Lots of celery.
The shrimp & dips was pretty brilliant I think 🤔
Walden farms shrimp dipping sauce. I liked it! Alot! The yum yum sauce is more calorie heavy (but sugar free). And a tiny bit of buffalo wild wings spicy garlic.

Morning os morning ing. Mom's breakfast is ready, dogs n cats are fed. Coffee is made.

Healthy habits I'm developing for 2023

It's already April and I'm still in that rut of sleeping at 2am, buying a quick fix of candy at the store when I have fruit at home, eating too many carbs and skipping the gym. Now, I'm getting my shit together.
It's easy to disguise bad habits with excuses. "Oh, I have exams coming up". "Work's been really draining lately". But if you don't change now, you'll be stuck in that same loop for the rest of your life.
Prioritising health:
Sleeping 7-8 hours every night: To end my absolutely atrocious amount of screen time, I've decided to delete all those distracting apps on my phone. It's hard, but worth it. Now I won't be tempted to scroll on Instagram when I should be sleeping.
Making healthy food choices: Choosing homemade granola over chocolate bars, banana bread over Nutella sandwiches, and homemade nachos over packaged chips makes a huge difference.
Working out: l go to the gym daily, but lately, I've been lazy and slacking off. So I want to start going again along with squeezing in a run in the evening. Finishing at least 8k steps every day. Moving my body in some way, whether it's dance or yoga.
Water: I have a bad habit of forgetting to drink water, even when it's right in front of me. So I've downloaded some water reminders to help me remember to drink. I've also decided to incorporate lemon honey iced tea into my diet because I'm a fiend for it.
Working smart:
Creating a to-do list: Committing to knocking off at least three things on a to-do list and gradually increasing the number of tasks.
Keeping devices away: I've started keeping my phone in my mom's room while I work, or I lock it in my cupboard so I won't get distracted, and I use extensions like WasteNoTime and StayFocusd to block unnecessary websites.
Dividing time: Making a schedule for my day, so I can divide school studies, sketching practice and homework. It is so important to block out parts of the day for morning and night routines and self-care.
Cleansing my life:
A clean workspace: Clean up my desk every day, so I can sit in an uncluttered space, and keep my racing mind calm.
Making my bed: Focusing on making sure my bed is clean first thing in the morning, so I have a place that's clean and warm after a long day.
Deleting social media: It was difficult, but I did it. Fighting the temptation to log in again is real, but I'm slowly coming to realise I don't care what people are posting on their stories, and the FOMO is slowly fading.
Toxic people: Getting rid of toxic friends, and deleting numbers and chats of people are who no longer important in my life. Having access to me is a privilege.
Self-care: Every Sunday, I'm setting aside a few hours for myself. During that time, I'll be having a long shower, deep conditioning my hair, using a scrub and exfoliator, shaving, moisturizing, and eating something nice. I'll be baking something for the rest of the week so I won't resort to junk food for dessert or snacks.
Understanding and knowing what you want in life is the first step to beginning your journey. Don't let others make you feel guilty for putting yourself first. It's your life, and ultimately, it's only you who can change it.

My dear lgbt+ kids, 
I’ll tell you the ultimate brain health hack now. You want to improve your mood, your mental health, your ability to focus, your ability to relax, and you look for the one simple change in your life that’ll help you with all that? Well, there is one single thing you can do right now! And it is… to not trust any brain health hacks. 
Don’t get me wrong, there are things you can do for a healthy brain. Most of them are not really that surprising: regular exercise, quality time with loved ones, meditation, safe exposure to sunlight, engaging in creative hobbies or doing things that make you laugh are all examples for things that can potentially increase the feel-good hormones in your brain. In general, all of the classic healthy habits (a diet rich in vegetables and fruits, proper hydration, enough sleep and exercise) are good for your brain. 
But if I single out just one specific thing and market that to you as the ultimate fix-all, I’m still spreading misinformation. Even if that one thing is perfectly harmless by itself and even if it helps me - I just don’t know you well enough to make any such promises. Chances are, I don’t even know myself enough. Maybe I hacked my brain by eating a banana every morning, or maybe I eat breakfast regularly because I’m feeling happier and I’m mixing up cause and effect.
Of course the banana is just an example but let’s stick with it. Unless you are allergic to bananas, it’s unlikely this advice would harm you. It can in fact be a nice little routine to get more fruit into your diet, and that’s healthy! But if I sold you this as the “one small change for your mental health”, I’d set you up for failure. Healthy habits don’t work that way. Maybe your brain isn’t lacking in any vitamins a banana could provide but mine was. Maybe there is another lifestyle change you’d benefit from much more that I don’t consider because we live wildly different lives. Maybe you suffer from depression and a banana ain’t gonna do anything about that. Maybe your mental health is perfectly fine but by promising you some big improvement, I make you hyperanalyze your daily mood and convince yourself something is wrong when you don’t notice any changes. Or maybe… yeah, you get my point. Health is way too individual for “one small change” to work for everyone.

Summer Glow-Up Guide

Summer vacations have started for most people, meaning it's the perfect time to start working on yourself, adopt new habits and improve your health. You guys asked me for a glow-up guide, so here we go! <3
Eating healthier, let's be real; we all know that the first step to a healthy glow a healthy diet is. Try adding some smoothies, proteins (like yogurt, chicken, tofu...), and healthy fats (avocados, nuts...) to your meals.
Skincare. Now is the perfect time to try some new products! My favorite brands are The Ordinary, La Roche Posay, Pixi, Lancome, and Neutrogena.
Meditation, 5-10 minutes in the morning, is enough; it helps you to focus, calm down and be mindful. You can find guided meditation videos on youtube.
New Hairstyle, get a new haircut, and try some new styles! (inspo on my Pinterest)
Journaling, I started journaling not too long ago and love it! It helps me plan my day and get things out of my mind.
Haircare, get a trim, and say bye to your split ends! you can also try some new products; I personally like Lush and Olaplex. (let me know if you want a long hair guide <3)
Practice your make-up skills! Something that helped me improve was practicing right before I shower, so I can just wash it off!
Deep cleaning room, vacuum, clean your windows, empty your trash, and so on...
Get a manicure, I'm personally a long acrylics type of girl, but even if that's not your thing, a simple manicure makes a HUGE difference. Clean nails are a must!!
Drinking more, I probably don't have to tell you that, lol.
Self-tan contour, not having to wear make-up is such a flex so let's just fake that make-up-less beauty by contouring with self-tanner ;)
New outfits that fit, it's time to get some new stuff that makes you feel beautiful and confident!
Exercising and getting toned feels awesome! try some youtube workouts; my favorites are from Daisy Keech, she's so sweet <3
New jewelry, get some cute signature pieces; you can also look for some unique pieces while on vacation and keep them as memories.
Fresh Instagram feed, go and takes some pictures! You can look for inspiration on my Pinterest; I have a board called 'Pictures to recreate' that might be helpful!
Find a signature scent; this is something fun you can do with your friends! Go to Sephora and just try perfumes until you find one that fits you.
Sleep schedule, even though it's tempting to stay up late, now is the perfect time to fix your sleep schedule.
Go out every day, go for a walk, listen to a podcast, take some pictures, you know it...
Read more; it really calms your mind and helps you relax.
Facemasks, I do facemasks at least twice a week
Be nicer

first steps to self improvement
introduction
hey loves! i want to make a post for people who have just decided to self-improving. to be healthier and happier but they don’t know where to start. 2 years ago i was in a similar position and i never though i’d be doing as good as i am today! i want to share some tips and then give my own advice too on how to begin :)
where to start?
self improvement is about one thing- knowing yourself. understanding your flaws, your skills. what YOU want. consider what your insecurities are, what your struggles are- whether with your mental or physical health. ask yourself:
what is the biggest thing i can improve on?
what changes do i want to make in my daily routine?
what habits do i want to pick up?
mental health
your mental health should be your FIRST step. a lot of times our mental health will bleed into our physical health, our discipline, pretty much everything. i also want to stress the importance of mental health because you might genuinely have a mental health condition that you don’t know about. my tips are mainly about just being a happier person, but getting treatment should always be the first step if you have a serious mental illness. :)
keep a mental health journal. i want you to keep a journal to record your thoughts, the negative ones. when you do that i want you to think deeper and get to the root of your feelings. keeping a journal to vent and understand yourself better will help you so much! i struggled a lot with regulating my emotions but having a healthy place to vent has made me a lot more stable.
find ways to cope. find habits that help you feel less stressed or sad. things that you do when you’re experiencing serious emotions in order to feel better.
shape your thoughts. be able to recognize when your thoughts are becoming toxic, judgemental, self-loathing etc. notice your own patterns and begin to correct yourself.
practice healthy habits. practicing meditation and mindful breathing are ways that i’ve found really help. but at the end of the day self improvement is about YOU- what works for you and what helps you grow as a person.
observe and reflect. one thing that helped me mature a lot is just reflecting on my actions, my choices and observing the world around me. have awareness of how you act.
reminder- life isn’t about being happy 100%. it’s not about avoiding anything that might cause unhappiness, sometimes it’s about dealing with these problems head on.
physical health
the first step with bettering your health is knowing what YOU need to work on. is your sleep schedule bad? is your diet not balanced? first you need to identify what you want to better yourself on. physical and mental health also go hand in hand- to improve on is to improve the other.
improving your diet. make sure to eat a variety of foods. improving your diet isn’t easy so always start with small changes. eating at home more often or learning to cook is a big first step that makes a big difference. incorporate a variety of fruits, vegtables and proteins. educate yourself on nutrition.
staying hydrated! most americans are dehydrated and i definitely know a lot of people who don’t drink enough. make sure you’re getting enough water! water should always be your main drink since it’s the healthiest.
get active. exercise is so important to our bodies. obesity in america is going way up, and it has a lot of complications to it. working out can mean a lot of things- going for walks, bikerides, or traditional home workouts.
get more fresh air. i know a lot of people might not live in areas where they can go outside or hang out for a long time, but making small changes like opening windows can help a lot.
fix your sleep schedule. getting proper rest is crucial in how our bodies function. if your sleep schedule isn’t good than put your attention towards fixing it.
maintain good hygeine. this is self explanatory. if your hygeine isn’t good or you don’t have a consistent routine, then develop one.
my advice
start small with everything. when you want to have healthier habits start with doing them a little bit and then eventually doing them for longer periods. what i mean is start something attainable (like working out everyday for 10 minutes) and once you’ve grown accustomed to that than you can change it to 20 minutes or so on. 
develop habits. choose habits that better your body and mind and stay consistent to them! for me i always make sure i workout, journal and read EVERYDAY. 
self improvement is very personal. a lot of my points made here are vague. at the end of the day self improvement is knowing what you want to improve and then incorporating healthy habits into your routine and staying consistent.
consistency is the key to success!

y/n sat quietly, watching as hybe’s company car left the two girls at the niche cafe that she had been to since she was a trainee (she should have never mentioned it to her manager).
the vents blew cold air, and it was as if reality hit her. this ‘was an actual thing 'date’, the one that she had to do with the person who reminded her of everything she wasn’t, she had been made to do this by her company. she had to sit here and pretend to be friendly with the girl who has and could probably ruin her life again.
the idol looked around, spotting a cameraman eating what looked to be street food on the side of the curb, and a woman sitting a couple tables behind her and minji.
y/n turned back around. she wondered if she should actually talk to minji since they would be stuck here for the next hour or two. it wouldn’t physically hurt to talk to the younger girl, but it would definitely hurt her pride.
she watched her, noticing that minji was looking at her phone with a worried expression.
she cleared her throat, hesitantly asking, “are you okay?”
“my kid’s trapped in the washroom.” minji blurted out, her eyes terrified. she completely forgot to tell danielle that she was in charge while she was out. the last time that had happened, haerin had managed to get hyein’s arm stuck in the vent.
they had to call their manager and a fire department to fix the situation.
y/n’s eyes widened as minji continued to explain. “i think hanni locked her in there.”
y/n blinked at her, not really knowing what to say.
“what?”
minji swallowed, picking up her phone as it pinged again. “nevermind.”
y/n scratched her head as she pulled out her phone, updating her members before setting it back down. this was awkward (and the comment from earlier had thrown her off for a loop), and not the usual 'i hate you’ type of awkward, but the 'what do i do?’ type of awkward.
she looked at a worried minji’s scrunched-up face. the older idol smiled lightly. she hated to admit that she found minji irritatingly cute at times. it wasn’t fair that she hated someone so pretty.
she took a deep breath, trying to push her pride down just like chaewon had taught her before. she just needed to be civil. that was all.
minji, however, beat her to it.
“um,” minji cleared her throat, an awkward smile on her face as she clutched her phone. “what drink are you going to order?”
y/n looked at her closely, trying to wonder what the girl’s motive was. the minji she knew wouldn’t be this nice… would she?
she watched as minji smiled awkwardly, waiting for the older girl to say something.
“probably a frappucino,” y/n replied.
minji nodded, looking as if she was dying to get rid of the tension between the two. the leader had never been good at keeping cool in situations like these.
y/n took a breath, deciding to humor the situation. if she was gonna be stuck doing this every other week or so, she needed to make being around minji bearable.
“what about you?”
minji looked at her for a moment, shocked that y/n actually responded with something that wasn’t a sneer or a glare. she couldn’t believe hanni was right (and she hated it).
“probably an iced americano.” minji nodded, picking on her phone as she watched a waiter pass by. “you know, it’s low on calories.”
“you shouldn’t be worried about that.” y/n said without thinking. minji felt a blush spread across her face. “i mean, this situation’s already stressful enough. just get what you want.”
“it’s not that easy.” minji shook her head, frowning at the simple thought.
“yes, it is.” y/n scoffed, watching as the girl in front of her glared in disbelief. “calories are just numbers. yunjin-unnie taught me that.”
“but—”
“you shouldn’t be such a kiss ass to heejin-nim.” y/n spat out. she watched as minji recoiled, realizing that she fell back into the habit of getting angry at minji. y/n took a deep breath. “diets are stupid anyways.”
minji didn’t know why she felt flattered. y/n wasn’t usually this harsh with her words, but minji couldn’t help but feel like the older girl meant it with worry. maybe minji was reading into it too much because y/n was finally trying(?). either way, the leader felt herself staring at y/n as a camera flashed outside the window.
they looked at each other, both holding back a sigh.
“is the frappucino here good?” minji asked.
y/n felt pride in her chest. “it’s not bad.”
minji watched as the older girl tried to push down a real, genuinely happy smile. she had never seen that on y/n before, at least not because of her.
a feeling spread across her body, but minji couldn’t tell what.
“i see.” minji nodded.
minji grabbed her phone, on her way to text who y/n assumed was hyein (minji’s 'kid’?).
to y/n, hyein had always been someone she knew looked up to her. the young girl would follow her around back during their trainee days, only to be scolded by haerin about the importance of space (something y/n greatly appreciated).
and hanni… well, y/n already knew much about her.
minji quickly looked up as a waiter briefly passed them. luckily, it caught his attention, and the waiter paitently waited as minji scanned the on-table menu in front of them.
“can we get two frappucinos,” minji pointed, looking through her options. two items caught her eye, something that she knew y/n would’ve been familiar with. “two grilled cheese sandwiches and a blueberry muffin?”
the waiter nodded, quickly scurrying off as minji looked up from the table to find y/n extremely flustered.
minji looked at her curiously.
“you remembered my usual when i was a trainee?” y/n asked, covering her face as she spoke. she bit her tongue, trying not to smile at the almost sweet (maybe even romantic?) gesture.
“it’s not that hard to memorize.” minji shrugged, wondering why it was such a big deal to the girl. “you always ate the same thing each day.”
“yeah, well…” y/n looked away, a part of her now feeling guilty about her treatment to the girl.
she quickly shook it off, realizing that now was not a good time to deal with something like this. she was here on a publicity date, not to think about her deeper thoughts with someone who reminded her of who she should’ve become.
y/n stared at minji who watched as the waiters passed their table.
“how’s it like?” y/n asked, minji’s head snapping towards the girl. “in new jeans, i mean.”
minji’s eyebrows furrowed. she assumed that there wouldn’t be any talk about her group since it seemed like a sensitive topic for y/n, but this was the first time anyone actually asked, and it wasn’t like y/n was evil. she was just annoying.
“it’s not like how i expected it.” minji shrugged, another flash outside startling the two. y/n urged her to continue. “it’s easier than being a trainee, but it’s harder because i have to take care of other people.”
y/n nodded, hating the sinking feeling that she felt in her stomach. she hated that minji was the right choice and not her.
she bit her lip, another waiter passing the two by with another table’s food. “hanni says you’re doing a good job so…”
“oh.” minji could feel herself blush at the compliment. she closed her eyes tightly before exhaling ('what is wrong with me?’). “that’s good.”
y/n nodded, the two staring at each other before another flash made itself known. y/n rolled her eyes, subtly gesturing at the man standing outside with a thousand-dollar camera that was definitely freezing himself to death.
minji bit back a smile, another photo getting taken, reminding her that this wasn’t an actual outing that she had agreed on. the two had been left here by the company earlier.
she cringed, thinking about the comment she had made earlier as she rehashed the events.
minji cleared her throat. “about earlier—”
“hyein?” y/n asked, a playful grin on her face.
minji chuckled, the two girls clearly knowing what the youngest was like. “she doesn’t really listen to anyone except haerin.”
“she listened to me.” y/n stated, smirking slightly as she watched minji get irritated. she loved having something above the younger girl.
old habits die hard.
“that was for a different reason.” minji rolled her eyes, hating the smug look on the older girl’s face. the leader sighed. “it’s just that… she’s a good kid, but i get worried sometimes.”
y/n’s face dropped slightly, suddenly feeling uncomfortable with the amount that minji was opening up to her. she wasn’t sure if normal people were like this, but if this meant that she would fight less with minji, y/n would do it (for the sake of the team, of course).
“what do you mean?” y/n tired to push her discomfort down.
“sometimes i feel like she’s growing up too fast. sometimes i feel like she’s not growing up enough.” minji ran her hand through her hair, her eyebrows furrowed from stress. “i get worried that i won’t be able to help her because she doesn’t listen.”
y/n winced, realizing that this was probably how sakura and chaewon viewed her.
she didn’t want to say anything, the topic hitting a little too close to home for her, but she couldn’t imagine how minji (and chaewon) was feeling.
the idol thought to herself, thinking about her leader and what she would say to her (she made a mental note to hug chaewon as soon as she got back).
“you shouldn’t worry about that too much. i can tell she looks up to you.” y/n said, clearing her throat. she looked down, watching herself play with her hands. “i hate to say it but i agree with hanni. you were the best choice for their leader.”
“oh.” minji tried to bite back a smile. “thank you.”
y/n nodded and tried to respond, but another flash startled the two. she turned to face the man, trying to signal to him to lessen the photos, or at least turn the brightness of the flash down. the older man gave her the middle finger, causing y/n to scoff loudly.
minji laughed as the older idol silently argued with the man in the street, a large grin on her face.
y/n turned to look at her briefly with a bewildered face before turning back to the paparazzi, but minji felt something when their eyes met. something that she shouldn’t have.
her stomach quickly sank as she realized that this was all supposed to be fake. she and y/n were never supposed to be here in the first place. they weren’t supposed to get along, and they were supposed to hate each other. she wasn’t supposed to be laughing at the idol arguing with some dispatch idiot who was freezing on the street.
this wasn’t supposed to happen.
but minji didn’t know why it bothered her so much.

so you're my only hope and i really wish for your advice. it's humiliating to say my story but i really need help. so i was misdiagnosed with schizofrenia (i 100% know i'm healthy) i need to lie that i have schizofrenia because my mother needs money. and here comes my desires : revision and desired age/grade level and maaany more. i have no responsibilities literally zero! the way i manifest is i walk around my room and viseualise, affirm and overall manifest which is fun but the thing is do you think i should build healthy day routine instead of just pacing around my room all day long? could you provide me a routine? thank you for help because yall are saving me for real. it could be even self care habits to do every day anything to avoid pacing around

♡ moving ur body/pilates - i personally do pilates and i recommend it to literally everybody. but the basic idea is to move around (and that does not mean pacing in ur bedroom) i mean get ur blood flowing and get moving. it doesn’t have to be pilates it can be running, a sport, dancing, yoga etc

♡ get a hobby - some hobby recommendations: if u are good at writing try poetry, try teaching urself how to draw or paint or sculpt, learn how to dance, learn how to play an instrument, learn a sport, learn languages, become a good cook, write stories, start a blog, learn to sew or crotchet, learn tech, read lots of books, watch/listen to lots of podcasts. literally just get busy 
♡ meditating and journaling - this is so good not only for ur mental health but it can also improve focus and keep u grounded. keep a journal or start meditating every day

♡ self care - i LOVE self care. literally practice self care every single day. take care of ur nails, skin, hair, lashes EVERYTHING. be super intentional with ur self care bcuz it tells our brains that we are worthy of effort and it’ll LITERALLY make u feel like a princess. 
♡ manifesting - you mentioned that u wanted to do some revision so something that i recommend for revising is using SATS. or state akin to sleep. once ur in state akin to sleep go back in ur mind and revise whatever u want. or just do SATS before bed every night. this is such a powerful manifesting tool

༄Habits I’m not waiting until January to implement:
Not staying up past 2am. With it being daylight savings, it’s imperative that I go to sleep early and wake up even earlier to make use of my day.
Not immediately rinsing my mouth after brushing my teeth (gotta give that fluoride time to work its magic). Oral health is one of the big things I’m learning to improve.
Discipline. I’m so use to saying I’m going to do something and then pushing it off for “later” until it’s no longer “later” and I’m still procrastinating doing it. Motivation can only take you so far without discipline.
Eating healthier. I can definitely do without consuming so much meat, sugar and dairy. I’m thinking of sticking to a more pescatarian diet with the occasional meat being consumed 3x (???) a month.
Reading more. I’m not as active on any major social media platforms, besides this one so my time should definitely be used to read more. I have a long list of books waiting to grasp my attention.
Fixing my attention span. This ties into the last one. It’s no secret that constant mindless scrolling and viewing short clips will hinder your attention span overtime as you are consuming endless information at once. This daily usage of social media has created the need for me to be constantly stimulated, to the point where because I’m not using it, I get bored and seek that attention somewhere else.
Being mindful of the content I consume and not letting it overpower my emotions. This is something I’ve always worked on, but during these troubling times, it’s important I limit my screen usage to not come across any information that can trigger and anger me.
Exercising. It doesn’t have to be anything major — it can be a simple stretch, just girl, get up and move your body.
More. More. More & More water 💧

TBH I ship Rosa x Kiki a bit since they just seem so much more on the same page with each other than our lovely gentlemen ( love Marius still tho frfr)
Our queen of justice would cherish her girlfriend so much let me tell you
Rosa has a habit of going above and beyond for the people she cares about. She’s normally the giver, and being on the other side of the coin is a whole new life
I can see it now. Every morning on her way to the Themis Law Firm she stops by her girlfriend's bakery. Rosa gets up extra early and brings her a cup of coffee/tea/etc. before the bakery opens.
She just loves to hear the jingle of the doorbell and see you arranging the display case behind the counter. Sometimes she'll pick up an apron and join you if she has extra time. Bonus points if your shop has a theme (like say you have a book café/bakery! And you dress to match the theme. You have a little knee length dress, mary-janes, and a bookish themed apron as the uniform. Maybe one of those cute little neck scarf/choker that you tie into a bow. Rosa would eat that up omg)
The first time she brought you a morning drink Rosa felt like an idiot because - well, duhh. You run a bakery! You sell this stuff! yet it became a bit of a trading deal. Rosa brings you your morning fix before the shop opens, and in exchange you pack her a few goodies.
It's such a ritual that Rosa now has a little thermos collection for you, and you have a lunch pail collection for her. It also gives you both a chance to see each other after work. On her way home (either after a shift or on her way to NYXX) she swings by your shop to drop off the pail and pick up her thermos. A quick goodbye smooch and she is on her way.
Lmao no. If she isn't going to NYXX then normally she stays back to help close the shop. If not then she begrudging leaves. Unfortunately you are not allowed to know about NYXX. It's too dangerous. You're aware that she works alongside Marius, Vyn, Luke, and Artem on the side - but are under the impression that it is for a special government case through Themis. They know about you as well. We love our ally kings. Sometimes you send Rosa off with enough goodies for all five of them when she swings by and can't stay.
Now. You know they all have/had a crush on her at some point. Especially Luke. The boy is a living golden retriever. Not to mention Artem who is just awful at masking. Thankfully your Rose is oblivious as hell, not that you're worried.
All it takes is the scent of one of your new recipes to have Rosa swooning in the palm of your hand. Before you started dating, you both were friends. You saw how she was always on a diet and depriving herself. Those little comments about her appearance making you the loving type of mad. Y'know, the type to passive aggressively eye her and be like "honey you are so beautiful that I have four men trying to steal my gf right now. Do not test me,". Which, of course, you'd only say the first part because that confrontation is not one needed considering the ally kings know their place.
Point being that we don't support that unhealthy diet culture. Big nono. She is going to eat good and she is going to like it.
Anywho. Back on topic. You know they like her and one way you casually tease is with loving treats. Yes, my dear Rose, please take this basket full of freshly baked bread to your meeting. The one with the ribbon on top. Why is it taped down? Oh, no worries my love. Just let one of the boys open it, okay? I have yours specially wrapped in a separate bag.
Meanwhile whichever poor soul opens that bag is going to get hit in the face with one of the sappiest and most suggestive love notes in all of Stellis.
"My lovely flower. Have a great day and be careful on the way home from your meeting! I have missed you so much and cannot wait to have you all to myself tonight. Enjoy the sweets with your friends" *insert a plethora of heart drawings*
Rosa will see them holding the note and simply think that you put it in the wrong bag. It's not abnormal for you to put those heartwarming notes in her lunches, so she apologizes. Vyn knows. They all know.
Dominance asserted, and your cute girlfriend is pleased by your loving note (and a bit embarrassed but it had to be done. Rosa deserves the abundance of affection. Her confidence needs to be boosted and she needs to recognize what a queen she is)
Did I mention that your shop is one of Rosa's favorite places? It's cozy, inviting, and she loves to study for her exams there. Sometimes if she's working on a case she'll claim a table for hours on end. Occasionally she sneaks glances of you working with customers and watches as a break. She'll blush if she gets caught, but it is so worth it.
Sometimes she takes her work breaks there as well. Occasionally you'll see her pop in with Artem, Celeste, Kiki, or perhaps another one of her acquaintances from work like that one Police Capitan. Darius, was it? That one always needs a triple shot of espresso. usually when you see him it means something serious is going down. It warms your heart when she boasts about your shop to them. She'll pick a table and like clockwork you'll come over to have a little chat before they get to work. It's so nice to feel included and to see her in the zone.
Whenever she is on a business trip she'll look for a little something to bring home for your shop too. Typically a decoration piece. Thanks to Rosa you have a little statue-esque tip jar from her trip to the desert, fairy lights above the main counter from a whimsical mountain, flower pots from an island trip, and more. You never question her many excursions because she always brings you home a surprise.
On one final note, your shop is her safe space. Sometimes she comes to your frustrated or nervous. It could be about exams, a particularly bad case...and sometimes she can't tell you. "Government case," she says and you know something really stressful happened. Those ones are the most worrisome. It's hard, being there when she disappears on a case that she can't tell you about. One of the gents are always there with her, but when she comes home in a near-shocked state you can't help but get anxious.
Yet Rosa knows you won't press it. She strolls in, most commonly near closing time, and you just know. You have a sixth sense for it, and without asking flip the shop sign to say 'closed' before preparing her a warm drink. Then you sit with her and let her talk. You don't question when she leaves things out, and let her vent.
You and your shop become like a second home to Rosa. Peace in a city like Stellis that never seems to rest.

Do you know how stop obsessing over calories (look at pictures of food and watch videos of people in hospital) easier than "Just Start Eating More"? Every person says "Well, eat more and you will not think of it so much". I am not from U.S and harm reduction is not even in my language. Doctors here do not know this concept and it is thought "You do not eat so now you are sick. Go to the hospital or eat with parents". I learn about harm reduction on Tumblr and forums but I do not find an answer to make it easier. Maybe it does not be easier. If this is so, I understand, but I think of it often.
Oy. If I had a fix for calories, you can bet i'd be screaming it from the rooftops. that said, I have gotten to a place where I can look at food a Normal Amount and not watch those awful before & afters and the like, so i'm including below a few recs that don't involve (for example) eating more, decreasing activity, and other traditional 'recovery' methods.
find a new, niche/weird thing to watch videos about. seriously. get obsessed with some hobby or subculture and fill your ig, etc. feed with those! i went through a phase where i'd just watch flight attendant vlogs. i also love "draw/paint/package things with me" videos. Ideally, these would be videos where the person's body wasn't constantly centered.
relatedly - when i was really fixated on peoples' hospital stays and bodies and tubes and stuff, it was because i was lonely. i was desperate for someone who actually shared this experience with me, because i hadn't processed it yet. the best way to address this takes time, but is very worth it: make friends. irl and online. make friends with people who have shared experiences and are good listeners, but are also fun to talk to about other things.
if you do want to keep watching videos about food, you can reduce harm by watching people who promote positive and curious relationships with food! emmymadeinjapan on youtube is one example of this. the baker Erin McDowell is another.
forgive yourself, and make space for doing things partway + in grey areas. this was. like. the hardest thing for me: i spent so much time early on either eating everything on my plate or, if one element was too scary, eating none of it. this isn't a realistic way to approach anything in life! i don't know how old you are or how much of your diet you currently control, but if you are able to decide what's on your plate, make it a mix of things you know you can eat and things you're not sure about.
or, build in a time of day where you try a new snack, even if you aren't able to do it every time. the point is creating new habits -- habits in which you give yourself permission to eat. not because you are required to, but because you have important and meaningful things to do with your life + you need to eat in order to be alive for them!
honestly, there's only so much advice I can give beyond simply gritting your teeth and Doing the Thing. it fucking sucks, and it hurts, but it's much easier when you have warm people in your life who understand, and ways of entertaining yourself that are attendant to your experience but not completely mired in it. this is an important reminder that you're a regular person who can have a variety of regular interests! this is a part of you, but it does not wholly define you, and you have a whole life to live and relationships + hobbies to explore beyond this focus on calories + institutions.

• So, my birthday was in June and the following SR placements are some placements which are quite accurate with my current life and situations so far. This is my own observation and experience so please take this with a pinch of salt.
♥︎ SR moon in capricorn - Since my birthday, I've been feeling like I'm bottling up my feelings and closing off myself. I became much more quieter than I'd ever been and showing my emotions to other people feel vulnerable for me. And I also feel very lonely without a particular reason. I also often feel like I'm not getting enough freedom and feel suffocated too much. And I don't know I feel like my feelings are all tangled up at times and I sometimes have suicidal thoughts too. Mental problems occured a lot. Occurring till now. I don't feel productive at all with this placement but in upcoming months I will be productive maybe because my university year is starting after 3 or 4 months from now.
♥︎ SR moon in SR 5th house - Well, I've been flirtatious since my birth month specifically. And I also often get feelings like "Ok I want to go on dates" and I always want to have fun, go to amusement parks, hang out with friends, go to parties and all of those leo-themed stuffs. I've become a bit playful since then and in my mind, I'm always desiring to go out and have fun. Home feels like a prison for me at this moment. Plus, I also got a boyfriend recently and what makes it crazier is that my august lunar return chart's rising sign is taurus which is a bit of an indicator of getting into a relationship with someone (since it is ruled by venus) and I got into a relationship with him 5 days ago. I.N.S.A.N.E.
♥︎ SR moon in natal 6th house - I'm currently stressed out a lot about my future and my everything by observing at how I'm staying unproductive all day long, laying on the couch and not focusing enough on my daily routines. I feel like I'm not using my time usefully and wasting my teenage years in this non-sense all types of s**t. I'm not very conscious about my habits but I'm focusing a lot on my health and my eating habits.
♥︎ SR venus in SR 9th house - I'm having this strong urge to travel (not necessarily abroad) and I'm also taking a lot of interest in learning other country's cultures, traditions, food and stuff. I also want to meet people from different countries, cultures and ethnicities. Oh and my boyfriend is also from different ethnicity so maybe that counts too?
♥︎ SR Jupiter in SR 8th house conjunct my natal mars - I received tons of money (a huge transformation in my finances) as a reward for my hard work. I passed my high school final exam with high marks and my grannies awarded me with money due to this. The state, the region and my school awarded me with money too. Not boasting though haha 😂
♥︎ SR pluto in SR 6th house-This is really serious. I lost 25 pounds in 2 months and I'm currently having or at the risk of having an eating disorder. In my country, most people don't know about ED and when I told my mom, she even laughed at it and just said "then eat more", so I'm not finding a way to cure this at this point. I know this is not the right way because EDs are not just about food, it's more mental-related and also food of course. However, therapists are also considered as clowns in my country mostly and treatments for ED are also really rare, so I'm just trying to keep it by myself. I'm sorry if this is triggering for some people. But it's impacting enormously on my health and my diet and my routines. I know this is soo wrong but I just can't fix this so please don't blame me 🥺. I don't know how this started because at first, I was just trying to reduce my intake of food like normally going on a diet but gradually, I became more and more obsessed about calories counting and my weight. I have body image and self-esteem issues. Plus, I also have my natal pluto in 6th house so maybe it's really doubling up. I'm neither blaming on astrology nor giving a reason for my ED but sorry. Alright, enough for this topic.
♥︎ SR Leo rising - I am feeling more confident than ever (maybe but not really because I just cried for having a flat ass about 10 minutes ago so..) and people perceive me as a cheerful and bubbly girl during this period so far even my inner mind is not like that right now. I also gained some type of recognition from my peers and my teachers and my relatives because of my academic results. I also kinda want attention from other people lately honestly but it's not like a hunger for it though.

Losing weight can be such a bizzarre process. I spent almost a whole year following a diet (and being followed by an actual nutritionist, so no fads or unbalanced meals) and regularly exercising and I only lost a few kilos, which I ended up regaining when I couldn't keep up with the diet due to lack of time and having to rely on ready-made meals for a while.
Then I picked it back up with the only difference being that I mostly cut off snacks (which were already low in calories/sugar and just meant to be filling) and less exercise and ended up reaching my target by losing around 13 kgs in 4/5 months. I guess my body simply decided it was time??? Very odd. I'm still chubby but I like myself this way and I'm not really interested in losing much more, so hopefully it doesn't just as arbitrarily decide to put it back on.
Also while I'm here: never trust anyone who tries to sell you "easy" weight-loss programs with "guaranteed" results. They're only selling you malnutrition and even then you might not even lose weight despite sacrificing your health. And even if you do you're bound to regain it because they're not teaching you healthy eating habits.
(I'm sure you know this already, just saying in general)
Oh, that's why I don't care that much about the numbers. I don't actually want to lose weight insofar as make the Big Bad Number go down- I was asked by my doctor to see if fixing my diet would help fix my cholesterol, and to up my exercise to see if losing a bit of fat would also help. The answer was no, and I lost very little weight in the mean time, so I went on cholesterol meds.
I'm not really interested in any sort of weight loss cure or routine or anything because literally none of them are actually good for you. I am vaguely interested in going to the gym once I'm done with top surgery because then I can really tone my chest and shoulders maybe but again I don't really care if the number goes up or down more than I care about wanting some more muscles once I'm not carrying an extra 10lbs around on my chest all the time and can actually, you know, breathe while exercising.
