Eddie should have know better than to walk in the woods alone.
The woods were a peaceful, quiet place and a walk through them had never failed to put Eddie’s mind at ease. Eddie had walked these paths hundreds of times and nothing had ever went amiss.
But Eddie was now heavily pregnant and halfway through his walk, he experienced a deep sharp pain right into his abdomen. Though the contraction was intense, Eddie knew labor for first time fathers was often lengthy and he should be safely back home by the time any real action started. Right? His water bursting immediately after this thought put the kibosh on that notion. After that Eddie felt something like a python thrashing his insides. He collapsed by a nearby tree and this birth would not wait for a return home.
Later, Eddie would be thankful he had at least managed to kick off his jeans in time for the baby’s arrival.

I was thinking (shocking, I know) and I think the bat kids should have a little auction/market amongst themselves but for like stolen clothing
Like every three months they congregate in a fucking walmart parking lot (bc there’s way too much of them) at 3 am and they trade favours and stolen clothing for funsies.
There are some rules though like; It’s a strictly bat kid thing, no one else is allowed and the clothes must be of family members and family adjacents
Jason and Bruce’s clothes are always in demand bc theyre so fucking big.
*ehem* now here is my rendition of what would happen in one of these auction.
Tim: I’ll take the B/P route for a week if you give me your purple sweatshirt
Steph: Nuh uh 2 weeks or nothing
Dick: ✨guess what I got✨

as newspapers today dont tend to hire children, a modern day Tintin would run a clickbait YouTube channel, except the clickbait is 100% real every single time
he starts off as an irritating conservative pundit at 14, meets Chang then leaves the think tank paying him and launches his own independent channel and blows up shortly after. Chang helps with video editing and managing his socials and they often chat on video calls between adventures. Haddock, his foster dad, has absolutely no knowledge of his earlier videos.
