Things I’ve learned on how to fast
-DRINK WATER. Or zero cal drinks, or coffee or tea, just drink up. More than 2 liters. You’ll thank me later
-go on light walks but don’t exercise after 24 hours, your body is burning enough already.
-again on walks, DO IT. It’s helpful, it will get your digestive system going and help poop out the rest of the food
-make sure to rest a lot, you burn a lot of cals while asleep plus post nap skinny is the best feeling

3. You won't look cheap, desperate, or attention seeking in pretty things. You ascend normal judgement when you tick off the bmi points.
4. Embrace your femininity. Not a burrito torso in sight.

How I resist a binge
TW IM NOT PRO
•chug a cup of water (sometimes your mind thinks you’re hungry when you’re really just dehydrated)
•brush your teeth (helps suppress the cravings and tells my mind I’m finished eating for the time/day)
•take a walk w/ music (always takes my mind off food and away from the kitchen)
•cleaning (cleaning my room or anything always gives me something to do for an hour or more and by the time I’m done cravings are gone and now you have a pretty and clean room:))
•do your makeup/nails (something fun to focus on and perfect)
•chew gum (self explanatory)
•draw, read, journaling (your hobbies will always help take your mind of things)
•take a nap (always helps with everything lol)
