Restarting my ED tumblr since it’s literally the only thing that motivated me last time and I actually achieved my ana diagnosis !!
I’ve gained so MUCH.
It’s humiliating.
BUT
I’m starting a new fast schedule and I’ll be adding check marks to each day complete along with weight tracking in KGs
My goal is to lose 11 lbs in 11 days by fasting and over exercising. I’m limiting my calories to 500 a day and no eating after 6 pm or Before 4pm.
I’m buying a brand new scale tomorrow and my diet will consist of Coke Zero, Celsius , LOTS of Water, Skinny Pop ,Fiber Bars , and Almonds with the occasional Apple.
I’m using my fitness pal and my treadmill to track calories eaten and burned.

Hello! Just wanted to share a simple workout for my lazy bitches.
I’ve noticed a lot of changes in my body doing the following, 15-30 mins of walking / minor cardio, + 800-1000 cals a day. I know it’s more than most prefer but it is easier for me to maintain. And again I’ve had a LOT of changes.
- [ ] 25 v ups
- [ ] 50 bicycles
- [ ] 25 side plank crunches on both sides
- [ ] 25 toe touches
- [ ] 50 Russian twists
- [ ] 50 Side lunges
- [ ] 50 fire hydrants
- [ ] 25 squats
- [ ] 25 sumo squats
