and is pretty good at it
🎵she loves, of course, pop music. she doesnt have a favourite artist, but listens to the top 100 playlist everyday. she loves singing and plays some guitar and some bass too
📱instagram of course - she posts a ton of selfies and stories everyday, and likes to flirt on there with strangers. i almost said tik tok too, but i think she wouldnt see the point of it/wouldnt undertsand how it worked.

3 and 8 general; 7 and 10 love; 1, 2 and 6 domestic life (sorry if there are too many, i'm in love with cereza x talbott 😔💕)
3-What was their first kiss like?
Their first kiss happend on their second valentines day together when they were on year 6.(the valentines day ball sq) Like i previously said, they decided to take their relationship slow since both of them were awkward about it and it was new to them. They always got very nervous about the topic of kiss since it would be the the first kiss for both of them and they didnt want to screw it up, but that was until one day.
During the ball of valentines day, after Talbott showed Cereza the surprise he prepared for her in the library they stayed there for a while being love birds until it happend. Their first kiss. Talbott was the one who asked if Cereza was okay with it and when she said "yes" they kissed. Even tho it was a little awkward at first since none of them never kissed before they started to get into, it felt magical for them.
8-Who gets jealous easier?
Oh well I never thought about that before, since both of them really trust eachother to not cheat. But i think Talbott would still feel a little insecure when other guys try to flirt with Cereza and get angry if they keep bothering her giving them the death stare.
Although i do have to say Cereza also has a jealous side she is just good at hiding.(sometimes)
7-What are their favorite things to do together?
They like going on small dates, like nothing really especial as a dinner or anything like that, just them being love birds and spending time together. Maybe like going on a picnic, watching the stars together and getting some flowers. (Cereza like to make flower crows for Talbott and Talbott tries to do the same although he claims her flower crows are better than his.)
They enjoy study dates, although sometimes they keep teasing eachother during it just to get their focus off the studies. They mostly tease eachother with compliments and being flirty.(if u go to the library and see one of them smiling like an idiot and the idiot and the other a blushy mess dont worry they are on a study date.)
They also like flying together when they are both on their animagus forms, Cereza still doesnt know how to fly properly as owl but she is trying her best and Talbott is there to catch her if she falls.
10-Do they prefer verbal or physical affection?
Cereza loves giving physical affection, although she tried to restrain herself during the start of her relationship with Talbott cause she didnt know if he was comfortable with yet. Little did she knows that this man is a touch starved mf but she noticed that with time. She loves giving him hugs and he loves her hugs, also pats, hand holding, kisses on the cheek and on the lips are on her list as well and Talbott is living for it.
As for Talbott he isnt good with words, i mean saying words, but he is really at writing them which is what he uses to his advantage. At first he wasnt sure if Cereza would like his poetry but he took a shot and oh boy she loved it so much that she keeps that poem on her stuff as a treasure, she does that to all his poems she likes to keep them so she can read it again and have a goofy smile on her face while feeling like a protag of a romance book. Talbott also likes giving Cereza little gifts, nothing expensive just stuff as flowers, poems and sweets, he also gave his feather to her which she turned into a necklace.
1-If they get married, who proposes?
Both of them proposed at the same 🤡 Cereza planned a romantic dinner at their house(they started living together before getting married) and she was planning to propose Talbott, little did she know that this man was also planning to propose her on that same night. They both did it on the same time and both of acted surprised:
"wait, no way, no way I- omg"
They both had a good laugh of it tho and accepted eachother rings lol.
2-What’s the wedding like? Who attends?

They married on a Brazilian Beach, the ones who managed to get into their wedding were the Khanna twins,(yes i have two Rowans in my story and none of them died fuck u Jc) Cereza's family, Talbott's grandparents, Barnaby(who is dating Michael), the Weasleys, Penny, Chiara, Jae, Tulip, Merula, Andre(of course), Badeea(who painted a beautiful picture of the wedding btw) and Ben. They only invited only the few they were still very close with it and some others that i didnt mention couldnt come unfortunately.
6-Who worries the most?
Talbott 100%, although if u want to see this man on his full worried mode wait until Cereza gets pregnant and when they find out they are getting twins. Yep twins, two little girls. When the babies are born this man starts working at home, so he can take care of the twins and Cereza(being a mama is tiring) while keeping an eye on them. Eagle dad doesnt rest and keeps his family safe all the time.

he genuinely loves you in any way, shape or form. if you crack open his mind its all just love for you in there, he gets so frustrated if you’re insecure with yourself because why!!! he adores you!!!
he can understand though, inside he’s insecure despite the act he maintains. its not as easy as just “you’re beautiful dont be sad” and then bam its gone. he knows that, but does everything in his power to help lessen it where he can. he knows how far some kind words can go, and he has a lot of kind words to throw your way.
will shower you head to toe in love. zen is a very touch oriented person, its a comfort thing to hold you nowadays. runs his hands all over your body and gets that one feeling in his chest, has to hold himself back. you know when you see something thats just too cute to comprehend you wanna grab it and scream to the world at how insanely cute it is? squeeze it super tight?
that’s the exact feeling he gets when he holds you. the weirdest urge ever but you just make him so !!!!!
sometimes acts on it, he’ll squeeze your face in his hand and just shake your head around a little before kissing you, calling you the cutest angel in the whole entire world. just can’t help himself when it comes to you.
he’s tall, if you ask him he’ll tell you he’s 6 feet. hes not hes 5’11 but he absolutely hates the fact jumin is taller than him.
so if you’re shorter, he loves when you wrap your arms & legs around him and hold him. literally crawl on him and just be a piece of cling wrap. absolutely loves it. climb him like a tree. if he’s cooking you can climb on his back and hold onto him from behind. you’re his little taste-tester while he cooks! ratatouille vibes
if you’re taller, you can get away with absolutely anything. tease him, pat his head, kiss his forehead. he turns into an entirely new zen. blushy mess.
tries his hardest to shape up when he enters into a relationship with you. eats better, stops drinking so much. more routine in his daily life which is nice for both you and him. doesn’t fully quit any of his bad habits but strongly cuts back on them. likes a cold beer with fried chicken here and there, cigarette when he’s really really stressed. but besides that its nothing near how it was before. skin is glowing, crops are watered. he is flourishing✨
he doesn’t bat an eye at things that are mostly frowned on for men. intense skincare, makeup, really takes care of his body on the outside. inside needs a little work because of his bad habits and diet, but the outside is well taken care of. he smells like god. his skin is exfoliated and soft. his hair is silk, actual silk. so if you wanna do facemasks, yes. if you wanna paint his nails, yes. if you wanna do his makeup, yes. you want him to wear a skirt, yes. but wont go in public though. thats only for your eyes to see.
onto dates! if you want romance he’s the man for you. its not extravagant like it might be with jumin, much more sentimental and small. picnics under the stars, he kisses you under the moonlight and showers you with words of affection. going to the theater together, but his attention just can’t seem to leave you. will make out with you five minutes in, both of you don’t even pay attention to the rest of the show. even just watching movies on the couch at home is a date. candles, snacks, blankets and of course your boyfriend all sprawled out whose just dying for some snuggles. loves when you lay on his chest and he gets to run his fingers through your hair, or if you run your fingers through his while the film plays. he actually prefers these little stay home dates, they’re so intimate to him. he likes it.
he’s not a huge fancy restaurant kinda guy, too expensive and they give you like two bites of food. he’s a tall man with a fast metabolism, none of this fancy french stuff can ever fill him up. so takeout from the best local joints, just because they know how to do it right. loves going to little food trucks with you or bringing takeout home and eating it together on the couch. he will steal little bites from your food when you guys eat. he just wants to try it!

these are all taken from my discord server cause i remember to write them there, if you want to request fanfics, my requests are

Asahi loves knitting sweaters because his shoulders are broad and he also loves seeing the reactions from his teammates when they get a sweater from him! He says he buys them but he doesn’t
Aone likes knitting socks because he has big feet and he loves fluffy knee high socks but his team will never know
Asahi and Aone regularly hang out and knit together! (after asahi wasnt scared of him anyways)
Nishinoya gives you shiny rocks he finds because “your eyes shine like them!”
Yamaguchi likes to have your head rest on his chest while cuddling!

Aone dressed like a polar bear because koganegawa told him to- halloween was amazing

Okay but real talk, Kenma and Yaku swear like sailors and it scares everyone because they always whisper the most foul, insulting things under their breath. Hearing it is like seeing a cryptid
Speaking of cryptids, Fukunaga and Shibayama are THE most true crime, mythology, and mystery obsessed fanatics on the team and often fanboy about it together
Fukunaga’s obsession with moth man has gotten to an unhealthy stage
Kenma absolutely had a vampire phase and has read twilight. Only Kuroo knows and has sworn to secrecy via blood pact
Kuroo’s a musical nerd. Knows all of the lyrics to Hamilton, BMC, DEH, Heathers, Rent, Beetlejuice, Etc. Kenma considered dropping him because of it
Iwaizumi tells the worst dad jokes and Kyotani, wanting to beat him, started doing it too and it drives everyone insane
Yahaba and Matsukawa get along surprisingly well. Both are true crime freaks and bond over their forensic files obsessions
Matsukawa didn’t really like his thick eyebrows so he got one of his female friends to pluck it for him, but almost cried and gave up after the first hair. Oikawa called him a pussy for the next year
Hanamaki jokingly flirts with everyone on the team so most of them just got used to it, but it still confuses Kindaichi to the point of mental breakdown
Makki called Kyotani ‘puppy’ as a joke once and now mad dog is truly terrified of him
Kyotani’s dog absolutely ADORES Oikawa and it’s the funniest shit to the rest of the team
Mattsun and Makki play DnD and once convinced Yahaba and Kyotani to join. Kyotani kept rolling to fight everyone and Yahaba was a bard that kept rolling to seduce everyone. They kept yelling across the board so they had to kick them out
Outside of his school uniform, Goshiki specifically wears only plaid
Tendou makes little chocolates for the whole team every once in a while so they don’t think he’s scary
Semi and Shirabu once had a fistfight in an abandoned McDonald’s parking lot while Tendou filmed and Goshiki cheered them on
Everybody makes fun of Shirabu’s haircut but nobody dares to say it to his face. its gotten to the point where they say he got it done by a blind old lady
There’s a running joke about Shirabu also getting his haircut from prison but Goshiki is starting to suspect that it may not be a joke
Yamagata and Tendou are good friends with the mutual goal of collecting as much blackmail on their team as possible
Tendou loves animals generally considered to be ‘ugly’ like rats, crows, reptiles, etc.
80% of Goshiki’s playlist is shit overplayed on the radio. Him, Shirabu, Tendou, Kawanishi and Ushijima have a permanent ban from the aux cord
Nobody watches YouTube with Ushijima because he never skips the damn ads (other than tendou)
Suna once said y’all’dn’t’ve unironically and made a first year cry
Akagi once said UwU unironically and had an identity crisis.
Osamu has one of those rainbow gaming keyboards and is constantly on a discord call. Atsumu always yells weird shit in the background to embarrass him and once pretended to be him
During Seijoh group chat arguments. Hanamaki and Mattsukawa like to drop facebook minion memes in just to piss everyone off even more
mattsun and maki both have separate photo albums in their phones labelled ‘minion memes to piss everyone off’
Hinata carries a pocket knife and no one has no fucking idea why
mattsun and maki both have matching rat fursuits that look like they actually where in a sewer- they chased oikawa around
For all his talk of plant analogies and metaphors, Ushijima cant grow shit
Goshiki’s Bangs are the way they are because his favorite character was Rock Lee from Naruto
Oikawa has watched Ouran High School Host Club front to back so many times and he can quote all of Tamaki’s lines by heart -He keeps bothering Iwaizumi to “be his Haruhi, since you’re shorter than me”
Koganegawa has definitely gone as an Angry Bird for Halloween
Fukunaga has those reflective cat eyes, and he has terrified Yamamoto on several occasion
Hanamaki and Matsukawa have a teddy bear that they pretend is their child and they share custody
Suga always sprays whipped cream straight into his mouth whenever he sees a can
Nishinoya definitely bit people as a kid
Nishinoya would be the guy to wear shorts all year round and even if it's snowing, he'll insist he's not cold

Kuroo has burnt his eyebrows off doing an experiment. His goggles didn't cover all his brows,,, so he just showed up to practice like that. No eyebrows and a chemical burn
kenma has played all kinds of games, but he was dared to play corpse party by kuroo. He wasn't scared because of the gore, he was thinking about the trauma the characters went through. Punched kuroo the next day because that game was fucked up
Lev isn't a strong swimmer, so he often grabs people by the head to keep himself up. happened with kenma and lev couldn't walk due to the force of kenmas suprised water kicks
akaashi has those fancy pens that you have to dip in ink and they're so nice
Bokuto has and will eat pencil erasers again
Daichi once almost lost his shit at his team but instead he lost his shit at the door that decided to stub his toe on the way out of the gym. not the best thing to be found yelling to.

Akaashi can actually flirt very well! He reads romance novels sometimes and has analyzed any and every book in his possession! so he's actually quite charming

Mattsun and Maki run a fake oikawa account; its been going ever since twitter even started getting popular and they even started sending messages in spanish. The posts would range from "I love all my fans!" to flirting with them :) Oikawa is pissed cause the account got verified before he did and most of his fans also follow the fake oikawa. Tooru has no idea who runs it

i feel like Kuroo has one crazy accident a year. like it might not be deadly but its fucking crazy like for example: Kuroo for sure has ridden in a shopping cart at past midnight with kenma (who pushed him down a hill) causing Kuroo to get scratched up hella well. he lied and said he spent the night with a girl and kenma fucking hated himself cause he would be the girl if that was true
