I’m Jewish and we’ve had “the holidays” (Jewish New Years you eat, Yom Kippur you eat a lot before and after the fast, now sukkot you have two holiday eves so you eat a lot.) and I just ate so sucking much. Also in between there’s the traditional Friday Feast so we just eat a shit ton of food during this 1.5 months. Tomorrow is finally the last day. I’m going to eat 1,200 cals tomorrow, and after that I’m starting a diet. I will choose a cute fall diet ofc.

Things I’ve learned on how to fast
-DRINK WATER. Or zero cal drinks, or coffee or tea, just drink up. More than 2 liters. You’ll thank me later
-go on light walks but don’t exercise after 24 hours, your body is burning enough already.
-again on walks, DO IT. It’s helpful, it will get your digestive system going and help poop out the rest of the food
-make sure to rest a lot, you burn a lot of cals while asleep plus post nap skinny is the best feeling
