A Couple of Weeks Ago…
“So, you’re not a thing?” Bucky asked as he shoved his laptop and notebook back into his bag, grabbing the handle of his water bottle and choosing to carry it with him for the walk.
The two boys were higher up in the rows of the lecture hall as they peered over the two girls talking to the professor. Steve had his eyes drilled into Natasha, the girl standing off to the side as her friend went over a question she had.
“She told me she is still figuring out her feelings since her last serious relationship,” Steve sighed as he packed up as well, “and I told her I’d wait- apparently this guy’s parents had given their family engagement ring and everything.”
Bucky pulled the corner of his lips out tight as they began to walk down the stairs, “who’s the other girl?”
“The one that was just asking the question is Y/N,” Steve watched as both girls left the room, “good friends, met last year, live together now.”
“She’s cute,” Bucky said purely, no smirk or innuendo.
********
You sat over your laptop in the library with both hands acting as a brim to cover your eyes from the people around you. Tears rolled down your face as you studied the practice question, you felt pathetic and you tried to sniffle as quietly as possible. If anyone saw you silently bawling you’d drop out, it was stupid enough already when the librarian walked over and dropped a tissue box off without saying a word.
“What do you mean?” you whispered to the page for the hundredth time, hoping for some answer.
You had done the homework, you went to the study groups, you even extended your prof's office hours because you wanted to make sure you were doing everything right. Yet here you were, sitting alone on a Friday night because you still can’t do the practice assignment. Quitting felt like the only option, it wasn’t like everything was going to click; it was too late.
This was just going to become the thing that you could never do, simple as that. Sometimes there are subjects that no matter how hard you try, you don’t have the flair. It was a tough pill to swallow but you’d never be able to do any work if you’d continue to hold yourself to a high standard, it was a win to get the little things right, not the entire question.
The idea of failing was new to you. The jump from high school to college was still something you never adapted to, you always expected nineties on everything and not the mindset that C’s get degrees.
Trying to do the question was like beating a dead horse, you needed a break. You ran your hands over your face and leaned back in your chair, hearing pops from your back as you did so, until you were leaning back and looking up at the ceiling. When you looked straight you saw someone already staring at you.
He had longer brown hair that hit his jawline, blue eyes that jumped out at you, and a very concerned look on his face. He was familiar but you didn’t know what it was from.
“Are you Natasha’s friend?” The guy came up to your empty table.
“Yeah?” You wiped away your tears, extremely confused as he pulled out the chair right beside you to sit at the eight sided table.
“I’m good friends with Steve, I think the two of them have something going on- not important, but I kind of know you and I'd rather not leave someone I kinda know alone crying, so…” he rubbed the back of his neck, “are you okay?”
“Do I look okay?” you rolled your eyes and faced your computer again, “the absolute last thing I need is something watching me cry, alright?” your bottom lip wobbled as you kept your eyes away from his at all times.
He was still staring at you, “come on,” he sighed and moved his hand to comfort you but thought otherwise, “I’m not going to laugh at you or run and tell everyone I know I saw a girl crying in the library- y’know what they’d say?” You could see him tilt his head, “they’d say what’s the big deal, haven’t we all?”
You scoffed, “no they wouldn’t.”
“You’re calling me a liar?”
“I don’t even know your name.”
“Bucky,” he stuck out his hand, “Bucky Barnes.” You shook his hand, “and since I am a Barnes and was raised by my ma I simply can not let this continue, it’s my obligation to either cheer you up or take you home.”
You scoffed again and tried your best to hide your smile, “and I’m Y/N, and in my family we stress about everything and never give up so I can’t leave until I get this question, so…”
Bucky’s tongue poked the inside of his cheek as he flipped the laptop to face him a little better, “this is the class all four of us have together, alright,” he read over the question and immediately furrowed his brows before looking at you again, trying your best to hold it together. He knew the answer but couldn’t bear to see your reaction, it was painfully obvious you were beating yourself stupid over these questions.
“Can you take a deep breath for me?” he asked like he was talking to a child.
“I barely know you, dude,” you crossed your arms and ripped your laptop back to face you, “and I’ll have you know I don’t need a man to come in here and explain everything to me, alright, I’m going to figure this out on my own and I don’t need you, okay? So just head home, tell Steve I say hi.”
Bucky took a deep breath himself, “that question isn’t marked on the homework, the reason you can’t get the answer is because the way to get it has most likely not been taught yet,” he paused and saw your face crumble, “and I didn’t want to freak you out because you look like you’ve been here a while and you seem to be beating yourself up and I just couldn’t-”
“Stop,” you whispered and covered your face with your hands, “just stop talking.”
And he did.
Trying your best to calm your breaths, it didn’t work. So fucking stupid, unbelievable, there’s no way you just spent close to an hour staring at a problem you didn’t even have to do in the first place.
“Can you walk me home?” you squeeked.
“Of course,” Bucky stood up right away and started helping you pack your bag, “I have some water, do you want it?” He held up his water bottle. You nodded and began drinking as you both made your way outside and towards your off-campus house.
“Did you need to study?” you asked as you screwed on the cap.
Bucky laughed and looked up at the night sky, “I was going for a walk because I heard there was a blood moon tonight, and there is, look,” he point up and saw the red mood looming above both of you, “and I just happened to walk past the library, I looked in the window and recognised your laptop as well as your hair, funny enough,” he laughed as he looked forward again.
“So you just came in to see me?” you needed to make sure you were hearing this right, it’s not like it happens often.
“I was going to introduce myself to you actually,” Bucky shrugged and looked over at you, “I know Steve and Nat are trying to figure things out and I thought friends of two people who might date should know one another. Then I saw you crying so I changed my game plan.”
You just nodded, slightly brushing into Bucky’s arm as you walked. It was hard to stay straight with the exhaustion taking over, every now and then you’d brush your knuckles past Bucky’s. He was a cute guy, and something about him being oh so caution around you made you feel important.
“This is me,” you said later as you walked up the steps, “thanks Bucky, I hope we can be friends.”
Bucky smiled and stood at the bottom of the steps, “if you ever get in your head again like that and need someone to pull you away, let me know- even in the middle of the night, alright?”
“Alright,” you laughed with your hand on the door handle.
“I’m serious, Y/N. I look after the people close to me, I look after friends of friends like siblings,” there was no joking in his tone, it seemed other people doubted him on this promise. “I’ll give you my number,” he hand reached out for your phone.
“I’ll be fine, you seemed to have good luck running into me,” you giggle and open the door to your house. Before it fully closed you felt resistance, looking over your shoulder you saw Bucky holding open your door.
He was smiling, “then give me your number for another reason.”
“Oh?” you turned and placed a hand on your chest, “you’re rather forward.
“Well being cryptic didn’t work, did it?” He laughed and held out his hand again, “come on, I might need a study buddy one day- or even better, a lunch buddy.” you laughed as he tried to duck to meet your eyeline, “you don’t want to be my lunch buddy?”
“I’ll be your lunch buddy,” you giggled and handed him your phone, he wasted no time adding it in. “Goodnight,” you whispered and made it into your house, leaning back and resting against the door. You thought for a moment before breaking into a massive smile, replaying how he tried to keep eye contact with you. Or how he’d been so proud of how his mother raised him- “son of a bitch,” you whispered.
He walked you back home and cheered you up.
Just like he said he would.
A Few Days Later…
Your phone must be hacked or something because your weather app said it would be completely clear today and sunny in the afternoon. As you sat in the cafe you thought it would clear up but it was only getting worse.
All you needed to do was brave the rain and make your way home, but waiting for the perfect time when everything would let up for a moment was pointless.
Walking as fast as you can with your head down, you saw your grey sweatpants become a darker shade instantly. It was a straight downpour with absolutely no sign of letting up, you swore you heard thunder when you waited at the crosswalk. Due to your phone lying to you, you had not brought a hooded article of clothing or umbrella so you just had to deal with everything going wrong.
There definitely was thunder and the lightning was right above you, it seemed like you were the last person on Earth because everyone else was smart enough to stay inside right now; but not you. Down your little street you began to run, trying to get away from the lightning that was chasing you.
If you could guess you’d say most people who had been struck by lightning most likely thought they were too far away, in denial as the sky opened up from above. It was hard to admit you were actually a little scared at that moment, rain getting in your eyes as you sprinted down to your house that was now in view.
With your key at the ready you fell inside, slamming the door behind you.
Natasha rounded the corner, “you idiot, I was trying to call you!” She screamed and saw your state, “Steve and Bucky are over-they drove over they could have picked you up,” Natasha got in your face to peel off the sweater, taking it off right over your head and leaving you in your bralette and those drenched sweatpants.
“You took off my shirt when there’s boys here?” you whispered as you began to shake, covering your chest with crossed arms.
“We guessed you were walking back so we put towels in the dryer,” as if on cue Bucky rounded the same corner with your fluffy towel ready, “thank you Bucky,” Natasha wrapped it around your shoulders.
“Hi, Bucky,” you squeeked, “glad we keep meeting like this.”
Natasha had walked upstairs, most likely getting different pants. Bucky got down on one knee and slipped off your shoes, “like what?” he asked as he looked up, he reminded you of a little puppy somehow. He was as big as a great dane but there was an underlying softness that made you want to hug him or just let him wrap his arm around you.
You huffed as you pulled the towel tighter, “when I’ve just done something embarrassing and you’re there to save the day.”
Bucky stood up with his arms crossed, “only you would think crying or getting caught in the rain is embarrassing,” he shook his head and reached out to rub your shoulder that was covered by the towel, “I like helping and I like making sure people I know are okay, you know this.”
“I do,” you whispered and walked further in your house. Before you could get anywhere near comfortable Natasha whisked you away to change your soggy pants as well as throw on a sweater, they had also been thrown in the drier, everything was very toasty and warm.
Steve was sitting on the couch, staring intensely at the football game going on. Natasha guided you back in and towards the couch. There was enough room for four of you but you knew thighs would be pressed up against one another, you were okay with that if Bucky was sitting beside you. Though you don’t see him often it was nice when you did even though you made it seem like it was embarrassing. Something about having someone who loves taking care of people take care of you so well caused you to crave it a little more.
Bucky came around the couch with a mug, “hot chocolate for you,” he whispered and took the spot beside you, next to the arm rest. You thanked him and let your hand slightly burn on the mug when you held it, liking how the warmth began to spread up your arms. Natasha found her spot on the other side of you while Steve stayed on the edge, leaning forward and never looking away from the game.
“This is really good,” you sipped it and whispered to Bucky, he just smiled and leaned into your side for a moment.
“What were you working on?” he asked after a moment.
“I was at the cafe for a little treat but before I was doing my elective course,” you spoke softly. It seemed like everything happened for a reason because you only got food at the cafe which left room for this hot chocolate now.
“And that is?” Bucky giggled as he leaned forward again.
“Art history,” suddenly, you were coy. Most people thought your elective was a bird course but to you it was actually interesting, it wasn’t often you were met with a positive response.
His eyes got wide, “that’s sick!” Bucky readjusted himself off the couch, “I would have never even thought of that course, wow, that’s really cool. So, like, what do you-”
“Bucky, I love you, brother, I really do but-” Steve sighed, “can you please be quiet, this game is very important.”
“I didn’t think the Big Game was on today?” you asked as you took another sip.
“It’s not that,” Steve places his beer down, “it’s the State Cup Finals, it’s college football.”
Natasha smiled and looked over, “his team’s the underdog and are actually on the road to winning the entire thing!” She giggled and linked an arm with Steve who was happy to cuddle up with her, “it’s actually very exciting once you learn the ins and outs of it.”
You just nodded and faced forward again, seeing Bucky out of the corner of your eyes rubbing his thumb on the neck of his beer bottle, staring off into space. The moment you leaned your head on his shoulder he looked over at you, your heart broke when you saw a sad smile. He was just trying to talk to you, he got excited for you and here he was being scolded.
“Do you want to come look at some of my notes, or are you into this game?” you whispered and saw his eyes light up, both of you quickly stood and headed up stairs with your bag slung over your shoulder.
The moment you walked into your room you felt everything slow down, Bucky slowly walked in and looked around. He was smiling to himself as he l took in your photos on the walls or posters, even your to do list seemingly growing on the white board you have mounted to one wall.
You sat on the corner of your bed as he flipped through your notes, “so you’re, like, breaking down these paintings, it's not just the history of when they were painted?”
“Oh yeah,” you fiddled with the hem of your dry sweater, “most of these artist go insane and we look for that in the work or even just what was happening during the time with stuff that you’d learn in a normal history class but we look at if and when it get put into art,” this was your little thing you could talk about for ages, “very cool stuff.”
Bucky nodded and flipped the pages, “your notes are amazing,” he whispered, “you’re a pretty good student, huh?” he looked over his shoulder and saw you sitting there, just staring at him as he made his way around your room. “What?” he giggled and made his way over to you, holding his hand out to get you to stand up.
“Nothing,” you tucked your chin to your chest, getting coy at the attention. “You’re just…y’know, sweet.”
Bucky just smiled and rubbed your arm, giggling as you both stared at one another for a moment. “Do you want to go back down?”
“Sure,” you nodded and leaned forward, smiling as you both made your way back downstairs.
The rain still worked its way down your windows as the beers and wine kept flowing. The game had ended a while ago but Steve and Bucky didn’t see a reason to leave, it was a good moment that no one wanted to end. You had finished your hot chocolate and moved onto wine, sipping it slowly as everyone talked. It was nice to be brought into this group even though it stemmed from Nat and Steve, there was good chemistry between the four of you.
Talking to everyone was effortless, you didn’t need to act like someone else to fit in. no one was yelling over someone else to get their point across, there weren't any passive aggressive tones in anyone's jokes, it was carefree. It was relaxing to have people this easy to talk to.
The only thing that wasn’t relaxing was the amount of times you caught Bucky staring at you. Everyone had migrated to the floor with their backs against different furniture so you could break out the board games, Bucky was sitting adjacent to you on your right and Steve adjacent on your left, Nat right in front. Every single move whether it be placing a card down or moving your little object around the board Bucky would find a reason to look at you.
“Good one,” he’d pat your shoulder.
“Let me move your piece for you,” he’d say before you could reach across the table.
“Sorry…” he’d smile before taking your little object and moving it back four spots.
He was very attentive, always watching and scanning. But the more you noticed it the more you figured out he was doing it to everyone, including Steve. Something happened whenever Bucky would either move Steve’s piece for him or go get another beer so he wouldn’t have to stand up, Steve would give this look. It seemed as though he was silently telling Bucky he knew something or he was pointing something out that had been a topic of conversation before. Bucky would try to laugh it off but Steve was very protective of Bucky, you just didn’t know why.
The games had slowly come to a close, everyone not drunk but a little more than tipsy. Giggles flowed freely around the table as the conversation resumed again, your eyes were growing heavy as you traced the rim of your glass.
“I’ll be back,” Bucky muttered as he headed to the washroom.
The moment the door closed Steve sighed, “this kid.”
“What?” you were getting protective, why was Steve about to talk shit about his best friend?
Steve just shook his head, “It’s hard to see how badly Winnie fucked him up.”
Your heart plummeted. Any tiredness had left your body faster than the little gasp escaped your lips. Who was this Winnie girl and why did he mess Bucky up? The thoughts circled your head, was he in an abusive relationship? Natasha looked like she didn’t know either, pouring more wine into her cup.
When Bucky came back he sat closer to you and you couldn’t help but reach out and wrapped your arm around his. He must have been a little surprised but you rested your head on his shoulder and continued on like it was nothing.
You were half asleep when Bucky tried to do something for Steve, maybe get him another beer but whatever it was it left Bucky looking like a sad puppy because Steve said, “Buck, relax, I can get my beers, thank you, but I got it, alright?”
Steve's tone was soft but also commanding, he wasn’t annoyed at all. With your eyes closed you pieced it together that Steve was trying to help Bucky in some way, maybe get him to relax a little more. It was out of love but Bucky was very quiet for the rest of the night.
********
You and Bucky had started hanging out a lot more on your own. There were a lot of late night drives or study sessions, Bucky always came to the library to walk you home if you stayed late or had turned your brain into mush during your studying.
What Steve had said stuck with you more than you thought it would, it didn’t impact how you saw Bucky but it made you more aware of his people pleasing tendencies. You wanted to do the same as Steve, tell him it was okay but you weren’t as close. You saw how hurt he was the last time and you just couldn’t do it to him.
Currently you were both sitting on his bed, the movie was wrapping up. Half of his laptop sat on one thigh and the other half sat on Bucky’s, your arms were linked and there was a steady brushing of your thumb on his forearm. In all honesty, you thought you were lulling him to sleep when you looked up five minutes ago to see him fighting his dropping lids.
When the movie faded to black both of you sat there for a moment, content with the sitcom that was coming up next. You looked up again to see him with his face scrunched up, his other hand was on his back.
“What is it?” you asked and leaned over, he was rubbing a specific spot on his lower back with his thumb.
Bucky held his breath as he leaned forward to move his hand, “I was working out this morning and there weren't any belts left for my deadlifts and I did something to my back.”
“Do you want a massage?” you offered, he’d do the same for you.
“I’m okay, thanks,” he looked down at your head resting on his bicep.
“I didn’t know you worked out,” you smiled, “you don’t have the, like, bodybuilder physique.”
Bucky laughed and wiped at his eyes, giggling to himself before answering. “I don’t want that look, but…” you could see the boast on the top of his tongue, he poked his tongue on the inside of his cheek.
“Tell me!” you sat up, taking the laptop off your lap so you could fully face him now, “are you, like, ripped or something?” you both laughed as he hugged himself so you couldn’t feel or see anything, “you are, shut up!” you placed both hands on his shoulders, his face so red from laughing and embarrassment you just wanted to take a bite out of it.
“Steve calls it a sleeper build,” Bucky managed to wheeze out, he was trying to play-fight you off of him.
“What the fuck is that?!” you gasped as your hands reached out but he copied you and intertwined his fingers with yours.
“It’s when someone has muscle but you can’t really see it in normal clothing,” his face was calming down as well, but that stupid smile was still on his face. “It just kinda happened, just how I am.”
You tried to move his arms around but you couldn’t, his fingers were still tightly woven with yours. You just laughed and fell back into him, cuddling up again. “I had a friend's mom who was an actual masseuse, so…” you shrugged, “I actually know what I’m doing because she’d give me massages and walk me through her process.”
“You just want to take my shirt off, don’t you?” Bucky taunted.
“I want to make sure you’re not uncomfortable the entire time we hang out and for the rest of the week,” you giggled before snuggling into his arm again and watching the show that had come on randomly.
It took three days before Bucky came back for that massage.
You were hanging out again like normal and he was still trying to relieve the ache in his lower back. It was becoming sad to see him so uncomfortable so you kept reminding him of your excellent massage skills. After what you counted as his third groan of pain you just looked at him and soon enough he was asking you to turn around so he could take his shirt off and lie down.
Choosing your angle to stand with your back to him was a science, you wanted to make sure you had the mirror to look at but you also didn’t want to make it obvious. Part of you hated yourself for wanting to catch and peek at his body but it was infamous now, you just had to look.
And my god was it worth it.
It wasn't an obnoxious amount of muscle that made it seem like the strength drained from his brain and into his arms. The sleeper build comment was right, you had no idea. His chest made you feel comfortable and protected, the kind of chest you’d want to fall into when the subway starts up too quick and you’re not holding onto anything. His arms were, and you already knew this, amazing at covering so much surface area for hugs. They were secure and trustworthy, you knew that when you hugged him he had you; it also helped to remember when he’d whisper it in your ear.
“Okay,” his voice was muffled by pillows at the top of your bed.
You turned around and were greeted by his back which was also an amazing sight, the kind of body sculptors would use and their go-to subject if no one else was there. “I have some lotion on my hands,” you warned and pressed your palms onto his back and quickly began spreading the lotion around.
Though this wasn’t a proper table and he was resting on one cheek instead of face down you knew this was the best he’d get for a college kid. You started all over and slowly worked your way to focusing on his lower back. When you felt the knot you knew you found it, the thing was massive. The low groan Bucky let out was close to pornographic as you dug into him.
Something about seeing him grip the sheets, making his veins pop out, did something to you. At first you only really saw Bucky as another friend or a good member of the friend group you stumbled your way into. But the more you spent one-on-one the more you realized he was your perfect guy. Any guy can be perfect physically but his personality enhanced your view for him, it made you appreciate his looks even more.
His laugh always brought out the crinkle in his nose and those pretty teeth, the sound of him giggling was music to your ears and also was the perfect accompaniment to his squinted eyes or broad smile. The same with his little fist pumps he does when beating you at a game either around a group of friends of a video game, that stupid celebration he does every time causes him to flex his bicep but that’s secondary to the little circles he makes with his fist.
You kept working away and looking at his rested face once in a while, seeing his eyes closed and the relieved look on his face. There was something so pure about watching the guy your slowly obsession over fall into simple relaxation all because of you, it was a treat.
“How’s that?” you whisper, “Bucky?” trying to make sure your pressure wasn’t too hard for him you wanted to check in, but he had fallen asleep. With the opportunity in front of you, you reached out and placed your bent knuckles along his cheek, feeling the stubble tickle your fingers.
You found him blanket on his bed and covered him up so he wouldn’t get cold with his shirt off, before leaving you placed a kiss on his forehead before heading downstairs for a snack. You also wanted to give him space, let him sleep peacefully.
Steve was down there when you got there, another roommate of his cooking as you found Bucky’s section of snacks to choose from.
“Where’s Bucky?” Steve asked as he looked over his shoulder, not for long due to the football playing on the TV.
“Sleeping upstairs,” you ate the goldfish as you rounded the couch to watch the game.
He seemed taken aback at your casualness, “what did you guys do…?” he slowly looked over, most likely trying to see if your hair was disheveled or anything was blossoming on your neck.
“I gave him a massage,” you shrugged and fell back onto the couch, “his lower back has been killing from his workout a while ago.”
You could see Steve look over his shoulder to see if his roommate was also hearing this, he looked over at you again and squinted. “So- and correct me if I’m wrong here- you gave Bucky a massage and put him to sleep and now you’re down here getting a snack?”
“You would be correct,” you smiled, “would you like to do a once over of my neck for hickies or maybe rummage through the trash for condoms?” you sassed and plopped a few more goldfish in your mouth, “I was helping him.”
That statement made Steve look over his shoulder again. The roommate just shrugged with a smile before heading down to his room in the basement, noodles steaming from the cup. You just looked at Steve as he tried to piece together everything, it was actually funny to see him try to understand.
“Bucky doesn’t accept help from anyone,” Steve turned to face you, “it’s his thing to never want to be in debt with anyone when it comes to favours of any sort.”
“Well,” you just sighed, “I’ve been picking up on that too but I got to him I guess, he let me do something for him.” That was all you could say because you didn’t have a full background of why Bucky didn’t accept help from anyone you just knew he didn’t; the only clues you had were Winnie and her role in this.
“That’s good,” Steve quickly added, “I’m far from saying it’s bad, trust me, it’s just he’s been in a funk for a while when it comes to that stuff, it ebbs and flows.”
“Do you think he’ll ever tell me?” you asked as you watched the game, too embarrassed of the question to look at Steve. It seemed there was this vital piece of information that made Bucky who he was that was dangling right in front of your face, you were falling for him but that thing that made him him was out of reach. When Steve first made the statement he siad that this Winnie girl fucked him up which implied something bad much have happened and that can also mean something isn’t necessarily right. You were never going to fix Bucky but you did want to understand so you could help be a better friend to him and not unconsciously get in the way of his mindset.
Steve nodded, “he’ll definitely tell you,” he looked over and smiled, “I mean, you’re all he ever talks about, this kid is head over heels for you it’s just…some guys have hard times coming to terms with their past, he’ll get there though.”
“I know,” you nodded, “I’ll obviously never force it out but I do want him to be aware I’m here to listen, y’know?”
“He knows,” Steve laughed and stood up, going to the cupboard and grabbing a little snack for himself as well.
You took a deep breath before standing up and heading back upstairs, you were guessing Bucky was still fast asleep. When you opened the door you found him still laying on his bed in the exact same position, only now there was little snores coming from him.
With a pout you crawled back onto the bed and sat next to him, placing your hand on his back and sliding it down to his arm that was bent up so his hands could rest under the pillow. Your thumb gently rubbed his arm for a moment before pulling out your phone and scrolling through it.
The boredom ate away at you, instead of scrolling through your phone you went to his dresser to find some clothes you could change into so you could crawl under his sheets and sleep over. When you pulled open his top drawer you were met with his underwear and socks as well as a box of condoms tucked to the side, you just giggled to yourself at the painfully college male sight in front of you.
Something about wearing his boxers made your face heat up, that was a level of intimacy you wanted to reach with him one day but you didn’t know if it was time. Looking over your shoulder after a particularly loud snore you smiled to yourself and picked up a black pair, as you held it up you remember seeing the waistband sticking out of his jeans while he reached above his head to grab something for someone - you weren’t focused on his actions at the time.
Quickly slipping your pants off and pulling up the boxers you maneuvered to his closet, finding your favourite hoodie he wore very often. This moment of intimacy, moving around Bucky’s room while he wasn’t aware, caused a surge of confidence to shoot through you. Though you had never talked to Bucky about what the relationship between you was, you knew both of you could agree there was no room for girlfriends or boyfriends for either of you, this was the time to build the foundation for something better later. Having this idea of only being the girl in his room you took off your bralette and tucked it back in his top drawer, across from the condoms.
You didn’t choose this bra specifically but you were wearing a slightly lacey bralette, it was far from lingerie but the lace added something to it. Making sure you put it where it wouldn’t be obvious but also not hiding it, you grew giddy at the image of Bucky finding it.
Before getting in his bed you tugged and tugged the sheets under his body before managing to get the covers fully out from under him. You scooted in and pulled the sheets up to cover both of you, it seemed he really needed the sleep because nothing was waking him up, not even the little hug you gave him before turning off the lights and falling asleep beside him.

You were sitting in class aimlessly scrolling through your phone during your five minute break in your lesson, your art history professor was one of the best teachers you've ever had. She was funny but also well informed, she also had a big heart and didn’t need a eulogy as a form of proof if someone asked for an extension due to a funeral service that day.
Bucky: What the hell is in my dresser?
Without knowing the tone or context your heart dropped. You read the text with Bucky’s voice as if he was screaming at you, a hint of embarrassment in his tone. It was in your head, you didn’t know if it was a flirty tone either.
You: Just my bra, when I stayed over a couple of nights ago I changed into your clothes and just absentmindedly put my bra in your top drawer. I probably was just going through the motions and thought I was at my place.
Bucky: Can I pick you up from class, when does your lecture end?
Something about him completely disregarding your explanation - lie or not - gave you the worst feeling in the world. Ice poured down your back as you watched your prof make her way back up to the little stage she teaches on, you couldn’t keep the conversation going and just needed to deal with it later.
You: sure, it ends in an hour.
Bucky: I’ll be there.
Part of you didn’t want to leave when your lecture was over, you stayed in the hallway for a moment and thought of every single end of the world situation that could happen in the car. Bucky didn’t seem like a guy who hit women but your anxiety didn’t let you leave out that thought. He also didn’t seem like the guy who’d reveal he’d been dating another girl the entire time but who knows, he could be in a three year long relationship as you stood there.
With all these terrible situations playing out in your head you decided to face it head on, you’d walk in there and wouldn’t let him talk; just saying your apologies with your eyes closed before he could get a word out.
You walked down the steps and to the right to find Bucky’s car parked in front, coming up in the blindspot. You took a moment to take a deep breath, opening the door and sitting down as quickly as possible.
“Do you-”
“Bucky,” you put your hand out but kept your eyes casted down, “I am so unbelievably sorry if I made you uncomfortable, I don’t know if you already have a girlfriend and she found it and it caused a rift in your relationship, or if you like to sleep with other girls and one of them found the bra and got jealous so you lost your credit. I don’t know what made you angry but please, I am so sorry for what I did, I wasn’t thinking and I just put it in there and I-...” you just held your mouth open as you looked at the center console, you had run out of things to say. “Um,” you slowly looked up to see him frozen in shock, mouth still slightly open from when he began to say something, “sorry, you were about to say something?”
Bucky had to physically rattle his head to get out of the shock he was in, “do you want to get some coffee?”
Your eyes flicked up and it was your turn to stay frozen, “what?”
Bucky pulled his brows together, “I was making a joke about the bra thing,” he seemed concerned at your extremely anxious state, “I don’t care what you leave at my place, I really don’t,” normally someone would laugh in awkward situations but Bucky didn’t, it felt like it made everything worse. “Do you want coffee?”
“What is going on?” you couldn’t believe the situation you had put yourself in, nothing was making sense.
“Don’t get all mad at me,” now it was time for him to scoff, “you’re the one that thought I was sleeping with multiple women while I’m actively pursuing you, you idiot.”
“Don’t call me an idiot,” you huffed and faced the front of the car, crossing your arms after putting on your seatbelt.
Bucky laughed as he reached over and turned your face so you’d look at him, “that’s what you took from that statement?” He giggled, “babe, I just said I was pursuing you, does that just fly over your head?”
“Wait, what?” you grew more interested, “you want to date me?”
Bucky nodded, “have I not made it obvious?” You just shrugged and began to feel small, curling yourself further into the seat of his car, “I would like to take you out and I would like to continue to collect little pieces of you at my place while doing the same to yours, does that make sense?”
“Then what were those condoms for?”
“The same reason our house keeps tampons in our main bathroom,” Bucky put the car in drive and began working towards to coffee shop, “if you ever need a tampon you go and grab one, if Steve ever needs a condom and he’s out of stock in his room he comes to me,” Bucky looked at you at the stop light.
“Oh,” was all you could say.
“But let me get a few things straight,” Bucky placed his hand on your thigh, “I’m not sleeping with other girls, I do not have a secret girlfriend, I am not mad you left your bra in my dresser and I tried to make the text seem flirty, and finally,” he went at the green, “I really like you and I would like you to be my girl whenever we get there.”
“Okay,” you whispered, “I’d like that too.”
“Then it’s settled,” it was a short drive to the cafe, “let’s celebrate over coffee, shall we?”
You looked down at his hand on your thigh, “yeah, we shall.”
********
Your body felt like it was floating, your legs tingled and it was hard to catch your breath. As you laid on your back with your hands on your bare stomach Bucky worked his way back up from between your legs while leaving kisses on your hip bones as well as your stomach when you lifted your hands.
“How was that?” Bucky asked breathlessly, licking his lips before kissing you.
You kept your answer waiting, probably because he knew it already, kissing him slowly as he wanted. He was fully in control right now, setting the pace and tone of this entire afternoon. When he pulled away for a moment you complimented him like always, your hands reached up to his shoulders and tried to push him to lay on his back but he stayed strong.
“Flip over,” you whispered and ran your hands down his chiseled stomach, working your way up to his shoulders as your fingernails raked up his back.
“I’m all good,” he shrugged.
“But you’re painfully hard,” you tried again to get him to move but he just fell beside you on his stomach, not allowing you to touch him where he was in fact, extremely hard. “Come on, you always do this.”
“Don’t worry about it,” he smiled and pulled you down with him.
“I just want to do something nice for you, you never let me do anything for you or give you any favours,” in your head it seemed like a normal observation, it was true that Bucky didn’t let anyone do anything for him while he actively tried to help everyone in anyway he knew how.
That seemingly struck a nerve, “alright then,” he sighed and got up from the bed, heading into the bathroom as he left you naked and alone on his bed, the most lonesome feelings in the world.
“Where are you going?” you sat up, grabbing your shirt from the edge of the bed.
“Going to go jerk off in the shower,” he said as he closed the door.
“You can’t be serious,” you quickly stood and made your way to the bathroom that was connected to his room. You opened the door to see him already adjusting the tap before starting the shower. “Bucky, it’s the truth, it’s who you are but it’s the truth and as your girlfriend I want you to feel good, I want to give you pleasure like you do to me.”
You reached forward and placed your hands on his back, slowly working your way to his shoulders so you could turn him around. There looked like shame had overtaken him as he stood before you, though he was larger in size he shrunk himself down to look small. His mouth opened and closed a couple of times, he didn’t know what to say.
“If I can’t give you head then can I come in the shower and wash your hair?” you didn’t even put on the shirt you grabbed, it was dropped to the floor. “Come on, honey, it’ll feel so good.”
Bucky only nodded before stepping into the hot shower with you. You made sure he got most of the stream on him, you stayed in front and made sure his hair was soaked before getting any product. You could see his tenseness at first but the moment your hands made contact with his scalp his eyes rolled back, his shoulders relaxed. In that moment it occurred to you that you had actually never seen his relaxed state before.
“Doesn’t this feel good?” you whispered, making sure you used your nails to really cleanse his scalp. “Doesn’t letting yourself relax and breathe feel so good, Buck?”
“Yeah,” it came out quiet and broken.
Your eyes were focused on his hair the entire time, making sure you lathered up and took your time. You needed to savor this moment for both you and Bucky, you wanted him to be relaxed for a s long as possible as well as taking advantage of doing him a favour; never knowing when your next opportunity would come up.
Gently tapped his forehead, you got him to lean back. The water immediately took off the top layer of suds but you needed to rub out the deeper layers as well. Your fingers scrubbed until the trail of water rolling down his body was pure water and had no shampoo in it.
“I’m going to- oh, my gosh Bucky,” you reached out and saw his red eyes, “when did you start crying?”
“I can’t remember,” he whispered and tilted his head down, the water pushed his hair to cover his eyes.
You pushed his hair back and pulled him out a step further so the water hit his back, your thumbs quickly wiped away a mixture of water and tears off of his face. He couldn’t stop crying as you tried your best to keep his face clear, “honey, what’s wrong?”
“I-” he choked on his own words, “I’ve never let my guard down this much,” he admitted before breaking off into harder sobs, you swooped in and pulled him tightly against your chest.
“I know it’s a new feeling,” you whispered, “but I want you to be able to do this all the time, let your guard down around me,” it was a shot in the dark by saying this but you did it anyways, “I promise I won’t hurt you, I’ll never take advantage of your guard down, love.”
It must have struck something because his knees buckled, his hands gripped tighter as he desperately kept you close to him. You didn’t know if you were making him feel better or worse but the act of letting go was needed for him, you kept holding him until there was nothing left to cry.
When he pulled away he stayed close, close enough that you kissed him under the gentle rain of the shower and played with his hair at the base of his scalp. His hands stayed on your back and held you close to him, making sure you were always touching him in some way. You tried to get a good read on him but he kept his head low and gently ran his hands up and down your sides, just feeling you.
“You’re very safe,” you whispered.
Bucky looked up at you for a moment before keeping his eyes down for a while, his brows pulled together and it seemed like he was trying to say something but didn’t know how. Both of you were open and vulnerable, naked in the hot shower. Tears threatened to spill over at the picture of Bucky crying in front of you.
“It was my mom,” Bucky whispered, “the one who broke me-”
“You’re not broken,” you quickly corrected, cupping his face and stroking his cheek with your thumb, “don’t say that.”
Bucky just shrugged, “I’m the oldest, I have four sisters younger than me - all different dads.” Bucky took a deep breath and pulled you closer, “my mom…Winnie was an interesting woman who never wanted to be pregnant but somehow always ended up pregnant anyways, it also didn’t help none of the guys wanted to stick around.”
You wrapped your arms around his neck, giving him the easy opportunity to hug you if he needed to. Nodding along, you encouraged him to keep going.
“When my mom realized I could do the dirty work she would take advantage of that. I basically raised my sisters and somehow she managed to worm into my head,” he let out an angry laugh, “she’d say she loved me if I did things for her and I was a bad boy if I couldn’t or wouldn’t help her, she would say I didn’t love her if I didn’t change my sister’s diapers or bathe them while she sat on the couch.”
“Bucky,” you were the one to instigate the hug, “that’s awful.”
“And I’m aware of how I act now, all I’ve ever known is helping other people to make sure they love me,” he laughed again, “and it sounds stupid but I can never break out of the cycle, I always think I’m doing a good job or not being overbearing but then I start to second guess myself, you know?” he pulled away and looked at you, you quickly nodded. “I start to think about what people are saying behind my back and so I keep doing what I’m doing to stay on the safe side, I know it’s fucking annoying but I can’t help it.”
“It’s not annoying, baby” you leaned past him and turned off the water as it grew cold, “and if you’ll let me I can help with that, I don’t want to fix you or change you, I just want you to be comfortable in this relationship and not think I’m secretly mad at you because you didn’t get me a glass of water.”
Bucky nodded, stepped out of the shower with you and grabbed two towels. The conversation had naturally ended, Bucky didn’t have anything else to say. It was hard not to think he was overthinking again, the idea that you were causing him to stress out stressed you out. You were being truthful when you said you wanted him to be relaxed in this relationship, the last thing you wanted was underlying tension.
Back in bed Bucky rolled over and cuddled into your breasts, holding you closely as you watched his head rise with your breath. You had no idea if he was asleep or not, you knew he wouldn’t mind either way if you played with his hair.
“Thank you,” was all he whispered before falling asleep.
********
You all sat around the couch to watch another big game. Though you had no idea what was going on you were just as into it as Steve. Half time had just started and you all took a collective breath, the two college teams were close.
“Want another beer?” you asked as you stood up, looking at Bucky who was sitting on the couch. Steve and Nat had already filled up, you wanted another cooler and Bucky was almost done.
“Yeah,” he quickly downed his final sip of beer before handing the bottle off to you.
There was this anticipation in the room, you smiled and took the bottle and walked past Steve who was already looking at Bucky. The room seemed still when Bucky didn’t move, just pulling out his phone to look at something while the commercials played. Before making it into the kitchen you looked over your shoulder and saw the back of Bucky’s head, you bit your lip to suppress the smile that was growing.
The moment you got back and sat next to him Bucky took your hand and pulled it into his lap. He fidgeted with your finger before looking over at you, “how’d I do?” he whispered.
You laughed and leaned into his side, “how much did that make your cringe?”
“I was in pain for a moment,” he answered as fast as possible before giggling with you as you clink your glasses together and take a long swing. With a deep breath he looked back at the game and kept your hand in his. Bucky must have not been paying attention but his phone buzzed, illuminating and accidentally showing his lockscreen.
It changed from the photo of the two of you to a black background with white writing on it:
Trust me, she’s not mad at you.

The Bodyguard
Bodyguard!Natasha Romanoff x Actress!Reader
Natasha is tasked with being bodyguard to you and you two grow close. Maybe too close, but would she dare cross that line?
Note: I have finally written an installment of this au I’ve been thinking about. Let me know what y’all think! Enjoy!
Natasha Masterlist 1, Natasha Masterlist 2, Natasha Masterlist 3, Main Masterlist
Tumblr media
Natasha Romanoff is great at her job. In fact, she is so good that she has been in high demand in the bodyguard industry for years. She is tough, but her clients have nothing but good things to say about her.
Nat recently finished an assignment, and she is available. Your agent jumped on the opportunity to hire her to protect you. As an up-and-coming actress, you need a highly skilled security team. And you’re not exactly the easiest person to protect. You like to ditch your security whenever you can.
When she arrives at work, Natasha waits in her boss’s office to get her assignment. Fury walks in the door with a grin on his face. That’s never good, Nat thinks.
“How bad is it?” Nat asks.
Fury chuckles. “Have you heard of Y/n y/l/n?”
“The actress?”
“That’s the one,” Fury says. “Three movies in one year that reached number one at the box office.”
“And I bet she’s a pain in the ass,” Natasha says dryly. She crosses her arms. “You just told me that I was done covering actors.”
“Plans change, Romanoff. You’ll be meeting Miss y/l/n tomorrow at her New York penthouse.”
“Great,” Nat says sarcastically. “Next time I get to choose the job.”
“In your dreams,” Fury quips back.
Nat leaves his office and passes Carol and Valkyrie in the common area of the office. The two look suspicious as they straighten their clothes, but Nat is focused on finding out more about you.
“New assignment?” Valkyrie asks Nat.
“Yeah, an actress. Just my luck.”
“So, you got the Y/n y/l/n job? Impressive,” Carol says.
“Tell me that when the assignment is over,” Natasha replies. She walks to the door but stops short to turn around and say one last word to the woman. “Hey, we all know about you two by the way. It’s nice.”
Nat smirks and leaves the office. She spends the rest of the day googling you and trying to find out everything she can. Your portfolio is impressive, she must admit.
The next morning, Natasha wakes up early and goes for a run before getting ready to meet you. She wears a black suit and her beautiful red hair in a braid. The drive to your penthouse doesn’t take long.
You’re still in your pajamas when she arrives, but your assistant lets her in anyway. She takes a look around for a quick security check while she waits for you to emerge from your bedroom.
“Miss y/l/n, your new bodyguard is here,” your assistant, Kate, says.
Natasha comes into your view and your words catch in your throat. You’re not sure you’ve ever seen such a beautiful woman.
“Oh, hi,” you say to her.
“Hello, Miss y/l/n,” she speaks, and your heart flutters. She holds out her hand for you to shake. “I’m Agent Romanoff.”
“Call me y/n,” you say as you shake her hand.
“I’d prefer to keep it professional, Miss y/l/n,” she says, trying to ignore that she finds you attractive.
“Right, okay.”
“I have a few rules,” Agent Romanoff begins. “Don’t try to lose me anywhere. It won’t work. Listen to me when I am trying to get you out of a situation or avoiding it all together.”
She pauses when you get out your phone to check a message. You reply and she waits to speak again.
“That was two rules,” you say. “Not a few.”
“Well, I assumed you stopped listening, so I stopped talking,” Nat says.
“I was listening.”
“Sure.”
“Tell me the last rule,” you say.
“That will have to wait,” your assistant interrupts you. “The car is here to take you to the photoshoot.”
Natasha turns to her, “I’ll need information about anyone who drives Miss y/l/n, and you’ll need to include me on all itineraries from this point on.”
“Okay,” Kate replies.
“Thank you.”
You grab your jacket and purse before heading down to the car that’s waiting outside. Nat follows you closely. There are a few fans waiting but nothing compared to some days. You get inside the car, and she sits in the seat next to you.
She buckles up and waits for you expectantly to do the same. The car is in motion before you do it, so takes it upon herself to reach over you and grab the belt.
“What are you doing?!” You ask her.
“You’re not invincible,” Nat says while clicking your belt into place.
You groan in annoyance, but you do feel warm at the thought of someone caring enough for you to make sure you are buckled. You really need to surround yourself with better people.
At the photoshoot, Nat stands guard. She stays out of the way but keeps an eye on you. She doesn’t mind watching you wear beautiful clothes and pose in appealing ways. The whole thing kind of turns her on.
The first few weeks of her employment goes like this. You attend events, parties, and photoshoots. You don’t give Nat any trouble. That is until the night of your birthday party.
The first part of the night went fine. So many people showed up that you didn’t even know them all, but that’s the industry for you. You are sitting at a table and flirting with one of your new colleagues when things take a turn for the worst.
“How about we find somewhere more private?” He leans in and asks you.
“Maybe another time,” you say. You like him just fine, but you really don’t want to leave the party yet.
“Come on, baby. It’ll be fun.”
“Not tonight,” you reply.
You glance towards Nat who is across the room. She catches your eyes and walks closer to you, keeping her distance but ready to help if you need her.
“Y/n, let’s go,” the man says, taking your hand and trying to pull you up.
“No,” you say firmly.
“She said no,” your actress friend that you’re closest to, Wanda, jumps in.
“Come on,” he still won’t relent. His grip is tightening on your arm. It hurts. He leans closer to your lips. “Let’s just-”
“Hands off of her,” he is interrupted by Natasha getting in his face. She pushes his chest to get him off of you. He releases your arm, but doesn’t back down from Nat.
“What are you going to do about it?” He attempts to taunt her.
“Leave,” Nat says. “Or I’ll put you through that wall.”
“So dramatic,” he says. But he backs away and heads towards the door.
Once he is out of sight, Natasha turns back to you. Wanda and a few others are trying to protect you, but you only want comfort from one person. You practically jump into her arms as you try to hide your tears from anyone else. Nat hugs you back, but with hesitance.
She feels safe and warm as you let yourself go in her arms. Her black leather jacket collects your tears. She walks with you in her arms away from the crowd.
“Are you alright?” She asks, real concern in her eyes.
“I’m fine,” you say, but you don’t look it. Nat walks you to your car and inside the vehicle.
You look out the window and try to hold back your tears.
“Let me see your arm,” Nat says after a few minutes.
You hold it out for her to examine. She doesn’t see any injuries. Her touch is featherlight as she rubs her hands over the aching muscles.
“I’ll make sure he doesn’t get near you again,” she says.
“Thanks, Agent Romanoff,” you reply.
“You can call me Natasha,” she says.
“I love that name,” you tell her. She smirks.
“I’ll step in sooner next time, okay?”
“Okay. Maybe we need a code word or something,” you suggest.
“Like spies,” Nat jokes. You crack a smile, and she feels better about your state. “Let’s see. You can switch your drink from one hand to another.”
“We’ll workshop it, Natasha,” you say.
Nat nods. When you arrive at home, Nat helps you inside. She typically leaves you for the night, but you ask her to stay. Natasha sleeps on the couch.
When you wake in the morning, you find her sitting upright and ready to work. You sigh, thinking about the events from last night.
“What is it? Am I just not pretty?” You ask Natasha as you throw yourself onto the couch next to her.
“You know I can’t answer that and be professional,” Natasha replies.
She tries not to smirk at the way you dramatically sat down. She is slowly opening up to the idea of enjoying being around you as more than just her client.
“But you could just tell me because it seems that no one wants to date me,” you say.
“Y/n,” Natasha warns. “Trust me you are not the problem. I know for a fact people tell you that you are pretty all the time. Those assholes that go after you say it. You wouldn’t be a successful actress if you weren’t pretty.”
“Maybe, but I really don’t feel pretty.”
You sit up straighter and wait for Natasha’s response.
“You’re beautiful, y/n,” Natasha says sincerely.
“Really?”
“Really. Inside and out,” she says.
“I don’t know about that,” you reply despondently.
“I know. Look I haven’t known you but a few weeks, but I know that you’re a good person, y/n. And that makes you more beautiful than a million other people in the same position that you’re in,” Natasha explains.
There is no hesitation in her voice. It is nothing but the truth.
You feel yourself leaning in closer to her, but she moves away breaking the closeness. You try not to frown.
“Rule number three: We can’t get too close to each other,” Natasha says. “I have to protect you with a clear mind.”
“Okay,” you say. “But maybe we could break the rules, Natasha?”
To be continued…

Eddie Munson. Love. Established relationship
𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩
“I cannot believe them.” Steve huffed out, hands resting on his hips as his foot tapped against the asphalt outside of the police station.
“You already said that,” Jonathan blanched, leaning back against the hood of his car while Argyle closely examined his own hands for whatever reason.
“Well, I can’t!” He snapped again and Eddie smirked, thoroughly amused with the situation. And worried.
He was also very worried.
Half an hour ago, he’d been in the trailer, eating mac and cheese straight from the pot when the phone rang.
It was Hopper. Specifically, Chief Hopper. As in, on duty, Chief Hopper. Eddie had immediately jumped into a monologue about how he hadn’t done anything and even if he did, Hopper had no proof of it but Hopper wasn’t calling to tell Eddie he had six cop cars in route.
He was calling to tell Eddie to come pick up his girlfriend, who had gotten into a bar brawl.
He’d raced the fuck over and was surprised to see the other guys pull up as well, though he probably shouldn’t have given the fact you’d gone out with Robin, Nancy and Eden.
What the fuck kind of trouble could that roster have gotten into???
Enough to warrant being taken to the police station.
Hopper had informed him you’d all be getting warnings, leeway you all got most definitely just because he was now Jonathan’s stepdad.
“It can’t have been that bad,” Eddie rolled his eyes when Steve froze in his irritable mom-pose and slowly turned to face him.
“Can’t have been that bad—WE’RE AT THE POLICE STATION!”
“Would you rather it be a courtroom?” Eddie asked, cocking an eyebrow. He pitied Buckley for the scolding she’d no doubt get from Steve on their drive home.
“I’d rather not have to pick her up from anywhere other than her house or work!”
“Calm down, Mother Hen. It was probably nothing,”
It was definitely something.
The doors to the station opened, Nancy was the first out with Robin trailing her, you following Robin and Eden on your heels.
You all looked like you had definitely been involved in a fight, clothes rumpled and torn, hair a mess and Nancy sported a bloody lower lip. She started crying the moment she was in Jonathan’s arms, but he didn’t think it was because of her lip or even the fight, Nancy was just a very emotional drunk and her staggering was an obvious sign of intoxication.
You skipped right over to him and Eddie knew you were drunk, too.
“Hi, baby! I missed ya!” You sang as you slipped your arms around his waist to press yourself up against him for a hug, side of your face resting against his chest.
“You okay, sweetheart?” Eddie grabbed you by the shoulders, gently trying to pry you away from him so he could look you over for injuries but you refused to release your hold. The most he could do was get you to crane back a little so you could look at him.
“Neva’ betta’. Why?” You asked, cocking your head and beaming up at him.
Eddie’s face broke out into a grin.
“Because a little birdy told me you were in a scrap.”
You were about to reply before the sound of Steve and Robin arguing with each other distracted you and you turned your head to watch them.
Eddie had to physically turn it back, and he was laughing as he did.
“C’mon, buttercup, I need you to stay with me, yeah?”
He held your chin between his thumb and forefinger, dipping his head to the side to catch your stare and you went back to beaming at him, eyes crinkled.
“I’ll stay with you forever.”
Fuck, you were so cute.
“That’s not really what I meant, baby, but I had no plans on letting you go. What happened tonight?”
You scoffed, arms dropping to your sides as you took a couple of steps back and glared at nothing.
“You wouldn’t freakin’ believe it, babe! Me and my girls,” You gestured to Nancy who was being coddled by Jonathan, Robin who was now scolding Steve, and Eden who was high-fiving Argyle, “were out having fun, getting sloshed—I had so many midori sours, baby, so many and my throw up is gonna be green—when alluvasudden Carol fuckin’ Perkins and her group of raggedy bitches comes up to us.”
Eddie’s eyebrows shot up. He knew just how much you despised Carol. You two hadn’t been exactly friendly back in high school.
“And I’m like ‘oh wow, Carol, I was actually hoping to never fucking see you again.’ But she wasn’t there for me, babe. She was there ‘cause of Robin.” You leaned in to whisper the last sentence to him.
“I din’t even fuckin’ know it—but I should’ve ‘cause like the resemblance is there, isn’t it? Like they look kind of like each other, you know?”
“No, baby. I have no idea what you’re talking about.” But Eddie was thoroughly invested in the drama, shifting his position to lean up against the van.
“Oh, yeah!” You laughed, amused that you knew and he didn’t. “Carol is Vickie’s cousin.”
Eddie’s eyes widened comically, sending you into a fit of giggles.
Vickie was Robin’s ex….something. Towards the end of senior year, Vickie had broken up with her long time boyfriend. On the rebound, looking for some attention to prove she was still wanted as most do after a breakup, she’d entertained Robin’s infatuation with her.
They were always together, never affectionate in public, for obvious reasons, though Robin implied they were something. Then, it stopped. Vickie and her boyfriend got back together and she never even gave Robin proper closure, just stopped talking to her, stopped taking her phone calls and obviously avoided her.
It had been an unfortunate situation, the entire group pulled together to cheer Robin up but she got over it, met another girl, and they were an official couple. Girlfriend and girlfriend. She was away for a family thing and Robin couldn’t get the time off, which is why the girls had all gone out for a night to distract her.
“Carol is Vickie’s cousin!?” He whispered back in disbelief, hand flying over his mouth.
“Yeah!”
“So where does the fighting come in—is that blood?!” Eddie nearly had a heart attack as he noticed the red splatter on the front of your shirt. He hadn’t seen it earlier because you’d been glued to him.
You glanced down, taking the hem of your shirt in your hands to flare it out so you could see it better, “Oh, yeah! ‘S not mine, though. ‘S Carol’s. She told Robin people like her weren’t allowed in the bar, so I punched her a couple times and her friends started fighting us but we kicked their asses, baby!”
Eddie stared at you, eyes clouded with adoration and awe.
You’d been dating for a while now, and every single damn day Eddie thought he found another thing he loved about you. Every. Single. Day.
And right then, in that moment, Eddie was finally able to express what he’d been thinking, feeling for the last couple of months. It wasn’t really the things you did that he loved about you. Eddie just loved you.
He needed you to know.
“I am so in love with you,” He breathed out, hands reaching out to latch onto your waist and draw you back into him.
He was about to go on his spew about how you didn’t have to say it back and he just wanted you to know but you caught him by surprise, took the breath right out of him.
“I love you, too, Eds. Can we go home now? I’m hungry.”
Eddie blinked, knees weak.
“Baby, I don’t think you know what I’m sayi—“
“You said you love me and I love you, too. I’m drunk, baby, I can still hear you.” You sagged into him, head craned up to give him those eyes of yours.
“You love me?” He whispered, hand moving to tenderly cup the back of your head.
“Mhm.” You nodded, leaning up on your toes as Eddie met you halfway in a passionate kiss. He was about to tease your mouth open with his tongue when Hopper pushed his way out of the station.
“HEY! KNOCK IT OFF! GO HOME!”
Eddie laughed against your mouth as you pouted before he pulled away and ushered you into the van. Once you were buckled, he headed around to the driver’s side and took note of how meek Steve looked as he got into the driver’s seat of his own car. If Eddie didn’t know any better, he’d think it was Steve who got into trouble with the law, and Robin picking him up from the station.
Jonathan, Nancy, Argyle and Eden were long gone.
You were fiddling with the radio when he hopped in.
“It’s not working,” you frowned, continuing to press buttons.
“Sweetheart, the car’s not on.”
“Oh.”
Eddie loved you so much.

Hobie brown with a gf who is always angry and complicated but is completely quiet and calm around him cuz he keeps her under control and puts her in her place? She’ll tell someone to do something and when they doesn’t do it she’ll blow up on them, but if they do, do it she’ll blow up on them if she doesn’t like the way they do it. And her jealousy is sky high, when she first heard about Gwen staying at Hobie’s she wanted to rip her neck off her shoulders? She also has no filter and tells Gwen straight up that she hates her staying around Hobie. (She’s not mean to Miles and Pavitr bc she views them as little brothers, she kinda has a love-hate relationship with Gwen. She’s okay with her, just not when she’s around Hobie). 😭
she’s so me.. I’d love to. The title is after the Lana song yes…
Jealous, jealous, jealous girl
Tumblr media
“Hey, Hobie.” You kissed his cheek when you saw him.
“Hi, love. You good? You seem a lil..”
“I’m fine. Why would I not be fine..?”
“Well, I heard from someone that you cussed them out cause they forgot to do something.”
“Fucking Margo.” You grumbled.
“It’s alright. I get it.” He shrugged
Ever since you heard Gwen say that she stayed with Hobie, you’ve been even more pissed off than usual. You didn’t tell Hobie you knew.
He didn’t even wanna mention how Miguel said “control your girlfriend.” To him. Miguel just told him to bug off.
Miguel loved you, he did, and he wanted to help you control your anger. But you were a lot, and that was fine with him, he liked it as a matter of fact. But everyone else seemed to have a problem with it.
“I gotta go, see ya.” You said.
“Alright, see ya dove.” You both kissed before you walked into the doors.
You worked with spider byte (Margo) as her boss.
“Hey Margo.” You mumbled, you and her worked with the tech and computers.
“Hey.”
You went to one of the computers and started to look at them.
“Anything new show up?”
“Uh.. yeah, actually. Miguel recruited a few new people, I searched them all up, and looking for some more possible ones.”
“Alright.. nothing wrong with anything else?”
“Nope. So how are you and hobie?”
“We’re good. I’m sorry about yesterday.. I jus.. Y’Know.”
“It’s whatever.” She said with a shrug.
“Hey, come look at this guy.” You said, looking at her as she came over.
“The spot? That’s a.. dumb name. 1610, isn’t that the same earth that the miles kid is from?”
“Yup. It says that he’s just robbing atms.. that’s dumb. But his powers are what’s interesting.”
“Interdimensional portals on his body..?”
“Yeah. We should let Miguel know.”
“You can.” She laughed “I’m taking a lunch break.”
“Are you serious? It’s fucking… 10 am?!”
“You don’t control my lunch breaks.” She said, and her avatar disappeared along with her clones.
“Son of a bitch..!” You kicked the edge of a table as miguel watched in confusion.
Miguel chuckled and you jumped.
“What’s wrong with you?” He asked.
“Get off my ass!”
“No one’s on your ass…”
“Im taking a break.”
————————————————————
After telling him about the spot, he said he’ll look into it. You left after a while, and Gwen was out there talking to Hobie.
“You’re fucking with me..” you groaned to yourself.
“So I was wondering, could I crash at yours tonight? Uh, I’ve been crashing with some other people but they keep kicking me out after a while..”
“Yeah, ‘s alright.”
You rolled your eyes, and came out.
“Hi love!” You said, kissing his cheek. He put an arm around you.
“Gwen..” you said, looking at her.
“Hi y/n..” she said awkwardly.
“Hi. How’ve you been?” You said, bitterly. Hobie looked down at you, giving you a look that said “stop.” His grip around you tightened and you were closer now.
“Good.. good, how about you?”
“Same.” You said, faking a smile.
“Hobie. Miguel needs you.” Someone said, coming up to him.
“All right, see you sweetheart, see you Gwen.” He kissed you and left.
“So, I overheard how you were staying at Hobies tonight.” You said bitterly once he was gone.
“Oh, yeah, but that’s just because I can’t really go anywhere else-“
“I don’t like it when you do that. Actually, I hate it.”
“Excuse me?”
“Look, Gwen, I don’t have a problem with you at all. It’s just… I can’t stand it when you stay at his.”
“I don’t like him-“ she laughed.
“No one said you did.”
She sighed “Okay. I get it. I’ll uh… stay with pavitr or something.”
“Thank you.”
“Mhm..” she said, and walked away.
You smiled to yourself as you walked the other way, and waited for Hobie to come out.
“Hey.” You said to him.
“Hi.. you uh.. seen Gwen? She was supposed to stay with me tonight.”
“She said she changed her mind, she’ll just sleep over at pavitrs.”
“Oh. Alright. You comin’ over then?” He said, he had a good idea of why she changed her mind.
“Yeah.”
“You know you don’t need to be jealous of Gwen.. right? I love you.”
“I know but…”
He kissed you and shut you up.
“Just… next time she wants to stay over, you can come too.”
You smiled at him and nodded. “Okay.”
He smiled and grabbed your hand as you both went through the portal.

Beats Me - 4: Settle Down
Tumblr media

The meat sizzled on the grill, grease splattering all over the place. With a pair of thongs, Eunbi flipped the slice of pork over and let it sit for a little more. The rest of the band was engaged in conversation, their chatter becoming a faint buzz in your ears as you stared off into space.
Practice hadn’t gone well that day. After Chaewon stormed out of the room, yelling about how she’d refuse to play for your band for as long as you were in it, the pugnacious brat seemed to be the only thing your mind could focus on. Memories of her came flooding back at random intervals, making you lose focus in the midst of song. You earned a record high of 6 death glares from Yeji that afternoon.
After practice, Eunbi pushed the idea of going to eat as a band. Everyone enthusiastically jumped on the bandwagon, including Yeji—Who was peer pressured by Ryujin to come—and you wound up at a barbeque place just down the street.
Someone tapped you on your hand. You looked up and found Eunbi staring at you. Concern was written all over her face.
“Hey, you okay?” She asked quietly, careful not to alert the other band members. You smiled and sat up in your seat.
“I-I’m fine,” You assured her.
“You sure? You’ve been out of it since this afternoon,” The singer pressed.
“I’m okay Eunbi,” You reiterated. Eunbi sighed and picked up the pork slice. She placed it down on your plate.
“If there’s anything you need to talk about… I’m here. In fact, we’re here,” Eunbi smiled, gesturing towards the other band members.
“I-I’m really fine Eunbi…” You stated. “I’m just… Thinking…”
Eunbi nodded thoughtfully and got another serving of meat going on the grill. She stared into the fire for a moment.
“Look I… I’m sorry that I brought Chaewon in,” She muttered. “I… I should’ve known…”
“It’s alright Eunbi… I didn’t expect you to,” You comforted your singer.
The girl sighed. She took a sip from her cup.
“When did you guys start?” Eunbi asked.
“Dating?” You confirmed. She nodded.
“Start of highschool,” You told her.
“When did you guys break up?” She continued.
“About a month or two after graduation,” You replied.
Eunbi drew in a breath.
“Damn… Two years together… That’s quite a bit of history,” She mused. You chuckled bitterly.
“I guess…” You mused.
“Yo Squeaker!” Ryujin called out to you. “Be a darling and hand me the garlic would’ya?”
You grabbed the small dish of sliced garlic and slid it down the table. Your bassist caught it and shot you a wink.
“Thanks babe,” She giggled. She’d gotten bolder with you since you first met her and you knew exactly why.
“Ryujin seems to like you,” Eunbi told you.
“Ryujin likes everyone,” You replied.
“Fair enough,” Your singer hummed. “She is one hell of an extrovert.”
You nodded and took a sip of your beer, the bitter liquid washing down the aftertaste of meat. Eunbi distributed the new batch of freshly grilled beef.
“So…” She continued, dragging both of you back to the original topic—Chaewon.
“Let me guess… Why did you guys break up?” You predicted. When it came to Exes, this was a common question that was always thrown out.
“Yea…” Eunbi muttered bashfully.
“I’d… I’d rather not talk about it,” You told her frankly. She understood and didn’t press any further into your history with Chaewon. She knew better than to re-open old wounds.
Yeji shoved the last piece of meat on her plate into her mouth. After wiping her greasy lips, she rose from her seat and shouldered her guitar bag.
“It’s late, I’ll get going,” The guitarist declared.
“It’s eight p.m. Yeji,” Ryujin pointed out. Yeji stepped out and pushed her chair in.
“That’s late enough for me. I have things to do. Bye guys.”
The girl turned tail and left, leaving the five of you behind. Ryujin sighed.
“That girl is too uptight,” The bassist remarked. “Someday, I’ll bring her to a party and get the fun back in her…”
“I’m sure she has her reasons for being the way she is,” Karina reasoned. “Maybe she lives in a really serious environment.”
“Girl, she lives with her sister,” Ryujin countered. “Yeju’s the embodiment of a crackhead, and her husband is even better!”
“Who’s Yeju?” Eunbi inquired.
“Yeji’s older sister,” Ryujin replied. “Yeji’s been living with her and her husband since she was in highschool, they got a really cosy place not too far from here. I love crashing there.”
Ryujin popped a beef slice wrapped in lettuce into her mouth and chewed it rather loudly.
“How do you know this much about Yeji?” Sakura piped. Ryujin swallowed.
“I’ve known her since middle school. She’s changed a lot since then, but the old Yeji’s somewhere in there,” Ryujin said. She took a sip from her cup then stared at the golden-yellow liquid inside it.
“Sometimes I wonder what happened to old Yeji…” The bassist muttered. “She wasn’t like this before…”
You silently ate your slice of meat, silently observing Ryujin in her moment of thought that only lasted for a little over a second. Ryujin eventually pouted and set her glass back down.
“Oh well… I guess we’ll never know,” She sighed. She proceeded to raise her hand and call for another round of beer.
You only left the barbeque place a little past midnight. Thanks to your self control, you managed to stay sober along with Eunbi, who had been too busy cooking for the band to take a sip out of her own glass. You held the door open for Karina, letting her walk out of the door with Ryujin straddling her back. Your bassist had once again gone to town with the alcohol, but she got knocked out this time around.
“Jesus christ… She’s heavier than I remembered,” Karina grunted.
“N-Need me to help?” You offered. Your pianist shook her head.
“It’s alright Myeong-seok. I can manage her,” Karina assured you. “Kkura! Help me hail a cab will you?”
“N-Ne!” Sakura squeaked.
“Let me give you guys a lift,” Eunbi offered.
“It’s good Eunbi… There’s a cab right there,” Karina declined, using her head to gesture to the taxi that happened to be cruising down the street. Sakura quickly ran to the sidewalk and stuck out her hand to flag it down. The vehicle came to a stop before the Japanese girl. Karina shot you and Eunbi a smile before hustling over to the cab.
“Be safe! Text when you guys are back!” Eunbi hollered. Karina yelled something in reply, but her words were muffled by the wind that blew by. Sakura opted to hop in with Karina and Ryujin at the last second, and the cab took off into the night. You stood next to Eunbi, watching as the tail light of the taxi moved further and further away till they disappeared from sight.
“So… How are you getting home?” Eunbi asked you.
“I’ll probably walk back to campus to catch a bus,” You answered.
“Let me send you home,” She offered.
“I-It’s okay Eunbi… I can get home on my own,” You assured her.
“Fine… Suit yourself I guess,” She sighed. “Come on… We both gotta walk back to campus to get home don’t we?”
You smiled awkwardly and nodded. The two of you set off into the night, walking side by side as you made your way back to campus. Admittedly, it was a little awkward walking back with your singer. Even though you’d slept with her that one time, you still were a little tense around Eunbi. Maybe it was her demeanour, or maybe it was that dazzling face… You didn’t know why you still got nervous around her.
“Weather’s nice tonight, isn’t it?” She mused.
“Y-Yea… I-I guess…” You answered.
“Do you always answer questions with ‘Yea’ and ‘I guess’? I swear that’s the only thing I hear out of you sometimes.”
You blushed.
“S-Sorry,” You apologised. Eunbi chuckled and playfully smacked your arm.
“Relax Myeong-seok, just having some fun with you,” She clarified. “Jeez… You’re really tense sometimes you know?”
You chuckled nervously.
“I uh… I’m not really an extrovert,” You admitted.
“I can tell,” Eunbi replied. “Knew it from the moment you stepped into the studio.”
You managed a sheepish laugh.
“D-Didn’t know it was that obvious,” You mused.
“Oh it’s painfully obvious,” She told you. “You always look so shocked whenever any of us speak to you. It’s kinda cute to be honest.”
Eunbi laughed softly to herself, kicking aside a small pebble on the pavement.
“So… How have your first few weeks with us been?” She asked, changing the direction of the conversation.
“It’s… It’s been fun so far,” You said.
“Are the practices too intense at times?” She continued.
“Sometimes…” You answered carefully. “But uh… I-I can cope with it…”
Eunbi fixed you with a look.
“You sure? Cause that glove on your hand really isn’t helping your case,” She remarked. You hid your blistered hand behind your back.
“T-That’s my fault… I… Pushed myself a little too hard,” You replied. Eunbi chuckled.
“Alright, alright… Whatever you say Mr Drummer,” She joked. “Just let me know if you feel a little overwhelmed, okay? I’ll help you out as much as I can.”
“I uh… Thanks…” You managed to reply her. She gave you a pat on your shoulder.
“No problem,” Eunbi said. “I wanna make sure that you’re having a great time with us. Fun first, musicality second. No exceptions.”
She gave you a bright smile. Your breath hitched for a second. You turned away to hide the blush on your cheeks.
The two of you stopped at a traffic junction to wait for the green man to make his appearance. Eunbi started to hum a soft tune to herself, rocking back and forth on her heels while she looked around her. It was an old song, one of those upbeat 80s rock songs that your Mom used to play over the small CD player in your apartment. You couldn’t figure out which song it was, but the tune brought a small smile to your face as bits of nostalgia set in.
Eunbi casted a glance towards you. Noticing the look on your face, she couldn’t help but ask, “What’s got you smiling like that?”
“S-Sorry,” You quickly apologised. “The song you were humming… It just reminded me of my Mom…”
“Oh, I see…” She nodded. “Your mom listened to rock?”
“Die hard Van Halen fan. She has all the CDs, treats them better than me,” You disclosed.
“Introduce me to her, I think we’d be great friends,” Eunbi chuckled.
The red man disappeared, and the green man began walking on the display. You crossed the street with Eunbi and continued on your journey back to campus. A slight breeze blew by, ruffling your hair as leaves skidded across the pavement. You silently watched Eunbi from the corner of your eye, your head reeling as you thought of something to talk about. Alas, Eunbi beat you to it.
“You wanna know something?” Eunbi piped.
“What?” You replied, urging her to continue.
“I…” Eunbi trailed off. “Ah nevermind…”
You blinked, a little stunned.
“O-Oh… Okay…”
You walked in silence for a little more.
“How are your parents?” She suddenly inquired.
“O-Oh… They’re good, busy running their Vet clinic in the city,” You told her.
“Your parents are Vets?” Eunbi mused.
“Yea… It’s kinda sweet,” You remarked.
“Sounds kinda romantic doesn’t it? A husband and wife in the same profession and they run a clinic together,” She chuckled. “That’s some wholesome stuff… Love it.”
You let out a soft laugh.
“I guess you could say that…” You said. “How about you Eunbi? How are your parents?”
Eunbi went silent for a little.
“They’re uh… They’re good,” She answered after a second or two.
“Are they still working?” you inquired.
“I uh… Don’t know,” Eunbi shrugged. “I haven’t heard from them in a while. Last I checked, they were fine.”
Judging from her answer, you had a feeling that further questioning wasn’t the best idea. You weren’t the best person to confide in when it came to other people’s personal issues, you let more qualified people handle those. You could never really think of what to say to comfort someone having an absolute breakdown before you, nor did you have the skills to offer any sort of advice to them. You tried to help once—It didn’t go well.
The mood seemed to dampen after your attempt to make conversation with Eunbi. In your heart, you could sense that something happened to her over the course of your questioning. You weren’t sure what happened, but you were certain that it was your fault.
“H-Hey… I-I’m sorry if I brought up a touchy subject,” You began to apologise.
“O-Oh i-it’s fine,” Eunbi allayed you. “You did nothing wrong… The beer’s just kicking in… Getting a little woozy, you know?”
A strong gut feeling told you that she was lying her ass off, but you knew better than to pry into her personal life. The rest of the walk was filled with the awkward silence that you originally started the walk with. The joy seemed to have been sapped out of Eunbi. You silently cussed yourself out for asking the wrong questions.
It didn’t take long for the both of you to get back to campus. The bus stop was in sight, and you subconsciously quickened your pace to get to the stop.
“Oh… Are you leaving already?” Eunbi asked. You turned to face her.
“S-Sort of? The bus stop’s right there…” You answered. Her face visibly fell a little.
“Oh… Alright then… See you around,” She said with a wave. A pang of shame twisted your heart, but You returned the gesture and turned tail to walk away.
The lights of the bus stop were getting closer and closer. You could feel Eunbi’s presence grow further and further from you. It was like the lingering fuzz in your arm after you woke up from sleeping on it, slowly fading till it disappeared. As you stepped under the shelter of the bus stop, an odd sense of emptiness filled your core. Your attempts to shake it off were futile.
Your bus was coming towards the stop. You turned to look at Eunbi’s figuring getting smaller and smaller as she walked back into the campus.
The bus came to a screeching stop before you, the doors sliding open to welcome you in. The soft lights within the vehicle cajoled you, urging you to stop in and have a seat in the empty bus, but the usual pull to enter wasn’t there.
“Hey! You getting on?” the bus captain asked you, looking rather ticked off. You looked him in the eye.
You turned and ran back towards the campus. Your legs carried you with renewed energy, an invisible rope pulling you towards your destination. You managed to catch Eunbi just as she was about to enter the turnstyle.
“Eunbi!” You called her. She whipped around.
“The fuck? Why are you back?” she questioned. You rested your hands on your knees.
“I… I think… I could use a lift,” You panted. Eunbi blinked, looking a little taken aback. The look of shock didn’t last too long, the corners of her lips pulled up into a gleaming smile.
“Cool,” She said. “Let’s get you home then.”
~~~
You’d expected her to ask to come into your place from the moment she pulled into the parking lot of your Apartment complex, yet her question still caught you off guard. You didn’t have the heart to turn her down.
“Hm… Looks cozy,” Eunbi mused as she strolled into your apartment.
“I-It’s not much…” You chuckled shamefully. You weren’t expecting guests any time soon, so you hadn’t really done much of a clean up. One of your hoodies was strewn over the sole chair at your foldable table that functioned as your dining table. Unwashed plates and cups were in your kitchen sink, and you were half certain that that spot where you spilled some apple juice on the floor was still kind of sticky.
“You look like you don’t receive guests often…” Eunbi mused, picking up your ACDC shirt that was strewn across your beanbag. You’d thrifted it a couple of days ago but hadn’t washed it yet.
“W-Well I uh…” You struggled to answer. “I… Don’t invite people in… At all…”
Eunbi giggled and set the shirt back down.
“So am I the first person to enter your place?” She inquired. You rubbed the back of your neck.
“If you don’t count my parents? Yea…” You blushed.
“Hm… Cool.”
Eunbi proceeded to do a little more exploration. She entered your bedroom, which you’d thankfully packed a couple of nights before due to a sudden motivation to do so at 3 in the morning. She casually looked through most of your things, skimming through folders and examining photos like she was given the permission to do so. You trusted her enough to not protest against her actions.
“You know… You’re neater than I expected,” Your singer mused.
“Thanks,” You replied. Eunbi set down the photo album in her hand and turned to face you.
“So… When can we get to fucking?”
Her blunt choice of words combined with her too casual tone threw you completely off guard.
“H-Huh?” You couldn’t help but stutter.
“Damn… I thought you’d take the hint when I asked to come up,” Eunbi sighed.
“I… What?”
Eunbi folded her arms.
“Jesus Christ Myeong-seok… Have I not dropped enough hints on the ride back?”
Admittedly, you weren’t paying attention for about 90% of the ride. You simply nodded and hummed in response to most of Eunbi’s questions and said “oh… cool” to a majority of her statements. In hindsight, you should’ve paid a little more attention.
Eunbi walked towards you, a slight sway in her hips.
“Get on the bed sweetie,” She purred.
“E-Eunbi—”
“Don’t talk back to mommy.”
There was a sudden shift in the atmosphere. You could hear your heartbeat in your ears as Eunbi stared you down. The power dynamic had shifted, the balance tipping towards Eunbi. This was no longer a friend-to-friend bonding moment. Eunbi wanted you, here and now. There was nothing you could say or do to change her resolve.
You were hesitant, but you slowly walked over to your own bed and sat down on the edge of it. Eunbi walked over to the door and closed it, then she strutted over to you.
“You know what to do, don’t you?” She asked.
“Yes… Mommy,” You answered.
“Good. Now strip.”
You complied somewhat willingly, your arms and hand moving on their own to pull your t-shirt off your body. Eunbi was gracious enough to help you out of your pants and underwear, pulling the articles of clothing right off your legs and tossing them into a corner of your room. She settled next to you and gripped your semi-hard shaft. She squeezed it not too gently and slowly pumped you to full measure.
“Fuck… I forgot just how big you were,” She whispered right into your ear. Her breath tingled your skin. Her hand quickly set itself into a rhythm.
“You know… I should’ve called you for a booty call sooner,” Eunbi mused, her free hand beginning to explore your body. “Searching for a trumpet player’s gotten mommy so pent up, should’ve called you for some form of… relief.”
You let a soft sigh escape from your lips. Eunbi giggled next to you.
“Shall I play with you for a bit? Or should I just get right to it like I did last time?” She asked you. Her nails traced shapes on the nape of your neck. She was slowly breaking you down and weaving herself in the holes of your resolve, taking control of you. You knew it, but you couldn’t stop it. Her hand sped up, delivering full long strokes to your throbbing length while Eunbi began her assault on your ear. She nibbled, she licked and kissed, slowly tuning your senses into overdrive. You were her toy to play with.
“I think… I should play with you for a little,” Eunbi finally decided. “Get you all riled up, then dMake you cum all over me… How does that sound?”
You weren’t in a good state to give her a reply, but Eunbi took the soft whimper that left your throat as a reply.
“I’ll take that as a yes then.”
Her hand stopped abruptly, freeing you from the spikes of pleasure that’d begun to surge from your crotch area. Eunbi gracefully slipped off the bed, deftly positioning herself on her knees before your twitching shaft. She stroked with consideration, taking her time with you as she let her forefinger and thumb apply pressure to your tip before letting her hand glide to the base of your cock. You stifled a moan, your hands stiff at your sides. The pinkness of her tongue poked out from between her lips. She lowered her head, letting you feel the heat against the tip of your cock. Ou squirmed. She smirked.
Her tongue made contact, teasing your tip with the moistness of her tongue. Every muscle in your body seemed to seize up, responding to her toying. Eunbi made sure to keep your eyes locked on hers as she licked the underside of your length. The softness and warmth made you grit your teeth as you watched her lather up the bottom side of your member. You’d slept with her once, yet she somehow seemed to have found an optimal way to bend you to her will. It was cruel of her—yet something about the way she took her time to paint your length in her spit aroused you to new extents. You twitched wildly in her grasp, each small flick of her tongue sending you gasping and grunting in ways you had no idea you were capable of.
Once your singer was satisfied with the control she’d established over you, she released your cock from the grip of her slender fingers. Spreading your legs further apart to allow for better access, she drawled, “Relax baby… Let Mommy please you.”
She tossed her hair behind her shoulders and rested her palms on your thighs. Before you could even process what was going on, the warmth of Eunbi’s little mouth surrounded your length, lips wrapping around your shaft. You couldn’t fight back a groan.
Sloppy… No, incredibly fucking sloppy was the best way to describe the way Eunbi pleasured you with her mouth. She let the drool flow freely from the corners of her mouth, the frothy fluid sliding down your cock unchallenged as Eunbi had her way with the hard, throbbing meat in her mouth. Glossy pink lips followed a strict path—up, down, up, down—relentlessly slobbering over your shaft while applying a near perfect amount of suction around you as she kept her pace. She was a deadly woman of consistency, each bottom of her stroke aiming to take in more and more of your member into the back of her throat. Her eyes visibly watered, but her resolve remained.
You knew better than to rest your hands anywhere on her body, opting to crumple your sheets with a knuckle-white grip. You could possibly choke the life out of a grown man in seconds. She knew her way around you, the lustful fire in her eyes conveying the joy she derived from making you squirm in your seat while her not too gentle hands fondled with your spit covered sack. Spots danced before your eyes, your world spinning in the handling of Eunbi.
Your cock popped out of her mouth, a mix of pre-cum and spit dripping from your tip.
“You’re awfully quiet baby,” She told you, hand lazily pumping your slippery shaft with full strokes. “How will Mommy know if she’s doing a good job if you don’t moan for me?”
She was a playfully cruel woman. A dark part of you enjoyed this side of your singer…
When she took your cock back into the willing depths of her mouth, you made sure to vocalise your pleasure as much as you could. You caught the faint trace of a smirk on her face as she resumed her work. In and out; disappearing and reappearing—You couldn’t get enough of the way Eunbi blew you.
When she decided that she’d played with you for long enough, Eunbi sadly released your throbbing length from the warmth of her mouth. Wordlessly, she rose to her knees and ridded herself of her clothes. No teasing, no antics. Eunbi was horny and she needed cock, your cock.
She pushed you back, your shoulders impacting your mattress as Eunbi straddled you. She lifted herself up slightly, her hand reaching back to grab your swollen length and line it up with the entrance to her slit. She wasted no time in hilting you inside of her, a soft cry leaving her lips as she planted her hands on your chest.
“Fuck… Your cock feels so fucking good inside of me,” She hissed. She raised her hips slightly and slammed herself back down onto you, earning a sharp gasp from you. Eunbi smiled wickedly.
“Let’s see how long you last inside Mommy’s pussy… Don’t cum till I let you”
She took off. Eunbi rode you fiercely, roughly, taking you in and out of her tight wet slick. She was oblivious to your comfort, the only thing concerning her being filling herself over and over with your thick, hard cock. Eunbi’s nails dug into your chest, her face wild and brimming with need. Beads of sweat had begun decorating her curvaceous body, milky skin glistening under the dim lighting of your bedroom.
“Fuck baby… So… Fucking… Full!”
She leaned down and crashed her lips against yours. Her tongue invades your month. You let her in. You were helpless, completely unable to resist Eunbi as she took her pleasure from your body. In a weird, twisted way—you were savouring every second of it. The way her pussy clenched tightly around you, so slick and so tight. The way she ripped her gaze from your eyes to cast her head back, sending locks of jet-black hair flying as she sighed and moaned her pleasure. The way her hips and thighs never slowed nor lost their rhythm… So much to take in; so much to feel.
“You love… My pussy don’t you? Do you like… how I fuck your cock with it?” Eunbi hissed between lustful moans. She thrusted her hips against yours, thighs crashing against your hips while your cock speared through her folds.
“Y-Yes Mommy… I-I love your pussy so much!” Came your reply. Eunbi pulled you upright aggressively.
“Suck my tits baby,” She commanded. You were more than happy to obey.
Her hands gripped your hair and pulled you into her chest. Your face crashed against her breasts, the warm, delicious cleavage between them filled with her sweat. You quickly latched your mouth onto her left nipple and sucked greedily. Eunbi let out a strangled gasp of pleasure.
“That’s it baby… Just like that…” Eunbi spurred you.
You feasted on her breasts, tongue licking and swirling—Giving her the works. Her hips moved a little quicker, no longer taking your entire length into her pussy. Instead, she withdrew only half way before plunging down again to drive you faster and harder inside her tight, drenched pussy. Her juices flowed freely, coating the insides of her thighs and your crotch. Her sighs became shallower and shallower by the minute.
“Baby… You’re gonna make Mommy… Oh god… Oh fucking go—”
Ironically enough, the one who wanted to test how long you could last came first. Her entire body is struck by a bolt of pleasure, quivering, shaking and trembling involuntarily. Cusses spill out of her mouth, paired with intermittent cries of pleasure and other exclamations. From between her tits you could see Eunbi’s features twist, face wracked with pleasure as she holds you firmly against her chest. You yourself were fighting back your own orgasm. Rules set by Eunbi were rules that must be followed.
It took forever for Eunbi to wind down, but the wait was worth it as her hands slackened, allowing you to pull back and witness her bask in the glow of her orgasm. The need for control disappeared for just a little bit, the natural softness behind those eyes returning for a second while she gazed passionately into her eyes. You pulled her in for a kiss, earning yourself a soft moan into your mouth.
When she pulled away, you could sense the slight change in her demeanour. She smiled warmly and cradled your face in her hands.
“You okay?” She whispered. You nodded, she giggled.
“Good, cause I still need more.”
Your living room was the next location. She tossed away the ACDC shirt on the beanbag and bent herself over it, looking back to catch your gaze.
“Don’t keep Mommy waiting,” Eunbi rasped. You weren’t one to make a woman wait. You got down on your knees behind her, your tip lined up with her dripping slit.
“Wait,” She stopped you. “My ass. Fuck my ass.”
She reached back and spread her ample ass cheeks apart for you. You lined your tip up with her asshole.
“Be quick,” Eunbi instructed. You nodded and pushed right in. Your shaft, lubricated with Eunbi’s juices and saliva, slipped seamlessly into her warm, tight hole. Eunbi yelped, her hand gripping your beanbag.
“Fuck…” She hissed. “Forgot… How that felt like…”
You gave Eunbi a moment to adjust, content with fondling her ass cheeks as Eunbi drew deep breaths.
“Okay,” She finally sighed after a minute or two. “Go.”
One word was all you needed to know how she wanted to be fucked. You pumped in and out of her tight little hole, Eunbi rocking back into you with each thrust you made into her body. For what felt like hours, you continued to fuck Eunbi’s hot ass, shaft drilling in and out from between her asscheeks as sighs of pleasure escaped her throat. You took the risk and let your hands roam the curves of Eunbi’s body, reaching around her to grab ahold of her full tits and playing with the soft flesh of her butt. She let you do as you please, focusing on pounding back onto your cock. Her sighs filled your ears, hypnotising you in the sound of her sensual voice. The warmth of her ass roped you deeper into your lust, the scent of her perfume mixing with the smell of her sweat.
“Oh fuck… Oh fuck fuck fuck,” She let the filth spill forth. “God I feel so fucking full… Your cock always fills me up just the way I like…”
She propped herself up on her hands, her slim tummy resting on the bean bag.
“Keep going baby… You’re… You’re doing such a good job,” she praised between gasps. It was taking everything in your body to keep you from unloading into Eunbi’s ass right there and then. Nonetheless, you persevered.
Eunbi’s moans coaxed you, her soft sighs spurring you—Every little thing she did while you fucked her drove you wild. You could feel your cock pulsing inside of her, aching to release rope after rope of cum into that tight little ass of hers. All that riding done by Eunbi had already driven you close.
Eunbi definitely knew that you were at your upper limit, but that didn’t stop her from making things harder for you.
“Speed up,” She prompted with a smirk. “And don’t you dare cum till I let you.”
“But—”
She shot you a glare that silenced you.
“One more word and I’ll make sure that you’ll never cum tonight,” She warned. Not taking her seriously would be a stupid decision, but you weren’t certain how much longer you could last inside of her.
Following orders, you picked up the semi-frantic pace. Eunbi tilted her head back, spine arching in a delicious curve. You could see the smirk on her face. It was killing you.
You couldn’t hold on anymore. Your thrusts into her ass shallowed, your breath quickening as you prepared to let loose.
“M-Mommy,” You groaned.
“Don’t you dare.”
“I-I… I can’t!”
Eunbi abruptly slid forward, withdrawing herself from your cock. She whipped around and gripped your cock tightly, squeezing it in a vice grip as she stared right into your soul.
“Don’t,” She whispered flatly. “Don’t make Mommy punish you baby…”
Her grip on your member was not helping to reduce the pressure in your cock. You could feel yourself leaking, your length twitching wildly in Eunbi’s hand. She laid a hand on your chest.
“Good boy,” She praised once your breathing had settled. “Mommy will let you cum when she’s satisfied, so you better be at your best performance for the rest of the night.”
You gulped and nodded, knowing full well that she meant every word she said. You were in for a rough time.
She tortured you for the rest of the night, making you fuck her in all sorts of positions that drove you insanely close to the edge. Each time she sensed your impending orgasm, she forced you out of her and squeezed your member rather painfully. She made you fuck her over the sink, rail her on the bed, eat her out on the desk… The list went on and on. She kept you painfully close to the edge the whole time, making sure to put on an increasing lewd display of pleasure as you progressed into the night. It got to a point where a perpetual tingle lingered in your crotch area. It was like an itch that you couldn’t scratch.
Your torture amounted to something at the end of it all. As Eunbi laid on your floor, spent from her nth orgasm of the night, she coaxed you towards her. With your jelly like legs, you somehow managed to waddle on your knees towards her.
“Kneel… Over me,” She rasped. You did as you were told. With what remaining strength she had left, she reached up and began pumping away at your shaft. With satisfaction written all over her face, she uttered two words.
“Paint me.”
The orgasm that you experienced would go down in your records as the definition of an explosive orgasm. You felt every burst of semen that shot out from your shaft, cries of pleasure leaving your mouth in streams as Eunbi milked every last drop out of you. Rope after rope painted her tight body, your seed leaving no bit of skin uncovered. Even when the orgasm subsided, warm spurts of cum still leaked out of you, oozing from your tip and dripping onto your singer below you.
Your legs eventually gave way. You crashed down next to her. With a face and body full of cum, she smiled and whispered into your ear.
“Next time… I’ll let you cum in me…”
~~~
You both collectively decided to skip classes the next day. Eunbi spent the morning at your place, sauntering around your apartment in nothing but her panties and one of your Led Zeppelin shirts. She proved to be an excellent cook, whipping up an excellent breakfast with what you had in the fridge. Pairing Eunbi’s masterful cooking with a rather pathetic cup of instant coffee, you sat down on the floor with Eunbi to have one of the best meals you’d ever eat.
“God… This is so good,” You told her. Eunbi giggled.
“Please, it’s just a simple meal,” She humbly replied.
“Simplicity is good sometimes,” You shrugged. Eunbi smiled warmly.
“Glad you like it.”
It felt like the distance between the two of you had closed after last night. You found yourself feeling oddly comfortable around her, finding that you could hold a conversation with her without ever descending into awkward silence. You were glad that you got the sudden urge to run after her the night before.
Before she left, she helped you to clean up the mess you’d both made. Surfaces were scrubbed clean, floors wiped till it sparked. Only when she’d made the place cleaner than when she first arrived did she dress herself in her jeans from last night.
“I’ll return your shirt to you next practice,” She assured you, slipping on her sneakers. “Or maybe you could call me over again…”
You blushed.
“I think I uh… I think I’ll lay off for a bit,” You muttered. Eunbi giggled mischievously.
“Suit yourself,” She shrugged. “See you next practice then.”
Eunbi left your place, leaving you alone for the rest of the day. You used the rest of the daytime to catch up on some work. Somewhere in the evening, a knock came on your door. You set your pen down and hurried over to open it. When you did, a kind-looking young lady greeted you enthusiastically.
“Hello! I’m Yeju, pleased to meet you!” She beamed. You could feel the positive energy radiating off her. She looked familiar for some reason.
“O-Oh… Hi,” You greeted her.
“I’m your new neighbour. I just moved into the apartment down the hall yesterday,” She explained to you. “Just wanted to drop by and say a quick hello! Hope we can be great friends!”
It felt like you were the only introvert in this world. You smiled awkwardly and nodded.
“N-Nice to meet you Yeju… I-I’m Myeong-seok,” You smiled.
“Wow! You share the same name as my husband!” Yeju laughed loudly. “Small world huh?”
“I-I guess…” You chuckled.
The lady’s name rang a bell in your head, but you couldn’t remember when and where you heard the name from. Fortunately for you, your memory was about to get jogged.
“Oh! And before I forget,” The lady continued. “Let me introduce you to my sister!”
She stepped aside. Hwang Yeji stared right back at you, fixing you with her signature death glare. You felt like you were about to shit yourself.
With an icy cold look, she locked eyes with you and said, “I can’t fucking believe that we’re neighbours now…”

        All you could do was drop the sheets and surrender to the animalistic noises that escaped you every time his pelvis connected violently with your bare ass.
        He loved you like that — completely limp and sex drunk. He was a man who enjoyed having control, and it translated into the bedroom frequently. Especially when he had a bad day or just hadn’t got his hands on you the way he needed to in a while.
        You were both completely lost in the moment. He was almost seeing double as his eyes lost focus, barely managing to watch your body react to his movements as he neared his high.
        He sped up and hit harder and harder until he unloaded completely, crashing down over your back and panting with exhaustion. After some time he rolled off of you and you rolled over to face him, only to realize your glasses had come off.
        You sat up to find them. When you did, they were split down the middle, right where they would attractively sit over your nose. You held them up and stared at them in disbelief.
        Daryl sat up behind you and looked over your shoulder.
        “That just happened?” He asked softly. You sighed.
        “Yeah, probably when you were rearranging my guts just now.” You quipped. He chuckled and reached over, taking them from your hand and looking them over quickly.
        “I’ll fix ‘em.” He promised, with a quick peck on the forehead, before he jumped off the mattress and disappeared from the room. You resorted to climbing in the shower and washing yourself off instead of waiting around or falling asleep.
        The water was warm and comforting over your sweaty flesh, and when you got out, you felt fresh and crisp in the cool conditioned air.
        You were surprised to find Daryl in your room when you went to get dressed, looking accomplished. You thought he’d gone home for the night.
        “Oh. You’re still here?” You asked casually as you rummaged through your drawers for something comfortable and clean.
        “Told ya I’d fix ‘em.” He floated. You threw your clothes on and walked over to him, climbing in his lap and straddling him.
        You took your mended spectacles from his grasp and looked them over. It appeared he had melted the plastic and stuck the two halves back together. You were impressed.
        “Innovative.” You commented.
        “Uh-huh.” He rolled his eyes a little. “Try ‘em on.”
        You slid them over your ears and adjusted them on your nose with a shrug.
        “Fits just the same.” You smiled.
        “Good, now take ‘em off so I don’t break ‘em again.” He smirked. You giggled and set the glasses on the night stand as he rolled you over onto the bed and planted erotic kisses over your exposed neck.
       “Daryl.” You whined. “I just took a shower.”
        “Didn’t have to shower for me.” He groaned into your shoulder, pressing his hard clock against you.
        “It wasn’t for you, asshole.” You lightly slapped his shoulder. “It was for bed.”
        “I’m in your bed.”
        “For sleeping in my bed.” You clarified.
         “Mm. Not gonna work, sorry.”

Totally Fake | Ant Vaughn x reader (Heartbreak High) ||
This is officially a series haha, trying to make it slowburn-ish but let's see if i can hold myself back
Fake dating, fem!reader
@foxxyhun
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3
Tumblr media
Thankfully you had managed to get Ant’s number by Friday, not so thankfully you spent all day chatting with him about stupid, irrelevant stuff and Not about what your gameplan was going to be. And if, IF, you were actually going to the party later this evening, he’d probably be too wasted to talk about it anyway. Which means SLUTS was the last chance you had with him still sober and not hungover. Except you had no idea how to go about it, especially without drawing the attention of your friends who had been watching you like hawks all week. You were the first one in the classroom, anxiously ripping your notebook paper into tiny shreds while thinking about all the logistics. You didn’t get very far when you sensed someone sitting down next to you. “What did the poor paper do to deserve that?” Ant asked amusedly. “Wrong place, wrong time.” You grimaced and shrugged, immediately stopping and throwing all the paper shreds into your pencil case. “Oh no, don’t stop because of me, I’m sure it deserved it.” He joked before settling in his seat. “You don’t wanna sit next to your friends?” You asked, with a nod to the table they usually sat at. “Nah, I’d rather sit with my girlfriend.” He said casually. You didn’t feel very casual as you choked on your spit. God how embarrassing. It took you a minute to calm down, Ant worriedly asking if you were okay, and offering you some of his water, which you declined with a hand gesture as you were starting to calm down. “Sorry, sorry, I’m fine.” You coughed out. “Actually, that’s what I’ve been wanting to talk to you about.” He looked at you, almost disappointed, “You’re backing out?” He assumed. “What? No!” You hurried to say. “I wanted to talk about lining up our stories and everything, ground rules and stuff, you know?” Relief flooded his face, “Ah, okay gotcha!” He seemed much happier. The class was slowly filling up and you were dreading the moment your friends would enter. “Well I already told pretty much everyone that you’re my girlfriend.” He added, catching you completely offguard as you watched the doorway waiting for the inevitable arrival of your friends. “Oh.” Surprised you turned your head to look at him. “Okay.” You added after a second. “What about your mom?”
“Nah, not her yet. But like, Spider and Dusty.” He clarified. Your face felt warm. “Did you tell them it was fake too?” You leaned in closer to whisper it, now that the class was almost full. “No.” He grinned at you conspiringly. You grinned back at him, his answer, and the way he looked at you, making your whole body tingle. “Oh. My. God.” Darrens dramatic voice came from opposite the table. “You two totally ARE together.” Amerie beside them looked satisfied with herself, while Quinni stimmed excitedly, jumping up and down and clapping her hands. They sat down at your table while Ant put an arm around your shoulder, “Yeah, so what?” He asked. Your face was burning, as was the parts where his arm touched you. Darrens mouth wide agape, while Quinni looked just as excited as before. “Oh my god, y/n, that’s so cute!! Congrats!” She said, happily, but after a second she looked a little less happy and a little more confused. Disappointed, even. “But why didn’t you tell us?” She asked. “Thrill of a secret relationship I bet.” Amerie added, feeling much cooler than she actually was. “But really, him?” Darren pointed at Ant. Wow rude. Your brows furrowed and you leaned into the boy next to you a little more without noticing. “What do you mean? You don’t think he's cute?” Trying to paddle back Darren stuttered out something a long the lines of, “No, that’s not what I mean, I just, I didn’t think he was your type is all.” “well, to be fair, we never knew what her type was.” Quinni added. “She never told us who she was crushing on, or what she liked in a guy, or girl.” You nodded, she was telling the truth, you usually kept things like that to yourself. “Well, I for one, am happy for you two, though I totally didn’t get any vibes when I was asking for a slap band earlier this week.” Amerie said, crossing her arms. She sounded accusing, like she was about to interrogate the two of you, when thankfully Miss Obah asked everyone to pay attention and started class. Ant didn’t take his arm off your shoulder the whole time.
When he finally did, after class ended, you couldn’t suppress your pout. Logically, you understood it was so both of you could pack your things, but this whole thing didn’t feel very logical, no matter how hard you tried. So instead, once both of you had finished, you grabbed his hand and threaded your fingers with his. Still slightly pouting. He looked down at you and laughed, “What now?” “I think she’s upset you took your arm off of her.” Darren, eagle-eyed gossip lover they are, supplied. “Oh, really?” Ant seemed surprised and looked at you for confirmation. “Yeah, kinda.” You mumbled embarrassed, avoiding his gaze. He chuckled before leaning in close and whispering in your ear. “I’ll touch you all you want at the party later.” Your face was beet red. “Ant!” You whisper shouted, scandalized and wide-eyed. He just tugged you along with him, towards the school exit. “They’re so cute together.” You overheard Quinni say to Amerie and Darren behind you. “Something’s fishy.” Both of them replied in unison. You ignored it, keeping going with Ant. “What now?” You asked once outside the school gate, still holding his hand. Refusing to be the one to let go, actually. “Well, I have some time before the party starts, which, you totally are going to right?” He asked in such a way that you felt a no would break his heart, so you just nodded. How come you are immune to peer-pressure when it was your friends but not when it was the guy you’ve been fake-dating for less than a week. “Great! Well, wanna hang out until then?” You smiled. “Sure!! Oh, we can talk about the logistics of it all, like when did we even start dating and what church do I go to? Or is that even something that’s important to your mother?” You dragged him along, totally rambling at this point about all the different things you had to decide on for the story to be foolproof. When you turned to look at him, waiting for him to say something, you noticed the way he was smiling at you. “Oh, what? Am I overthinking?” You questioned out loud. “No, no, it’s fine. I just don’t think I’ve ever heard you talk that much.” He still looked at you in a way you had trouble deciphering. “Oh. Well, I guess I don’t talk a lot. Usually. But also we haven’t really spoken before this week so…” You trailed off. “Hmmh, yeah, but we’ve been in the same year for a while now.” He said, before turning back to look at the way ahead. “You usually only talk when spoken to.” Oh. He had noticed that? He had noticed you? Before you ever talked to him? “Oh, um. I guess that’s right.” You squeezed his hand subconsciously. “I like hearing you talk.” He squeezed your hand back. “Plus, you’re so smart, I wouldn’t have thought about half of the things you mentioned. Maybe we should write it all down.” You nodded. “Yeah, good idea.”
“Woah, your room is awesome.” Ant was currently walking through your room looking at all the little trinkets that were… everywhere frankly. Picking them up and putting them down again. “Haha, thanks.” You sat on the edge of your bed, not knowing what to do with yourself as you watched him. “Woah, you like Marvel?” He seemed genuinely surprised. “Uh yeah, I love it.” You laughed. He put the action figure down and turned around, very serious all of a sudden. “This calls for a movie night.” He explained. You grinned. “Sure, I’m always up for a movie.. But let’s talk business first.” You scooched to the side and patted the spot next to you. He groaned dramatically and walked over before sitting down. “Why does this feel like homework all of a sudden.” Your face scrunched up at that. “Sorry. But this is just so our story doesn’t fall apart.” He turned to look at you, head hanging to the side. “You really think it’s necessary?” “Well. Yeah.” You reply. “What if your mom asks us how we met, our what our first date was, and we say different things. Better to be prepared.” He pouts playfully, “Well, fine I guess.” In the end you agree on simple things, you met at school, duh, and worked a project together, after which you became friends, before Ant asked you on a date to the diner, and then a second date to the movies, before asking you to be his girlfriend. Easy enough. He said it was okay not to go to church as long as you were still acting Christian enough in front of his mom. Whatever that means. The reason he was only introducing you now was because you could disprove what was written on the map. You were scared of meeting his parents, so it had taken you a while to gather the courage, and he wanted to be sure before bringing a girlfriend home. Easy. Plausible. Good story. Boring, but believable. In the end you wrote it all down, twice, one copy for you and one for him, just in case you needed it. “Can we finally watch a movie?” He whined as you gave him his paper. “I don’t know, the party is soon, and I don’t know about you, but I definitely have to get ready. You think we can manage to squeeze a movie in?” He nodded, completely convinced. “How long can it take to get ready.” Not believing this was an issue. “Oh buddy…If only you knew.” You patted his shoulder before getting your remote and turning on the tv. It was difficult, at first, to concentrate on the movie, when he was so close and warm, shoulder against shoulder, and legs touching. Your body felt on fire. After a while he wrapped his arm around you too, pulling you ever so slightly closer, if that was even possible.
“Oh! I love this part.” He pointed towards the screen with the hand not resting on your hip. “What? No way, that’s my favorite part.” You looked up at him excitedly. “No way!” He turned to look at you too. You nodded emphatically. “You’re so cool.” He gave you a squeeze. He turned back towards the screen, and you did too, after staring at him for a little while longer. In the end, he ended up staying, watching you get ready, since there was no time for him to go home before Dusty’s band performed. “Whoa, wait, what is that?” You were about to put on your fake lashes, putting glue on the strip when Ant’s head popped up next to you, dangerously close to poking your lash with his finger. “My fake lashes.” You explained. “Your lashes are fake?” He turned to you, staring intensely into your eyes, inspecting your lashes. “No, well yes, sometimes. I have real lashes. The one you’re looking at right now.” You laughed. “But sometimes I put on fake lashes, which looks kinda-“ You leaned towards the mirror to put your lashes on. “like this.” You said, leaning back to show him. “Oh my god that’s crazy.” He breathed out, totally stunned, which made you laugh even harder. After that he stayed next to you, watching you apply your makeup closely. “Hmmm..” You pursed your lips as you put the last thing in place. “I think that’s it.” You concluded. Before you could even turn to the side to face him, his voice piped up as he asked: “Can you put some on me?” The request came unexpectedly, but you happily obliged. You opted for some chrome glimmery dark blue green ish, you didn’t really know how to describe it, glitter shadow to put on top of his eyelids. Dabbing it in softly, he leaned in closely and you could feel his breath on your skin. “Okay, try opening your eyes.” You requested softly, holding his chin in your hand and looking at him intensely, assessing your work. He opened his eyes hesitantly. Chewing on your lip you came to the conclusion that this look needed some black liner, so you added a line underneath his eyes on his waterline, dragging it out into a straight “wing”. A difficult job, with this being a sensitive area and Ant not used to having stuff put this close to his eyes. He kept squirming and blinking, but eventually you got the job done to your satisfaction. “This looks sick.” You say as you remove your hands from his face and lean back. Giving him time to admire himself in your mirror, you put away your brushes and powders and liners. “You want to do something to your hair too?” He turned to look at you at that. “Kinda.” You look on your phone to check the time, before grimacing. “Sorry, I don’t think we have time. Actually we really need to go if we wanna make it in time.” You stand up and hold your hand out to him, pulling him up from where he was sitting. Your friends were definitely going to give you shit about barely reaching out to them later.

Original Ask: reader is sergio ramos's niece ( around gavi's age ) and during the sevilla vs barcelona match she is seen comforting her uncle when he decides to introduce her to gavi, and they hit off, sergio of course approves because gavi is literally his demon child 🤪 (@findingnemosworld)
Word Count: 471 words
(author's note: i had so much fun writing this, i hope you all enjoy it !!)
Tumblr media
For Y/N, being the niece of Sergio Ramos was the best thing in the world. She went to every single game his team played, as she had been a Sevilla fan all her life. Having her uncle return to her childhood club was a dream come true.
It was matchday. Y/N was sat on the sidelines, a Ramos jersey as her choice of shirt for the occasion. It was Sevilla v Barcelona and tensions were high.
The players emerged from the tunnels and lined up on the pitch. Sergio shot his niece a smile as he fell into position with the rest of his teammates. Little did he know, it would be a tragic game for his team.
The game went terribly. Sevilla lost 3-0 despite a desperate effort to level out the scoreboard. Once the game was over, Sergio sat deflated in one of the chairs on the side of the pitch.
“Please don’t be too upset, Uncle. There will be other games.” Y/N tried to reason. But it was no use. Sergio was devastated.
At that moment, Pablo was walking past. He caught Sergio’s eye, and he called him over. Gavi signalled to his friends to go on without him as he headed over to where Ramos and his niece sat.
“Hola, Sergio. Is everything okay?” Pablo asked.
“Si, everything is fine. This is my niece Y/N, I thought I would introduce you to her.”
Y/N waved at Gavi, smiling sweetly at the boy that stood in front of her. Pablo returned the gesture, slightly taken aback by the gorgeous girl that stood before him.
“I’ll leave you two to get to know each other.” Sergio stated, before walking off to the changing rooms.
“Hello.” Pablo said awkwardly. He was slightly intimidated by her beauty and confident demeanour, but he wasn’t surprised. She was the niece of the infamous Sergio Ramos.
“You played very well today. You’re very talented.” She replied. Y/N had always found Gavi attractive. It had all started when she saw him make his debut for Barcelona.
“That’s very kind of you. Has anyone ever told you how pretty you are?” Pablo responded, his cheeks flushing pink at his statement.
Y/N laughed. “Yes, I get that a lot. You aren’t too bad yourself, you know?”
Gavi smiled. “I don’t mean to be forward, but would there be any chance of me taking you out for dinner? I think we would get along pretty well.”
“I’m sure Y/N would love to Pablo. Isn’t that right?” Sergio said, remerging from the changing rooms, making the pair jump.
“I’d love to.” She agreed.
Gavi nodded and, with a smile, said, “I’ll be in contact.”
He then jogged over to the Barcelona dressing room, but not before throwing a wink Y/N’s way.

Obstinacy
Summary: You get sick and refuse to let Matt help you because you don’t want him to get sick, too — the question is, how long can you keep him away?
Pairing: Matt x fem!reader
Warnings: Some gross pneumonia descriptions, light swearing, nothing else!
A/N: So I’ve been away for awhile, and I’m really sorry about that. I’ve been trying to write my own book and I finished the second draft, so taking the time for fan fiction has been on the back burner lately. But of course with the RETURN OF OUR BELOVED KING on She-Hulk, I had to take the time to write something because IM STILL FREAKING OUT GUYS MATT IS BACK AND HES SO AMAZING AND HOT AND ALLSKJF LSDKFJLSKDJFLSDK
Tumblr media
You felt the chest pain on your way home from work — the kind that arrived out of nowhere, as though it dropped from the sky into your lungs, and seriously made you wonder how colds were able to work that quickly.
Of course, maybe it wasn’t a cold. You kept your hopes up as you cooked dinner, testing your chest a few times with a few large intakes of breath, but each time was the same result: a small tickle in the back, like a little voice saying, Hey, I’m here, and you’re going to be miserable for the next couple of days!
Which really stunk, if you were being honest. It was getting towards mid-October and you were hoping to carve pumpkins with Matt or do some other corny autumn activity that every other normal couple did in the city. Not that you two weren’t normal. But other couples didn’t really have to contend with the whole I’ll-see-you-later-honey-after-I-beat-up-some-bad-guys-tonight, and you figured it must make movie nights a lot more frequent for most people than it did for you and Matt. That was another thing on your list, too — watching a horror movie to get into the Halloween spirit.
“I’m not into horror movies,” Matt had said when you’d pitched the idea to him. “Audio commentary kind of kills the whole scary aspect.”
“Then you’re watching the wrong movies. I don’t mean movies with gallons of blood and cheap jump scares. I mean psychological horrors, the kinds that make you stay awake at night because they’re that freaky. We’re doing it, Murdock, whether you want to or not.”
Whether you want to or not, however, didn’t include the extenuating circumstances of getting sick.
It took longer than usual to get up the stairs to your apartment. You felt so drained that you wouldn’t have minded showering and then crashing into bed, if you weren’t hungry. The wind rattled at your windows as you cooked a big pot of rice, enough to last the next few days. You’d bought fixings yesterday to make a homemade curry with it, but one look at your pantry and you scrapped those plans in exchange for half a jar of pesto with a dubious expiration date on it. Matt wasn’t supposed to be over until after seven in the evening, thanks to the unforgiving hours of lawyering, but you called him as you stirred the pesto in with the rice.
“I was wondering when you’d call,” he said. His voice was lighthearted.
“Hi,” you said, as casually as possible. “How was your day?”
“I officially reduced the pile of paperwork on my desk from ten inches high to eight inches high, so I’d call it a success. You at your place?”
“Yeah. Hey, I wanted to let you know that I think I’m coming down with something, so maybe you should stay at your own place tonight.” Before Matt could ask, you added, “I’m fine. Just one of the colds that’s going around. But I’d feel horrible if you got it.”
“What about the pumpkins?”
“Pumpkins can wait. I haven’t even bought them yet.”
“Oh.” He sounded disappointed, and your stomach flipped. What a way to boost my self-esteem that he actually likes me. “How about we just don’t share sodas, then?”
You frowned. “Last time this happened, I told you to stay away from me and then you just ended up kissing me. The next day, lo and behold, you started coughing. So, no. Not happening.”
“You kissed me, if I remember correctly.”
“Excuse me? What kind of a lawyer are you? That’s gaslighting, sir.”
He continued, ignoring you. “Maybe I’ll just hear some suspicious noises coming from your apartment tonight. And then I’ll have to investigate, because it’s my civic duty as the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen. And when I see a beautiful girl, sitting on the couch and pathetically eating rice and pesto alone, I’ll just have to join her. Accidentally, of course.”
“What I’m interpreting from that is that you go cuddle up with any girl that you find eating alone in her apartment.”
“What I’m interpreting is that Matt says he’s doing all these dangerous things at night but really he’s just chilling out while enjoying the lavish praise of being a local superhero,” Foggy said, his voice distant in the background.
You snorted. “Am I on speakerphone?”
“No,” Foggy answered, sounding far too cheerful for someone working far beyond sunset. “Matt just keeps his phone volume weirdly high for someone who supposedly has super-hearing.”
“I do have super-hearing, Foggy.”
“Then how are you not shattering your eardrums? Between your phone volume and crashing at girls’ apartments to eat rice and pesto, I’m really doubting this whole Daredevil façade,” Foggy said.
“Anyway,” Matt cut in, “I’ll pop in tonight, just to bring over some food and meds. Do you want anything specific?”
“Matt, really. I don’t want you catching this. And it’s late, you should get home and actually get some sleep for once. I’m fine, it just feels like a cold.” You would have elaborated, but your chest decided to seize at that moment, and you had to trail off quickly before it became apparent in your voice.
He sort of listened to you that night. He had swung by (through the window? Or with the spare key you’d given him? There was no way to know) and dropped off food, but it was while you were asleep, and it looked as though he’d only gone into the kitchen then left.
You’d only found the food when you wandered in blearily at three in the morning, sweating and freezing at the same time. There was no point for the thermometer; a fever was obvious and you didn’t particularly care what the number was. The cough was worse, though. It made it hard to fall back asleep — every few seconds you’d feel as though your lungs were spasming, and the back of your throat felt as though it had been bitten by fire ants.
Sirens rang in the distance. You hoped it wasn’t for something Matt was involved in; not because you didn’t trust him to handle it, but because it was three in the morning and you’d kick his ass if he wasn’t sleeping at this point.
Then the headache hit you. Maybe you wouldn’t be kicking his ass anytime soon.
The pressure was enough to make you stumble into the counter as you rummaged for a glass of water. Everything about your arms felt off, as though your muscles had been crushed into powder, and you misjudged your grasp on the glass. It fell, crashing to the floor and skating outwards like a nebula of knives. Automatically you reached for the paper towels, and in your haze you stepped forward.
Barefooted.
Glass crunched under your foot and you swore, not at the pain but at your own stupidity. It took another half an hour to bandage up the bottom of your foot and at that point you were too exhausted to finish cleaning up the glass.
When you woke up next, sun was filtering through your curtains and your mouth was as dry as though you’d swallowed ten cotton swabs. Dazed, you picked up your phone, and squinted at the notifications; one missed call from Matt and a followup text. Quickly you sent him an I’m okay message and then fell back onto your pillow.
The fever felt worse. Goosebumps ran up and down your legs, but you were simultaneously sweaty under your sheets, so you threw them off to go shower. Only then did you remember the glass you’d stepped on because your foot protested angrily as soon as you placed it onto the carpet.
Hopping was the only option remaining, and that expended just about every ounce of energy you’d garnered while sleeping, so that you just about collapsed against the bathroom wall, wheezing, by the time you’d made it. And of course that was when your phone rang, so you hopped back to your room, and barely made it in time before it went to voicemail.
“Hello?” you croaked.
“That’s all I need to hear. I’m coming over.”
“I... what?”
“Yeah. You sound terrible, Y/N.” Matt’s voice was overly concerned, and you didn’t like it at all; you could practically feel the pity coming off of him. At least, it felt like pity. And that wasn’t what you wanted.
“Matt, not only will I personally make you rue the day that you step foot in here while I’m sick, but—” You broke off, coughing, and wincing at the same time because you could imagine Matt’s expression on the other end.
“I don’t like talking to you over the phone,” he said in a low voice. “I hate not hearing your heartbeat, hearing your lungs, feeling your temperature. You’re being overruled. I’m coming.”
“Don’t you have to be at the court today?”
“Not until ten.”
Defeated, you flung the phone on the other side of the room. That conversation sucked out everything you had, and you gave up on the idea of taking a shower. The bed looked much more comfortable. It didn’t help that your breaths were getting alarmingly short, and it was difficult to draw in anything more than a quick inhale. Your eyes were closed for about five seconds before they popped back open.
Matt was coming. Damn it, damn it, damn it. You went to the windows and locked them all, then crossed to the front door. He had a spare key, but you also had a bolt, and you slid it across, feeling somewhat proud of yourself for having made the trek to the entryway. The bar is very, very low at this point.
You’d run a marathon right now before letting Matt get anywhere near you. That resolve was the only thing penetrating the fog around your head, and you double-checked the windows again. It wasn’t as though he’d be leaping and climbing up to them, anyway; he was coming from the office, and would therefore be in his lawyer suit. With the number of people down on the streets and the broad daylight, Matt would be hard-pressed to make it up to your fire escape without the newspaper headline being BLIND ACROBAT BREAKING AND ENTERING IN HELL’S KITCHEN the next day.
Sure enough, ten minutes later Matt was outside your door, and his sharp rap on the door did nothing to make you move. You sat at the counter, sipping on some water, and shook your head. “Nope. Not happening.”
“Y/N, I can hear the crackling in your lungs,” he said, his patience more intact than you would have expected. He thinks he’s going to win.
“My lungs aren’t crackling. They’re just... not feeling so hot.” Now overly-conscious of your breathing, you tried to make your breaths smoother and less obviously sick.
There was a pause on the other side of the door. “You’ve got too fast of a heartbeat. Unlock the bolt or I’ll kick the door down.”
“Yeah, my heart’s racing, because there’s a man threatening to kick my door down,” you said, and feeling inspired, you clicked the on button of the remote next to you. The television flashed to life, showing the weather report, and you turned the volume up. Take that, Matt. “See? No more lung crackling or racing heartbeats.”
The only issue was that now you could hardly hear him. You barely made out his next sentence, it was so faint on the other side of the door. “I can still hear both, you know,” he said, muffled. “You know how many televisions there are in the average block of apartments that I have to filter out every single night?”
“Shit.” You shut the television off. “Listen away, then. It’s not going to change anything because I’m not letting you in.”
“I wasn’t kidding about kicking the door down.”
"And I’m not kidding about not letting you in. Plus, you’d have some tough questions to answer when my neighbors report you for kicking down my door, Devil Man.”
“Why won’t you accept help when you need it? You really need a doctor.”
“Hypocrite,” you said under your breath, relishing the fact that he could hear you.
“I can hear you.” Just as you’d expected. “And what I do is irrelevant to the fact that you’re currently sitting in your apartment with what’s probably pneumonia.”
“Oh, it’s not pneumonia,” you said dismissively, though you felt awful enough that he was probably right. At least, your lungs seemed to concur with that diagnosis, and as if to verbally agree with him you coughed, wheezing and choking for air.
“If I didn’t have to be at the court in half an hour, I’d go home and get into the suit just to have an excuse to come through your window right now.” Matt was pissed, that was for sure. There was a dangerous undertone to his voice, softened only by that ever-present concern in what he was saying.
“I know, Matt.” You rolled your eyes. “It’s a lost cause, alright? Tomorrow I’ll be feeling a lot better and then maybe — maybe — I’ll let you come in. And that’s if we keep all the windows open for fresh air and—”
“Why do I smell your blood?”
You glanced down at your foot. Traitor. It had stopped bleeding ages ago, but you should’ve changed the bandage again one more time before Matt showed up. “I’m... doing acupuncture. On myself.”
“Y/N.”
“Fine. I made a blood oath and pricked my thumb to assure myself that I will never, ever let you catch a sickness from me.”
“In ten seconds this door is coming down unless you tell me. And if you could hear my heartbeat, you’d know I’m not lying.”
“Fine! I just stepped on some glass, okay? But my foot is fine, it’s seen worse days. I mean, you should’ve seen that time that I got a pedicure and the lady told me my heels were the most cracked she’d seen in a long time.” You were rambling, and that wasn’t a good idea, because it made you lose your breath and then you were gasping for air.
After another five minutes of arguing that ended only when you swore to call the doctor if you got any worse, he left, grumbling that Foggy would kill both of you if he was late for court, and that was the only reason he was giving up — “temporarily”.
Only when it was too late did you realize that was a mistake, and that you should have let him help.
It was past two in the afternoon when you woke up from a nap, and every muscle in your body felt as though it were frozen. You were trembling slightly from the cold, but couldn’t muster the energy to even sit up and grab the blanket at the foot of your bed. It was difficult to swallow, and you clutched at your throat, certain that someone must be standing over you and clasping their hands around your neck, but there was no one there.
“Matt,” you whispered, expecting him to be there, or to hear you, but there was no one. Taking slow breaths, you tried to calm down on your own. One, two, three. One, two, three. All you could manage were short, raspy breaths that hardly got enough air, and your head pounded. Blindly you reached out for your glass of water, and nearly dropped it again, your hands were shaking so much. The feeling of your lips against the rim was like pressing a dried sponge to the edge of a bowl and the water tasted sour in your mouth.
And then you tried swallowing. It was as though someone had blocked up your throat, because you couldn’t swallow, and you gasped, heart racing as panic flooded through you; for a moment you couldn’t breathe and then you finally coughed up the water, chest heaving from the sharpness of each cough. You grabbed a tissue, hacking into it for at least another thirty seconds, and finally a glob of mucus came up and your airway cleared up just enough that you could breathe a bit more.
You almost tossed the tissue to the floor without looking at it, but a flash of red caught your eye.
Blood. In the mucus.
That was the tipping point for you. Didn’t people die shortly after coughing up blood in the movies? That was how it went. A character coughs, looks into their hand, and then resignedly tucks it away without the other characters seeing. It was like the knoll of death, ringing in your ears.
You hardly knew what you were doing as you dialed Matt’s number, not even thinking about what you were tapping into your phone but allowing muscle memory to guide you.
“Hello?” He picked up almost immediately.
“Matt—” You started to speak his name, but halted; it was too painful. Dropping your voice to a whisper, you started over. “Matt, I think I need you here.”
“What? What is it?”
“I’m—” You glanced down at the tissue. Literally dying here? That was a surefire way to make Matt have a heart attack. “I’m not doing so well. I might take you up on your offer to help.”
He didn’t hesitate. “I’ll be over in five minutes. Did you call the doctor already?”
“No.” The thought of calling the doctor was exhausting on its own.
Matt seemed to notice that. “I’ll call,” he assured you. “Can you breathe alright?”
“Not really.” Tears were spiking in your eyes and you brushed them away. “I just coughed and... there was some blood in it.” You wheezed for breath, the drawing in of air rattling everything inside of you and getting caught at the top of your throat.
“I’m taking you to a hospital.”
“But—”
“No, sweetheart. You need a real doctor. I’ll be over in a minute.”
Somehow you must have fallen asleep again, because Matt was lifting you from the bed and you wrapped your arms around him. “Can’t breathe,” you whispered, gasping for breath.
“I know. I can hear your lungs,” Matt said, voice strained. “I’ve got a cab waiting on the street. Can you walk or do you need me to carry you?”
“I... I can walk.” You slung an arm around him and made your way slowly out of the room, limping with every step on your bandaged foot. Matt, to his credit, allowed you to do what you could. His tie was loosened and his suit jacket was gone, but he still wore a button-down, tucked into his pants.
“Bet you won your case, then,” you whispered, hardly even aware of what was coming out of your mouth. “No one can... say no to this.”
“This?”
“Hm. This.” You meant to nod up and down at Matt, but it came across as more of a head shake. “You.”
And then your assertion that you could walk proved difficult to fulfill, so you redirected your efforts to not face-planting in your living room, despite the strong, steady hands Matt kept on you the entire time. Once you reached your stairs he took over for the most part; your feet were hardly touching the ground with the amount of support he was giving.
That was where your memory cut out. You must have passed out, because the next time you opened your eyes, it was in the hospital bed, and Matt was reading next to you, his long gaze fixed on the wall in front of him as his fingers danced over the text.
“Hi,” you whispered lamely. Everything about you was groggy and it was hard enough just to focus on him.
Him. Only he could look handsome in a hospital. At some point he’d exchanged the suit for a tee shirt and sweats, and his hair stuck out at every angle possible. You wondered vaguely if he’d come from Fogwell’s.
He set the book down, relief evident on his face. “Hey, sweetie. How are you doing?”
You ignored his question. “How do you always manage to look good?”
He nudged you. “I should be the one asking you that.”
“That’s... the biggest lie I’ve ever heard. Even if you weren’t blind, it’d be a lie.” You closed your eyes, then opened them again. The ceiling was too white. “What happened?”
"Aspiration pneumonia.”
“Hm?”
“You have aspiration pneumonia,” he said. “Which just happens to be a type of pneumonia that’s not contagious.”
You meditated on this. “So?”
“So you could’ve let me into your apartment, that whole time,” he said, looking distinctly indignant, and it was enough to make you laugh. The laugh was short-lived, because it quickly transformed into a wracking cough that made your entire chest throb, but Matt was on his feet in an instant, holding your hand.
Only when the coughing stopped did you remember the bolt on your door. “Matt?”
“Yeah?”
“How’d you get in?”
“Broke down the door, like I promised.”
“Are... are you serious? What about the neighbors?”
He laughed. “You know, breaking down a door isn’t incriminating evidence that I’m Daredevil. I told them you were having an emergency, and when they saw you, they believed me.”
“They saw me?” You didn’t remember an audience when Matt was helping you out of the apartment.
“Well, you were taking your sweet time on the stairs, and coughing loudly enough for anyone in a mile radius to hear you, so yeah, they wanted to see what was happening.”
You buried your face in your hands. “That’s just great. And now, what, is my apartment wide open for anyone to go in?”
“No, I called in a favor with Foggy, and he’s hanging out there until someone can come in and fix it.”
“Even better. Now I’m indebted to Foggy.”
Matt smiled coyly. “Oh, and I should mention—”
“Oh, no. What?”
“—that there’s something else you’ll love about all of this.”
“Stop smiling like that. Why are you smiling like that?”
“Aspiration pneumonia is commonly associated with the institutionalized elderly. In other words, it’s a nursing home problem.”
“A nursing home problem?”
“A nursing home problem,” he confirmed. “I was thinking that maybe for your next birthday I could get you fitted for dentures.”
“Hilarious. Really, so funny. You really should have been a comedian. I swear to you that the next time you get sick, I’m going to make fun of you and you’ll never hear the end of it. Got it?”
He grinned and squeezed your hand. “Murdocks don’t get sick.”
“That is the second biggest lie I’ve ever heard. I seem to recall that time you projectile-vomited off of the Ferris wheel.”
“Because I was motion-sick, not sick-sick.”
Your eyelids were already getting heavy just from the five-minute conversation. You beckoned him closer and leaned onto his shoulder, pressing yourself into his warmth. He smelled like fresh deodorant and coffee. “Pumpkin carving as soon as I can leave?”
“Definitely,” he said, placing your fingers onto the pulse that drummed under his wrist. “And this time, I’m not lying.”

First Night | Wanda Maximoff
Summary: Your first time with Wanda :)
Pairing: Wanda Maximoff x Male Reader
Warnings: Smut (Minors DNI), language, age gap (R is 25, Wanda is 38)
Word Count: 4.3K
Masterlist
A/N: This is a Stripper MILF Wanda fic. It takes place during the events of Woman of the Night. Welcome to the Stripper MILF Wanda Cinematic Universe!
Tumblr media
Wanda was definitely not expecting to see you standing in her kitchen at midnight cooking pasta, but there was a first time for everything.
“Oh god,” she gasped, clutching her chest as she saw you standing in the kitchen.
“Hey babe,” you grinned as you stirred the strands of linguini around the sauce pan, mixing it with the marinara sauce you stole from the cupboard. “How was work?”
“Work was fine how…how did you get in here?” Wanda asked. She dropped her duffle bag on the ground, trying to figure out both why and how you were standing in the kitchen.
“Oh, I climbed in through the window. It was unlocked.”
“Okay, but why?” she asked with a chuckle.
“Am I not allowed to make dinner for my girlfriend?” you asked as you turned off the burner, carefully stirring the pasta so as to not spill any over the side of the pan.
“Grateful as I am, sweetheart, it’s midnight.” She wrapped her arms around you from behind, resting her chin on your shoulder as she squeezed you close.
“And?”
“Some of us aren’t in our twenties anymore, Y/N. Some of us like to be asleep before the sun comes up.”
“Do you at least want some food? I have to say, I think this is my best pasta yet.”
“I told you I’d have you whipped into shape in no time. I might not be Italian, but I’m still a pretty good cook if I do say so myself. The boys haven’t gone hungry yet,” she chuckled, tickling your sides as she squeezed you close.
“Hey now!” You jumped as she tickled you, whipping the spoon out of the pan and speckling the counter with the red sauce. “Keep that up and no pasta for you!”
“Oh shut up,” Wanda rolled her eyes as she grabbed the spoon from your hand. “You’re lucky the boys aren’t home this weekend. They would’ve ambushed you with their nerf guns if they heard someone break into the house.”
“Well if I actually met them…”
“Y/N, I told you. Not yet. It’s too soon.” Wanda’s tone hardened as she dished pasta into her bowl.
“Sorry,” you mumbled. “I want to meet them, Wanda. You talk about them so much that I feel like I practically know them! Besides, I think Tommy needs to have his butt whooped at Mario Kart so he’ll stop being a dick to Billy about it.”
Wanda laughed as she sat down at the table, shaking her head. It had only been two months since the two of you made your relationship official and neither of you were interested in rushing things, Wanda not wanting to introduce a new man into the boys’ lives so soon and you because this was your first real relationship since high school. Sure, you dated a girl for a few months your junior year of high school and went out on some random dates throughout college, but you’d never had anything this serious before. While you enjoyed spending time with Wanda, there was still a lot you’d never experienced and you didn’t want to rush in too fast.
“I know. You’ll meet them, I promise. I plan on keeping you around, mister. We’re a package deal.” She took a bite of the pasta, blowing on it to cool it off before putting a forkful in her mouth. “You know, that’s actually not half bad.”
“Coming from you, that’s quite the compliment.” Wanda giggled as she helped herself to another bite.
You offered to take the bowl from Wanda once she was done eating, cleaning up and packing away the leftovers as she went to the living room to pick out a show for the two of you to watch.
“Dick Van Dyke again? Wanda, have you watched any shows from this century?” you asked only half-jokingly as you plopped down on the sofa next to her.
“I need something mindless after work tonight. And it’s my house so if you don’t like it-”
“Hey, what’s fine with you is fine with me.” You put your hands up defensively.
“And I wanna be the big spoon, too.” She reached her arms out to you, practically begging to snuggle you as she laid on the couch. You chuckled as you curled up into her chest. As much as you loved holding Wanda, it was nice being held for a change. She brought you an immense sense of comfort as she wrapped her arms around you and kissed the top of your head.
The titles rolled by, the screen flashing with black and white images. You felt Wanda’s body soften up as she immersed herself into the distraction of the sitcom world, the stress of the day melting off her. Try as you might to concentrate on the show, you were distracted. Wanda’s body was intoxicating. Once you got a taste of it you didn’t want to stop. Snuggling up against her, feeling the way her chest rose and fell with each breath and the way her heart beat up against it, made you want to lose yourself in her presence. So as she stared at the screen, you began to tease your fingers up and down her thigh.
“Can I help you?” she laughed as she felt your hand moving on her leg.
“Maybe…” You looked up into her stunning green eyes, her pupils dilating as you trailed your fingers higher up her leg. You could feel her heart pounding wildly in her chest as she looked down at you. Using her thigh to push yourself up, you turned your body so that you were face to face with her, your lips mere inches from each other. As you stared into each other’s eyes, both of you waiting to see who would make the first move, you reached up to cup her face with your hands before leaning in to kiss her.
Kissing Wanda was a religious experience. Her lips were heavenly, softer than anything you’d ever experienced. You loved the way she practically melted into you when you captured your lips in hers. These kisses were soft and sweet. Her lips were filled with a tenderness that made you weak at the knees. You felt her smile into you as you explored her, gently nibbling on her bottom lip as you helped her lean back into the pillow. The TV show was long forgotten as Wanda wrapped her arms around you and pulled you close on top of her.
“Mmmm I missed this,” she sighed as you kissed your way down her jaw to her neck. You bit down on a sensitive spot, drawing a moan from her as you licked and sucked over the tender point and marked her as yours. “What are the boys going to think when they see I’ve got a hickey on my neck?”
“That you’re all mine,” you answered. “All mine.” You kissed your way back up her neck, working your way to her lips as you took them greedily. These kisses were different. They were more passionate, more intense. You ran your hands up and down Wanda’s back, eventually running them up under her shirt.
“Y/N,” she breathed as she panted for breath. You barely gave her a second to recover before slamming your lips against hers, brushing your tongue over her bottom lip, begging for permission to explore her mouth. She enthusiastically obliged, her tongue crashing into yours as you explored each other deeply for the first time. As you continued to kiss her, Wanda’s hands roamed from your back to your front, trailing down your stomach until they came to your belt. The feeling of your buckle being undone snapped you back to reality as you abruptly broke away from her.
“Woah, stop, stop,” you said. Suddenly everything felt too hot and too fast and too much all at the same time.
Wanda’s eyes grew worried with concern, her brow furrowing as she looked up at you. “What’s wrong?”
You gulped nervously as you looked down at her, sitting back on your heels to put space between the two of you. “Nothing. It’s…nothing, I’m fine. Sorry.”
“Sweetheart, something’s wrong. Did I do something?”
“No. It’s…I, Christ this is so stupid, I’m a…I’ve nev-I’ve never had sex before,” you blurted. You felt the heat rising in your face as you blushed a deep shade of red. Wanda’s eyes widened at your revelation. “I mean I got a one-off handjob from my high school girlfriend when I was sixteen, but that’s it.”
“Oh.” Wanda’s voice was small. You couldn’t tell what she was thinking exactly as she stared at you. Her head cocked to the side, a signature sign that she was deep in thought.
“Sorry. Umm, you know what? I’ll just-I’ll just go. Just forget everything I said, okay?” You had never felt so humiliated before. There was no way you could do anything with Wanda now. You could barely look her in the eye with how embarrassed you felt.
“Hey,” she said, reaching out to grab your hand. “It’s okay. We can wait until you’re ready. I’ll never make you do anything you don’t want to do. Ever. I’m not mad or anything.”
“No I want to, I really want to. I’m just nervous. I don’t want it to be bad for you.”
Wanda flashed the smile that made you fall even harder for her. “It’s okay to be nervous. I haven’t slept with anyone since Vision left so yeah, I’m nervous, too.”
“I, umm, I didn’t bring a condom,” you sheepishly admitted.
“I’ve got some upstairs.” You let out a small chuckle. “What?”
“Nothing. It’s just funny imagining you at the store with your reading glasses on trying to read the descriptions on all of the boxes.”
Wanda rolled her eyes as she sat up. “You’re adorable. Now come on, let’s go upstairs. I am not letting you lose your virginity on this sofa.”
Wanda practically dragged you up to her bedroom and shut the door behind you. Your heart skipped a beat as you heard the lock click into place. “Come on,” she whispered as she pulled you to the bed. “We can do whatever you want.” Your mouth felt like it was filled with cotton as endless possibilities of what you and Wanda could do together flashed through your brain. You tried to speak, but nothing came out. “Can I take your clothes off?” You nodded enthusiastically. “Words, sweetheart. I need you to say it for me.”
“Fuck yes,” you breathed as you pulled your shirt up and off. She shook her head as her hands reached for your belt. You grabbed her face and kissed her, pulling her close as you felt your jeans get the slightest bit looser. As she unzipped them, she made sure to run her hand over your bulge, palming it through your jeans. You moaned into her mouth at the throbbing sensation that was building in your pants.
“Nice undies,” she teased. Horrified, you realized that you were wearing your Pikachu boxer briefs.
“I’m gonna be completely honest, Wanda. I was not anticipating you seeing me in my underwear tonight.”
“They’re cute, but I think they’ll look cuter on the floor.” She hooked her thumbs around the waistband, dropping to the floor as she dragged them down your legs. Your erection, absolutely throbbing, sprang to attention as it was freed from the confines of your clothes. Standing there completely naked, you suddenly felt the need to cover up. As Wanda looked up at you from her knees, she sensed your trepidation. “Do you want to keep going?”
“Yeah, j-just give me a second.”
“Lie down on the bed, okay? I’ve got an idea.” You had no idea what Wanda was thinking as you crawled onto the bed. As you did that, she began undressing herself.
“What are-?”
“Oh look, we’re both naked,” she smirked, tossing her panties behind her. Your jaw dropped as you saw her naked for the first time. The sight of her bare breasts in front of you was mesmerizing, as was the rest of her body. She was a goddess.
“Wow. Wanda, wow. You’re gorgeous, baby.” Wanda blushed a deep crimson as she crawled onto the bed next to you.
“You’re not so bad yourself, handsome,” she teased. “Can I touch you?”
“Yeah,” you gulped. Slowly, Wanda trailed her hand down from your chest down to your stomach and then to your cock, wrapping a loose grip around it. “Oh fuck,” you groaned. The sensation of her hand moving up and down your shaft was familiar: you’d jacked off to the thought of her countless times. But the feeling of someone else’s hand doing it was unreal.
“Somebody’s sensitive.” Your cock twitched under Wanda’s ministrations, precum leaking from your tip as she used it to lube you up.
“Christ, just blow me already,” you groaned as you threw your head back into the pillow. The words came from your mouth absentmindedly. They were crude and vulgar. In your pleasure-filled haze, you weren’t totally aware of what you were saying. The second you realized your ask, your face flushed red with embarrassment. Wanda’s hand stopped abruptly as she looked down at you half-amused.
“Alright,” she smirked. Before you knew what was happening Wanda crawled to the other side of the bed, brushing her hair out of her face as she lowered her head.
The feeling of Wanda’s mouth enveloping the entirety of your cock immediately tore a loud groan from your chest. She swirled her tongue over your head, her hand wrapping around the base of your cock. Her cheeks hollowed as her head bobbed up and down. You threw your head back into the pillow again, unable to watch the utterly sinful sight unfolding right in front of you.
“Holy shit,” you gasped. Cherry red lips closed softly around your head, sucking as she reached down to squeeze your balls. For a woman who hadn’t been with another man since her husband left, you couldn’t tell that she was out of practice. Wanda smiled as you whined, your dick hitting the back of her throat. Tears gathered in the corners of her eyes as she gagged on your length. It was undoubtedly the hottest thing you’d ever seen in your entire life.
Your pulse quickened as the ache in your groin grew stronger with every little movement. The pleasure was dizzying, the familiar coil in your belly growing tighter by the second. As Wanda worked wonders with her mouth, your body became unrestrained. You grabbed the back of her head, pulling her down as you thrust your hips into her face. Drool dripped down your cock as you stuffed your length deep into Wanda’s mouth. Her eyes screwed shut as she choked and gagged. You moaned in response, your fingers kneading her fiery red hair.
“Wanda, I’m gonna cum,” you croaked as you felt a blissful warmth spread over your body. She smirked against your cock as your hips bucked faster. Her tongue swirled and lapped over every single inch as she enthusiastically massaged the parts left exposed. Seconds later the coil snapped and your body exploded in ecstasy. Strands of hot cum shot down Wanda’s throat, which she swallowed greedily. No drop was left wasted as she released your with a pop, fine strands of saliva and cum connecting her to you.
She wiped her mouth with the back of her hand, her chest heaving as she struggled to regain her breath. You closed your eyes as you watched galaxies and explosions appear under your closed lids.
“Y/N?” You opened your eyes and Wanda’s face was hovering above yours.
“Yeah?”
“You good?”
“I’ll let you know as soon as I regain feeling in my legs,” you joked as you looked up into those adorable emerald eyes. The beamed as she gazed down at you, caressing your flushed cheek with her soft hand.
“You’re adorable,” she cooed, planting a kiss on your forehead. “I take it that was better than that handjob from your high school girlfriend?”
“Fuck yes,” you groaned. Wanda chuckled as she kissed you, her soft lips full of passion and tenderness against your own.
“What now, lover boy?” she teased.
“I wanna taste you,” you breathed, pulling her head to yours before you kissed her softly. “All of you.”
“Mmmm I like the sound of that,” Wanda giggled against your lips. She rolled the two of you over, landing on her back as you let the weight of your body rest atop her.
Your lips collided again and again as the anticipation of what was to come thrummed deep in your soul. Wanda’s breath was shaky against your own as you slowly teased a hand down her body before resting it in the heat between her legs.
“Tell me what you want,” you whispered, your breath hot against her ear. Her eyes fixed on nothing on the ceiling, she nodded absentmindedly and reached her hand down to cover yours. Her long svelte fingers pushed yours over her already swollen clit, circling them gently over the sensitive bundle of nerves.
“Like that,” she croaked. You continued the motion as she released you. Soft whimpers escaped her lips as you focused on circling her clit. She grabbed onto your biceps, digging her nails into your flesh while you kissed her neck. “Oh baby that’s it,” she gasped. “Just a little more pressure and-” Wanda’s breath hitched as you pushed on her clit. As you circled it, you heard the lewd sounds of her wetness teasing just how aroused she was.
“Fuck, Wanda. You’re so wet.” She groaned as you teased your hand lower, rubbing your fingers through her swollen lips and teasing her slit.
“I want your mouth,” she begged as she grabbed your head and pushed it down your body. You crawled down her body, kissing every inch of her exposed torso as you slunk down to her pelvis. She squirmed as you planted hot open mouth kisses over her exposed flesh. Pressing her thighs apart, you could feel the heat radiating from between them.
“Wanda, what-?”
“Whatever you want.” Her voice was dripping with arousal. You weren’t quite sure where to start as you stared down at her glistening cunt. Taking a deep breath, you lowered your mouth to her clit. Your lips encircled the bulbous spot, sucking and licking in a manner similar to the way she sucked your cock. The loud groan that escaped her lips made you think you were doing something right. Wanda’s hips bucked against your face as you continued your alternating licking and sucking on her most sensitive spot.
Pushing her thighs down further, you lowered your head, licking a stripe from her clit all the way down her slit. Her arousal coated your tongue and you found yourself getting drunk on the taste of her. You teased her slit with your tongue, pressing it as far inside her as you could.
“Shit,” she groaned, grabbing your head and pushing it hard into her pelvis. You smiled as you lapped at her. The activity that once filled you with anxiety and hesitation now filled you with a sense of pride as you brought Wanda closer and closer to her orgasm. “Need something inside,” she mumbled. Kissing your way back to her clit, you tentatively inserted a finger inside her needy cunt. She shuddered at the sudden intrusion. You slowly began thrusting your hand in and out of her tight hole. “Not like that,” she suddenly grabbed your hand as you pulled out.
“Am I hurting you?” Fear stopped you dead in your tracks as you looked up at Wanda with concern.
“Just curl your fingers, don’t thrust, keep going, I’m so close, baby.” Wanda was beside herself with pleasure, her body closer to the edge.
“Sorry.”
“Don’t apologize, just fuck me.” Wanda shoved your head back down. You went right to work, rolling her clit around with your tongue as you curled your finger inside. Her walls tightened around you, making it difficult to move within her.
“I’m cumming. Oh, I’m cumming!” Wanda gasped as you felt her walls spasm around your hand. Her body shook as wave after wave of ecstasy overtook every inch of her. Loud moans escaped her lips as her eyes screwed shut, her mouth gaping open with unspeakable pleasure.
As Wanda’s spasms calmed, you pulled out of her. Her walls squeezed around nothing as it adjusted to the sudden lack of intrusion. Wanda was flat on her back, completely blissed out at the first orgasm she received at the hands of another person in a very long time. Masturbation only did so much for her. The level of intimacy and trust required for someone to bring her to such levels of ecstasy was something on a completely different level.
“Wanda? Are you okay, babe?” Her eyes were glazed over as she needed, her hands tracing through your hair.
“Are you sure you’ve never done this before?”
“I’ll take that as a complement,” you joked before kissing her. You stared down at her, at the face of the woman you were slowly falling in love with, and wanted nothing more than to make her feel so unbelievably loved. The face that gazed back up at you mirrored the love and adoration that you felt for her. For the first time in a very long time, you were grateful for the fact that your first time was with someone who meant so much to you.
“Do you want to keep going?” Wanda whispered, rubbing the back of your neck.
“Mmhmm. Do you?” She nodded. “Where’d you put the condoms?” Wanda motioned to the nightstand next to her. You pulled the drawer open and grabbed one. “Umm, I’ve never-”
“That’s okay. Let me help.” Wanda grabbed the small wrapper from you, tearing it open before grabbing your already erect cock. Heart pounding and breath shaking, you watched her roll it down the length of your shaft. “How’s that?”
“It feels weird, but it’s not too tight or anything like that.”
“Good.” She readjusted herself on the bed, planting her feet on the bed and bending her knees to give you full access to her already dripping pussy. “Are you ready?”
“Yeah,” you nodded. Positioning yourself over her, you lined your cock up with her entrance. Your body trembled with anticipation, sweat beading on your forehead as you suddenly felt yourself overwhelmed with nervousness. Wanda, once again sensing your hesitation, reached down and helped guide you inside her.
Wanda’s pussy was unfathomably warm, wet and tight. It took all your concentration to not blow your load right then and there. You groaned as you felt her squeeze gently around you. “Fuck,” you moaned, burying your head in the crook of her neck.
“Mmm, you feel so good, Y/N,” she sighed. It took a moment to get yourself together, but once you did you began to slowly thrust yourself in and out. Gasps and moans filled the room as Wanda’s drenched cunt squelched with every roll of your hips.
“Wanda,” you groaned.  “Oh, Wanda.”
“Don’t stop, Y/N. Please don’t stop.” Wanda’s mewls spurred you on. You pushed yourself up, leaning over her as you filled her up at a faster pace. The bed groaned under your exertion.
“Baby, I don’t think I’m gonna last,” you gritted through clenched teeth. The newness of being engulfed inside Wanda’s velvety walls was driving you to the end far faster than you wanted.
“That’s okay,” she breathed. “Just keep going. I want you to cum for me, sweetheart.”
Wanda’s words ignited a primal fire inside you. Wiping the sweat away from your forehead, you bore down on your efforts. Your hips bucked wildly into Wanda. She moaned as you buried yourself deep inside her, filling her cunt in all the right ways as she began rubbing circles around her swollen clit. The bed creaked as you fucked her relentlessly. The faster your hips moved, the hotter the fire in your belly burned until you realized you were dangerously close to the point of no return.
“I’m gonna-” You were interrupted by Wanda reaching her free hand up to your neck and pulling you down to capture your lips in hers. As she kissed you passionately, you tumbled over the edge again. Her lips stifled your moan as you filled the condom with your seed. The feeling of your erection throbbing inside her, coupled with her hand on her clit, sent Wanda over the edge as she practically screamed through her orgasm. Her walls squeezed you tightly. You were practically seeing stars.
“Oh fuck. Wanda. Fuck, oh fuck. Oh God, Wanda,” you panted as the aftershocks of your orgasm worked their way through your body. Your pants turned into laughs as she began laughing with you.
“Was that okay?” Wanda asked with a chuckle.
“Okay? I don’t think ‘okay’ is the word I used to describe what just happened.”
“You have a better word, sweetheart?”
“I don’t know. All I know is that I love you,” you mumbled absentmindedly as you collapsed onto her sweaty body.
“...What?”
“I…sorry, is it too soon? Did I just make this weird?” Wanda answered with a searing kiss, the corners of her mouth curved upward as she grabbed your face.
“I’ve been waiting for you to say that,” she sheepishly admitted, her face flushing bright crimson.
“God, I love you, Wanda. I love you so much.” Your last sentence was interrupted with kisses between every word.
“I love you, too, Y/N. Don’t ever let me go.”

Astrology Observations II
Tumblr media
Note : these are based on experiences and personal observations. Observations mentioned may not accurately apply to everyone 🩷
🫀Someone's life path number could be the number which is strongly tied to that person's signature sign in their chart, either being the number of the house that originally rules their signature sign or a characteristic that is tied with that signature sign.
Examples: My signature sign is Aquarius and I'm a life path number 9 , life Path 9 is associated with being the humanitarian and serving the collective
My mother is a life path 3 and her signature sign is Gemini , which is originally ruled by the 3rd house. My brother is a life path 6 and his signature sign is Virgo, which is Virgo’s house. I also read about life path 4 being strategists and I've known someone who's signature sign is Capricorn which corresponds with such energy
🫀Unpopular opinion but if I had to switch the signs elements, I'd put Scorpio as a fire sign and Aquarius as a water sign. With Scorpio it's probably because it was originally ruled by Mars, Scorpio always gives me such a fire energy compared to Pisces and Cancer. Not exactly Scorpio sun but dominating Scorpio energy in the chart, i think it's also the intensity they ooze and the level of confidence and also self- assertion, they have such a commanding presence which gives me fire energy too
As for Aquarius, despite having the characteristics of being quite distant at times or having difficulty with opening up, it's usually for how intense they are, it's a form of protection. I've made the mistake in the past of seeing aquas as detached until they actually unfolded which shocked me, the amount of depth and intensity of emotions they hold is a 360 and I've observed the same in my chart. It might be due to them being a fixed sign,but definitely that depth doesn't give the air sign vibe. Another reason is how they tend to be more introverted or reserved compared to Gemini and Libra, it gives me that water energy too
🫀Chiron in first is such a difficult placement in my opinion. It either puts you in a constant self - conscious state or you project your trauma on every situation and blur reality from there
🫀Uranus and Neptune in third 🤝 mental illness. That's it, that's the post
🫀Pets and the 6th house man….Aries / Taurus on the cusp is a cuddly adorable pet but one that will literally not do what you say no matter what, also energetic asf and has attitude esp when you say no to them- oh and very reckless, will do things that will have you question your life choices and have a heart attack on the spot because they were curious about something like jump off a high desk and not care or run into something that would harm them, literally no brain cells just impulse
🫀The degree of the planet could indicate the age that planet unlocks for you , and weird thought but hear me out : that degree could stretch up until it's time for the next planet to unlock
Example : I have Jupiter at 24 and I'm turning 25 this May . Yes I've been in my Jupiter theme and actually it seems it's only going to properly expand even more. Now the only planet left for me is Saturn at 29, and I have the theory i’d be living the Jupiter theme until I turn 29 or untill I officially start my Saturn return
I also have most planets at 5 too like Uranus , and Venus and Neptune at 1 : i was literally the calm kid that has a crush each time she gets (and sometimes is front about it without shame 😭😭 literally one time in second grade my crush's tummy was in pain and the teacher asked who knows their house to help them go home and i stood and said MEEEE in front of everyone and kept asking to be the one to take them home til i got yelled at 💀) i also had 4687357766 anime crushes as a kid and for Uranus , was the type to get mad and throw things on the ground when told no (I threw my tea mug once cause i didn't wanna go to school and slapped my kindergarten teacher cause she didn't let me go home with mom when i saw her visiting the principal 😭😭😭)
🫀Saturn in Aries 🤝 almost dying of cringe and shame at the thought of acting child - like and doing goofy stuff/ having fun
🫀 this is popular but Leo placements and secretly checking your own posts and stories and giggling at them lmao

Fast Changes Part 1 - Azriel x Reader
Plot: You are Feyre’s younger twin and get sent into the Cauldron with your sisters coming out as high fae. What happens on this journey
Warnings: Sexual Assault, Assault, Nakedness in Public, Angst
I was so happy compared to Nesta when Feyre came back, I hadn’t much care that she had come back with pointed ears, brighter eyes and now much taller than me.
I found it rather odd on my return home that there were no servants helping Elain tend to her garden or cooking through the window of the kitchen or wiping down the windows outside.
It was always busy and thriving at the house now that they had money.
Tamlin hadn’t managed to glamour me as I wasn’t in the house when he came to claim Feyre and I only could remember my anger from that night, having my sister taken from me, when Nesta told me the truth of what happened.
I had tried to follow Feyre, and had gotten over the wall, but as I crossed I was attacked, a scar now down my face showing just how I’d survived, how I couldn’t remember, only woke up on the mortal side of the wall.
After that, Nesta refused to let me leave the house, forbade it ‘as an older sister you will listen to me Y/an, it’s for you own safety. We don’t know what the tensions are like there right now’ she would tell me.
The second time Feyre came back, I saw my sister and attempted to follow her back when she left, only to be yelled at by Nesta and Elain to stay with them, with MY family.
So seeing Feyre, my twin, was like a breathe of fresh air. Even despite the now different features!
So when I’d walked into the seemingly empty house, I travelled straight to the dining room, not being quiet. Everyone heard me before they saw anything.
Azriel, Rhysand and Cassian had all been alert at the sound of the door.
I had thrown myself straight at Feyre when i walked in the door seeing her sat around the table.
The three large Illyrian men stood right up, ready to protect their brother’s mate. As Azriel watched her, his shadows perked up, which furthered him to take his dagger out seeing this as a sign that this small human was a danger.
“Feyre, why did you leave” I sobbed to her. Pulling her in close as I sunk to my knees.
“I had to, and now this place is no longer welcoming to me and my kind. I’m so sorry Sugar” she mumbles.
“Spice, why are they watching us” I mumbled to my sister watching the three men watch the interaction ahead.
“Rhys, Az, Cas, this is my younger sister. These are friends from the Night Court, where I reside now. Oh it’s beautiful. You must come see it eventually. Sorry about them, they just were worried you were an intruder” she introduces, showing me off to the three men.
Azriel couldn’t take his eyes off her, it was like he couldn’t not look. The way her honey bronze hair, the darkest out of all the sister was wispy from wherever she had been out in the colder air, and her light brown eyes, that almost looked like the sun.
“Hello, my name is Y/N. You really couldn’t tell I was her sister?” I asked shyly, I knew Feyre had gone through changes now that she was somehow Fae, but all of her beautiful features were enhanced making me look plain and boring stood next to her.
“Sorry we were only concerned, we will protect Feyre at any cost” Rhysand I think, as I remembered his name, chimed in making me nod slowly and take the only available seat on the table.
Elain was tense, holding her fork tightly. So I rested my hand on her thigh, tapping as a calming action. She dropped the fork immediately looking towards me, a smile drawn on her face happy to have me back in the house.
“How did you get that scar?” Azriel asks bluntly making my head shoot up, a look of shock on my face.
“AZRIEL! That’s rude” Cassian scolds, his raised voice not making Elain jump like it would have if I hadn’t had a comforting hand in her slightly sweaty one.
“I’m also, intruded Sugar. How’d you get it” Feyre pokes looking at me. I hated how she could always get me to admit to anything, but not this time. I didn’t want her to worry about me being reckless while she was gone.
“It’s nothing” I grumbled
“Nothing, that looks like it comes from the talons of a Naga” Cassian laughs observing my face, a breath releases from me that I didn’t realise I was holding.
“I found her covered in blood, left on our side of the wall, so you tell me. It wasn’t nothing Y/N and you shouldn’t have decided to run after Feyre. Silly child” Nesta scolds.
But all of a sudden my memories come back clearly. I see myself cross the wall, fight against a black snake like create, managing to kill one with the dagger (infused in ash) in my hand, however the other two overpowered my body. His talons swiped down, mauling my face, which caused the scar now there. The creature went for a second strike until a red haired Fae, came and killed the other two. I’d passed out by then, but that male had saved me.
Azriel had watched as she froze, his and Feyre’s heads snapped to Rhys who was looking at the sister with such intensity.
All of a sudden both her hands slap against the table gripping the white cloth. Elain noticed and reached forward touching her sisters arm comfortingly but nothing could seem to wake her from her frozen state.
“WHAT WAS THAT” I roared looking over to Rhys, I didn’t know how but I knew it was him.
“I’m sorry, I had to make sure it wasn’t something bad that could be infected and hurting you right now. You were aware of my presence?” He asked me shocked.
“I just saw the memories that I didn’t even know I had. You tell me” I sass, a small chuckle coming from Azriel and Cassian.
“As much as I love all this reliving memories of times my sister nearly died because of my other sisters stupidity. I have a question for you Feyre” Nesta asks in her usual annoyed tone.
“Go ahead Nes” Feyre smiles tightly. She looks over at me, I shake my head almost begging her not to entertain this.
“Is there something wrong with our food?” She asks and I watch as Feyre takes another bite, trying to reign back the displeased look on her face.
“No”
“Feyre, don’t eat it if you can’t. I’m sorry we don’t have” I start but of course am interrupted by my sister.
“So you can’t eat normal food anymore, or are you just too good for it” she questions a sly look on her face, one saying that Feyre wasn’t the only displeased one at the table, and something told me, it wasn’t to do with Nestas nearly empty plate of food.
Rhys dropped his fork, making Elain flinch and grab for my hand which I happily took in mine lightly.
“I can eat, drink, fuck and fight just as well as I did before. Better, even” Feyre grits out making me gasp, this wasn’t my sister. She wasn’t spiteful or hateful towards us. Elain had no reaction other than looking down, Cassian choked on his water he had started to chug out of nerves. I watched Azriel as he shifted more towards my oldest sister ready to get between then bickering.
A loud laugh rang over the table from Nesta. I stopped listening after that. After hearing a small ‘ Nesta Please ‘ come from an uncomfortable Elain next to me, I got up from the table, my chair screeching as I did. Chucking my cutlery on the plate, making a clanking sound that had everyone’s head turning before I stormed out the house.
“WAIT, Y/N Im sorry” Feyre cries from in the house.
Azriel had made a silent agreement with Rhys to go check on the youngest sister, he wasn’t even sure why he offered, maybe it was because no-one else did and they all continued to argue. He heard what Feyre and her twin had to do to keep the family going in their years of poverty. He felt bad for them, knowing what that fight, everyday to survive felt like.
“Y/N” Azriel called out into the darker gardens, hoping to catch a glimpse of the girl.
“Who are you?” I ask, looking down at him, I was up in a tree. One that I always would climb when I was little to escape my mothers wrath.
“I’m Azriel, Spymaster of the Night Court. I’m a shadowsinger” he says looking up at me with a glint in his eye.
He was shocked, normally his shadows would have told him she was hiding up in the tree, but they were just silently watching her. They were swinging around, more active with an excited buzz to them.
“Why has Feyre become so …” I start not even having the words.
“We’ll im not sure what your sister was like before but she experienced a lot when she and Rhysand were held captive Under the Mountain. She saved us all, and gave her life for it. And in return she was give this immortal life” Azriel explained to me, I watched as he sat down at the base of the tree, I stayed perched up on the dip that I’d been sat in.
“What happened?” I ask, intrigued.
“That’s unfortunately not my story to tell, you’ll have to talk to your sister. She talks about you al the time you know” he says his shadows reaching up curling around the base of my legs that were hanging down. It made me gasp, the reaction causing him to look up and call back the shadows with a little struggle.
“I’ll never be able to come into your lands, I won’t ever see her again” I say sadly, knowing my sister was now a part of them, the night court.
“Your welcome into our court anytime. We can offer you protection while there too” he smiles softly, and this was the first time that I could fully take in just how beautiful this man really was. His hazel eyes shone brighter in the moonlight that had slowly been rising, and his smile… it created dimples that sent small flutters in my stomach as I knew that smile was directed at me.
“Come, lets go back to your sister” he says to me again just as softly as the time before. He reaches up, a silent offering to help me down. I nod, and he grabs onto either side of my waist helping me down from the last little bit of the tree that I’d slowly been moving down through our whole conversation.
He sets me down on the ground softly before holding a hand out to me. I look down from his hand to my own, and then back up at my own. He starts to pull his hand away, until I grab it, interlocking my fingers with his own. A small gasp of shock comes from his now open mouth making a small giggle come from me.
“What?” I ask
“I’m sorry, I know they probably don’t feel nice and look a state” he says looking down awkwardly, a frown now taking over my face.
“I think they feel lovely, firm like you won’t let go of me, and they have a story to tell. One that is behind the pretty hazel eyes of yours that you aren’t ready to tell me yet, but that’s okay. I like your hands” I say grabbing his other one facing fully towards him, holding his hand up to my cheek.
I place his palm flat against the side of my face, leaning into it with a sigh. I open my eyes and he is frozen just watching me with a look of longing and pain in them, but it’s gone before I can even question it.
I take his hand away, holding it down to my side coming back into the house and straight to the dining room.
By the time she had got back, Feyre, Cassian and Rhys were stood waiting for Azriel so that they could depart. They had managed to convince Nesta that they would attempt to communicate with the queens.
“Please don’t leave” I mutter to Feyre gripping her hand, tears threatening to spill from my eyes, I tried to hold them in, but the longer I did the more they built up in my waterline, like a damn waiting to burst its banks.
“You know this realm is no longer kind to me and that I cannot stay here safely. The night court is my home now” Feyre says, trying not to make her voice sound too harsh.
“This will always be a home for you, no matter what the others think” I whisper looking into her eyes, they weren’t the eyes of the twin I once knew. No they held pain now, more than I’d ever experienced, and distrust in almost everything. But there was also joy, and this sense of newness that she couldn’t quite understand.
“I know this is hard for you to accept. But I’m with them now” Feyre says a serious tone in her voice that makes me take a step back.
“Fine” I grunt out turning my back on her and stepping towards Elain, the only comfort I really wanted right now.

I’ve Got You.
Leah Williamson x Lucy Bronze x Reader
Little! Lucy Bronze, Little! Leah Williamson. Caretaker/Dom! Reader. We visit the zoo and Lucy starts to slip. They get back to the hotel and Leah begins to slip too. Reader finds that a night in instead of heading out with the Lionesses as planned is in order. Reader is also Lotte’s sister! this is just fluff city, i didn't know what i was going for really so this just kinda happened lol
//
“They’re in here, Y/N. You can hear them giggling!” Kiera told you as you walked into the conference room the Lionesses were sitting in. Sarina had just given them the World Cup briefing; you said hi to all the girls who were filtering out of the room and had a quick word with Sarina. Leah and Lucy were giggling at the end of the table, clearly having just pranked Lotte as she scowled and became more and more frustrated with the pair. She saw you coming, a glint in her eyes and a smile sent your way. You reciprocated, smirking back at her with a knowing sibling look.
“This better not be what I think it is, girls.” You announce, the two of them standing straight and turning suddenly with slight guilt in their eyes. “What did I say about the pranks? Georgia nearly got hurt last time and I had to have a conversation with Sarina to promise to keep you in check hm?” You crossed your arms and tried to look and sound as stern as possible. Lotte saw through you, Leah and Lucy suddenly finding their shoes more interesting. “I’d like for you to apologize please, darlings. Properly.” You ask, sitting slightly on the table with a Cheshire grin on your face, giving the girls a taste of their own medicine.
“Sorry, Lotte.” Sang the two, Lotte walking out of the room with a grin on her face and a high-five for you.
“C’mere, my loves.” You ask and open your arms, both of them immediately rushing into your arms. You had just flown in, having taken time off from your own job to follow the Lionesses for their World Cup run. Leah whines a little, inhaling deeply while Lucy kisses you and snuggles into your side. You kiss both their foreheads, sighing softly. You sent them off last week, having had a little more work to do before taking such an extensive amount of time off. But it was worth it, these girls in your arms deserved it.
“I’ve got permission to have you both for the rest of the day, I thought we could go sightseeing, how’s that sound?” You ask as you hold their hands, both girls mindlessly following you. You had rented a car, finding that it would be easier to go to games and such. “Yes please!” Leah jumped with excitement, running towards the car as it locked and hopped in the front seat. “Hey, no fair! You got the front last time!” Lucy argued, frowning and huffing as she sat in the back. You chuckled and walked over, buckling her in and kissing her forehead. “I’ll let you sit in the front later, babygirl.”
You got into the driver’s seat, now having one happy girlfriend and a pouting one. “You didn’t buckle me in.” Leah said with a sad voice. “Girls who sit in the front without asking don’t get buckled in!” Lucy quipped, grinning from ear to ear. Leah’s bottom lip quivered, you leaned over and kissed her cheek before reaching around her and buckling her up. You started the car, now with two happy girlfriends again; you made your way to your first destination. Leah and Lucy still fought over the AUX cord, with a valuable lesson about sharing, they finally had a good playlist going. “Where are we going babe?” Lucy asked, looking around at all the pretty buildings here in New Zealand. Having lived here for a while when you were in college, you knew the area pretty well. Leah had fallen asleep, music turned down now. “It’s a surprise, angel.” You told her, reaching back to hold her hand for a while as you came closer to your destination.
The Auckland Zoo was something that the girls had been buzzing about for weeks when they were called up for the World Cup. (let us dream that Lee was called eh?) You parked and got out, Lucy carefully waking Leah sweetly. It made you smile, snapping a quick picture of the two of them together. It made your heart swell seeing them together, these two girls becoming the centre of your world over the years you’ve been together. Leah held a tough exterior, the captain’s armband for team and country a huge responsibility that she took very seriously. She enjoyed that when she was with you, she could let herself go and that she could be the unapologetic girl she was. Lucy was also someone who held herself to high standards and while long distance with her was hard, she wouldn’t want anyone but Leah and you by her side.
Leah was wide awake by the time you went in and got tickets, holding hands with Lucy as she poked her head in the gift shop. “We’ll get you both something when you leave okay? Can I trust my girls to be on their best behaviors?” They both nodded, already running in and pointing at all the animals. Nothing made you happier than seeing them enjoy themselves be normal people with no responsibilities on their shoulders; you were more than willing to carry it for them if it meant that you got to see their big smiles and hear their cute giggles.
“Y/N, look at the kangaroo!” “Luce, the Koala is so soft!” “Woah, can we feed it?” Leah clearly had a better time than Lucy did, the girl quiet and enjoyed the whole trip holding your hand and walking slowly with you while Leah bounced off the walls; the nap clearly having given her superpowers. While she looked at the birds, you checked in on Lucy. “Are you okay, babygirl? What’s wrong?” Her eyes look a little glossy and she’s biting her lip. You cup her cheek and give her a knowing kiss. She’s teetering on slipping and it won’t be long till she does. “Are we slipping, my love? Is that it?” She nods, leaning into you. “I can hold out for a little while, baby.” She tells you quietly after a while, Leah forgetting the birds and instead focused on Lucy.
You decide to leave before she slips even further, making a quick pit stop at the gift shop for a Koala for Leah and a Kangaroo for Lucy. They insist you get a Lion for yourself, which you do, and you head back to their hotel. Lucy, as promised is in the front seat, and Leah is in backseat singing along to the radio. You reach back for her hand like you did with Lucy earlier, making her smile even wider than you thought possible.
Lucy had fully slipped by the time you had gotten back to the hotel, thankfully being able to carry her into the room get her comfortable. You texted Alessia and told her that the three of you would be missing dinner, telling her that Lucy had slipped and that Leah was not far behind. The whole team knew, always keeping an eye on the two of them when they could, having your number on speed dial for when they needed you. She was feeling a much littler than usual, already whining and wanting uppies. You had thankfully packed their essentials, grabbing Lucy’s pajamas and bubble bath toys and setting them in the bathroom. Leah helped for a minute before she found her new koala Jeff way more interesting. You were just about to grab Lucy and give her a bath when you heard a wail. Your head shot up and Lucy was startled, both of you looking at a now sobbing Leah. She had slipped too. You sort of knew she would, she had texted you this morning that she had felt the urge and had hoped that when you got here you would help.
“Leah, what’s wrong my love?” You cooed, picking her up into your arms. You sat beside Lucy, who was busy sucking her thumb. “mama ‘nore me.” Leah said, hiccupping through her words. “I’m sorry babe I didn’t mean to. Lucy needed me more than you baby, I thought you were alright by yourself and I’m sorry. Can my sweet girl forgive me with a kiss?” you ask her softly, she hides her face in your chest and nods, head lifting to give you a wet kiss. “Thank you my darling. Now, how about we get you both showered and in bed hm? We’ve got a big day tomorrow.”
Once bathed and dressed in warm clothing (both were in your hoodies, insisting that their pajamas just weren’t the same), you tucked them in and left them to watch some tv while you sorted yourself out. Taking a shower and completing your nightly routine in record time, you climbed into bed wearing one of Lucy’s training shirts and laid in the middle of the big bed they were sharing for the tournament. They immediately cuddled into your sides, Leah’s eyes drooping already and Lucy’s focused on Bluey playing on the telly. You kissed their foreheads and rubbed their backs as they slowly fell asleep. Leah pressed a kiss to the underside of your jaw and Lucy whispered “tank you mama,” before drifting off to sleep with the two girls whom she felt the safest with.
Morning came and the girls were back to their big selves. Leah felt much more relaxed and Lucy’s head was clearer. You joined them for team breakfast, joining in in a little prank that Georgia had orchestrated to get Lotte. Lotte sat there in disbelief that you would turn on her that way, laughing so hard you were crying and clutching your stomach. She only punched you playfully (that’s a lie, it was hard) and walked away laughing, mumbling something about being betrayed by her own family.

“i miss you,” he complains. you’d think you’d have gotten used to that phrase coming out of his mouth by now, but you can still feel your skin tingle. you roll your eyes nonetheless.
“it’s not even been a full day,” you retort.
he mulls over this for a minute before deciding that you’re wrong, “not true.”
“i think it is,” you say, “but even if it has been a full day, that’s kinda…,” you trail off, “pathetic?”
he laughs, the pang in your heart telling you that maybe it isn’t so pathetic to miss somebody after not seeing them for a few tens of hours. you smile at him, eyes moving away from his gaze after just a few seconds.
“i miss you too, maki,” you reciprocate.
“not so pathetic after all,” he points at you through the phone.
you purse your lips to the side, thoughtful, “no, still pathetic i think, just from both sides.”
“yea, fair,” he says, flipping over in his bed, lying on his side, messy hair against his pillow in a way that you’ve seen in person a few too many times. he called you this morning before the two of you had even gotten out of bed. “so, what did you even do last night without me?”
“well, i was planning on staying in and spending all weekend by myself,” you start, “but i actually went over to atsumu’s last night.”
“you? hung out with atsumu? on a friday night? what kinda things did you have to do for that to happen?” he asks, one eyebrow raised.
“nothing,” you sneer at him, “he’s the one that suggested it actually.”
“yea, and how did that go?” he asks, tiny tinge of jealousy hidden behind the sarcasm at the end of the sentence.
“weirdly good. i thought he might try to make a move or something, but we just kinda hung out,” you explain, maybe omitting the parts where you fell asleep on his chest and told him that you think about him all the time.
“and what are you up to tonight?” all of the questions that he keeps asking about your weekend are making you miss him even more, because the answer is nothing but you wish the answer was hanging out with maki.
you sigh dramatically, “well, you guys left me, so i’m having lunch with atsumu, but i’m on my own tonight. which isn’t bad actually, going to just spend some time alone, get caught up on assignments, whatever.”
“i’d probably be having more fun with you,” he admits.
“what? not going good over there?” you ask.
“no, it’s a blast. i’ve missed these guys and it’s been super fucking fun. last night, hajime convinced oikawa to jump in the lake with him and because oikawa was really drunk, he did it, but hajime didn’t jump with him and oikawa was really pissed. swear to god he almost drowned. it was really great,” maki laughs at the thought and then responds to your concerned look, “he didn’t drown, yn, calm down, it was funny.”
“and i’ve got to catch up with people that i haven’t seen since high school,” maki shrugs, pausing, “but i mean, they’re not you.”
you’re about to react, some form of i get that coming out of your mouth as there is a harsh knock on maki’s door. “come in,” maki answers.
from off screen, you hear oikawa mumble something. it’s quiet. you’re not sure you could’ve made it out if you hadn’t previously spent so much time with oikawa. “hajime wants to go to the diner to get food, get dressed.”
“alright, alright, i’m just gonna say bye to yn,” maki says, sitting up in his bed.
there’s a loud squeak of the mattress as oikawa jumps on the bed, you assume. “yn! how is everything back there? making it by without us?”
“it’s been one day, guys,” you groan, jokingly. “but it’s good. i’m good.”
“yn hung out with atsumu last night,” maki says. it sounds like a tattle.
oikawa tilts his head to the side, “last night?” he’s sporting a devious smile as he pounces on maki, both hands covering maki’s ears as he says hushed, “and how did it go?”
a blush rises to your cheeks at the whole spectacle. maki is trying to push oikawa off of him and oikawa, surely used to testing iwaizumi in the same ways, is able to hold his ground. “good, it went good!” you reply in a laugh.
“and? did anything happen?”
“no! stop it!” you say, watching as maki finally throws oikawa off of him.
“okay! okay!” oikawa has both of his hands up in defeat, sliding off of the bed and walking towards the door. “10 minutes, maki, we’re leaving in 10.” the door closes off screen.
maki shakes his head, slightly out of breath, “i gotta go, but i’ll talk to you later, okay? i’ll text you.”
you nod. “and i’ll see you sunday?” you ask.
he tilts his head, questioning, “it hasn’t even been a full day. kinda pathetic.”
“fine,” you say, calling his bluff.
“no! i’ll see you sunday, loser,” he says quickly, “god, let me make fun of you for being obsessed with me once in a while.”
you can’t stop smiling. “alright, alright. see you sunday, maki. can’t wait.”
“can’t wait,” he repeats and then hangs up.
< 11:21 pm < have a good day ♡
> maki ♡ / 11:21 pm > you too ♡

you’ve forgone yours and atsumu’s lawn blanket set up as per his request, which you weren’t really expecting. after the events of last night, you assumed he might want to have the space to be close to you. maybe not.
you didn’t ask questions, just chose a familiar picnic table and sat on the side that you knew you could watch atsumu approach from.
and you do, eyes on him as he walks towards you. he cuts through the lawn, deviating from the concrete path, throwing a smile your way when he recognizes that you’re watching him.
“yknow it’s almost getting too cold to keep sitting out here,” you say as he approaches, gesturing to your spot on the lawn. your spot. you cross your arms over one another, shivering slightly. fall is settling in, the semester more over than it is started.
he walks around to your side of the bench and sits beside you. you’re not sure if he’s doing this on purpose, making you feel this flustered. when he takes his jacket off, the same one that you met him in, the same one that was hanging on the back of his chair last night, and presents it in front of you, you know that he must be doing this on purpose.
“are you really giving me your jacket right now?” you ask, mind screaming at you to just grab it. “we’re not in a cheesy rom-com.”
“are ya cold or not?” he asks, extending it a bit further.
“yes,” you mutter, grabbing it from him and sliding it on. “thank you, tsumu.” you’re enveloped with him, soft fabric infused with his clean scent, and you’re not sure you’re going to give this back, so you hope it’s not that important to him. “it’s cute that your accent comes out when you’re short,” you point out.
“shuddup,” he says, shaking his head. you scooch over closer to him, legs pressed together. he throws his arm around your shoulder, picks at your lunch, and you’re very aware at how much of a couple you look like right now. it’s quiet, peaceful.
he breaks the silence with a sentence that you’re confused by how he thought it was a good idea, “don’t be mad.”
you immediately face him, expression contorted into confusion and maybe a bit of anger for no reason other than what else are you supposed to feel when someone prefaces with that?
he explains, “i’ve been thinking about what you said last night and-“
“TSUM TSUM!!”
you jump at the loud voice and nickname. you can’t locate the source so you swivel your head. you search for whoever is calling for atsumu while he continues to explain, “so maybe i told my friends that i think they could meet you and we were getting lunch today.”
“bo, come on, you said you’d be chill,” another voice, a different voice, says.
“and maybe they didn’t even let me explain, just said they would be there and maybe were a bit too enthusiastic about it?” he shrugs.
you spot the source now, the same buff man from the selfie smiling at you wide and waving excessively. you offer a small wave back.
“me? meet your friends?” you ask, shocked. you obviously were about to meet his friends. they were crossing the lawn as you spoke.
“i meant it last night, i just didn’t know you wanted to meet them,” atsumu says plainly. “and if it’s important to you, then it’s important to me.” ba-bump.
you nod, because you’re certain that if you tried to speak, your words would come out jumbled.
the two men take a seat across from you. the man with black and white hair beams, “it’s so great to meet you finally. we told him, said she’d probably love to meet us, but i think he’s just been embarrassed about us or something.”
“yn, this is bokuto,” atsumu introduces you.
“and i’m sakusa,” the man with black hair and curly hair says, introducing himself.
“it’s really great to meet you both,” you offer.
“hinata is going to be so sad he missed this,” bokuto says, “missing out on finally meeting the girl tsum tsum’s been talking about for weeeeeeks.”
“that’s enough,” atsumu says, shaking his head as he uses his free hand to shake it in front of bokuto.
“bo’s right,” sakusa reasons, “atsumu does talk about you a lot.”
“guys, see, this is exactly why i didn’t want you to meet her, god,” atsumu says, clearly embarrassed, not used to being on defense around you, not like this.
bokuto and sakusa are just smiling.
“she deserves to know,” sakusa reasons, gesturing towards you.
“yea, i deserve to know,” you speak up. there’s a prideful smile on sakusa’s face.
“never letting you guys interact again,” atsumu shakes his head, scrapes his fingers against your hip in a way that almost makes you jump. you can hear the lightness in his voice and when you turn to look at him, you can see the smallest warm smile.
“so how do you guys know tsumu?” you ask, nickname slipping out just on instinct.
neither of them tease you for it explicitly, but they do exchange a knowing look. if you were closer to them you could decipher the hidden meaning of she said it. she said the name.
“volleyball,” bokuto says, “we all met at volleyball. atsumu is our setter. but also now our best bud.”
“yknow, i don’t think i’ve actually ever asked anything about your volleyball stuff,” you say to atsumu, putting your hand on his knee. you’ve always just talked about it vaguely, no real details.
“but he's the volleyball guy,” sakusa smirks.
“no-,” atsumu says.
“yeah! that’s what that guy called you? right?” bokuto asks. atsumu is about to interrupt again, a last-ditch plea on his face, but bokuto doesn’t notice or chooses to ignore it, “maki.” your best friend’s name comes out of this stranger’s mouth in a mocking tone and oh my god atsumu talks shit about maki to his teammates/close friends.
there are a million ways you could react to this statement, stammering and stumbling over your words as you land on a sharp laugh. “i- you-,” you can’t stop laughing, “is that? does atsumu-.” you really can’t talk.
“what?!” atsumu asks as if he has any room to be the one questioning you.
“you just,” tears are forming at the corners of your eyes as you lean into his shoulder, forehead against his jacketless skin, “fuckin- it got to you that badly?” you turn your attention towards bokuto, “is that how he said it?”
bokuto, ever the betrayer of atsumu, nods his head.
“quit it,” atsumu says, less shocked and embarrassed now, your laughter infecting him. “that’s how he said it.” there’s a smile behind the words, soft laughter coming along with it. when you don’t stop laughing for another few seconds, and then a few more, atsumu wraps his arms around you, smothering him in his strong arms. “yer being ridiculous.”
you push away from him and in between your fits of simmering down laughter, subsiding for only a few seconds at a time before picking back up again, you catch the smile on sakusa’s face that says so clearly that you can tell without knowing him at all, so this is why he can’t stop talking about you.
once you’ve finally composed yourself, you turn to sakusa and bokuto, “and you guys play?”
“we both play outside hitter,” sakusa explains, looking like he’s about to elaborate a bit further, but atsumu interrupts.
“since i’m the setter, that means that i’m kinda like the brains of the operation.”
“oh, fuck off, miya,” sakusa says, rolling his eyes.
you laugh, “i know what a setter does.”
“how? we’ve never talked about it?”
“well, no, but i’ve seen maki play plenty of times,” you note, “oikawa’s a setter. maki and iwa play outside hitter. you didn’t know they played too?”
“oh my god, they’re both the volleyball guys,” sakusa comments, leaning back in his seat like he’s just had the biggest epiphany.
“fuck off, omi,” atsumu sneers and then turns his attention back to you, “you never told me.”
you put your hands up, “i don’t know! i guess it just never came up.”
bokuto reaches out his arm, grabbing your forearm excitedly. “well, one day you’ll have to come watch us play, yn,” he says, smiling brightly at you.
“i would really love that, actually. tsumu’s never invited me to one of his games before, so,” you say, shrugging. honestly, it had never been a thought on your mind before, a lot of things hadn’t been on your mind before, but now that you’re sitting here with his very fun friends, you really want to be a part of it all. a part of this side of his life, not the one that you’ve created and pulled him into, lunches and tiny meet ups and dragging him to the grocery store and having him babysit your plants, but whatever this is that’s making your chest feel so light.
“or let you meet us,” sakusa chimes in.
“yea, for good fuckin’ reason,” atsumu quips back.
“well, consider yourself officially invited to our next game,” bokuto nods, “here, give me your number and we can-.”
“no way,” atsumu interjects.
you’re already reaching into your bag, pulling out your phone, ready to punch in bokuto’s phone number.
“i really don’t need you guys to have more ways to talk shit about me,” atsumu says, but there’s no malice in the words.
“i wasn’t going to talk shit about you, tsum tsum,” bokuto rolls his eyes, offering out his hand for you to drop your phone into. atsumu is skeptical as he lets you give your phone over to bokuto. as soon as his fingers curl around the phone, bokuto finishes his thought, “but there are plenty of cute photos of you that i have that don’t seem very fair for yn not to have.”
atsumu lunges forward to grab the phone out of bokuto’s hand, but bokuto pulls it back quickly. “bokkun, i swear to god,” atsumu says, standing up as best he can while still being inside of the bench. bokuto is already two steps ahead, springing from his seat, nearly hitting sakusa as he does.
“watch it,” sakusa warns.
bokuto is gone, running away as he presses buttons on your phone. atsumu is much more careful on his side, makes sure to unravel from you before stepping out of his seat. “i’m not kidding!” despite the head start bokuto acquired, atsumu is already almost on his heels. bokuto is laughing, head thrown back as he messes with your phone.
sakusa takes this moment of chaos to talk to you directly. his voice pulls you out of this awestruck daze watching atsumu jump on bokuto’s back. “i can see why he talks about you all the time,” sakusa says lowly across the table as bokuto runs in circles with atsumu on his back as if he weighs nothing at all.
you’re feeling a bit more confident at this sentence, a bit more easily yourself, so you let it slip as you turn to face sakusa, joking as you say, “what? i’ve proven how cool i am in this tiny lunch?”
sakusa chuckles, breathy, before nodding affirmingly, “not exactly what i meant, but yes, that too.” he pauses, contemplating if the thing he’s about to say next is pushing a boundary, saying too much, figuring out how to phrase it before it actually comes out of his mouth. “i meant more that i understand why he talks about you all the time.”
you’re quiet, tilting your head curiously.
he doesn’t let you sit on your thoughts, finishes his sentence right as bokuto and atsumu are running back towards the table, “because he’s really into you.”
you don’t get to respond, interrupted by bokuto hiding on one side of you, finishing whatever he’s doing on his phone before thrusting the phone back into your hands. he sticks his tongue out at atsumu and atsumu narrows his eyes. “atsumu’s just worried that he’s going to fuck up at our game when you’re there.”
this is all so cute, the bantering and the things that bokuto is saying, but you have so many fucking questions. you want them to run back over there for hours so that you can have a long, in-depth conversation with sakusa about what exactly he fucking means.
you don’t want to seem unresponsive or like you can’t keep up, so you reply, “maybe i’ll bring maki along and he can show off like he always does.” you almost regret it, but sakusa and bokuto start laughing just like you were laughing earlier and bokuto is slamming his fist on the table and atsumu doesn’t look hurt at all, he looks amiable.
you turn your head towards atsumu, the laughter allowing you cover to speak just for him, “or i’ll just go and cheer you on. if you’ll have me there.” atsumu gives you a short, affectionate nod.
sakusa and bokuto leave about a half hour (that’s spent mostly making fun of atsumu the entire time) after that, saying that they’ll see you again soon, they’re sure, and waving as they leave. as soon as they’re out of earshot, atsumu lets out a huge breath.
“i told you,” he says, shaking his head, body finally relaxed in a way that makes you realized he was tense the entire time. “i told you that they were fucking weird.”
“they’re not weird, they’re sweet,” you say back. there is a certain peacefulness now that you assume only exists because of the huge absence of noise. it’s not better, just more familiar. you slot your fingers into atsumu’s, holding onto his forearm with your other hand.
“yea, if you’re not on the other side of all of their bullshit,” atsumu shakes his head.
“maybe if you didn’t talk about me so much,” you tease.
“don’t let it go to your head,” he says, lifting his arm that you don’t have a hold of and tapping on your forehead. you press your forehead into him, laughing.
the two of you sit together for another few hours, pulling work out of your bags that neither of you really focus on. you mostly spend the time cracking jokes at the other’s expense or for the other to laugh at and finding new ways to get tangled into each other on a picnic table bench until it’s time to leave.
“i’ll see you sometime tomorrow, yeah?” you ask, moving around school work and responsibilities and seeing maki in your head to make room for atsumu in your day.
he leans forward, presses the quickest, smallest kiss into the side of your cheek, “obviously.” as he leaves, the warmth stays, on your cheek and down your chest, through your fingers and toes. partially because of the kiss, sure, but mostly because of the hoodie he’s entrusted in your care.
/++/
you are both so excited for and dreading your night alone. you are excited because it’s been awhile since you’ve just had some time in your room by yourself. you are welcoming the extra time to catch up on assignments and take a shower and not do anything else that requires thinking.
you are, however, despite all of this, mostly filled with dread. saturday night is a staple miya atsumu hookup night. last week it was fine, the week before that, sure, whatever, but after last night, the thought of atsumu hooking up with some random girl that he found out at a party is bringing back a familiarly upset stomach. if you hadn’t had spent the night last night as you did, a taboo listening session might even have been in the stars tonight, would have been maybe really welcomed.
but now you’ve slept in his bed. you’ve been in his arms. you’ve been on the other side of the wall. there are memories attached to this vision of him now. when you close your eyes, you can see his room so clearly. if you had to think about them in his bed, the one that you felt safe cuddled next to him in, the one where he told you about all of his childhood friends, if you had to think of her on his pillow instead of you?
you take a deep breath, closing your eyes. you will have a great night all by yourself even if that means sleeping on the farside of your room and using your noise canceling headphones at full volume.
the later it gets into the night, the more antsy you’re getting. hours are ticking by and you have never been this productive in your life, assignment after assignment finished just to stop yourself from thinking for longer than a few seconds. you won’t have to worry about school work for the next few weeks.
it’s nearly 1 am by the time that you’ve finished all of the work that you possibly can, which, in hindsight, was such a horrible idea. finishing all of your work before the 1-3 am time of the night?
well, maybe if you’re just not in your room when he gets back, you can just put your headphones on and not have to think about it at all tonight. you grab a change of clothes, your towel, all of your bathroom essentials, and make your way to dorm showers at the other end of the hall.
your shower takes much longer than it should because you make sure that it does, but somewhere along the way you must have pissed someone off, something from your past must be coming back to haunt you because instead of timing it perfectly to miss him completely, you’ve timed it perfectly to catch him completely.
he’s all dressed up, hair perfectly done in a way that begs to be messed up, stupidly cute outfit, something plain but looks insanely good on him, enough cologne to fill the entire hallway, and, only when he sees you walking down the hallway, a huge smile on his face.
you feel extremely underdressed, walking up to him. partially on account of the fact that you are wearing a huge tshirt, underwear, and absolutely nothing else. you don’t know if he’s already been drinking, if he doesn’t notice, or if he doesn’t care, but his eyes follow down your body slowly.
every single moment in your life has happened because of a culmination of things; this is just a fact. everything that has happened in your life up until this moment has built up to this moment, that’s how living works. you knew this.
but god you wish you could see a chart, could zoom in on every single point that had a hand in this moment and alter them in some sort of way that wouldn’t have caused you to say what comes out of your mouth.
you look down at your phone screen, checking the time. “woah, you hung out with me on friday and no company tonight?” you ask as you step around him and in front of your door. why would you say that.
you know why, vaguely, not completely. you’re not completely sure why you chose to essentially divulge the biggest secret you’re harbored of your entire college career in one sentence, but you know that it had something to do with how flustered you were in that moment, how good atsumu looks in front of you, and maybe the fact that it’s all you’ve been able to think about tonight.
it slips out, really, no barrier of judgment. you guys have been friends for too long. the quips and the teasing come so naturally now that you can’t help it.
this is the first time that you’re admitting this to him. your heart is pounding as you wait for him to respond. he’s not responding quick enough. you hope that he just doesn’t clock it, doesn’t understand the implications of the joke.
he furrows his eyebrows together, stopping completely, “what?”
your body is burning. how do you backtrack from this. where do you go from here.
when you don’t answer immediately, his mind starts filling in the blanks, and he starts asking more questions, “company?”
“yea, like,” you clear your throat, shifting your towel under your arm, “y’know saturday nights and company.”
he turns to face you completely and you feel like this is your first time meeting him. you feel small, tiny, chest aching because of the violence of your heart. even more so when you see the embarrassment creeping onto his face. “how would you know if i have company?”
this is it. the fucking moment. it’s been over 4 months. the two of you have lived next to each other for nearly an entire semester. you went 2 months without even knowing him, 1 month with fixing all of your previously conceived notions, and this past month falling for him and it’s all about to go crashing down because of a stupid joke you’ve made.
“you weren’t exactly subtle about it,” you answer and you’re amazed at how your voice is actually audible.
a lot of things click for atsumu in that moment, you can see it on his face.
“you heard that?” he asks, quietly stunned.
“all of it,” you answer.
it’s quiet for a moment. you can’t even hear the hum of the lights or the beat of your own heart as you wait for his reaction to the admission.
“fuck,” atsumu says, palm smoothing over his face, “god, i can’t recover from that at all can i? holy shit.” he doesn’t ask why you didn’t tell him. he doesn’t look put off or uncomfortable. “holy shit. okay. well, fuck.”
you’re about to apologize when he shakes his head, fingers pushing through his hair. you can’t exactly read whatever emotion is there, maybe panic? you can’t get a good read because it’s gone soon thereafter.
“no,” he says slowly, “i don’t have company tonight. was going to go out and drink with some friends, but i left my ID in my room.” he gestures to the keys in his hand, knuckles white around them. “you still alone this weekend?”
you nod, not really knowing what to do, where to go from here still. he’s not being weird. he’s trying to resume conversation with you, but something feels off. you want to say, “yea, i said i’d be alone all weekend, don’t you listen?” but any joke that comes to you feels too harsh, too out of place, terrified that it’ll end up an admission of something else.
“do you want-,” he begins to ask, but you shake your head so hard that you’re convinced you shake water droplets out of your hair and onto him.
“no, no, are you kidding? i look like this,” you gesture down.
atsumu looks like he’s about to say something, but nothing comes out. fuck. you’ve really ruined things now.
“go out with your friends,” you say, nodding your head down to the elevators.
“we don’t have to go out,” atsumu adds.
“i’m not keeping you in on the weekend again,” you say, shifting your weight. “seriously, i’m okay alone tonight, you go on out.”
“do you want to drink?” he asks, persistent as always.
“tsumu, i told you, i’m not going out tonight,” you say. the nickname is muscle memory at this point and you’re glad that at least you have some sort of remnants of a few minutes ago.
“just, here, we can drink here,” he gestures to his dorm room. you feel like a fucking freshman again. “if you don’t want to drink, that’s cool. i just-” he hesitates. it looks more difficult than it ever has, but he steps towards you and brushes a strand of hair out of your face. “it feels weird for the first time between us and i don’t think i can leave if you’re not feeling okay,” he finishes, overly attentive and completely different than you ever expected him to be, and you feel so horrible.
“tsumu-,” you start, but he isn’t having any of it.
“i’m serious.”
“one drink,” you say, “and then you go out with your friends.”
/++/
the thing about one drink is that nobody really has one drink.
or, rather, you do at first and then you have another because the guy that you’re really into is in front of you, telling joke after joke trying to make you feel better about your relationship because you’ve just admitted that you’ve heard him having sex all semester.
and unfortunately for you and your self-deprecation, the guy that you’re really into is really good at making you feel better, not just with jokes and compliments, but with soft touches and genuine smiles.
“i can’t believe you’re staying in with me when you look like that,” you say, shaking your head. you didn’t even have time to change, are still in the same post-shower outfit that you were before.
“come on, you look better than i do,” he says, shaking his head, taking a sip of his drink and gesturing to you with his cup.
you’re sitting on his floor because the bed was a bit much after the painful conversation you had in the hallway. he’s sitting in front of you, back against his desk, as he sets his drink on the floor beside him. you let yourself flush, accept his compliment if only to fasttrack back to how it felt between the two of you before.
the thing about more than one drink is that nobody really chooses a stopping point, not when the awkwardness has faded and the guy that you’re really into continues to stay the night with you. and definitely not when said guy has taken root next to you, pressed up against you completely.
“fuck,” he shakes his head out of nowhere. he doesn’t even give you an opportunity to ask what, just repeats himself, louder, “fuck.”
“what?” you ask, turning to look at him, but not moving a single inch away from him.
“i can’t believe you heard all of that,” he says, shaking his head against the side of the bed. he laughs lightly, unbelievably. “that’s really just so embarrassing.”
for the first time tonight, at the mere mention of it, you don’t want to crawl into your room and cry. you’re not sure what exactly it is (it’s the alcohol), but you laugh with him, light at first, and then growing until you’re shaking your head. it is actually kinda funny.
“it was funny at first, honestly,” you tell him, “i was like oh my god?? and then it progressively got, yknow, not as funny when i had morning classes and exams.”
“is that why we didn’t meet for the first two months of living next to each other?” he asks, turning his head to look at you. and he does, look at you, stares into your eyes with the amount of focus that someone as drunk as the two of you should not have been able to do.
“not really, more like a gift from god,” you say.
“hey,” he whines.
“yea, that night we met i was coming back from maki’s because i couldn’t take it anymore,” you admit to him. you can see the embarrassment settle in even heavier than before, a remorse coming alongside it. after all this time, you really didn’t mean for him to feel bad about it. “you don’t have to be embarrassed.”
“i mean, that’s so- i can’t believe-,” he stammers. you’re not used to seeing him like this and you understand why he had to have at least one drink with you before going out, because right now atsumu is feeling exactly how you felt out in the hallway and all you want to do is fix that.
even if it is at your own expense.
“it’s fine, really, it’s fine,” you say, “it was funny at first, and then annoying, but i mean, eventually-” don’t you fucking dare “eventually it was good for me too.” stop fucking talking.
now he looks really confused and if you don’t explain no fucking stop he’s going to be even more weirded out.
“well, i just mean, like,” you shrug, “like eventually i started to enjoy it.” shut the fuck up.
he chooses his next words carefully, or as carefully as he can when the room is slightly moving. “like how?”
don’t say a fucking word. “like listening,” you admit. even in your drunken state, your stomach does flips.
his face still has tiny elements of confusion, but most of it morphs into something much needier than that. “to me?”
you nod, movements barely noticeable but they’re making your head spin. the air is still, room quiet save for both of your quickened breathing. then, the only thing you can see is his hand, moving so slowly that you assume he’s afraid he’ll scare you off. he reaches across you, cups your cheek and pulls you to face him. when you’re looking at him, he doesn’t move his hand.
he leans in towards you and you don’t know if it’s the alcohol in your body or the fact that an hour ago you were terrified that you would never be able to be in this room again, but you lean forward to meet him. he stops, just shy of your lips, talking so low that you can feel the vibrations against your lips. “and doing what?” he asks.
the whimper comes from your throat, lips tightly shut so it doesn’t have a chance to escape you. you lean forward further, pressing your forehead against his as his hand slides down your cheek to your jaw, fingers spanning your neck, curling softly so that his nails drag against your sensitive skin. you can feel it in your entire body.
he lowers his head, nudges your chin with his nose, pushing your head further into his hand, exposing your neck. “can i?” he asks, breath tickling as he speaks. you’re not sure if he realistically thought you would deny him right now of anything that he wanted, really. you nod softly, not wanting to break out of his grasp.
the first thing that you feel are his teeth, scraping against the softness of your neck. and then you feel his lips closing around the skin. you close your eyes, no point in keeping your eyes trained on the ceiling, anyway. atsumu licks a strip up your neck before moving down again. he uses his free hand to pull at the neckline of your shirt, exposing your collarbones. he wraps his lips around the bone, sucking repetitively until you’re positive that there’s purplish marks wherever he picks his head up from.
his moves his hand from your jaw, trust you to keep the position that he’s moved you into, and you do. he rewards you for this, both hands smoothing down your body, following your curves, digging into them as he pleases, latheing his tongue over the same spots on your neck and chest.
“tsumu,” you whine, not really sure for what, but just for more. his hands are on your thighs now, his fingernails pressing harshly into the fats of them before sliding upwards underneath the hem of your shirt. he can feel your skin in his hands now, can’t get enough of it as he moves his hands everywhere and anywhere he can.
when he gets to your chest, takes both of your perfectly soft tits into his hand, you hear him stifle a grunt. he moves one hand quickly, grabbing at your hip, sliding down from your waist, pulling you towards him, facing towards him so that he can feel you again, so that he can play with your tits better. his touch is harsher this time, more desperate, more purposeful as he goes straight for your tits, no longer ghosting over your skin, but aching for your heavy tits to be in his hands.
god, he can only imagine what they fucking look like all pretty and bouncing for him. fuck he needs to see them.
he pulls away from you, sits up from against the bed, moves in front of you. he’s on his knees, towering above you in your seated position. you’re looking up into his eyes, whimpers falling from your quivering lips. he cups your face again. you’re ready. you’re completely ready to recall every little thing that you have heard over the past month. you know atsumu, you know exactly what he likes, and you’re going to blow his fucking mind.
knock knock knock.
just before his lips can touch yours, there’s a pounding knock on his door.
“no fucking way,” atsumu says under his breath.
“miya atsumu, get your ass out here now or i’m breaking down the fucking door.” knock knock knock knock knock knock. it's almost scary until you hear laughter from the hallway, snickering at first and then boisterous.
“come on, i don’t even interrupt,” you say to atsumu, looking towards the door.
knock knock knock knock knock knock. “we know you’re in there.”
“they’re not going to leave it alone until i answer,” he says, defeated, “i have to answer and then- then i’ll be right back and-.”
“atsumu, you have 10 seconds and i’m gonna start ramming,” the voice says.
atsumu scurries up from the floor, walking quickly over to the door as you adjust yourself, smoothing out your oversized tshirt and patting your hair. “what?” he hisses as he cracks the door open. the person on the other side of the door pushes it open completely.
“we’re going out,” one voice says.
“another night,” atsumu says, the door already closing.
“i’m not leaving without you,” another voice replies, not pushing the door back open.
“and i’m not leaving,” atsumu says, and you can tell he’s getting impatient now.
from your spot on the floor, you recognize one of them as a guy from one of the photos. dark hair, carefree attitude. suna? you can’t remember exactly if you’ve gotten the name right. you’re surprised that you’ve even noticed the person at all. you don’t recognize any of the other two guys that are with him.
one of them, not suna, makes eye contact with you for the tiniest fraction of a second, “you literally have any other day to hookup with some chick.” you wonder if he thinks they’re being quiet. your cheeks burn. you want to be back in your room now.
“it’s not like that,” ba-bump, he says, trying to quiet them a bit or at least just bringing his own volume down.
“doesn’t matter,” one of them says.
“i didn’t want to spoil it, but,” suna says, “samu’s here.”
atsumu gets quiet for a second, really mulling over the weight of everything that’s happening, at the two sides that are pulling him in different directions. “samu’s here?”
“yeah, he was supposed to be here earlier, but his train got in super late and so he just got here and he wants to go out because it’s a saturday night. it was supposed to be a surprise or whatever, but you’re not listening to me, your best friend, and just leaving now. so that’s what you get,” suna spews.
“but i-,” atsumu says, instinctively looking back towards you. the look that you’re wearing almost makes him stay. “fuck.” he slams the door on the trio of guys and you are so grateful. you finally feel like you can breathe, can relax just the tiniest bit. he walks back over to you. “i’ve gotta-.”
you push yourself up from off of the ground, stumbling a little bit as atsumu helps you back onto your feet. “you don’t have to explain yourself, tsumu, go hang out with your friends.”
“if samu wasn’t here, i wouldn’t-.”
“i know,” you say. and it’s the truth. you 100% fully believe him with all of your heart.
“you could go out with us,” he offers.
you’re not sure that you could handle being referred to as some chick all night or atsumu’s side piece or looked at like you’d never be looked at again. you weren’t ready for a miya atsumu night out and definitely not when you’re already feeling it as much as you are. you shake your head. “you go and have fun, see your brother.”
he looks so torn, so frantic as he tries to think out the rest of his night, how to get drunk you back to your dorm without having to expose you to the people in the hallway. “i’m probably going to stay with rin and samu tonight anyway. do you want to just stay here and maybe,” he hesitates, the knocking starts again, “you can meet my brother in the morning?”
“really?” you ask.
knock knock knock knock. “it’s literally so getting so fucking late. hurry your ass up.”
atsumu helps you into his bed in not exactly the way he wanted to help you into bed tonight. “yes,” he answers, pulling the blankets over you, the softness of them so familiar. “and samu will love you and you will love him unfortunately.” atsumu reaches down and kisses your cheek. somehow it has you more flustered than anything that’s happened tonight. “tomorrow, okay?”
you nod.
he moves quickly after he’s noticed how content you are, throwing on his shoes, grabbing his ID from his desk, muttering under his breath things that you’re not sure are meant for you. fucking kidding me now? gonna beat the shit out of him for fucking i can’t fucking.
“goodnight, yn,” he says, reaching for the door, but not opening until you’ve said it back.
“goodnight, tsumu.”
you hear a click of the door, your eyes closing softly. and then you hear the voices.
“you’re seriously leaving her in there?”
“guys- seriously,” atsumu says, trying to stop the questions about what was happening in the room before they showed up.
“why’re you leavin’ a one night stand in your-”
“i said it wasn’t fucking like that. leave it,” atsumu says through gritted teeth. you hear the lock click.
“no fucking way. that was fucking her wasnt it?” suna asks.
“stop, she can fucking hear you, the walls are thin,” atsumu snaps.
you listen for the footsteps as they get quieter and quieter until you can’t hear any at all. you know you should be tired. you are tired, but you’re also in atsumu’s bed all alone. your eyelids are heavy and your breathing is slow and-
you reach your hand down between your legs.
with the scenes that are playing in your mind, you’re almost sure you could make yourself come with one tiny finger. you spread your lips apart with two fingers, sliding your middle finger down your drenched slit. you push the tip of your finger against your hole, head tilting back messily into his pillow.
he barely did anything to you at all, felt you up and kissed your neck, and you are soaking wet. your mind won’t stop wandering at where the night could have taken you if you weren’t interrupted. how deep he would be inside of you right now if you hadn’t been interrupted. at that thought, you plunge your fingers inside of you, moaning at how good they feel, but they’re not enough.
you’re missing your dildo, your fingers can’t reach deep enough, not even as you shove another finger in and circle your hips on them. you make the mistake of kneading at your tit, but it only leaves you missing the feeling of his huge hands grabbing at them. you’re feeling so fucking needy. it’s not enough that you’re doing this in his bed, you need to be doing it for him. you roll your hips against your fingers.
your clit rubs against the rough texture of the blanket and you almost come on the spot. “fuck,” you say aloud. you take your other hand on the outside of the blanket and push the fabric in between your legs, circling your hips against it. “mm fuck, tsumu.”
the blanket feels so good against you. he’s slept underneath these blankets, has probably jacked off to the thought of you underneath these blankets “fuck!” you say louder. you know exactly how loud you’re being, but you also know that no one that you care about is around to hear them.
your hands search around the bed. you don’t have time to feel any regret. it feels so good, you’re chasing this high, so fucking close. your skin feels like it’s crawling, aching. you fucking need this. you throw the blanket off of you, take your panties off and throw them across the room somewhere that you’re sure you will regret when you have to get them in the morning, but you need to feel it completely against your swollen lips and pretty clit.
you take the pillow that’s underneath your head and shove it between your legs. you press down on the soft pillow as hard as you can to get as much friction as you can as you fuck your clit into fabric that smells so fucking much like atsumu. you’re drenched, sloppy against his pillow but you can’t stop. your fingers grip into the cushion, his name falling off of your tongue like an unheard prayer.
“please, so close, so close,” you say, thrusting your hips against the pillowcase faster. you’re going to come. you’re going to fucking come on the pillow that he’s going to sleep on. “oh my fucking god,” you cry and you let yourself go, flooding as you come against his pillow. you can feel the mess that you’ve made smearing against the textured fabric.you can’t move. your bones feel like they’ve been replaced with bricks, but you need to see it. you pull the pillow up, your eyes instantly drawn to the large wet spot right in the center. fuck. you throb, so painfully empty. “fuck,” you mutter to yourself and put the pillow back between your legs, “not enough.”
