How I got my binging under control!!
Been binge free for over 6 weeks:)
-when I crave something sweet I eat something sweet but something that is very low in calories (unter 150cal)
-I drink sparkling stuff until my belly feel so full it feels like I’ll explode
-I sometimes eat when I’m fasting but only under 30cals!!!!!!!!!!!! Like 2 pickles so I won’t feel too hungry:)
-but I think the biggest help comes from my medication it makes my appetite go away for like 4 hours (Ritalin)
-I always try to distract myself especially at night I’ll make a list of distractions later:*
-sometimes I lock myself in my room and even tho I have the key and could get out anytime it still stops me In some way
-I sleep or go for a walk
-watching triggering stuff
-eating in front of a mirror
-I eat something that tastes absolutely disgusting so I won’t feel like eating for a while
-i brush my teeth
-I smoke a cig

never forget you are in control of your voluntary movement. you are the one buying the food, opening the packages stuffing it in your face and staying lazily in bed. you could perfectly be the one walking around, not buying stuff you don't trust yourself with, avoiding your trigger foods, not stuffing your face and working. it really is your choice.

Currently fantasizing about fall/winter skinny. Cozy pajamas, long slender fingers holding a mug of hot chocolate, sweaters looking cute instead of bulky, looking pretty and elegant when dressed up for holiday parties, not feeling guilty about indulging a little because you're still the skinniest one in every room. I want it all, and I have to work hard so I can have it.

I want to be one of those girls who slips out of bed in the middle of the night in her cute lace underwear set to sit on the kitchen counter with a mug of hot chocolate and watch tv. Probably a Christmas movie, though it wouldn’t be anywhere near that time of year. You’d expect her to be wearing stockings of nylon, but no, she’s strictly a cotton girl.
