🎀 Sometimes, I don't think I can keep this up. Then I chug water and I feel like nothing can stop me from continuing.
I've lost 5 pounds in 5 days, no workout is this good.
I feel so good when I am empty.
Food doesn't interest me at all.

Things I’ve learned on how to fast
-DRINK WATER. Or zero cal drinks, or coffee or tea, just drink up. More than 2 liters. You’ll thank me later
-go on light walks but don’t exercise after 24 hours, your body is burning enough already.
-again on walks, DO IT. It’s helpful, it will get your digestive system going and help poop out the rest of the food
-make sure to rest a lot, you burn a lot of cals while asleep plus post nap skinny is the best feeling

i haven’t had anything yet today <3 super excited because i’ve finally been restricting for long enough that the urge to eat isn’t as strong anymore
i think the new meds i got put on are definitely helping suppress my appetite though so that’s also a plus
