For those of you who have made your weight loss last, of for those of you who found a system that lets you restrict longer periods without frequent binging, what are your tips?
I'd love it if you could share your experiences and advice in the comments so those of us with more volatile habits (I'm the worst for over restricting then binging big time) can learn a more centered and sustainable approach.

Imagine being obese.
Not being able to see past all the rolls on your stomach, needing the help of others to do basic tasks, worrying that you might stop breathing during the night because you have an awful case of sleep apnea.
You can’t even roll onto your side on your own. Each move you make hurts your joints and puts strain on your body.
Every day you’re reminded of the fact that you’re trapped in a body that you have limited control over.
Always sweaty. Always uncomfortable.
Unable to go places and experience new things with friends and family. Unable to dress up in cute clothes or cosplay as your favourite character.
Excluded from activities because nobody wants to stop and wait for you to catch your breath after taking three steps.
A pathetic and sad existence.
Meaningless and hollow.
Fat and lonely.
So don’t eat today.
Starve for perfection and freedom.
Be svelte and thin and gorgeous.
Because being thin is so much better than being trapped in a prison you can never escape.
