Does someone know any âtips and tricksâ on how to actually loose weight? and im not talking about calorie deficit or drinking water, like foods to eat or stuff to drink that ACTUALLY help

i havenât had anything yet today <3 super excited because iâve finally been restricting for long enough that the urge to eat isnât as strong anymore
i think the new meds i got put on are definitely helping suppress my appetite though so thatâs also a plus

How I resist a binge
TW IM NOT PRO
â˘chug a cup of water (sometimes your mind thinks youâre hungry when youâre really just dehydrated)
â˘brush your teeth (helps suppress the cravings and tells my mind Iâm finished eating for the time/day)
â˘take a walk w/ music (always takes my mind off food and away from the kitchen)
â˘cleaning (cleaning my room or anything always gives me something to do for an hour or more and by the time Iâm done cravings are gone and now you have a pretty and clean room:))
â˘do your makeup/nails (something fun to focus on and perfect)
â˘chew gum (self explanatory)
â˘draw, read, journaling (your hobbies will always help take your mind of things)
â˘take a nap (always helps with everything lol)
